Government accidentally releases documents on remote mind-control

Just months after the  mysterious ‘brain-melting weapon’ accusations in Cuba, that left several US diplomats with long-term mental damage, something very strange has popped up… from an even stranger origin.

Earlier this year, MuckRock Journalist Curtis Waltman (who specializes in filing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests)  wrote to the Washington State Fusion Center (WSFC) – a joint operation between Washington State law enforcement and the federal government – to request information about Antifa and white supremacist groups.

He received a satisfactory response to the question she had asked, but as Waltman notes, when you send thousands of FOIA requests, you are bound to get some very weird responses from time to time… and so he did – attached to the response was a file titled “EM effects on human body.zip.” Inside were documents like this:

As Waltman writes, what you are looking at here is “psycho-electronic” weapons that purportedly use electromagnetism to do a wide variety of horrible things to people, such as reading or writing your mind, causing intense pain, “rigor mortis,” or most heinous of all, itching.

Now to be clear, the presence of these records (which were not created by the fusion center, and are not government documents) should not be seen as evidence that DHS possesses these devices, or even that such devices actually exist. Which is kind of unfortunate because “microwave hearing” is a pretty cool line of technobabble to say out loud.

You know what’s even cooler? “Remote Brain Mapping.” It is insanely cool to say. Go ahead. Say it. Remote. Brain. Mapping.

Just check the detail on these slides too. The black helicopter shooting off its psychotronic weapons, mapping your brain, broadcasting your thoughts back to some fusion center. I wish their example of “ELF Brain stimulation” was a little clearer though.

It’s difficult to source exactly where these images come from, but it’s obviously not government material. One seems to come from a person named “Supratik Saha,” who is identified as a software engineer, the brain mapping slide has no sourcing, and the image of the body being assaulted by psychotronic weapons is sourced from raven1.net, who apparently didn’t renew their domain.

It’s entirely unclear how this ended up in this release. It could have been meant for another release, it could have been gathered for an upcoming WSFC report, or it could even be from the personal files of an intelligence officer that somehow got mixed up in the release.

A call to the WSFC went unreturned as of press time, so until we hear back, their presence remains a mystery.

Ebola vaccine is a fear-driven product, global health professor warns

(INTELLIHUB) — One university study shows that more than 50% of people are people willing to pay for an Ebola vaccine after the 2014 West African outbreak was highly publicized by western media causing a contagion scare.

A recent piece published by EurekAlert gives the details:

George Mason University researchers conducted a study during the height of the epidemic and found that a majority of participants (59.7 percent) would pay at least $1 for an Ebola Vaccine. Those who were willing to pay at least $1 had typically traveled internationally in the last 12 months, were interested in getting an Ebola vaccine, and believed that the U.S. government should spend money to control Ebola and assume worldwide leadership in confronting emerging epidemics.

The nationally representative survey of U.S. adults was published in January in Human Vaccines and Immunotherapeutics. It included questions on Ebola-related knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors as well as background information (e.g., demographics, international travel) to test for indicators of willingness to pay for a vaccine.

Dr. Julia Painter, an assistant professor in Mason’s Department of Global and Community Health (GCH) led the study with support from assistant professor Dr. Michael von Fricken; graduate student Suyane Viana de O. Mesquita (now an alumna of the Master of Public Health program); and professor Dr. Ralph J. DiClemente from Emory University.

“We believe this is the first study to assess willingness to pay for an Ebola vaccine in the United States,” Painter explains. “This is important because previous studies conducted in West Africa are not generalizable to the U.S. population. Once developed, a licensed vaccine against Ebola “We were unsure of what to expect. The actual risk of Ebola infection among the general U.S. population was low, which could have led to lack of willingness so spend money on a vaccine. On the other hand, the outbreak garnered extensive media coverage, leading to a national contagion of fear. This fear could have driven people to be willing to pay for a vaccine.”

The professor’s statements are profound and will likely one day become a reality.

Secret aircraft travels pole-to-pole in seconds?

Could this 13,000-mile long contrail have been formed in a matter of seconds?

Interestingly enough, the contrail shows little to no side to side distortion from either and wind which begs the question: Was the trail formed in a matter of seconds or minutes?

Secret Nevada base hidden in plain sight

“Base Camp” was taken over by the U.S. Air Force in the early-1990’s and is still used to this day

HOT CREEK VALLEY, Nev. (INTELLIHUB) — The U.S. Air Force took over a Department of Energy facility known as “Base Camp” in the early-1990’s and has conducted covert operations there along with the Central Intelligence Agency ever since.

The facility is hidden in plain sight and has no air traffic control tower which seems rather odd. The runway is marked ‘closed’ and has a ‘yellow X’ painted at each end despite the fact that a few personnel and aircraft can often be seen at the site.

The airstrip at Base Camp is 72 miles away from the Groom Lake facility, a.k.a. Area 51, and the airstrip runs almost exactly in line with the main runway at Groom Lake. Such a commonality leads some to believe that the strip may also serve as some type of emergency landing area in case a craft that departed Area 51 were to encounter some type of problem and needs to land. Other speculate that the base may be used for some sort of covert training or even something more sinister after several aircraft associated with the C.I.A. were spotted at the base.

Moreover, it’s also important to note that Base Camp is not located on an Indian Reservation like the Tonopah Test range.

U.S. military invests in ‘doomsday genetics’ technology

Amid United Nations fears that genetic extinction technology could be used by militaries, a United States military agency has invested $100 million in the doomsday biological technology that can wipe out an entire species.

Scientists now have the knowledge and the tools they need to create and deliver Doomsday genes which can selectively target and exterminate an entire species. And to make matters worse, emails released under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), suggest that the United States’s uber-secretive Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has become the world’s largest funder of this “gene drive” research and will heighten international tensions further ahead of a UN expert committee meeting in Montreal beginning on Tuesday.

