WASHINGTON (INTELLIHUB) — Here is the recently leaked 2016 FISC memo the deep state has kept hidden from the general public for some time.
A big hat tip to former NSA tech head William Benny for having the courage to release this.
The 99 page document, first initiated in 2016, is heavily redacted and was entered and signed by U.S. FISC Judge Rosemary M. Collyer on April 26, 2017.
According to Infowars:
This memo, hiding in plain site, serves as the basis for the four-page memo of Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) which reveals perjury by the Obama administration when connected to other research.

Barack Obama officially made his exit from the stage, but he left us with some major vulnerabilities – at a time when he stepped away from power with tensions at all time high with Russia.
Not only has the nation been left wide open to an EMP attack or other sophisticated barrage against our national defenses, but recent advances have left our leaders drastically unprepared for possible or even likely attack from a long line of potential adversaries.
Asymmetrical warfare on a global, electronic scale can and will play out in the years ahead – in fact, the design of the latest class of high tech weapons make sure that the next world war will be fought with EMP and
President Trump – and all presidents after him – will have to contend with this immediate and deadly threat. Even the best alliances – with Putin, with China, etc. – will not prevent rogue states or rogue groups from exacting horrible destruction.
Like it or not, our world is about as dangerous as it has ever been.
The Obama administration, on the eve of its transfer of power, is about to impose new standards to protect the nation’s life-sustaining electric grid from solar storms.
However, … pointedly, it will not protect the vulnerable national grid from a man-made, high altitude, nuclear detonation that could create an electromagnetic pulse.
Such an EMP could have a catastrophic impact on the nation’s technology-based, life-sustaining critical infrastructures.
In an email to WND, William R. Graham, who was director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy and science adviser to President Ronald Reagan, warned that the FERC has scheduled a ruling on Jan. 19 – the day before Donald Trump is sworn in… however, the FERC’s planned ruling “is likely to have far-ranging, seriously counterproductive national security implications,” according to Graham, who was chairman of the 2008 congressionally mandated EMP Commission.
The commission examined the impact of an EMP on the nation’s critical infrastructures that depend on the national grid system.
[…] Threatened are not only the nation’s power lines, but its banking, fuel supply and even food distribution systems… telecommunications,automated control systems, petroleum and natural gas, transportation, food and water delivery, emergency services and space systems.
[…] the United States is especially vulnerable since its critical interdependent infrastructures rely, more than most other nations, on electronic components… these critical interdependencies also create potential vulnerabilities and multiple, simultaneous disruptions and failures. An EMP event, whether natural or man-made, would cause “unprecedented cascading failures of major infrastructures,” Graham said.
Although the grid has not been hardened, the Pentagon has made great investment in advancing the offensive weaponry of the next generation of electromagnetic warfare.
The Department of Defense has just announced its latest electromagnetic pulse weapon – which is powerful and devastating enough to cripple electronics and grid installations across an entire major city.

A recent solicitation from the Pentagon calls for a non-explosive electromagnetic pulse artillery shell capable of wiping out ‘a wide range of electronics, critical infrastructure, and computer-based systems.’
The non-kinetic system would first be incorporated into a 155mm projectile and later scaled down to enable the use of multiple shells, allowing for devastating electronic attacks that are delivered by standard munition but cause no physical damage.
And meanwhile, Russia has also been escalating its electromagnetic arsenal and other ‘checkmate’ weapons of choice that could hypothetically play out into a very brutal and short world war if things ever reached the brink.
Russia says it is working on a new range of laser, plasma and electromagnetic weapons as well as hypersonic missiles which would be able to hit a US aircraft carrier before the Pentagon even realised it had been fired.
The Kremlin’s Deputy Defence Minister Yuri Borisov said yesterday: ‘Coming next are hypersonic weapons, which require the use of principally new materials and control systems that operate in a completely different medium, in plasma.’
A hypersonic weapon is a missile which travels at Mach 5 – five times the speed of sound – and it would enable the Russians to strike a target thousands of miles away within minutes.
China is in the game, too. The new generation of ICBM and ballistic missile has put the entire world under a new envelope of threat-and-defense.
The infrastructure of the 21st Century United States must be resilient against these attacks and crafty in their use, while maintaining the balance and respect for free speech that sets America apart from other regions of the world.
If President Trump takes good advise, he may properly address those issues.
People can also prepare individually and in their communities. Simple Faraday cages can protect from all but the worst EMP attacks; shielded paint can protect new and existing buildings and solar power systems can be protected as well – so rugged individuals and preppers can and will survive what most of the rest of civilization will not.
In the aftermath, these will also be the people re-establishing communications, aiding survivors, defending against attacks and, hopefully, rebuilding.

