Government accidentally releases documents on remote mind-control

Just months after the  mysterious ‘brain-melting weapon’ accusations in Cuba, that left several US diplomats with long-term mental damage, something very strange has popped up… from an even stranger origin.

Earlier this year, MuckRock Journalist Curtis Waltman (who specializes in filing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests)  wrote to the Washington State Fusion Center (WSFC) – a joint operation between Washington State law enforcement and the federal government – to request information about Antifa and white supremacist groups.

He received a satisfactory response to the question she had asked, but as Waltman notes, when you send thousands of FOIA requests, you are bound to get some very weird responses from time to time… and so he did – attached to the response was a file titled “EM effects on human body.zip.” Inside were documents like this:

As Waltman writes, what you are looking at here is “psycho-electronic” weapons that purportedly use electromagnetism to do a wide variety of horrible things to people, such as reading or writing your mind, causing intense pain, “rigor mortis,” or most heinous of all, itching.

Now to be clear, the presence of these records (which were not created by the fusion center, and are not government documents) should not be seen as evidence that DHS possesses these devices, or even that such devices actually exist. Which is kind of unfortunate because “microwave hearing” is a pretty cool line of technobabble to say out loud.

You know what’s even cooler? “Remote Brain Mapping.” It is insanely cool to say. Go ahead. Say it. Remote. Brain. Mapping.

Just check the detail on these slides too. The black helicopter shooting off its psychotronic weapons, mapping your brain, broadcasting your thoughts back to some fusion center. I wish their example of “ELF Brain stimulation” was a little clearer though.

It’s difficult to source exactly where these images come from, but it’s obviously not government material. One seems to come from a person named “Supratik Saha,” who is identified as a software engineer, the brain mapping slide has no sourcing, and the image of the body being assaulted by psychotronic weapons is sourced from raven1.net, who apparently didn’t renew their domain.

It’s entirely unclear how this ended up in this release. It could have been meant for another release, it could have been gathered for an upcoming WSFC report, or it could even be from the personal files of an intelligence officer that somehow got mixed up in the release.

A call to the WSFC went unreturned as of press time, so until we hear back, their presence remains a mystery.

Artificial Intelligence: Friend, foe or another biblical “tower of babel-like” event in-the-making?

 

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the next, and possibly the last, technology advancement being forced upon all third dimension and Planet Earth systems by controllers who, apparently, have been acolytes of such ‘upgrades’ to humankind in previously historically documented and undocumented periods—some of which have been written about in ancient documents. If one is familiar with Metaphysics, one probably knows what I’m referring to.

Humans have been evolving on Planet Earth via various ‘alliterations’ of the genus “Homo” possibly for hundreds of thousands of years to the point where, some control freaks like Adolph Hitler, have thought about improving upon the human race and creating a “master race” of beings that were ‘supernatural’ in intelligence and imbued with ‘designer’ aspects genetic controllers would engineer.

Such experiments supposedly were part and parcel of the downfall of negative energy usage and what has been referred to as the legendary accounts of the “Lost Continent of Atlantis.”   Plato (c.429 – 347 BCE), the Greek philosopher, probably is the best-known source of the accepted legend(s) about Atlantis.  However, if one studies the esoteric writings, one can get a different ‘reading’ on what went on, e.g., the spiritual warfare between the forces of good and evil, which was very prominent in Atlantean times; the special temples where human chimeras were treated, i.e., humans with hooves, dewclaws and other animal-like appendages were removed, as a result of genetic engineering efforts back then; and the ultimate achievement of their advanced civilization – lasers, which were used for various technologies, including climate ‘control’.  However, it was the “fine-tuning of those lasers” that were lowered too close to the continent that actually broke – split – Atlantis apart and sank during three different episodes.

I relate the above, which some may consider ‘fairytales’, imaginative creative writing, or whatever, but if you have not had the opportunity to research and investigate the incredible happenings that occurred to humankind and Planet Earth for millennia in ancient writings, esoteric and religious belief systems—and which current-time controllers don’t want the average person to know about because that would create a totally different mindset—then you think all the ancient biblical, Egyptian, Sumerian, Hindu, and pre-Christian era information is fantasy, legend or hypotheses.

However, there are ancient artifacts still standing like the pyramids at Giza; Stonehenge; the ruins of Göbekli Tepe in modern-day Turkey, which dates back 12,000 years with an incredible history.

There is so much we really don’t know and should in order to advance our becoming humans with higher consciousness.  Much of that is a result of determined efforts by controllers over time immemorial who kept undisclosed the realities and secrets of Nature, the natural world and how humans are an integral part of that Divine plan.  However, that would not fit in with those who wanted to promote negative energies, e.g., wars, control and suppression mechanisms, including furtive technology, which was the downfall of Atlantis!

Having said the above, let’s fast forward to current technological times.  These probably are the more advanced updates on the Atlantean efforts to restructure and ‘improve’ upon Nature, human DNA and human geoengineering since Adolph Hitler’s efforts.

Currently, there are numerous obvious and clandestine technologies, so one hardly knows where to begin.  However, the most devastating are nuclear fission (weapons of mass destruction and nuclear energy/power); toxic vaccines and chemical pharmaceuticals, which are anathema to human physiology, but mandated by controllers apparently to restructure human DNA/RNA in an apparent push toward transhumanism and the ultimate technology—Artificial Intelligence—or there would not be those government mandates or laws regarding our health!  Ever think of it that way?

If that were not the case, how come there’s such a push in every direction to accomplish mind control techniques (the ultimate prize) and a New World Order agenda of Artificial Intelligence?  Hello, Sophia!

