Nancy Pelosi Promises To Raise Taxes If Dems Take Over In Midterm Elections

Nancy Pelosi has promised that Democrats will work to roll back the tax cuts enacted by president Donald Trump if her party takes over after the midterm elections. Apparently, the American people aren’t having enough of their hard earned money stolen from them already.

Reporter Jake Sherman asked Pelosi to respond to a Republican ad that claims “you would like to institute a single-payer health care program and cancel — [raise] taxes, I think they mean, roll back the tax cuts they passed this year.” Sherman asked Pelosi about her response to this at a breakfast event hosted by Politico. Democrats are no longer mincing words: they think they deserve even more of your money. 

“Well, the second part there is accurate,” Pelosi chuckled (because paying taxes aka government theft is so funny when you’re already living paycheck to paycheck) in response, before adding “I do think we should revisit the tax legislation in … a bipartisan transparent way.”

National Republican Congressional Committee spokesman Matt Gorman jumped on Pelosi’s comment, tweeting: “I promise you that will be in almost every GOP ad this fall.” Pelosi claims she objects to lowering taxes because it was “in the dark of night.” However, she can’t be bothered to feel the same about the awful Obamacare law that’s flung many Americans into a state of poverty trying to figure out how to pay for or be taxed for the “crime” of not buying government-sanctioned health insurance.

“Now you’ve heard it straight from Nancy Pelosi’s mouth: if Democrats take back the House and she’s reinstalled as Speaker, your taxes will go up,” Gorman said in an emailed statement. According to Fox News, in response, Pelosi spokesman Drew Hammill told The Washington Post that “Republicans are desperate to misrepresent any effort to roll back their debt-exploding tax giveaways for big corporations and the wealthiest 1 percent as ‘raising taxes’ on middle-class families.”

To be fair, Pelosi is a millionaire and politician so higher taxes won’t affect her like it will affect the rest of us she wants to steal more from. And her own words speak volumes. In January, Pelosi dismissed bonuses given to workers as a result of the tax reform plan as “crumbs” despite the fact that some workers received bonuses worth up to $2,000.

(INTELLIHUB) — Actor, comedian, and commentator Terrence K. Williams says that he is starting a new underground railroad for African-Americans who are scared of leaving the Democratic plantation.

“I’m starting a new underground railroad for all the black people that are scared to leave the Democratic plantation,” Williams said on Tuesday during a live Periscope broadcast. “I know that the Democrats can be very cruel, I know that they are manipulating you, I know that it is hard to leave their side because they will bash you, they will hurt you, and end your career.”

The famed comedian made clear in his transmission that the Democrats have not done anything for America or blacks.

“Our communities are like sh*tholes […] it doesn’t make any sense,” he said. “Trump is trying to help the black communities but he’s got a lot of work to do because the Democrats are trying to stop him from helping the black community.”

Williams added: “The Democrats were the ones who owned slaves, they were the ones that wanted to keep slavery alive. […] That is like someone cheating on you, and beating on you, and then bringing you flowers. Bringing you flowers is not going to change the fact that they did you wrong.”

The outspoken comedian also spoke about President Johnson’s “Ni*ger Bill” which he said was an all out fraud after Johnson stated that ‘Negros were getting pretty uppity since they have gotten something that they had never had before.’

“President Johnson, the one that signed the Civil Rights Act of 1974 said that ‘we have got to give them something, just enough to quiet them down a little bit but not enough to make a difference,’ and guess what he gave them […] food stamps [and] Section 8.”

Williams made clear hat Johnson gave blacks stuff so that they would not be worried about getting a job or creating a business which drove black America further into the ground.

“Let’s give them something that they can settle for, something that they do not have to work for to keep them down,” Williams explained. “We don’t want these Negros to rise above us — we don’t want these Negros to eat among us, we don’t want them to be able to afford.”

Williams went on: “Even though he signed the Civil Rights Act and he fought to end segregation, he said, well even though I say that these black people can eat with us at the restaurant, let’s create something so that they cannot afford to eat with us.”

As we travel the stormy seas on the way to our forthcoming destination, thirteen revelations from April, 2018 are now randomly recorded by this mate as follows:

1.) According to a April 22-24, 2018 Fox News poll of 1,014 randomly chosen registered voters nationwide:  Two-thirds said it is at least “somewhat important” that Mueller’s Russia investigation continues, and “56 percent think it’s likely the special council’s probe will find that Donald Trump committed criminal or impeachable offenses”.

2.)  A recent Quinnipiac poll found that 70% of Democratic voters would like to see impeachment hearings begin if Democrats regain control of the House and Senate.

3.) At a rally in Washington Township, Michigan on Saturday, April 28^th, Trump claimed Republicans will retain the House and Senate in the 2018 midterm elections because of the economy:

‘Jobs are booming and confidence is soaring. All over the world, they’re talking about this success,’ the president crowed.

Since Trump took office, the U.S. economy has added 2.7 million jobs — an average of 181,000 per month — while growth was fastest in counties that gave Trump the most votes, according to a Washington Post analysis of U.S. Labor Department data.

 4.) According to Kiplinger:  Interest rates will continue rising due to “government deficits and an expanding economy with slightly higher inflation”. This means, although the Fed raised rates only once during Obama’s presidency, they have raised rates five times so far since Trump’s election and with two more increases anticipated in June and December of 2018; plus three to four more hikes expected in 2019. If all those occur, then rates will be raised 10-11 times in the 38 months between Trump’s 2016 election win and the start of 2020.

5.) At an engagement over the weekend attended by my family and friends –  I spoke with several Republican voters and NOT ONE had heard of the April 2018 criminal referrals by Congress to the Justice Department and FBI. In fact, when I informed them of the referrals which included James Comey, Hillary Clinton, Andrew McCabe, and others, most thought I was joking; while one politically conservative relative simply told me he was sick of Trump’s twittering.