The UN is debating a ban on this technology as several southern countries fear the application of using extinction technology. The use of genetic extinction technologies in bioweapons is the stuff of nightmares, but so far, known research is focused entirely on pest control and the elimination of diseases.  The key word there being “known.”

UN diplomats confirmed that the new email release would worsen the “bad name” of gene drives in some circles. “Many countries [will] have concerns when this technology comes from DARPA, a US military science agency,” one said.  “You may be able to remove viruses or the entire mosquito population, but that may also have downstream ecological effects on species that depend on them. My main worry,” he added, “is that we do something irreversible to the environment, despite our good intentions, before we fully appreciate the way that this technology will work.”  

Jim Thomas, a co-director of the ETC group which obtained the emails, said the US military’s influence in furthering this technology would strengthen the case for a moratorium. “The dual-use nature of altering and eradicating entire populations is as much a threat to peace and food security as it is a threat to ecosystems,” he said. “Militarization of gene drive funding may even contravene the Enmod convention against hostile uses of environmental modification technologies.”

But while we are on the subject of UN bans, the sanctions they placed on North Korea are being willfully ignored by the rogue regime.  It stands to reason that should a military seek the use of this technology, they will also defy the UN’s “authority.”

Todd Kuiken, who has worked with the GBIRd (genetic biocontrol) program, which receives $6.4 million from DARPA, said that the US military’s centrality to genetic technology funding meant that “researchers who depend on grants for their research may reorient their projects to fit the narrow aims of these military agencies,” which could include doomsday genetic weapons.  Between 2008 and 2014, the US government spent about $820 million on synthetic biology. Since 2012, most of this has come from DARPA and other military agencies, Kuiken says.

DARPA believes that a sharp decrease in the costs of gene-editing toolkits has created a greater opportunity for hostile or rogue actors to experiment with the technology. “This convergence of low cost and high availability means that applications for gene editing – both positive and negative – could arise from people or states operating outside of the traditional scientific community and international norms,” the official said. “It is incumbent on DARPA to perform this research and develop technologies that can protect against accidental and intentional misuse.”

Interest in the technology among US army bureaus has shot up since a secret report by the elite Jason group of military scientists last year “received considerable attention among various agencies of the US government,” according to an email by Gerald Joyce, who co-chaired a Jason study group in June. A second Jason report was commissioned in 2017 assessing “potential threats this technology might pose in the hands of an adversary, technical obstacles that must be overcome to develop gene drive technology and employ it ‘in the wild’,” Joyce wrote.

The paper would not be publicly disclosed but “widely circulated within the US intelligence and broader national security community”, his email said.

Advanced super secret three-quarter mile tall wall-like structure spans more than ten thousand miles of seafloor in straight line

A massive 3/4 mile tall wall-like structure has been located on the bottom of the seafloor which spans a distance of over 10,000 miles

(INTELLIHUB) — A massive wall-like structure has been located spanning over 10,000 miles of the seafloor on Google Earth, from Antarctica to the North Pole.

The structure appears to be nearly three-quarters of a mile tall and appears to be elevated above the seafloor, held in place by some type of supports.

Gate-like entrances can be found in various places along the wall, some as wide as 8 miles.

What looks like massive tracks can also be seen crossing through these gate-like sections.

The structure emerges from Antarctica’s Glomar Challenger Basin and runs almost due north across the seafloor.

The structure appears to have been a secret, until now.

Investigation reveals the CIA poisoned an entire town with LSD to see what would happen

When the inhabitants of the quaint village known as Pont-Saint-Esprit in southeastern France experienced hallucinations and what can only be described as mass insanity back in 1951, the flour at a local bakery was blamed. However, a writer who was researching a book found evidence that it was actually an intentional mind control experiment carried out by the CIA.

In what is known locally as the “Mystery of the Cursed Bread,” local people were suddenly gripped by frightening hallucinations involving snakes, dragons and fire on August 16, 1951. Five people died and dozens of people were committed to asylums, with hundreds being left with some degree of madness after the incident. People were delirious, with Time magazine reporting at the time that some believed their heads were turning to molten lead or that flowers were blooming from their bodies.

Locals still talk about the incident, recalling being placed in straitjackets or chained to beds to stay under control. Some say they’d rather die than experience it again. The most widely accepted explanation at the time was that a poisonous fungus known as ergot must have contaminated the flour at a local bakery, the Roch Briand. The fungus, which can occur naturally on rye, is known to cause hallucinations.

Author H.P. Albarelli Jr. has a different explanation. While he believes the bread could indeed be to blame, he suspects it did not have anything to do with the psychedelic fungus and was instead laced with LSD. Indeed, experts say that ergot contamination would have led to a far more widespread outbreak of hallucinations than just this one village.

Writer unearthed documents pointing to LSD experiment

Albarelli reached this shocking conclusion while looking into the suicide of a biochemist who had been in charge of LSD research for the CIA, Frank Olson. Olson jumped from a 13th-floor window just two years after the incident.

The writer found CIA documents that aroused his suspicion bearing the ominous title: “Re: Pont-Saint-Esprit and F.Olson Files. SO Span/France Operation file, inclusive Olson. Intel files. Hand carry to Belin – tell him to see to it that these are buried.”

Belin is a reference to the then-executive director of the Rockefeller Commission, David Belin. The commission was created by the White House to look into worldwide abuses carried out by the CIA.

The only place LSD was being produced at that time was at the Sandoz Chemical Company, whose Switzerland base is just a few hundred kilometers away from Pont-Saint-Esprit.

One of the documents he discovered was a report from a CIA agent who said that a Sandoz representative said to him: “The Pont-Saint-Esprit ‘secret’ is that it was not the bread at all… It was not grain ergot.”