Japanese researchers create mind-reading A.I. that can transcribe a person’s thoughts

By now, you probably already know that artificial intelligence (AI) technology is developing at a remarkably fast rate. It has been the subject of many essays and news articles that are mainly about an oncoming robot takeover, which could mean trouble for many humans in the world today. But in order for advanced AI robots to truly take over the world, they’ve got to first be able to think like humans. Now a group of researchers have taken the first steps to making that a reality.

Japanese researchers recently published a new study titled, “Describing Semantic Representations of Brain Activity Evoked by Visual Stimuli,” wherein AI technology was used to predict – with great accuracy – exactly what people were thinking when they were looking at certain pictures. The idea was to simply find out, through the “eyes” of their AI robot, what the humans themselves saw in front of them while looking at the pictures. And, as it turned out, the AI was surprisingly effective at this task.

The researchers noted that such a technology isn’t outside the realm of possibility, but that they truly honed it in their study. They said that quantitative modeling of human brain activity based on language representations is already an actively studied subject in the field of neuroscience. But the issue is that earlier studies only looked at word-level representation, and there’s very little knowledge or information in terms of whether or not it’s possible to recover structured sentences from a person’s brain activity.

And so for their study, the researchers went for exactly that: AI that had the ability to deliver “complete thoughts” via sentences after analyzing data based on a person’s brain scans. As a report on the study states, the AI used in the study was able to generate captions after looking at given fMRI brain scan images, which were taken while people were looking at pictures.

Some of the examples of the captions generated by the AI include: “A dog is sitting on the floor in front of an open door,” and “a group of people standing on the beach.” Both statements are deemed to be accurate by the researchers, which shows how effective it already is, even at this early stage. According to Ichiro Kobayashi, one of the researchers from Ochanomizu University in Japan, the goal of their study is to better understand exactly how the brain represents information about the real world.

“Toward such a goal, we demonstrated that our algorithm can model and read out perceptual contents in the form of sentences from human brain activity,” he explained. “To do this, we modified an existing network model that could generate sentences from images using a deep neural network, a model of visual system, followed by an RNN (recurrent neural network), a model that can generate sentences.”

The long and short of it is, they had a framework ready and compared the data from analyzed brain scans to their existing records in order to let the AI generate captions.

“Specifically, using our dataset of movies and movie-evoked brain activity, we trained a new model that could infer activation patterns of DNN from brain activity,” Kobayashi added.

It may seem impressive already, but the researchers mentioned that it’s nowhere near ready for prime time just yet. The researchers haven’t even figured out a way to maximize a technology. “So far, there are not any real-world applications for this,” Kobayashi said. “However, in the future, this technology might be a quantitative basis of a brain-machine interface.”

Once that happens, you can expect this technology to make the news once again.

Artificial embryo created: no egg, no sperm, no problem

Over the past 35 years, I’ve been showing how elements of the Brave New World are coming together.

Lately, I’ve been focusing on 5G wireless, the Internet of Things, gene-editing, and DNA-altering vaccines. We now have a very important piece of the puzzle: artificial embryos. A chilling prospect.

MIT Technology Review has the story: “In a breakthrough that redefines how life can be created, embryologists working at the University of Cambridge in the UK have grown realistic-looking mouse embryos using only stem cells. No egg. No sperm. Just cells plucked from another embryo.”

“The researchers placed the cells carefully in a three-dimensional scaffold and watched, fascinated, as they [the cells] started communicating and lining up into the distinctive bullet shape of a mouse embryo several days old.”

“’We know that stem cells are magical in their powerful potential of what they can do. We did not realize they could self-organize so beautifully or perfectly,’ Magdelena Zernicka¬-Goetz, who headed the team, told an interviewer at the time.”

Zernicka-Goetz says her ‘synthetic’ embryos probably couldn’t have grown into mice. Nonetheless, they’re a hint that soon we could have mammals born without an egg [or sperm] at all.”

“…The next step, she says, is to make an artificial embryo out of human stem cells, work that’s being pursued at the University of Michigan and Rockefeller University.”

“Synthetic human embryos would be a boon to scientists, letting them TEASE APART EVENTS early in development. And since such embryos start with easily manipulated stem cells, labs will be able to employ a full range of tools, such as GENE EDITING, to investigate them as they grow.” [Emphasis is mine.]

Do not doubt for a second that scientists will edit genes in these embryos, in order to see what fundamental changes they can make in human beings.

And do not doubt that, in a lab off the beaten track, researchers will try to bring a synthetic human embryo to term, as a living breathing baby.

The Technocrats’ Holy Grail? Engineered births without parents, without sex, without inherited traits—but instead, intentionally programmed traits.

In his 1932 novel, Brave New World, Aldous Huxley presented many portraits of the plan. For example:

By the time they were decanted the embryos had a horror of cold. They were predestined to emigrate to the tropics, to be miners and acetate silk spinners and steel workers. Later on their minds would be made to endorse the judgment of their bodies. ‘We condition them to thrive on heat,’ concluded Mr. Foster. ‘Our colleagues upstairs will teach [program] them to love it’.”

The underlying theme of the “new society”: create both the environment and the humans who inhabit the environment.

Technocracy is that system of systems. It cannot tolerate natural life or the free individual.

Which is why it must be rejected.

MIT researchers create device they claim can “generate electricity from air”

To date, humanity has been able to discover and eventually tap on a number of renewable energy sources. From wind mills to solar panels, there have been all sorts of inventions and gadgets that come with the ability to generate electricity from certain natural sources. Now a team of engineers from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) developed a new device that appears to generate electricity out of nothing but air.

