Could this 13,000-mile long contrail have been formed in a matter of seconds?
(INTELLIHUB) — Tyler from Secure Team recently posted a video to YouTube which reveals a 13,000-mile long contrail spanning from Antarctica to the north pole.
Interestingly enough, the contrail shows little to no side to side distortion from either and wind which begs the question: Was the trail formed in a matter of seconds or minutes?

HOT CREEK VALLEY, Nev. (INTELLIHUB) — The U.S. Air Force took over a Department of Energy facility known as “Base Camp” in the early-1990’s and has conducted covert operations there along with the Central Intelligence Agency ever since.
The facility is hidden in plain sight and has no air traffic control tower which seems rather odd. The runway is marked ‘closed’ and has a ‘yellow X’ painted at each end despite the fact that a few personnel and aircraft can often be seen at the site.
The airstrip at Base Camp is 72 miles away from the Groom Lake facility, a.k.a. Area 51, and the airstrip runs almost exactly in line with the main runway at Groom Lake. Such a commonality leads some to believe that the strip may also serve as some type of emergency landing area in case a craft that departed Area 51 were to encounter some type of problem and needs to land. Other speculate that the base may be used for some sort of covert training or even something more sinister after several aircraft associated with the C.I.A. were spotted at the base.
Moreover, it’s also important to note that Base Camp is not located on an Indian Reservation like the Tonopah Test range.

John Podesta set to give interview in secret despite his very own ties to Russia

WASHINGTON (INTELLIHUB) — Former Clinton Campaign Chairman John Podesta is set to be interviewed by the House Intelligence Committee in a secret session next week over Russia’s alleged interference of the U.S. electoral system during the 2016 run-up to the general election.
Yes, this is actually happening. Despite the fact that Podesta’s very own Russian ties run deep and that he “may have violated federal law when he failed to disclose that he received 75,000 shares of stock from a company financed by the Kremlin,” as Intellihub reported back in March, the Trump-Russia investigation continues full-steam.
The fmr. campaign chair will be the first of six witnesses to be interviewed behind close doors on the matter.
John Podesta was at the center of the Wikileaks ‘Podesta emails’ scandal where researchers in the online community claim that he is heavily involved with ‘Pizzagate‘ which is an alleged child sex-trafficking ring in the District of Columbia that reportedly prompted an out-of-state man to ‘self-investigate’ a local pizzeria and fire off a round from his AR-15 rifle.
WASHINGTON — America’s leaders have made elaborate preparations to survive a nuclear war while everyone else apparently dies.
The plans go back decades and only cover top government officials, according to a new book.
“In the early 1950s, the government really hoped and believed it would be able to save most Americans,” writer Garrett M. Graff told The Washington Post. But “plans and ambitions gradually shrunk until, realistically, the best they could hope to do is save the senior leadership.”
Graff describes the elaborate plan in the book “Raven Rock: The Story of the U.S. Government’s Secret Plan to Save Itself – While the Rest of Us Die.”
Graff discovered that the federal government maintains several huge secret underground fortresses where officials, officers and politicians — but not average citizens — would survive nuclear war in relative luxury. One of them, Raven Rock near the Pennsylvania/Maryland state line, contains several freestanding multi-story buildings with 900,000 square feet of office space.
Raven Rock is where government leaders and top brass from the Pentagon would flee in the case of an attack on Washington D.C., Graff revealed. Former Vice President Dick Cheney hid there briefly after the 2001 terrorist attacks.
The Declaration of Independence Would Be Stored, Too
Another underground complex, Mount Weather in Virginia, once was where the Supreme Court, the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence and paintings from the National Gallery of Art would be kept safe. That still might be the case, The Post reported.
The exact details of the bunkers and evacuation plans are unknown because they are classified. Graff was able to learn some details of the plans by sifting through declassified documents.
Graff became interested in the federal government’s survival plans when a coworker found a misplaced government ID and gave it to Graff.
“The back of the ID had these evacuation instructions on it,” Graff told The Post. “And so I got on Google Maps and followed the instructions and they led to a road that very clearly went into the side of a mountain, and you can see on the Google satellite view big concrete bunker doors.”
Some tidbits about those plans include:
The government has a number of custom-built 747s that are “fully staffed with battle planners and war planners and meteorologists and anything else you might need to run a nuclear war,” Graff said.
The flying war rooms are protected from electromagnetic pulse attacks with a fine wire mess. They can communicate with nuclear submarines via a five-mile-long wire.
The federal government’s last major effort to help citizens survive nuclear war in the 1960s involved the distribution of 150 million pounds of wheat crackers and biscuits to fallout shelters across the country.
Uncle Sam, it seems, is a prepper.

But they still have to be transported there, and sometimes the U.S. government (and other governments) moves these around on civilian highways.
There’s a chance that you passed one of these unmarked vehicles, and never knew it.
But inside may have been weapons-grade plutonium, uranium, a nuclear bomb or other highly dangerous materials, passing by little detected, but carefully guarded by accompanying convoy vehicles filled with armed federal guards with authorization to use deadly fire.