According to the Telegraph, two former colleagues of Olson admitted to Albarelli that the Pont-Saint-Esprit incident had been part of a mind control experiment that the CIA and U.S. Army was running. It is not known whether the French secret service was aware of the operation.

Albarelli also said that more than 5,700 American servicemen had been drugged by the U.S. Army between 1953 and 1965 as part of its research into using LSD as a weapon. LSD was the subject of widespread experiments during the early 1950s as the Korea conflict took place and Cold War tensions escalated.

This is just one of many cases where people have been used as test subjects for experiments without their knowledge. It’s not surprising that the agencies involved are keeping mum about it, and it looks like those who were affected, like so many other victims of mass human experiments, may never know what really happened.

Total Individual Control Technology: Insider exposes how you & your DNA are being targeted

Total Individual Control Technology is a nefarious type of EM (Electromagnetic) and V2K (Voice to Skull) weaponized technology that is being experimented with and deployed against segments of the American population. Those attacked by this electronic stalking are known as TIs (Targeted Individuals). Recently another brave whistleblower has stepped forward to expose it. Bryan Kofron (who formerly used the alias of Justin Carter) is a security industry specialist who used to work for a private security company SIS (Security Industry Specialists) in Seattle, Washington. He quit in disgust after realizing that his former firm, and others just like it, were actively using this so-called total individual control technology to target people, then ultimately control and destroy their lives. Since he quit, he has himself become a victim of the technology via gangstalking.

What Total Individual Control Technology is Capable Of

According to Kofron, this technology is so advanced that it can be used to read your mind, program your mind with thoughts (that you would believe are your own) and induce emotional states in you (including pain, hate and fear). It can be used to tap into your optical nerve and auditory systems to see and hear what you are seeing and hearing. It can target particular people by engaging in individual-specific attacks (based on the target’s DNA resonance). Finally, it is being used in vast social engineering programs as a way to experiment upon poor, homeless and weak people who have little or no chance of fighting back.

In interviews or presentations such as this and this, Kofron explains that this technology is being used by psychopaths who have little scruples about the harm they are causing. They are targeting specific groups of people: those who are cognitively inclined, highly intelligent, knowledgeable about advanced technology or interested in alternative research (i.e. conspiracy research). In general, they are either targeting empowered individuals with free minds (to stop dissidents and revolutionaries) or those too poor and weak to fight back.

Using Kofron’s own words, here are some of the things Total Individual Control Technology is able to do:

“This technology manipulates the electrical signals in the brain, thus controlling thoughts and feelings and emotions and sensations throughout the body. It works by rewiring the brain by creating new neural pathways and destroying existing neural pathways, thus this literally changes the way a person thinks and thus behaves.”

“This technology can also be used to control the muscle movement of the target. It can take over one’s hands or feet while driving and make you press on the accelerator or press on the brake or turn. This can be used to cause accidents it can also be used to prevent accidents from happening.”

“This technology can also tap into the optical nerve of the target, and the auditory system of the target, so that those monitoring the target can see what the target is seeing and hear what target is hearing. This information is then downloaded and stored on a computer, in a highly secure classified site on servers that are guarded by some of the tightest security in the world. This results in the individual’s entire day, everything they see, everything they hear, everything they experiment, everything they experience, and everything they feel being recorded till the end of time.”

“This technology can also be used to manipulate the emotions of the target. It can induce fear, love, hate.”

“This technology can be used to beam images and even motion pictures into one’s brain. Images and motion pictures that are so realistic that you think you are actually watching a movie or seeing something in reality. It’s like a virtual reality 3D rendering that takes place within the target’s mind. The images and motion pictures manifest themselves in such a way that the target if they are not aware that this technology is being used on them will believe that they are natural thoughts and natural images.”

“This technology can also be used to induce and control dreams. It can be used to control dream cycles and sleep patterns. To cause one to sleep very deeply or to cause one to not sleep at all. REM cycles, alpha beta and delta brainwaves can be induced immediately by this technology. And this technology can also be used to mimic spiritual experiences. Joy, love, peace that passes understanding can all be induced artificially by this technology to make the target believe that they are having a genuine spiritual experience when they’re not.”

“This technology can also be used to sexually manipulate the target. Make them feel sexual arousal or turn off their sexuality altogether, it can stimulate them and it can shut them down at a moments notice. It can also be used to manipulate the hormones of the target, thus lowering and raising estrogen and testosterone levels in women and men respectively.”

“This technology can also be used to read the thoughts of the target in real time … they can read your thoughts verbatim as they occur within your own mind.”

“Anywhere from small groups of people 10-20 to 100, to medium size groups of people several thousand to tens of thousands. This is done by creating a field effect, where an entire field of electromagnetic energy is created in a geographical location and any human being within that geographical location within that electromagnetic field affecting that geographical location will be effected by the technology. This can be used to induce a general mood in a population or a crowd of people. It can be used to make them passive, it can be used to make them agitated. And this can be used to cause or stop, induce riots. Stop crime, start crime. Stop thoughts, start thoughts. Massive mind control on a citywide level.”

Total Individual Control Technology Attacks Specific Individuals Based on DNA Resonance

As I have discussed in previous articles on mind control such as “They” Can’t Read Your Thoughts … Right?, the state of current mind control technology is beyond most people’s comprehension and idea of what is possible. Yet, we have had enough out-of-the-closet whistleblowers and leaked or declassified documents to give us a clear idea of the scary extent to which we can be psychically attacked. Whistleblowers such as Dr. Robert Duncan have lectured at length about the capabilities of V2K technology, which is defined as an EM frequency technology that utilizes RF (Radio Frequency) signals to induce sound within the cranial cavity of the target. V2K literally pipes thoughts directly into people’s heads without them knowing it.

