The Swiss People’s Party (SVP), a nationalist-populist faction that currently holds the most seats in Switzerland’s Federal Assembly, will end ‘free movement’ agreements with the EU, returning full immigration controls to Bern.
The initiative has been approved by the Federal Chancellery and must now garner 100,000 signatures by July 16, 2019, before it can be put to a national vote, pending further consideration by parliament. If successful, the Swiss government would have one year to negotiate the termination of various agreements with Brussels.
“A free and self-determined country like Switzerland has to control immigration itself, as most of the successful countries in the world do. It would never occur to them to grant over 500 million citizens of other states a legal right to immigration. Rather, many countries tighten their immigration laws against the background of global political developments with the aim of aligning immigration strictly with their economic needs, their security and the country’s potential.“
“Since the introduction of the free movement of persons with the EU, we no longer determine who is allowed to come to Switzerland and who does not. This must be over. The limitation initiative requires that immigration be regulated and controlled independently by Switzerland.“
Switzerland is not an EU member state, but maintains bilateral agreements with the bloc, including free movement permissions within the Schengen Area which enable EU citizens to live and work in the country, in exchange for Switzerland’s ease of access to the European ‘single market.’
However, immigration has quickly become a sore subject in Switzerland as net population growth is approaching 80,000 per year, with nearly one-quarter of the country’s 8.3 million inhabitants now being foreigners, as well as another 300,000-plus citizens of neighboring countries who cross borders daily to work in Switzerland and enjoy its comparatively higher wages.
Nearly half of foreigners in Switzerland are collecting welfare benefits, and an influx of migrants are changing the culture, and contributing to a rise in crime and a deterioration of Switzerland’s world-renowned reputation as one of the safest countries in the world.
“Our country has undergone immigration in recent years like never before. Its population growth has exploded to that of a third-world country,” said Lukas Reimann, President of Action for an Independent and Neutral Switzerland, which co-authored the initiative. “Apart from the mountain regions, Switzerland now has one of the highest population densities in Europe.”
SVP leader Albert Rösti echoed these sentiments, saying, “A free and sovereign country like Switzerland must autonomously regulate immigration on its territory. Most of the world’s best performing states are doing this.”
James Carville, who headed Bill Clinton’s successful campaign, had a sign on his wall, it is said, that read: It’s the economy, stupid. He and Bill understood that the first priority for voters was their economic well-being. That reference wasn’t about China’s economy, or Europe’s economy. It referred to the US economy. If you aspire to lead a Country, the economic well-being of your citizens is the paramount issue, short of its defense, perhaps, but surely at the top of any list of non-defense issues.
Economic Nationalism is a powerful force. It can bring down inept administrations, as it did with George H. W. Bush. Clinton was able to convince voters that he had the programs to improve the economy, and that HW had little concern for the “Average Joe and Jane”. Bill Clinton understood the power of economic nationalism. So did Donald Trump. Hillary Clinton did not, which is why she lost.
Hillary Clinton surrounded herself with Hollywood Elitists, Silicone Valley Elitists, Wall Street Elitists and Social Justice Warriors, who fawned all over her, while she basked in their adoration. She ignored the economy, and lost her bid for the job, (and her place in history), she felt entitled to.
It is only natural that the people of a nation, wherever it may be, are concerned first about their economic well-being. Will they have a job? Can they feed their children? Can they make the payments on their house and car? Of course these are primary considerations for voters!
Breitbart has an article where the CEO of Microsoft, Satya Nadella, an ardent Globalist, comes to the realization that Economic Nationalism is a powerful force.
“The reality we all have to confront is that globalization, using that term very broadly, has yielded a lot of advantages to the world—except it’s not been evenly spread,” Nadella, the man who has taken the reins of one of the most successful technology companies on the planet, said, adding:
“It’s not been evenly spread even within a country that largely has done very well because of globalization, like the U.S. Unless and until we can deal with the inequities in our societies—in every country—it’s America First in the U.S. It’s going to be Britain First in the United Kingdom. It’s going to be China First in China. That’s what the world will expect. No one is going to get elected to any country’s presidency or prime ministership by not talking about their country first.”
Nadella, being a globalist, is telling his fellow globalists that for globalism to succeed, they must take into account the power of Economic Nationalism. In other words, that they need to find ways around these powerful nationalistic forces. Being Globalists, they actually seek to destroy Nationalism, but to achieve power they must find new ways to deal with the power of nationalism. They don’t understand Nationalism, but must learn to deal with it, somehow.
Globalists believe in one-size-fits-all, (except for themselves, of course), and all their beliefs hinge on destroying nationalism. The recent rise in nationalistic fervor, in the US, Europe and even in India is anathema to them. It is in direct opposition to what they had planned. They seek a One World planet with no national boundaries. No wonder they are becoming unhinged and are lashing out at all things nationalist. To them, Nationalists are the enemy!
What the Globalists can’t understand is that culture matters. I doubt they ever will. They are too wrapped up in their dreams of Utopia to see what is in front of them. They are too devoted to destroying culture and replacing it with homogenized blandness characterized by Social Justice on steroids, to see that real people want an understandable culture that they can call their own.
The more the Globalists attempt to destroy culture, the fiercer the resistance becomes. It is not surprising to me that this is so, but it is a shock to the Globalists.
Social Justice Warriors speak of inclusion, but really mean exclusion; the exclusion of the culture they seek to destroy.
Culture matters! It always has. Those who seek to destroy a culture are forever doomed to fail.