The United States Department of Energy has a little-known department called the Office of Secure Transportation (OST), even though the Department of Energy’s website doesn’t list the OST. So, what does this mystery arm of the government do?
The mission of the Office of Secure Transportation is to safely transport nuclear bombs, nuclear bomb components, and other nuclear materials like plutonium and uranium across America in the back of unmarked 18-wheelers. Yes, it’s true, that non-descript big rig you see running down the road could have a nuclear bomb in the back. That will make you think twice before cutting off one these massive trucks.
Disclosed materials and statements from government agencies indicate that there are dozens of these convoys on the roads at any given time, and that they have logged over 3 million miles since 1947. Claiming that the missions are safe, they ominously boasts:
“For more than 40 years — even after driving the equivalent distance of a trip to Mars and back — no cargo has ever been damaged in transit,” it said.
However, many consider the ongoing practice to be the “Achilles Heel” of U.S. defense – a system that remains wide open to terror attack, ambush by an adversary, vulnerability during an evacuation from an urban area, and the larger element of chance and accident – though the unmarked tractor trailers are supposedly reinforced and secure against bomb explosions during all scenarios of traffic accidents and fires.

These dangerous movements are expected to increase during current efforts to increase military activity and upgrade capabilities and facilities.
“Transportation is the Achilles’ heel of nuclear security and everyone knows that,” said Bruce Blair, a retired Air Force missile officer, Princeton University researcher and founder of Global Zero, a nonprofit group that seeks elimination of nuclear weapons

The result is an unwieldy system that requires some of the most dangerous and vulnerable components of the nation’s defense system to be routinely shipped on long-distance journeys from one end of the country to the other — and the shipments, with the coming modernization effort, are only expected to multiply.
“This has a classic footprint of an antiquated and inefficient supply chain management system that was created at a time of national emergency,” said Nick Vyas, an industrial logistics expert at USC.
Although these trailers are considered vulnerable targets, and there is concern that something could go wrong, or that an attack could be imminent, it is definitely worth pointing out that these are not your typical 18-wheeler trailers carrying groceries.
They are as sophisticated and reinforced as any gadget in a Bond film ever was. In short, any unauthorized individual who attempts to meddle with or compromise these vehicles will likely be killed – just after the deadly surprise of their life:
The high-security trailers that carry the weapons present potential intruders with formidable obstacles, including shock-delivering systems, thick walls that ooze immobilizing foam, and axles designed to explode to prevent a trailer from being towed away, according to independent nuclear weapons experts.
“The trucks will kill you,” a scientist involved in the matter said.
It sounds like something out of Indiana Jones, but instead it’s on the highways.
It is an open secret that even the U.S. government’s little-known Office of Secure Transportation agency, under the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA).
Over the years, nuclear weapons have been dropped from planes by accident, gone missing at highly secure, top secret U.S. military bases, and much has been done in secret.
Perhaps it is a wonder that things have gone as smoothly as they have.

Ron Paul on Trump’s Election: Beware of the Shadow Government

Former congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul appeared on RT to talk about the election of Donald Trump as president, and he voiced major skepticism on whether Trump will actually follow through on many of his campaign promises.
Paul referenced Trump’s independence as being a political outsider and that this possibly could have a more favorable outcome than we might have seen with Hillary Clinton in the Oval Office. However, he notes that we cannot determine what plans for Trump’s presidency the shadow government might have. Speaking of this secret power structure, he said:
You know, we look at the president, we look at what he said, we look at what he might do, and we look at his advisors, but quite frankly, there is an outside source, which we refer to as a deep state or a shadow government. There is a lot of influence by people that are actually more powerful than our government itself, our president and on up. I mean, you take for instance how our government gets involved in elections around the world, whether it’s in the Middle East or Ukraine.
Paul is not particularly pleased with the war-driven neoconservatives who are beginning to surround Trump. “Unfortunately, there has been several neoconservatives that are getting closer to Trump. And if he gets his advice from them then I do not think that is a good sign,” he said. “During the campaign, he did talk a little bit about backing off and being less confrontational to Russia and I like that. He criticized some of the wars in the Middle East at the same time. He believes we should accelerate the war against ISIS and terrorism.”
Paul thinks that the Wikileaks release of the nearly 60,000 hacked Podesta emails is what ultimately secured Trump to the presidency, but he thinks that the hidden power structure is brewing something in the background to maintain their dominion over the US presidency. “Yes, Trump is his own guy, more so than most of those who have ever been in before. We hope he can maintain an independence and go in the right direction. But I fear the fact that there is so much that can be done secretly, out of control of our apparent government and out of the view of so many citizens,” he cautioned.
Paul does not have high hopes that Trump will follow through on his campaign promise to disengage from the NATO alliance. He expects that Trump’s intentions as president will become clear once we see who he appoints to his cabinet.
