Trump Called For ‘Unifying Event’ Two Weeks Before Florida School Shooting

Two weeks before the Florida school shooting, president Donald Trump had said it would be difficult to “unify” the country without a major event. But the odd coincidence is that now that there is a “major event,” the country is more divided than ever before.

According to PBS, hours before his first State of the Union address two weeks ago, President Donald Trump said that he wants to unite the country amid “tremendous divisiveness” and hopes he can do so without a traumatic event affecting Americans. Trump spoke about creating a more united country during a lunch with a number of television news anchors. The president said the United States has long been divided, including during the impeachment of former president Bill Clinton. Trump also said that Americans usually come together during times of suffering.

“I would love to be able to bring back our country into a great form of unity,” Trump said. “Without a major event where people pull together, that’s hard to do. But I would like to do it without that major event because usually that major event is not a good thing.”

But the major event, the mass shooting a high school in Florida did not bring people together, it only divided them further. Joe Joseph with The Daily Sheeple says “this is interesting, because this, he said prior to the shooting down in Florida.”

“Now, that’s not to say president Trump orchestrated that [the mass shooting in Florida] because I doubt that he did, in fact, I don’t think that for a second.  But, what I will say, is that these events, oftentimes, cause more divide than anything else,” Joseph said.  “The last time I saw an event unify the country was 9/11, and it was only for a short time.”

“Normally, it takes that negative event or that attack that threatens the well-being of the nation that affect us all, or that we perceive affects us all,” Joseph said. But, “there are so many things that divide the country right now, it’s the whole gun control debate again. Here we have another crazy that’s gone out, done his thing, and interestingly enough, they’re gonna raze the school, which, I always thought crime scenes needed to be preserved…it seems like every major casualty or every major event, we have to go and just raze the crime scene…does anybody not think that this is a little odd…that’s a crime scene! Why are we destroying evidence?” It really isn’t a wonder why people believe some of the major events are scripted or didn’t happen the way we were told that they did. People want instant gratification and their feelings validated which also leads to divisiveness.

“One thing’s for sure,” Joseph says. “Since he [Trump] said this, we did have a major event an I’ll tell ya…that major event has caused an even deeper rift and divide among people in this country and I don’t think that there’s an easy answer.”

How the SHTF in Bosnia: Selco Asks Americans, “Does this sound familiar?”

This article was originally published by Daisy Luther at The Organic Prepper

pitchforks-rebellion

Selco interviewed by Daisy Luther

I was recently emailing back and forth with Selco and we were discussing the situation in the US right now, with the political polarization, the rage, and the general cognitive dissonance. I asked him if he saw any similarities between our situation and the one in Bosnia when the SHTF there during the war. When he replied I knew I had to share this information with you.

While we might like to think it could never happen here, the current events here are eerily similar to what happened there in the 1990s.

When you read this, think about recent events. The anger about immigration. The destruction of Civil War monuments. The unease between the races. The deep rage about the recent presidential election. The scorn and derision for neighbors who think differently. The way the media fans the flames of dissent between our fellow Americans.

You’ll realize that it definitely CAN happen to us…and there’s not one darn thing we can do except to be prepared.

What parallels do you see with events in the US and Bosnia before the SHTF?

US and Yugoslavia (in 1990) on first look do not have anything in common because people are going to say, “The USA cannot have anything similar to any socialistic system.”

This is true but only on first look.

Yugoslavia had somewhere around 20-22 million citizens, six republics (similar to states in the US), 3-4 main religions, and many national groups (ethnicity).

The official state policy was to build Yugoslavian “nationality” (from the end of WW1) and through different ways that effort was successful until the 90s.

We were “something big, united through differences with a strong connection to make something big.”

And then those differences were used to make chaos.

In the late 80s and beginning of the 90s (when democracy came) the problems started and ended up in series of wars and cases of complete collapse.

Things that I experienced in my case prior to SHTF, and things that you might recognize:

  • Things that make differences between people are more and more problematic (race, religion, political opinion).

  • Polarization is getting obviously stronger.

  • People want to come to your country, but they do not want to “assimilate” or contribute to greater good. They want to preserve their way of life which is often absolutely contradictory to the way that your country (society) works.

  • The political way of solving those problems often fails, because, in essence, those problems are hard to solve in a democratic way (in the spirit of democracy).

