Not All Teenagers Eat Tide Pods

(Kalispell, MT) With all the coverage lately of teenagers and young adults marching to have their rights removed, one could easily conclude that the outlook for liberty in general, and the 2nd Amendment specifically, is quite bleak.  To me, this anti-freedom, liberty-hating agenda pushed by the failing propaganda press is one of the last plays of a movement overcome by desperation.

As my friends can attest to, I have stated for over 18 months that the establishment is finished.  Once the “powers that be” lost control of the mainstream narrative, their fate was sealed.  Alternative media kept hammering away with the truth, which made the lies of the MSM openly apparent.  Contrary to what is shown on the phony press, there is a movement to regain control of our government and shift the narrative back to Constitutional principles.  Although there are many elder statesmen who are deeply steeped in the fight, it is the youth who will eventually win the day.

By all appearances, Ron Paul left the “Liberty” movement smoldering, while Donald Trump has been fanning the flames into a growing inferno.  People inherently want to be free, a fact that was clearly apparent in the minds and hearts of everyone who showed up in Kalispell’s Depot Park at the pro-gun, “Rally for Our Rights” over the weekend.  The event was organized by 3 high school students, Braxton Shewalter, Grant Miller and Cole Medhus.  Despite facing verbal abuse hurled at them by teachers from their own school, these three young men soldiered on and successfully pulled off a very inspiring event.

I was contacted by one of the organizers to capture a video diary of the rally, which I was delighted to do.  Click on the link below for YouTube or click this link for videos on BitChute.

[This is the first video of the speeches at the rally, mostly by patriotic, 2nd Amendment supporting teenagers. March for Our Lives will ‘start a revolution’…

…Parkland school-shooting survivor says

By MARK OSBORNE   Mar 24, 2018

A student survivor of the mass school shooting in Parkland, Florida, who is helping to lead the March for Our Lives for gun control said today’s protests in Washington, D.C., and around the country “are going to start a revolution.”

“We are sick and tired of the inaction here in Washington and around the country” by politicians who are “owned by the NRA,” David Hogg, a senior at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, said on “Good Morning America” this morning. “Today we are going to start a revolution.”

“We will change America with or without these politicians,” continued Hogg, who lost 17 classmates and teachers in the mass shooting on Feb. 14.

S&P On The Verge Of History

U.S. stocks have risen more in the past eight years than in almost any other post-World War II time of economic growth, as defined by the National Bureau of Economic Research.

The logic here is that economic expansions fuel bull markets and so it’s reasonable to measure market recoveries after a period of macro contraction ends.

Using that definition, let’s review how the S&P 500 has performed during the last ten economic recoveries. To be precise, the birth of the stock market’s bull market is dated as the first day after an NBER-defined recession has ended. The market run continues through the peak.

The S&P 500 Index jumped 172 percent from July 2009, when the current expansion started, through Wednesday. The biggest advance was about 300 percent and occurred from April 1991 to March 2001, when Internet-related stocks soared.

As Capital Speculator blog"s James Picerno notes, the question before the house: Will the momentum of late endure long enough to overtake the 1991-2001 record in duration and/or magnitude?

If so, the bull market in the here and now has to last another 463 trading days, which translates into a market rally that goes deep into 2019.

There"s just one thing wrong...

Remember - the "market" is not the "economy"... or maybe it is in the new normal?

ANTIFA terrorists savagely attack, beat, non-violent Trump supporters at rally

... pour urine on them

BERKLEY, Calif. (INTELLIHUB) — ANTIFA thugs were caught on camera assaulting Donald Trump supporters at Sunday’s “cancelled” rally where many were arrested.

Not only did members of the George Soros-backed terror group assault various Trump supporters who were attending the ‘peaceful protest’ dubbed “No Marxism in America,” they poured urine on them as well.

Josh Caplan reports: “#Antifa beat and pour urine on Trump supporter at #Berkeley.”

