It appears that a further cover-up is underway in regards to the 1 October massacre in which 58 people were killed
LAS VEGAS (INTELLIHUB) — The Coroner finally released the autopsy for the 58 victims but not for the alleged shooter Stephen Paddock after a judge ruled that the coroner release all the documents and pay $32,000 in legal fees.
Not only did the coroner drag his feet and release the autopsy reports late Wednesday but all of the names are redacted in the reports and there is no mention of ballistic data, bullet caliber, or trajectories. Although, the report does state that recovered bullet fragments were turned over to the police.
Will the Luck Dragon Hotel & Casino get lucky and sell in Tuesday’s auction?
LAS VEGAS (INTELLIHUB) — The Lucky Dragon Hotel and Casino went up for auction Tuesday where owners hope to liquidate the failed Asian-themed property.
The City of Las Vegas continues to experience a lack of tourism following the 1 Oct. massacre in which authorities have covered up the fact that a helicopter air assault occurred, as reported by Intellihub.
It’s not yet known if the casino will actually sell at Tuesday’s auction.
The vehicle that Tupac Shakur got shot in may raise over $1 million at auction
LAS VEGAS (INTELLIHUB) — The black BMW that rapper Tupac Shakur was shot in back in 1997 was owned by Death Row Records at the time and is now set to fetch more than a million dollars at auction from a specialized buyer.
The vehicle has been fully restored after it was shot up and after it was driven over a traffic median by former Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight during the getaway.
It appears that the Clark County Coroner may be hiding ballistics evidence which should be included in the 1 October massacre victims autopsy reports
LAS VEGAS (INTELLIHUB) — The Clark County Coroner’s Office has not yet released the autopsy reports for the 58 victims of the 1 October massacre and the alleged shooter Stephen Paddock.
“At this time we are not releasing the documents,” Clark County Office of Public Communications spokesman told investigative reporter John Cullen in an email Thursday.
The spokesman made clear that there was a court hearing Monday regarding a TRO which could “change things.”
It’s true what they say, you know? ‘What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas’
LAS VEGAS (INTELLIHUB) — Clark County Coroner John Fudenberg has failed to turn over the 1 Oct. victims autopsy reports and Stephen Paddock’s autopsy report against what a judge ruled in court on Tuesday.
Not only are the coroner’s actions inexcusable, it is blatantly obvious that a cover-up is and has been underway.
RNC chairman caught up in sex scandal, forced to resign, reports say
(INTELLIHUB) — Las Vegas casino mogul Steve Wynn is abandoning his post as Republican National Committee Finance Chairman after it was reported by the Wall Street Journal on Friday that Winn forced a manicurist to have sex with him in 2005.
The manicurist received a $7.5 million settlement for the sexual misconduct which could be a part of a larger pattern, according to others who have encountered the high-rolling pit boss over the years.
Mr. Wynn has denied all allegations, stating, “The idea that I ever assaulted any woman is preposterous.”
The RNC is currently exploring prospects for Wynn’s replacement.
Upon further investigation, Intellihub has determined that the body autopsied by a doctor in early October was likely not the body of the alleged gunman Stephen Paddock
LAS VEGAS (INTELLIHUB) — Information listed in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s preliminary report on the 1 Oct. massacre, reveals that the body autopsied by Dr. Lisa Gavin may not be Steven Paddock at all.
According to Section VIII of the report titled Suspect Autopsy: “On 10-06-17, at approximately 1625 hours, under CCOCME case 17-10064 and FBI incident number 4-LV-2215061 an autopsy was performed on the body of Paddock at the CCOCME
by Doctor Lisa Gavin.”
However, the report lists the decedent Stephen Paddock as being only “73 inches” tall (6′-1″) despite the fact that it is well known that Paddock was 6′-4″ in height and had a much larger frame than the dead guy pictured in the leaked crime scene photographs.
LVMPD
In 2010, Paddock’s height was listed as 6′-4″ on a Sport Fishing, Trapping, Hunting License registered with the State of Alaska. The information was verified with Paddock’s California driver’s license by a duly authorized fish and game vendor in the State of Alaska.
Additionally, the eye color listed on the official state document says Paddock’s eyes were “BL” (blue), while the autopsy report says the decedent’s eyes are “brown.” Again, the document is based on Paddock’s California driver’s license.
