But let’s say you not only want to make all of the above happen, you would also like to help cause a little trouble. Consider this. When Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 were released, we spent about $200 at the Christian News Wire to let about 1,500 Christian news, TV and radio outlets know about MAINSTREAM. This was not a very large allocation, nor was it a very large news release. But it was all we could afford because we had to get the series through post production – the longest, most tedious and expensive part of most productions. So we spent what we could.
But, what if we were able to promote MAINSTREAM to the vast number of independent media companies, not only across the nation, but around the world? Would that not cause some trouble, some good trouble?
Remember, as we cover in MAINSTREAM, media expert Ben Bagdikian wrote that thousands of independent media companies were consolidated into about 50 media companies and now these 50 have been further consolidated into just 6 mega-media conglomerates. In essence, what has happened is the corporate fascists in New York have used unconstitutional fiat currency printed up by their buddies in the Federal Reserve banking cartel — a partnership between the swamp-infested Congress and the fraud-ridden Fed Member Banks — to cherry-pick the above mentioned independent media companies.
But tell me, which independent media companies do you think the 6 mega-media conglomerates purchased and consolidated with: the media companies espousing Christian, Constitutional, free-enterprise capitalist principles OR the media companies espousing secular, liberal, socialist, if not Marxist, principles? You can bet it was the later, not the former. So 6 mega-media conglomerates now dominate 95% of the world’s population with their bigoted, slanted, amoral, biased, propagandizing crap and “fake news”.
Given this, do you think any of the tens of thousands of independent media companies — film producers, local radio/TV stations and on-line media suppliers across the USA and world — are irritated? Do you think there is any chance these independent media companies might be pissed that SIX mega-media conglomerates are dominating THEM, their NEWS, their FILMS, their TV & RADIO STATIONS, their ARTICLES, their BOOKS, their OPINIONS, their EXISTENCE and worst of all, their RIGHT to free and open speech? Well I bet some significant portion is quite irritated.

But just when I feel I need a vacation from writing these Progress Reports (as much as you may need one from reading them), I look over what we have accomplished together. How great it would be to alert the independent media across America, and possibly the World, about how they have been screwed. This 4-part series — along with our other 7 documentaries – tell the story, a story that has never come to any movie theater near ANYONE.
The MAINSTREAM series will be out on the public lines for years and decades, maybe even centuries. Our accomplishment will stand as a clarion call for, not only freedom of speech, but the importance of the power of the sword and the power of the purse: the reasons a nation’s mass communication channels must never come under the domination of any control group whether corporate, government or individual. We have now completed 3 of the 4 Parts of this 4-part mini series on Hollywood movies and the New York networks and how they are promoting the Globalist Agenda. We now only have Part 4 to complete and when it’s done we will release all 4 parts on DVD.

MAINSTREAM will be an incredible accomplishment when it’s released into the public domain. There has never been a documentary like this because filmmakers and producers in the movie and TV industry are typically scared to make movies that are critical of their Industry. This is because the Industry is dominated by a very small group of insiders who control the financing and distribution. These insiders preach tolerance but they do not tolerate anyone who criticizes them or the 100-year mass media oligopoly they have created, a mass media oligopoly that dictates the politics and culture of the nation. Such critics are labeled “bigots,” “racists,” “xenophobes” and “anti-Semites.” Look what they are doing every day to Donald Trump because he won’t conform to their politics. Look what they have done to others, such as Orson Wells, Marlon Brando, Mel Gibson, Gary Oldman and Seth MacFarlane over the years.
Again, few who work in “the Biz” will criticize it or they will “never work again in this town.” I am probably a perfect example. I will probably never work again in the Hollywood-based motion picture industry because I have stepped out of line and, with your help, have made the MAINSTREAM series. I am not looking for sympathy because I may find plenty of work in other film industries around the world. These other film industries fully understand that the U.S. Mainstream Media is dominated by a discriminating “control group” that brainwashes Americans day in and day out. These industries will find truth in the MAINSTREAM series and are probably wondering when Americans will wake up.
That said, the key reason it’s important to complete the MAINSTREAM series and get it out on the NET and in DVD — is because, until and unless the issue of the Mainstream Media is fully addressed, no other issues will be able to be fully addressed.
If the mainstream media drives the political and cultural agenda, this means they influence and dominate all subjects concerned with the power of the Sword and the Power of the Purse. In short, they dominate Second Amendment and Federal Reserve System issues. This is why we have seen little progress on a revitalization of the State Militia System. This is why we have seen little progress on rescinding the Federal Reserve Act. Don’t look now, but the Hollywood studios and New York Networks have indoctrinated the American public into accepting both a centralized military and a centralized monetary system. These two systems are now leading us down the road to perpetual war and perpetual debt — in other words, the road to serfdom, as F.A. Hayek might say.
If we allow this to go much farther — if we allow the MAINSTREAM MEDIA to continue to dominate the politics and culture of the nation — we will surely end up with a one-world totalitarian government. And this is exactly what the CONTROL GROUP in the Hollywood studios and the New York Networks wants.
So, I would rather be blackballed as a filmmaker and make these things known than produce politically-correct documentaries that are biased towards the Globalist Agenda — a liberal, anti-Constitutional, anti-Christian, anti-capitalist agenda.

