WAR ALERT: Iran DIRECTLY ATTACKS Israel In Retaliatory Strikes, Israel Returns Fire

After reports surfaced the immediately after president Donald Trump announced that the United States would withdraw from the Iran nuclear agreement, Israel attacked Iran in an airstrike raid.  Now, Iran has retaliated sparking fears that this could be the beginning of another war.

The initial airstrikes against Iran by Israel were said to have killed 23 people, both Syrian and non-Syrian, but all military personnel.

According to The Daily Mail UK, Iran and Israel traded blows on the Syrian border overnight, marking the first time Tehran has directly attacked Israel. Last night, Iranian forces fired 20 rockets from Syria at Israeli front-line military positions in the Golan Heights, the Israeli military said.

Israel said the 20 Iranian rockets were either shot down by its Iron Dome air defense system or fell short of the Golan targets, claiming the Quds Force, an external arm of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, carried out the launch.  And Israel has already retaliated to some extent. In retaliation, Israel launched dozens of missiles on Iranian positions in Syria, which hit a radar station, air defense positions, and an ammunition dump, Syrian state media said.

This exchange of fire came less than a day after US President Donald Trump pulled out of the 2015 Iran atomic agreement, which lifts sanctions on Tehran in exchange for a halt on its nuclear program. Israel has been on heightened alert in recent days, anticipating an attack from Iran following the Iranian regime’s vows to retaliate to what it says are recent Israeli strikes in Syria targeting Iranian outposts.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani told a cheering crowd of thousands [last] Tuesday that if any country decides to betray the 2015 nuclear deal, there will be “severe consequences.”  Although Rouhani didn’t specifically name the United States, he did say that Tehran is “prepared for all possible situations.” –SHTFPlan

This was the heaviest artillery barrage by Israel against Iran since the beginning of the Syrian civil war in 2001. “We hit nearly all the Iranian infrastructure in Syria,” Israeli Defence Minister Avigdor Lieberman told a security conference on Thursday morning. “They need to remember the saying that if it rains on us, it’ll storm on them. I hope we’ve finished this episode and everyone understood.”

WAR: Israel Launches Airstrikes On Syria Immediately After Trump Withdraws From Iran Nuclear Deal

It was announced yesterday that president Donald Trump was withdrawing the United States from the 2015 Iran nuclear agreement.  Almost immediately after the president announced the withdrawal, Israel began bombing Syria allegedly targeting Iranian missile sites.

Nine pro-Syrian fighters were reportedly killed in the Israeli airstrike near the Syrian capital of Damascus on Tuesday. The attack came just moments after Trump announced the withdrawal from the 2015 nuclear deal enacted by Barack Obama.

“Over the years, Iran and its proxies have bombed American embassies and military installations, murdered hundreds of American servicemembers, and kidnapped, imprisoned, and tortured American citizens,” Trump said in a statement on Tuesday, according to Business Insider. “We will be instituting the highest level of economic sanction,” Trump continued. “Any nation that helps Iran in its quest for nuclear weapons could also be strongly sanctioned by the United States.”

Israeli forces determined there were”abnormal movements of Iranian forces” in Syria as motivation for the attack. On Tuesday night, state-owned media outlets in Syria reported that its air defenses had intercepted two Israeli missiles; however, the Syrian media is believed to have inflated its defensive capabilities in the past. The reported strikes targeted an “arms depot belonging to Hezbollah and the Iranians,” according to Rami Abdel Rahman, the director of the Syrian Observatory for Human rights, according to the Associated Free Press.

US officials are now becoming increasingly concerned that Iran could retaliate, and strike Israel. According to CNN, there are increasing concerns Iran is on the cusp of an attack against Israel, several US military officials told the mainstream media outlet. Intelligence is not clear on when an attack could come and what form it would take, they said, with one official noting that “if there is an attack it might not be immediately clear it’s Iran.

“When it comes to weapons and defending our country, we will not negotiate with anybody,” President Hassan Rouhani said.  The US’s decision to withdraw from the nuclear agreement will be a “historic mistake,” he added.

BREAKING: US Intel Officials Just Admitted US Bombed Syria with No Proof of Sarin Attack

syria

US intelligence officials have admitted to CNN that the US launched the attack against Syria without being able to confirm that a sarin chemical attack had taken place.

Thousands Of US Troops Amass On Syrian Border For Military ‘Drill’

Thousands of U.S. Marines arrived in Jordan at around the same time the United States, the United Kingdom, and France were organizing a direct military strike on Jordan’s neighbor, Syria.  Shortly after the US-led bombing of Syria over alleged chemical weapons use, the Marine took part in military drills.

