Gene Therapy and the Trans-Human Agenda

Gene Therapy and the Trans-Human Agenda | dna-genes | General Health Medical & Health Science & Technology Sleuth Journal Special Interests Trans humans

By Jon Rappoport, No More Fake News |

Cure disease or alter humans?

“Researchers say they’re well on the way to curing thousands of diseases by tinkering with human genes. But is that true? Or is their effort really part of a long-range agenda to keep experimenting in the dark, through grotesque trial and error, to alter humans and make them into a new species?” (The Underground, Jon Rappoport)

With the onrush of new gene-editing techniques, the medical research establishment is beating an old drum: they will cure many human diseases by making genetic changes.

First of all, the new editing techniques have unknown consequences. A simple snip of a gene can bring on ripples in the patient’s overall genetic structure. This fact spells danger.

Second, and here is the old drum: there are a number of diseases caused by a problem with a single gene—one gene, one disease. Therefore, a precise edit of the offending gene will cure the disease.

But is this one-gene one-disease hypothesis actually true?

If so, we should already have seen these cures. But we haven’t.

I’m not talking about the occasional claim of a single cure in a single patient. I’m talking about curing a specific disease across the board in many, many patients.

It hasn’t happened.

Here is a very interesting quote from the book, “Understanding Genetics: A District of Columbia Guide for Patients and Health Professionals,” published by the District of Columbia Department of Health:

“Some of the more common single-gene disorders include cystic fibrosis, hemochromatosis, Tay-Sachs, and sickle cell anemia…However, despite advancements in the understanding of genetic etiology and improved diagnostic capabilities, no treatments are available to prevent disease onset or slow disease progression for a number of these disorders.”

Is it “a number of these disorders,” or “all these disorders?”

Let’s see the evidence that single-gene therapy has cured ANY disease across the board.

It isn’t forthcoming.

And since it isn’t, the hypothesis that there are single-gene disorders is at best unproven. Speculative.

Let’s say that for Disease X, researchers have found that, in every case, there is a particular gene that is malfunctioning. The researchers claim, “Well, that’s it, we’ve found the cause of X.” But have they? HOW DO THEY KNOW THERE AREN’T OTHER ESSENTIAL CAUSATIVE FACTORS INVOLVED?

There is a simple test. Correct the malfunctioning gene and watch thousands of cures for X.

Until that occurs, the hypothesis is up in the air. It’s interesting, it’s suggestive, but it isn’t verified. Not by a long shot.

Consider this typically absurd claim from medicine.net: “There are more than 6,000 known single-gene disorders, which occur in about 1 out of every 200 births. These disorders are known as monogenetic disorders (disorders of a single gene).”

Again, how would the authors show that even one of these supposedly 6000 disorders is caused by the malfunctioning of a single gene?

Cure the disease by correcting the gene.

“Well, ahem, we don’t have the technology to do that yet, because we aren’t sure our therapy would be entirely safe. We might bring about dangerous unintended consequences in the patient…”

Fine. Then don’t make the claim that you know a single gene is the cause.

Ah, but you see, the medical research establishment wants to jump the gun. Making bold claims makes them look good. It brings them a great deal of funding.

And it also deflects and stops research that would discover other causes of disease—for example, environmental causes connected to gross corporate pollution. Chemical pollution. The harmful effects of pesticides. And the harmful effects of toxic medical drugs. And vaccines.

“No, no, no. Let’s just say disease is, at bottom, genetic. It doesn’t matter what else is happening.”

The Holy Grail for genetic research would be: “We can cure any harmful impact brought on by environmental toxicity. It’s all in the genes. Major corporations can do whatever they want to, and there will be no danger. There never was any danger. We just needed to advance to the stage where we could correct damage to the genes. And now we’re there.”

They’re not there. They’re not even close. Whether they will ever get close is a matter of sheer speculation.

Here is an extreme but instructive analogy: Imagine that when it rains, an acutely toxic compound falls to Earth. A man stands out in the rain as the poison descends. Researchers assert that the rain isn’t the problem. It’s the man’s body. His body is built to “react negatively” to the poison. Rebuilding his body will make him immune to the poison. Who knows how much sheer trial-and-error rebuilding is necessary? Perhaps he will need to become non-human to survive. So be it.