“The coroner seems to think that there has to be some chain of custody because of the criminal investigation”
LAS VEGAS (INTELLIHUB) — It appears that Clark County Coroner John Fudenberg may be corrupt and that authorities may be trying to hide something about the 1 October massacre by burning the evidence.
This all comes after Eric Paddock, the brother of the alleged shooter Stephen Paddock, told reporters that he was furious over the coroner’s decision to cremate Stephen Paddock’s body and not ship it to him as promised.
“The coroner seems to think that there has to be some chain of custody because of the criminal investigation,” Paddock said. “The coroner originally told me that he had constructed a plan to have the FBI deliver the remains and this was not the truth.”
Paddock traveled to Vegas where he picked up the remains Thursday morning.
Stephen Paddock was cremated on December 21, 2017.
Eric Paddock has said that he has not yet seen an autopsy which raises further questions.
The 32nd-floor of the Mandalay Has been reopened to the public, however, Suite 135, a.k.a. Stephen Paddock’s room, is still off limits, walled off
LAS VEGAS (INTELLIHUB) — The 32nd-floor of the Mandalay Bay has been opened back up to the public but room 135 remains off limits and has been walled off.
The status of the adjacent room 134 is unknown.
Footage of this has been posted to the Las Vegas Review-Journal YouTube channel.
(ANTIMEDIA) Las Vegas, NV — Newly released surveillance footage from Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino shows that Stephen Paddock, the man who committed the worst mass shooting in modern American history, acted completely normal in the days leading up to the event. The footage, obtained by the New York Times and published Thursday, depicts the same unassuming loner hotel staff had come to […]
In 2006, the Los Angeles Times ran a series on judges in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Times found that Las Vegas judges were regularly influenced by monied parties and that there existed “an extensive pattern of financial and personal links among Las Vegas judges, lawyers and other players in the legal system that suggested improper influence on judicial decisions.”
Over ten years has passed since the Times’ series and it looks like little, if anything, has changed in Sin City. In fact, the scams used by judges to deny justice may have gotten closer to the chest and better protected.
On the heels of recent disclosures that Vegas judge Cynthia Giuliani had filed false financial disclosures in an apparent attempt to cover up the fact that she went bankrupt on the bench, a complaint has surfaced against Judge Giuliani, alleging considerable violations of procedure and litigant rights. Giuliani, as a family court judge, had presided over the divorce case filed by Candice Bock against her husband, Tim Bock.
Race, Connections or Simply Money?
Candice, who is African-American, has referred to the case as a psychological nightmare and has wondered if her race factored in. Certainly, litigants in family courts in multiple venues are experiencing similar judicial misbehavior. A recent article by Mike Volpe discussed a multiplicity of lawsuits filed in various states all alleging that family court judges engaged in “gaslighting.” Gaslighting, writes Mike Volpe, “is a form of mental abuse where information is twisted/spun, selectively omitted to favor the abuser or false information is presented with the intent of making victims doubt their own memory, perception and sanity.”
When Tim and Candice married in 2000, she had been working at Tim’s company, Summit Portfolio Management, as an administrative assistant. At that time, the company, which went online in 1999 as a financial consulting operation, was pulling in about $120,000 a year. Candice continued to work at Summit after the two married and the company prospered, until it was doing at least a half million a year. In 2003, Candice gave birth to a son. She subsequently continued to work at Summit.
The marriage went sour and in 2011, Candice filed for divorce. Integral to her divorce case was documentation of alcohol abuse by her husband who was drinking then driving with their son in the car. Both parties made multiple accusations of spousal abuse, both physical and emotional.
The case ended up in front of Judge Cynthia Giuliani. A review of the records indicates that Giuliani did everything in her power to accommodate Tim Bock and to ignore the evidence that he lied to the court, repeatedly, concerning his financial affairs. Through her selective inattention to both evidence and law, Giuliani ensured that Candice Bock did not receive a fair and lawful settlement.
Judge Giuliani refused to admit Candice’s contributions to the business, and declared that Summit would be given to Tim in the divorce settlement. She also accepted fraudulent reports from Tim Bock and an ersatz (and unlicensed) accountant, Frank Firak, who testified that Tim owed hundreds of thousands of dollars to the IRS and was also saddled with $700,000 debt to a client named Larry Bingham.