According to Antimedia, nearly 3,600 U.S. troops, including roughly 1,800 Marines with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, arrived in Jordan for the start of an almost two-week training exercise known as Eager Lion.

Thousands of Marines and U.S. troops kicked off a major military training exercise that is reportedly set to include civilian evacuation operations, as well as chemical and biological drills. The drills followed the U.S.-led Anglo-alliance’s assault on neighboring Syria, which was allegedly in retaliation for a chemical attack in the Syrian city of Douma.

It will be a rare display of allied firepower, reported the Marine Corps Times.  It also couldn’t come at a more tense time as U.S. Navy warships are steadily building a presence in the Mediterranean in preparation for what analysts presume will be a Tomahawk cruise missile strike on Syria.

Last year, satellite photos indicating a massive buildup of military armored vehicles sent alarm bells through Iran, Syria’s ally in its nearly eight-year civil war, prompting media speculation about a pending invasion. The build-up was nothing more than the start of Eager Lion. Eager Lion was then launched from the Zarqa Jordanian military base, located near the Syrian border and roughly 100 miles from the Syrian capital of Damascus. The exercise has routinely been viewed as a pretext for an invasion of Syria by analysts and countries aligned with the Syrian regime.

“Eager Lion is a major training event that provides U.S. forces and Jordan Armed Forces the opportunity to improve their collective ability to plan and operate in a coalition-type environment,” according to a press release from U.S. Central Command published April 2nd. “A wide variety of scenarios – from long-range bomber missions to maritime security operations to a ground force attack of a fictitious adversary – will occur throughout Jordan during the event.”

Departing Augusta Bay, Italy, just before the US-led attack was the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock New York which has onboard Marines and Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron VMM 162 (Reinforced), according to a post from the 26th MEU’s Facebook page.

The timing of this “event,” both this year and last, however, is incredibly unsettling.  Both came at a time when the US had decided that the Syrian government had conducted a chemical weapons attack against their own citizens.  Neither chemical attack had any evidence, and in fact, there’s more evidence to suggest the attacks didn’t even happen.

While the media delivered a stunning performance on its coverage of Trump’s strikes on the Syrian government, as the Marine Corps Times notes, little has been made of the fact that thousands of U.S. and Jordanian troops will be training a short skip away from the Syrian border with armored vehicles and military aircraft.”

Employee Of Bombed Research Site In Syria Says No Chemicals Released Is Proof None Exist

An employee of the chemical research center which was bombed by the United States, the United Kingdom, and France says that no chemicals were released during the strike that leveled the building.  That’s incredibly important proof that no chemical weapons we actually there, he said.

Said Said, an engineer at the Scientific Research Center facility, told RT Arabic that the very fact that no chemicals were released during the strike should serve as evidence that no chemical weapons program was run at the site. “You can see for yourself that nothing has happened. I’ve been here since 5:00 a.m. No signs of weapons-grade chemicals, he said. The researcher said he had worked at the facility for decades, and it used to develop medicine and household chemicals.

The West is alleging Bashar al-Assad, Syria’s leader used chemical weapons on civilians to justify military attacks on Damascus and Homs.  But interestingly enough, those strikes occurred the day before international investigators were scheduled to arrive to conduct a thorough inspection of the site.

The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) had visited the site several times and never found any traces of banned chemicals. Since Syria joined the Chemical Weapons Convention under a deal brokered by Russia and the US in 2013, the UN chemical watchdog repeatedly confirmed its full compliance with its obligations to dismantle and remove its chemical stockpiles. In June 2014, the OPCW declared Syria free of chemical weapons.

On April 12, even US Secretary of Defense James Mattis told the House Armed Services Committee that the US government does not have any evidence that sarin or chlorine was used, that he was still looking for evidence. Yet the bombing happened anyway.

We even provided them [OPCW] with a special place where they could collect and pack test samples taken during the inspection,” Said told RTThe inspectors would stay in the rooms on the upper floor and use the laboratory equipment, and the staff was cooperating with them completely.”

Being a civilian research center, the staff did not believe it would be identified as the primary target for an attack. As we work in civilian pharmaceutical and chemical research, we did not expect that we would be hit, Said told AFP. The allegations that that Barzeh was an integral part of Syria’s chemical program were totally incorrect,” he stressed, speaking to CBS News.

Reports by the UN’s chemical watchdog, the latest of which was filed just a month ago, suggest Said is correct, and there are no chemical weapons at the facility.  The report on the first inspection that was conducted between February 26  and March 5, 2017, says that “the inspection team did not observe any activities inconsistent with obligations under the Convention, noting that Damascus had provided unimpeded access to the inspectors “to all selected areas.”