6.) On April 12, 2018 – James Mattis, the US Secretary of Defense, admitted there was no evidence of the recent chemical attack in Syria; and the lack of proof was also reported to have been confirmed by the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) last week. It looks like Trump may have bombed Syria for nothing, but it’s okay because Americans don’t really care.

7.) At Saturday’s debauched, even x-rated, White House Correspondents’ Association dinner –  hatred, misogyny, and hypocrisy were celebrated even though some CNN reporters in attendance later said it was uncomfortable, cringeworthy, and harsh. Of course, no one expressed outrage DURING comedian Michelle Wolf’s disastrously devious and disrespectful diatribe. Not even one heckler. Not one.

8.) The Political Left is comprised of bona fide racists who, last week, called rap star, Kanye West, and conservative commenter, Candace Owens, “Uncle Tom, Coon, Uncle Ruckus, and other insults”. Moreover, it is now in vogue for comedians like Stephen Colbert to broadcast fried chicken and crazy negro jokes.

9.) In April, the U.S. Department of Justice continued to cover-up the corruption of the same intelligence agencies that Senator Chuck Schumer once claimed had “six ways from Sunday” at “getting back” at Trump. The collusion of the intelligence agencies against a constitutionally elected president is now a matter of public record and the legal double standards have been exposed for all to see. It appears the Justice Department’s latest strategies are to stall, or comprehensively redact, the release of documents and to ignore deadlines imposed by Congress in the hopes of a Blue Wave this fall carrying, and burying, all of their dirt back into the swamp.

10.) The unprecedented and disgraceful April 9, 2018 raid  of a lawyer currently representing the sitting President of the United States, proves that both the constitution, and attorney client privilege, are now dead in America. It is, perhaps, fitting the raid was the result of a referral from Robert Mueller’s likely illegal special counsel investigation.

11.) Trump’s allies are drowning in legal fees, his pick to lead Veteran’s affairs was forced to withdraw from the nomination process, and his immigration policies remain overturned by federal judges.

12.) The head coordinator for an illegal migrant caravan that is now attempting to invade the U.S. southern border, is originally from Mexico and remains a permanent resident of Minnesota. If the caravan was legitimately seeking political asylum, they would have remained safe within Mexico’s borders; yet they all kept marching north. That means any claims of asylum were always a farce and, although Attorney General Jeff Sessions has called the caravan “a deliberate attempt to undermine our laws and overwhelm our system”, none of its organizers here in America appear to be in any legal jeopardy at this time.

13.) Congressman Mo Brooks (R-AL) has recently stated that many of the Republicans who have announced their retirement from Congress in 2018, did so for fear of being assassinated by crazed, gun-toting leftists.

Indeed. Transitions are markers to what will pass as our voyage traverses the ocean of time from history to revelations unknown. So stay awake, keep your eyes on the horizon, your hands steady at the helm, and, look for true north to guide some, but not all. Most importantly, keep your life preservers near and dear.

Up and down, round and round it goes; how it ends, we just don’t know. Either the storm will pass or the ship will sink. All aboard and bottoms up. Anchors away.

Democrats come out in support of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM)

All but two Democrats in the Maine House of Representatives reportedly voted down a legislative bill that would have outlawed a barbaric form of genital mutilation known as female circumcision.

After letting the bill sit and almost expire, 72 Democrats decided on the last day of the legislative session to vote in favor of scrapping the bill, meaning female genital mutilation will continue to be permitted in the Pine Tree State.

Christopher W. Babbidge from Kennebunk and Catherine M. Nadeau of Winslow were the only two defecting Democrats who resisted voting along party lines against the ban. Not a single Maine Republican voted against the ban.

“Unfortunately, I am not surprised at all,” stated Representative Karen A. Gerrish, the ranking Republican on the Criminal Justice and Public Safety (CJPS) Committee, as quoted by Maine First Media.

The Maine House had brought forward one of the two minority reports from the CJPS Committee that suggested the bill “ought not to pass.” And while Rep. Gerrish expected some Democrats to support this position, she didn’t expect the vast majority of them to do so.

“What did surprise me was the unanimous support in the Senate, and I thank them for understanding the seriousness of the issue,” she added in a public comment.

“I did find it remarkable that 65 House members, primarily Democrats, supported the ‘ought not to pass’ motion. I expected some to back that motion, but much less. I expected maybe 25 or so of the far-Left liberal Democrats to support killing the bill outright. But 65, wow.”

When this initial effort failed to kill the bill outright, the Democrats then brought forward the second minority report, which was amended to strip all penalties for accomplices who commit the crime of female genital mutilation. The amendments further removed the word “mutilation” from the bill, rendering it “toothless.”

So what ultimately passed, in essence, was a worthless bill that does nothing to stop female genital mutilation in the state of Maine. And Democrats there led the charge in making sure that this empty bill was passed – while almost all of them voted against it anyway.

Double standard: Why is male genital mutilation seen as no big deal?

Meanwhile, male genital mutilation continues with minimal opposition in the United States and other Judeo-influenced nations, even as some politicians decry the horrors are barbaric nature of female genital mutilation.

But why the double standard? This is an issue that Iceland is currently dealing with as it mulls a ban on male circumcision – a move that has many Jewish groups up in arms as they say preventing the removal of young boys’ foreskins “would create insurmountable challenges for Jews and Muslims living there.”

But isn’t damaging the most sensitive area of a boy’s private parts just as barbaric as doing the same to a female’s private parts? Why is one okay and not the other?

As we’ve previously reported, destroying a boy’s penis through circumcision causes lasting harm that can forever change the way his brain works.

Particularly in areas of the brain that deal with perception, emotions, and the ability to reason, male circumcision inflicts a type of brain damage that can leave a mutilated man with “significant trauma,” including prolific damage to his limbic system.

According to Dr. Niall McCrae from King’s College in London, male circumcision “is on par with FGM (female genital mutilation) type IV in terms of harm.”

He says there are “potential long-term psychological harms that may arise in adulthood, as self-consciousness detracts from sexual intimacy.”

CBO Report: Republicans Accelerate The US’s Path Toward Bankruptcy

It doesn’t take a math whiz to know that the nation is headed toward a complete bankruptcy. But now, a new CBO (Congressional Budget Office) report released is ripping the mask off of the Republicans in Congress and showing us who they really are: Democrats.

After the last horrifying budget deal which saw trillion dollar deficits, Republicans can no longer be called the party of being fiscally conservative.  It appears that the Deep State will get their way regardless of who is in power, and there’s nothing the rest of us can do about it.

Last year the Congressional Budget Office warned that Uncle Sam was racing toward fiscal insolvency. Although the CBO expected the deficit to fall to “only” $487 billion this year, it would start growing again next year. By 2022 the flood of red ink would near $1 trillion. By 2027 it would reach $1.4 trillion. The cumulative deficit over the following decade would be more than $9.4 trillion and 4 percent of GDP, as outlays grew ever higher. Expenditures currently are about 21 percent of GDP, above the 50-year average of 20.3 percent. By 2027, CBO projected spending would hit 23.4 percent of GDP. –National Review

The corporate government is bankrupt, and it’s only getting worse in spite of Republican promises to “fix” it.  The CBO’s report on the federal government’s finances over the next decade is the stuff of nightmares.  And with Republicans holding all three branches of government, there’s little they can do to shake the truth: they are all the same.

As the agency politely put it, “projected deficits over the 2018-2027 period have increased markedly since June 2017.” The rise was almost entirely the result of the spending and tax bills approved last year: Uncle Sam will be spending a lot more while taking in a good bit less in the future. That is, the Republican-controlled executive and legislative branches went wild and abandoned even the pretense of fiscal responsibility. It wasn’t the first time, of course: In the early 2000s, President George W. Bush and the Republican Congress spent money faster than even Lyndon Johnson and his Democratic congressional majority. The latest round of GOP budget-busting provides a dramatic reminder that the spending problem in America is bipartisan. -National Review

The US continues to move rapidly down the path of insolvency.  And the numbers continue to look worse when peering down that path. According to the new CBO analysis, the deficit this year will exceed $800 billion, well above last year’s prediction. The deficit will be just shy of $1 trillion next year, continue to shoot upward to $1.3 trillion in 2027, and reach an astounding $1.5 trillion in 2028, higher than even during the financial crisis, which generated four years of trillion-plus-dollar deficits. Total red ink over the next decade will be around $12.4 trillion. As a percentage of GDP, the deficit will run 4.9 percent. In 2027 the total national debt held by the public will be $27 trillion and 94.5 percent of GDP, the highest it’s been since 1946 when the U.S. was paying down its World War II debt.

Future deficit gaps will be accelerated by “mandatory spending” on entitlements, such as social security. According to the CBO, the “increase reflects significant growth— mainly because the aging of the population and rising health care costs per beneficiary are projected to increase spending for Social Security and Medicare, among other programs. It also reflects significant growth in interest costs, which are projected to grow more quickly than any other major component of the budget.” The agency figures that interest payments will rise three times in total and two times as a percentage of GDP by 2028. Revenues also will increase significantly, but not as fast as outlays.

There is no real silver lining.  Spending will not decrease, not enough to keep the government from its eventual implosion and collapse under its own weight anyway.  The only thing we can do is to pay off as much debt as possible and prepare for an economic collapse of the government’s doing.

Splitting California Into 3 States Just Reached An Important Milestone

An initiative to split the state of California into three different states has gathered enough support via signatures to qualify as a ballot measure in November.  This is one important milestone for those who want to break away from the harsh Communist policies of much of the Golden State.

Venture capitalist Tim Draper said backers of what he has dubbed “CAL 3” would submit petitions with more than 600,000 signatures to election officials next week. The initiative needs signatures from 365,880 registered voters – five percent of the total votes cast for governor in the 2014 election – to qualify for the ballot. And according to 10 News, Draper said there’s a lot of support for this.

Breaking the state into three separate states would still require congressional approval. But Draper is hopeful. “This is an unprecedented show of support on behalf of every corner of California to create three state governments that emphasize representation, responsiveness, reliability, and regional identity,” Draper said.

One proposed state would be called California or a name to be chosen by its residents after a split. It would consist of Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Monterey and San Benito counties. The second state, Southern California or a name to be chosen by its residents, would consist of Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Imperial, Kern, Kings, Fresno, Tulare, Inyo, Madera and Mono counties.    The remaining 40 counties would be part of the state of Northern California or a name chosen by its residents.  Northern California and parts of southern Oregon have often referred to some of the areas as the State of Jefferson – the “51st state” named after the third president of The United States. 

But without congressional approval, no state will be allowed to succeed and gain sovereignty. That hasn’t stopped Draper, however. He said he conceived the initiative out of a belief that “the citizens of the whole state would be better served by three smaller state governments while preserving the historical boundaries of the various counties, cities, and towns.”  And many in the more rural northern counties of California have been disenfranchised for quite some time now.  Their votes are overwhelmingly irrelevant due to the large Communist populations in the big cities such as Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Steven Maviglio, a longtime Democratic Party political consultant who was a co-chair of the effort to oppose Draper’s 2014 initiative to split California into six states, told City News Service, “Splitting California into three and creating three new governments does nothing to solve our state’s challenges other than tripling them.” What Maviglio is saying, is that by splitting California, the state will have to split their 55 electoral votes and it’s highly likely half would go to a Republican president, rather than a Democrat in upcoming presidential elections.  For that reason alone, don’t look for the California government to willingly allow this split regardless of the votes.

Politicians care only about power and most people give it to them. Breaking up the state will have some big political losers.  Never be under the assumption that the rich will allow you to vote away their money or that a politician will allow you to vote away their power.

“They have not told the truth from day one on this,” Bongino said. “They have forfeited all thir credibility [and] they are covering up what I believe to be the biggest scandal in modern political history.

“The Obama team spied on the Trump team […] the information came from the Russians and from the Clinton Campaign,” he said. “The Democrats can not run from this anymore.”

Shepard Ambellas: ‘They don’t want Americans to own firearms, they want all Americans to be slaves’

(INTELLIHUB) — While the leftist-backed full-court press pushes to take away firearms from law-abiding U.S. citizens using Operation Mockingbird talking points, scripted questions and answers, several issues come to mind, radio talk show host and founder of Intellihub Shepard Ambellas explained on his show Wednesday.

“As with the Parkland school shooting we see David Hogg and other students who’ve jumped on the bandwagon with CNN and other media outlets, basically all of the leftist outlets, they are lining up with the Democrats the whole democratic agenda to take away and limit firearms in America,” the talk show host said. “They don’t want Americans to be able to own firearms, they basically want all Americans to be slaves and that’s what the Democrats ideology is on this.”

Ambellas went on to explain how hypocritical this all is by pointing out that the Democrats ultimately want to be protected by armed security or the Secret Service themselves.

“When you really think about it, they want to be protected,” he explained. “They want to be heavily secured, all of their stuff is heavily fortified, all of them run around with bullet-proof cars, the Democrats, the senators, the congressman, you know, anyone in that circle or in those circles, democrat or republican.”

“They run around, they are fully secured with firearms, their Secret Service, their security are all fully-armed but yet they want to be able to take the firearms out of the hands of the citizens so that the citizens in the United States of American absolutely cannot defend themselves against their tyranny, see that’s the thing.”

The outspoken talk show host made clear that the elites don’t like the fact that millions of firearms are floating around in the hands of Americans.

“They are outnumbered and they don’t like to feel outnumbered,” Ambellas said. “That’s why the Constitution was put in place to begin with and now they are infringing upon it, they have already infringed upon it in a number of places.”

According to Ambellas, the PATRIOT Act was written over 10-years in advance, was authored primarily by Joe Biden, and was rolled out right after the September 2001 attacks, as planned.

“They use the Hegelian dialect, they use problem-reaction-solution scenarios which they create and orchestrate through covert paramilitary operations, rogue CIA operations, rogue joint-Bush CIA operations, of course, in conjunction with the Saudi’s and what they do is just generate these problems,” he explained. “They generate the crisis and then they offer the solution and the solution they’ve offered us all is safety since 9/11.”

Dem Lawmaker: We Don’t Want To Confiscate Guns, We Want To ‘Seize’ Them

A Georgia state lawmaker said she didn’t want to take guns away from Americans, but she also supports legislation that would seize guns from Americans.  Likely missing a dictionary and basic common sense, Erica Thomas still expects us to believe that the government isn’t coming for our guns.

During an interview with Tucker Carlson, Thomas claims to not be talking about “taking the guns from law-abiding citizens, I’m talking about a ban on assault rifles. We are not trying to promote a militia. What war are we going at that we need assault rifles?” But Carlson quotes the bill Thomas herself said she supported, which states, “The Georgia Bureau of Investigation shall seize and take possession of any assault weapon, large capacity magazine, armor piercing bullet or incendiary fifty caliber bullet.” Carlson then asks how that confiscation will be received by hundreds of thousands of law-abiding gun owners in her state and in typical democrat fashion, can’t answer what a “seizure” of guns from law-abiding citizens who don’t want to give up their morally acquired property would look like.

Then the conversation between Carlson and Thomas eventually drifted into gun statistics, and The Daily Caller co-founder wondered why Thomas wasn’t calling for a ban on handguns since they are responsible for the majority of gun deaths in America.

I am not downplaying the significance of anyone’s death,” Carlson asserted. “Since assault rifles, relatively speaking, cause few deaths,  handguns cause the overwhelming majority of deaths, why are you not calling for banning handguns and seizing and taking possession of handguns…if you care so much about gun violence?”

Instead of answering the question, Thomas decided to turn it around on Carlson, insisting, “I would ask you the same question. Would you call for a ban on handguns? No, you wouldn’t!” she exclaimed. “So why can we not put a ban on assault rifles? That is the question. Why not?” This is what gun owners have to deal with almost daily:  Overly emotional outburst from those who know next to nothing about guns and the way the work, and even less about the statistics they claim to care about changing.

After several more seconds of the pair talking over one another, Carlson finally cut Thomas’ mic and video feed, stating, “I give up, I’m trying to ask you adult questions and you don’t want to answer them.”

Democrats often wonder why we can’t have a civilized discussion about guns, and this video boldly declares the reason why.  There’s little, if any, respect for facts or basic human rights when it comes to a person who wants more gun legislation.  One simply cannot have a civilized discussion with anyone who seeks to erode the rights of others based on misinformation and fabricated statistics.

But Carlson presented an interesting question while Thomas was talking.  “What if Americans don’t want to give up their guns?”  There’s still not been a rational and logical response on how that would be handled from any Democrat; politician or otherwise.

Ex-Obama Staffer Admits Facebook Allowed Them To ‘Break Rules’ Because Of Political Bias

Add another log to the bonfire of Facebook controversy! A former staffer of Barack Obama’s admitted that the social media giant, Facebook, allowed the Obama campaign to break the user data rules because Facebook was “on their side.”

Yesterday, Facebook’s stock tanked after it was revealed that the social media giant gave user data to a firm, Global Science Research (GSR), via an app. This data was then given to Cambridge Analytica, a firm that was working for Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. But it gets even worse. Facebook has been known to censor right-leaning voices and often has been a mouthpiece for the corporate media and leftist policies.

According to Townhall, some have noted a similar mining tool used by the Obama team, but they gathered information through their website (with permission from those who engaged) and the armies of volunteers, which was then matched with voter profiles. Yes, still a bit creepy, especially since the campaign boasted that they probably knew every single one of the 67+ million voters who supported President Obama in 2012.

Many have figured out that various social media platforms and Google itself have an inherent left-wing bias ingrained in the services. Well, one former data officer for the Obama campaign, Carol Davidsen, admitted that Facebook allowed them to break the rules because they were on their side.

First, she tweeted a Time magazine piece showing what the 2012 campaign did to gather information:

In the final weeks before Election Day, a scary statistic emerged from the databases at Barack Obama’s Chicago headquarters: half the campaign’s targeted swing-state voters under age 29 had no listed phone number. They lived in the cellular shadows, effectively immune to traditional get-out-the-vote efforts.

But the Obama team had a solution in place: a Facebook application that will transform the way campaigns are conducted in the future. For supporters, the app appeared to be just another way to digitally connect to the campaign. But to the Windy City number crunchers, it was a game changer. “I think this will wind up being the most groundbreaking piece of technology developed for this campaign,” says Teddy Goff, the Obama campaign’s digital director.

That’s because the more than 1 million Obama backers who signed up for the app gave the campaign permission to look at their Facebook friend lists. In an instant, the campaign had a way to see the hidden young voters. Roughly 85% of those without a listed phone number could be found in the uploaded friend lists. What’s more, Facebook offered an ideal way to reach them. “People don’t trust campaigns. They don’t even trust media organizations,” says Goff. “Who do they trust? Their friends.” –Time

Davidsen then detailed on Twitter how representatives from the social media company were surprised how much data they mined, adding that they were “very candid that they allowed us to do things they wouldn’t have allowed someone else to do because they were on our side.”

Davidsen added that she’s 100% sure that Facebook recruits folks to handle the GOP side of things, but what is known with absolute certainty, is that the tech giant was willing to allow one campaign to break the rules because they agreed with their leftist and collectivized agenda.

What we have here is an admission from a Democratic campaign manager that the most powerful social media platform in the first world is currently lending its untold amounts of data to a specific political party’s purposes. This, folks, is what “election meddling” looks like.

A Majority In New Poll: ‘Deep State Is Manipulating Policy’

The Monmouth University Polling Institute found that 74% of Americans believe that the “deep state” is manipulating public policy unelected and behind the scenes. Only 21% don’t think the deep state exists.

Those numbers are compelling considering the mainstream media’s very obvious attempt to get everyone to believe that the deep state is a figment of the imagination.  The poll also interestingly indicates that those in every single political group, republicans, democrats, and independents, all believe the deep state is manipulating the government. “We usually expect opinions on the operation of government to shift depending on which party is in charge,” Monmouth University Polling Institute Director Patrick Murray said in a statement. “But there’s an ominous feeling by Democrats and Republicans alike that a ‘Deep State’ of unelected operatives are pulling the levers of power.”

The numbers indicate that 31 percent of Republicans and 33 percent of independents reported that they believe a deep state “definitely exists,” while 19 percent of Democrats believe this. Pollsters also found that a majority of those polled, 63 percent, said they were “not familiar” with the term deep state, however. Thirteen percent said they were “very familiar,” while 24 percent said they were “somewhat familiar.”

But that’s not all this poll uncovered about public opinion. A majority of the American public believe that the U.S. government engages in widespread monitoring of its own citizens and worry that the U.S. government could be invading their own privacy. Interestingly, there are no significant partisan differences when it comes to whether or not a person believes their government is spying on them.  57% of independents, 51% of Republicans, and 50% of Democrats are at least somewhat worried the federal government is monitoring their activities. Another 24% of the American public are not too worried and 22% are not at all worried.

“This is a worrisome finding. The strength of our government relies on public faith in protecting our freedoms, which is not particularly robust. And it’s not a Democratic or Republican issue. These concerns span the political spectrum,” Murray.

Another important factor uncovered in the poll is that just over 1-in-5 Americans (22%) feel angry with Washington while the vast majority (59%) feel dissatisfied. Very few express a positive feeling toward DC with just 12% reporting as satisfied and only 4% are happy with the government.

The survey of 803 adults was conducted from March 2 to 5. It has a slim margin of error of 3.5 percentage points.

A Republican member of the Virginia House of Delegates has offended a lot of Democrats with his powerful speech on guns that quickly went viral, raking in over 13 million Facebook views since Friday. Nick Freitas finally hit the nail on the head and told gun grabbers the truth, much to their discontent.

The speech laid out the unfortunate history of the left in America. Desiring government control over their lives and the lives of others from the beginning was always designed to harm people, not help them. According to the Daily Wire, Freitas happened to be the man who finally just cut to the chase with Democrats.

“For several days now, some Democrats in the Virginia House of Delegates have made public speeches comparing those of us who take our oath to the Constitution seriously, to include the 2nd Amendment, to Nazis and segregationists,” wrote the delegate on Facebook captioning his speech, which he dubbed as his “response” to such attacks.

“It’s really difficult to have an open and honest debate about this […] because members of this body are comparing members of [the Republican] side of the aisle to Nazis,” he said, adding that it was particularly offensive that GOP members were also compared to “segregationists.” Freitas continued saying, “It was not our party that supported slavery, that fought women’s suffrage, that rounded up tens of thousands of Asian Americans and put them in concentrations camps, that supported Jim Crow, that supported segregation, or supported mass resistance — that wasn’t our party, that was the Democrat Party,” he said. “I’d be really appreciative that every time you want to make a powerful point, you don’t project the sins, the atrocities, and the injustices the Democratic Party perpetrated on others onto us,” slammed the Republican.

He also noted the lame talking point that Republicans representatives are “paid off” by the National Rifle Association (NRA). “Why don’t you look at how much Planned Parenthood pays compared to the NRA?” he said. A true conversation, he said, “starts with a certain degree of mutual respect.” Democrats were incredibly triggered by the Republican’s remarks; so much so, that apparently the acknowledgment of the disturbing history of the Democratic Party made them uneasy to the point that they actually cried racism. As reported by the Richmond Times-Dispatch, Delegate, Lamont Bagby said he viewed Freitas’ remarks as racial “dog-whistling.”

“We realize that we live in an ugly political moment. So while we were offended, we were not surprised,” said Bagby. “It should embarrass every member of this body that we have allowed such rhetoric to enter these chambers. Bringing up a very painful past to make a political point is disgusting and poisonous.”

Remember: it’s fine to suggest Republicans are choosing NRA money over saving children’s lives, or branding them as Nazis and segregationists for disagreeing with Democratic talking points, but it is unacceptable — a racial dog-whistle actually — to bring up historical truths about the Party of Slavery. –The Daily Wire

The Daily Sheeple touched on something very similar yesterday in response to leftists believing they are being bullied. The left is now accusing gun owners of bullying when someone corrects a gun grabbers nomenclature. For example, when the term “clip” is used instead of “magazine.”

The mainstream media is now claiming that it’s “bullying” to correct a gun control activist when they use the wrong nomenclature while discussing the guns they know almost nothing about. Apparently, being wrong is perfectly acceptable and it’s “mean” if you educate an indoctrinated fool.

But the problem is that all of those terms actually DO matter and they matter immensely when talking about which things should be and can be banned.  That’s why gun owners correct those who use the terms wrong. And if you still believe that the “AR” in AR-15 stands for assault rifle, your opinion on gun laws is less than relevant.

This isn’t “bullying.”  According to Google, bullying is defined as use superior strength or influence to intimidate (someone), typically to force him or her to do what one wants. No one is using superior strength or influence to intimidate anyone here. Media Bias BACKLASH: NRA Memberships Up As MSM Propagandizes For Gun Control

NRA (National Rifle Association) memberships have skyrocketed in recent weeks since the mainstream media has been ramping up their anti-gun agenda. As the media continues to weaponize the news in the form of gun control propaganda, the NRA’s profiting continues to go up.

The Daily Mail reports that Google searches for “NRA membership” rose 4,900 percent since the Parkland Florida school attack. That rise occurred at a time when many Democrats, media personalities, and Hollywood celebrities were denouncing the NRA and leveling blame on the association for the shooting that took 17 lives in a gun-free zone.

Hollywood also took to social media to make sure they press an anti-gun agenda for the elitists as well.  Notorious leftist, Chelsea Handler tweeted the following:

We have to elect candidates that are not funded by the NRA in November. We have an opportunity to elect candidates who won’t allow kids to go to school and get shot. It is disgusting how many times this has happened and Republicans do nothing. You all have blood on your hands.

There’s nothing like a little scapegoating when it comes to placing the blame for mass shootings.  It seems like the blame falls always on the NRA and law-abiding gun owners, not the psychopaths who shoot up schools.

CNN’s February 21 gun control town hall highlighted the media’s animosity towards the NRA, as it featured survivors from the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting confronting Republicans over NRA affiliation. The Guardian reported that one student spoke to Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) and asked, “Can you tell me right now you will not accept a single donation from the NRA?”

According to The Hill, a large swath of the American populace is equating these various attacks on the NRA with attacks on the Second Amendment and gun rights in general, while others see the attacks as proof of “media bias.” The result is an explosion in NRA memberships.

After several large corporations dropped discounts for NRA members, many took it as shots fired at the NRA for a crime they didn’t commit.  The Daily Mail quoted Cleta Mitchell, a former NRA board member and former Oklahoma lawmaker, who said, “There is no one. NO ONE. Who joins the NRA for a discount on a rental car. You can rest assured that the NRA will not lose a single member as a result of this. If anything, it should spur people to join the NRA as a means of demonstrating that we who believe in the Second Amendment will not be bullied by these left wing multi-billion dollar corporations.”

 

“Take The Guns First” – Trump Breaks With Republicans Over Gun-Control Plan

President Trump told a group of lawmakers that they must do something to keep guns away from mentally ill individuals – even if that means raising the minimum age for rifle ownership to 21, Bloomberg reports.

His remarks appeared to contradict a CNN report from earlier in the week, which quoted anonymous White House aides saying Trump would soon walk back his support for raising the age limit.

But on Wednesday, in what the New York Times characterized as a “shocking” break with his Republican Congressional allies, Trump told lawmakers during a televised meeting in the Cabinet Room that easing gun owners’ ability to carry concealed weapons across state lines, a provision of the House-passed gun bill and the NRA’s top legislative priority, should be part of a separate bill, a strategy favored by Democrats. The House bill combining background check provisions with the loosening of concealed carry rules has stalled in the Senate after passing the House. Instead, Trump said he supports the proposal from Sens. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., and Pat Toomey, R-Pa., which he says is best positioned to pass. Sen. Amy Klobuchar agreed that the Manchin-Toomey bill is a “good place to start.”

“It would be so beautiful to have one bill that everyone could support,” Mr. Trump said as Senator Dianne Feinstein, Democrat of California, sat smiling to his left. “It’s time that a president stepped up.”

Per the Times, Trump repeatedly suggested that the dynamics surrounding the gun control debate had shifted, in part, because of his presence in the Oval Office – a remark that earned him cheers from Democrats.

Trump predicted his plan would pass with broad support, suggesting that he plans to win over a sizable chunk of the Democratic caucus.

Trump told his audience that raising the ownership age is “something you have to think about,” Trump said. He added that “people don’t bring it up” because the NRA opposes the policy. Trump had initially claimed that he would convince the NRA to go along with it.

As the Hill pointed out, he also said he supports confiscating guns from mentally ill individuals, a position vociferously opposed by Republicans.

“I like taking the guns early like in this crazy man’s case that just took place in Florida … to go to court would have taken a long time,” Trump said at a meeting with lawmakers on school safety and gun violence.

“Take the guns first, go through due process second,” Trump said.

He also said mentally ill people shouldn’t have guns.

“A lot of people are saying ‘oh you shouldn’t be saying that’,” Trump said. “But I don’t want mentally ill people having guns.”

To be sure, states don’t need to enact the exact same restrictions, Trump said. But “what does have to be the same is the background checks and all of the data.”

Per Reuters, Trump urged lawmakers to pass a comprehensive gun control bill as the national conversation surrounding gun control – a conversation that was triggered by a shooting at Marjory Douglas Tillman High School in Parkland Fla. The shooting left 14 students and 3 faculty dead, and more than a dozen injured.

Rebutting accusations that he is beholden to the NRA, Trump added that gun lovers have less power over him than lawmakers.

Earlier today, Dick’s Sporting Goods said it is “going to take a stand” and announced it would permanently ban sales of the AR-15 – the rifle used by Parkland shooter Nikolas Cruz and several other mass shooters – from its stores.

The meeting with lawmakers was his fourth “free-flowing gun policy discussion” since the Valentine’s Day massacre in Florida, according to Reuters.

“We’re going to come up with some ideas,” Trump said.

“Hopefully we can put those ideas in a very bipartisan bill. It would be so beautiful to have one bill that everybody can support, as opposed to – you know – 15 bills, everybody’s got their own bill.”

Seven senators and representatives were invited to Wednesday’s session. The group included Democrats and Republicans who, according to Reuters, have diverse views on gun control.

Republican Senators John Cornyn of Texas and Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania, who have proposed legislation to fix holes in the background check system for gun buyers, and their Democratic co-sponsors.

Trump also said he backs Cornyn’s bill while urging senators to add more items to the bill to make it more comprehensive.

Lines ‘Out The Door’ And ‘Strong Sales’ At Tampa Florida Gun Show

The constant fear mongering after every shooting has people pushed to two extremes. The first group cowers in manufactured fear at the feet of the government demanding more ink on paper to protect them. The second group gear up to protect themselves.

Both are the result of the mainstream media’s fear-mongering, and this is evident in the aftermath of the Parkland, Florida school shooting. While we constantly see the media glorify those demanding the rights of the innocent be erased, we rarely see the other side. People who understand evil exists and want to be prepared should it happen to them.

According to the New York Times,  the lines stretched out the door this weekend at a gun show in Tampa, Florida, as thousands of potential buyers and the merely curious waited for their turn to browse booths stocked with the latest firearms, ammunition, customizable holsters, and patriotic paraphernalia.

Several sellers said they were on track to double their normal sales for a weekend. “It’s sad to say, but whenever there’s a shooting, business only goes up because people are afraid of losing their right to own a certain weapon,” said Quaidman Woody, who was running a booth with his father, a sales representative for CrossHeirs. “So even if they don’t need another AR, they’ll buy another AR or pieces of it.” This has been shown time and time again, yet for some reason, those who want the destruction of fundamental rights continue their charade. Those demanding a law to protect them always forget one simple thing:

“We’ve lost our perspective on what’s really happening,” said Scott Rollf, who owns a company called 22mods4all. He said customer concerns about potential legal limits on guns had perked up sales after a decline in demand in recent months led him to reduce his prices.

Thriving demand for firearms after the Sandy Hook shooting in 2012 and during President Barack Obama’s administration caused new gun companies to swarm the market. Even after the Las Vegas shooting, gun stocks skyrocketed. 

In the wake of the horrific mass shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada, gun stocks have predictably skyrocketed.  As with every mass shooting in recent American history, incidents like this one tend to make Americans want to take matters into their own hands to protect themselves and their families.

Shares of Sturm Ruger rose nearly 4 percent and American Outdoor Brands, formerly Smith & Wesson, rose nearly 5 percent or more in Monday morning trading. The shares are up as traders bet that more will be purchasing guns in the face of likely new proposed restrictions on guns.

But gun stocks have historically risen after high-profile shootings. After the Orlando, Florida, and San Bernardino, California, shootings, “you saw a two to [a] three-month surge in firearms sales,” said Rommel Dionisio, managing director at Aegis Capital. The two ISIS-linked attacks “certainly triggered something in the American consciousness about personal safety.” –SHTFPlan

Gun stocks continue to rise thanks to more sales for often months after horrifying shootings. In the month after mass U.S. shootings, Sturm Ruger shares climb an average of nearly 2.9 percent and American Outdoor Brands rises almost 5.4 percent, according to analysis using Kensho, a quantitative analytics tool used by hedge funds. The study looked at 32 instances since the Columbine High School shooting in April 1999 in Colorado.

Gun sales also climb ahead of elections which show expectations of a Democratic victory. The 2016 presidential election, for example, and both of Obama’s elections. This is because gun owners understand that Democrats would love nothing more than to increase restrictions on firearms and purchases immediately. After Trump’s win, sales of the guns dropped sharply and so did the share prices.

Under Obama, background checks for guns reached 141.4 million through the end of May 2016, amounting to sales of about 52,600 a day, according to the FBI. Last year, the FBI conducted more than 23 million background checks, which are generally used to figure sales of new and used weapons.

The media and anti-gun liberals are one of the best things for the gun industry; the very industry they are so desperately trying to cripple.

Liberal Hypocrite Michael Moore Participated In RUSSIA-ORGANIZED Anti-Trump Rally

One of the biggest hypocrites to ever walk the face of the Earth, Michael Moore, participated in a Russia-organized anti-Trump rally. Liberals love to latch onto the “Russia” narrative, but they also like to leave out details surrounding their dalliances with the former Soviet Union.

Conveniently missing from most mainstream media news sources, isn’t just information on the highly hypocritical and massive corruption of the Obama Administration and the Clintons in the Uranium One scandal. Prosecutors said Friday that the Russians indicted for meddling in the presidential campaign were also behind anti-Trump rallies that occurred after the election.

According to Fox News, the government alleged in an indictment signed by Special Counsel Robert Mueller that the defendants organized a November 12, 2016 “Trump is NOT my President” rally in New York. Their “strategic goal” was to “sow discord in the U.S. political system,” the indictment said.

On November 12, 2016, Moore tweeted from that very protest organized by Russians.  “At today’s Trump Tower protest. He wouldn’t come down.” He attached a picture of himself posing with a large number of protesters.

Moore also posted a lengthy video on Facebook that same day, in which he joined the protest and debated voters at Trump Tower.  Approximately 25,000 protesters showed up to that same protest, chanting slogans rejecting the then-president-elect NBC News reported at the time, citing New York Police Department officials. Amid heavy police presence, protesters marched from Union Square to Trump Tower, The Guardian reported.

This puts anyone who still has faith that the FBI isn’t a weaponized political tool of the deep state in a tough position. They really don’t have the right to be critical of this information as they demand all Americans trust the FBI and where an investigation takes them.

Moore has repeatedly claimed that President Trump inappropriately colluded with Russians when it looks like there’s plenty of evidence the Obama Administration and the Clintons seem to get a free pass for their role in the Uranium One scandal. Last year, Moore wrote on Facebook, “It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out what was going on: TRUMP COLLUDING WITH THE RUSSIANS TO THROW THE ELECTION TO HIM.”

If it weren’t for double standards, Michael Moore wouldn’t have any.

Socialists In Oregon Pass ‘Universal Healthcare’ But They Have No Idea How To Pay For It

Typical socialists: approve a massive government program by calling it a “right” with exactly zero plans or ideas on how to fund the program.

House Democrats in Oregon passed a resolution referring a question to voters without a single Republican vote. It heads next to the Senate. The provision would ask voters to alter the state Constitution to declare healthcare a “right.” There are many reasons healthcare isn’t a right, but that’s neither here nor there.

Owning a gun is right, but there aren’t any gun owners running around demanding exorbitant tax increases so the government can provide everyone who wants a gun with one. This is exactly what the left always gets wrong about healthcare.

Just because our rights are secured by government, it does not follow that they must be provided by government. This means that while it is correct to suggest that people have a right to food, it is incorrect to say that the state must provide it. Indeed, flowing from our rights to liberty and life, we have the right to keep the fruits of our labor, through which the marketplace has proved superior in providing access to food, as failed communist states have made clear. This brings us to the heart of what is wrong with declaring health care—ex nihilo—a human right. –The Federalist

Buoyed by voters’ approval of health care taxes in the January special elections and terrified of congressional Republican attempts to undo the Affordable Care Act, Oregon Democrats are looking at health care as a key election issue this year. But not even all Democrats agree. Some say that the federal government (the same government that’s $20 trillion in debt with over $100 trillion in unfunded liabilities) should be in charge of universal healthcare, not the Oregon state government.

Not to mention putting any government in charge of any amount of healthcare leads to the gradual stripping of medical freedom from individuals and the eventual outcome is medical tyranny. It also has no idea how to get the money to provide all Oregonians with “free” healthcare. The League of Women Voters’ president Norman Turrill and social policy coordinator Karen Nibler pointed out that without federal funding for universal health care, Oregon would be on the hook to cover the entire cost.

“The League cannot support an amendment for health care as a right because there is an implied state responsibility to provide the health care for all residents,” Turrill and Nibler wrote. “The state of Oregon has insufficient income to support its current responsibilities and cannot provide the added cost of health care coverage for all its residents at this time.” Imagine that. Things have to be paid for, but surely Oregon voters would just vote away more of their money.  They love tax increases it seems.

Democrat: Trump Should Resign Or Congress Should Take Action

Democrat Kristen Gillibrand, a Senator from New York, claims that president Donald Trump should resign. She also said if he refused to do so, Congress should “hold him accountable.”

Gillibrand believes Congress should hold President Trump accountable for the numerous allegations (‘allegations’ being the key word here) of sexual misconduct leveled against him. “I think he should resign, and if he’s unwilling to do that, which is what I assume, then Congress should hold him accountable. We’re obligated to have hearings,” Gillibrand said in an interview with CBS’s 60 Minutes.

Gillibrand, who was among the first to call for former Senator Al Franken (D-Minn.) to resign due to sexual misconduct allegations, was also one of several Democratic senators who stated late last year Trump should resign due to sexual misconduct allegations that surfaced during the 2016 presidential campaign. But it’s fascinating that some forget allegations are just accusals, not guilty verdicts.

The report not only exposes the lengths that California lawyer Lisa Bloom was willing to go to stop Donald Trump from becoming president, it also points to the fact that she herself was attempting to make money off accusations that Trump sexually assaulted multiple women.

According to the report, Bloom’s efforts including arranging a liberal donor to pay off one of the accusers mortgage, offering to sell an alleged victims story to TV outlets, and even trying to secure a six figure payment for another women who eventually decided not to come forward with her supposed accusations.

One of the Bloom clients who DID receive financial help in exchange for her allegations against Trump was New York City makeup artist Jill Harth who herself defended the revelations while claiming that the money had nothing to do with her coming forward in the first place. -SHTFPlan

If Trump does not resign, the senators and some of Trump’s accusers said Congress should investigate the claims of sexual assault. When asked on 60 Minutes by the leftist media, why it took until late last year to call for Trump to be held accountable, Gillibrand said “something changed” when he was elected, “and I think it changed for women.”

Trump went after Gillibrand on Twitter after she called for his resignation, saying she would “do anything” for campaign donations.

White House counselor Kellyanne Conway criticized Gillibrand on Sunday for protecting and defending former President Clinton when he was accused of sexual misconduct. Conway wasn’t the only woman seeing the hypocrisy behind the Democrats’ petty actions.  Gillibrand, who only recently said Bill Clinton should have resigned at the time of the Monica Lewinsky scandal, told 60 Minutes her perspective on the allegations against the former president has changed. “I think I’m not alone here. Like, how many of us were having this conversation even a year ago?” she said. “I think we’re all learning.”

She declined to say whether she’s spoken to the Clintons since she changed her stance, but added that Hillary Clinton is still her “greatest role model in politics.”