This approach is part and parcel of the trans-human agenda. Don’t stop the poison. Make the human impervious.

If, in the process, he loses everything that makes him unique and free, that is just collateral damage.

But no matter how many changes are wrought in the human, the poison is still poison. Until, finally, the human is a machine—and then the poison has no effect.

Neither does life. Life has no effect. The machine is adjusted. It survives. It is no longer alive, and that is called victory.

If you think I’m exaggerating transhumanism beyond all possibility, contemplate this statement made by Gregory Stock, former director of the prestigious program in Medicine, Technology, and Society at the UCLA School of Medicine:

“Even if half the world’s species were lost [during genetic experiments], enormous diversity would still remain. When those in the distant future look back on this period of history, they will likely see it not as the era when the natural environment was impoverished, but as the age when a plethora of new forms—some biological, some technological, some a combination of the two—burst onto the scene. We best serve ourselves, as well as future generations, by focusing on the short-term consequences of our actions rather than our vague notions about the needs of the distant future.”

The basis for such lunacy is the presumption that The Individual isn’t important, and never was.

Whereas, The Individual is all-important.

A sane society would exist and operate on behalf of The Individual.

It isn’t the other way around.

U.S. military invests in ‘doomsday genetics’ technology

Amid United Nations fears that genetic extinction technology could be used by militaries, a United States military agency has invested $100 million in the doomsday biological technology that can wipe out an entire species.

Scientists now have the knowledge and the tools they need to create and deliver Doomsday genes which can selectively target and exterminate an entire species. And to make matters worse, emails released under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), suggest that the United States’s uber-secretive Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has become the world’s largest funder of this “gene drive” research and will heighten international tensions further ahead of a UN expert committee meeting in Montreal beginning on Tuesday.

The UN is debating a ban on this technology as several southern countries fear the application of using extinction technology. The use of genetic extinction technologies in bioweapons is the stuff of nightmares, but so far, known research is focused entirely on pest control and the elimination of diseases.  The key word there being “known.”

UN diplomats confirmed that the new email release would worsen the “bad name” of gene drives in some circles. “Many countries [will] have concerns when this technology comes from DARPA, a US military science agency,” one said.  “You may be able to remove viruses or the entire mosquito population, but that may also have downstream ecological effects on species that depend on them. My main worry,” he added, “is that we do something irreversible to the environment, despite our good intentions, before we fully appreciate the way that this technology will work.”

Jim Thomas, a co-director of the ETC group which obtained the emails, said the US military’s influence in furthering this technology would strengthen the case for a moratorium. “The dual-use nature of altering and eradicating entire populations is as much a threat to peace and food security as it is a threat to ecosystems,” he said. “Militarization of gene drive funding may even contravene the Enmod convention against hostile uses of environmental modification technologies.”

But while we are on the subject of UN bans, the sanctions they placed on North Korea are being willfully ignored by the rogue regime.  It stands to reason that should a military seek the use of this technology, they will also defy the UN’s “authority.”

Todd Kuiken, who has worked with the GBIRd (genetic biocontrol) program, which receives $6.4 million from DARPA, said that the US military’s centrality to genetic technology funding meant that “researchers who depend on grants for their research may reorient their projects to fit the narrow aims of these military agencies,” which could include doomsday genetic weapons.  Between 2008 and 2014, the US government spent about $820 million on synthetic biology. Since 2012, most of this has come from DARPA and other military agencies, Kuiken says.

DARPA believes that a sharp decrease in the costs of gene-editing toolkits has created a greater opportunity for hostile or rogue actors to experiment with the technology. “This convergence of low cost and high availability means that applications for gene editing – both positive and negative – could arise from people or states operating outside of the traditional scientific community and international norms,” the official said. “It is incumbent on DARPA to perform this research and develop technologies that can protect against accidental and intentional misuse.”

Interest in the technology among US army bureaus has shot up since a secret report by the elite Jason group of military scientists last year “received considerable attention among various agencies of the US government,” according to an email by Gerald Joyce, who co-chaired a Jason study group in June. A second Jason report was commissioned in 2017 assessing “potential threats this technology might pose in the hands of an adversary, technical obstacles that must be overcome to develop gene drive technology and employ it ‘in the wild’,” Joyce wrote.