But ever since these countries chose to open their doors to mass Muslim immigration, that compact has been broken.
A state-employed paper-pusher who gives citizens something for which they have already paid can hardly feel particularly virtuous, whereas handing out free stuff to aliens who have done absolutely nothing to deserve it can make that same government paper-pusher feel like a world-class Good Samaritan.
Even more shattering is that millions of those Scandinavian citizens accept it. Marinated from birth in multiculturalism, millions of them dare not demand what they have coming to them -- what they have paid for, what they deserve -- lest they be viewed by others, and even by themselves, as bigots.
The other day, I reported about the Church of Sweden"s strenuous efforts to appease Islam. Now comes the news that from December 15 to March 15, churches in the diocese of Gothenburg will be used at night as shelters for the homeless.
Lovely idea. But there is a catch. The only homeless people who will be allowed in are foreigners -- either immigrants from elsewhere in the EU, who are by definition legal, or illegal immigrants from outside the EU. In other words, native Swedes need not apply, even though the initiative is being paid for by taxpayer money.

The argument for this policy -- which represents an expansion and formalization of a practice that began two winters ago -- is that it is designed to help people who are not covered by the Swedish welfare system. But this argument does not hold up. One reason there are so many immigrants in Sweden, both legal and illegal, is that the country"s welfare system is a bonanza for foreigners. Far from not being covered by the system, immigrants often enjoy preferential treatment. Last fall, for example, it was reported that several Swedish municipalities were passing over hardworking citizens who had waited several years to rent government-owned housing, and were giving the homes instead -- for free -- to unemployed, newly-arrived immigrants. Some Swedes actually stirred from their torpor and angrily criticized this policy, but the protest was to no avail: the Swedish Parliament had passed a law compelling local governments to put foreigners at the top of their waiting lists.
That the Swedish Parliament could pass such a law is, of course, a scathing indictment of its welfare system"s priorities. So is the fact that there are, as it happens, a great many ethnic Swedes living and begging on the streets of its cities, and -- in the winter -- huddling in the doorways of stores and offices, wrapped in layers of blankets at night, in hope of keeping alive in the subfreezing cold. The same disgraceful situation can be observed in the major cities of Norway and Denmark.

When the alternative news website Samnyttreported that the churches in Gothenburg would be turning away homeless people who belong to that church in order to accommodate members of a religion that views Christianity as an abomination, dozens of readers reacted with outrage. "The road to hell is paved with good intentions," wrote one. "The hatred toward ethnic Swedes knows no bounds," wrote another. A third suggested that the churches of Gothenburg will soon, in any case, be converted into mosques -- minarets and all.

Thanks to the jurors for being here. I told you a little about myself at voir dire, but I’d like to introduce myself a little more, and tell you about my heritage and how that affects my case. (Projects a picture of his family – AND leaves it up throughout his statement!)
This is my ID! Not my driver’s license. This is who I am, a man with a family and I’ll do whatever it takes to provide for them. I want you to picture in your minds…you’re out on the land… I’ll take you to our ranch, you can see all the beauty of the land, the fresh air, sunsets and sunrises, the brush, you’re on a horse in front of the cattle – place yourself there – feel the freedom – out of the congestion of the cars – that’s how I was raised, playing in the river, we were called river-rats and that is where my life began and I hope ends.
My family has been on that land 141 years, my pioneer ancestors settled there in 1877 – there was nothing there. They carved out a living… they brought a horse and wagon and some provisions… this case, the government mentioned is “not about rights”, but it is – those rights do mean something – rights are created through beneficial use.
When my ancestors arrived, undoubtedly the horse would need a drink, so they led him to the water and that is beneficial use. The horse and perhaps a cow that had been led behind the wagon need to eat some brush in the hills, that is beneficial use. That established rights. The water rights are real! So real, the State of Nevada has a water rights registry including livestock watering rights. A law was created to protect those rights. The water rights that my father owns were first registered in 1891 by the State of Nevada – the State of Nevada is important, a sovereign state, its own unit, which entered the union in 1864. It entered equal to the original states, it is its own entity and state laws are important.