This device, which has been described as miraculous in some online reports, is referred to by the engineers who invented it as a thermal resonator. It is said to function by relying on fluctuations in temperature in the environment. This means that changes in temperature between night and day is what allows it to produce electricity seemingly on its own.

The inventors said their device can be used without the need for any batteries, sunlight, wind, or other energy sources. This makes it ideal for use in situations where tapping the above sources simply isn’t possible. Its ability to generate electricity in this regard means it could be suitable as a source of power for certain types of sensors and communications devices that can run for years without the need for batteries.

According to Michael Strano, the lead engineer who worked on the project, they came up with the concept and completed its execution all on their own. “We basically invented this concept out of whole cloth. We’ve built the first thermal resonator,” he explained. “It’s something that can sit on a desk and generate energy out of what seems like nothing.”

As for how exactly they came upon their ideas, Strano said that they noticed that they simply applied the known science on what is apparently an obvious free and natural power source. “We are surrounded by temperature fluctuations of all different frequencies all of the time,” he said. “These are an untapped source of energy.”

The thermal resonator was made out of materials that are conducive to its main method of energy production. That is, it uses materials that can capture heat from the surrounding air and also release it afterwards. The researchers opted to use metal foam, which is made out of copper or nickel material, and later coated with a layer of graphene.

The metal foam was then infused with a special kind of wax called octadecane. It is said that this material has the ability to change between solid and liquid phases based on the temperature. So far, the engineers have been able to create a proof of concept version of the material that has shown great promise.

The initial effort by the team resulted in a material that can produce 350 millivolts of potential energy, as well as 1.3 milliwatts of power following a 10-degree Celsius change in temperature between day and night. This kind of energy output is said to be just perfect for small environmental sensors and certain communications systems, said the engineers.

Since the power output is far too low for everyday devices, the final working version of the thermal resonator created by the engineers would probably be more suited to special use cases such as in space rovers that are deployed in remote locations like moons and other planets. For those kinds of applications, it could be designed to function as a long-lasting low-power energy source that is made out of local materials instead of being built with pre-made components.

The thermal resonator does seem to have a lot of potential for space exploration and other exploratory endeavors. However, the engineers will need to create functional prototype versions that work in space first before that statement can be said with full certainty.

Uber CEO halts all autonomous car tests after deadly crash

As we detailed earlier, Tempe, Arizona police report that a self-driving Uber vehicle was in autonomous mode when it was involved in a deadly crash overnight.

As ABC15 reports, the crash occurred near Mill Avenue and Curry Road early Monday morning.

The Uber vehicle was reportedly headed northbound when a woman walking outside of the crosswalk was struck.

The woman was taken to the hospital where she died from her injuries.

Tempe Police says the vehicle was in autonomous mode at the time of the crash and a vehicle operator was also behind the wheel.

Police added in a statement that the woman’s “next of kin has not been notified yet so her name is not being released at this time. Uber is assisting and this is still an active investigation.”

In a brief statement from an Uber spokesperson, they confirm:

“We are fully cooperating with local authorities in their investigation of this incident.”

And Bloomberg reports that Uber will now halt all autonomous car-testing in all cities (including San Francisco, Phoenix, and Pittsburgh).

Two questions come to mind – was the women crossing the road on Facebook at the time (Zuckerberg’s fault) and/or was the car hacked by Russia? (Putin’s fault).

This is the first pedestrian killed by an autonomous vehicle.

As Tiffany Li – (@tiffanycli) notes, who should be liable for this death? Uber? The car manufacturer? The software programmers? Tech lawyers have debated this question for decades. If this goes to trial, we’ll soon have an answer.

Lab-grown meat now coming to restaurants near you: Is your stomach prepared for it?

There have been tremendous leaps in the field of food science over the past few decades, and it doesn’t look like the rate of progress is going to slow down anytime soon. But while there are a lot of positive outcomes from the research studies that have been conducted on food and how to best improve it, there is at least one thing, in particular, that kind of brings the field into what some might call murky territory. That is none other than lab-grown meat.

While lab-grown meat has already been available for quite some time now, it still hasn’t been deemed acceptable for mass consumption. But that could soon change, according to a new report, with at least one company moving to capitalize on its existence on the open market. Just, which is described as a “controversial food company” that already had to change its name once, has methods to grow meat inside their labs using nothing but cells, incubators, and certain nutrients that these cells need to grow.

It is said that there is a whole industry of meat-growing food startups that are looking to get a piece of the eventual lab-grown meat market pie. For its part, Just is aiming for a late-2018 release of a yet unspecified food product, which still hasn’t been sold before. And it is with this that the company hopes to convince consumers that their meat is just as good, if not better, than real, conventional meat sourced from animals.

The success of Just’s effort to own the lab-grown meat space could dictate pretty much how the entire world reacts to artificial meat products. Of course, that would depend on a number of different factors, such as the taste and smell of their meat, how it feels in the mouth, or even if they can make it in time before the year ends, as they said on their own schedule. It may all seem like an inevitability — the existence of artificial foods that will aid in feeding the majority of the world’s population — but there is much more to it than you think.

There are some people who think lab-grown meat can pave the way for a better planet, but the truth is that there is very little data to back that idea up. According to official beef industry statistics, the U.S. alone consumes 26 billion pounds of beef every year. This is a massive industry where one small change could have wide-reaching effects, not just on the food industry but on society as a whole. So something as huge as being able to grow meat from nothing but a sample of meat cells could be game-changing.

According to Mike Selden, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Finless Foods, a lab-grown food startup that focuses on fish meat, there is potential in artificial foods to feed more people than would otherwise be possible. “Theoretically from one little piece of meat you can create an unlimited amount,” he said. “In practice, it doesn’t work the first time — you’ve got to try a bunch of different things to get it to work.” But there are methods to make it happen, although they’re still nowhere near perfection.