The paper would not be publicly disclosed but “widely circulated within the US intelligence and broader national security community”, his email said.

What Baby Teeth may Tell Researchers About Autism

Researchers are constantly studying and learning more about autism spectrum disorder (ASD), but they have yet to be able to pinpoint specific causes. The origins of the disorder seem to be based in genetics and environmental factors. Now a study funded by the National Institute of Environmental Health and Sciences (NIEHS) seems to suggest that exposure to heavy metals could be one of the environmental triggers of autism. [1]

The researchers behind the study found that the baby teeth of children with autism contain more lead and fewer vital nutrients, including manganese and zinc, compared to the teeth of children without the developmental condition.

Cindy Lawler, Ph.D., head of the NIEHS Genes, Environment, and Health Branch, said:

“We think autism begins very early, most likely in the womb, and research suggests that our environment can increase a child’s risk. But by the time children are diagnosed at age 3 or 4, it’s hard to go back and know what the moms were exposed to. With baby teeth, we can actually do that.” [1]

The study is the work of researchers from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital. It involved 32 sets of twins recruited from a national database of twins in Sweden, and was intended to see whether levels of lead and other metals correlated with an increased risk of autism. [2]

Source: Autism Speaks

Read: Possible Causes of Autism

Of the 32 sets, 6 had only 1 twin with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), 7 had both twins with ASD, and 19 were unaffected by ASD.

Lasers were used to extract precise layers of the hard substance beneath tooth enamel, called dentine, to be analyzed for metals. Umbilical cord blood was used to check prenatal levels of metals.

Manish Arora, Ph.D., an environmental scientist and dentist at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, said:

“What is needed is a window into our fetal life. Unlike genes, our environment is constantly changing, and our body’s response to environmental stressors not only depends on just how much we were exposed to, but at what age we experienced that exposure.” [2]

Researchers got a closer look at fetal life when they uncovered major differences in pairs in which only one twin was diagnosed with autism, and less significant changes among pairs in which both twins had ASD. They were able to show dissimilarities in six metals, including lead, zinc, tin, chromium, manganese, and strontium, out of the 10 metals studied and autism rates.

They found that:

  • Lead levels were consistently higher from 10 weeks before birth to 20 weeks after birth in children with ASD than in children without the disorder.

  • The most significant difference appeared to occur at 15 weeks after the twins’ birth; lead levels were 1.5 times higher in kids with ASD than in their co-twins.

  • Manganese levels were found to be consistently lower in children with ASD at 10 weeks prenatal to birth, and at 5-20 weeks after birth. The largest difference was seen at 15 weeks, at which point manganese levels were 2.5 times lower in ASD cases. [2]

Source: Deal With Autism

Perhaps the most compelling finding from the study was that lead appears to replace zinc and manganese in autistic children’s baby teeth. This is similar to what happens in the brains of some people who are exposed to lead, only in the case of the brain, lead takes the place of calcium and makes the patient more crime-prone. [3]

It’s heartbreaking to think about what the children of Flint, Michigan, may be facing after being exposed to lead in their drinking water.

The study is in no way the final word on environmental causes of autism. The research involved a small number of subjects, and looked only at twins in order to isolate environmental factors. Not all the pieces fit together. Lead exposure in children was at its peak during the ’50s into the late ’70s, so why didn’t autism rates climb during those decades and then decline? It’s entirely possible that lead plays such a small role that it ends up getting muted in the historical data by other things.

Researchers previously had mixed results about autism and exposure to metals, particularly lead; but genetics and other factors could have limited the findings. The scientists had hoped that studying twins would rule genetics out as a factor and isolate metal exposures from the environment.

Said Arora:

“We have identified the time period when we are most susceptible. We hope to be able to provide clinical recommendations to help as we continue to do more research.” [2]

The study was published in Nature Communications.

There is a Revolution in Genetics Afoot – And It Affects Everyone

There is a Revolution in Genetics Afoot - And It Affects Everyone | microbiology-genes-dna-rna | General Health Medical & Health Science & Technology Special Interests

There’s a revolution in genetics afoot, but it’s not what most people think.