My family and I are charged with some grievous things and they are not true and evidence will show they are not; force, manipulation, extortion, violent—my family is not a violent family and I am not a violent man. For 20+ years we turned to local law enforcement. Rights are real property. The fact is that we create government to protect rights.
To have rights you must claim, use and defend… man only has rights he is willing to claim, use and defend. There is a difference between rights and privileges. Rights you own. Privilege is afforded. Like renting or owning a house. Government asserts there are no rights, only privileges and unless we pay, we can’t be there. The State of Nevada says differently. These are my father’s rights. Everything we have comes from the land. That is wealth, not the dollar bill. The things we use all come from the land. Who controls the land, controls the wealth?
We create government to preserve and serve us. These are some of the beliefs of my family. That we have said we will do whatever it takes to defend is not a threat, it is a statement. Being right here before you today is part of doing whatever it takes. The Founding Fathers pledged whatever it would take… their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor, to defend rights. With the evidence you will see that is what we were doing; there was no conspiracy to impede, to harm… but, to protect our heritage that our pioneer ancestors established. We were attacked, surrounded by what appeared to be mercenaries, snipers pointed directly at me. You will hear a report from a sniper that he was keeping watch of me in my van, with my wife and two of my daughters with me.
Our ranch – children are always welcome – it is a place to play, play in the river, the pond, chase or hunt rabbits, burn your toes in the hot sand in summer—always free. Never before did we feel like someone was always watching. In early spring of 2014 we felt like someone was always watching… the dogs were watching the hills, when you are always with a dog you get to know what they are saying with their bark… you can tell by their bark what they are seeing… surveillance cameras on one hill, but the dog looking at another and growling… (tearfully) This is not what America is supposed to be. Supposed to be a land of liberty. The Founding Fathers fought and bled so we wouldn’t have to and now we find ourselves in a similar situation.
They say this issue is over grazing fees… it’s terrible, terrible, he must be a freeloader – it’s only rhetoric – I’ll tell you why – You don’t pay rent when you own your home! We own those rights! Not the land, I know we don’t own the land, but access…you and others have rights on that land. We own water and grazing rights. We don’t pay rent for something we own.
The BLM was formed in 1960. Our rights were established in 1877, long before BLM. The original states own 100% of their land and all states were to come in on equal footing. The crux of the issue is, are we a state or not? They say grazing is a privilege they can revoke and charge fees. If it is only a matter of money it is no problem. In fact, Mr. Whipple showed a copy of a check made out to Clark County. If the whole purpose is to show we owe a fee, then we’ll pay to the proper owner of the land. That was not the only check written to Clark County, we sent several.
Also, in Clark County, there were 53 ranchers who owned rights. There is only a single one still out on the range. The BLM is not gaining revenue, it’s not important to them. My father could see they were there to manage him out of business. It’s not about grazing fees. In the BLM office there were signs that read: No more Moo by ‘92 and Cattle Free by ‘93! If it were only about the grazing fees, the fees would have been under $100,000 over 25 years. It is rumored, it may not be seen in evidence, but it is rumored that they spent $6 million on the operation. Who spends that and court costs rumored to be over $100 million to collect $100,000?
What is this about? The court orders. They say my father had an opportunity in the courts. The court wouldn’t consider state’s rights. They have forgotten they are servants of the people. We the people are the sovereign and ultimately, we the people are the government formed to meet needs that are better met by a group than by individuals. We are not slaves. We need to remember that. I think that’s forgotten. The definition of freedom is lost in America. When we have to have a license or ask permission to do everything, we are subjects.

Back to the charges – they claimed I went to Richfield and that the sheriff had to be called because we were causing such a ruckus—evidence will show otherwise—we boycott to influence to change ways – we protest to cause a change – these are first amendment rights – we do not get rights from the Bill of Rights – we have rights to begin with – it should be called the Prohibition of Government – we have freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, we can petition for a redress of grievances—rights we don’t want the government to mess with.
A redress is to find an answer, find a solution – one way to protest. The BLM put up first amendment zones – not much bigger than this courtroom – we called them pig pens – by creating that area, they were denying our right everywhere else – that’s what they used to arrest my brother – he was outside the pig pens. The first amendment has been protected over and over again in our history.

There’s lots of media in the gallery today, they wouldn’t be happy to have their right to free speech taken. First amendment was put in the Supreme Law of the land, the Constitution – they shall make no law restricting these things… as you saw in the video yesterday, my brother was not impeding, not blocking, he was on a state road, on its right-of-way, simply to take pictures with his iPad of them stealing our cattle – they attacked him, threw him to the ground, rubbed his face in the ground. (emotional)
The American public saw this and came not to impede or do harm. They came because they felt the spirit of the Lord, spirit of freedom and felt “we the people are not going to put up with that behavior”. It was not pointed out there were snipers on the hill, I witnessed that through binoculars and the evidence will show this.
Back to Richfield, Utah, evidence and witness testimony will show there was not a ruckus there that disrupted or shut down that auction. I called the sheriff – that’s the pattern – the local law enforcement and state brand inspectors in Nevada, Arizona and Utah and I had contact with the highway patrol, county commissioners in several counties and state officials – not all face to face, but some through phone calls. Is this what a criminal does? No. We were there protecting life, liberty, property.

All authority comes from we the people, we delegate authority to the county sheriff who we elect and he hires deputies and we then have a sheriff’s department to protect our life, our liberty, our property. Choosing for yourself is freedom and we have no right to impede or harm others. That’s God’s law. Man is supposed to be free, not controlled, serfs or slaves. Government is to be our servant. The government went in and shut down 600,000 acres – not one of us ever went into their enclosed area and never impeded them.
Even my brother driving into the dump truck… isn’t that impediment? The court order did not allow destruction of water infrastructure. What was a dump truck doing out there? Since that was beyond the scope of the supposed court order, we had a right to know. They could have stopped and answered our questions, but no, they set out attack dogs and Tasers and threw Aunt Margaret to the ground.
Every incident they are charging us with happened on property that belonged to the State of Nevada. Even if BLM had authority to close public land, they have no authority to close State of Nevada public land. The fence was on the State of Nevada land. Except by invitation, you will not see one of us breach that fence or impede the gather. We did not violate the court order. Dave went over the fence by the invitation of Dan Love and then the sheriff took over and asked for our help to take down the fence and then the cowboys, led by sheriff’s squad cars went to release the cattle. The sheriff honored his oath and did his job. He should have done it sooner.
I love my family. I love them. I love this land. I love freedom. I am from the State of Nevada. I’m a true Nevadan. I mentioned before that Nevada became a state on Oct. 31st and we always got out of school on that day… I always thought we got out because it was my birthday. I’m a true Nevadan. I believe you are, too, and love freedom as much as I do. Freedom’s not being lost overseas – it’s lost right here at home in our back yards, our front yards.
Until we are willing to do whatever it takes, liberty will be, is being lost. We are not anti-government! Government has its proper place and duties to perform. I want government to do its job. Nothing more. Nothing less. When government does more or less than its job, it becomes the criminal. When government damages our rights, it becomes the criminal. When someone harms or damages another’s life, liberty or property that is the definition of a criminal.
Extortion, violence, pointing guns – everything we are charged with, they were doing and thousands of people came running – the world knew about this – China, Ireland (they sent us a flag), New Zealand and other countries – why? Because America stood for freedom and has for years and the world is interested in seeing how America (emotional) will deal with freedom. The world wants to know. The American people said, “yes, we will stand for freedom. Government, you’ve gone too far and we will put a stop to it.”
The courts have a place. It is said that We the People are the fourth branch of government. I say we are the first. The legislature to make laws, the executive to execute laws and the judicial to judge. All three branches are to protect your rights, our rights, freedom, liberty. Government does not have the authority in and of itself – man creates government to fulfill and protect rights. We the people give government the authority through the Constitution. The tenth amendment insures state’s rights.
Evidence will show my father and my brothers are innocent men. We need you to put on that paper that we are not guilty. You are the twelve to represent us, peers, equals, people…we the People.
Guns…lots of guns…scary…camo…freedom of speech…also, the right to bear arms, the second amendment…a militia was necessary. What is a militia? It is defined in the law. U.S. Code defines militia: “all able-bodied men 17-45 years of age”. How many of you are a member of the militia? State of Nevada extended that and includes men up to the age of 64. How many of you now are a member of the Nevada militia? There is the organized militia, the National Guard and the unorganized militia – everyone else.
Why did the Founding Fathers include the second amendment? Was it for duck hunting? No…no! Militia is mentioned six times in the Constitution. Such a small document and few things are mentioned more than the militia; the central government of this union and yet media or whatever wants to put a bad face on militia. Why did militia come to Bundy Ranch? To peacefully assemble, redress of grievances.
No one was harmed except Davey, Ammon and Margaret. You will not see in evidence that we ever harmed anyone! They attack and we turned the other cheek. We were peaceful—insistent? Yes! And, Yes! Demanding. These men, these people did not come to seek an opportunity to point guns at the government. Hundreds, even thousands of people we didn’t know. That’s exemplary. These people came to do good. To protect me, to save my life.