  • Your freedoms are “shrinking” as a result of that.

  • Calls for “radical solutions“ for the problems are stronger and stronger.

  • The media is absolutely working a dirty job, and it is hard to find out what is the truth anymore.

  • Suddenly people and events from history are “brought back” so people can judge and argue about it, to write history again, to build myths sometimes.

Can you explain how the current political polarization could make matters worse when the SHTF?

Strong polarization eventually brings fear and hate towards “others”, and once you get into that state of hate and fear it is very easy to be manipulated, even though prior or later, it looks weird and funny how easily you were brought into that state.

I remember the exact moment roughly 25 years ago when I was brought in discussion and actually rioting over the statue of a general from WW2 which was about to be destroyed because for some people he was a war criminal and for others he was a hero and important political figure.

It was a big event, and people were brought into that event in big numbers, arguing and fist fighting and rioting…

At the same time, the wheels of big events were actually already starting to move, and if I were smart I would have left the country or bought a weapon instead fighting over a historical figure.

Does this sound familiar?

It was only one event that was used in order to polarize people more. “Us” and “Them”.

It is so easy to manipulate people when you throw hate and fear in the game.

Polarization makes things worse when SHTF because it is easier to “dehumanize” others that are different than you. Through the fear and hate, groups are pushed to do whatever the people in power want them to do, even if that means horrible crimes. Remember, once some group of people (religion, political, regional, race…) is dehumanized (for example through smart media work) the rules are changing and everything is possible.

For example, with careful media work even today (in time of the internet, social networks, and independent information) it is possible to make the prepper movement look like a terroristic and anarchistic movement and then it’s open season on preppers.

Did political disagreements go away when it hit the fan or did they intensify?

In essence yes, they went away because it all went to how much food, ammo, or whatever resource you had. You realized that big opinions simply do not matter, especially once when you realize that all was somehow planned, and especially once when you realize how foolish you were because you trusted some things.

But of course rage was fed with again fear and hate for ”others”.

It is like that story about how they tried to explain to a conscript [someone who was drafted into the military] what is war all about: higher causes and honor and everything else, and he simply could not get it. Then later in the middle of a fight he suddenly understands everything and yells: “Oh I understand now – THEY ARE TRYING TO KILL ME.”

When you strip everything down to the bare facts, he was right.

How does it move from political arguments to one day, it has all hit the fan and everything has changed? Is there something predictable we could look for?

Again it is about dehumanizing, no matter who or what group. It is about adopting opinions like “they are so different that they do not deserve…( to live here, to have rights…)

Once that happens a whole new set of rules jumps in and those rules mean that lot of your liberties and rights gonna be taken too, and that is the problem actually.

When that happens, you will understand that it is not really important who is who. The only thing important is that somehow you do not have your rights anymore (for example the right to carry a firearm) and then you are in s..t.

You can be so mesmerized with “important political events” or something else that you might even not notice that you are suddenly not allowed to grow your own food or have a solar panel on the roof, or carry a pistol.

You might say now “it is impossible in the US”  but I think in this moment it is bigger news than if some reality show star had “spicy” video than to understand how food delivery in your city works and how much food is in one average store if everything stops moving.

Yes, it is possible.

Which events in the US have you seen that made you immediately flash back to your situation?

I do not follow politics too deeply even in my country, not to mention politics in the US, but what I do follow is people’s reaction to political events. By that, you can sense where the majority of people’s opinions go and what you can expect from that.

Maybe a year ago I did comment (through an article) on some events in the US and I got an excellent comment from one of my readers who said “My nation, America, is being abruptly dragged out of a deep and prolonged state of subconscious anxiety and depression. It is being assaulted with hope and this is beginning to produce a state of relief which will be managed into uncritical nationalism if at all possible. This euphoric state of national mind is the perfect cover from which to ambush a nation. The pressing for a one world government did not die under Trump, it simply got a new face. The danger to America and to the other nations of the world is more real now than ever. Extreme sobriety is warranted at this time. Most people I have spoken with cannot see this…”

Hope in something new and something better was exactly what I was experiencing just prior SHTF, new leaders, new democracy, freedom…

It clouded my perception, I trusted too much.

What suggestions, if any, do you have to help us be better prepared for political upheaval?

As always, operate in “small circles” (your family, prepper group, network of friends). Learn useful skills, meet good and interesting people (in prepper terms).