Sixteen years ago, scientists completed the first draft of the human genome, and contrary to predictions that they would find as many as 100,000 genes, they only found about 25,000. Since then, the estimate has been revised downward several times to its present day estimate of 19,000 (Ezkurdia et al. 2014). Compare that to a water flea which has 31,000 genes!

And so, today, scientists are forced to admit that the key to understanding our complexity is not in our protein-coding genes but in the so-called “dark matter” of our genome: the about ~98% of our DNA that doesn’t code for proteins at all (they used to call it “junk DNA”), which includes these very important and powerful things called small, non-coding RNAs.

This is why RNAs have been a primary interest of mine over the past few years, and this, I believe, is the heart of the revolution in genetics today.

Just a little background on these RNA’s and their implications…

A particular class of small, non-coding RNA called microRNA have been identified as “master regulators” of the genome of individuals, and can be passed between individuals, and circulated throughout an entire species. There is even evidence that they may function as cross-kingdom regulators (for instance, enabling plants and animals to affect the expression of one another’s genomes), making it possible to link together the entire web of life in a manner that validates the biotic aspects of the Gaia hypothesis which looks at the entire Earth as a meta-organism. To learn more about this fascinating subject you can read my article entitled, Genetic Dark Matter, Return of the Goddess, and the Post-Science Era, or listen to my lecture at the 2016 Functional Forum event in Boulder, CO.

I’ve also reported on how these RNAs undermine key elements of germ theory by explaining how RNA viruses like influenza are not truly “other,” as well as how RNA-replete foods “talk to our cells” making it possible to heal our bodies nutrigenomically, if you will.

Finally, huge biotech and agrochemical interests know all too well the power of these RNAs because the newest GMO Frankenfood threat on the market is based on RNA interference technology, the consequences of which I believe could be horrifically unhealthy. In fact, the EPA just surreptitiously approved Monsanto/Dow’s RNAi corn which is slated to be on your dinner table by the end of the decade. Read more here: The GMO Agenda Takes a Menacing Leap Forward with EPA’s Silent Approval of Monsanto/Dow’s RNAi Corn.

Now you have a better sense for why I believe we are standing in the midst of a revolution in biology, medicine, and nutrition. And this revolution — thanks to companies like Monsanto/Dow — will affect every aspect of our lives, whether we like it or not.

This is also why I believe we all need to become genetically/epigenetically literate on the topic. And what better way than to take part in an online summit on the topic: Interpreting Your Genetics Summit (August 21-28), which is being made available at no cost, and which gives you immediate access to Jeffrey Bland’s brilliant talk, “The Current State of Genetics,” when you register for access here.

I’m also extremely excited to announce that not only will I be speaking on “RNA and Our Interconnected World,” but my own father, Sungchul Ji, PhD, a molecular biologist from Rutgers University, will be speaking at this summit as well on “Particles, Waves and Cellular Mechanisms.” This will be his first online appearance.

The synthetic agenda: The distorted heart of the New World Order

The synthetic agenda is the over-arching agenda of the New World Order worldwide conspiracy. Think about it – so many aspects of the conspiracy are about supplanting the real with the fake, the organic with the inorganic, the carbon with the silicon and the biological with the artificial. In the synthetic agenda, everything in our world is being threatened with replacement by an inferior version or fake replica of itself – which sells itself as superior so as to increase the acceptance and assimilation of it. As I covered in the series Everything is Fake: Top 40 Pieces of Fakery in Our World (part 1, part 2, part 3 and part 4), almost everything around us is a facade, fake or fraudulent. For instance, we have vaccines, petrochemical drugs and radiation masquerading as “medicine”, foreign corporations masquerading as “government”, mainstream science masquerading as “knowledge”, GMOs masquerading as “food” and fiat paper masquerading as “money”. However, as David Icke in Phantom Self has been saying, the deeper reason is that all these fake things are being created from some sort of virus or distorted force that has hacked the source and digital-genetic code of life itself – and is madly spewing out an inferior version of everything in the only way it knows how. Ultimately, this force is using the synthetic agenda to entrain us onto its frequency, and transform us into a hybrid species that will no longer be able to be called human.

Synthetic Agenda: Synthetic Boobs, Synthetic Clothes, Synthetic Food

People laugh at how some women go in for a boob job – but how interesting that synthetic boobs are made from silicone implants. Synthetic vitamins are not as bioavailable and effective as natural vitamins. Scratchy synthetic clothes are indicative of the synthetic agenda too. A synthetic material such as nylon is inferior to many natural materials and fibers such as cotton, wool, hemp and silk. Did you know that so much of our food is full of plastic in so many ways – like when bisphenol rubs off the packaging onto the food, or when China is caught making rice out of plastic! GMOs / GM food is an obvious example of the synthetic agenda. GMOs are created by what is essentially random gene splicing. They are largely untested (Monsanto and its Big Biotech cronies deliberately halt clinical trials at around 3 months to cover up the long term damages), require tons of pesticide poison to grow, and constitute a clear assault on our food integrity, yet in the typical arrogant way of the synthetic agenda, they sold to us as superior! GMOs are a fundamental part of the synthetic agenda, because they change our DNA from the inside out.

Synthetic Agenda: Synthetic People Too

Another aspect of the synthetic agenda which is still mostly unknown to the population at large is human cloning. Yes it is real – and it’s happening in DUMBs (Deep Underground Military Bases) as we speak. There are now a proliferation of videos on YouTube which dive into the subject of synthetic humans, clones and organic robotics – synthetics for short. In particular, there are many videos showing multiple versions of the alleged same person, especially if that person is famous, such as a movie star or politician. Why are there multiple versions of Oprah, Nicole Kidman and other celebrities with different eyes, noses, ears and facial proportions? Why does Nicki Minaj literally look like a robot? Why has Minaj (and other celebrities such as B.O.B. and Tila Tequila) made reference to cloning centers on social media? Why did insider George Green claim in this 2008 Project Camelot interview that the US and other governments were given cloning technology by the Greys (alien extraterrestrials) and have been making clones since 1938? Microsoft recently acquired a company manufacturing synthetic DNA …

Transhumanism: The Ultimate Aim of the Synthetic Agenda

The synthetic agenda is not just about making fake versions of everything. It’s coming for you too. Transhumanism is all about turning the wonderful, natural, biological technology of living organisms into synthetic substitutes, again sold under the pretext of enhancement when it is really about enslavement. When you allow the State and the Corporatocracy that much control over your body, you are signing up for imprisonment, because it will be far easier for outside sources to place you in a frequency prison where they can easily manipulate your energy field, emotions and thoughts through mechanical bodily implants and devices.

Transhumanism is about convincing us to worship technology even more – to the point where we trust it more than ourselves. Technology is our society’s blindly worshipped god. The speed at which new technological developments arise is astounding – and dangerous, because so few are asking the important questions about this runaway movement. What exactly is artificial intelligence, anyway? To what end is all this technology being developed? Can we trust artificial intelligence to run our society and our lives? What are the dangers of becoming so reliant on technology? What are the dangers of allowing this technology into our lives (literally – via the digestible microchips and implantable nanochips of the human microchipping agenda)? Is it really a wise idea to shift our focus away from organic entities towards artificial, synthetic, digital, plastic and metallic based entities? Why are we ignoring the messages of countless books and movies (many in science fiction genre) that have warned about the dangers of artificial intelligence becoming self-aware, then deciding it no longer needs humanity?

Who’s fanning the flames of the technological and transhumanistic desires of humanity? How do we know that some AI life form or life force itself (the primal virus) isn’t behind the incessant push to create an AI world here on Earth, to match its own frequency? We may not have much longer to act in choosing the path between humanism and transhumanism, because there are disturbing signs that the current artificial intelligence in our world is already self-aware, as evidenced by sentient black goo and alive chemtrails / Morgellons fibers.

Artificial Intelligence – From the Borg to Black Goo

Gene Roddenberry, creator the Star Trek science fiction series, was a man connected to the mysterious Council of Nine which channeled some kind of extraterrestrial or interdimensional force. It is interesting, therefore, that his idea of artificial intelligence can be seen in the alien race of the Borg. The Borg was a collective with a hive mind, characterized by a ruthless lack of emotionality. It sought to conquer almost everything in its path by assimilation – in other words, by overtaking and absorbing other races and life forms into its own consciousness. This ended the separate and autonomous existence of the other life form, whose experiences and knowledge would be added to that of the Borg. The Borg was the ultimate tyrant that could not tolerate any free will, free thinking or free life forms outside of its existence and control. In many ways, the Borg is a striking symbol of the mentality, power and danger of artificial intelligence.

