Vanity Fair Editors Relentlessly Attacked Over "Don"t-Run-Again-Hillary" Satirical Video

It appears the McResistance is on the warpath once again, and this time they"re going after Vanity Fair, which to the surprise of many published a satirical video about Hillary Clinton"s future prospects in the days just before Christmas with the caption, "Maybe it"s time for Hillary Clinton to take up a new hobby in 2018" as part of a broader series on New Year"s resolutions.

"Take up a new hobby in the new year," suggested Vanity Fair writer Maya Kosoff. "Volunteer work, knitting, improv comedy - literally anything that will keep you from running again."

Editor John Kelly, meanwhile, suggested that Clinton "finally put away your James Comey voodoo doll." And added further with cheerful snark, "We all know you think James Comey cost you the election and he might have, but so did a handful of other things. It’s a year later and time to move on."

Editors from the magazine’s politics and business section, Hive, published the one-minute video entitled "Six New Year"s Resolutions for Hillary Clinton" featuring themselves holding Champagne flutes while giving New Year"s advice, which includes telling the former secretary of state and failed presidential candidate to give up and retire in 2018.

Though the video is fast approaching one million views via twitter, it more noticeably has evoked an avalanche of anger and outrage in the form of over 10,000 twitter comments - the overwhelming majority of which express shock and indignation, with repeat calls for Vanity Fair to remove the video.

At the same time Hillary supporters including celebrities, journalists, and political commentators voiced their anger using the "#CancelVanityFair" hashtag which garnered over 30,000 tweets. And predictably it didn"t take long for sexism to become the driving critique with Peter Daou, a former Clinton adviser, slamming the magazine for insulting “one of the most accomplished women in the history of the United States” while adding that he"s long defended Clinton from such "sexist attacks."

But it appears the magazine caved by issuing a vague blanket apology, though the video hasn"t been removed. A Vanity Fair spokesperson said, "It was an attempt at humor and we regret that it missed the mark."

Of course, this didn"t placate the trolls as "the resistance" thinks Hillary Clinton should remain uniquely immune from being the object of satire and didn"t take the magazine to task over any other satirical videos in the same series. The New Year’s resolution video for Trump, for example, advises the president to delete his Twitter account and drink more Diet Coke in 2018. The Hive editors also took shots at Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Gary Cohn among others.

Meanwhile the creators of the video, which in its mockery is no harsher than your average Saturday Night Live skit, have been trolled relentlessly by Hillary supporters forcing at least one to lock her social media accounts. According to The Intercept"s Glenn Greenwald, "One of the reporters for Vanity Fair who appeared in the "don"t-run-again-Hillary" video, Maya Kosoff, has locked her account after being subjected to the most foul vitriol and abuse, endlessly, over several days."

Below are a handful of select tweets which capture the outrage over the simple satirical Hillary video... it appears the resistance mob will attack even Vanity Fair for crossing narrowly enforced boundaries. With such sensitivity 2018 is sure to be loads of fun.

SEC Associate Director And Wife Of Fired Anti-Trump FBI Agent Appears To Scrub Facebook Page Of Obama-Clinton Likes

Content originally published at iBankCoin.com

The cheated-on wife of FBI agent Peter Strzok, who was booted off Robert Mueller"s Special Counsel for sending his mistress anti-Trump text messages, appears to have scrubbed her Facebook page of pro-Hillary and pro-Obama "likes" after her husband"s embarassing dismissal and relegation to the HR department.

Reddit userBREXITGOD notes that Strzok"s wife, Melissa Hodgman, was promoted to Associate Director in the SEC"s enforcement division by the Obama administration on October 14, 2016 - 14 days before the second Hillary Clinton email investigation. Of note, the FBI knew about the emails for "weeks" before launching the second investigation which Peter Strzok oversaw.

Daily Caller reporter Chuck Ross pointed out Strzok"s wife"s apparent support for liberal causes on Sunday:

A Facebook account that appears to be operated by Melissa Hodgman, a top lawyer at the Securities and Exchange Commission who married Strzok in 1994, shows membership in several pro-Clinton and pro-Obama Facebook groups.

“Democrats for a Blue America” and “Thank You Obama” are two of the groups Hodgman supports. She is also a follower of a page called “We Voted for Hillary.”

Hodgman did not respond to emails from The Daily Caller seeking comment about her involvement with the groups.

And yesterday, Reddit user BREXITGOD discovered that Hodgman has scrubbed her Facebook "likes" of any and all references to Obama, Hillary Clinton, Chelsea Clinton, Huffington Post and "Democrats for a Blue America."

Before

After

When reached for comment as to how he determined that the Facebook account in question belongs to Hodgman, user BREXITGOD provided publicly available evidence to make the connection.

McAuliffe Considers 2020 White House Bid As Dems Worry "There"s Too Much Clinton In Him"

Virginia governor, and long-time Clinton confidant, Terry McAuliffe is apparently "seriously" considering a bid for the White House in 2020. Per The Hill:

Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D) is “seriously” considering the 2020 presidential race, according to confidants.

“He’s given me every indication that he’s taking it seriously,” said one McAuliffe friend who has spoken to him about his 2020 prospects. “I don’t think he’s 100 percent decided that this is something he’s planning to do but it is something he’s seriously considering.”

“Whether he pulls the trigger or not, that remains to be seen,” the friend added.

McAuliffe could successfully talk about his track record as governor of Virginia, a purple state, former aides and associates say.

McAuliffe

Of course, our readers will undoubtedly recall that McAuliffe is the same Clinton confidant who funneled roughly $700,000 in political contributions to the Senate campaign of FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe"s wife at the same time that McCabe was conveniently overseeing an investigation of Hillary Clinton.

Not surprisingly, it"s precisely that little nuance about his background that has Democratic strategists worried that he has "too much Clinton in him" to be a successful 2020 candidate.

But should he decide to run, the governor would face some obstacles.

For starters — his close ties to Bill and Hillary Clinton.

On the heels of a disappointing loss in 2016, political observers say Democrats might want someone from outside of  Clinton World in 2020.