The follow-up inspection, carried out in November, did not find any incriminating evidence either. The March 2018 report reiterates: As stated in previous reports, all of the chemicals declared by the Syrian Arab Republic that were removed from its territory in 2014 have now been destroyed.”

Putin Unveils New Russian Missile That Can Reach ‘Any Point In The World’

On the heels of news that the United States is posturing ships in the Black Sea near Russia’s border, Vladimir Putin revealed a slew of new defense systems Thursday, including a new prototype missile that “can reach any point in the world.” He also has a supersonic weapon that cannot be tracked by anti-missile systems.

According to CNBC, Putin joked that the two new strategic nuclear weapons he described (the global cruise missile and the subsurface unmanned vehicle) did not have names yet and lawmakers could submit their suggestions via the Defense Ministry website. Also alarming, was his speech on when the Russians would use nuclear weapons. When delivering his annual State of the Union address, Putin also said that, if attacked, Russia was ready to use nuclear weapons in defense.

“We see increased opportunities with the armed forces,” he said. “We’ve done a lot to strengthen our army and navy and they are equipped with modern weaponry.” He then showed the audience a video of how one of the prototype missiles would work, explaining that the new system would have no limitations on its range. “It can attack any target, through the North or South Pole, it is a powerful weapon and no missile defense system will be able to withstand,” the president said.

Putin also said Russia had another weapon that was a “small nuclear power energy system”  (a nuclear warhead) that can be deployed on a cruise missile system that can also, he claimed, “avoid all interceptors.” He said the country had tested this cruise missile with the “nuclear power energy unit” in 2017 and it was successful. Russia would also start manufacturing this weapon right now, he added. “This is unheard of and nobody else has such a system in the world. They might create something like this in the future but by then our guys will have created something new as well.”

Putin also declared to his audience “but even this is not the end,” unveiling a system capable of destroying intercontinental targets with “hypersonic” speed.  “I’m pleased to inform you that after certain experiments, we are sure that soon Russia’s strategic missile forces will have a new system capable of destroying intercontinental targets with hypersonic speed and high-precision, able to maneuver both in terms of its course and altitude. There are no systems like that in the world.” He said Russia had been open about the development of such a system but that “nobody listened to us, but listen to us now.” Lawmakers then gave Putin a standing ovation.

Russian President Vladimir Putin: If The US Attacks Russia, He WILL Use Nukes

Russian President Vladimir Putin said the United States is planning to deploy five cruisers and 30 destroyers near the Russian border. Should the US make the mistake of attacking Russia, however small the attack may be, Putin will launch nuclear weapons.

Putin’s warning came during a state of the nation address delivered by the Russian president on Thursday, in which he presented a number of new advanced strategic weapon systems. He said he would render all anti-missile capabilities that the US currently has powerless with his new and advanced weapon systems.

We are greatly concerned by some parts of the new nuclear posture, which reduces the benchmark for the use of nuclear weapons. Whatever soothing words one may try to use behind closed doors, we can read what was written. And it says that these weapons can be used in response to a conventional attack or even a cyber-threat,” he said.

“Our nuclear doctrine says Russia reserves the right to use nuclear weapons only in response to a nuclear attack or an attack with other weapons of mass destruction against her or her allies, or a conventional attack against us that threatens the very existence of the state.”

“It is my duty to state this: Any use of nuclear weapons against Russia or its allies, be it small-scale, medium-scale or any other scale, will be treated as a nuclear attack on our country. The response will be instant and with all the relevant consequences,” Putin warned. –RT

A nuclear war is not something to take lightly. It would end civilization as we know it. Russian Lieutenant General Evgeny Buzhinsky told RT that by training its European allies to use their nuclear arms, the US is moving towards an atomic war with Russia, forgetting that it would mean the end of the human civilization. The US is also attempting to make a “show of force” against Russia by sending ships to the Black Sea.

*The video below contains some curse words and may not be suitable for those at work or for children.

“This is a gigantic story and nobody’s talking about it,” says Kyle Kulinski of Secular Talk.  Americans are too busy being bombarded by gun control rhetoric and propaganda in the mainstream media to even realize that the US is posturing for a nuclear war with another nuclear superpower. “We’re rolling the dice with World War 3.  That’s not hyperbolic,” Kulinski continued. “So you keep f***ing slowly tumbling toward armageddon and the entire time we all act like there’s not even a story here.”

Kim Orders Military To Test Anthrax: North Korea Will ‘Take Revenge’ On US

nkbomb

The leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-Un, has said he will take revenge on the United States for Washington’s accusal that the rogue regime was responsible for the WannaCry ransomware attack earlier this year. In timely fashion, Kim has also ordered his military to begin the testing of the chemical agent anthrax.