Hillary Clinton was booed by the people who rejected her corruption at the ballot box, now demanding her arrest at Trump’s inauguration.
Another torch has been passed on, and is part of a continuing American legacy.
Not just the inauguration of the duly elected President Trump, being passed the torch from Obama, but the traditional shaming of the bad actors before them who have played a role in ruining the country.
In 2009, former President George W. Bush was booed as he was announced on January 20th– after leaving office with large portions of the country strongly opposed to his policies on Iraq, terrorism and larger legacy as a semi-dynastic heir to office.
Now in 2017, Hillary Clinton, who attempted her own semi-dynastic claim to the presidency, was roundly rejected with calls to “lock her up” during the inauguration, despite the fact that President Trump publicly distanced himself from his campaign rhetoric after the election. On January 20th, 2017, for many, it was Hillary Clinton, not outgoing President Obama, who was represented the end of an era of shame.

Some Donald Trump supporters chanted “Lock her up” when Hillary Clinton was announced on the inauguration stage Friday.
The chant was popular among supporters during Trump’s campaign. During one presidential debate, Trump even suggested Clinton should be in jail over her email controversy while secretary of state.
Clinton says she’s attending Trump’s inauguration to “honor our democracy.”

In fairness, there was also audible booing or shouting during the moment when Donald Trump was sworn in as president, and these opposition crowds are a testament to the deep divisions and strong hostility among the population.

(ANTIWAR) While a lot of the focus of America’s endless parade of air wars centers on Iraq and Syria, the 15+ year long war in Afghanistan is continuing apace, with the latest Centcom data showing US airstrikes in the country up 40% over the previous year.
That’s 1,337 weapons dropped by US forces in Afghanistan in 2016, with no sign the escalation is slowing down. Brig. Gen. Charles Cleveland confirmed Sunday that the US intends to contiinue with “Aggressive” use of airstrikes “to achieve strategic effects.”
This revelation adds to the signs of just how badly the Afghan war went in 2016, a fact which has led NATO to announce multiple deployments of ground forces in recent days, deployments which come years after “ground combat operations” were supposed to be finished.
Throughout that period, Afghan forces continued to lose territory at an alarming pace, despite a massive increase in US airstrikes, with figures showing the Taliban controls more territory now than at any time since the 2001 US invasion that began the occupation.
(ANTIMEDIA)— According to an estimate conducted by Micah Zenko, a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), and national security expert Jennifer Wilson, a CFR research associate, President Obama dropped over 26,000 bombs in 2016.
Syria was hit with 12,192 bombs, the highest number of any country on Obama’s hit list. Iraq came in a close second, receiving 12,095 bombs. Altogether, the peace prize laureate dropped at least 26,171 bombs in seven countries last year.
As noted by Zenko and Wilson, the estimates are relatively conservative:
“In President Obama’s last year in office, the United States dropped 26,171 bombs in seven countries. This estimate is undoubtedly low, considering reliable data is only available for airstrikes in Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, and Libya, and a single “strike,” according to the Pentagon’s definition, can involve multiple bombs or munitions. In 2016, the United States dropped 3,027 more bombs—and in one more country, Libya—than in 2015.”
Zenko’s figures were lower for 2015. He estimated 23,144 bombs were dropped in that year — almost 3,000 less than 2016. This marks a sharp increase in Obama’s trigger happiness when it comes to the use of advanced weaponry, though the targets of the bombs remained the same: the vast majority of his 2015 bombs (22,100) were dropped in Iraq and Syria in 2015.
If a peace prize-winning president can detonate this many bombs in 7+ nations, we should all be very wary of what’s to come.
(ANTIMEDIA) First of all, let me confess that I shed some tears when David Bowie died. I know all 20+ of his albums by heart, and it felt like a piece of my childhood had disappeared. A few years ago, when Philip Seymour Hoffman died, I also cried. It’s a strange emotional symbiosis that occurs when you mourn for a deceased celebrity, and the point of this article is not to cast aspersions. However, 2016 has basically become known as the year a bunch of celebrities died, so there’s no better time to assess the phenomenon (and make sure it doesn’t distract us from other issues).
Over Christmas weekend, millions of people mourned the loss of George Michael and Carrie Fisher. They were advocates for gay rights and mental illness, respectively, and the nation reeled from the passing of two beloved iconic figures. Earlier this year, music legend Prince passed away, devastating tens of millions of fans for whom the musician represented everything from their adolescence in the 1980s to political statements of gender-bending. The list of celebrities who died in 2016 is extensive and, for some, unnerving.