And McAuliffe, who served as co-chairman of Bill Clinton’s 1996 reelection campaign and chairman of Hillary Clinton’s 2008 campaign, would be labeled by rivals as a major part of the Clinton inner circle.

“I think that’s his biggest problem,” the friend said. “It will be so hard for him to thread the needle. Bill Clinton is his best friend and anyone who knows Terry knows he is a very, very loyal person. He would walk over coals for Bill Clinton, so I don’t think it’s a politically tenable position.”

Julian Zelizer, a professor of history and public affairs at Princeton University, agreed that his Clinton ties are problematic.

“I don’t think he is the way to go for the Democrats,” Zelizer said. “There is too much Clinton in him, and he doesn’t have the kind of fire power on the campaign trail people will need to really rally the base.”

Meanwhile, even if he does decide to run, the bookies don"t seem to think he has a chance.  According to PaddyPower, California Senator Kamala Harris is the front-runner for Dems with Elizabeth Warren and Joe Biden not far behind and Terry McAuliffe an extreme long shot at 80/1.

"They Went After The Women Who Came Forward" - Former Obama HHS Secretary Exposes The Clintons

Authored by Alex Thomas via SHTFplan.com,

In the “post Weinstein” world we now find ourselves in we have seen dozens and dozens of prominent figures in Hollywood, politics, and the media be accused of a wide range of sexual attacks on women.

From groping all the way to rape, powerful establishment figures are being outed as sexual predators across the country, with the mainstream media declaring that all accusers must, at least initially, be believed.

Amazingly, at the same time, mainstream media talking heads have either specifically ignored the numerous allegations against Bill Clinton or actually claimed that his accusers are discredited and cannot be believed. (Keep in mind all other accusers are automatically assumed to be telling the truth.)

With that being said, it was only a matter of time before that dam broke as well and now, with a series of explosive comments by an Obama and Clinton ally, one can hope that Bill Clinton may finally be brought to justice with Hillary forever shamed for her role in attacking the women who came forward.

In an interview conducted on a CNN podcast by former Obama chief adviser David Axelrod, former Obama Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius opened up about the cover-up and subsequent attacks on the women who accused then President Clinton in the 1990’s.

“Not only did people look the other way, but they went after the women who came forward and accused him,” Sebelius stunningly detailed. Keep in mind this is a fact that the alternative media has reported on literally hundreds and hundreds of times while being attacked as right-wing conspiracy theorists for doing so.

“And so it doubled down on not only bad behavior but abusive behavior. And then people attacked the victims,” Sebelius continued.

Sebelius made clear that her criticism extends directly to Hillary Clinton herself who was widely known to be the driving force behind the attacks on her husbands accusers.

An article written about the podcast by CNN couldn’t hide from the fact that this is absolutely Hillary’s problem as well.

Sebelius extended her criticism to Hillary Clinton, and the Clinton White House for what she called a strategy of dismissing and besmirching the women who stepped forward - a pattern she said is being repeated today by alleged perpetrators of sexual assault - saying that the criticism of the former first lady and Secretary of State was “absolutely” fair.

Sebelius noted that the Clinton Administration’s response was being imitated, adding that “you can watch that same pattern repeat, It needs to end. It needs to be over.”

The comments came during a conversation with David Axelrod on the latest episode of “The Axe Files,” a podcast produced by the University of Chicago Institute of Politics and CNN.

Of course the notoriously left wing, anti-Trump network couldn’t simply report on Sebelius’s comments without also attacking Republicans who have seemingly done the exact thing that the network has defended the Clinton’s for doing.

One can imagine that like Donna Brazile, Sebelius will be attacked by Clinton’s army of media shills and then eventually attempt to backtrack a few days later when the pressure becomes too much to handle.

Regardless, the cat is out of the bag. Both Bill and Hillary Clinton (as well as the entire machine around them) actively and purposefully attacked the numerous women who accused Bill of everything from groping to rape.

They absolutely did not “stand by them.”

Uranium Deal Turns Spotlight on Hillary Clinton But Not the Way She Wanted

Submitted by Charles Ortel and Ekaterina Blinova

Hillary and Bill Clinton could have been involved in "pay-to-play" schemes, while transferring money through their charity in a non-transparent manner, according to Wall Street analyst and investigative journalist Charles Ortel who believes that the uranium deal may become the trigger for an all-out inquiry into the Clinton Foundation.

The Clintons" "modus operandi" is first, to lie under oath, and, second, to obstruct justice from within government and even from outside government, Charles Ortel alleged, commenting on investigations launched by the Senate and the House of Representatives into the Obama-era uranium deal. It was rumored that as secretary of state Hillary Clinton approved the agreement benefiting Russia in exchange for donations to the Clinton Foundation (CF) from Canadian mining industry leaders involved in the deal. Clinton refuted the claim that she helped support the donors" interests.

Hillary"s Uranium Case: Why Now?

Answering the question why of all times Hillary Clinton"s uranium case has surfaced now, Ortel noted that it was Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley who kicked off the initiative following the release of reports by US journalists John Solomon and Sara Carter.

Ortel believes that Attorney General Jeff Sessions "has been dragging his feet on putting resources behind a full and complete investigation of the network of charities operated by and for the Clintons that seems to be engaged in the largest frauds perpetrated in modern history, when one considers all the tentacles."

While speaking to Alabama voters in late September, Donald Trump responded to their chant "lock her [Clinton] up" by saying: "You"ve got to speak to Jeff Sessions about that." Then, during an October 18 congressional hearing, Attorney General Sessions dropped the hint that the Justice Department was looking into the alleged conflict of interest involving the former secretary of state.

Is the Clinton investigation launched by the US Congress, and, allegedly, Sessions, connected to the ongoing Trump-Russia probe?

Ortel assumed that the narrative concerning Trump"s supposed collusion with the Russians during the 2016 presidential elections, promoted by "Team Obama" and "Team Clinton," is nothing but an attempt to prevent the US president from disclosing "potential criminal activities involving government officials, donors and others [who] might get prosecuted once the Trump administration finds its feet."