Since my last Progress Report of 27 May informing you that the production budget was depleted and we had to stop work on MAINSTREAM – a total of 38 of you rallied with donations averaging about $140 each. As a result we were able to commence editing and now have the first 24 minutes of MAINSTREAM Part 2 done. Thank you very much for proving that many of you want to see this movie completed.
Special thanks must go to those who donated well above the average. This group consists of Gerald Tufts, David Bulmore and Richard Gullotti who each donated $250. It also includes Leslie Baird, Cristy Zook, Lorraine Sterling, Joel Faust and John T. Law who each donated $500. This was a happy acknowledgement that you folks care that much about getting this film done that you would do this. Thank you so much – you are priceless citizens.
I want to also mention that Richard Gullotti and Joel Faust have been donors since ORIGINAL INTENT. I will never forget their generous donations of $1,000 which helped get probably the first movie about the original intent of the Founders into the motion picture public record. Richard and Joel, your early belief in these movies and the producing team, helped open the door to 6 additional documentaries on the U.S. Constitution. Again, thank you.
All this is good, but I have some even better news.
Those of you who sent in $500 when you heard that the production closed down really helped buy us progress. But if there are any others that donate at this level, this will be equal to a $1,000 donation. And here’s MY deal for you: your screen credit will be upgraded from from Associate Producer to Executive Producer. Executive Producer is a more rarified strata, and I will personally make sure your screen credit is prominent.
As mentioned above, 24 minutes of Part 2 are done, but we still need to cut 32 minutes to complete Part 2. Unfortunately we are now out of production funds again and so production will again stop. We got 24 minutes done but we still need to cut the last 32 minutes and then we will have a premiere for Part 2.
To give you an idea how the cutting is going, here are a few exerpts of Part 2.
We are working every day on the project. No vacations. No trips. No parties. I estimate we will need about $10,125 to get through Parts 3 and 4 sometime by the end of Summer or start of Fall. If you are in a position to donate — especially given the matching fund deal and the extra screen credit the producers will grant -– I hope you will do what you can. I would prefer that those who have not yet been able to donate make an effort to contribute, but if you have already donated, please bear in mind that your donations are cumulative.
In case you didn’t get to review the challenges we face to get MAINSTREAM done, allow me to reiterate some of the data in my previous Progress Report, as updated.
As of 24 June, about 4,672 people have now screened MAINSTREAM Part 1 but the daily screening has dropped to about 200 people a day.(1) What’s more positive, however, is there are now 103 thumb’s up, only 1 thumb down and still no negative comments.
Again, this is all great! Thousands have screened MAINSTREAM Part 1, hundreds watch it every day and 38 of you rallied to help get Part 2 back into post-production. Wow!
All this is good news, but the production fund is again almost at zero. We have 24 more minutes cut but the show is again dark unless more donations come in. I know this is a pain, but movies are expensive and precarious. We also had a hard drive meltdown on the main editing system. This has been remedied but it took some time and money out of our budget.
Here are the facts that I related to the major donors, my producing partners, and in my last Progress Report, again, facts you deserve to be updated on as well:
1. Total running time of MAINSTREAM Parts 1 – 4 will be 213 minutes. We now have about 78 min done to date, need to edit 135 minutes.
2. Can cut about 2 minutes per day = 68 days to finish cutting. Only possible to cut about 20 days per month with no edit staff.
4. If time is not consumed raising money, delivery of Parts 2 – 4 could be 30 Sept.
5. Sum of $10,125 mainly covers items in account 6600. It does not provide for any contingencies or marginal expenses such as additional b-roll in NYC, reshoots in LA, additional music rights, color/density correction, mixdown, DVD masters, additional interviews or computer catastrophes. These expenses could amount to $5,000 or more and they are itemized in other accounts in the Budget. The recent computer meltdown will consume some of this $5,000.
6. Since December 2015 when MAINSTREAM went into development, we have raised and allocated about $47,500 to various accounts itemized in the Budget. This includes research and script development, 13 interviews around the country, auditioning/hiring new narrator, narration recording, music rights, b-roll shoots, stock shots/photos, two pre-release trailers and a 213-minute rough-cut.
So this is what we are dealing with. As I have tried to relate previously, we are, in essence, trying to make two films for the price of one. This is why the original estimated cost of MAINSTREAM was $109,314 whereas earlier productions were between $50,000 and $75,000. A budget of $109,314 is how much we would have liked to have had to work with.(2) But my job is to get things done cheaper, or get more production value for less, if possible. I treasure every dollar of donor money and know that some of you are really hurting – and hurting for all of the reasons we cover in the films.
Those who donated, and the experts who courageously interviewed, are like the 300 warriors who confronted the Persian Army at the Battle of Thermopylae. We may save a portion of Western Civilization by encouraging others to make documentaries about the Mainstream Media that is now trying to destroy Western Civilization.