The deaths of celebrities are usually followed by a cathartic release of collective emotion, a shared sense of loss. This kind of ritualistic public funeral pyre has become more heated with the rise of social media. It’s not necessarily unhealthy or shallow. However, when the topic of celebrity deaths becomes one of the biggest news stories of the year, we reach a dangerous impasse of cognitive dissonance.
The past year’s fascination with celebrity deaths may speak to displaced and deep-seated feelings of loss, helplessness, and anger. Frustrated by our inability to control global affairs — or even the nuances of our own supposed representative democracy — we seem to need to grasp hold of instances of collective loss in the realm of popular culture. Consumer culture and news media disenfranchisement have done such a comprehensive job of dehumanizing and alienating us from community and selfhood that celebrity deaths are the closest we get to embracing our own mortality and the precariousness of the human race. It’s much easier to post a meme about the death of a pop culture icon than to have a nuanced discussion on climatic genocide or the Syrian refugee crisis.
The point of this article is not to suggest there’s something psychologically wrong with mourning the loss of a beloved celebrity. However, it’s important to remember that when we allow a single person’s death to dominate multiple news cycles, major world events continue to affect thousands — or even millions — of people. We should be at least equally upset, if not more so, by the following issues that evaded the pop culture radar beam:
Obama Quietly Signs The “Countering Disinformation And Propaganda Act” Into Law
This may be one of the most important news stories of the year, and its passage flew completely under the radar. Why? Because the government squeezed it into an NDAA omnibus bill over Christmas weekend. The resulting Countering Disinformation and Propaganda Act is Orwellian to the point that it would be hilarious if it weren’t terrifying. The government simply changed the name ‘The Ministry of Truth’ to Global Engagement Center, which will be an international hub for disseminating “fact-based narratives” and suppressing alternative media. Zerohedgeexplains:
“The first priority is developing a whole-of-government strategy for countering THE foreign propaganda and disinformation being waged against us and our allies by our enemies. The bill would increase the authority, resources, and mandate of the Global Engagement Center to include state actors like Russia and China, as well as non-state actors. The Center will be led by the State Department, but with the active senior level participation of the Department of Defense, USAID, the Broadcasting Board of Governors, the Intelligence Community, and other relevant agencies. The Center will develop, integrate, and synchronize whole-of-government initiatives to expose and counter foreign disinformation operations by our enemies and proactively advance fact-based narratives that support U.S. allies and interests.
“Second, the legislation seeks to leverage expertise from outside government to create more adaptive and responsive U.S. strategy options. The legislation establishes a fund to help train local journalists and provide grants and contracts to NGOs, civil society organizations, think tanks, private sector companies, media organizations, and other experts outside the U.S. government with experience in identifying and analyzing the latest trends in foreign government disinformation techniques. This fund will complement and support the Center’s role by integrating capabilities and expertise available outside the U.S. government into the strategy-making process. It will also empower a decentralized network of private sector experts and integrate their expertise into the strategy-making process.”
In non-Newspeak language, the Act will allow the government to exert influence over any media outlet it labels “propaganda.” While it’s impossible this early on to say whether or not this will severely damage the 1st Amendment, given their preoccupation with “fake news,” it’s hard to imagine the government won’t use the legislation for draconian purposes. The law calls for substantial spending to facilitate counter-propaganda in order to ensure the government’s approved “fact-based narratives” (whatever that means) dominate news cycles and overwhelm counter-narratives proffered by alternative media outlets. This almost ensures that journalists who question the status quo and aren’t beholden to paychecks from multinational corporations will face an uphill battle in covering government corruption and disseminating leaks and reports online.
The United States Has Declared War on the Homeless
Let’s be clear, the war on the homeless began a long time ago when neoliberal trade agreements and bipartisan economic legislation dumped millions of people into the streets without any recourse or path to recovery. They have since doubled down and further criminalized homelessness, embedding spikes under overpasses, removing blankets from people sleeping on the street, breaking down and destroying tents encamped on public property, and even engaging in physical violence against homeless people.