It might look like real meat, smell like real meat, or even taste like real meat, but the truth is that artificial meat might simply be never as good as actual, animal-sourced meat. Not just in terms of how palatable it is but also in terms of nutrients. The availability of lab-grown meat could also displace millions of workers whose livelihoods depend on the meat industry, which is doing just fine, by all accounts. Never mind the taste, there could be other consequences of lab-grown meat that are too hard to stomach.

Tabertronic: Google is not just a data company, it has acquired robotics companies as well

(INTELLIHUB) — Twitter user @Tabertronic (Tronic for short) appeared on The Shepard Ambellas Show Tuesday to talk about all things under the sun but one important topic in particular Google.

“It’s Pandora’s box,” Tronic said. “Once you open it you can’t put it back and they are doing this at a high rate of speed on just about every front right now with technology.”

“Again, if you just think Google is just a search engine [think again] — they have acquired every single major robotics company in the last ten years,” he explained. “Every single one was acquired by Google [Waze, Boston Dynamics, and more],” Tronic said.

Intellihub founder and radio talk show host Shepard Ambellas worries the robots will one day get out of control.

“They got full-size robots now that you can, like, pilot, I mean things are just getting weird,” the radio talk show host explained. “In terms of this Boston Dynamics they got the Big Dog, the Atlas, I mean these things are like the Terminator.”

“They are going to go around like hunter-seeker-killers, I mean could you imagine, like, one it turns martial law, like look, once Ebola gets out or something.,” Ambellas said. “I mean, could you imagine, like, Big Dogs walking around with gun turrets mounted on them, M-240 SAWs with 100-round belt feed?”

MEXICO CITY (INTELLIHUB) — A trained biologist by the name of Brian Foerster came across a rather unusual animal in a lab south of the border where the observers/handlers of the creature claim it’s likely a “hybrid.”

X-rays have been taken of the creature along with DNA samples which show that the creature’s DNA is 98.5% similar to humans.

The creature resembles a creature in folklore known as a “fairy” and scientists are claiming that it’s real.

There is just one thing preventing Elon Musk’s vision from coming true: The laws of physics

When Elon Musk stepped on stage at Tesla’s product-launch event earlier this month, he knew the market’s confidence in Tesla’s brand had sunk to an all-time low since he took over the company a decade ago. So, he resorted to a tactic that should be familiar to anybody who has been following the company: Shock and awe.

While the event was ostensibly scheduled to introduce Tesla’s new semi-truck – a model that won’t make it’s market debut for another two years, assuming Tesla sticks to its product-rollout deadline – Musk had a surprise in store: A new model of the Tesla Roadster that, he bragged, would be the fastest production car ever sold.

Musk made similarly lofty claims about the battery life and performance of both vehicles. The Tesla semi-trucks, he said, would be able to travel for 500 miles on a single charge. The roadster could clock a staggering 620 – more than double the closest challenger.

There was just one problem, as Tesla fans would later find out, courtesy of Bloomberg: None of it was true.

In fact, many of the promises defy the capabilities of modern battery technology.

Elon Musk knows how to make promises. Even by his own standards, the promises made last week while introducing two new Tesla vehicles—the heavy-duty Semi Truck and the speedy Roadster—are monuments of envelope pushing.

To deliver, according to close observers of battery technology, Tesla would have to far exceed what is currently thought possible.

Take the Tesla Semi: Musk vowed it would haul an unprecedented 80,000 pounds for 500 miles on a single charge, then recharge 400 miles of range in 30 minutes. That would require, based on Bloomberg estimates, a charging system that’s 10 times more powerful than one of the fastest battery-charging networks on the road today—Tesla’s own Superchargers.

The diminutive Tesla Roadster is promised to be the quickest production car ever built. But that achievement would mean squeezing into its tiny frame a battery twice as powerful as the largest battery currently available in an electric car.

These claims are so far beyond current industry standards for electric vehicles that they would require either advances in battery technology or a new understanding of how batteries are put to use, said Sam Jaffe, battery analyst for Cairn Energy Research in Boulder, Colorado. In some cases, experts suspect Tesla might be banking on technological improvements between now and the time when new vehicles are actually ready for delivery.

“I don’t think they’re lying,” Jaffe said. “I just think they left something out of the public reveal that would have explained how these numbers work.”

While Jaffe seems inclined to give Tesla the benefit of the doubt, there’s little, if anything, in Musk’s recent behavior to justify this level of credulity. In recent months, Musk has repeatedly suffered the humiliation of seeing his lies and half-truths exposed. For example, the self-styled “visionary” claimed during the unveiling of the Model 3 Sedan that he would have 1,500 copies of the new model ready for customers by the end of the third quarter. Instead, the company managed a meager 260 models as factory-line workers at its Fremont, Calif. factory struggled to assemble the vehicles by hand as the Model 3 assembly line hadn’t been completed.

Increasingly agitated customers who placed deposits with Tesla back in March 2016 have begun asking for refunds, only to be chagrined by the company’s sluggish response. While nobody in the mainstream press has (somewhat bafflingly) made the connection, Tesla revealed earlier this month that it burned an unprecedented $1.4 billion of cash during the third quarter – or roughly $16 million per day – despite Elon Musk’s assurance that Tesla had its “all-time best quarter” for Model S and X deliveries.

And let’s not forget the fiasco surrounding Tesla’s autopilot software. Musk has repeatedly exaggerated its performance claims. And customers who paid more than $8,000 for a software upgrade more than a year ago have been repeatedly disappointed by delays and sub-par performance.

Musk’s exaggerations about the Tesla Roadster were particularly egregious.