Kofron bases his information on his own experience as an insider in this field, and also as recent victim of V2K himself. He was attacked once he went public. He claims he has been assaulted with a beta version which is especially nasty, piping thoughts into his head such as:

“Everyone’s against you”

“Please be quiet or we’re going to kill you”

“Don’t work again or we’re going to kill you” 

“You’re the lab rat now motherfucker”

Kofron claims the Total Individual Control Technology attacks are attempting to turn him against his former work colleagues, friends and family. However, since he was trained in this area, he knows that the voices are technological and can defend himself against the manipulations once he hears them.

Kofron echoes exactly what Duncan has warned about: individual-specific attacks. Duncan states that every person has a “unique resonance signature”, and in almost exactly the same words, Kofron states that:

“… the DNA of the individual is used to determine the resonant frequency of the DNA itself, the resonant frequency is then used to fine tune the technology … to tune it perfectly to the resonant frequency of the targeted individual’s DNA.”

The Drive to Create a Worldwide DNA Database

This leads into another aspect of the NWO agenda: the drive to create a worldwide DNA database. When seen in the light of Total Individual Control Technology, the acquisition of an entire population’s DNA takes on a very sinister meaning. It is no coincidence that Amazon and Google (who are ultimately controlled by the same force as David Icke suggests) are racing each other, along with Microsoft, IBM and other companies, to assemble a DNA database as quickly as they can. Those in power who gain access a completed worldwide DNA database and total individual control technology would have a horrifying weapon at their disposal to target literally anyone they wanted.

Kofron exposes how prospective employees are tricked out of their DNA. They apply for a job at SIS, get told they have to do a drug test, and when the urine sample is sent to a lab, part is siphoned off as DNA to go into Amazon’s burgeoning DNA database.

Americans, in the millions, are having their DNA stolen from them, without their knowledge or consent, so they become unwitting targets of this insidious program!

Social Engineering with Total Individual Control Technology

Kofron talks at length about how this technology is fully operational and is already being tested upon those in society who are struggling (such as those who are homeless, poor and who don’t have much family or many friends) since they make the easiest targets. On his website GangstalkerWars.com, he exposes the details of ongoing operations within Seattle (where he used to work for SIS). This social engineering is being done by the Federal Government, the Military Intelligence agencies, private security firms (more on this below), some of the largest US corporations (after all, we live in a corporatocracy), local and state police, and social programs within inner-city America.

In one such operation, the perpetrators would target certain geographical blocks of the city, and, for instance, cause everyone in that area to be in a bad mood. In another operation, SIS (employed by Amazon whose headquarters are in Seattle) would test upon Amazon employees. In another operation, SIS would experiment upon its own low level employees. In another operation, homeless people were brought in from all over the nation to special buildings that were then targeted. This is true gangstalking – the ganging up by sociopaths and psychopaths upon the innocent to electronically harass and stalk them.

The Rising Danger of the Private Security Firm Industry in America

Kofron warns about an alarming trend in American society: the rise of private security companies who mostly employ ex-military and ex-intelligence agents. As I covered in this 2-part series, the US Military Intelligence Complex is completely and utterly out of control. It runs the government and pulls the strings attached to all the puppet politicians, who don’t have the necessary “clearance” to access the truly top secret information. These security firms, like the MIC itself, appear to operate above and outside the law.

The culture inside of these companies is toxic. People rising up the ranks are conditioned to use this technology against innocent victims, and are told they will be rewarded with everything (money, power, women, sex, connection, access, status, belonging to the power club) if they go along with the program and become perpetrators. If they have a strong conscience and refuse, they will be sacked, shunned, cut off, threatened and even made into TIs themselves.

The Human Rights Loophole: False Diagnoses

Another aspect of Total Individual Control Technology which the perpetrators use to shield themselves is the cruel use of false psychiatric diagnoses. Here’s how it works: they manipulate TI victims to see a psychiatrist, and then they bribe the psychiatrist to deliver a fake diagnosis that the victim is mentally unstable, deranged, delusional, crazy, incompetent, paranoid, schizophrenic, suffering from Multiple Personality Disorder – or they invent some similar legal-medical-psychobabble diagnosis. This has the unfortunate effect of stripping away the victim’s natural or human rights, which leaves him or her with no recourse to fight back against his attackers, since his claims and testimonies will be dismissed as the ravings of a madman.

This is a similar tactic to what is used with other victims of mind control. In my interview with Max Spiers, he touched on the use of the Big Pharma “false memory” foundation, which includes bogus therapists and psychiatrists who convince mind control victims that they’re having false memories (when they are actually recalling how they were tortured and programmed).

The Infrastructure Underlying Total Individual Control Technology

The infrastructure that is enabling the total individual control technology is composed mostly of antennae, radar and cell phone towers. Often, the antennae are camouflaged (hidden behind walls). Some or most of the radar used is from military bases. Kofron was not able to explain much of how the technology actually works, although an electrical engineer who called in on one of the radio interviews suggested that the perpetrators are setting up a standing wave of DNA, then doing slight variations in the phasing using pulse code modulation.

Final Thoughts: Total Individual Control Technology Perpetrated by the Cult of Power

In concluding, it’s important to realize how such cruel surveillance is being perpetuated. As Kofron explains, it’s all about creating an “in” club of perpetrators who get rewarded with money, sex, power and the intrinsic human need for belonging, get told they are on the “right” side and the TIs are on the “wrong” side – and get threatened that if they speak up or quit, they may end up on that wrong side. It’s the cult of power.

Hopefully this testimony can serve as a wakeup call for those on the fence who can’t quite bring themselves to believe or act. In many ways, time is running out and the net is being drawn tighter and tighter. The more technology advances, the more weapons the cult of power will have to enslave those who stand for truth and freedom. At a certain point, there will literally be nowhere to run or hide. The only option is to face it now before it’s too late.