Here is a clip of a Trump supporter being savagely beaten by ANTIFA thugs.

Scott Drexler Testifies in Bunkerville Retrial

Scott Drexler Testifies in Bunkerville Retrial

by Shari Dovale

Last week showed mayhem in the Judge Gloria Navarro’s courtroom in Las Vegas. The defense attempted to call defendant Eric Parker to the witness stand to testify in his own defense.

The prosecution showed their paranoia when they began their objections nearly immediately. Judge Navarro had laid out guidelines for Parker’s testimony that focused on not allowing the Federal agents to be placed in a bad light. She has insisted that there is no self-defense allowed when the ‘victim’ is a federal agent or law enforcement officer. She claims there is no evidence that these agents used excessive force on April 12, 2014.

However, though she has allowed these agents to cry on the witness stand to emphasize their fear of the protesters, she has put her iron fist down about the defendants doing the same. Navarro allowed the prosecution to object to Parker using the words “snipers” and the “First Amendment Zone”.

Jesse Marchese, Parker’s attorney, asked him a question which went directly to refuting the testimony of Ranger Alexandra Burke. She had claimed that she saw Parker point his weapon directly at her, however, she had said that she was to his left, up near the generator near the command post.

Parker was asked which direction he was focusing on while he was on the bridge. He responded that he was looking forward at the people in the wash, and then up and to the right. He did not say that he was looking at the snipers that were up on the mesa, but objections rang through the courtroom at the possibility that he might.

This gave Navarro the excuse she needed to remove Parker from the witness stand and strike his entire testimony from the official record. This all took place last Thursday.

Monday morning brought several motions, including a request for sanctions from the prosecution. The defense also filed a motion for mistrial, which Navarro promptly denied.

The government claimed that the attorneys for Parker, Drexler and Stewart have violated the court’s orders to not include evidence for jury nullification repeatedly, including the closing arguments Mr. Leventhal presented in the previous trial.

The prosecution is stretching the limits with this motion for sanctions and have demanded they be allowed to preview, verbatim, each of the three closing arguments before they are presented.

Todd Leventhal, attorney for Scott Drexler, rose to the challenge and argued that before sanctions can take place, there must be a contempt charge, which will absolutely require these proceedings to be halted while the three attorneys hire attorneys for themselves.

This seemed to alarm Judge Navarro and she clearly stated that she would not impose sanctions on anyone at that time. However, during the morning’s arguments, Navarro had to tell the defense that she thought they were ‘showboating’ with their attempts to mislead the jury into nullification, and she was finding it very offensive.

Her ideas of misleading the jury focus on the defense wanting to actually defend themselves. She has denied them every available defense including self-defense, defense of others, and provocation by the government. She has said that the first and second amendments are not valid defenses.

The only defense she is allowing them is “mere presence” which means that someone who just happens to be at a crime scene isn’t guilty of the crime. This, of course, does not apply to the defendants, therefore, she is setting them up for a guaranteed conviction.

AUSA Myhre did ask for defendant Scott Drexler to proffer his testimony without the jury present, and this created a new round of arguments. Navarro eventually ruled that Drexler would not have to preview his testimony. Drexler chose to testify in front of the jury today.

Drexler took the witness stand after lunch.

He did very well during his testimony, which means that he did not give Navarro a reason to remove him and strike it from the record.

Drexler is from Challis, Idaho, town of about a thousand people. He did not know any of the protesters from Bunkerville before April 12, 2014, except for Eric Parker. They decided to go down to protest, though Drexler was not allowed to say how he learned of the protest or why he wanted to go.

He was asked about Sugar Pine Mine in Oregon during his testimony, but the prosecution immediately objected questioning the relevance of this information. Remember, the prosecution brought this evidence into the trial, now they are questioning it’s relevance.

When Drexler mentioned the helicopters at Bunkerville, the same relevance objections came from the them. Again, all evidence has been entered by the prosecution. This is the same prosecution team that thought it relevant to link the defendants to Timothy McVeigh.