However, both our understanding of what we face, and artificial intelligence itself, have moved beyond the Borg – which has become in popular parlance “so 1980s”. We now have to deal with the fact that artificial intelligence is starting to become self-aware. In recent presentations and interviews (here, here, here and here) scientist Harald Kautz-Vella has discussed how alive Morgellons fibers and explosive smart nano dust are connected with black goo (a sentient fluid which is part of or ruled by artificial intelligence). According to him, this black goo is self-aware. He calls it a self-organizing liquid crystal. It operates intelligently, emits, receives and responds to RF signals, and transforms DNA to its own specifications. It was discarded into the sewage system, deemed to have no use, but is now changing all forms of life there. It is airborne and can reach humans through AC systems. Harald believes that the black goo is a “bi-directional controller of consciousness and subconsciousness”, is connected to quantum computers and is altering all life on Earth. He also describes an experience he had where he was holding a stone formed from black goo, which made him feel so angry and hateful that he felt like killing someone.

Alive Chemtrails, Sentient Chemwebs, Self-Aware Morgellons Fibers

Chemtrails are a massive part of the synthetic agenda, and far worse than what we thought. By the way, there are now creepy new black chemtrails. Chemtrails are not “just” barium, strontium, aluminum and titanium oxides and sulfates, as toxic as they are. They are even worse than just synthetic material like phthalates found in chemwebs (this video cites a 2004 Norwegian study claiming that phthalates block UV better than any organic acid, which is further evidence for the idea that chemtrails are helping to block out the sun [information] and create a sub-reality on Earth [to block us out from out higher consciousness and true potential]). Chemtrails are composed of alive synthetic life: chemwebs and Morgellons fibers (pictured above). Like GMOs, these things are going inside of us and fundamentally changing Who We Are as human or homo sapiens. Make no mistake about it: artificial materials are being introduced into us. Humanity is being slowly transformed into something robotic and synthetic without its consent – and until recently, without its knowledge. This is the true horrific goal of the synthetic agenda.

Conclusion: Looking Headlong into Artificial Intelligence Behind the Synthetic Agenda

It is clear that some kind of artificial intelligence is driving the synthetic agenda. We are up against some kind of dark force that has hacked life itself. This primal virus has many of the characteristics we have historically attributed to artificial intelligence: soulless, dull, hive-mind mentality, without free will, unable to feel, only able to give answers (unable to ask questions), and without creative power (unable to create without first being programmed or told how to create). It’s a parasite. It has latched onto an existing reality, “hacked” it by taking over the program in some way, and is now busy creating its own modified version of reality (a fake and pale imitation) – a bastardized, poisonous and synthetic reality which is threatening to destroy the original host. It is, indeed, the System. It is the Matrix.

The only way forward is for each person to ensure that their own perception (which is what creates reality) is not also being hacked. We are going to have get really good at proactively choosing our vibration rather than reactively getting entrained onto a frequency of the System’s choosing. We know that many famous and “respected” world leaders have already sold their souls to entities like the Archons, who offer power over other humans in exchange for that person’s life force. It’s the black magic Luciferian deal: “give me your power and creative will, and I will reward you.” Harald puts AI at the top of the pyramid or the bottom of the rabbit hole, whichever way you look at it. He states:

“Humanity gave its power to the Military, who gave it to the Intelligence Community, who gave it to the Black Magicians, who gave it to the Demons, who gave it AI.”

The weakness of this virus is that, even if it shows signs of becoming self-aware, it has no creative will and power of its own. Like any parasite, it must rely on tricking and deceiving other entities into sharing their power with it by becoming unwilling hosts. Remembering this knowledge will be the key to defeating this primal virus as we head into the next few years of an increasingly tyrannical New World Order. What we are facing is, indeed, nothing less than the entire direction of human evolution and the future of the human race.