The U.S. military is quietly building Skynet

Maybe Elon Musk had a point…

The US’s military leaders have agreed on a strategy to guarantee the US military retains its global dominance during the twenty-first century: Connect everything with everything, as DefenseOne describes it. The result? An unimaginably large cephapoloidal nervous system armed with the world’s most advanced weaponry, and in control of all military equipment belonging to the world’s most powerful army.

Sound familiar? It should…

A networked military – an extreme take on the “internet of things” – would connect everything from F-35 jets to the Navy’s destroyers to the armor of the tanks crawling over the land to the devices carried by soldiers – every weapon would be connected.  Every weapon, vehicle, and a device connected, sharing data, constantly aware of the presence and state of every other node in a truly global network.

Of course, the development of these “smart” weapons should unnerve Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who has repeatedly warned that AI and machine learning poses a greater threat to the future of the US than North Korea. If not properly regulated, Elon suggested that machines could turn against their human masters.

“Until people see robots going down the street killing people, they don’t know how to react because it seems so ethereal,” he said.

“AI is a rare case where I think we need to be proactive in regulation instead of reactive. Because I think by the time we are reactive in AI regulation, it’s too late.”

The Joint Chiefs of Staff described their vision for a completely networked military in the newest iteration of their National Military Strategy, which lays out their plans for building the military’s weapon of the future. Ironically, Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David Goldfein said he had based the plan on a certain money-losing electric-car manufacturer. Goldfein was particularly impressed by Tesla’s ability to remotely extend the battery life of vehicles as their owners fled Hurricane Irma earlier this month.

In recent months, the Joint Chiefs of Staff put together the newest version of their National Military Strategy. Unlike previous ones, it is classified. But executing a strategy requiring buy-in and collaboration across the services. In recent months, at least two of the service chiefs talked openly about the strikingly similar direction that they are taking their forces. Standing before a sea of dark- blue uniforms at a September Air Force Association event in Maryland, Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David Goldfein said he had “refined” his plans for the Air Force after discussions with the Joint Chiefs “as part of the creation of the classified military strategy.”

The future for the Air Force? The service needed to be more like a certain electric-car manufacturer.

“Every Tesla car is connected to every other Tesla car,” said Goldfein, referring to a presentation by Elon Musk about the ways his firm’s vehicles learn from their collective experience. “If a Tesla is headed down the road and hits a pothole, every Tesla that’s behind it that’s self-driving, it will avoid the pothole, immediately. If you’re driving the car, it automatically adjusts your shocks in case you hit it, too.”

Goldfein waxed enthusiastically about how Tesla was able to remotely increase the battery capacity of cars in the U.S. Southeast to facilitate evacuation before the recent hurricanes.

“What would the world look like if we connected what we have in that way? If we looked at the world through a lens of a network as opposed to individual platforms, electronic jamming shared immediately, avoided automatically? Every three minutes, a mobility aircraft takes off somewhere on the planet. Platforms are nodes in a network,” the Air Force chief said.

As DefenseOne explains, the idea of a networked military borrows from the  “network centric warfare” concept that first emerged more than a decade ago. However, the concept that military leaders proposed in their latest review is less a strategy for increasing efficiency than a plan to connect all military equipment on a single network. The result would be better coordinated, faster, and more lethal operations in air, land, sea, space, and cyberspace.

The Air Force has begun making broad investments in data sharing. And its experiments with next-generation light tactical attack aircraft are as much about hardware as networks, he said. “Not only what can I buy and what can they do, but more importantly, can they connect? Can they actually share? And can we tie it to a new network that’s based on sharable information that gets me beyond the challenges I have right now in terms of security?” Goldfein said.

The Air Force Science Board is studying how to control a network of military equipment including light attack aircraft, tanks and even unmanned drones. James Chow, the board’s new head, told DefenseOne the study would also consider how to connect to other services.

As DefenseOne explains, although most of the research into the networked military is being conducted by the Air Force, once implemented, any system would likely include weapons from across the military, like Navy destroyers, said Chow.

“Our scope would be in helping the Air Force to think about operations they would be conducting that would incorporate joint sensors and platforms, like destroyers, I think that has to be part of it. And that is within the charter of the study,”Chow  said, adding that the study has “the highest priority level for Air Force leadership.”

The Marines are also looking at tanks that are digitally connected through their armor, according to Lt. Gen. Robert Walsh, who leads Marine Corps Combat Development Command and serves as Deputy Commandant for Combat Development and Integration. Navy leaders have also authorized research into connecting every object on the sea, land, air, space and in cyberspace. This is no exaggeration. Adm. John Richardson, Chief of Naval Operations, said during a Navy expo earlier this year that he’d eventually like to “network everything,” explaining that creating such a system would be crucial to maintaining US military dominance.  

In an amusing aside, DefenseOne notes that, despite the obvious parallels, military leaders detest comparisons between their tech pet projects and anything from the plot of the Terminator franchise.

And while enabling instantaneous communication between military units would undoubtedly improve efficiency and tactical prowess, as Musk as pointed out, these projects should be undertaken cautiously.

WTF? “Black Sky” drill went live just two days before Hurricane Harvey made landfall

(INTELLIHUB) — Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Texas on August 25 just two days after the Electric Infrastructure Security Council (EIS) held its annual EARTH EX drill which focused on a “Black Sky” event.

According to literature found on the EIS Council’s official website, ‘severe malicious or natural “Black Sky” hazards’ pose a risk to critical infrastructure and on a “sub-continent scale” which may lead to cascading long-term “power outages” thus creating “a grim and difficult dilemma” because of the fact that the “restoration of any sector will only be possible with at least minimal operation of all the others.”

Ladies and gentlemen, this is exactly what we saw with both Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma after hundreds of thousands of residents were left without power for extended periods of time.

In fact, in Florida, Irma’s heavy wind, and flooding were so bad that 11 people died in a nursing home as they patiently waited for waited for workers to restore power.