Drug overdose deaths have surpassed gun deaths and car accidents
Earlier this month, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) reported that drug overdose deaths soared in 2015. Over 55,000 Americans died from drug overdoses, and the primary cause of the surge was prescription painkillers. According to CBS News, drug overdose deaths exceeded both gun deaths and car accident fatalities.
“The staggering figure comes even as the federal government hasstepped upits efforts to combat opiate addiction, which have apparently failed to curb the health crisis brought on largely bypharmaceutical companies, theFDA, andoverzealous doctors.”
The surge also coincides with efforts by the DEA to crack down on a medicinal plant called kratom, which is used by patients trying to ween themselves off of painkillers. It is also used by people who seek to alleviate physical pain and by people suffering from depression, anxiety, and variety of other mental illnesses. With the medicinal benefits of marijuana already in the crosshairs of both federal and state government in a decades-long War on Drugs that has incarcerated hundreds of thousands of people — ruining lives and tearing families apart in the process — merely for using and selling an innocuous herb that has countless medicinal benefits, it appears nothing short of fascistic. Meanwhile, as the government continues to crackdown on healthy alternatives to opioid painkillers, patients continue to overdose and die while Big Pharma lines its pockets.
The United States Has Played A Critical Role in the Syrian Humanitarian Crisis
Amid the multitude of celebrity deaths and other pop culture distractions that are given disproportionate attention, this year also saw more horrifying military strikes by the United States and U.S.-led coalitions in Syria. In November, ten civilians were killed when U.S. warplanes bombed a cotton mill in northeastern Syria. Twenty more civilians were killed by an aerial strike on Raqqa during the U.S. presidential elections. In July of 2016 alone, 1,289 civilians, including 263 children and 191 women, died from military attacks. Overall, during the nation’s five-year civil war, an estimated 400,000 people have perished.
Meanwhile, the United States, maneuvering in its proxy war with Russia, continues to dump money and weapons into the hands of rebel groups who seed chaos and sectarian violence. Read more about the confluence of factors causing the historic humanitarian crisis in Syria.
Media Blackout on the Dakota Access Pipeline Blockade
One of the most important stories of the year — possibly of the decade — received virtually no attention from the mainstream media for the duration of its development. The efforts by the government to dismantle a peaceful blockade by the Lakota Sioux — who along with a coalition of other indigenous tribes and activist groups are opposed to the $3.8 billion Dakota Access Pipeline — resulted in terrible injuries. Our government showed its true colors in siding with the Dakota Access LLC over indigenous people who sought only to protect their ancestral lands. Militarized police converged to expose who our government truly answers to: corporations. Noticeably missing was the mainstream media. Read more here….
(ANTIWAR) At least 52,369 people were killed in Iraq during 2017. Another 21,795 were wounded.
According to figures compiled by Antiwar.com, at least 9,148 civilians, 6,430 security personnel, and 36,661 militants were killed. Also, three U.S. servicemen were killed in combat in Iraq. (A fourth one was killed fighting the Islamic State militants in Syria.) A British bomb disposal expert and 125 members of the Kurdistan Workers Party were killed as well. Two French soldiers, a British bomb disposal expert, and an Australian N.G.O. worker were wounded. These figures are similar to 2015’s, which were 52,045 killed and 19,651 wounded.
In December, at least 3,174 people were killed and 1,939 were wounded. Of these, 798 were civilians killed. Another 1,658 civilians were injured. Security forces lost 154 personnel, while another 177 were wounded. At least 2,181 militants were killed, and 104 were injured. Also, at least 41 Kurdistan Workers Party (P.K.K.) members were killed in Turkish airstrikes within Iraqi territory. These figures are likely to be low estimates.
Due to the nature of the conflict and the Iraqi government restricting the release of actual numbers, true counts are impossible to derive. Last month, when 5,719 people were reported killed and another 1,734 were wounded, the United Nations had given reasonable estimates that the Iraqi government later criticized. Subsequently, the U.N. said it would no longer publish estimates concerning security personnel.
Occasionally, however, a glimpse into the extent of the bloodshed is given. For example, the head of the heath department in Erbil, Saman Barzinji, said on December 22 that about 7,595 injured people, including security personnel, had been taken to hospitals in Erbil during operations in Mosul. However, even assuming that the figure was accurate at the time, it only measures how many wounded arrived at hospitals within Barzinji’s jurisdiction. Many of the injured were treated at field hospitals or clinics closer to the fighting before being released.
Also, figures concerning the number of militants killed could be faulty. Baghdad may be exaggerating the numbers for propaganda purposes. Or, they may even be counting civilians as militants, perhaps accidentally. Without independent confirmation from behind enemy lines, these figures are likely never to be known fully.
In other news, French President Francois Hollandetraveled to Iraq to visit with French troops and meet with Iraqi officials.
At least 342 were killed and 31 were wounded in more recent violence:
“We’re an empire now,”Karl Rove nefariouslyassertedin 2004,“and when we act, we create our own reality. And while you’re studying that reality — judiciously, as you will — we’ll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that’s how things will sort out. We’re history’s actors . . . and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do.”
Rove might have said that 12 years ago, but the words hauntingly describe our situation in 2016 — Oxford Dictionaries, incidentally,named“post-truth” the international word of the year — with facts seemingly relative, truth debatable, and a falsely-premised war on fake news, Orwell must be rolling in his grave.
In fact, given these telling circumstances, perhaps Oxford Dictionaries didn’t go far enough — this year epitomizes a new era ofpost-coherence. Rove and his ilk — the dynasties Bush and Clinton, reigning powers for nearly 30 years — must chuckle behind closed doors as Americans quarrel savagely over the authenticity of falsehoods and facts, alike.
With ostensively everything now up in the air, the U.S. power apparatus has inarguably ‘created a new reality’ — one in which doubt has been so instilled as to obstruct and thwart the dissemination of accurate, factual information.
This purposeful manipulation of perception, in other words, does exactly what Rove and the aptly-termed “history’s actors” intend — it keeps the rest of us confused — and bitterly arguing over what’s actually going on.
Online communication facilitated this madness exponentially — it’s doubtful such disorientation would have occurred decades ago, when social media didn’t have critical influence.
Of course, this tumult and turbulence isn’t manufactured without reason — it allows the surreptitious and sometimes flagrant distribution of propaganda favorable to the American political establishment to circulate largely unhindered.
But those aspects of post-coherence unintentionally also gave rise to a furious backlash — the Internet might facilitate confusion and propaganda, but it is, after all, a global library of information — and wary independent and alternative media outlets immediately tear apart false information published by collusive corporate media presstitutes.
With all of this in mind, the following are just a smattering of many outrageous examples of how the Fake News narrative brought us post-truth, intentionally shaping the events of 2016 — and promises to continue the inanity far into the future.
Perhaps the most laughable Fake News came to us courtesy of CNN’s Chris Cuomo, whowarnedthe planet amid ongoing publication by Wikileaks of documents deleterious to the credibility of the Democratic establishment to“remember,it’s illegal to possess these stolen documents.It’s different for the media.So everything you learn about this, you’re learning from us.”
Cuomo’s conspicuous ploy to limit the spread of the actual documents — and win CNN additional reader- and viewership — constituted a reckless foray into censorship of information.
Of course, CNN didn’t proclaim the leaked emailsverbotenfor nothing — the outlet bears the snarky moniker,Clinton News Network, as its parent company, Time Warner,donatedover $400,000 to Hillary Clinton’s campaign — and was exposed by alternative media countless times forcutting offreporters who dared criticize its darling candidate or report on revealed corruption.
Further, CNN’s pernicious claim came as the documentsrevealedthe outlet and others colluding with the Clinton campaign to report news portraying Democrats in a favorable manner — of course, those who took Cuomo’s warning to heart and relied solely on the Clinton News Network would never know that pertinent detail.
Other mainstream media outlets who coordinated with the Clinton camp struggled to accurately report the contents of the Wikileaks documents — when they bothered covering the revelations. Corporate propaganda’s spin machine seemed to be on overdrive for the duration of the election cycle — and has reached the level of absurdity following Donald Trump’s win.
Because, according to corporate media — who ignored the depth of corruption exposed by Wikileaks — the election of Trump was so anomalous, there had to be an explanation beyond the fact the American people didn’t find Hillary qualified for the job.
Enter The Russians.
Taking cues from the era of McCarthyism and leading the new Red Scare with a bullhorn is the once-illustriousWashington Post, who firstposited, without any evidencesansstatements from unnamed CIA officials, that the Intelligence Community had reached a consensus — Russian hackers had interfered in the election to install Trump.
Famously in lockstep, theNew York Timesquickly parroted the same assertion as if it were steel truth — neither outlet, however, bothered consulting officials from the 16 other agencies comprising the U.S. Intelligence Community.
In actuality, no such consensus had been reached — not eveninsidethe CIA. Shortly after thePost’s shameful scare piece was published, the FBI came forward todenouncethe Russian hacking theory as “fuzzy” and “ambiguous” —showingthe lack of cohesion amongst intelligence officials, as well as the rush to shirk blame for the lost election.
Wikileaks, itself — the one organization with insider information — hasvociferously and repeatedly deniedtheir source hacked anything, is not Russian, and that the documents were leaked by an insider.
Nonetheless, news of the report went viral and furthered current administration’s agenda to both paint Russia as a villain and Trump as having somehow stolen the election.
Indeed, the utterly unproven Russian Hackers theory provided the impetus for President Obama to an embarrassing diplomatic meltdown this week,announcingthe expulsion of 35 Russian diplomats, sanctions, and the shuttering of two compounds owned by Russia.
While that move could have easily brought the two superpower nations yet closer to military conflict, Russian President Vladimir Putin allowed cooler heads to prevail, went against the fury of other officials, andannouncedthere would be no diplomatic tit-for-tat — no United States diplomats would be expelled from Russia.
Incidentally, the mainstream press jumped the gun again, publishing the statements of Russian officials claiming the country would be mirroring moves by the U.S. — before Putin announced Russia would not be stooping to such diplomatic pettiness.