Tesla claims that its new $200,000 Roadster is the quickest production car ever made, clocking zero to 60 in 1.9 seconds. Even crazier is the car’s unprecedented battery range: some 620 miles on a single charge. That’s a longer range than any battery-powered vehicle on the road—almost twice as long as Tesla’s class-leading Model S and Model X.

To achieve such power and range, Musk said the tiny Roadster will need to pack a massive 200-kilowatt-hour battery. That’s twice the size of any battery Tesla currently has on the road. Musk has previously said he won’t be making the packs bigger on the Model S and Model X because of space constraints. So how can he double the pack size in the smaller Roadster.

BNEF’s Morsy has a twofold answer. First, he expects Tesla will probably double-stack battery packs, one on top of the other, beneath the Roadster’s floor. That creates some engineering problems for the battery-management system, but those should not be insurmountable. Still, Morsy said, the batteries required would be too large to fit in such a small frame.

“I really don’t think the car you saw last week had the full 200 kilowatt hours in it,” Morsy said. “I don’t think it’s physically possible to do that right now.”

Is it possible that, thanks to incremental improvements in battery density and cost, Musk somehow manages to hit these lofty targets? Perhaps, though, as Bloomberg points out, the fact that Musk is basing these claims on a set of projections that haven’t yet been realized is hardly confidence inspiring.

To be sure, there’s an important caveat to Musk’s claims. While they may be staggeringly exaggerated, there’s still the possibility that incremental improvements in battery technology will make these targets more feasible by the time the models hit the market.

Again, Musk may be banking on the future. While Tesla began taking deposits on the Roadster immediately—$50,000 for the base model—the first vehicles won’t be delivered until 2020. Meanwhile, battery density has been improving at a rate of 7.5 percent a year, meaning that by the time production starts, packs will be smaller and more powerful, even without a major breakthrough in battery chemistry.

“The trend in battery density is, I think, central to any claim Tesla made about both the Roadster and the Semi,” Morsy said. “That’s totally fair. The assumptions on a pack in 2020 shouldn’t be the same ones you use today.”

However, in its analysis of the feasibility of Musk’s claims, Bloomberg overlooked one crucial detail: Back in August, the company’s veteran director of battery technology, Kurt Kelty, unexpectedly resigned to “explore new opportunities,” abruptly ending a tenure with the company that stretched for more than a decade, and comes at a critical time for Elon Musk.

Kelty’s resignation – part of an exodus of high-level executives that is alarming in and of itself – hardly inspires confidence in Tesla’s ability to innovate. We’ve noticed a trend with Tesla: The more the company underdelivers, the more Musk overpromises.

In our opinion, this is not a sustainable business strategy.

Total Individual Control Technology: Insider exposes how you & your DNA are being targeted

Total Individual Control Technology is a nefarious type of EM (Electromagnetic) and V2K (Voice to Skull) weaponized technology that is being experimented with and deployed against segments of the American population. Those attacked by this electronic stalking are known as TIs (Targeted Individuals). Recently another brave whistleblower has stepped forward to expose it. Bryan Kofron (who formerly used the alias of Justin Carter) is a security industry specialist who used to work for a private security company SIS (Security Industry Specialists) in Seattle, Washington. He quit in disgust after realizing that his former firm, and others just like it, were actively using this so-called total individual control technology to target people, then ultimately control and destroy their lives. Since he quit, he has himself become a victim of the technology via gangstalking.

What Total Individual Control Technology is Capable Of

According to Kofron, this technology is so advanced that it can be used to read your mind, program your mind with thoughts (that you would believe are your own) and induce emotional states in you (including pain, hate and fear). It can be used to tap into your optical nerve and auditory systems to see and hear what you are seeing and hearing. It can target particular people by engaging in individual-specific attacks (based on the target’s DNA resonance). Finally, it is being used in vast social engineering programs as a way to experiment upon poor, homeless and weak people who have little or no chance of fighting back.

In interviews or presentations such as this and this, Kofron explains that this technology is being used by psychopaths who have little scruples about the harm they are causing. They are targeting specific groups of people: those who are cognitively inclined, highly intelligent, knowledgeable about advanced technology or interested in alternative research (i.e. conspiracy research). In general, they are either targeting empowered individuals with free minds (to stop dissidents and revolutionaries) or those too poor and weak to fight back.

Using Kofron’s own words, here are some of the things Total Individual Control Technology is able to do:

“This technology manipulates the electrical signals in the brain, thus controlling thoughts and feelings and emotions and sensations throughout the body. It works by rewiring the brain by creating new neural pathways and destroying existing neural pathways, thus this literally changes the way a person thinks and thus behaves.”

“This technology can also be used to control the muscle movement of the target. It can take over one’s hands or feet while driving and make you press on the accelerator or press on the brake or turn. This can be used to cause accidents it can also be used to prevent accidents from happening.”

“This technology can also tap into the optical nerve of the target, and the auditory system of the target, so that those monitoring the target can see what the target is seeing and hear what target is hearing. This information is then downloaded and stored on a computer, in a highly secure classified site on servers that are guarded by some of the tightest security in the world. This results in the individual’s entire day, everything they see, everything they hear, everything they experiment, everything they experience, and everything they feel being recorded till the end of time.”

“This technology can also be used to manipulate the emotions of the target. It can induce fear, love, hate.”

“This technology can be used to beam images and even motion pictures into one’s brain. Images and motion pictures that are so realistic that you think you are actually watching a movie or seeing something in reality. It’s like a virtual reality 3D rendering that takes place within the target’s mind. The images and motion pictures manifest themselves in such a way that the target if they are not aware that this technology is being used on them will believe that they are natural thoughts and natural images.”

“This technology can also be used to induce and control dreams. It can be used to control dream cycles and sleep patterns. To cause one to sleep very deeply or to cause one to not sleep at all. REM cycles, alpha beta and delta brainwaves can be induced immediately by this technology. And this technology can also be used to mimic spiritual experiences. Joy, love, peace that passes understanding can all be induced artificially by this technology to make the target believe that they are having a genuine spiritual experience when they’re not.”

“This technology can also be used to sexually manipulate the target. Make them feel sexual arousal or turn off their sexuality altogether, it can stimulate them and it can shut them down at a moments notice. It can also be used to manipulate the hormones of the target, thus lowering and raising estrogen and testosterone levels in women and men respectively.”

“This technology can also be used to read the thoughts of the target in real time … they can read your thoughts verbatim as they occur within your own mind.”

“Anywhere from small groups of people 10-20 to 100, to medium size groups of people several thousand to tens of thousands. This is done by creating a field effect, where an entire field of electromagnetic energy is created in a geographical location and any human being within that geographical location within that electromagnetic field affecting that geographical location will be effected by the technology. This can be used to induce a general mood in a population or a crowd of people. It can be used to make them passive, it can be used to make them agitated. And this can be used to cause or stop, induce riots. Stop crime, start crime. Stop thoughts, start thoughts. Massive mind control on a citywide level.”

Total Individual Control Technology Attacks Specific Individuals Based on DNA Resonance

As I have discussed in previous articles on mind control such as “They” Can’t Read Your Thoughts … Right?, the state of current mind control technology is beyond most people’s comprehension and idea of what is possible. Yet, we have had enough out-of-the-closet whistleblowers and leaked or declassified documents to give us a clear idea of the scary extent to which we can be psychically attacked. Whistleblowers such as Dr. Robert Duncan have lectured at length about the capabilities of V2K technology, which is defined as an EM frequency technology that utilizes RF (Radio Frequency) signals to induce sound within the cranial cavity of the target. V2K literally pipes thoughts directly into people’s heads without them knowing it.

Kofron bases his information on his own experience as an insider in this field, and also as recent victim of V2K himself. He was attacked once he went public. He claims he has been assaulted with a beta version which is especially nasty, piping thoughts into his head such as:

“Everyone’s against you”

“Please be quiet or we’re going to kill you”

“Don’t work again or we’re going to kill you” 

“You’re the lab rat now motherfucker”

Kofron claims the Total Individual Control Technology attacks are attempting to turn him against his former work colleagues, friends and family. However, since he was trained in this area, he knows that the voices are technological and can defend himself against the manipulations once he hears them.

Kofron echoes exactly what Duncan has warned about: individual-specific attacks. Duncan states that every person has a “unique resonance signature”, and in almost exactly the same words, Kofron states that:

“… the DNA of the individual is used to determine the resonant frequency of the DNA itself, the resonant frequency is then used to fine tune the technology … to tune it perfectly to the resonant frequency of the targeted individual’s DNA.”

The Drive to Create a Worldwide DNA Database

This leads into another aspect of the NWO agenda: the drive to create a worldwide DNA database. When seen in the light of Total Individual Control Technology, the acquisition of an entire population’s DNA takes on a very sinister meaning. It is no coincidence that Amazon and Google (who are ultimately controlled by the same force as David Icke suggests) are racing each other, along with Microsoft, IBM and other companies, to assemble a DNA database as quickly as they can. Those in power who gain access a completed worldwide DNA database and total individual control technology would have a horrifying weapon at their disposal to target literally anyone they wanted.

Kofron exposes how prospective employees are tricked out of their DNA. They apply for a job at SIS, get told they have to do a drug test, and when the urine sample is sent to a lab, part is siphoned off as DNA to go into Amazon’s burgeoning DNA database.

Americans, in the millions, are having their DNA stolen from them, without their knowledge or consent, so they become unwitting targets of this insidious program!

Social Engineering with Total Individual Control Technology

Kofron talks at length about how this technology is fully operational and is already being tested upon those in society who are struggling (such as those who are homeless, poor and who don’t have much family or many friends) since they make the easiest targets. On his website GangstalkerWars.com, he exposes the details of ongoing operations within Seattle (where he used to work for SIS). This social engineering is being done by the Federal Government, the Military Intelligence agencies, private security firms (more on this below), some of the largest US corporations (after all, we live in a corporatocracy), local and state police, and social programs within inner-city America.

In one such operation, the perpetrators would target certain geographical blocks of the city, and, for instance, cause everyone in that area to be in a bad mood. In another operation, SIS (employed by Amazon whose headquarters are in Seattle) would test upon Amazon employees. In another operation, SIS would experiment upon its own low level employees. In another operation, homeless people were brought in from all over the nation to special buildings that were then targeted. This is true gangstalking – the ganging up by sociopaths and psychopaths upon the innocent to electronically harass and stalk them.

The Rising Danger of the Private Security Firm Industry in America

Kofron warns about an alarming trend in American society: the rise of private security companies who mostly employ ex-military and ex-intelligence agents. As I covered in this 2-part series, the US Military Intelligence Complex is completely and utterly out of control. It runs the government and pulls the strings attached to all the puppet politicians, who don’t have the necessary “clearance” to access the truly top secret information. These security firms, like the MIC itself, appear to operate above and outside the law.

The culture inside of these companies is toxic. People rising up the ranks are conditioned to use this technology against innocent victims, and are told they will be rewarded with everything (money, power, women, sex, connection, access, status, belonging to the power club) if they go along with the program and become perpetrators. If they have a strong conscience and refuse, they will be sacked, shunned, cut off, threatened and even made into TIs themselves.

The Human Rights Loophole: False Diagnoses

Another aspect of Total Individual Control Technology which the perpetrators use to shield themselves is the cruel use of false psychiatric diagnoses. Here’s how it works: they manipulate TI victims to see a psychiatrist, and then they bribe the psychiatrist to deliver a fake diagnosis that the victim is mentally unstable, deranged, delusional, crazy, incompetent, paranoid, schizophrenic, suffering from Multiple Personality Disorder – or they invent some similar legal-medical-psychobabble diagnosis. This has the unfortunate effect of stripping away the victim’s natural or human rights, which leaves him or her with no recourse to fight back against his attackers, since his claims and testimonies will be dismissed as the ravings of a madman.

This is a similar tactic to what is used with other victims of mind control. In my interview with Max Spiers, he touched on the use of the Big Pharma “false memory” foundation, which includes bogus therapists and psychiatrists who convince mind control victims that they’re having false memories (when they are actually recalling how they were tortured and programmed).

The Infrastructure Underlying Total Individual Control Technology

The infrastructure that is enabling the total individual control technology is composed mostly of antennae, radar and cell phone towers. Often, the antennae are camouflaged (hidden behind walls). Some or most of the radar used is from military bases. Kofron was not able to explain much of how the technology actually works, although an electrical engineer who called in on one of the radio interviews suggested that the perpetrators are setting up a standing wave of DNA, then doing slight variations in the phasing using pulse code modulation.

Final Thoughts: Total Individual Control Technology Perpetrated by the Cult of Power

In concluding, it’s important to realize how such cruel surveillance is being perpetuated. As Kofron explains, it’s all about creating an “in” club of perpetrators who get rewarded with money, sex, power and the intrinsic human need for belonging, get told they are on the “right” side and the TIs are on the “wrong” side – and get threatened that if they speak up or quit, they may end up on that wrong side. It’s the cult of power.

Hopefully this testimony can serve as a wakeup call for those on the fence who can’t quite bring themselves to believe or act. In many ways, time is running out and the net is being drawn tighter and tighter. The more technology advances, the more weapons the cult of power will have to enslave those who stand for truth and freedom. At a certain point, there will literally be nowhere to run or hide. The only option is to face it now before it’s too late.

Three-dimensional computer analysis of 9/11 video footage yields astonishing results

The object that hit the North Tower "was masquerading as a passenger plane," researcher claims

(INTELLIHUB) — A three-dimensional computer model mimicking the alleged plane strike to the World Trade Center’s North Tower on Sept. 11, 2001, concludes, at the least, that something very suspicious is going on. In fact, the findings paint a clear picture of just how deep the now fully-discredited mainstream media’s lies and deceptions actually go and it may shock you.

For the analysis, researcher Richard D. Hall assembled a 3D computer model of the airspace near the WTC North Tower as it existed on Sept. 11, 2001, when attackers allegedly flew a Boeing 767 into the tower’s north face.

53 video clips in total were assembled by Hall for a 1-minute presentation to determine if the footage shown on the news that day matched up with the “official flight path” based on actual radar data taken from a radar impact speed study of the event.

“The model was constructed perfectly to scale [and] I also included a large aerial photograph of the land ensuring that the image was resized such that the scale on the ground was identical to the vertical scale of the buildings,” Hall explained. “I added a few more land marks, the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building.”

Through his research, Hall found that in all 53 images, “the alleged plane” does, in fact, follow the “official radar path” provided in the radar impact speed study. However, Hall’s analysis concludes that it was not a Boeing 767 that struck the North Tower as the media reported.

The video shows impossible impact dynamics, proving that what we are looking at is not a Boeing 767,” he stated.

Hall said that the aircraft’s wing structure is far to fragile, especially near the tips, to slice through reinforced steel columns on the tower’s exterior on impact, as depicted in videos provided publicly by the media.

“It’s made up of extremely thin aluminum ribs,” he said. “There is no way the wing is going to win.”

The planes were crated using “cartoon physics or butter planes,” Hall maintains. “In my opinion, we are not seeing a 767 with fragile aluminum plane impacting on solid steel columns.”

Through his research Hall concluded that a physical object did fly through the sky on 9/11 but the object was not a Boeing 767 as reports claim. Hall said that the wing-shaped cuts into the tower were formed seconds after the object’s impact.

Additionally, Hall’s analysis found that a Boeing 767 can not travel near sea-level at the speed of over 505 knots (578 mph) as a prominent 9/11 report claims. However, Hall independently confirmed that the object was traveling at a speed of “583 mph” in all of the 53 different video clips, again proving that a physical object, not a Boeing 767, did fly through the airspace and impact the tower.

If you remember, most images of the North Tower plane strike on 9/11 show a very dark looking plane with no windows. Moreover, eyewitnesses of the plane could be heard saying things like: “What the hell is that?” As the object was not perceived as a plane to the physical eye.

“What were we really looking at?” Hall questioned. “The true answer is: I don’t know but I will go as far as to say that it was not a 767 and whatever it was was masquerading as a passenger plane. In other words, the videos were real and the planes were at least to some degree fake.”

Warning signs suggest ‘big one’ coming soon to San Andreas fault

Experts warn of impending megaquake

Many experts are now warning that the San Andreas fault in California is now ripe for a major earthquake.  Not only that, but should it occur, another earthquake could strike the Bay Area resulting in damages that may be impossible to financially correct.