I had a sniper pointing at me, 200 armed men surrounding my home, my family (tearfully) Ryan Payne has been portrayed as a bad man. Evidence will show otherwise. He saved my life. He saved my life. Others came. I didn’t even meet most of them until I was in jail with them, may have seen them in passing, but I didn’t know them until jail. I honor and thank them now! I thank all who came. We only have rights we are willing to fight for. You’ll see evidence that I was nearly always with the sheriff or a deputy – always in communication with them – I was side-by-side with Lombardo.
Thank you for coming, for being here. I will still do whatever it takes. This is not a threat, it is determination. I love my freedom. Listen to the still small voice to discern between truth and error. The indictment and grand jury testimony is full of lies. Truth has been blocked in previous trials. Listen closely – we will try to get you the truth. The truth will set me free and I’m counting on you to help me see that.
I invite you to our ranch. I recognize your right to use the land. We want you to come and enjoy it. I thank you for this time. Please find me not guilty and these other men not guilty. Stand up for freedom.

Silicon Valley"s disdain for its mostly white, mostly male tech workforce has reached absurd new heights.
The New York Post is reporting that, after just six months on the job, Apple Diversity Chief Denise Young Smith, who was named vice president of diversity and inclusion in May, has resigned her post after making a “controversial” comment last month during a summit in Bogota, Colombia.
What was Young’s crime? She insinuated that “diversity” can still exist among a group of white men because of their different life experiences.
“There can be 12 white, blue-eyed, blond men in a room and they’re going to be diverse too because they’re going to bring a different life experience and life perspective to the conversation,” the inaugural diversity chief said.
“Diversity is the human experience,” she said, according to Quartz. “I get a little bit frustrated when diversity or the term diversity is tagged to the people of color, or the women, or the LGBT."
That’s right: Young, who is – for the record – a black woman, has been forced out of Apple because her views on diversity were too inclusive.
As the Post pointed out, Young’s comments appeared to defend Apple’s overwhelmingly white and male leadership at a time when the company’s makeup is markedly uneven. This begs the question: What, exactly, was she defending them from?
Young, a 20-year Apple veteran who previously served as the company’s head of worldwide human resources (a senior level position), was later forced to apologize for her remarks, telling Apple staff that her comments “were not representative of how I think about diversity or how Apple sees it."
“For that, I’m sorry,” she said in an email. “More importantly, I want to assure you Apple’s view and our dedication to diversity has not changed."
“We deeply believe that diversity drives innovation,” an Apple spokesman told TechCrunch in a statement. “We’re thrilled to welcome an accomplished leader like Christie Smith to help us continue the progress we’ve made toward a more diverse workplace."

Multiple officials have identified the alleged truck driver who mowed down pedestrians Tuesday in lower Manhattan, killing eight and injuring about a dozen more, as 29-year-old Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov.
Officials are calling the incident “an act of terror.”

Leaving his vehicle with two imitation guns, he was shot in the abdomen by police, according to NYPD.

The Frankfurt School, and its Marxist/Leninist philosophy, sought to infiltrate academia, in particular, (but including all facets of society), in their attempt to destroy the family, the Church, and Western culture. Political correctness was one of their tools.
Critical Theory is its core philosophy. “Max Horkheimer defined critical theory as social critique meant to effect sociologic change and realize intellectual emancipation, by way of enlightenment that is not dogmatic in its assumptions.”
They believe there is no such thing as truth, and that all things are relative. Relativism comes from the Frankfurt School of thinking.

The St. Louis Police department said in a media release Saturday evening that ELEVEN police officers were injured during the violent protests by Black Lives Matter thugs. Sadly, a 26-year-old female police officer suffered a broken jaw after a brick hit her in the face. Thank God no police officers were killed.
The European Union’s bureaucrats, in Brussels, are putting the pressure on Hungary, the Czech Republic and Poland, demanding they accept thousands of “refugees” (actually economic immigrants), or suffer penalties. The “refugees” are of a totally different culture and religion, and have no desire to fit into the fabric of Western Culture. On the contrary they have demanded hat Western Culture change to embrace their own culture.
It is good to see Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic resisting this invasion by foreigners, (for that is what it is, an invasion). In past centuries, Islam attempted to conquer Europe and it was the Poles, and their neighbors, who stood against the Islamic hordes. Once again, they are standing strong against a different kind of invasion; this one a mass influx of “refugees”. The Elite wish to destroy Western Culture, and to create in its place a mish-mash culture of its own design. The three nations are, so far, standing against the EU Elite’s designs. May they continue to stand strong.
America has come to a place many people never dreamed possible. More than a debate of differing philosophies, or two political parties, we are caught up in a clash of two opposing citizen factions.
One faction is rooted in the conservative values of liberty, accountability and self- determination. People of all walks of life, grounded in those ideals joined together to elect Donald J. Trump President in 2016.
In rebellious opposition to that segment of our population and their values is an angry and vocal conglomeration of disparate activist and victim groups led by a media set on destruction of our constitution, abandonment of the law and complete dominance over all who disagree with them.
One faction wants to “Make America Great Again”. The other will use any means to derail that objective.
Anarchist leftists have taken to the streets to burn and destroy property while urging violence against those who would enforce the law to keep the peace. Meanwhile, their media leadership has adopted the strategy of fabricating news in an attempt to deny the moral population their right to a fairly conducted election. They have withheld damaging stories about Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Loretta Lynch and others who have conspired to defy the law and at the same time they publish and broadcast fictional compilations designed to damage President Trump, his family and their supporters.
In a surreal illustration of the trouble our country is in, a large percentage of the US Congress itself has joined the media effort to deny the choice of over 60 million legally eligible voters by nullifying the election results in any way they can. Even the majority of republican members of congress are turning their heads to avoid recognizing the truth about the lawless actions of the left and proposing bills in violation of the Constitution to hamstring the Executive Office’s ability to counter their efforts.
These actions are open and observable. But, it seems that people aren’t generally interested. Maybe if the media were not biased and one sided there would be more concern growing within the population. It could be that the lack of interest is symptomatic of a largely uninformed society. But it goes deeper than that.
Vote counts allege that over 65 million legal voters supported Hillary Clinton in 2016. Taken at face value it is fair to assume that this huge number of our American neighbors are supportive of unchecked corruption and criminal activity at the highest level of our government if it puts someone in office who sympathizes with their values, or lack thereof.
Just prior to the election, FBI director James Comey laid out a detailed list of criminal violations committed by Hillary Clinton and concluded by saying he didn’t think anyone would prosecute her. We now know he colluded with [then] Attorney General Loretta Lynch to obstruct justice regarding these crimes.
We now know that he colluded with [then] Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and CIA Director John Brennan to suppress evidence, obstruct justice and grant immunity to multiple accessories to criminal activity.
We have learned that Clinton and Obama administrators were allowed to destroy evidence. We have learned that Attorney General Loretta Lynch used a fake name and email account to communicate with media sources on how to kill or down play her tarmac meeting with Bill Clinton. And now we know that Hillary Clinton was under subpoena to testify under oath before the election and the powers in place at the time just let her slide rather than possibly disrupt an election that they felt she was sure to win.
This coming year will bring forth a plethora of candidates from the left running on little more than a “We Hate Trump” platform. Some of them will be vocal and angry in the mold of Elizabeth Warren or Howard Dean and some will disguise themselves as well meaning compassionate democrats, or maybe even ‘moderate’ republicans. But the undeniable truth underlies all that they do. If they supported Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama before her, they have proven themselves to be fully amenable to the idea of setting aside the law for someone who shares their philosophy, or [in turn] using the law to persecute those who don’t.
Our moment in history is at hand. This is where we must stand against the forces that oppose the American heritage and the Constitution that created it. Now is the time to look at reality and move out of government’s shadow to enjoy the sunshine of freedom and self determination, or succumb to the dark forces of tyranny.
If you have ever thought “I’m just one person, what can I do?”, the answer is simple. It doesn’t take a lot of money or a lot of time. All you have to do is step up, voice your support, commit your vote and bring a friend who will also bring a friend.
This is our time. The future hangs in the balance. Do not stay idle and expect others to carry the load.
Poland’s Minister of Justice delivered a scathing response to European Union bureaucrats who are attempting to bully the staunchly anti-migrant country as the battle over ‘refugee resettlement’ quotas rages on.
Zbiegniew Ziobro directed his comments at Frans Timmermans, Vice President of the European Commission, who has established himself as one of the EU’s most aggressive attack dogs against a growing list of member states who oppose the migrant schemes.
“We all know from school, in history class, that the Netherlands has a long experience in colonialism, but bad habits must be stamped out,” said Ziobro, correlating Timmermans’ Dutch roots to his penchant for imperious interventionism. “I’d like to ask Mr. Timmermans to stop speaking with such insolence and arrogance about Poland, and to Poles, and to the Polish authorities because we deserve respect.”
The Polish government is in the midst of procedures to reshape elements of its judicial system, but the EU has threatened to punish the country severely if they follow through, accusing Warsaw of creating a “systematic threat to the rule of law in Poland” and possibly ‘breaching fundamental human rights.’
The reforms are aimed at dismantling a “privileged caste” of left-wing activist lawyers and judges, obligating ‘Christian values’ to be considered in Supreme Court rulings, and shaking up the entire judiciary by dismissing many sitting judges while also re-structuring how they are appointed.

I"m reminded that you can"t please everyone... and neither should you try. It"s also useful to weed out morons so it"s got that going for it.
As much as I find amusement from hate mail and am humbled by well wishers, it made me think about this problem of political correctness. It"s an incredibly important topic and, in fact, was a significant factor in correctly predicting the ascension of Trump to the throne.
The people, like the disgruntled Brit above, who refuse to acknowledge things like the epidemic of pedophilia in the church are dangerous. The selective bias is appalling. They look at themselves and others not as individual human beings... which is how we should interact with one another, but rather as some group. Everything to them is pigeon holed into some category: white, black, male, female, left, right, capitalist, globalist, and so on.
They actually define themselves and others as a class, not as an individual. It"s lazy thinking at its finest. This is seriously problematic for a simple reason: it subjugates the individual in favour of the group. Some humour about Brits (who I secretly love) is immediately classed as racist. It"s completely absurd to the point of bordering on mentally ill.
Everything that doesn"t fit into their world view finds a label with "discrimination" being extremely popular. This is because it"s so loosely defined - literally anything can (and is) jammed into the discriminatory jar.
Have you ever bought a new car and then found that everywhere you look you seem to see the same car and colour?
In a similar fashion, these people search for discrimination, find it everywhere, and then attack it.
Say after me: we need discrimination. It is what keeps society ordered and civilised.
An example:
Some time ago my wife and I were out having dinner with a group of friends - 3 other couples. One of the guests, who I"ll call Harry (not his real name), had shoddy manners, cut people off in mid-conversation in order to put his point across, and was generally overbearing, loud, and obnoxious. Even when I cut him down and told him, in no uncertain terms, that he was being rude and offensive, this washed over him like water off a duck"s back. When a shared plate of food arrived, Harry proceeded to scoop literally half of the plate straight onto his own plate and eat it... without the slightest acknowledgement that his bahaviour may not be exactly acceptable.
Have we and the other couples subsequently discriminated against Harry? Hell, yeah! We won"t be inviting him and his poor wife over anytime soon.
Discrimination? Sure.
Necessary? Absolutely.
It"s what keeps society civilised. It comes as no surprise that Harry has few friends, is constantly "in between" jobs, and survives, as far as I can tell, by the grace of his wife, who for whatever reason, continues to support him. That, too, may at some point become too much, and Harry will find that, in order for him to not starve, he"ll need to change his ways. This is how things should work.
Do you discriminate when you steer clear of a group of young men with an aggressive swagger walking at night?
I sure hope so. This is not prejudice it"s bloody prudence.
Multiculturalism
It"s got such a nice ring to it but those using it don"t actually understand its true meaning. The dictionary tells us it"s thepreservationofdifferentculturesorculturalidentitieswithina unifiedsociety.
Discrimination is closely tied with multiculturalism, which is easily one of the most misunderstood and misinterpreted terms in our modern lexicon. From my experience - and I"ve lived in 7 different countries, traveled to over 50, and do business with, have employees, colleagues, and business associates that traverse not only the globe but all the major religions and ethic groups - I can tell you this: those who live and work with many cultures and across geographies never, and I mean never, have an issue with this.
Those who do are inevitably the ones who have never traveled or travel little, and they wish to actually enforce on others their own world view. These are the worst sort of people. Those who not only believe things which are false but are not content until you, too, adhere to their beliefs. It"s an ideology, and ideologies are more dangerous than nuclear weapons.
Peter Thiel saw this coming a full 20 years ago. I would urge you to spend 15 minutes and listen to this speech he gave:
He quite correctly mentions that
"Multiculturalism has nothing to do with the study of other cultures." He goes on to say that "You do not see students protesting on college campuses demanding missionary postings in third world countries, to learn more about other societies. You do not have people protesting to learn Chinese or Swahili."
"You cannot have diversity on a college campus with people who look different but think alike."
Peter discusses the threat to Western civilisation, which ironically is not posed by any other civilisation but rather comes from within. Those who have been reared in the warm bosom of Western civilisation providing freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and a host of freedoms, which have allowed for unparalleled wealth and opportunity. This is where the threat comes from. It"s not unlike a spoilt child who has been given too much by well-meaning parents... only to invite drug dealers and gangsters into the homestead to destroy it and rape and pillage.
This is not non-Western but anti-Western and advocating the destruction of Western civilisation.
Multiculturalism joins the ranks of a long list of junk words that have crawled into popular vocabulary but which infest our brain and are used by self-righteous pompous pseudo intellectuals to further goals which have little to do with what we"re told they do.
Words such as "islamophobia", a nonsensical word if ever there was one (which I"ll write about in a separate article... because nobody else will)... and another pet hate: "marginalized", which if you look carefully, is a term used to describe any minority group that enjoys support from multimillion dollar lobby groups where the objective is to destroy criticism of the particular group and to garner favours which would, if the group couldn"t muster being "marginalised" would NOT receive largess. Interestingly, these "marginalised" groups cannot ever be white and male. Think about why that is.
Be careful of using these rubbish euphemisms and fight back against those who throw them out as accusations, because they are the epitome of lazy thinking and are being used as weapons to destroy what is often common sense. In this world or irrationality, when a rational statement is made that it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, society runs the risk of being to afraid to say that yes, it"s a duck. That, my friends, is dangerous territory indeed.

New York City mayor Bill de Blasio fled in fear as a woman from Queens publicly excoriated him over his decision to join anti-Trump protests at the G20 summit in Germany just hours after an NYPD officer was assassinated.
Mayor de Blasio (née Warren Wilhelm) had just wrapped an appearance in the Whitestone neighborhood of Queens and was making his way over to a small crowd for handshakes and photo-ops when Vickie Paladino, a resident of the city for 63 years, unleashed fury at de Blasio, who quickly retreated to the safety of his waiting SUV, while reportedly pleading with his security detail, “Get me away from this woman.”
“I’d like to know why you were in Germany when one of your police officers were assassinated,” asked Paladino, mere inches from de Blasio, who ignored her. “Why did you protest against our country in Germany? That’s the real question.”
“I want to know why you let our police officers down, and our country down by going to Germany and protesting against our country.”
“I don’t care about the trees – we’ll work it out – find $18 million dollars to put in your cops pockets,” she continued, alluding to the reason de Blasio had held the presser to announce the allocation of a massive new budget for repairing sidewalks due to tree root growth.
According to the video’s caption, Ms. Paladino happened to be passing by when she saw the mayor and ordered her husband to stop the car so she could give him a piece of her mind as a cadre of NYPD officers observed with gratitude.
“My parents happened to drive by NYC mayor Bill DeBlasio doing a photo-op in their Queens neighborhood, and my mother decided to pull over to tell him exactly what she thinks of him and the job he’s doing,” wrote the original poster. “Local NYPD on the scene shook her hand and thanked her for telling the mayor everything they wish they could say to him themselves.”
Paladino became an instant heroine, with local residents urging her to run for mayor herself, and CBS New York presenting a very complimentary segment and interview with her after the incident.

Our ranch – children are always welcome – it is a place to play, play in the river, the pond, chase or hunt rabbits, burn your toes in the hot sand in summer—always free. Extortion, violence, pointing guns – everything we are charged with, they were doing and thousands of people came running – the world knew about this – China, Ireland (they sent us a flag), New Zealand and other countries – why? Because America stood for freedom and has for years and the world is interested in seeing how America (emotional) will deal with freedom. The world wants to know.