North Korea has been loading anthrax into int’s controversial ballistic missiles. But the regime and military scientists have been trying to ensure that anthrax would survive the high temperatures generated when the missiles re-enter the Earth’s atmosphere.  Anthrax is a serious infectious disease caused by gram-positive, rod-shaped bacteria known as Bacillus anthracis. The regime today rejected the claim as “groundless” and insisted it was fulfilling its obligations under the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) which prohibits the production or stockpile of biowarfare weapons.

North Korean state television reported last month the launch of a new intercontinental ballistic missile, Hwasong 15, which is a nuclear-capable weapon which could fly as far as America.

A report in Japan’s Asahi newspaper warned the regime may have “already succeeded” in its experiments. The article, which cites an anonymous source connected to South Korean intelligence, says: “North Korea has started experiments such as heat and pressure equipment to prevent anthrax from dying even at a high temperature of over 7,000 degrees generated at the time of ICBM’s re-entry into the atmosphere. In part, there is unconfirmed information that it has already succeeded in such experiments.”

This comes as the regime warns the United States that they will enact revenge for the accusation that North Korea was responsible for the WannaCry ransomware attack that affected 230,000 computers.  “The [WannaCry] attack was widespread and cost billions, and North Korea is directly responsible,” Thomas P. Bossert, Trump’s homeland security adviser, said in an op-ed published in the Wall Street Journal on Monday. “We do not make this allegation lightly. It is based on evidence. We are not alone with our findings, either.”

“This was a reckless attack and it was meant to cause havoc and destruction,” Bossert said at a news conference. Drawing a connection between North Korea’s alleged cyber activities and its development of nuclear weapons, he added, “I think, at this point, North Korea has demonstrated that they want to hold the entire world at risk, whether it be through its nuclear program or cyberattacks.”

“The DPRK, as a state party to the BWC, maintains its consistent stand to oppose development, manufacture, stockpiling and possession of biological weapons,” said North Korean state-run propaganda media. “The more the US clings to the anti-DPRK stifling move, the more hardened the determination of our entire military personnel and people to take revenge will be.”

Despite the North’s denials, experts believe Kim may have one of the largest arsenals of bioweapons in the world.

BERKLEY, Calif. (INTELLIHUB) — ANTIFA thugs were caught on camera assaulting Donald Trump supporters at Sunday’s “cancelled” rally where many were arrested.

Not only did members of the George Soros-backed terror group assault various Trump supporters who were attending the ‘peaceful protest’ dubbed “No Marxism in America,” they poured urine on them as well.

Josh Caplan reports: “#Antifa beat and pour urine on Trump supporter at #Berkeley.”

Here is a clip of a Trump supporter being savagely beaten by ANTIFA thugs.

Advisory panel says “cyber 9/11” against critical infrastructure is extremely likely

An industry advisory group just issued the latest dire warning regarding America’s extremely vulnerable critical infrastructure: We are living in “a pre-9/11 moment” and we’re running short on time to dramatically improve cyber security before someone — a nation-state, a terrorist group or a lone actor — decimates it.

As reported by NextGov, a new report that has been approved by the Department of Homeland Security’s National Infrastructure Advisory Council (NIAC) warns that cyber destruction of computer systems that control vital infrastructure like power grids, dams, waterways, air traffic control, transportation and the financial sector is inevitable without immediate efforts by government and the private sector to substantially boost efforts to protect those systems.

If they fail to do so, they will have missed a “narrow and fleeting window of opportunity before a watershed, 9/11-level cyberattack,” the report notes [pdf].

In order to prevent such an attack and prepare to defend against cyber attack, government and industry should be working on segregated, highly secure communication networks that are only used for crucial command-and-control systems, according to the report.

In addition, the federal government must also significantly ease up on requirements regarding the sharing of critical cyber threat data with the private sector and with other government agencies, the authors of the report recommended. (Related: This government energy report concludes that our power grid is highly vulnerable to failures that would cause mass die-offs of U.S. citizens.)

NextGov defined that further:

That includes more rapidly declassifying cyber threat information gathered by intelligence agencies so it can be shared broadly throughout critical infrastructure sectors and speeding up the process for granting security clearances to industry cyber leaders so they can review cyber threat information classified at the secret and top-secret levels.

In a perfect world, every critical infrastructure system and facility would have at least a pair of employees who have been cleared to the highest intelligence levels by the government, according to a recommendation by NIAC member Robert Carr, who is chief executive of Heartland Payment Systems and co-chairman of the report.

The authors looked at hundreds of previous studies and conducted interviews with 38 cyber experts, most of whom were involved in the energy and financial services industries.

The NIAC was formed in the wake of the 9/11 attacks and is currently tasked with providing DHS recommendations on improving the security of critical U.S. infrastructure, whether the risk is physical or cyber-related.

Sixteen areas of critical infrastructure have been identified by DHS as being vital to the proper functioning of the country. Besides the energy and financial sectors, DHS has identified airports, chemical plants, gas and oil facilities, water treatment plants and other industries as crucial.

But here’s why this report really should matter to you: Very little of what the NIAC is recommending is new. In fact, as NextGov reports, 11 recommendations contained in the NIAC report have been made in the past.

What’s also not new is the fact that for years experts have been warning of the potential for a cyber attack — a massive one like NIAC is currently warning about — against critical infrastructure. In 2010, for instance, former federal government cyber czar Richard Clarke, warned in his book Cyber War that our country’s Internet-based, electronically controlled infrastructure was at risk of destruction.

As Natural News reported last year:

He said then that both state and non-state actors had developed the capability to hack into U.S. government and private-sector systems and cause a level of destruction never before seen.

Now, years later — and after the U.S. government has spent hundreds of billions of dollars on defending the country — experts are still warning that the nation’s cyber-connected infrastructure, and especially U.S. power grids, remains vulnerable.

Here we are again.

President Donald J. Trump has made improving our cyber defenses a priority. But honestly, it will probably take a cyber 9/11 to get government and the private sector motivated enough to actually adopt the recommendations that people keep making to improve cyber defenses.

And while the next attack will be thwarted, that first one won’t be.

You should, therefore, already be preparing for the worst.

WATCH: Innocent Man Mauled Nearly to Death As Cops Sic K9 on Him with No Warning

k9

Harris County, TX — Don’t do anything wrong, some say, and you won’t have to worry about the police hurting you. While this seems logical enough, in police state USA, nothing could be further from the truth. Tim Young, an innocent AC repairman, who was so badly injured by police siccing their K9 on him that he had a prolonged stay in ICU, is just one recent example that blows that notion out of the water.

On May 5, Tim and his dad Allen were repairing a customer’s air conditioner. They weren’t committing a crime, had never committed a crime, and, contrary to the apologist cliché, had done nothing wrong. However, that did nothing to stop the Harris County Sheriff’s Department from unleashing their deadly K9 on Tim.

The department claims they were looking for a suspected car thief and when they saw a man under a modular home, this was grounds enough to unleash the deadly K9.
“I didn’t hear [anything],” Young said. “I didn’t see [anything]. I just felt a real sharp pain and I look down and there is a dog.”

As Tim worked under the home, he was shocked suddenly when a K9 began attacking him. Being the strong weightlifter that he is, however, Tim was able to hold the dog’s mouth shut and protect himself. But, under coercive threats of violence from the deputies, Tim was forced to obey their commands to let the dog go. As soon as he did, the K9 tore into his flesh.

“As soon as I let go, the dog bit me,” Young said.

The video begins as the dog is dragging Young out from under the home by the flesh of his arm.

“It was the most horrible thing I’ve ever seen,” Tim’s father Allen Young said.

A dispute arises, however, as to whether or not police gave a warning prior to releasing the K9. Both Tim, his father, and a third witness, Don Lorenz, were all there and all claim to have heard nothing before police unleashed their attack dog.

“Nobody told us who they were,” Lorenz said. “We did not hear one word of warning.”

Police, however, claim they did issue a warning and thus were entirely justified in releasing their dog on an innocent person.

“I have to, at this point, believe the deputy did in their training what they thought was appropriate,” Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said of the incident. Despite apologizing, he is standing by his deputy’s decision to release a deadly animal on an innocent man.

“It’s an unfortunate incident,” Gonzalez said. “It’s difficult for anyone to be bit. I am sorry for that.”

“It could’ve been the suspect, it could’ve been kids, it could’ve been an air conditioning repairman. At that point, the handler had no idea,” ABC13 investigative reporter Ted Oberg asked.

“Correct,” Gonzalez said.

“No one ever asked, ‘are people working, are there children underneath there’,” Williams said. “Had it not been a 25-year-old weight-lifting, strong, healthy guy, it would’ve been a much different outcome.”

“I felt like I went from being a help to being a burden,” Gonzalez said.

“A police attack dog is a deadly weapon,” Williams said. “If you’re going to use a deadly weapon, you have to make sure you got the right guy.”

“They got the wrong guy.”

To add insult to injury, after their dog nearly tore Tim’s arm off, the cops refused to render any aid. Tim’s dad described through tears what happened after cops finally removed the dog from his son’s arm.

To illustrate the sheer callous nature of the deputies, the father was attempting to put a tourniquet on his son’s arm to stop the bleeding, but couldn’t get it tight enough. So, he asked for help.

“I asked him for help and I don’t know if he’s having a bad day, he just said, ‘Do it yourself,"” Allen said.

More than a minute passes before any of the deputies does anything to help the innocent man their dog just tore to shreds.

To highlight what a stand-up man Tim Young is, the family is not eager to sue — they are only asking for help with medical bills since Tim will be out of work for several months.

As he stayed in intensive care for days, while doctors replaced missing chunks of his artery, Tim, a very religious man, said he prayed. When asked who he prayed for by ABC 13, his response speaks volumes.

“I didn’t know what to pray about except for, it sounds kind of funny, but the officers,” Young said.

To those who think police siccing their K9s on innocent people is an isolated incident, think again.

Earlier this year, the Free Thought Project brought you the story of an 81-year-old grandma was hospitalized after she was attacked by a police K9 while cleaning her shed in her own backyard. Police are now claiming that they ‘acted appropriately’ when they unleashed their dog on this innocent woman.

In 2014, the Free Thought Project reported on yet another grandma who was mauled by a police K9. Irene Collins, however, was not as lucky as the two attack stories above as she was mauled to death.

It’s not just the elderly either. In 2015, we reported the story of an innocent father who was accused of being a robber. When cops saw him drive into a parking lot, without warning, they unleashed their K9 who jumped into the back seat of the man’s car and began mauling his infant daughter.

Report: Two N. Korean satellites are capable of delivering a surprise nuclear-EMP attack on U.S.

(INTELLIHUB) — Two top-level intelligence experts conclude that although North Korea may not be capable of delivering a nuclear warhead to the Continental United States on an intercontinental ballistic missile, the communist country could possibly deliver a small satellite launched gravity well reentry warhead that would detonate at a specific altitude above the U.S. triggering a massive electromagnetic pulse designed to knock out critical life safety and support systems needed to sustain and control the general populace.

Both Ambassador R. James Woolsey, Director of Central Intelligence from 1993-95, and Dr. Peter Vincent Pry, chief of staff of the Congressional EMP Commission, Fmr. House Armed Services Committee member and Fmr. CIA agent suggested back in March that the U.S. Department of Defense take precautionary measures to counter such an attack but as of yet there has been no public mention whether such measures were taken.

The suggestions were made in an opinion piece, authored by both Woosley and Dr. Pry, published by The Hill, titled How North Korea could kill 90 percent of Americans.

“Indeed, North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un has been photographed posing with what appears to be a genuine miniaturized nuclear warhead for ballistic missiles. And North Korea does, in fact, have two classes of ICBMs—the road mobile KN-08 and KN-14—which both appear to be equipped with sophisticated reentry vehicles,” the two wrote, further validating their point.

woosley, james
Fmr. CIA Director James Woosley (Christopher Michel/Flickr)

“Even if it were true that North Korea does not yet have nuclear missiles, their “Dear Leader” could deliver an atomic bomb hidden on a freighter sailing under a false flag into a U.S. port, or hire their terrorist allies to fly a nuclear 9/11 suicide mission across the unprotected border with Mexico. In this scenario, populous port cities like New York, New Orleans, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, or big cities nearest the Mexican border, like San Diego, Phoenix, Austin, and Santa Fe, would be most at risk.”

According to the experts, North Korea has previously tested a 20-30 megaton nuclear device that’s capable of killing millions if detonated in a major city like Los Angeles or New York. And that’s not all, the piece reveals that North Korea may, in fact, have H-Bomb technology, which they warn is far deadlier than a nuclear device by comparison.

The piece continued on to point out the harsh realities of the N. Korean missile program.

“On April 7, 2015, at a Pentagon press conference, Admiral William Gortney, then Commander of North American Aerospace Defense (NORAD), responsible for protecting the U.S. from long-range missiles, warned that the intelligence community assesses North Korea’s KN-08 mobile ICBM could strike the U.S. with a nuclear warhead,” the two wrote.

Moreover, the Atlantic Council was warned by Gortney six months later on Oct. 7: “I agree with the intelligence community that we assess that they [North Koreans] have the ability, they have the weapons, and they have the ability to miniaturize those weapons, and they have the ability to put them on a rocket that can range the [U.S.] homeland.”

Are officials at the Pentagon ignoring all of these key warnings?