"When Trump shocked many by winning, Team Obama and Team Clinton must have realized that skeletons created and put in closets from January 20, 2009 onwards, might get exposed," he explained.

"At first, it seems consideration was given to contesting the election result, and then to obstructing the inauguration. As these moves failed, the Trump-Russia collusion narrative ultimately triggered the appointment of [Special Counsel Robert] Mueller, and then of his team," Ortel said.

The Clinton Foundation Brought Into the Spotlight, Again

The alleged conflict of interest has once again brought the Clinton charity"s murky financial activities into the spotlight. According to Ortel, who has been investigating the CF for the past few years, the Clintons have a long record of receiving grants, including from foreign nations, and not disclosing it in an appropriate manner.

"There are various laws that require a US charity to disclose its government grants, including those from foreign nations," the investigative journalist explained. "When you look through the IRS tax forms from 1998 through 2007 for the Clinton Foundation, you will see that the line "government grants" is not filled in for any of these 10 years."

Ortel noted that "On December 18, 2008, the Clintons reluctantly provided a table that purported to show donor information concerning cumulative contributions, arrayed in a misleading fashion by category." "This list includes numerous "governments" so the CF and its trustees knowingly omitted crucial information on tax forms submitted for 1998 through 2007," the analyst highlighted.

However, Ortel emphasized that the list is "misleading" because "the largest category $25 million and up failed to highlight that UNITAID had donated hundreds of millions by December 18, 2008, and had even advanced monies for 2009 to the CF in 2008."

UNITAID, an organization aimed at providing access to drugs and treatment for AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis patients worldwide, was founded with the assistance of former US President Bill Clinton and then French President Jacques Chirac in 2006. The entity was officially established by the governments of Brazil, Chile, France, Norway and the United Kingdom while the CF was named as one of its key partners.

"These donations had gone to the Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative, Inc., an AR [Arkansas] legal entity whose authority to operate had been revoked on March 31, 2008, with effect from December 31, 2007. Moreover, the French government and possibly other donors had grown quite concerned about this illegal activity around then," the analyst surmised.

In addition to federal filings on government grants, New York and California require detailed disclosures that still have not properly been made by the Clinton charity concerning government grants,  amount and intended purposes.  "So, one issue that is deeply troubling for the Clintons and for the regulators who still seem willing to give the Clintons, lawyers, accountants, a pass is what purposes did the donors intend the Clinton Foundation to carry out in each year from 1998 forward. And exactly when, if ever, was the CF authorized by the IRS [Internal Revenue Service] and the states to be more than a Little Rock Presidential Records Repository and Research Center," the Wall Street analyst underscored.

Given the fact that lots of data are omitted in the CF balance sheets the question arises what actually happened to these various government and other donations, Ortel asked.

How Clinton Charity Evolved Into Monstrous Non-Transparent Network

So, when did this trend start?

Citing Taylor Branch, the Pulitzer Prize-winning author and Bill Clinton"s secret diarist, Ortel said "Bill Clinton was thinking about his library immediately after he won his first presidential election." However, the charity intended to gather money for the William J. Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock has transformed into an enormous and non-transparent international network.

"Early on in Arkansas, [the Clintons] likely discovered that no one actually checks what really happens to sums spent by governments in the granular ways that forensic accountants and investigators can check, if they wish to," Ortel remarked.

The investigative journalist elaborated that "with the "charities," operating without controls, the Clintons, their allies, and others can divert incoming funds to side accounts, and declare only a portion of the vast sums that actually are sent their way." He highlighted that "with the balance of "revenues," they can claim expenses of any amount they wish, but ensure monies go to allies who can then kick back portions of sums actually sent."

"Had the American public learned the truth starting in 2001, the Clinton Foundation long ago would have been shut down, and possibly trustees and Clinton family members, as well as executives would have been prosecuted, convicted, and incarcerated," he alleged.

According to the analyst, there were many other scandals "that plagued the Clintons, while and after Bill was a president."

"During and after the 1996 election, allegations were made and subsequently investigated that the Clintons and Democrats tapped foreign money sources, including possibly the Chinese and there were endless hearings," he said, referring to the 1996 US campaign finance controversy — an alleged effort by the People"s Republic of China to influence domestic American politics.

However, Ortel stressed that "these hearings never seemed to go to the heart of underlying issues, possibly because both politicians in both parties (illegally) may have been engaged in the same bad behavior."

"That Money's Already Been Spent" - Clinton Foundation Won't Return $250,000 Weinstein Donation

After the Clinton Foundation’s chief spokesman suggested as much in a tweet on Saturday, the Clinton Foundation has confirmed that it will not be returning a $250,000 donation from disgraced Hollywood studio chief Harvey Weinstein, Fox news reported.

The foundation said Sunday that donations, ranging from $100,000 to $250,000, have already been spent on projects.

On Friday, Hillary Clinton said during an interview Friday with the UK’s Channel Four that her campaign has yet to rreturn Weinstein"s campaign contributions. After issuing a statement denouncing her one-time friend issued five days after the scandal broke, Clinton promised during an interview with CNN that she personally would donate to charity an amount equal to Weinstein"s contributions over the course of her political career.

She blamed the delay on the complexities of withdrawing money from a campaign account, and reiterated that the money would be turned over soon. Weinstein was also a prominent Democratic fundraiser who hosted fundraising events for Clinton and former President Barack Obama.

The move to keep the money was expected following tweets from the foundation’s spokesman Craig Minassian.

“Suggesting @ClintonFdn return funds from our 330,000+ donors ignores the fact that donations have been used to help people across the world,” Minassian wrote on Twitter.

A Clinton Foundation spokesman told the Daily Mail that Weinstein"s money was used to fund programs to help lower the cost of HIV medication and supporting women and girls in developing countries. Weinstein"s most recent donation was made in 2014.