Checks which Candice produced which showed the Bingham debt to be $550,000 were ignored by the court. So were the tax transcripts showing a zero balance with the IRS. Candice was ordered to pay half the Bingham debt and half the (non existent) IRS debt. In fact, she was ordered to pay half the business debts while receiving none of the business assets.
Strangely, one of the checks from Bingham to Tim Bock was clearly not made out by Larry Bingham but instead by the recipient, Tim Bock. This raises disturbing questions about the loan entire.
Californians are bailing on the Golden State in droves as the tax burden and housing costs make the price of living unbearable for far too many. Many of those fleeing are the hearty middle-class who are being pushed into poverty by the socialist policies forced on them by the state’s elites.
The trend is a symptom of the state’s housing crunch and the ever increasing taxation. Census Bureau data show California lost just over 138,000 people to domestic migration in the 12 months ended in July 2017. Lower-cost states such as Arizona, Texas, and Nevada are popular destinations for relocating Californians.
The surging number of those working in Silicon Valley and still unable to afford adequate housing should be a warning about big government, but it sure doesn’t seem like anyone is taking notice as their taxes continue to rise. As governments creep toward socialism though, poverty becomes the norm, not the exception. Silicon Valley has the highest median income in the nation. But a soaring tax burden and expensive regulations have caused housing prices to increase which has also caused homelessness to surge. –SHTFPlan
“There’s nowhere in the United States that you can find better weather than here,” said Dave Senser, who lives on a fixed income near San Luis Obispo, California, and now plans to move to Las Vegas. “Rents here are crazy if you can find a place, and they’re going to tax us to death. That’s what it feels like. At least in Nevada, they don’t have a state income tax. And every little bit helps.” Senser added that he previously lived in the east San Francisco Bay region, and said housing costs and gas prices are “significantly lower in Las Vegas. The government in the state of California isn’t helping people like myself. That’s why people are running out of this state now.”
A USC Dornsife/Los Angeles Times Pollof Californians last fall found that the high cost of living, including housing, was the most important issue facing the state. It also found more than half of Californians wanted to repeal the state’s new gas tax, which raised fees by a whopping 40 percent further burdening those already living paycheck to paycheck.
During the 12-month period that ended in July of 2017, California saw a net loss of just over 138,000 people, while Texas had a net increase of more than 79,000 people. Arizona gained more than 63,000 residents, and Nevada gained more than 38,000. “You can literally have a lot of buying power for the dollar in Southern Nevada versus Southern California,” said Christopher Bishop, president of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. “So it has been a major trend over the year, year and a half, and we’re seeing it increase.”
According to a new report, the FBI was given a massive amount evidence that they were told not to investigate in the Vegas shooting, including evidence of multiple shooters, accomplices, and motives.
Las Vegas, NV — Several police officers in Las Vegas have come under fire after more than a dozen witnesses accused them of working with sex traffickers in exchange for money and prostitutes.
Las Vegas Now reported that the FBI began investigating the allegations in 2014 after they raided the Las Vegas home of music producer and escort service kingpin Jamal Rashid, who is known as Mally Mall. A motion filed in court alleged that officers worked with Rashid to target his competitors in the Las Vegas sex industry.
While the officers used their badges and taxpayer funding to go after other pimps in the area, Mally Mall paid them in cash each month and supplied them with prostitutes. The report even alleges that police officers and the department’s lead prosecutor worked with witnesses and coached them in an attempt to pursue even more serious charges against the competitors.
Although the FBI has reportedly been investigating similar allegations for nearly four years, the current information has come to light through a motion filed by defense attorney Janiece Marshall, after she heard the testimony of convicted pimp Ocean Fleming.
Fleming was one of the many competitors who claims he was targeted by police who were working with Mally Mall. He accused star vice detective Chris Baughman of not only targeting other pimps in exchange to cash and prostitutes but of also having an affair with lead prosecutor Deputy DA Liz Mercer, which ensured that he was above the law all around.