The icing on the cake comes when two concluded: “Two North Korean satellites, the KMS-3 and KMS-4, presently orbit over the U.S. on trajectories consistent with surprise EMP attack.”

“The U.S. must be prepared to preempt North Korea by any means necessary—including nuclear weapons,” they wrote.

As of 10:39 p.m. Eastern Time KMS-3 and KMS-4 are overflying the CONUS (see live link here).

Woosley and Dr. Pry made the following suggestions in their piece:

  • “Launch a crash program to harden against EMP attack the U.S. electric grid to preserve American civilization and hundreds of millions of lives. This could be part of President Trump’s infrastructure modernization project.”

  • “Beef up national missile defenses. Revive President Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI), the unfairly derided “Star Wars.” Space-based missile defenses could still render nuclear missiles obsolete and offer a permanent, peaceful, solution to problems like North Korea.”

It’s also important to note that North Korea is well capable of delivering a nuclear strike onto the CONUS via submarine.

The threat is real.

North Korea accuses CIA of plotting a “biochemical attack” against Kim Jong-Un

In the latest verbal fireworks involving the Pacific Rim’s most unstable nation, overnight North Korea accused the CIA and the South Korea National Intelligence service of supporting a terrorist cell plotting to kill its “supreme leadership” with a bio-chemical weapon and said such a “pipe-dream” could never succeed.

According to AFP, the North’s Ministry of State Security released a statement saying “the last-ditch effort” of U.S. “imperialists” and the South had gone “beyond the limits.”

“The Central Intelligence Agency of the US and the National Intelligence Service (NIS) of south Korea, hotbed of evils in the world, hatched a vicious plot to hurt the supreme leadership of the DPRK and those acts have been put into the extremely serious phase of implementation after crossing the threshold of the DPRK,” the North’s KCNA news agency quoted the statement as saying adding that “They hatched a plot of letting human scum Kim commit bomb terrorism targeting the supreme leadership during events at the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun and at military parade and public procession after his return home.”

“A hideous terrorists’ group, which the CIA and the NIS infiltrated into the DPRK on the basis of covert and meticulous preparations to commit state sponsored terrorism against the supreme leadership of the DPRK by use of biochemical substance, has been recently detected.”

In taking a page right out of the Turkish “shadow government” playbook, North Korea said the cell had “infiltrated” North Korea but the Ministry of State Security will “ferret out and mercilessly destroy to the last one the terrorists of the US CIA,” the local ministry said as cited by the state’s KCNA news agency. Pyongyang identified one of the people involved in the “vicious plot” as “Kim,” a timber worker who was allegedly bribed by the CIA while working in Russia in June 2014.

Kim reportedly received over $20,000 from South Korean agents on two occasions and reportedly planned to attack the North Korean leadership during a public event in Pyongyang. The cell planned to use an unspecified poison.

“The intelligence agents told him that assassination by use of biochemical substances including radioactive substance and nano poisonous substance is the best method that does not require access to the target, their lethal results will appear after six or twelve months…. [A North] Korean-style anti-terrorist attack will be commenced from this moment to sweep away the intelligence and plot-breeding organizations of the US imperialists and the puppet clique,” the ministry statement warned.

North Korea also gave lengthy details about the alleged plot but said it could never be accomplished.  “Criminals going hell-bent to realize such a pipe dream cannot survive on this land even a moment,” it said.

North Korea also threatened “its own kind of counter-terrorism strike” against the U.S. and South Korea.

The report did not provide any evidence of the alleged plot, however it noted that an assassination of Kim Jong-un and other senior government officials in Pyongyang is part of Seoul’s contingency plans for a possible major military confrontation between the two Koreas. The US is said to be lending its expertise to the plan.

That said, the mostly paranoid statement is not without foundation: two women accused of killing the estranged half-brother of North Korean leader Kim with a chemical weapon appeared in court in Malaysia last month. As a reminder, the women reportedly smeared his face with the toxic VX nerve agent, a chemical described by the United Nations as a weapon of mass destruction, at Kuala Lumpur airport on Feb. 13.

Coincidence? ISIS Launches Simultaneous Attack on Syrian Army During US Missile Strike

isis

Homs, Syria — Thursday night, the world watched in collective awe as the United States launched 59 tomahawk missiles into Al-Shayrat air base in Homs, using two US Navy destroyers. While the rest of the world watched, however, ISIS acted, according to local Syrian governor Talal Barazi.

While million dollar a piece missiles were hurled from billion dollar Navy destroyers, Islamic State forces launched a major offensive to gain control of strategic areas near Palmyra. However, according to the local governor, their actions were unsuccessful.

“The US aggression was aimed at the Shayrat airbase, which backs the Syrian army’s military operations against terrorists, and IS in particular. The base is in 45 kilometers from eastern Homs,” he said.

The attack on this base is “a direct act of aggression against the Syrian Army with the aim of weakening its capacity to fight IS,” the governor added.

According to RT, earlier, unnamed sources reported that Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) had launched a massive offensive in the eastern part of the Homs Governorate and, without essential air support, the situation could worsen any moment, a local military source told Al-Masdar.

Barazi then claimed the US strikes “targeted military positions in Syria and in Homs specifically” in order to “serve the goals of terrorism in Syria and the goals of Israel in the long run”.

As multiple analysts have already reported, Barazi is right — this attack weakens the Syrian government which, in turn, gives direct aid to ISIS.

He added: “Syrian leadership and Syrian policy will not change.

“This targeting was not the first and I don’t believe it will be the last.”

Of course, Assad is no hero leader, however, he was working alongside Russia to help eliminate ISIS in the country. Now, however, ISIS was given a de facto advantage over Syria as the US, at least for the time being, appears to be in their corner — again.

Whether or not it was coincidental that the ISIS attack and the US strike happened at the same time is irrelevant as the reported outcome is the same.

According to the old adage, “The enemy of my enemy is my friend,” it appears that Trump just made friends with ISIS — and ISIS is loving it.

As Trump loses support from his antiwar base, he is quickly finding newfound backing from two groups — ISIS and the oligarchs in the deep state.

To those who thought Trump would be different, we told you so.

Infowars and Natural News under attack

Infowars and Natural News under attack

by Jon Rappoport

Feb 22, 2017

Alex Jones’ infowars.com and Mike Adams’ naturalnews.com are both under attack.

Infowars has been dropped by its ad platform provider — adroll.com, which spreads ads for Infowars products to many, many media outlets. Last year, that ad operation accounted for more than $3 million in sales for Infowars.

Natural News has been “delisted” by Google. Google appears to have wiped out 140,000 pages of listings for Mike’s website. I just typed in “natural news” at Google and what came up was something different, natural.news — another tiny site owned by Mike, not naturalnews.com, as the top listing.

The Empire is striking back. This isn’t debate or discussion or even baseless accusation. This is war by attrition. And censorship.

This is part of the elite mantra: if we don’t like it, wipe it out.

If you’ve been awake for the past year, you’ve seen an escalation, along many fronts, of the so-called “Progressive” forces to censor what they don’t want to read or hear.

It’s taken a new turn. They want to take down key independent media outlets.

They want to narrow down the “information superhighway” to a one-lane road that runs directly into their headquarters, where all the big-time fake news is dispensed, every day, to the hypnotized masses.

Don’t let them win. At the very least, take the independent news you judge is vitally important and spread it out far and wide.

Finally, for now, a message to those individuals who, by work and sweat and intelligence, by their own efforts, have built and created independent news sites:

WHATEVER DIFFERENCES YOU MAY HAVE HAD, FROM TIME TO TIME, WITH ONE ANOTHER, THIS IS BIGGER THAN THAT. MUCH BIGGER. THIS IS ABOUT CENSORSHIP OF FREE SPEECH. THIS IS ABOUT A WAR AGAINST THE FREEDOMS WE HOLD DEAR, THE FREEDOMS THAT MEAN THE MOST WHEN THEY ARE UNDER ATTACK. DEFEND EACH OTHER.

A Year Ago Today, A Tragic Attack on Paris Forever Changed the World

(RT) One year ago, the Paris attacks of November 13 shocked the world. Gunmen and suicide bombers brought carnage to the heart of the French capital in a series of coordinated attacks targeting revelers at a concert hall, a stadium, restaurants and bars.

The events of that Friday night left 130 people dead and hundreds of others wounded. It was labeled an “act of war” by French President Francois Hollande.

In response to the attacks, which were organized by Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL), hundreds of raids were carried out across France and then in the Belgian city of Brussels.

Here is how events unfolded on that bloody night.

IS claimed responsibility for the attacks on November 14 as details started to emerge. Eight people were believed to have carried out the attacks, with two still alive and at large.

After a four-month manhunt suspect Salah Abdeslam, a French national born in Brussels, was arrested in Belgium on March 18. The search for the suspect concluded in the district of Molenbeek, where he had been harbored by a family.

Remaining suspect Mohamed Abrini was arrested in Etterbeek, Brussels on April 8. Abrini’s fingerprints had been found on a car used in the attacks. While in custody he admitted to being the “man in the hat”, a suspect wanted in connection with the Brussels airport bombing in March which killed 32 people.