The conversation about Barack Obama’s birth certificate has been off the table for a while now – but the true heart of the matter has never been resolved.
Has anything in his administration been valid or legal? Oddly enough, it seems that a clever legal strategy may make the question of a forged document somehow irrelevant to Obama’s eligibility to hold office.
Coincidentally or not, it was none other than President-elect Donald Trump who, arguably, called off the hounds, got the Obama Admin to produce a document, and then called the whole thing square in the lead up to 2012.
More recently, Trump dismissed his previous ties to the “birther movement” during the last few weeks of his presidential campaign, brushing off the topic very hurriedly by stating: “President Barack Obama was born in the United States, period.”
However, the question isn’t settled for investigators who have been conducting a five-year probe of the birth certificate they claim is a forgery – complete with photoshop layers!
Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, headed by the outgoing Sheriff Joe Arpaio, found, via WND:
A years-long forensics investigation into the computer image of the long-form Hawaiian birth certificate image that Barack Obama released during a White House news conference during his first term and presented to the American people as an official government document concluded it is “fake.”

The sheriff’s video said there were nine images on the Obama birth certificate that appear to be identical to, and copied from, another birth certificate issued in Hawaii just days after his birth. That certificate belongs to Johanna Ah’nee.

“The inescapable conclusion is that the Hawaii Department of Health has not shown the American public the original 1961 birth records for Barack Obama, if they actually exist,” he said.
Clearly, the mainstream media will continue to cast doubt and ridicule on these claims.
But it isn’t for lack of substance, but for fear that these dangerous issues could be raised. A Republican controlled Congress, however, could revive the issue again. That much remains to be seen.
“That President Obama’s birth certificate is fake, as proven now by a legitimate law enforcement examination raises serious questions that high crimes and misdemeanors have been committed at the highest level of government. The clear conclusion is that the Obama presidency may have been illegitimate, having violated Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution. Impeachment procedures may be required, even if those procedures are conducted after Obama leaves office.”
Sheriff Arpaio indicated his intent to raise Congressional hearings and put forward a law requiring presidential vetting (obviously a good idea):
“I plan on turning over this investigation this month to the federal government. And Congress. And hope Congress No. 1 will pass a law, the president should be vetted. Common sense.
Meanwhile, the powers that be are claiming that the Arpaio posse investigation doesn’t matter.
What makes these matters even more interesting is that Obama lawyers have apparently admitted that the document is a fake – and went so far as to argue that the fake document, therefore, was not sufficient to disprove Obama’s eligibility for the highest office.
BREAKING – Obama Admits in COURT – BIRTH Certificate IS FAKE
After a Maricopa County law enforcement agency conducted a six-month forensic examination … arguments from an Obama eligibility lawyer during a recent New Jersey ballot challenge hearing reveals the image was not only a fabrication, but that it was likely part of a contrived plot by counterfeiters to endow Obama with mere political support while simultaneously making the image intentionally appear absurd and, therefore, invalid as evidence toward proving Obama’s ineligibility in a court of law.
Taking an audacious and shocking angle against the constitutional eligibility mandate, Obama’s lawyer, Alexandra Hill, admitted that the image of Obama’s birth certificate was a forgery and made the absurd claim that, therefore, it cannot be used as evidence to confirm his lack of natural born citizenship status. Therefore, she argued, it is “irrelevant to his placement on the ballot”.
Hill went on to contort reasoning by implying that Obama needs only invoke his political popularity, not legal qualifications, in order to be a candidate.

Of course, we have evidence that he is not eligible. But, evidence of forgery by as yet unidentified counterfeiters working on behalf of Obama is not what legally excludes Obama from appearing on a ballot, by itself, until some authority is willing to consider this as evidence of forgery on its merit as an indication of actual ineligibility in a court of legal authority.

In hindsight, there may have been a masterful strategy of evasion at work.
a) Barack Obama satisfied the public scrutiny over his birth certificate by outwardly bending to pressure from Donald Trump’s “show me” routine
b) The Obama team (individuals not clearly identified) produced the document in question by leaking it to the press, and putting it online.
c) However, no birth certificate document was ever legally produced or turned in to anyone (including the State Dept.) in order to appear on the ballot, etc.
d) Therefore, legal questions concerning “forgery” of the document produced do not legally link up to anything about Obama’s candidacy or presidency
e) Any questions or criminal allegations are posed towards “as yet unknown” conspirators – meaning that, while the document may indeed be a proven forgery, no one is currently identified as having created the document. Unless Obama is personally implicated in creating and producing this document, it would have no bearing on his eligibility – in retrospect or otherwise. At this point, it isn’t even clear if a legitimate birth certificate exists for Obama, and if so, where it is located or being held.
f) Public perception is an entirely different beast. If it ever came to a head, the entire reign of Obama could be put into question. But luckily for the outgoing president, those making accusations and raising questions have been labeled and marginalized. Until the campaign of Donald Trump, the question had been largely dropped – even in many right wing circles.

Editor’s Comment: It will interesting to see what happens next. The future depends not only on what kind of president Mr. Trump will be, but also on what kind of foreign affairs the country will carry out. Rex Tillerson is a bold and seemingly atypical choice – he is plucked straight out of Big Oil headquarters.
There have been hopeful signs on the part of Trump and Putin that relations can be significantly improved, and that would set a working peace. However, the situation could quickly change as the administration takes charge; Syria or Iran could be a catalyst for war. Rex Tillerson, who already has a personal business history with Russia and with Putin himself, will be in a very interesting and nuanced position – assuming he is confirmed – as tensions rise and events take place. The fluctuation of oil prices has had a tremendous amount to do with geopolitical turmoil – including in Russia – and Tillerson may have something to do with it all.
The most interesting dynamic is the unraveling of OPEC dominance and the promise of return to domestic exports of oil, gas and energy. With the yuan now pegged to the SDR and global currency basket, the dollar will play a different role in the coming years, and so will oil.

Not sure yet, but I think that Donald Trump’s stunning campaign run will not be the last time America will be surprised. Political realignment historically happens in the U.S. every 30 or 40 years; it’s like shifting teeth and growing pains. There is every reason to guard carefully the jewel of liberty during this time. The new face of the country is a political unknown; perhaps even a chameleon.
The cabinet, who pack the real power behind the throne, are already gearing up to be a potent gang of corporate cronies and Wall Street insiders. But the ace card was announced today. Trump has finally announced that he will name Rex Tillerson, CEO and chairman of ExxonMobil, as the next most powerful official and highest ranking foreign dignitary in the U.S. government. Oil is big, but Tillerson’s background is awe inspiring in its totality on the balance of the great game. He created a revolution that is now taking down world order.
Admittedly, the choice is a bit more outside the box than Romney, Petraeus or Giuliani, all of whom have embarrassing scandals trailing them, and easy-to-pick-a-part dysfunctions.
Nonetheless, it is worth stating plainly that President-elect Trump’s reported nominee for Secretary of State is the man who initiated the entire era of fracking, a practice he first pushed for decades ago towards the beginning of his long career with ExxonMobil.
It was his greatest achievement as an early entrepreneur, and it solidified his role in the company for years to come.
It was 1976, and Tillerson had been sent to East Texas for his second assignment at the company. His job was to follow around rigs drilling for natural gas and “complete” the wells. That meant experimenting with a process known as hydraulic fracturing, or fracking. By pumping water, sand, and chemicals down into a well at high pressure, he could cause cracks in the stone where the gas was trapped and allow more of it to flow.
That winter Tillerson practically lived out of the back of his car, driving to the company’s district office in Tyler at night so he could run punch-card decks through the computer to design his new fracking programs.
Moreover, this multi-billion dollar industry has become an incredibly important part of geopolitics and statecraft… incidentally, the State Dept. is engaged in ongoing economic warfare against a variety of target states around the globe.
All this, while the petrodollar is crumbling, and the global currency standards are shifting East.
Axis of Power: Oil, Rockefellers and Bushes
Tillerson was apparently recommended for the job by former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates, both close Bush allies.

Rex Tillerson has every tie to the Rockefeller dynasty, whose Standard Oil fortune branched off into ExxonMobil – even if the members of the family publicly distanced themselves from the oil industry, and dumped their shares in the very stuff their fortunes are based upon, but their foundations argue is destroying the planet.
Tillerson’s Power Play
Now, Tillerson’s control over natural gas, oil and energy – which has the power to send the price of oil into free fall – could prove to be the ultimate weapon.
And just as Hillary used her position to see to the removal of several heads of state in the Arab Spring (with the head-prize of Gaddafi), the next Secretary of State – presumably Rex Tillerson – will be waging covert wars around the world using the vast leverage of oil as his most important tool of negotiation.
It is also worth noting that Tillerson has argued in favor of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) free trade agreement – but Donald Trump publicly campaign against it and promised to stop it. It is not yet clear if Tillerson’s opinion has changed since he was quoted in 2013, but as Secretary of State he would have far more involvement in the trade negotiations than President Trump would.
If fighting off the TPP is of major importance to American jobs and the economy at large, then the US is in a difficult spot.
According to the Dept. of State website, the Secretary of State’s duties include a great deal of power over trade and international business.
• Promotes beneficial economic intercourse between the United States and other countries;
• Negotiates, interprets, and terminates treaties and agreements;
• Conducting negotiations and concluding agreements and treaties on issues ranging from trade to nuclear weapons;
• Helping developing nations establish stable economic environments that provide investment and export opportunities;
• Assisting U.S. businesses in the international marketplace;
Incidentally, the TPP has faced such strong opposition in large part due to the concerns about corporate involvement with the negotiations, the terms of which have been arranged and kept in secret. Sec. Tillerson would mean a major corporation representative with a very wide latitude for negotiations – and some of those decisions will undoubtedly affect the oil trade.
“Control oil and you control nations”
Of course, as President and CEO of ExxonMobil, Rex Tillerson has met countless world leaders, and is intermingled in high level affairs across the globe. Given the still unchecked power of oil (and natural gas, etc.) over the affairs of a nation (to reference a quote from Kissinger), the head of any major oil company is essentially as powerful as a head of state in many respects.
David Rockefeller, as an executive of Chase Manhattan and an heir to the family fortune, bragged that he had the phone number in his roledex of every president or prime minister, as well as every defense and state minister in every Latin American country. He made lots of inroads in Europe, Japan, Russia, the Middle East and China as well. He famously visited Castro and negotiated privately with the Communist dictator.
David Rockefeller and Henry Kissinger, along with the help of the Trilateral gang, set up the petrodollar standard in 1973, using their ability to manipulate production levels to strong arm nations in to cooperation on their terms. It’s more complicated than that, but…
Now, Tillerson – if confirmed – would make the marriage between energy and government more formalized.
Natural Gas and the Downfall of Venezuela, Saudi and Russia?
His greatest strength lies in the positioning of his assets of state and private enterprise vis-a-vis the geopolitical struggle to keep afloat with declining oil prices. These appear rigged, and have triggered economic vulnerabilities in the key states of Russia, Saudi Arabia and Venezuela. The collapse of the latter has been pronounced; 95% of its exports are based on oil, and with falling prices, the socialist regime has no way to pay its social obligations, keep power and infrastructure maintained, or keep its currency out of hyperinflation, or its people starving. Through fracking, the U.S. trade deficit in oil is expected to balance out and to transform America into a profitable net exporting region in petroleum and gas within just a few short years:
There is no question that the US has entirely changed the global energy landscape and poses an existential threat to Opec. America has cut its net oil imports by 8.7m bpd since 2006, equal to the combined oil exports of Saudi Arabia and Nigeria.
Putin, well aware of the economic warfare strategies of the West via petro-politics, has diversified and kept Russia’s economy from tanking, though it was designed to put pressure on social programs and benefits, i.e. gifts to the people, in order to undermine his popularity in the motherland. The Saudis have also ridden out the waves, and quietly made new negotiations to navigate the swiftly changing climate.
Meanwhile, the meaning of Ukraine is magnified by the importance of the gas pipeline that Russia uses to supply its clients in Europe who need heat – an important source of revenue; U.S. fracking enterprises have been using the puppet regime as cover for their natural gas explorations, in a bid to fuel Europe themselves via LNG (liquid natural gas) extracted from seized basins in Ukraine exploited by U.S. corporations.

The fact that ExxonMobil does business with Russia in natural gas is both ironic, and apropos. Now, they will dance, I suppose.
The country most often mentioned in the same breath as Tillerson is Russia. His experience in overseeing a large, successful project there in the 1990s both elevated Tillerson’s stature at Exxon and provided a solid basis to negotiate what looked like his greatest achievement: 2011’s strategic partnership with Rosneft, blessed by President Vladimir Putin himself. As I wrote here, sanctions imposed following Russia’s seizure of territory from Ukraine put that partnership in deep freeze, undermining an important growth prospect for Exxon. (source)
This could actually be quite interesting as it plays out. Putin has purged a lot of the influence from western banking powers (i.e. Rothschild) and western NGO proxy war culture battles, but the ties still run deep.
The establishment is currently beating the drums of war against Russia, while opening a campaign to expose and silence supposed-Putin collaborators who are allegedly parroting pro-Russian propaganda. Perceived ties with Putin were a campaign issue for Trump, and now his Secretary of State has definitive and direct ties to Russia. Trump announced during the campaign that he ‘doesn’t know Putin’ (personally), but Rex Tillerson most certainly does know Putin.
But he is no pawn to draw controversy over a revived Cold War – this guy actually holds the keys to global conflict… and he and Trump could establish peaceful ties and establish mutual business. On the other hand, the ability to control the supply & demand of the energy economy becomes a power play. If the Administration wishes to poke Putin, they can do it directly through sanctions, or indirectly through sabotage.
The petty debates over resolutions and sound bytes about the Russian threat will be muted by the simple dynamic of whether or not Putin is happy, and whether or not Tillerson is peaceful or warlike.
At some point, there is meant to be more world war, and greater global control… but perhaps for a time there will be peace.
Clearly, this connects back to the life and times of Rex Tillerson, who putting fracking on the map, and created a post-peak oil paradigm in which fossil fuel giants can continue to dominate the earth for the foreseeable future.

If there is job growth, it is fracking and its derivatives. “Newly discovered” fields in Midland, Texas or the Dakotas and wherever else is the battlefield for a new front of CFR globalism. Energy is now a product of economic control and digital surveillance at every level. It has become an important tentacle in society; the report indicates the general plans to routes the electrical grid throughout North America, and eventually to transfer natural gas to Central America and beyond.
The larger motivations for North American-ism in the thinking of government can be explored at a later time.
What is important to recognize, is that the powers-that-be have a strategy here. As chaotic as the 2016 appeared, there was a quiet churning in the background; the steady hum of 1,000 points of light, come to implement the accepted agenda, and spout the talking points.
It isn’t clear whether or not Trump is “in on it”, but it is clear that he has surrounded himself with players in the scheme. At this time, it appears that Rudy Giuliani will not play a direct role in Trump’s administration; this may also be true of Gen. Petraeus, whose scandals are just more political baggage – but regardless of whether or not they take cabinet positions, they are directly involved in the larger plan for geopolitical and full spectrum dominance.
Restoring energy exports at home will rally the patriotic base and rouse that “Made in America” spirit – and perhaps there are legitimate advantages – but ultimately the political nature of this industry will be played for benefit by a globalist organization.
Nevertheless, we are entering a new era in politics altogether. Let’s pick apart the pieces of that new paradigm carefully, so we can avoid repeating the painful mistakes of the past.

Trump’s Wisconsin Victory Confirmed – Gained Net 162 Votes In Statewide Recount

It’s official… again! Donald Trump remains the winner of Wisconsin following the statewide recount demanded by Jill Stein and paid for by sad snowflakes. After counting over 3 million ballots (at a cost of $3.5 million), Trump gained a net 162 votes…
As AP reports,
Republican Donald Trump’s victory in Wisconsin has been reaffirmed following a presidential recount that showed him defeating Democrat Hillary Clinton by more than 22,000 votes.
Trump picked up a net 162 votes as a result of the recount that the Wisconsin Elections Commission certified Monday. Green Party candidate Jill Stein requested and paid for the recount that began Dec. 1.
But after recounting nearly 3 million ballots, little changed. The final results changed by fewer than 1,800 votes.
Stein has also tried to get statewide recounts in Michigan and Pennsylvania, but courts have stopped them. The federal deadline to certify the vote is Tuesday.
Wisconsin’s recount uncovered no widespread problems or hacking as Stein had suggested, without evidence, that there might be.
“Completing this recount was a challenge, but the real winners are the voters.”
“Based on the recount, they can have confidence that Wisconsin’s election results accurately reflect the will of the people, regardless of whether they are counted by hand or by machine.”
The commission originally advised county clerks to complete their recount process by 8 p.m. Monday so it could certify the results on Tuesday, the last day federal law guarantees a state’s electoral votes will reflect the popular vote when the Electoral College convenes on Dec. 19.
On Monday the Board of Canvassers in the final four counties — Dane, Milwaukee, Outagamie and Rock — certified their results.
So that was a total and utter waste of $3.5 million of Democrats’ money.