“You got a cop involved in a sexual relationship with one of the victims, then he’s involved in sexual relations at the same time with the prosecutor, not to mention he’s married. So, in reality, you got more females in the courtroom than me,” Fleming told Las Vegas Now in a phone call from prison.
Fleming is just one of more than a dozen witnesses who have accused detectives in Las Vegas of setting them up in order to help their competition. An investigation into the department resulted in the discovery that not only were officers helping pimps on the street, but prosecutors were also helping convicted sex traffickers in the courtroom.
In one example, Las Vegas Now reported that Zane Campo received a plea deal in which he pleaded “no contest” to one count of disorderly conduct, even though he had a widespread criminal history and was facing five felony charges that included sex trafficking.
In another case, Shane Valentine, who has a record as a violent felon, was sentenced to a series of lesser charges when he was charged with multiple criminal convictions that included a double murder related to the sex industry.
While the scenario of both police officers and prosecutors working to protect pimps and sex traffickers in exchange for cash and prostitutes may be a serious problem in Las Vegas right now, the practice of officers using their badges to justify stealing, cheating, and sexual assault is nothing new.
In one case, the police department in Lansing, New York, was accused of covering for a sheriff’s deputy for years after he raped a disabled person in 2013. It was not until December 2017 that he was finally charged with first degree rape and sexual assault.
Police sex crimes have not stopped at rape, and in many cases, officers have gone on to create and possess child pornography. In 2017 alone, a police sergeant was found possessing and attempting to receive child pornography; a school resource officer was found possessing a trove of graphic child pornography; and a network of police officers were found raping the cadets in their Police Explorers program and filming it to create child porn.
A judge has ruled that police must release the Body Cam footage, 911 calls and other records from the night of the Last Vegas shooting—but the release of Mandalay Bay"s surveillance footage has been ignored once again.
Not only did the coroner drag his feet and release the autopsy reports late Wednesday, but all of the names were redacted in the reports, with no mention of ballistic data, bullet caliber, or trajectories. This, despite the fact that the report does state that recovered bullet fragments were turned over to the police.
It appears, in a roundabout way, the LVMPD has admitted that another suspect was occupying room 32-134 on the night of the massacre, during the shooting.
LAS VEGAS (INTELLIHUB) — The unnamed suspect who occupied Mandalay Bay room 32-134, the room adjacent to Stephen Paddock’s end suite (32-135), made their escape out the front door then exited the building, according to vague details published in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s 19 Jan. preliminary report on the 1 October mass casualty shooting which left 58 people attending a country music concert dead.
As Intellihub reported on 10 Oct., over a week before the release of the prelim report, there is no way that Paddock could have made his way back and forth between the two rooms, as Sheriff Joseph Lombardo previously stated on the record.
This action would have been physically impossible because the adjoining door to room 32-134 was dead-bolted shut at 9:46 p.m., about 14 minutes prior to the first volley of fully automatic gunfire, as the official report indicates. To top it all off, the report states that at 9:36 p.m. the dead bolt for room 32-135 was engaged which proves that both doors were locked at the time of the shooting as if the perpetrators had planed it that way.
On 10 Jan., Intellihub Tweeted: “If the adjoining #Room134 door connecting Paddock’s room was locked and had to be breached by @LVMPD, from room 135, then who locked it? It can only be locked from the other side! Answer this please.”
Additionally, the prelim report confirms that a room service receipt for two was closed out in Marilou Danley’s name just after 1:30 p.m. which suggests Danley’s presence at the time. The receipt was for a total of $67.60 and included two meals which can be seen in the following picture. Withal, it’s obvious that two people were dining together in the room.
Furthermore, we also know that at least one shot was fired from room 32-134, as reported by Intellihub on 1 Nov. This shot could not have been fired by Paddock as the adjoining doors to both rooms were locked at the time, as the report states. Not to mention, Paddock had never entered the hallway once the shooting started and most certainly was not navigating back and forth between the two rooms using the hallway and main room doors.
Was Marilou Danley actually in room 32-134 at the time of the shooting?
All signs point to yes but this is unconfirmed at this time.
If true, this would mean that anyone could rent a hotel room at Mandalay Bay under an assumed name by presenting any random person’s credentials, even if the photo, name, and sex of the person listed on those credentials don’t match the person who is presenting them.
To see what MGM had to say about this, Intellihub spoke with a Mandalay Bay public relations person named Allison over the phone Friday who would not offer any information or comment on whether or not just anyone off the street could rent a room under an assumed name, as the LVMPD’s report states. Needless to say, Alison referred Intellihub to the standard media request email “media@mgmresorts.com.”
After, being turned away by the PR representative and being put on hold for nearly ten minutes, Intellihub spoke with a Mandalay Bay front desk representative who confirmed the hotel will not rent a room to someone unless the valid photo I.D. and credit card matched the person presenting it.
“No,” the representative told Intellihub over the phone when asked if the hotel would have rented a room to someone (Stephen Paddock) under the same circumstances described in the LVMPD report. “We wouldn’t.”
To boot, a pair of woman’s sandals is clearly visible in the following picture taken in room 32-134 which raises a red flag within itself.
As a side note, the LVMPD has announced that they are preparing to name the second suspect in the coming days. Could the suspect be Paddock’s girlfriend Danley?
Youtuber “D James” does an outstanding job explaining the LVMPD’s omissions in the following video published on Jan. 24th.
A big hat tip goes out to “D James” for getting down to the minutiae on this. Great job!
In what can only be described as gross negligence or a massive cover-up of the truth, the F.B.I. and LVMPD have failed to record the death of at least one shooting victim killed in the massacre
LAS VEGAS (INTELLIHUB) — The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have failed to catalogue at least one deceased victim of the 1 October massacre which reportedly only left 58 people dead.
The 59th victim, who is currently unnamed by the completely botched investigation and cover-up, was shot and killed in the parking lot of nearby business during the attack.
The woman’s lifeless body can be seen being drug across the parking lot by several men who placed the body behind a pick-up truck while the gunfire continued.
At 10:16 p.m., two men drag a “fallen victim” across the parking lot. The men position the victim behind a Ford pickup truck, presumably to shield themselves and the victim from taking any further incoming rounds as they attempted to give the victim medical assistance.
“Later at ten-twenty-four p.m., one of the men places his shirt across the victim’s face and then at ten-thirty-two a man places what appears to be a blanket or towel over the body after they had given up hope,” Tucker Carlson said. “Police only arrive in this area for the first time around ten-forty-five p.m. when the body is still there.”
The victim’s body was eventually was loaded into the back of a Ford Raptor pickup truck at 11:50 p.m. and taken away.
Astonishingly, between the times of 10:13 p.m. and 10:16 p.m. a good amount of debris can be seen being pushed downward and sideways in front of the camera which Carlson claims is from a “helicopter hovering overhead.”
A quick review of flight records during that time reveals that a squadron of EC-130 Eurocopters departed from Maverick Leasing LLC at 10:12 p.m., several of which appear to have overflown the parking lot where the victim and debris were seen. However, the departure of the choppers and the fact that several of them overflew the parking lot does not explain all of the debris being kicked up from by a heavy downdraft, prop wash, possibly from a helicopter hovering in place much closer. In fact, the downdraft appears to be constant from 10:13-10:16 p.m. and not intermittent as if several choppers had just passed overhead.
According to Carlson, the owner of the tape maintains that law enforcement investigators have never asked to see the footage.
A preliminary report on the shooting released by the LVMPD on Friday only lists seven victims as being “placed” outside of the venue, two of which were over a half mile away.
However, the official report failed to catalogue the dead woman who was shot in the parking lot of a Haven Street business.
The following image is taken from page 34 of the LVMPD preliminary report which shows the seven victims and their locations of death numbered in yellow.
The next photo shows where the unnamed victim was located.
The victim can be seen being dragged in the following video.
The following day, several men, one of which presumably was Fox News anchor Sean Hannity (who was heavily guarded by a five-man security team), received mobile haircuts in the very same parking lot, in nearly the same spot the victim’s body was dragged to.
Who was this victim?
Will the F.B.I. and LVMPD please explain what in the Hell is going on here? How was this victim overlooked by investigators but known by Intellihub? Who was this victim?
Why were people getting haircuts at the crime scene? How many more victims went ignored by investigators?
A spokesperson for MGM is now claiming that hotel staff members visited Stephen Paddock"s room at least 10 times in the days leading up to the shooting.