That small circle is what it is all about and what is important when SHTF. Sorry, but your political opinion and worries about state policies are worthless, and can not change anything big- it is the big circle, and it is important only in terms of looking and recognizing signs of future events, so you may recognize the correct moment for bugging out for example.

Do not be pulled into general fear and hate because it clouds your judgment and it simply wastes your time.

Do not be pulled into it.

Do people start to realize that their opinion means nothing in politics or do they still hang on to their illusions even after it all goes sideways?

Illusions were the first victims when SHTF. Here are a few of many:

  • “There are police, this cannot happen. There is law, this is against the law.“ Actually, the police are police when the system works. When it does not work, the police are just a bunch of trained people with weapons, and it is completely up to them what they are going to do.

  • “I have rights.” Yes, when there is a system and law to protect those rights. If you want to have rights when SHTF you have to be ready to protect them.

  • “I have gun and lot of ammo. I will firmly stand my ground.” Good luck with that. There is a huge number of people already organized in violent groups, ready and skilled in violence, who wait for the system to collapse to jump in. People with more guns, more ammo, more skills than you, and less morals and ethics. You need to lower your expectations.

  • “This kind of chaos can not happen here (in the US). We have the best political system in the world.” This is my favorite actually because in my case the S. did hit the fan. For some period of time I was repeating this to myself, and even more, something like “This can happen only in some country in Africa, not here. Somebody going to stop this.” It can happen, and actually, it would be very bad because fall is going to be bigger. It is going to hurt much more, and people are going to be shocked much more.

Anything else to add?

I have seen many people killed, a lot of women and children too, civilians. A huge number of people suffered, were hungry and cold and were terrified through that period.

But I can count on one hand the dead or hungry politicians in that time.

Things were good for them through that period. Some of them ended up even richer. A lot of them are still powerful in the same or different parties, and are still talking about “their people” or “ causes” or “fear from others”.

It is the way it works.

Nutty Maxine Waters Wants A Parental Advisory When Trump Appears On TV

maxine2

Congresswoman Maxine Waters was one of several Democratic lawmakers who did not attend President Trump’s State of the Union speech. Regardless of her absence, Waters is now calling for a parental advisory each time the president appears on TV.

Of course, this sounds insane; but we are talking about Maxine Waters here. Waters has been a vocal critic of Trump since he took office and has repeatedly called for his impeachment.

Maxine Waters To Trump: “Get Ready For Impeachment”

Whenever he appears on TV there should be a disclaimer that says ‘This may be may not be acceptable for children,” she said. According to Fox News, Waters recorded a pre-taped response to Trump’s address, which was broadcast on attorney and political commentator Angela Rye’s BET special.

“One speech cannot and does not make Donald Trump presidential. He’s not presidential and he never will be presidential. He claims that’s bringing people together but make no mistake, he is a dangerous, unprincipled, divisive, and shameful racist,” Waters said. “Yesterday Donald Trump had the audacity to call upon people to set aside differences when, in reality, he has divided Americans in ways no other modern president has done,” she continued.

Waters further accused Trump of using divisive rhetoric during his first year in office. She said, “After Trump defended white supremacists, targeted Muslims with his travel ban, described Mexicans as rapists, and mocked people with disabilities, it’s impossible to believe him when he tries to declare he wants to bring the country together.” At the end of her speech, Waters described Trump as a “terrible role model for our children,” because of “his hatred for women and people of color…”

Waters has a long history of making herself appear mentally unstable when discussing Donald Trump.

Will the Media Televise the Revolution? Will you be watching?

Will the Media Televise the Revolution? Will you be watching?

by Jim Boyer  August 9, 2017

America has come to a place many people never dreamed possible. More than a debate of differing philosophies, or two political parties, we are caught up in a clash of two opposing citizen factions.

One faction is rooted in the conservative values of liberty, accountability and self- determination. People of all walks of life, grounded in those ideals joined together to elect Donald J. Trump President in 2016.

In rebellious opposition to that segment of our population and their values is an angry and vocal conglomeration of disparate activist and victim groups led by a media set on destruction of our constitution, abandonment of the law and complete dominance over all who disagree with them.

One faction wants to “Make America Great Again”. The other will use any means to derail that objective.

Anarchist leftists have taken to the streets to burn and destroy property while urging violence against those who would enforce the law to keep the peace. Meanwhile, their media leadership has adopted the strategy of fabricating news in an attempt to deny the moral population their right to a fairly conducted election. They have withheld damaging stories about Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Loretta Lynch and others who have conspired to defy the law and at the same time they publish and broadcast fictional compilations designed to damage President Trump, his family and their supporters.

In a surreal illustration of the trouble our country is in, a large percentage of the US Congress itself has joined the media effort to deny the choice of over 60 million legally eligible voters by nullifying the election results in any way they can. Even the majority of republican members of congress are turning their heads to avoid recognizing the truth about the lawless actions of the left and proposing bills in violation of the Constitution to hamstring the Executive Office’s ability to counter their efforts.

These actions are open and observable. But, it seems that people aren’t generally interested. Maybe if the media were not biased and one sided there would be more concern growing within the population. It could be that the lack of interest is symptomatic of a largely uninformed society. But it goes deeper than that.

Vote counts allege that over 65 million legal voters supported Hillary Clinton in 2016. Taken at face value it is fair to assume that this huge number of our American neighbors are supportive of unchecked corruption and criminal activity at the highest level of our government if it puts someone in office who sympathizes with their values, or lack thereof.

Just prior to the election, FBI director James Comey laid out a detailed list of criminal violations committed by Hillary Clinton and concluded by saying he didn’t think anyone would prosecute her. We now know he colluded with [then] Attorney General Loretta Lynch to obstruct justice regarding these crimes.

We now know that he colluded with [then] Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and CIA Director John Brennan to suppress evidence, obstruct justice and grant immunity to multiple accessories to criminal activity.

We have learned that Clinton and Obama administrators were allowed to destroy evidence. We have learned that Attorney General Loretta Lynch used a fake name and email account to communicate with media sources on how to kill or down play her tarmac meeting with Bill Clinton. And now we know that Hillary Clinton was under subpoena to testify under oath before the election and the powers in place at the time just let her slide rather than possibly disrupt an election that they felt she was sure to win.

This coming year will bring forth a plethora of candidates from the left running on little more than a “We Hate Trump” platform. Some of them will be vocal and angry in the mold of Elizabeth Warren or Howard Dean and some will disguise themselves as well meaning compassionate democrats, or maybe even ‘moderate’ republicans. But the undeniable truth underlies all that they do. If they supported Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama before her, they have proven themselves to be fully amenable to the idea of setting aside the law for someone who shares their philosophy, or [in turn] using the law to persecute those who don’t.

Our moment in history is at hand. This is where we must stand against the forces that oppose the American heritage and the Constitution that created it. Now is the time to look at reality and move out of government’s shadow to enjoy the sunshine of freedom and self determination, or succumb to the dark forces of tyranny.

If you have ever thought “I’m just one person, what can I do?”, the answer is simple. It doesn’t take a lot of money or a lot of time. All you have to do is step up, voice your support, commit your vote and bring a friend who will also bring a friend.

This is our time. The future hangs in the balance. Do not stay idle and expect others to carry the load.

Why Did Jesus Say He Would Bring ‘Division?’

Why Did Jesus Say He Would Bring ‘Division?’

Image source: Flickr / Creative Commons

How do you view Jesus? Is He a Yoda-like guru that is serene and levelheaded? Would you compare Him to a Peace Corps volunteer with 70s-era grooviness?

Notice what Jesus in Luke 12:51 said about Himself:

“Do you think that I have come to give peace on earth? No, I tell you, but rather division.”

The actual, biblical Jesus was very polarizing. You either hated Him or loved Him. For some, He grew more and more lovely. For others, He became despicable. Some flocked to Him while others sought ways to kill Him.

Many today view Jesus as a doting grandfather—boring but wise. Yet, no one in Scripture ever found Him to be uninteresting.

But did Jesus really come to Earth to bring division? Wasn’t He the “prince of peace”?

Heirloom Audio: Christian Heroes For Christian Kids

The next two verses of Luke 12:52-53 are telling:

“For from now on in one house there will be five divided, three against two and two against three. They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.”

Jesus will be the lightning rod of division in some families. Why is this so? Because Jesus’ truth claims are so exclusive that you can’t be indifferent.

It is popular in our culture to call Christians divisive. “They are always stirring people up,” people say. It is just as common to view other religions and viewpoints as inclusive and tolerant, and Christianity as just the opposite.

But all truth claims are exclusive. We all think we are right and everyone is wrong.

The problem is that most people don’t want anybody – Jesus included — telling them they are wrong. They don’t want authority in their lives.

What makes Jesus’ claim in Luke 12:51-52 so “over-the-top” in today’s society is that He’s insisting to be the center of our lives in all areas.

Don’t misunderstand Jesus’ teaching, though. He isn’t promoting a cavalier attitude toward the family. Instead, those who come to this biblical Jesus become better wives, husbands, mothers, fathers, children, employees – everything. That’s because Jesus teaches what it really means to lay down your life for Him and others.

Some may say, “That’s a huge sacrifice to follow Jesus! I might lose everything. This is too burdensome.” But they’re not understanding the richness of the blessings of following Christ. Is anything greater than having a personal relationship with God and your sins forgiven? We were lost … but He offered free salvation to us.

Let’s close with two questions to ponder:

1. Do you put conditions on what it means to follow this Jesus?

Some give up following Him because things didn’t work out like they thought it should. They are in the “I-tried-Jesus-but-it-didn’t-work-for-me” crowd. They put their own conditions on following Him, instead of making Him first in their lives.

2. Are you causing unnecessary division?

Sometimes we can be divisive rebel-rousers where Jesus was not.

The gospel frees us to follow Jesus out of love rather than out of fear. What Jesus are your following today?

Division in the new America — Will it run rampant?

(INTELLIHUB) — An alleged “professor” taunted members of the New York Police Department to attack a guest speaking at the New York University Student Center. During the crazed woman’s short claim to fame she demanded that police officers attack the event speaker Gavin McInnes, who got to speak only a total of 3-minutes before he was pepper sprayed.

McInnes said that things got rowdy when he and several of his friends tried to enter the building from the front door rather than the rear as originally planned.

“These guys were shooting bear mace at people — at us,” McInnes told the Steve Malzberg Show, referring to the cops at the scene.

Before the night ended police arrested a total of 11 people.

McInnes who is outspoken about Trump’s temporary travel ban recently wrote:

libertarians get caught up in theoretical “slippery slope” thought experiments that just don’t reflect reality.

And the reality is that most “homegrown terrorists” were radicalized abroad. (Google it.)

So preventing people like that from re-entering the country just makes sense.

The following is a transcription of the woman’s protest (shouts) via the blaze:

Who’s protecting NYU from this bulls**t? Why are you here? You’re not here to protect these students from Nazis. No, you’re not! This is completely f***ed up. And these students had to f***ing face them on their own. You should be ashamed of yourselves! You should be standing up to those Nazis! You should be protecting students from hate! This is hate! These are f***ing assholes … you are a joke. You’re grown boys! You’re grown boys … and I’m disgusted! I’m a professor! How dare you! How dare you f***ing assholes protect neo-Nazis? F*** you! F*** you! F*** you! These are kids who are trying to learn about humanity! They’re trying to learn about human rights and against racism and xenophobia and LGBTQ rights, and you’re letting these f***ing neo-Nazis near here! You should kick their ass! You should! You should be ashamed of yourselves! You should! F*** that s**t. F*** that s**t. It’s not up to these students to kick the ass of a neo-Nazi! They don’t have to raise their fist! They were taught to be peaceful! F*** you! F*** you. I’m a professor. God f***ing damn it … you’re here to protect neo-Nazis! So f*** you! God f***ing damn it! Those kids should not have to take fists up to neo-Nazis, and you’re putting them in that situation! Go to hell. F*** you NYPD!

Although NYU claims they do not recognize the woman as a member of the faculty, they said it’s possible she works somewhere else.

From abroad, the mayor of Berlin is also protesting Donald trump’s wall which has been proposed to be built along the southern border of the United States.

Things Are Exploding In A Way America Has Never Seen: “The Precipice Of Civil Unrest”

trump-protesters-immigration

Image: Pax Ahimsa Gethen, FunCrunch.org

This article was written by Michael Snyder and originally published at his Economic Collapse blog.

Editor’s Comment: Just how explosive the reaction over President Trump’s executive order will become has yet to be seen, but it is clear that an already divided atmosphere is becoming even more contentious and chaotic. While many Americans may agree with Trump, just as many are dead set against the clamp down coming from the executive branch.

Things will not become settled, but are likely to reach a point from which the nation cannot return. The cost of policy advances from a unilateral pen stroke may prove great indeed… and the fabric of the nation threatens to unwind. How close are we to unrest? To riots? To martial law and a police state? What happens then?

The United States Is On The Precipice Of Widespread Civil Unrest

by Michael Snyder

It doesn’t take much of a trigger to push extremely large crowds of very angry protesters into committing acts of rioting and violence.  And rioting and violence can ultimately lead to widespread civil unrest and calls for “revolution”.  The election of Donald Trump was perhaps the single most galvanizing moment for the radical left in modern American history, and we have already seen that a single move by Trump can literally cause protests to erupt from coast to coast within 48 hours.  On Friday, Trump signed an executive order that banned refugees from Syria indefinitely and that placed a 90 day ban on travel to the United States for citizens of Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.  Within hours, protesters began to storm major airports, and by Sunday very large crowds were taking to the streets all over the country

From Seattle to Newark, Houston to Boston, hundreds jammed airport terminals — lawyers, immigration advocates, ordinary citizens compelled to the front lines, many refusing to leave until those who had been detained by U.S. Customs had been freed or had obtained legal counsel.

On Sunday, the movement caught fire and demonstrations and rallies erupted in communities across the U.S. from city halls to airports to parks. In the nation’s capital, the site of the march that drew a crushing 500,000 people Jan. 21, Pennsylvania Avenue was shut down Sunday as thousands trekked from the White House to the U.S. Capitol. An energized crowd stopped outside Trump’s showcase hotel along the avenue to shake fists and chant “shame.”

You can see some really good pictures of the protests going on around the nation right here.

As I was going through articles about these protests today, I remember one woman holding up a sign that said “Remove Trump By Any Means Necessary”.

It doesn’t take much imagination to figure out what she was suggesting.

Visions of violence are dancing in the heads of these very frustrated people, and they are being egged on by top members of Congress such as Chuck Schumer

‘These orders go against what America has always been about,’ Schumer told the crowd in Battery Park according to the New York Daily News. ‘The orders make us less humanitarian, less safe, less American and when it comes to making us less safe people forget this, that’s why so many of our military, intelligence, security, and law enforcement leaders are opposed to this order and all those like it.’

Chelsea Clinton, the daughter of Trump’s presidential rival, Hillary, tweeted a picture from the rally. It was captioned: ‘Yes. We will keep standing up for a country that matches our values and ideals for all. #NewYork #NoBanNoWall.’

On Sunday, President Trump attempted to clarify what his executive order was really about and make it clear that it was not a ban on all Muslims.  The following comes from CNN

President Donald Trump insisted Sunday his travel ban on certain Muslim-majority nations would protect the United States from terrorists, after a weekend of outrage and confusion over the move.

In an afternoon statement, Trump wrote the country would continue showing “compassion to those fleeing oppression.”

Unfortunately, polls show that somewhere around a third of the country greatly dislikes Trump, and those people are more than ready to believe that Trump is a racist bigot that hates all Muslims.

But the truth is that Trump does not hate any group of people.  His target is simply Islamic terror, and he is actually pro-immigration as long as it is legal immigration.

Let us not forget that his wife is a legal immigrant.

I know that Trump is quite eager to get things done, but putting out this executive order at this particular moment was definitely a case of poor timing.

We are a nation that is deeply, deeply divided, and now this latest controversy threatens to divide us even further.

When I was out earlier today, I saw a pro-Trump billboard that some business owner had put up that was urging liberals to quit their whining.

On the surface that may sound funny, but it definitely doesn’t do anything to bring us together.

If you give anger enough fuel, eventually it leads to violence.  I am certainly not suggesting that we should ever compromise on what we believe, but what I am suggesting is that there is a wise way to handle things and an unwise way to handle things.

Someday, widespread civil unrest is going to sweep across the United States and major American cities will burn.

My hope is that we can put this off for as long as possible.

In fact, I sincerely hope that this will not happen at all during the Trump/Pence era.

But you would have to be blind not to see the hate, anger and frustration that are all growing like cancer in the hearts of our young people.

This is a time for the peacemakers.  If there are any left in Washington, we need them to rise up now and try to bring healing before it is too late.