Although a major earthquake around 100 miles away from Los Angeles may not seem like a big deal, experts warn against taking a lackadaisical stance. A magnitude 8.2 earthquake is far from ordinary and there’s plenty of geological evidence of past occurrences in Southern California. New evidence foreshadows grave consequences for a hugely populated region that’s already on high alert for the next “Big One.” A study published earlier this year concluded that the land on either side of the San Andreas fault has been pushing against the other at a rate of more than 1 inch per year since 1857, and the tensions between the plates are eventually going to give out.

“So, you expect that amount of accumulation of energy will be released in the future in a large-magnitude rupture, somewhere along the San Andreas,” said USGS research geologist and study lead author Kate Scharer.

Seismologist Lucy Jones predicts that a San Andreas earthquake beginning at the Salton Sea could be as strong as an 8.2 if it got all the way to Paso Robles.  That powerful of a quake could result in massive loss of life and damages. An 8.2 earthquake would produce far more energy than what was produced by the nuclear bomb dropped on Hiroshima. But the bigger issue is that all of Southern California would be hit at once. Yet, this isn’t new information. Ned Field of the US Geological Survey tried to warn Californians back in 2015 that a major quake is likely to occur, and soon.

“We think Southern California is locked and loaded, that the stresses have really built up, and when things start unleashing, they could unleash for years,” U.S. Geological Survey seismologist Ned Field told Smithsonian.com in 2015.  The last major earthquake near Los Angeles hit Fort Tejon in 1857 and registered a 7.9, making the region long overdue, especially considering the amount of pressure built up on the fault line.

“With 300 miles of fault all going in the same earthquake, you then have everybody affected at the same time,” says Jones. “The San Andreas is the one that will produce the earthquake that’s going to cause damage in every city” in Southern California. However, “it’s not so much about dying in the earthquake. It’s about being miserable after the earthquake and people giving up on Southern California,” says Jones. Catastrophic damage to the region’s infrastructure could take more than a year to repair, which could in turn wreck the local economy and drive people to abandon Los Angeles in a mass exodus. But that still isn’t the worst part of newest predictions.

Not only could a major San Andreas earthquake damage most of Southern California’s cities, a quake could cause another to occur on the Hayward fault in the Bay Area.  The Hayward fault which is considered the most likely to cause the next major earthquake could be set off by a quake along the San Andreas fault, Jones warned.  The well-populated Bay Area would then also be in major distress in addition to Southern California, possibly elevating the number of victims to a staggering and incomprehensible number.

Emergency preparedness could be essential for those in California and for those who haven’t prepared for the natural disaster, now may be time to consider it.  Although in all fairness, experts have been saying this fault line would cause a quake for years and it hasn’t yet.  But logic and history do dictate that eventually, time will be up.

Study: CRISPR gene-editing ignites tons of unintentional genetic mutations

Gene-editing has been hailed as one of the biggest scientific breakthroughs of our lifetime

CRISPR-Cas9 gene-editing has been hailed as one of the biggest scientific breakthroughs of our lifetime. The technology is often called “molecular scissors” for its ability to “cut and paste” pieces of DNA, thereby removing unwanted traits and replacing them with more desirable ones. CRISPR is being celebrated for its accuracy, but a recent study sheds light on some imperfections surrounding the technology that we should be aware of.

When researchers at Columbia University used CRISPR-Cas9 to correct blindness in mice, they found that the process did successfully edit the gene responsible for blindness. However, it also caused unintentional mutations to more than 1,000 other genes. It’s exactly what critics of the technology have been warning about – that in the process of “fixing” part of the human genome, scientists could actually wind up doing irreparable damage. [1]

Study co-author Stephen Tsang, M.D., Ph.D., associate professor of ophthalmology, pathology, and cell biology at CUMC, Columbia’s Institute of Genomic Medicine, and the Institute of Human Nutrition, said:

“We feel it’s critical that the scientific community consider the potential hazards of all off-target mutations caused by CRISPR, including single-nucleotide mutations and mutations in noncoding regions of the genome.” [2]

CRISPR alters specific DNA sequences, but fails to correct the side effects that occur as a result.

There are currently 2 clinical trials involving humans underway in China, and a U.S. trial is slated to begin sometime next year. As many as 20 trials are in the works. One of the trials is aimed at preventing cervical cancers by using CRISPR to target and destroy the genes of the human papillomavirus (HPV) that cause tumors. [1] [3]

Scientists identify areas likely to be affected by off-target DNA mutations with the assistance of predictive computer algorithms. Refinements to the technology suggested that in those trials off-target effects would be few. But nobody knows for certain how many side effects will result, or how serious they will be, and many experts are convinced the technology is simply not safe for use in humans at this point in time. Alexander Bassuk, M.D., Ph.D., the study’s co-author and professor of pediatrics at the University of Iowa, said:

“These predictive algorithms seem to do a good job when CRISPR is performed in cells or tissues in a dish, but whole-genome sequencing (WGS) has not been employed to look for all off-target effects in living animals.”

In the experiment in mice, researchers learned that success in the lab doesn’t always translate into success in the real world. The team looked at mice that they had previously corrected a blindness-associated gene in and sequenced their entire genome to find changes.

Though the mice’s vision was restored, 2 of them were left with over 1,500 unintended mutations, and more than 100 deletions and insertions of genes the researchers never intended to touch. What’s more, the computer algorithm failed to predict any of them. [1]

Outwardly, the mice didn’t look any different or develop any superpowers. But how the mutations will impact the mice in the future, or in subtle ways, remains an unanswered question for now. The vast majority of genetic mutations are not good. They’re exactly what CRISRP is intended to treat.

One scientist warned in January 2017 that gene-editing has the potential to “ruin human evolution.” Obviously, others see it as a promising advancement for the future.

The researchers concluded:

“This finding warns that CRISPR technology must be further tailored, particularly before it is used for human gene therapy.”