In an interview with CNN"s Fareed Zakaria on Thursday Clinton said she was "sick" and "shocked" when she found out about the sexual assault allegations against Weinstein, which were first revealed in a bombshell report by The New York Times and then further reported in a detailed report by The New Yorker and subsequent reports in the Times. Since then, more than 30 women have publicly accused Weinstein of harassment, assault or groping.

"I was appalled. It was something that was just intolerable in every way," she said. "And, you know, like so many people who"ve come forward and spoken out, this was a different side of a person who I and many others had known in the past."

When asked about Weinstein’s campaign donations, she told CNN that it wasn"t possible to give the money back but that she would donate an equivalent amount to charity.

"What other people are saying, what my former colleagues are saying, is they"re going to donate it to charity, and of course I will do that," she said on CNN. "I give 10% of my income to charity every year, this will be part of that.

There"s no – there"s no doubt about it."

A Clinton aide later told CNN that Clinton would donate $13,000 to a women"s organization, but refused to provide a name. The donation will cover Weinstein"s contributions to her 2000 Senate primary race, the 2006 Senate primary and general election, the 2007 presidential primary and the 2015 and 2016 presidential primary and general election, the aide said.

Dozens Democratic Party politicians – including Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, Sen. Sen. Al Franken, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Sen. Cory Booker – have pledged to donate their Weinstein’s contributions to charities focused on women’s rights.

But will Clinton - who has repeatedly insisted that she was unaware of Weinstein"s predatory behavior despite considering him a friend - cough up an additional $250,000 to cover Weinstein’s donations to the Clinton Foundation? That remains to be seen.

Hillary Compares Trump To Putin: "Hopefully He Hasn't Ordered The Killing Of Journalists"

As Hillary Clinton tours the country desperately trying to explain "What Happened" during the 2016 election, she aggressively ramped up her rhetoric game to an 11 during a recent interview with Charlie Rose.  After saying that Trump has authoritarian tendencies, Clinton went on to compare him to Putin and said that she can only hope he hasn"t "ordered the killing of people and journalists and the like."

Clinton: "I don’t think he really values democracy, Charlie."

Rose:  "He doesn’t value democracy? So he’s not a ‘democrat,’ little ‘d?""

Clinton:  "No, he’s not, he’s a top-down guy."

Rose:  "He’s an authoritarian?"

Clinton:"He has tendencies toward authoritarianism."

Rose:  "So, he’s no different than Putin?"

Clinton:  "Well, hopefully he hasn’t ordered the killing of people and journalists and the like."

Of course, if Trump is truly that bad then it"s only a matter of time before he"s breaking federal laws, deleting emails subject to congressional subpoenas, destroying evidence with hammers and sending Melania out to meet privately with the Attorney General of the United States when criminal investigations are at risk of "going too far"...oh wait, that was Hillary.

Oh well, here is the clip anyway:

Hillary Clinton May Challenge Legitimacy Of Presidential Election

The US presidential election took place nearly one year ago, but to Hillary Clinton it may as well never have ended.

In an interview with NPR, the former first lady said that "if Russian interference turned out to be deeper than previously thought" she wouldn’t rule out challenging its legitimacy or the outcome.

“No, I wouldn"t rule it out,” she said.

Still, even the defeated Democratic nominee admitted that she does not "believe" there is a means to officially challenge the election’s outcome. "I don"t know if there"s any legal, constitutional way to do that," Clinton said.

“There are scholars, academics, who have arguments that it would be [possible], but I don’t think they’re on strong ground. But people are making those arguments. I just don’t think we have a mechanism,” Mrs. Clinton said. “I think you can raise questions."

Your sure can, especially if it means staying in the public eye day after day reminding the world how your loss was everyone else"s fault but your own, to the point where even her fellow Democrats have said enough. Monday’s interview is the latest in a whirlwind of appearances the former first lady has given as she promotes her book, “What Happened.”

In addition to Russia, over the past week, she’s continued to blame James Comey, Bernard Sanders and others for her defeat, and she’s also doubled down on her call to end the Electoral College.

None of this is new: Hillary has repeatedly blamed Russia’s efforts to intervene in last year’s election for her loss to Donald Trump, but her latest comments reflect the depth of her frustration with the Kremlin’s efforts which apparently were channeled by Trump himself.  She charged that the president knew the Russians were trying to sabotage her campaign, but that it’s unclear if he can be held accountable at this point.

“[Trump] knew they were trying to do whatever they could to discredit me with emails, so there’s obviously a trail there, but I don’t know that in our system we have any means of doing that, but I just wanted to add to the point you made. There’s no doubt they influenced the election: We now know more about how they did that.”

Clinton also said she would have reacted differently than Trump did and established an “independent commission with subpoena power” to probe it.

“Let me just put it this way, if I had lost the popular vote but won the electoral college and in my first day as president the intelligence community came to me and said, ‘The Russians influenced the election,’ I would"ve never stood for it,” she said. “Even though it might"ve advantaged me, I would"ve said, ‘We"ve got to get to the bottom of this.’” She probably meant disadvantaged.

She then proceeded to psychoanalyze Trump, saying that "I think part of the reason Trump behaves the way he behaves is that he is a walking example of projection. Whatever he"s doing and whatever he thinks is happening he will accuse somebody else of", she concluded without a trace of irony.

Well, even if Hillary fails to challenge Trump over Putin"s unprecedented hacking of millions of middle-class Americans, she can always find comfort in the stupendous, fantastic, if just a little fabricated rating of her book on Amazon, which as of today has 4.8 completely unhacked stars out of 5... with Jeff Bezos" sincerest compliments.

Hillary Clinton's Alternative Take On What "1984" Was All About

Since the official release of Hillary"s new book "What Happened" yesterday, our sense of logic and rational thought has been under constant assault by a steady stream of "Hillary-isms" which provide some rather dark insights into the bizarro world in which she lives.

That said, we"ve seen nothing that tops the following excerpt in which Hillary offers up her expert opinion on the key life lesson that should be learned from "1984", namely that we should trust and rely on "our leaders, the press, and experts who seek to guide public policy."

"Attempted to define reality is a core feature of authoritarianism.  This is what the Soviets did when they erased political dissidents from historical photos.  This is what happens in George Orwell"s classic novel "Nineteen Eighty-Four," when a torturer holds up four fingers and delivers electric shocks until his prisoner see five fingers as ordered.  The goal is to make you question logic and reason and to sow mistrust toward exactly the people we need to rely on: our leaders, the press, experts who seek to guide public policy based on evidence, ourselves."

Sorry, Hillary...but we"re pretty sure that the key takeway from "1984" was not that we should all trust the government and media just a little more...

We"ve been saying this a lot lately but we find it helpful to clarify in instances such as this...yes, this is real life.

The irony here is that the democratic party and the mainstream media, both entities that Hillary suggests should have your utmost trust and respect, have been on a mission to "sow mistrust" for over a year now with their perpetual "Russian collusion" narrative...a narrative for which no actual evidence has been presented.

Of course, after reading that passage above, one can only come to one of two conclusions: i) Hillary has never read 1984 (best case) or ii) Hillary"s powers of self-delusion are far greater than anyone ever imagined (worst case).

FBI Denies FOIA Request For Hillary Documents Due To "Lack Of Public Interest"

It was just over a year ago that James Comey boldly consolidated the roles of investigator, lawyer, judge and jury when he announced that, although Hillary was "extremely careless" in her mishandling of classified State Department emails, no reasonable prosecutor would be willing to bring charges against her.

The decision sparked national outrage, particularly since it came just a few days after Bill Clinton happened to be spotted by a local reporter meeting privately with then Attorney General Loretta Lynch on a tarmac in Phoenix.  Combine that with Comey"s admission under oath that Loretta Lynch clearly attempted to interfere in the FBI"s investigation and it all wreaked of just another Clinton coverup...said another way, just a bunch of Republicans trying to "criminalize things that are normal."

Be that as it may, at least one attorney, Ty Clevenger of New York, has been working diligently to make sure that Hillary and various members of her staff face at least some consequences for their alleged crimes which range from perjury under oath to willful destruction of evidence protected by a Congressional subpoena (see: The "Oh Shit" Moment: Hillary Wiped Her Server With BleachBit Despite Subpoena), among many others. We noted the efforts of Clevenger to get Hillary disbarred in the state of Arkansas back in June in a post entitled "Hillary Not "Out Of The Woods": Arkansas Bar Considers Disciplinary Action Over Email Scandal."

Alas, it seems as though Clevenger"s pursuit of Hillary has been has been held up by the FBI for a rather curious reason, namely a "lack of public interest."  As the Washington Times points out, after filing a FOIA request for Hillary documents with the FBI, Clevenger received the following emailed response:

“You have not sufficiently demonstrated that the public’s interest in disclosure outweighs personal privacy interests of the subject,” FBI records management section chief David M. Hardy told Mr. Clevenger in a letter Monday.

“It is incumbent upon the requester to provide documentation regarding the public’s interest in the operations and activities of the government before records can be processed pursuant to the FOIA,” Mr. Hardy wrote.

Dear FBI, on behalf of Mr. Clevenger, please allow us to submit Exhibit A regarding the public"s interest in this and all future FOIA requests regarding Mrs. Clinton"s records...there are roughly 63mm people (and probably a couple of Democrats as well) who are very eager to learn anything you might have to disclose regarding Hillary"s alleged transgressions.

Hillary Says "Creep" Trump Made Her "Skin Crawl"

With two weeks left until "What Happened,” Hillary Clinton’s post-campaign memoir, is slated to hit the shelves, excerpts from the book are starting to leak. And, in order to build the pre-launch buzz, the first chapters to emerge focus not on the mistakes Clinton made during the campaign, but target the man who some believe stole her presidency with the help of the Russian government.

Audio of Clinton reading from “What Happened” was leaked to MSNBC’s “Morning Joe." Here, Clinton describes how her “skin crawled” during a moment during the second debate with President Donald Trump when the "creepy" Republican nominee loomed behind her while she spoke – a moment that was roundly mocked by “Saturday Night Live.”

Clinton noted the timing of the debate, which took place two days after Trump’s “Grab her by the p***y comment emerged, in a transparent effort to make Trump"s supposedly "aggressive" behavior look shadier than it was.

“In audio clips of Clinton reading from the book, "What Happened," which were first obtained by MSNBC"s "Morning Joe," Clinton recounted her thoughts as she toyed with the idea of telling her Republican rival to "back up, you creep" as he stood behind her during the second presidential debate.

"My skin crawled," Clinton said. "It was one of those moments where you wish you could hit pause and ask everyone watching "well, what would you do?""

Just two days prior, Clinton said, ‘the world heard [Trump] brag about groping women.’”

Clinton briefly contemplated telling Trump to "back up," decided against it – a decision she now regrets. In hindsight, it would’ve been “great TV.” Instead, she says she gripped the microphone "extra hard."

“Clinton said during the debate she decided against telling Trump, "back up, you creep, get away from me," and in order to keep her composure, she gripped the microphone "extra hard." But, in hindsight, Clinton wondered if she should have taken the time to tell Trump off for following her.

"It certainly would have been better TV. Maybe I have over-learned the lesson of staying calm, biting my tongue, digging my finger nails into a clenched fist, smiling all the while, determined to present a composed face to the world," she said.”

"What Happened" has been marketed as a mea culpa – a chance for Clinton to talk about some of the mistakes she made during the campaign. With the Clinton campaign a disaster on many levels, there should be plenty of material to fill 200 pages, allowing Clinton to avoid exploring the real, underlying issues. Alas, that won"t happen: Clinton has already told NBC that the book won’t be a “comprehensive” account of the campaign.

“Clinton"s memoir is slated to be a postmortem on mistakes she made along the campaign trail and the “devastating” and unexpected loss to President Donald Trump, according to a press release.

"In this book, I write about moments from the campaign that I wish I could go back and do over. If the Russians could hack my subconscious, they’d find a long list," Clinton said in one part of the book.”

We have no special insight into the exact nature of these confessed “mistakes” that will appear in the book. However, given Clinton’s penchant for minimizing blame since the election, it will likely be filled with specious insights like “we should’ve hit more campaign stops in Pennsylvania.” Of course, ultimately none of that mattered and Clinton lost the election after the electorate ultimately decided that she was untrustworthy and a continuation of a failing status quo. Furthermore, a mea culpa that doesn’t involve some honest introspection about how her embrace of the status-quo, her militant hawkishness on Libya and other US conflicts and her rejection of populist values ultimately doomed her campaign, would not only be meaningless but could further harm the Democratic cause into the midterm elections.

Then again, who knows? Perhaps the twilight of Clinton"s political career has engendered within her a newfound appreciation for candor, and there may be surprises when the book is released on Sept. 12. In the meantime, brace for more hype-generating "leaks."

We have three words after reading all this from Hillary... But Bill didn"t?

'Aspiring Pastor' Hillary Goes From Seances And SpiritCooks To Bible Thumping

Content originally published at iBankCoin.com

According to deep state’s department of brand management & optics Atlantic division, the ever-pious Hillary Clinton wants to become a pastor – a move which is sure to bring religious rust-belt swing voters back to the blue side for any future political endeavors…

“Hillary Clinton wants to preach. That’s what she told Bill Shillady, her longtime pastor, at a recent photo shoot for his new book about the daily devotionals he sent her during the 2016 campaign. Scattered bits of reporting suggest that ministry has always been a secret dream of the two-time presidential candidate: Last fall, the former Newsweek editor Kenneth Woodward revealed that Clinton told him in 1994 that she thought “all the time” about becoming an ordained Methodist minister. She asked him not to write about it, though: “It will make me seem much too pious.” The incident perfectly captures Clinton’s long campaign to modulate—and sometimes obscure—expressions of her faith.” –The Atlantic

Because what better way to make people forget about a massive pay-for-play scheme, raping Haiti, and a bitchy image than God?

Seances

While Hillary has apparently been in the closet for decades over her desire to preach, she turned heads in the 90’s when investigative journalist Bob Woodward wrote in his book ‘The Choice,” that Clinton “held imaginary conversations with Eleanor Roosevelt and Mahatma Ghandi as therapeutic release.” When an advisor suggested that she communicate with Jesus Christ, she declined, saying it would be “too personal.”

Satanic Idols

In 1993, the president of Wellesley College approved a new rule that all senior theses written by a president or first lady of the United States would be kept under lock and key, a move aimed at preventing the public from learning about their new First Lady. After the Clintons left the White House, however, Hillary’s senior thesis was released to the public – a 92 page homage to radical leftist Saul Alinsky, who dedicated his book to Lucifer.

Hillary describes Alinsky as a “neo-Hobbesian who objects to the conventional mystique surrounding political processes; for him, conflict is the route to power.”

Kind of like Satan, or Jihad.

That’s the spirit!

I’m sure you remember #Spiritcooking satanist Marina Abramovic from 2016 election Wikileaks  who Tony Podesta gave money to, who was invited to Hillary Clinton’s Campaign launch, whose art Hillary Clinton placed in US embassies around the world, who Hillary wanted to invite to a lunch event, who donated the maximum $2700 to Hillary’s campaign, and who said in a Reddit AMA (“Ask Me Anything”) that her spirit cooking dinners in private homes are not art.

I think it’s safe to say that Hillary Clinton is a fan of Marina Abramovic, whose ‘art’ probably wouldn’t go over so well with the Methodist congregation Hillary apparently wants to preach to.

While Hillary’s base is sure to lap up her new ‘revelation’ about her faith, the rest of us aren’t buying it…

What will they cook up next?

Spot The Odd One Out: Hillary & Losing Presidential Candidates' Ratings Edition

Many have defined Hillary Clinton as "unique", a "one off", or "special" and now we have confirmation. Over the past quarter century, the favorability ratings of losing presidential candidates generally have increased after the election, however, as Gallup"s latest poll shows, seven months after her failed bid for the presidency, she remains as unpopular now as she was then.

Typically, losing candidates" favorable ratings improve because political independents and supporters of the opposing political party grow to view the candidate more positively after the election.

However, this has not happened for Clinton. Her current ratings among Republicans (11%) and independents (33%) are just as low now as last November before she lost to Trump. Democrats maintain a mostly positive view of Clinton, with 79% viewing her favorably.

Gallup"s Bottom Line

November"s election was unlike any other before it, with both major party candidates having some of the lowest favorable ratings of any candidates in Gallup"s history. This situation has had unique consequences for the losing candidate as well as the winner.

Seven months after her loss, Clinton"s image remains near its record low since 1992 -- even though prior losing candidates" images improved after their defeats. Trump, like previous winners, did get an increase in favorability shortly after his win, though his current 40% favorable rating remains low in an absolute sense.

Some former Clinton supporters have been openly resentful of the failed candidate, calling her toxic and divisive, and unhelpful in any efforts to resist Trump and his agenda. Republicans, meanwhile, haven"t softened to Clinton in the way they did to Gore after his 2000 loss, or the way Democrats did to Romney and McCain. To some degree, that may be an outcome of the increasingly partisan political environment, but it may also reflect Republicans" long-held and deep-seated antipathy toward Clinton.

At this point, then, it is unclear when or if Clinton"s image will recover. Americans have liked Clinton most when her role was less political -- such as secretary of state or first lady weathering her husband"s public scandal -- and her ratings have suffered each time she has run for office. If she doesn"t seek to run again, her favorability is far less relevant and frees her from the constraints of public opinion.

Liberal Van Jones Shreds Hillary: 'They Took a Billion Dollars and Lit it on Fire'

Content originally published at iBankCoin.com

It appears the lack of momentum in removing the Orange God from the Oval office is beginning to take its toll on the left. As reality sinks in and the hard facts of life with Trump become apparent, the left are eating themselves.

CNN"s Van Jones shreds the Hillary campaign to pieces, only like a social justice warrior can.

"The Hillary Clinton campaign did not spend their money on white workers, and they did not spend it on people of color. They spent it on themselves," Jones told a packed house at McCormick Place in Chicago. "They spent it on themselves, let"s be honest."

"Let"s be honest," Jones continued. "They took a billion dollars, a billion dollars, a billion dollars, and set it on fire, and called it a campaign!"

"That wasn"t a campaign. That"s not a campaign."

Jones continued, attacking the Clinton campaign"s reliance on consultants and polling data that proved to be wrong.

"A billion dollars for consultants. A billion dollars for pollsters. A billion dollars for a data operation, that was run by data dummies who couldn"t figure out that maybe people in Michigan needed to be organized."

"And now they want us to fight about whether black folks or white workers or Latinos or any other group should get the money," Jones said. "First of all, you need to give the money back to the people, period."

"Quit getting rich off people"s struggles," Jones finished.

Van Jones has been redpilled to the divide and conquer politics of DC.

Duterte Lashes Out At Chelsea Clinton's Comments: "How Did You Feel When Your Father Was F***ing Monica Lewinsky?"

A few days ago, controversial Filipino President Rodrigo Duterte made a fairly "unsavory" quip in a speech to soldiers about his decision to declare martial law following a prolonged battle with drug lords and ISIS threats in this country.  In what was meant as "sarcasm," at least according to Duterte, he told soldiers that the ramifications of martial law would fall upon the presidency alone and that he would take the blame if soldiers "rape three women."  Per the Daily Mail:

"For this martial law and the consequences of martial law and the ramifications of martial law, I and I alone would be responsible."

"Just do your work. I will handle the rest. I will be imprisoned for you. If you rape three (women), I will say that I did it."

Of course, as Sean Spicer recently found out when he idiotically compared Assad to Hitler, there are a couple of topics that should just be off limits in political speeches...and rape is one of them.

Not surprisingly, the comment immediately drew international criticism including the following tweet from Chelsea Clinton...you know, because we"re apparently supposed to care what she has to say still.

But, as we"ve learned before after he called Obama a "son of a whore," Duterte is not the type to back down from the pressure of public opinion and/or the twitter rants of former first daughters.  Therefore, it"s not terribly surprising that he lashed out at Chelsea with the following:

"These whores, they hear "rape". Like, like Chelsea, she slammed me. I was not joking, I was being sarcastic. Listen to the speech. I do not laugh at my own jokes."

"I will tell her, when your father, the president of the United States, was f***ing Lewinsky and the girls in the White House, how did you feel? Did you slam your father?"

And, just in case there was any confusion, Duterte has subsequently asked Chelsea again: "I repeat, when President Clinton was fucking Lewinsky, what was your statement or your reaction?"

"It is a crime actually committed by soldiers, mostly Americans in Okinawa," he said, referring to several rape cases involving U.S. servicemen stationed in Japan, most recently last year.

"But, we never heard of a Filipino. But I am just warning them that anything they do, I have to answer for it. I take full responsibility for your foolishness. I speak sarcastically."

"You Americans, like Chelsea, be careful because you live in a glass house," he said.

"I repeat, when President Clinton was fucking Lewinsky, what was your statement or your reaction?"

Somehow we suspect Chelsea"s going to pass on offering up her thoughts on the topic of her father"s infidelities despite Duterte"s repeated requests for additional information.

Macron's "Victory For The World" Sparks $300 Million Panic-Dump In Gold Futures

Two words - "priced in."

Despite what Hillary Clinton proclaimed "a victory for the world"...

Macron"s win in the French presidential election has left capital markets with a whole lot of nothing...

EURUSD managed to run a few stops above 1.10 but went nowhere...

EURJPY (which has been higher beta throughout the turmoil) did vacillate a little but the size of the move is very modest...

S&P futures opened with a spike but are rapidly fading back...to unchanged

But there is one market that saw a sizable move (and heavy volume - standard $300 million notional dump into extremely thin markets).

But that is bouncing back too.

So - all in all, a big anti-climax. But of course with SNB and BOJ buying to come, who knows where we open at 930am ET tomorrow...

Obama To Receive $400,000 Speaking Fee At Cantor Fitzgerald Conference

Shortly after Barack Obama delivered his first (free) speech today since leaving the White House in Chicago before an invitation-only crowd of college students, community organizers and other fans, Fox News" Charlie Gasparino reports that in what may be his first paid speaking arrangement, Obama will be paid $400,000 to speak at Cantor Fitzgerald"s healthcare conference this September, setting the benchmark for how much an hour of the former president"s time will cost going forward.

Obama, who spent years bashing big banks (even if, like Trump, ultimately achieved nothing to halt Wall Street"s dominance) will deliver the keynote address at the organization"s lunch in what will be one of his first paid speeches.

"What sources are telling FOX Business Network is that former President Obama, now less than 100 days out of office, has agreed to a speaking engagement during Cantor Fitzgerald’s healthcare conference in September," FBN"s Gasparino said. "We understand that he is going to be the keynote speaker for the lunch, and he’s going to receive a fee of $400,000. We should point out that that’s in line with what Hilary Clinton got... we should point out that Cantor will neither confirm or deny."

Actually Charlie is off: based on our data, the average Hillary Clinton speech averaged just over $200,000.

Obama"s speech is, however, in the ballpark for what Bill Clinton charged initially, even though the fee gradually declined over time.

The former Democratic community organizer and Illinois senator has focused his nearly 100 days out of office on relaxing at various locations around the globe and planning for his foundation"s library and community center in Chicago.

Two months ago, Penguin Random House won an auction to publish the first book by the Obamas since leaving office for a record price of $60 million. The sum was four times greater than the $15 million Bill Clinton received from Knopf, a division of Penguin Random House, for his 2004 memoirs My Life when he left the White House. George W Bush made an estimated $10 million from his book Decision Points.

Bill Maher: "Hillary, Stay In The Woods. You Had Your Shot. You F**ked It Up"

Bill Maher, host of HBO"s "Real Time," finally said something on his late night talk show that seems to make some level of sense.  Just as Hillary has started to take a more active role in organizing the Donald Trump "Resistance" movement, a move that has sparked rumors of yet another presidential run in 2020, Maher took to the airwaves to implore Clinton to go back to the woods where she "found" herself just a few weeks ago.

“Hillary, stay in the woods. Okay. You had your shot. You f*cked it up. You’re Bill Buckner. We had the World Series, and you let the grounder go through your legs. Let someone else have the chance."

"This to me — the fact that she’s come back, it just verifies every bad thing anyone’s ever thought about the Clintons, that it’s all about them. Let some of the other shorter trees get a little sunlight.”

Of course the comments reference a speech that Hillary gave to "The Society of Irish Women" at a St. Patrick’s Day speech in Scranton, Pennsylvania a few weeks back saying that she"s finally ready to "come out of the woods."  And while that comment could be interpreted in a whole bunch of different ways, we assume that it was simply a hint that she"s ready to return to public life in some capacity.

"Our country seems so divided right now. I do not believe that we can let political divides harden into personal divides.  And we can"t just ignore or turn a cold shoulder toward someone because they disagree with us politically."

"We"ve gotta keep trying to listen to each other, to reason together and try to work to help people have better lives."

“I’m like a lot of my friends right now. I have a hard time watching the news, I’ll confess.  I am ready to come out of the woods and to help shine a light on what is already happening around kitchen tables, at dinners like this.”

Unfortunately, while Hillary is all too willing to encourage the rest of us to "listen to each other", she"s apparently not yet ready to listen to the advice of the 60+ million people around the country, plus Bill Maher, who have decided they would prefer she not be an active participant in public life any longer.

Caught On Video: Hillary Clinton Warns She's "Ready To Come Out Of The Woods"

After months of crying in bed and moping around the woods of Chappaqua sulking over her shocking loss last November, Hillary Clinton told "The Society of Irish Women" at a St. Patrick’s Day speech in Scranton, Pennsylvania on Friday night that she"s finally ready to "come out of the woods."  And while that comment could be interpreted in a whole bunch of different ways, we"re going to take the high road and assume that it"s simply a hint that she"s ready to return to public life in some capacity.

Of course, these latest comments will inevitably spark rumors, once again, of Hillary possibly throwing her hat in the ring for the New York City Mayoral race.  As we pointed out a couple of months ago, while polls show that Mayor De Blasio will win in a blowout against most candidates, he would almost certainly lose in a landslide to Hillary...

The latest example comes from a Quinnipiac University Poll which analyzed a hypothetical head-to-head match-up between Clinton and New York"s current mayor, Bill de Blasio.  Unfortunately for de Blasio, the poll found that, while he would beat almost everyone else whose name has been mentioned as potential contender, he would almost certainly be crushed by Hillary.

In a very hypothetical race for New York City Mayor, Hillary Clinton, running as an independent, tops incumbent Bill de Blasio, running as a Democrat, 49 - 30 percent, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released today.

"New Yorkers aren"t in love with Mayor Bill de Blasio, but they seem to like him better than other possible choices - except Hillary Clinton, who probably is an impossible choice," said Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Poll.

"None of the possible contenders has made any real noise or spent any money, so this race still could get interesting."

In the Clinton - de Blasio matchup, Clinton leads 61 - 29 percent among Democrats and 45 - 31 percent among independent voters. Republicans back de Blasio 28 - 18 percent. She leads among men and women and black, white and Hispanic voters. She also leads in every borough except Staten Island, which goes to de Blasio 28 - 22 percent.

And here is a full break down of the results:

Meet The (Legal) Czech Immigrant Who Really "Turned The Election Around"

Submitted by Mac Slavo via SHTFPlan.com,

As rumors of Hillary Clinton’s health problems began to swirl in alternative media during the opening months of 2016, the legacy media fought back hard. Every claim suggesting that Clinton may be having serious health problems resulting from a fall several years prior were immediately dismissed by the talking heads on left-leaning news channels as nothing short of right-wing, deplorable conspiracy theory. It was as if the media was actively conspiring with the Clinton campaign to cover up Hillary’s health issues.

And then it happened.

On September 11th 2016, as Hillary Clinton left a memorial and stood curbside waiting for her car, a man paying tribute at the 9/11 museum happened to have his camera on as Hillary walked past. Excited that he was in the presence of the woman who could be the next President, he kept recording.

The video he captured may have changed the very course of U.S. history:

Now, Zdenek Gazda, a legal immigrant from the Czech Republic, is being celebrated as a hero for recording and quickly tweeting the video for the rest of the world to see.

His actions all but confirmed what reporters and investigators in alternative media had been screaming from the roof tops for months – that Hillary Clinton was having serious health problems and was not fit to serve as President of the United States.

Gazda, a firefighter from the Czech Republic who now lives in New Jersey, told Cosmopolitan.com he filmed the moment by accident. He goes to the museum every year on 9/11 to pay tribute to those who died that day and started taking pictures when he noticed Hillary passing by. He began filming as it was the first time he’d ever seen her in person. Seconds later, her security team had to help her get into her van.

He did not hesitate to post what he’d shot. “I put it on Twitter immediately,” Zdenek, who says he was always an avid Trump supporter, said. “I don’t like [Hillary] because she lied. She’s sick … I was scared too because so many people like her. But I closed the door on her for the White House. A lot of people say with a 20-second video, I changed the history of the United States.”

He believes that to be true. Though the tweet took off on its own, Zdenek encouraged any media outlet that asked to use the footage in their coverage. He also said he “tried” to make money off it and was successful – though he wouldn’t specify how much he’s made, he said he’d sold the video to Storyful. He has never regretted his decision.

Source: Cosmopolitan via Yahoo

His pivotal role in capturing the video and having the foresight to understand its importance cannot be overstated. After it was released, Trump’s campaign absolutely steam rolled over Hillary as they were not only able to confirm her health issues, but that the mainstream media had been covering for her for months.

What are the odds that after all the talk about immigration from the Clinton campaign, it would be an immigrant who tanked Hillary’s chances at the Presidency?

Hollywood couldn’t have written a better script.