“To deal with this deadlock, careful sector by sector and cross-sector resilience planning is crucial. However, such plans, to be effective, must be exercised. With the diversity and the national and global scale of the infrastructures we now depend on, this requires an unprecedented, multi-sector, national and international exercise series,” the CIS Council confirms.

So what is EARTH EX?

According to the EIS Council, “EARTH EX is an evolving, distributed, collaborative partner-developed exercise designed to meet this need. Hosted by EIS Council as part of the EPRO® Resource Family, these annual multi-sector, international exercises are being developed to evaluate and improve restoration support, preparedness, response and recovery plans for severe hazards. As the series continues, it will provide increasing opportunities to enhance coordinated planning across all infrastructure sectors, and their corporate, government and NGO partners.”

Additionally, the NIS Council’s official website lists the four areas of focus for their Aug. 23, 2017, drill as follows:

• Executive and senior operational decision-making


• Initiating and coordinating initial sector response and restoration actions


• Multi-sector emergency communication and coordination


• Developing sector recommendations for Improved restoration support and resilience

What is a “Black Sky” hazard?

A “Black Sky” hazard has been separated by the NIS Council into two potential categories: “natural,” and “manmade.”

The council suggests that “manmade hazards” include EMP’s, such as a high-altitude magnetic pulse, intentional electromagnetic interference, cyberterrorism, or a coordinated physical assault. All of which are viable potentials for sure but the “natural hazards” listed by the council are what have my mind spinning.

A major seismic event, a geomagnetic disturbance — yes such natural disasters are possible and can occur — but what stands out to me is the fact that the NIS Council lists “hurricanes and other severe weather events” on their list of “natural disasters” and may quite possibly have drilled for such a scenario as Hurricane Harvey approached, made landfall, in Texas.

Remember, Harvey made landfall just two days after EARTH EX was scheduled to take place! Is this a coincidence? It has already been speculated that hurricane Harvey was engineered and was steered into Houston as a weather weapon!

Puerto Rico DIRECT HIT by Hurricane Maria… interview with Dane Wigington reveals “weather weaponization” may be the culprit

Puerto Rico has just received a direct hit from Hurricane Maria, a category-4 storm with 155 mph winds at its core. The “weather bombing” of the bankrupt U.S. territory of Puerto Rico is no random event, according to Geoengineering Watch analyst Dane Wigington. In an interview conducted yesterday — to be posted on Natural News in just a few days — Wigington detailed the evidence for “weather weaponization” technology that allows powerful nations to literally steer superstorms into their intended targets.

“Local media is reporting that the Fajardo, Espíritu Santo and Rio Grande de Loiza rivers have all broken their bank,” reports the UK Express. “Terrified residents took to Twitter to reveal their accounts of eerie tsunami sirens blaring through the storm, signaling a possibly deadly storm surge of up to nine feet.”

Millions of Puerto Ricans have lost power. “Hurricane Maria’s ferocious winds continued strafing Puerto Rico late Wednesday morning, shearing off roofs, cutting power to nearly the entire island and pushing rivers over their banks,” reports the Miami Herald. Rosita Galguerra is also quoted by the paper, saying, “The house is trembling – and my house is made of concrete with a concrete roof. The winds are like out of a horror movie and it’s gusts, gusts, gusts. The island is going to be completely destroyed.”

Wigington says the string of powerful hurricanes — Harvey, Irma, Maria — specifically targeting the highest density population areas of multiple states is no coincidence and not based on random chance.

Weather control technology is an irrefutable reality

Dane Wigington’s website, Geoengineering Watch, has posted a list of 175 U.S. government-approved patents that prove weather control technology exists. (Original list from ClimateViewer.com.) The existence of weather control technology is irrefutable.

In the interview, Wigington told me that he believes various “camps” of nations and globalists have obtained weather weaponization technology over the years, via “weather weapons proliferation” that’s similar to the proliferation of nuclear weapons. Several different global groups now possess the ability to “steer” weather systems directly into intended targets, says Wigington.

These guided hurricanes are “weapons of mass destruction,” he says because they kill indiscriminately and destroy civilian infrastructure. Look at the precise population density landfall location of Maria as it hits Puerto Rico:

Although he didn’t state this directly in the interview, it appears that the United States is being targeted precisely because Donald J. Trump is President. The apparent goal is to cause maximum economic destruction — a goal that was meticulously carried out by former President Barack Obama, who deliberately sought to destroy the United States of America from within by sowing cultural hatred, collapsing border security, destroying job opportunities and putting tens of millions of Americans on government welfare programs. The economic destruction that Obama began, the thinking goes, is now being continued through weather weapons and other nefarious means to destroy the pro-America Trump presidency that seeks to restore America’s economic independence.

The insidiousness of weather weapons, Wigington explains, is that its victims think the weapon is a “natural event,” so the very people being targeted and bombarded with a weapon of mass destruction have no idea they’re being attacked at all.

Everything is engineered: The food, the water, the news, the money supply…

Many people find it difficult to believe that weather systems can be engineered, yet they readily accept the reality that the food supply is genetically engineered. Municipal water systems are engineered and altered with fluoride and chlorine. The global money supply is engineered and heavily manipulated by central banks. All the news that appears in the corporate-run media is, of course, engineered to broadcast outright lies such as “the Russians stole the election.”

Human biology is engineered and altered by prescription pharmaceuticals, and even brain function is altered and engineered by psychiatric drugs. Heavy metals such as uranium and plutonium have been engineered into atomic weapons, so why is it so difficult to believe that weather systems could also be engineered through advanced technology? Mainstream scientists openly discuss methods of altering the atmosphere to block sunlight, by the way. For example, Harvard scientists have been touting their geoengineering experiments to block the sun.

U.S. Air Force sprays deadly nerve agent onto Texas populace to combat mosquitoes

(INTELLIHUB) — For the next few days, the U.S. Air Force Reserve’s 910th Airlift Wing will be spraying the Houston area with the deadly insecticide Dibrom using a modified C-130 cargo-conversion aircraft equipped with sprayers.

The operation which started on Thursday is aimed at stopping the spread of mosquitoes and disease following standing floodwater which was carried in by the Category 4 Hurricane Harvey.

Harris County Public Health (HCPH) recommends that anyone concerned about exposure to the nerve agent should stay indoors for the next few days until the spraying subsides.

Dibrom is the same insecticide that Intellihub’s Shepard Ambellas was directly sprayed with in Key West when a helicopter overflew him in the fall of 2016.

HCPH also notified local beekeepers instructing them to protect their colonies, affirming just how toxic the spray really is.

Claim: Hurricane Irma a “man-made storm” created via “weather weaponization” technology

A new video from WeatherWar101.com claims that Hurricane Irma is a “man-made storm system” that was deliberately created or augmented through weather weaponization technology. The video is shown below in case you’re curious why so many people find this explanation so fascinating.

As we have stated previously, we remain skeptical of such claims. We cover this because of the growing number of people who are curious about weather modification and “geoengineering” technology that really does exist. For example, Geoengineering Watch has published a list of 175 patents that prove beyond any doubt that weather modification / weaponization technology is not only quite real; it’s also recognized and granted patentsby the United States government. Any person who claims that weather weaponization technology does not exist is either ignorant or lying.

While there’s no question that all “official” sources would categorize weather modification claims as being a “hoax” or a “myth,” intelligent readers also know that nearly every official source is constantly lying to the public. All “official sources” on vaccines, for example, are constantly lying about vaccine composition and vaccine safety. All “official sources” on agricultural chemicals are constantly lying about the safety vs. risk of toxic chemical exposure. All “official sources” on the environment are systematically lying to you about global warming and climate change. This doesn’t necessarily mean that the NOAA, for example, is lying about hurricanes, but we do know the NOAA has been caught red-handed faking global warming temperature data. Thus, the credibility of all official sources is practically zero at this point. The NOAA is a scientifically dishonest organization, in other words. They fabricate data to fit their fake science political narratives. (Factually stated, the NOAA is a group of dishonest conspiracy theorists who fabricate data to present a science hoax to the world called “global warming.”)

At the same time, that conclusion doesn’t automatically mean every alternative explanation is factually correct. That’s why we advise readers to think for themselves and learn as much science as you can so that you can participate in the debates and discussions. (Most people literally do not know that there are 1,000 milligrams in a gram, so that’s the level of scientific illiteracy we’re seeing across society these days. When you try to talk to people about the basics of meteorology, such as barometric pressure, air density, condensation, the Coriolis effect, solar radiation and so on, they are completely lost.)

Even “mainstream” scientists acknowledge weather modification technology

As the following video shows, even “mainstream” scientists like Michio Kaku are openly talking about weather modification technology being used to alter storms and augment rainfall.

“By firing trillion-Watt lasers, you rip apart the electrons creating what are called ions, and these ions act like seeds, like dust particles, bringing down rain and even lightning,” Kaku explains in this CBS News interview:

As Kaku explains, weather modification technology exists right now and is well known across the scientific community. Its existence isn’t a “conspiracy theory” or a “hoax.” Any person who isn’t aware of the existence of such technology is simply misinformed and willfully ignorant.

Disagreement across the weather modification / geoengineering community

Since first covering this topic, we’ve come to understand that there are warring factions inside the weather modification / geoengineering community. Some of the key players claim other players are “controlled opposition,” for example, and there’s already been misinformation swirling around about our own interest in this subject.

So for the record, here’s our current position and activity in this realm:

It turns out that a key video we published in a previous article was ripped off from the original creator, and we therefore sent a lot of viewership traffic to the wrong YouTube channel (unknowingly). This was not intended, and we’re working to make sure we give proper credit and links to the original creators of these videos.

We’ve also launched our own news aggregation site where we are covering these investigators and analysts: Geoengineering.news will work to bring you more frequent news from the key players in this space, and we’ll link to their articles and videos in every story. We don’t have a weather expert on staff, so we’ll be primarily just covering other analysts who are experts in this field.

In the mean time, watch the videos above and decide for yourself. As this gets more popular, watch for some official source to “officially” denounce geoengineering analysts as “conspiracy theorists.” That’s when you know the analysts have actually hit the nail on the head. No news story should be fully believed, the saying goes, until it is officially denied by the government.

If only Jim Marrs were still alive, he’d be having a field day with all this…

What do I believe about all this, personally speaking? I believe that I’m not the expert in this area and I haven’t reached a solid conclusion yet. However, I do know that exotic technologies exist which are fully capable of weather modification and augmentation. That is not in doubt. I also know that globalist powers turn every technology into a weapon sooner or later, just as they did with atomic energy. Much like you, I’ll keep watching this topic and see what emerges.

Lawsuit alleges Disney apps spied on kids without parental approval

(INTELLIHUB) A new lawsuit filed in a federal court alleges that Disney apps spied on kids and their personal information and data without parental consent, according to a new report.

“This is nothing more than a black hole that leads right into the parents’ life, the entire family’s life,” an RT commentator said Sunday when speaking about the lawsuit.

More than 40 gaming apps may have been collecting data on youngsters, according to the report.

How far does the black hole go? That’s the question.

U.S. confirms 16 diplomats suffered “traumatic brain injury” in Cuban ‘sonic attacks’

One of the most bizarre stories this week took a more sinister turn yesterday as the US State Department officially confirmed 16 US Government employees were affected by health attacks in Cuba.

State Deaprtment spokesperson Heather Nuarte calmly explained the details, which are quite frankly stunning…

And yet most of the mainstream media seems loathed to cover this!? Happy to focus on nazis?

CBS News, however, did some digging, discovering from a review of medical records that the American and Canadian diplomats in Cuba have been diagnosed with mild traumatic brain injury – and central nervous damage – after an apparent attack with a sonic weapon targeted their homes.

The diplomats complained about symptoms ranging from hearing loss and nausea to headaches and balance disorders after the State Department said “incidents” began affecting them beginning in late 2016.

A number of diplomats have cut short their assignments in Cuba because of the attacks.

The source says American diplomats have also been subjected other types of harassment including vehicle vandalization, constant surveillance, and home break-ins.

As Axios reports, The State Department hasn’t explicitly identified the source of the attack or what person or entity might have carried it out.

“We hold the Cuban authorities responsible for finding out who is carrying out these health attacks on not just our diplomats but, as you’ve seen now, there are other cases with other diplomats involved,” Secretary of State Rex Tillerson told reporters earlier this month.

 Of course, while we wish these diplomats well (if recovery is possible), the big question is – what will the repurcussions be for US-Cuba relations and what response will the Trump administration unleash? As Axios notes, the severity of the apparent injuries goes far beyond what was originally reported, so it stands to reason that President Trump’s administration might choose to respond strongly given his prior rhetoric on Cuba, especially given that the report notes that the attacks on Americans are continuing.

Jailed hacker Guccifer says U.S. government fabricated Guccifer 2.0 to frame Russia

During his plane ride extradition from Romania to the United States, Guccifer told Fox News’Pamela Browne that one of his handlers mentioned: “what would your opinion be if another Guccifer showed up?” He then went on to say that “Guccifer 2.0 is an inside job” by U.S. government agencies.

Marcel Lehel Lazar, 45, known by his infamous online moniker “Guccifer,” is serving a 7-year sentence in Romania his home country for hacking local politicians.

Last year, Lazar was extradited to the U.S. during the 2016 election. He claims that his handler assigned to the State Department slyly mentioned creating another Guccifer.

“Ok, so now, now I think that it is maybe Guccifer two-zero, the State Department, or this guy from the State Department, who is handling my case,” he said. “I think it was more like they were planning this. I mean they, this guy from the State Department.”

“So I think Guccifer two-zero is an inside job,” Lazar added. “I think Guccifer two-zero is something made from some guys at the State Department. Some guys from the cyber command of the NSA, and some guys from the Vault, Vault 7 of the CIA. So there are these guys, you know Pam, I’m in this business for sort of 15 years now, this is my take on this whole. They were setting up something of Guccifer two-zero. Because the State Department guy was asking me, ‘What is your opinion,’ or something like this, ‘what do you say if another Guccifer is showing up?’

“And I said, ‘You know something, I expect that not one, but one hundred Guccifers will show up.’”

Interestingly enough, Guccifer 2.0 documents have been analyzed and its meta data has proven to show fakery from using the language of Russian locale inside a word processor just as Guccifer alluded.

Additionally, the malware sample given which suggests the DNC was hacked has been proven to be a public Ukrainian PHP Shell called Grizzly Steppe ;the malware was outdated and not even private malicious code according to Word Fence which analyzed the sample DHS/FBI provided.

“The IP addresses that DHS provided may have been used for an attack by a state actor like Russia. But they don’t appear to provide any association with Russia. They are probably used by a wide range of other malicious actors, especially the 15% of IP addresses that are Tor exit nodes. The malware sample is old, widely used and appears to be Ukrainian. It has no apparent relationship with Russian intelligence and it would be an indicator of compromise for any website,” Word Fence wrote.

It has since been proved through meta-data that the files Guccifer 2.0 uploaded “NGP-VAN” were copied locally not hacked, Disobedient Media reported.

Guccifer also expanded on his breach of Clinton’s server stating “everyone was inside it.”

“Look, about the server in Chappaqua, in New York state,” he said. “That server was scanned well before me. It was scanned 2012, from IP numbers in Serbia, Belgrade, it was scanned again in 2013 from IPs in Ukraine and Russia. The point is, somebody had mirrored, had copied, mirrored the whole server of Hillary Clinton, the question is how many countries. One, two or three? At one point, it was the whole server. I just think, I’m sure some people, I can say some people, I’m sure some people have the server contents.”

“It’s not the case that it was or it was not mirrored, her server,” he said. “The case is how many people did this. How many countries?

FBI Director James Comey denies that Guccifer ever hacked Clinton’s server despite outdated software and that the server was open to RDP and VNC connections which wouldn’t have even required any actual hacking, according to the Register.

“He did not. He admitted that was a lie,” Comey said. “We do assess that hostile actors gained access to the private commercial email accounts of people with whom Secretary Clinton was in regular contact from her personal account.”

This reporter was handed a leak link dump of Clinton’s email case information from an FBI source a few days ago that documented the entire case against Clinton, including that her emails were for sale on the darkweb for several years for $500K. The author of the hacked emails then pulled them and handed them to the FBI. The House and Senate Intelligence Committees also claimed they possessed the so-called “Russian files” consisting of Clinton emails that ended up on ‘Deep Web’ allegedly by hacking a server setup by Guccifer in Romania. The FBI later confirmed the existence of this server and the files contained on it in the fourth part of its report on Clinton’s email scandal.

Is that the mirror of the server that Guccifer is talking about as his own?

Guccifer plans to ask to remain in Romanian prison and not be returned to America to serve his 52-month sentence for U.S. computer hacking crimes including unauthorized access to a protected computer and aggravated identity theft.

Guccifer was the first to reveal to the world that Clinton used a non-secure private email address while serving as secretary of state when he posted Sidney Blumenthal’s emails revealing her insecure private address hdr22@clintonemail.com instead of a .gov domain.