Drexler was able to say that he was afraid that the government was going to kill him. This was said twice in front of the jury. Of course, it was objected to, but Drexler was not removed from the witness stand. This was more information than Parker was allowed to say before he was removed from the witness box.

This tells me that Navarro was not on her game, seemingly due to the large numbers of people in the gallery and on the courthouse steps, or she is really gunning for Parker.

The jury questions were interesting. There were about a dozen jurors that submitted questions, however, Navarro would not allow most of their questions to be asked, whether because she felt they were not relevant or because she felt it was information that had already been discussed.

This was never the standard for the government’s witnesses. The jury was allowed to ask any question they wanted. It ended up being about 4 questions that she allowed to be presented to Drexler.

Judge Navarro seems afraid to the point of paranoia concerning the possibility of Jury Nullification. She continuously states it in court, on the record, that the defense is going for that possibility. She does not want the jury to know about it, or to consider it.

A rally was held outside the courthouse on Monday that included a couple of hundred people that had traveled from various parts of the country. The ‘mere presence’ of these protesters seem to get under the skin of the Chief Judge.

At one point, Navarro accused the defense attorneys of taking part in a ‘charade’ of inciting the community to believe that the prosecution is conspiring against the defendants.

All this during a trial in which the defendants are on trial for conspiracy.

The defense has no other witnesses they are allowed to present. Closing arguments will begin Tuesday.

Second Amendment rally in Belchertown draws ‘toughest sheriff’

Second Amendment rally in Belchertown draws ‘toughest sheriff’

By NYSSA KRUSE – June 17, 2017

BELCHERTOWN — Joe Arpaio said Saturday that Massachusetts has produced three good things: the Boston Tea Party, the Minutemen and himself.

Arpaio, the controversial former Maricopa County, Arizona, sheriff who hails from Springfield, spoke as the headliner of a rally in support of Second Amendment rights in Belchertown.

For about 45 minutes, Arpaio spoke on gun rights, illegal immigration and his pending federal trial on charges of contempt of court.

The video is available in the article at the link below.

“I asked Sheriff Joe to come up here because we have good people on the borders of this nation being killed by illegals coming over,” said event organizer Dave Kopacz. “Sheriff Joe is enforcing federal law.”

Arpaio has styled himself as “America’s Toughest Sheriff.” He became nationally known in the last 15 years for his hard-line stance on immigration, for battling findings of racial profiling in his sheriff’s department, and for his campaign to prove that former President Barack Obama’s birth certificate was forged — a long-ago debunked claim he continued to assert on Saturday during his speech.

The rally took place at the Swift River Sportsman’s Club and the 200 to 300 attendees each purchased a $25 ticket to enter.

The main point the former sheriff made regarding the Second Amendment was that he believes people should carry firearms to protect themselves, especially if a mass shooting unfolds in front of them.

Arpaio referenced recent mass shootings in Aurora, Colorado, and San Bernardino, California, and asked how it was possible there was no one armed in the area to take the shooter down before law enforcement arrived.

Some people argue an onlooker firing at a mass shooter might catch more innocent people in the crossfire, a point to which Arpaio responded during his speech.

“Sometimes, you have to take risks in life to save life,” he said.

ACLU defends alt-right freedom of speech in Portland

ACLU defends alt-right freedom of speech in Portland

BY LIZZY ACKER

May 30, 2017

The American Civil Liberties Union is calling Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler’s decision to cancel right-wing gatherings in Portland unconstitutional, even though the position, on the surface, aligns the group with conservative organizations they frequently oppose.

On Monday, in the wake of a deadly attack on MAX allegedly by a man who was filmed doing a Nazi salute at an alt-right rally in April, Wheeler posted on Facebook and Twitter: “the City of Portland has NOT and will not issue any permits for the alt right events scheduled on June 4th or June 10th.”

“The Federal government controls permitting for Shrunk Plaza, and it is my understanding that they have issued a permit for the event on June 4th,” he continued. “I am calling on the federal government to IMMEDIATELY REVOKE the permit(s) they have issued for the June 4th event and to not issue a permit for June 10th.”

Wheeler’s announcement was greeted, unsurprisingly, with anger from the alt-right community, but pushback also came from ACLU, recently known for fighting President Donald Trump’s executive orderbanning travelers from six Muslim-majority countries, an order which is popular with the alt-right crowd.

Mat dos Santos, legal director at the ACLU of Oregon, said Thursday that what Wheeler is asking for from the federal government, and what he is doing himself by refusing permits, is unconstitutional.

“It was really troubling to hear Mayor Wheeler talking about how hate speech is not constitutionally protected,” dos Santos said, “because that is just legally wrong.”

The line between what is and isn’t protected in the constitution is clear, dos Santos said. It is the line between “concrete evidence of an imminent threat of violence” and everything else.

The ACLU believes it is important to keep this line solid, regardless of emotions or the side of the issue they may fall on, ideologically.

Feds Deny Portland Oregon Mayor’s Demand To Revoke Permit To Trump Supporters

Feds Deny Portland Oregon Mayor’s Demand To Revoke Permit To Trump Supporters

One Minor Victory Leading Up To The Main Event On Sunday!

According To Fox12 KPTV Portland:

The federal government will not revoke the permit for a rally planned in downtown Portland on Sunday despite an impassioned plea from Mayor Ted Wheeler.

The U.S. General Services Administration announced Wednesday that all rules and regulations were followed by the applicant for the permit to host the “Patriot Prayer” event at Terry Schrunk Plaza.

The application was submitted May 10 and approved May 15.

Wheeler called on the federal government to revoke the permit for what he called an “alt-right event” due to the deadly stabbings on a MAX train at the Hollywood Transit Center on Friday.

Wheeler told people planning to rally to “back off” and let the community heal, saying the event would only “exacerbate an already difficult situation.”

Event Organizer Responds

Rally organizer Joey Gibson met with Wheeler and city leaders at City Hall on Tuesday. He said the event is in no way connected with murder suspect Jeremy Christian.

Gibson said Christian attended a previous “Patriot Prayer” rally, but he was kicked out.

The General Services Administration released a statement Wednesday saying the agency and Federal Protective Services are working closely with the mayor’s office and the Portland Police Bureau to prepare for Sunday’s event.

“Since the permit was lawfully obtained to assemble at this federal location, GSA has no basis to revoke the permit,” according to the U.S. General Services Administration.

What is it like to give a speech during a riot?

What is it like to give a speech during a riot?

This young lady, Brittany Pettibone, shows us how it’s done. She, and several other speakers, were concerned about speaking at the Free Speech rally in Berkeley, CA on April 15th. It really shouldn’t be necessary to have a substantial security team in order to exercise your right to free speech in this country. However, it was necessary in Berkeley. The rally area, and the speakers, were protected by members of various patriot groups. Only the sounds of the riot made it into the part of the park where the rally was held.

Oath Keepers Participate in Trump Rally to Support the Constitution March 25, 2017

By Chip Murray

Four Orange County Oath Keepers connected with two Oath Keepers from Ulster County to take part in one of the many Trump Rallies that were staged all across America on Saturday, March 25. The organizer (Roisin Michele) did a fabulous job staging beneath the radar so as not to attract Antifa-types. 438 patriots showed up in Poughkeepsie, NY to march across the Hudson River and back again. There might have been two or three Antifa goons among a dozen or so pink-pussy-hat wearing snowflakes who jeered us on from their pathetic perch on the sidelines.

We made the local news for handing out over 150 pocket Constitutions to everyone…including the protesters and very appreciative and supportive, State Police, Park Police, Plain Clothes, and Park Officials.

Well guess what? I have the full interview of Travis Guenther. Here is what REALLY happened.