I have some good news and some bad news. On the evening of 17 May we started the Premiere of MAINSTREAM Part 1 and have decided to leave it up because about 400 people per day are currently watching it. If you haven’t seen it, go to https://youtu.be/H3lX1QPk5x4
Thus, as of 24 May, about 3,200 people have screened MAINSTREAM Part 1. Not only that, there are 46 thumbs up, 0 thumbs down and no negative comments. So it seems like everyone likes it, otherwise there would be at least some thumbs down or negative comments.
All this is great! The problem is only 12 have donated. And the average donation has been about $65.
Given that we need a threshold sum to complete the editing of MAINSTREAM by 30 September 2017, the show is now dark. Unless sufficient donations come in from a handful of donors of means – OR more of you donate at least 25, 50 or 100 dollars, MAINSTREAM may not be completed. So here are the facts that I related to the major donors and my producing partners the other day, facts you deserve to know as well:

I know that 5 or 10 dollars is a day of food money for some of you – yet you send it, and you even take your precious time to let me know you are there, and you care. Then I think about other citizens, the ones that can spend $109,314 on a new car every year or two. I don’t hear from many of them — even though the subject matter of our movies has made possible their very way of life.
These things acknowledged, I feel it would be wasteful to not complete MAINSTREAM for a lack of $12,000 to $17,000. If even 300 of you agree and donate, this project will get done. You WILL receive a screencredit on each and every Part that is completed after the date of your donation. So if you are an early donor, you will have your screencredit carried forward onto each new Part of the series. Thus if you donate now, you will receive a screencredit on Part 2 and if Part 2 is never completed, your screencredit will go on Part 1. But if Part 2, 3 and 4 are completed, you will have your screencredit on Part 2, 3 and 4 even if you only donated for Part 2. Again, you WILL receive a screencredit no matter what. Also, we are granting a screencredit to acknowledge donations starting as low as $50.
But some of you will ask, what if only Part 1 is all that is completed? If this happens, we will wrap up the movie by attaching the coda of Part 4 to the end of Part 1. This will give us a viewable product in the public domain. Remember, all of our movies go into the public domain for free. This is why you donate and why we make the movies. And over the years, millions have and will continue to see these movies, whether the Mainstream Media likes it or not.
Unfortunately, unless things turn around, it looks like the current movie will be a truncated version of what it could have been. And this is unfortunate, because the public will never learn about how cultural Marxism and corporate fascism have specifically infected the movies and media; and the public will never be exposed to the many other issues the MAINSTREAM series would have exposed. Yes, I am very disappointed MAINSTREAM was not supported as well as MOLON LABE or MIDNIGHT RIDE. But, if you donated to any of the movies, I do NOT direct this disappointment at you. YOU did what you could and I appreciate that – it’s some of your fellow “citizens” I have a problem with. 12 people out of 3,200 care about the endless violence and sexual objectification of women their kids watch in the movies and on TV? Amazing.
The same thing seems to apply to WHO is in Congress. Most people vote for THEIR congressman and claim it’s the other congressmen that are the problem. Same with THEIR public school. They love THEIR public school and it’s always the OTHER guy that’s the problem.
I guess America is exactly the way it should be. We have exactly the congress, the school system, the movies and the TV shows WE THE PEOPLE want and deserve — a Mainstream Media that fosters endless objectification of women, endless divorce, endless violence, endless pharmaceuticals, endless expansion of government, endless health care problems, endless debt, endless police state, endless wars, endless surveillance, endless out-sourcing of jobs, endless globalization, endless fossil fuels and endless internal combustion engines destroying the environment. All subjects Part 2, 3 and 4 would have gone into.
So, this will be the last Progress Report unless further “progress” is to be reported. I am sorry to have chosen this subject for a movie given only 12 were concerned enough to donate after the Premiere. “Fake News” has become the buzzword that the dying mainstream media has been using to dismiss alternative viewpoints that may appear on the internet or in alternative media. While it is true that there are a large number of satire sites and clear disinformation sites on the web, mainstream media sources are focusing on alternative media websites who do not share their views politically and attempting to associate these sites with the “fake news” phenomenon.
Luckily, however, it seems that the public is not buying this recent propaganda campaign. A poll conducted by the Harvard-Harris group found that 65 percent of voters believe that the mainstream media is guilty of distributing false reports.
Harvard-Harris co-director Mark Penn believes that the extreme polarization on cable news channels is playing a major role in this negative perception that has been developing.
“Much of the media is now just another part of the partisan divide in the country with Republicans not trusting the ‘mainstream’ media and Democrats seeing them as reflecting their beliefs. Every major institution from the presidency to the courts is now seen as operating in a partisan fashion in one direction or the other,” Penn told The Hill.
The poll reportedly surveyed 2,006 registered voters from May 17 to May 20.
Although the mainstream media continuously pumps divide into the populace through the use of the left/right paradigm, the survey shows this is simply not what the people want. One of the questions asked is if people want to see the divide continue — the overwhelming response was, ‘no.’
Do you want the parties to work together and try to reach compromise or stick to their positions and fight it out until the next election?
89 Percent said they want to see this divide come together.
Trust in the mainstream media has been slowly declining after several decades of monopolization and centralization. Over the last century, many large companies have been attempting to consolidate the media and have total control over what is said in the public arena. These companies are almost always heavily involved in politics and international business affairs, many times even depending on the government to regulate their competition.
The good news is, people aren’t buying it. Despite the massive push by the media to assert some sort of connection between Russia and Trump — without providing a single shred of concrete evidence — the majority of Americans still don’t buy it.
Here are some things that have been said by the media or one of the political parties. For each of the following, do you agree or disagree with it?
Donald Trump is a puppet of Vladimir Putin.

While Donald Trump is most likely someone’s puppet, Putin is most assuredly not the master.
Through controlling the dialogue in the media they are able to portray their political allies in a positive light, even if this is accomplished by telling blatant lies. It is even a generally accepted fact that all of the corporate news outlets have their own political agendas.
What is not realized is that even though they may have different party affiliations, the major media sources are all on the same team and advertise the same general worldview. This bias was clearly visible after Trump bombed Syria in April. As the Free Thought Project pointed out, the day following Trump’s illegal act of war against a sovereign nation was nothing but praise for him in the mainstream media — including outlets like WaPo and the NY Times, who constantly attacked him prior to the strike.
In the early 1980s, there were over 50 corporations which controlled all of the news media in America. This is a small number considering that it accounted for television, movies, magazines, books and music all combined. Before the First World War, there were actually hundreds of corporations that made up the US media.
This corporate monopolization is largely due to government regulation that prevents independent journalists from reaching the masses. This is done by limiting the number of broadcast spots available, issuing permits and licenses for the ability to broadcast and, now, censoring alternative media.
In 1983 a man by the name of Ben Bagdikian published a book called “The Media Monopoly” which pointed out the consolidation going on in the media at the time. In his book, Bagdikian predicted that the meager number of 50 corporations would dwindle very quickly to less than a dozen companies in coming decades.
His predictions were met with a great deal of criticism in the mainstream circuit, and that was to be expected considering they were the target of his accusations. Sure enough though, over the next 25 years, the media would be consolidated into fewer and fewer hands. In 2012 it was reported by Forbes that just 6 companies owned the entire mainstream media, then they reported in 2016 that all media was owned by just 15 billionaires amongst those companies.
This consolidation has caused an obvious change in the content, and even if the general public doesn’t understand why it is happening, they do understand that the mainstream media cannot be trusted.

The poll was based on the following question:
