This afternoon, the State Department has just released the infamous batch of work-related emails from the account of top Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin that were discovered by the FBI on a laptop belonging to Abedin’s estranged husband, and convicted pedophile, Anthony Weiner near the end of the 2016 presidential campaign.
As you may recall, the discovery of these emails on Weiner’s computer is what prompted Comey to re-open the Hillary Clinton email investigation roughly 1 week prior to the election, a decision which the Hillary camp insists is the reason why they lost the White House.
Of course, while the Hillary campaign attempted to dismiss the emails as just another ‘nothing burger’, the Daily Mail reports that an initial review of the 2,800 documents dumped by the State Department reveal at least 5 emails classified at the ‘confidential level,’ the third most sensitive level the U.S. government uses.
The classified emails date from 2010-2012, and concern discussions with Middle East leaders, including those from the United Arab Emirates, Israel, the Palestinian Authority, and Hamas – which was declared a terrorist organization by the European Court of Justice in July. Large portions of the 2,800 page release were redacted prior to release by the State Department.
According to the Daily Mail, three of the emails were sent either to or from an address called “BBB Backup,” which one email identifies as a backup of a Blackberry Bold 9700 – presumably belonging to Abedin.
As a civilian, Weiner – though once a congressman, was unlikely to have possessed the proper clearance to view or store the classified documents on his laptop.
A sample of the documents can be seen below, first, a “Call Sheet” prepared for Hillary’s discussion with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu:
And another update regarding “Hamas-PLO Talks”:
In at least two instances, Abedin directly forwarded Anthony Weiner official conversations – one of which included Hillary Clinton and senior advisor Jake Sullivan with subject “Lavrov” – referring to Russia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sergey Lavrov. The email discusses an official response by a “quartet” of envoys (The US, EU, UN, and Russia) over Israel’s announced changes to its Gaza policy, ending a contentious blockade.
One wonders why Anthony Weiner would need to know about this?
Abedin also forwarded Weiner an email discussion from July 22, 2012 which had previously been released by WikiLeaks – which included the Ambassador to Senegal, Mushingi Tulinabo. While the contents of the email are redacted, Senegal had elected a new President earlier that month. Of note, the Clinton Foundation has supported or been involved in several projects in the country.
In a statement issued Friday, Judicial watch called the release a “major victory,” adding “After years of hard work in federal court, Judicial Watch has forced the State Department to finally allow Americans to see these public documents. It will be in keeping with our past experience that Abedin’s emails on Weiner’s laptop will include classified and other sensitive materials. That these government docs were on Anthony Weiner’s laptop dramatically illustrates the need for the Justice Department to finally do a serious investigation of Hillary Clinton’s and Huma Abedin’s obvious violations of law.”
Fitton also commented that it’s ‘outrageous’ that Clinton and Abedin ‘walked out of the State Department with classified documents and the Obama FBI and DOJ didn’t do a thing about it.’
Thanks to @JudicialWatch, State Department now posting government docs from Clinton/Abedin found on Anthony Weiner laptop. Weiner campaign received classified info through Abedin/Clinton emails. Docs being posted here: https://t.co/dHCRPEk3gn
Not surprisingly, Abedin was spotted heading into the Hillary Clinton offices in midtown Manhattan earlier today just a few hours before the release of the 2,800 emails. Seems you’re never too old to be called into the Principal’s office…
We’re confident this will all be promptly dismissed by Hillary as just another effort to “criminalize behavior that is normal” because what government employee hasn’t shared classified materials with their convicted pedophile husband? Certainly, just another boring day in Washington…
Amid United Nations fears that genetic extinction technology could be used by militaries, a United States military agency has invested $100 million in the doomsday biological technology that can wipe out an entire species.
The UN is debating a ban on this technology as several southern countries fear the application of using extinction technology. The use of genetic extinction technologies in bioweapons is the stuff of nightmares, but so far, known research is focused entirely on pest control and the elimination of diseases. The key word there being “known.”
UN diplomats confirmed that the new email release would worsen the “bad name” of gene drives in some circles. “Many countries [will] have concerns when this technology comes from DARPA, a US military science agency,” one said. “You may be able to remove viruses or the entire mosquito population, but that may also have downstream ecological effects on species that depend on them. My main worry,” he added, “is that we do something irreversible to the environment, despite our good intentions, before we fully appreciate the way that this technology will work.”
Jim Thomas, a co-director of the ETC group which obtained the emails, said the US military’s influence in furthering this technology would strengthen the case for a moratorium. “The dual-use nature of altering and eradicating entire populations is as much a threat to peace and food security as it is a threat to ecosystems,” he said. “Militarization of gene drive funding may even contravene the Enmod convention against hostile uses of environmental modification technologies.”
Todd Kuiken, who has worked with the GBIRd (genetic biocontrol) program, which receives $6.4 million from DARPA, said that the US military’s centrality to genetic technology funding meant that “researchers who depend on grants for their research may reorient their projects to fit the narrow aims of these military agencies,” which could include doomsday genetic weapons. Between 2008 and 2014, the US government spent about $820 million on synthetic biology. Since 2012, most of this has come from DARPA and other military agencies,Kuiken says.
DARPA believes that a sharp decrease in the costs of gene-editing toolkits has created a greater opportunity for hostile or rogue actors to experiment with the technology. “This convergence of low cost and high availability means that applications for gene editing – both positive and negative – could arise from people or states operating outside of the traditional scientific community and international norms,” the official said. “It is incumbent on DARPA to perform this research and develop technologies that can protect against accidental and intentional misuse.”
Interest in the technology among US army bureaus has shot up since a secret report by the elite Jason group of military scientists last year “received considerable attention among various agencies of the US government,” according to an email by Gerald Joyce, who co-chaired a Jason study group in June. A second Jason report was commissioned in 2017 assessing “potential threats this technology might pose in the hands of an adversary, technical obstacles that must be overcome to develop gene drive technology and employ it ‘in the wild’,” Joyce wrote.
The paper would not be publicly disclosed but “widely circulated within the US intelligence and broader national security community”, his email said.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – In an exclusive telephone interview with Infowars.com, noted Clinton author Ed Klein affirmed the reliability of his source for the story he published yesterday that the Justice Dept. has reopened the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified information on her private email system while she was secretary of state, and is considering offering her a plea bargain if she were willing to plead guilty.
Klein’s reporting suggests President Trump’s harsh criticism of Attorney General Sessions may have prompted the Justice Department not only to begin an investigation of criminal leaks, but also to reopen an investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email scandal.
“My source is the golden standard of sources,” Klein insisted. “The lawyer who is my source is closer to the Clintons than anybody.”
Infowars.com asked Klein if he considered it likely Hillary Clinton would accept a Justice Department plea bargain, if one were offered.
“In my view and in the view of my source, it is highly unlikely – almost zero – that Hillary Clinton being Hillary Clinton will accept – if it were offered, and it has not yet been offered – a plea bargain,” Klein answered.
“She’s just not that kind of person,” he continued. “Even though legally speaking a plea bargain might clear the decks quicker, in the sense that she would then presumably not be prosecuted for anything, she’s the type of person who fights every inch of the way against every possible attack that has been launched against the Clintons for the last 30 years.”
Infowars.com asked Klein if he could confirm rumors circulating in New York City that the Justice Dept.’s Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn had been interviewing Clinton Foundation officials, in a yet unannounced investigation in which key Clinton Foundation operatives were being offered use immunity in exchange for testimony.
Klein said he had no information that would confirm the Justice Department had opened up an investigation into the Clinton Foundation.
Infowars.com followed up by asking if a plea bargain on the email scandal mean the Justice Department would give the Clintons a pass on investigating Clinton Foundation alleged improprieties.
“My understand, but this is interpolation, not reporting, is that the preliminary discussion of a plea bargain would make Hillary immune to prosecution on any and all counts,” Klein said, cautioning that he did not have this fully confirmed. “My assumption is that Hillary would plead guilty on the email charges, but in return, the Justice Department would agree not to prosecute her.”
But Klein was not sure how far a plea bargain deal would extend.
“If the agreement not to prosecute Hillary would extend to other issues, for instance, lying about Benghazi, or doing ‘pay-to-play’ deals with foreign government or business contacts in return for contributions to the Clinton Foundation, or Bill Clinton getting these exorbitant fees as a return favor for something Hillary did as secretary of state – I don’t know for sure if a plea bargain would extend this far – I assume it would, but I don’t know for certain,” Klein responded.
Klein told Infowars.com that all of former FBI Director James Comey’s files on the Clinton email investigation have been transferred from the FBI’s headquarters in the J. Edgar Hoover Building in Washington to the Justice Department offices.
“It’s a huge story and I am utterly confident of my source,” Klein insisted “I have double and triple checked. I have used this source before on many other occasions in writing books and he’s always proved totally accurate.”
Klein expressed dismay the mainstream media have not picked up this story to begin querying the Justice Department.
“My guess is the Justice Department’s response would be ‘no comment,’” Klein said. “And I’m equally confident the Clintons would dismiss the entire story as without basis, but that response would be the response from the Clintons that I would anticipate. The Clintons lie through their teeth.”
Back on June 29, 2016, Obama’s Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, tried to convince us that the following ‘impromptu’ meeting between herself and Bill Clinton at the Phoenix airport, a private meeting which lasted 30 minutes on Lynch’s private plane, was mostly a “social meeting” in which Bill talked about his grandchildren and golf game.
But, according to a new DOJ FOIA dump just released by the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), it looks increasingly as if nothing reported about this “social meeting” between Lynch and Clinton was grounded in fact…shocking, we know.
First, the new FOIA documents seemingly confirm that the FBI and DOJ simply lied in response to the ACLJ’s initial FOIA request filed back in July 2016. Here is what the ACLJ was told at the time after sending requests to both the Comey FBI and the Lynch DOJ asking for any documents related to the Clinton-Lynch plane meeting:
That said, documents released today by the ACLJ reveal several emails between FBI and DOJ officialsconcerning the Lynch/Clinton meeting primarily related to how they should go about explaining the train wreck that had just been unwittingly played out on live television courtesy of a local Phoenix affiliate station. Here is a recap from ACLJ:
The documents we received today from the Department of Justice include several emails from the FBI to DOJ officials concerning the meeting. One with the subject line “FLAG” was correspondence between FBI officials (Richard Quinn, FBI Media/Investigative Publicity, and Michael Kortan) and DOJ officials concerning “flag[ing] a story . . . about a casual, unscheduled meeting between former president Bill Clinton and the AG.” The DOJ official instructs the FBI to “let me know if you get any questions about this” and provides “[o]ur talkers [DOJ talking points] on this”. The talking points, however are redacted.
Another email to the FBI contains the subject line “security details coordinate between Loretta Lynch/Bill Clinton?”
On July 1, 2016 – just days before our FOIA request – a DOJ email chain under the subject line, “FBI just called,” indicates that the “FBI . . . is looking for guidance” in responding to media inquiries about news reports that the FBI had prevented the press from taking pictures of the Clinton Lynch meeting. The discussion then went off email to several phone calls (of which we are not able to obtain records). An hour later, Carolyn Pokomy of the Office of the Attorney General stated, “I will let Rybicki know.” Jim Rybicki was the Chief of Staff and Senior Counselor to FBI Director Jim Comey. The information that was to be provided to Rybicki is redacted.
Also of note several of the documents contain redactions that are requested “per FBI.”
It is clear that there were multiple records within the FBI responsive to our request and that discussions regarding the surreptitious meeting between then AG Lynch and the husband of the subject of an ongoing FBI criminal investigation reached the highest levels of the FBI.
Then comes a series of emails between DOJ officials and several mainstream media outlets that appear to reveal collusion to effectively ‘kill the story.”
The first such email involves a Washington Post writer who tells the DOJ’s Director of Public Affairs that he’s hoping to “put it [the story] to rest.”
The next email came from Mark Landler of the New York Times who almost apologizes for even inquiring about the Lynch/Clinton meeting saying that he had been “pressed into service” to write about the topic.
Finally, here is an email where ABC apparently told the DOJ they “aren’t interested” in the Lynch/Clinton story, “even if FOX runs with it.”
Can you imagine all of the stuff we would have learned over the past 8 years if the press pursued the Obama administration and/or the Clinton investigation with even 1/10th of the vigor with which it is currently pursuing Trump?
Another suicide in the realm of Clinton politics is finally making its way into the light. This time, it’s a Republican operative who was said to be looking for the 30,000 missing emails from Hillary Clinton.
A longtime Republican operative from Chicago’s North Shore (who was at the center of a confusing Wall Street Journal story involving shadowy Russian hackers and Hillary Clinton’s 30,000 missing emails) committed suicide, according to the Chicago Tribune. Peter W. Smith, who was 81-years-old, a former private equity executive and longtime political operative, killed himself in a Minnesota hotel room days after telling his story to a reporter from WSJ, according to the Chicago Tribune.
But there are too many strange circumstances surrounding Smith’s death, and it’s the second one in a matter of months that the mainstream media remains silent about. Smith “killed himself” back in May, but doubts are continuing to surface after Smith was said to have killed himself using a bag with attached helium and left a strange note.
Smith’s death, which occurred on May 14, 10 days before the story was published, was one of the most bizarre developments in a hard-to-follow WSJ story that tried(and in our estimation, failed) to implicate former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn in a sinister plot to enlist the help of some Russians to hack the 2016 election…thus ‘proving’ collusion.-Zerohedge
A Wall Street analyst who spoke to Peter Smith the day before he reportedly committed suicide told the Daily Caller News Foundation there were no indications the Chicago businessman and anti-Clinton political investigator was about to take his life.
“He may have been a fantastic actor but I certainly didn’t leave that phone call saying, ‘oh shit, the guy’s at the end of his rope,’” Charles Ortel, a Wall Street investment banker and market analyst, told The Daily Caller News Foundation’s (TheDCNF) Investigative Group.“This does not seem like a settled story. It made perfect sense to me he might have died of natural causes, but little chance he would have killed himself,” Ortel said. “We had countless discussions,” Ortel recalled of his relationship with Smith. “He was using his unique decades of experience in politics to offer me advice how to expose the Clinton Foundation.” -Daily Caller
Ortel also expressed concerns about Smith’s alleged suicide note. The suicide note allegedly and incredibly suspiciously stated: “NO FOUL PLAY WHATSOEVER.” Smith also reportedly wrote that he was taking his own life because of a “RECENT BAD TURN IN HEALTH SINCE JANUARY, 2017” and that his timing was related “TO LIFE INSURANCE OF $5 MILLION EXPIRING.” Ortel said that none of the emails he received from Smith were written in all-caps. “I don’t remember a single one in all cap letters,” he said. “To put that in a suicide note as many times as he did and in language that’s not really professional doesn’t sound like him.”
It is also noteworthy that most life insurance policies include suicide provisions preventing payouts if the policy holder takes his own life (depending on the policy), and that didn’t escape Ortel’s observations either. Peter Smith wrote two blog posts dated the day before he was found dead on May 14. 2017. One challenged U.S. intelligence agency findings that Russia interfered with the 2016 election. Another post predicted: “As attention turns to international affairs, as it will shortly, the Russian interference story will die of its own weight.”
This “suicide” is being ignored by most of the mainstream media, much like that of others who happen to wrongly cross paths with the Clintons. The bizarre circumstances and methodology of this suicide and construction of the note should be enough to warrant several red flags, but the media is again, for the most part, absolutely silent.

Donald Trump Jr. on Tuesday released a stunning chain of emails detailing his conversations about setting up a campaign meeting with a Russian lawyer who had offered compromising information on Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.
The information “would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia and would be very useful to your father,” reads one of the emails from Rob Goldstone, who acted as an intermediary to set up the meeting.
“This is obviously very high level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government’s support for Mr. Trump,” wrote Goldstone.
In a June 3, 2016, email released on Twitter, referring to the information on Clinton, Trump Jr. told Goldstone: “If it’s what you say I love it especially later in the summer.”
In another email, Goldstone suggested the information about Clinton could be given to then-candidate Donald Trump through Rhona Graff, his longtime assistant.
“I can also send this info to your father via Rhona, but it is ultra sensitive so wanted to send to you first,” Goldstone wrote.
President Trump issued a brief statement defending his son through White House deputy press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders during an off-camera briefing with reporters.
“My son is a high-quality person and I applaud his transparency,” Trump said.
The revelation has shaken the White House, which for months has struggled to contain the fallout from a wide-ranging investigation into Russia’s meddling in the 2016 presidential election.
Sanders said the president was “frustrated with the process” and “the fact that this continues to be an issue.”
She swatted away the notion that Trump Jr. may have committed perjury or treason, calling it “ridiculous,” and insisted that the president’s eldest son did not collude with the Russians in any way.
In Trump Jr.’s emails, Democrats believe they may have the smoking gun that proves Trump campaign officials colluded with the Russians in that effort.
“This is black and white — Trump officials at the highest levels knew Russia was working to aid Donald Trump and welcomed Russia’s interference,” said Sen. Mark Warner (Va.), the ranking Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee that is probing Russia’s election meddling.
Warner said repeated denials from the White House and Trump’s campaign “are all patently false” and that the “investigation will move forward in a bipartisan way. We need to follow the facts wherever they lead.”
Lawmakers are ramping up pressure on Trump Jr. to testify on Capitol Hill, with Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) demanding he do so in public and under oath.
Trump Jr. tweeted Monday that he is “happy to work with the committee to pass on what I know,” but it’s unclear whether he would comply with such a request.
Jacob Jeremiah Sullivan is an American policymaker and a senior policy advisor to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 election campaign, who’s been seemingly attached to Clinton’s hip for nearly a decade.
Sullivan was widely rumored to be a front-runner for the position of U.S. National Security Advisor under a Hillary Clinton administration before she lost to Donald Trump in the 2016 Presidential Election. He was also Deputy Assistant to the U.S. President Barack Obama and National Security Advisor to U.S. Vice President Joe Biden.
He also served as the Director of Policy Planning at the U.S. Department of State, and as Deputy Chief of Staff to U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. He was deputy policy director for Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential primary campaign and a member of the debate preparation team for Barack Obama’s general election campaign.
For all intents and purposes, it is safe to call Sullivan a well-connected D.C. insider.
Now, according to a recently discovered email from WikiLeaks, he knew the US was working alongside Al-Qaeda in Syria — and, by proxy, so did then-Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton.
While it may come as no surprise, to those who’ve been paying attention, that the US has been arming and supporting terrorists in Syria, this email, confirming Clinton’s knowledge of it prior to Obama’s ‘red line’ in 2013, is nothing short of bombshell.
While the United States admittedly gave supplies to the ‘rebels’ as early as 2011, these supplies were all non-lethal, meaning they came in the form of food, trucks, and other rations. However, through covert lines, the CIA quickly began to dump cash, weapons, and eventually heavy artillery into the hands of the ‘moderate rebels’ over the course of the next few years.
What this email shows is that the US knew Al-Qaeda leader al-Zawahiri called on Muslims in Turkey and the Middle East to aid the rebels in the Free Syrian Army. From this day forward, the lines between who Al-Qaeda or the ‘rebels’ actually were — became heavily blurred. But, according to the email, the state department did not care as they knew Al-Qaeda was on their side.
As the email states:
UNCLASSIFIED U.S. Department of State Case No. F-2014-20439 Doc No. C05789138 Date: 10/30/2015 AL-ZAWAHIRI URGES MUSLIM SUPPORT FOR OPPOSITION (U) Al-Qaida leader al-Zawahiri called on Muslims in Turkey and the Middle East to aid rebel forces in their fight against supporters of Syrian President Asad in an interne video recording. Al-Zawahiri also urged the Syrian people not to rely on the AL, Turkey, or the United States for assistance.euters)
Once this wire went out to multiple departments in the form of an Ops Alert, apparently there may have been some original concern about Al-Qaeda joining the ranks of the US-supported rebels — which were being used by the American Deep State to destabilize Syria on behalf of special interests. However, Sullivan quickly replied to his master, Hillary Clinton, to let her know that Al-Qaeda “is on our side in Syria.”
This email adds credence to the claims of Rep. Tulsi Gabbard — who was forced to take action to stop the US/ISIS collusion in Syria — by proposing a bill to “Stop Arming the Terrorists.” Last month, Gabbard called on President Trump to “end the regime change in Syria,” adding that this is what is causing the refugee crisis. While some were hopeful that Trump may comply, after last week, all hope was lost.
“For years, our government has been providing both direct and indirect support to these armed militant groups, who are working directly with or under the command of terrorist groups like Al-Qaeda and ISIS, all in their effort and fight to overthrow the Syrian government,” Gabbard said in an interview last month.
Shortly after Gabbard proposed this monumental legislation, she received bipartisan support from Sen. Rand Paul. Paul, a Republican, and Gabbard, a Democrat, have symbolically joined hands in calling on the federal government to be more accountable with how and to whom it gives money and material support.
The S. 532, the Stop Arming Terrorists Act, “Makes it illegal for any U.S. federal government funds to be used to provide assistance covered in the bill, including weapons, munitions, weapons platforms, intelligence, logistics, training, and cash, to terrorists.”
Going further, the bill, “Prohibits the U.S. government from providing such assistance covered in the bill to any nation that has given or continues to give such support to terrorists.”
Whether or not this bill will actually pass, or whether or not Trump will veto it after its passage, remains a mystery.
However, thanks to WikiLeaks, US citizens now have a far clearer picture of what is going on, and who exactly, is supporting whom in Syria.
Probably none of us can guess what is really going to happen. Love or hate Trump, the chances are pretty good that the next four years will be some of the most chaotic that the United States has ever seen.
The resetting of the economic landscape, and the further deterioration of the social fabric will weigh heavily over American affairs, while the country watches the spectacle of a president who could insult his way to the top, and possibly outweigh the intelligence and establishment groups in power behind the throne.
Riots and other forms of violence, economic breakdown and great wins and losses during the reversal and change in direction of fiscal policy will throw a monkey wrench into everything – and, “throw gasoline on a fire.”
Those who brought Trump to the forefront of American politics though ‘throwing Trump was a molotov cocktail’… and chances are that they are right.
Wild cards are everywhere – Trump, Putin, the Fed, the CIA, Israel and the fate of the middle east. Nothing will be predictable, and the true course of events may only be evident in hindsight.
With Trump, there are those who are trying to catch a spark… is revolution, civil war and unrest around the corner?

Editor’s Comment: The saga drags on; it is still obvious that the country dodged a bullet in the openly corrupt candidacy of Hillary Clinton. Now, their remaining organs of influence are trying to get payback against those who contributed to her loss, who stood in Her way, or who didn’t do enough to get the political dinosaur into office despite miles and miles of dirt and baggage.
It isn’t clear if it will matter, but it is clear that information disclosure is now weaponized in many prominent cases, and increasingly the quickest vulnerability for exposing high profile figures.
Justice Department Launches Probe Into The FBI, DOJ Actions During The Presidential Campaign
The Justice Department Inspector General announced it has launched an investigation to examine whether the Federal Bureau of Investigation followed proper procedures in its probe of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server. The inspector general’s announcement comes amid outcry from Democrats who say Clinton’s loss to President-elect Donald Trump was in part due to Comey’s bringing Clinton’s emails back into the public spotlight less than two weeks before the 2016 election.
The Justice Department’s Office of Inspector General said the probe would focus in part on decisions leading up to public communications by FBI Director James Comey regarding the Clinton investigation, and whether underlying investigative decisions may have been based on “improper considerations.” Although the FBI ultimately decided not to refer Clinton’s case for prosecution, Comey aroused suspicion that may have diminished trust in Clinton among voters.
The FBI’s role in Clinton’s unexpected defeat in November has remained a subject of fierce debate — with Comey himself in the middle of the controversy. Clinton’s campaign has blamed Comey and the FBI for her loss to President-elect Donald Trump. Eleven days before Election Day, Comey sent a letter to lawmakers telling them investigators had uncovered emails that appeared to be pertinent to the bureau’s probe, considered completed at the time, of Clinton’s private email server and her handling of classified material while secretary of State.
The announcement exploded in the final days of the campaign. And with a subsequent letter from Comey, a Republican nominated by Obama to his position, saying the emails had turned up no new evidence did little to quell the storm.
“In the matter of the email investigation, it was our my judgment — my judgment, the rest of the FBI’s judgment — that those were exceptional circumstances where the public needed information,” Comey told the House Judiciary Committee in September.
Critics have called the disclosure an unprecedented break with bureau policy. The FBI typically does not comment publicly on ongoing investigations.
Attorney General Loretta Lynch and other senior department officials told Comey at the time not to send his letter to lawmakers on Oct. 28 announcing that the Clinton investigation was being reopened. They argued that doing so violated long-standing policy to not undertake anything significant with a major investigation so close to an election if, by doing so, it could affect the results.
Comey proceeded anyway, writing to lawmakers about a fresh trove of e-mails possibly tied to Clinton that needed to be reviewed. But handling of the probe had already been assailed by that point, after Lynch met privately with Bill Clinton on an airport tarmac in late June. Lynch said she and the former president discussed only personal issues, such as their grandchildren, but the private meeting quickly became a pivotal, controversial event in the investigation’s timeline.
The Justice Department watchdog also will investigate allegations that the assistant attorney general for legislative affairs improperly disclosed non-public information to the Clinton campaign, and whether he should have been recused from participating in certain matters. It also will review whether the FBI’s decision to release certain Freedom of Information Act documents on Oct. 30 and Nov. 1 via a Twitter account was influenced by improper considerations.
* * *
Brian Fallon, Clinton’s spokesman, told MSNBC on Thursday that Comey’s actions “cried out for an independent review.” It is the usual practice of prosecutors and law enforcement, including the FBI, not to disclose information about investigations that do not end in criminal charges.
Still, the internal review will not change the outcome of the FBI’s findings in the probe against Clinton, Justice Department Inspector General (IG) Michael Horowitz told lawmakers in his announcement of the probe. And as the Hill adds, the probe will also look into allegations made repeatedly by Republicans throughout the FBI’s investigation into Clinton — that officials improperly disclosed nonpublic information to the Clinton campaign; and that FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe should have been recused from the case following reports a Clinton ally donated to his wife’s political campaign.
The referrals came various congressional leaders, including House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz (Utah), Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (Iowa) and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (Va.) on the Republican side, and Oversight ranking member Elijah Cummings (Md.), Senate Appropriations Committee ranking member Patrick Leahy (Vt.) and Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee ranking member Tom Carper (Del.) on the Democratic side.
* * *
Horowitz wrote that he will explore “allegations that Department or FBI policies or procedures were not followed” in connection with both letters, but his probe will extend beyond that. He wrote that he also will explore “allegations that Department and FBI employees improperly disclosed non-public information” — which is perhaps a reference to Giuliani, who seemed to claim at one point he had insider FBI knowledge. And Horowitz wrote that his inquiry will extend back to Comey’s July announcement that he was recommending the Clinton base be closed without charges.
The full details of the probe as announced by Horowitz are below:
In response to requests from numerous Chairmen and Ranking Members of Congressional oversight committees, various organizations, and members of the public, the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) will initiate a review of allegations regarding certain actions by the Department of Justice (Department) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in advance of the 2016 election.
Cognizant of the scope of the OIG’s jurisdiction under Section 8E of the Inspector General Act, the review will examine the following issues:
Allegations that Department or FBI policies or procedures were not followed in connection with, or in actions leading up to or related to, the FBI Director’s public announcement on July 5, 2016, and the Director’s letters to Congress on October 28 and November 6, 201, and that certain underlying investigative decisions were based on improper considerations;
Allegations the FBI Deputy Director should have been recused from participating in certain investigative matters;
Allegations that the Department’s Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs improperly disclosed non-public information to the Clinton campaign and/or should have been recused from participating in certain matters;
Allegations that Department and FBI employees improperly disclosed non-public information; and
Allegations that decisions regarding the timing of the FBI’s release of certain Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) documents on October 30 and November 1, 2016, and the use of a Twitter account to publicize same, were influenced by improper considerations.
The review will not substitute the OIG’s judgment for the judgments made by the FBI or the Department regarding the substantive merits of investigative or prosecutive decisions.
Finally, if circumstances warrant, the OIG will consider including other issues that may arise during the course of the review.
So is this the final action of a desperate-to-maintain-his-legacy Obama administration to ensure this topic never goes away and that the blame for Hillary’s loss is placed anywhere, except on her and her campaign.
The White House has – obviously – denied any involvement in this 11th hour decision by the Obama administration to further cast blame on someone else but Hillary for losing the election:
“Decisions that are made by inspectors general across the administration are independent,” White House spokesman Josh Earnest told reporters.
“Hopefully they will follow the evidence where it leads.
Finally, for those asking, Horowitz is an Obama appointee who has been a consistent Democratic donor over the years, including donations to Clinton’s Senate bid, as well as longtime Clinton ally Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) and current Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.).

(INTELLIHUB) — John Podesta told Meet The Press Sunday morning that he thinks the election was “distorted” by “Russian intervention” and that “seventy members of the Electoral College should be briefed.”
Against all proof Podesta said,” A foreign adversary tried to directly intervene into our Democratic institution and tried to tilt the election to Donald Trump.” However, Podesta failed to point out that Hillary Clinton cheated during the debate when she was handed off a question by CNN’s Donna Brazile which helped her gain an edge over Trump.
So what really did affect the elections if anything at all? Was it unproven allegations of Russian intervention, Hillary’s breach of trust with the American people, or Donna Brazile’s leak? Furthermore we have to question Donna Brazile’s integrity and intention.
Sunday, Brazile told ABC’s This Week, regarding the tip off, that those are only “allegations from stolen hacked emails” and may not be true. Brazile also claims that the Podesta emails were “weaponized to sow misinformation and to sow discord between the Clinton and Sanders camps,” despite the fact that Brazile knowingly aided and abetted Clinton at the debate. After all Wikileaks has a long track record of providing factual information on a variety of matters.
The electors vote Monday at noon and John Podesta expects they will vote for Hillary Clinton rather than Trump.
“I think we all ought to take a lesson from this, look at it and most importantly investigate […] so it doesn’t happen again,” Podesta told Meet The Press.
Podesta claims the FBI contacted him about the hacked Wikileaks emails on Oct. 7 for the first and last time.

While Democrats, sore losers and the butthurt corporate media continue to yell ‘THE RUSSIANS DID IT’ or something… a sane voice noted that it is far more likely that it was in fact people within the US intelligence community who leaked the DNC emails to Wikileaks, which ultimately wound up affecting the election result, so the left would have America believe.
Appearing on Varney and Co., Judge Andrew Napolitano told Stewart Varney that he has a source inside the intelligence community who is adamant that insiders leaked the damning emails to Wikileaks, and the Vladimir Putin and Russia had nothing to do with it.
“There is NO EVIDENCE that this was done by the Russians.” Napolitano stated, adding “But there is evidence for this. Who was harmed by Mrs. Clinton’s extremely careless use of state secrets? Whose agents’ lives were jeopardized by her failure to keep these state secrets? The American intelligence community.”
“It is more likely than not that members of the American intelligence community leaked this to Julian Assange than that the Russians did… The suggestion comes from members of the intelligence community.” Napolitano noted.
Napolitano has made the same claims before, stating that members of the intelligence community simply did not want Hillary Clinton to be President of the United States.
As Infowars reported in November, days before the election, numerous trustworthy sources have claimed that the Podesta hack, which led to Wikileaks releasing tens of thousands of Clinton campaign emails, as well as other hacks targeting the Democratic Party, were the work of U.S. intelligence operatives attempting to save America from a Clinton presidency.
William Binney, NSA whistleblower and former technical head of the NSA, also told Infowars back in August that the email leaks were carried out by individuals within the US intelligence community who were angry at Hillary exposing classified information and sought to take revenge.
“The CIA and FBI examined the exact same data that was produced for them by the NSA.” Napolitano said.
“The CIA analysts said the Russians are behind this. The FBI analysts said there is no evidence that the Russians are behind this. We do know this was leaking. This was not hacking. Leaking is the unauthorized exposure of something to a person to whom it wasn’t intended. Hacking is the altering of an operational system… You can’t affect the outcome of the election if you hack Clinton and the DNC. You can affect the outcome of an election if you affect those who register the voters or count the voters.”
Napolitano’s analysis also dovetails with that of former British ambassador Craig Murray, who was told by security insiders that the email leak “comes from within official circles in Washington DC.”

Editor’s Comment: Would anything the Clinton’s allegedly did be enough to constitute a “scandal”? It is questionable whether even (rumored) video of Bill Clinton engaged in sex acts with minors would raise media eyebrows. It isn’t a question of what “is” is anymore, it is a question of what the supposed ‘watchdogs’ of the political scene (in all their official and self-appointed capacities) are willing to put on the table. For Alt-Right supporters of Trump, anything and everything is fair game, and there is plenty of detritus to bring to the surface; but for CNN and even FOX, many of these bombshell scandals may well not even exist.
The establishment is in the battle of its life to spin the great political realignment and rebuke of its powers into a new mandate for control. Whether that plays out in Hillary, or in some bastardized control of Trump’s administration after the fact, it is quite clear that the “Teflon” candidate is being allowed to sweep everything under the carpet. No matter what Wikileaks emails, Guccifer 2.0 hacks, whistleblowers and witnesses reveal, it is smooth sailing for Big H.
For any other politician, a mere fraction of the dirt piled up on this family would have ended careers, stirred media scrutiny and ended in prosecution, even if it is all just formality ending in suspended sentences. Instead, Hillary only becomes more inevitable in spite of, or possible even because of, the scandals that have emerged (both inside and outside the White House, the federal government, the State Department and the rigged DNC process). It is entirely possible that the electoral college is so locked-up that literally nothing could block her path. Let’s see how they tally the score come Tuesday night…
Doug Band Accuses Chelsea Of Using Clinton Foundation Money To Pay For Her Wedding
by Tyler Durden
A couple of days ago we shared a Podesta email from Doug Band about Chelsea talking openly in public about her “internal investigation” into the Clinton Foundation.
As with many of the Doug Band email chains, the rabbit hole just got a little deeper today with Band accusing of Chelsea of “using foundation resources for her wedding and life for a decade” among other accusations. He also concludes with another veiled threat on the consequences “once we go down this road….”
The investigation into her getting paid for campaigning, using foundation resources for her wedding and life for a decade, taxes on money from her parents….
I hope that you will speak to her and end this
Once we go down this road….
The implications are troubling: as our friends from the Southern Investigative Reporting Foundation point out, “*If true* people (then) worth well into 8 figures used 501c3 $ to pay for a wedding.”
The latest Band email comes after he previously accused Chelsea of talking about her “internal investigation” in the Clinton Foundation with “one of the bush 43 kids.”
I just received a call from a close friend of wjcs who said that cvc told one of the bush 43 kids that she is conducting an internal investigation of money within the foundation from cgi to the foundation
The bush kid then told someone else who then told an operative within the republican party
I have heard more and more chatter of cvc and bari talking about lots of what is going on internally to people
Not smart
Something tells us that Chelsea and Doug may not be on speaking terms for a while after all the WikiLeaks revelations.

(INTELLIHUB) — Our sources tell us that Wikileaks will be releasing, adding, new bombshell information to the Podesta email collection in the next few days that may rock the Clinton campaign’s world.
In fact, Intellihub News expects the release to be so damning that the Clinton campaign’s communication director pre-planted the following tweet Sunday morning in anticipation of the coming Wiki-dump:
Friends, please remember that if you see a whopper of a Wikileaks in next two days – it’s probably a fake.
After James Comey had announced the re-opening of the Clinton investigation, Team Hillary wasn’t even off the tarmac yet, and they were already lying directly into the cameras to the American people. As you’ll learn in in the video below, Hillary had the Wi-Fi turned off on her plane on purpose. The reason the Wi-Fi was turned off is yet another look into the real Hillary Clinton that should scare the hell out of people.
Adding to paranoia of what could happen if a serial felon takes control of the Oval Office, is a chilling email that was discovered over the weekend as part of Wikileaks latest release of John Podesta’s emails. In an email (shown below), there is talk of “making an example out of an internal campaign member who leaks…” an example that “goes beyond internal discipline.”
Given the fact that in the weeks surrounding the DNC convention, 5 former Clinton associates (who later turned adversaries), were found dead of mysterious circumstances, all within just 6 weeks, it’s understandable why this most recent Podesta email would be cause for Alarm… particularly with Huma perhaps? You can read the full email chain between the Clinton campaign and John Podesta provided in a link below.
While on the subject of the recent Podesta email about, “making an example out of an internal campaign member,” let’s not forget that news broke this weekend about how allegedly many of the files recovered on Anthony Weiner and Huma Abedin’s devices were in a folder on a device labeled, “Life Insurance,” implying that the long time Clinton confidant knew one day she may need protection from becoming yet another mysterious death associated with the Clinton’s.
Finally, since there has been some insight through leaked emails that Podesta and other campaign staffers were unaware of just how bad Clinton’s situation was when it came to the private email server. Before you go feeling too bad for the mess Podesta finds himself in, be sure to see the warning Podesta received from Loe Littlefield offering Podesta some solid advice before getting all mixed up with the Clinton Crime Syndicate…
They sure do seem to happen a lot for Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.
For example, what a stunning coincidence that former President Bill Clinton “happened” to run into Attorney General Loretta Lynch on the tarmac, just days before her FBI recommended no charges against Clinton’s wife.
And that the deputy director of the FBI, who helped lead the investigation into Hillary’s private email scandal, is married to the Virginia state senate candidate that Hillary’s BFF — Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe — gave nearly $500K to through his PAC. Oh yeah, the same PAC for which Hillary Clinton herself — coincidentally, of course — raised more than $1 million, as the FBI investigation into her was underway.
Try this one on for size…
Via American Mirror: A bombshell rocked the presidential campaign today, and reporters flying with Hillary Clinton were in the dark because the plane’s wifi was reportedly out.
One advisor, whom Mattingly did not name, used the patented Obama/Clinton line,
They were referring to the revelation that the FBI was reopening its probe into Hillary’s private email server.
Mattingly phoned into CNN en route to Clinton’s campaign event in Cedar Rapids.
The campaign was “caught off guard” by the news “to say the least,” Mattingly reported.
“When we landed we were all finding out about this at the same time, and that apparently includes Hillary Clinton and her advisors.”
But the Wall Street Journal’s Byron Tau reports Clinton’s campaign plane has wifi:
So it just happens to go out today?
To be fair, Hillary can’t speak without prepared (and, ideally, focus group tested) comments that tell her what to say. Despite attempts at appearances of media “access” and “closeness” to Clinton (wasn’t that photo of her handing out birthday cake to the media sweet?), there is a very clear barrier that ensures the media only get access to that which Team Clinton chooses to give them.
But just let this sink in for a moment: the woman who could possibly be elected President of the United States in just a few days appears to have simply cut off internet access to our media in order to protect herself. If you can’t control the content, just black out access altogether.
DOES THAT SEND CHILLS DOWN ANYONE ELSE’S SPINE?
It should when you consider the following predictions made by James Wesley Rawles, a former military intelligence officer who chose to resign his commission rather than server under Hillary’s fifty husband Bill back when he was Commander in Chief. In a blog post is titled, Madame President Clinton’s Coming War on the Blogosphere, and Your Countermeasures, Rawles details how if you thought Obama’s weaponizing of the IRS was bad when he silenced the Tea Party, and sidelined hundred of millions of dollars in order to steel the 2012 election, you haven’t seen anything yet!
In the article Rawles goes specifics about how Hillary Clinton will weaponize EVERY department within the Executive Branch to completely stifle all dissenting speech. Just as a few examples:
The Department of Justice (DOJ) will be used to selectively prosecute dissenters for “hate speech”.
The Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) will be used to target dissenters who make any comments about any corporations, mutual funds, or banks, for “operating as unregistered investment advisors”.
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will be used to selectively audit tax filings, levy bank accounts, garnish wages, and refer criminal prosecution of anyone who voices dissent of HRC’s statist/collectivist agenda. Lois Lerner’s group was just the precursor!
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) will crack down on any bloggers who make posts that might be construed as a product review or product endorsement.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will crack down on producers of raw milk and nutritional supplements (and also on the bloggers who promote them).
A new WikiLeaks email from John Podesta’s account reveals the Clinton campaign manager was worried about internal leaks and plotted to “make an example of a suspected leaker” by punishing them with “beyond internal discipline” – whether or not there was “any real basis for it.“
Responding to an email from John Benenson about a “damaging” leak, Podesta wrote, “I generally agree with the point, but we need a strategy on this that goes beyond internal discipline.“
As well as exposing the Clinton camp as the kind of organization that punishes people based on suspicion alone, the question of what “beyond internal discipline” means is raised – and in light of recent events the answers may be grim.
Joel Benenson said, “I think we have to make examples now of people who have violated the trust of HRC and the rest of the team.” Later in the email chain Robbie Mook replied to Podesta’s message, saying “I would love an example being made.”
The revelation of Podesta’s plan to punish a suspected leaker with “serious consequences” takes on a chilling aspect considering the fate of Seth Rich, the Democratic National Committee employee widely suspected of blowing the whistle on his employers. Rich was murdered in July and the case remains unsolved.
Seth Conrad Rich’s unsolved murder on a Washington D.C. street has sparked a flurry of conspiracy theories because he was a staffer and self-described data analyst for the Democratic National Committee. Rich, 27, who worked for the DNC on voting issues, was shot and killedin Washington D.C., and hismurder remains mysterious. “Police have found little information to explain his death,” said The New York Daily News.
Perhaps the reason for the “conspiracy theories” has something to do with the fact that Rich allegedly had access to the voter database and would have known about specific instances of voter fraud.
Furthermore, in addition to being shot multiple times, including the back, nothing was taken from his person.
His assailants didn’t take his phone, his watch, or his jewelry, and in addition to being shot multiple times, he was badly beaten.
It’s also worth noting that Julian Assange has hinted that his source might have been someone inside the DNC, and Seth certainly had access.
Speaking on Nieuwsuur, a Dutch news channel, Julian Assange said that Rich’s murder was a cause of concern for WikiLeaks’ whistleblowers.
“There is a 27 year old who worked for the DNC who was shot in the back – murdered – just a few weeks ago, for unknown reasons as he was walking down the street in Washington.”
Asked by the host if Seth Rich was a WikiLeaks source, Assange said, “I am suggesting that our sources take risks and they become concerned to see things occurring like that.”
They will be more concerned after learning the Clinton campaign is the kind of organization that “makes examples” of people they are suspicious about – with or without having “any real basis for it.”
A recently released email from WikiLeaks includes some interesting advice for Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta: dump the Clinton’s. The April 2015 email from a Joe Littlefield admonishes Podesta for misplaced loyalty to the Clinton’s, whom the author describes as “not honest” and “most likely criminal.”
“John – you are loyal to a fault,” the email begins. “You represent a client that is not honest and is most likely criminal. Hillary and Bill are not worth trying to defend as they are manipulative and they use people. Not exactly presidential material.” The email goes on to explain that Podesta’s association with the Clinton’s reflects poorly on him.
Your defense of them losses all credibility to those that admire you,” Littlefield continues. “I hope you can see truth, live it and not live a lie.” We have no idea who Joe Littlefield is, but he offers some sound advice. Here’s the email:
