Your donations from the last Progress Report were generous and I sincerely thank you.  You made it clear that we have to do something about the “gun-control lobby” that’s now trying to enlist our kids on the “long march through the cultural institutions” for “gun-free zones” rather than “good guys with guns.”

The hard Left, the gun-control lobby and the destroy-Trump media have all joined with the Globalists to disarm the planet – especially WE THE PEOPLE.  We must reverse this trend, and a way we can do it is by demonstrating the principle of a self-protecting nation through the Second Amendment and the Militia Clauses.  In other words, good guys with guns.

Dear GOOD-GUY Associate,

As you can see, what we predicted — in our Progress Report of 02 March 2018 — is coming true.  We stated:

Some may feel comfortable that the Democrats do not dominate the White House, Senate or House.  They may thus feel their gun rights are secure.  However — with the latest mass shooting at Stoneman Douglas High School — this sense of security may be false, if not foolish, for the liberal, “Get-Trump,” Mainstream Media is going after guns more viciously than ever. 

They’re even enlisting the Kids of America — brainwashed by the Frankfurt School’s “long march” — to help out with the proposed new infringements.

And indeed, the Kids of America ARE on the “long march” — including all over Washington DC.  They’re coming for their parents guns, YOUR guns.  And they have a longer amount of time to do it because they have more years left to live.  So do the math.

At the massive, Hollywood-managed, anti-Gun rally in DC — and across America — the Gun-control Lobby’s mantra was spelled out out by Martin Luther King’ granddaughter who stated before millions on network TV: “I want to see a world with no guns … so how do we have a gun-free world?”

Given this, it’s disheartening that millions of Kids across America have been well-trained by Foundations and the Frankfurt School’s “long march through the cultural institutions.”  The kids sure displayed their marching abilities at the march in D.C.

Of course we covered  the “long march” years ago in a movie entitled, CULTURAL MARXISM – The Corruption of America.  But since the Mainstream Media is controlled by basically the same demographic as the Frankfurt School — we were assured there was no “long march” in the past, and there would be no “long march” in the future. So the movie was blacklisted by the MSM.

One hundred years earlier we were also assured that “the workers of the world would unite” under Marxism.  Ironically, there has been a twist in the plot:  the “workers of the world” have united under the Republican’s Trump and the Kids of the World have united under the Democrat’s Gun-Control Lobby.  So it looks like the $4.3 million budget the studios, progressives and collectivists allocated to Michael Moore to produce the kid-friendly movie, BOWLING FOR COLUMBINE, is really paying off.  Of course many conservatives — being excellent at conserving not only Constitutional principles, but money — left it all to God to fund and produce THEIR kid-friendly movies.  Unfortunatley God was busy on other productions, so none were made.

Way to go fellow conservatives!  You stood by your faith that God, Michael Moore and the MPAA studios would sort everything out.  And they did.  Hope you are happy with His choices and hope the collective has mercy on your individual souls.”  For now the millions of BOWLING FOR COLUMBINE-educated Kids are out to turn the world into a massive “gun-free zone” as Martin Luther King’s grand daughter, Yolanda, postulates.

Maybe this is for the best.  A gun-free world where only selected elites in Washington DC and in our local police forces keep and bear.  In such a world, we can at least be sure the kids in the nation’s high schools will be safe from AK-47s.  At least AK-47s in the hands of other kids.

Someone should make a movie budgeted at $77,467.  It could be called GOOD GUYS WITH GUNS – How the Second Amendment Can Stop Mass Shootings.  As mentioned, someone already made a movie budgeted at $4,300,000.  It was called BOWLING FOR COLUMBINE, about how gun-free zones can stop mass shootings.  Maybe if the Kids of America were presented a choice, they would choose more wisely.

All factiousness aside, your generous donations from the past Progress Report indicate that you DO want to make GOOD GUYS WITH GUNS and I am happy to be able to report this.  Unfortunately we still do not have the budget necessary to conduct the 10 or so interviews lined up.  Your donations from have however made it possible for us to send a camera crew out to interview G. Edward Griffin, so thank you very much for making this possible.

Also, we should be able to do yet another draft of the script thanks to the donations that have been allocated.  The new draft will incorporate the many great suggestions you sent in regarding the 14 points on how to remedy the mass shootings.  With your help, we have now assembled possibly the most comprehensive list of remedies to the mass shooting problem ever assembled and all this will be incorporated into the movie.

Some of us may thus feel our gun rights are secure with Republicans dominating the White House, Senate and House.  However — with the latest mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida — this sense of security may be false. The liberal, “Get-Trump,” Mainstream Media is going after guns more viciously than ever.  They’re even enlisting the kids of America to help out with the proposed new infringements.

The documentary motion picture, GOOD GUYS WITH GUNS – How the Second Amendment Can Stop Mass Shootings, will address the causes and solutions for the mass shootings we are seeing in the high schools, churches and “gun-free zones” across America.

Some have asked, “what is the distribution plan for the movies I am donating production funds for?”  The answer to this perfectly valid question is embodied in our most recent movie, MAINSTREAM.  If you watch MAINSTREAM you will get a three and a half hour seminar on how the Mainstream Media operates and why it blocks films that are conservative; films that champion the Second Amendment; films that advocate free-market capitalism; and films that respect the Biblical-inspired U.S. Constitution.  Given this, much of our distribution plan is to avoid what we call the Trolls on the Bridge to Liberty. Specifically, the Trolls are the distributors under the domination of the Hollywood and New York “CONTROL GROUP,” such term fully and accurately defined in MAINSTREAM.

Thus, our production-distribution plan for the movies has been basically the following:

1) avoid distribution deals with the Trolls;
2) make as many movies as possible;
3) make the movies inexpensively but increasingly better;
4) make the movies on important issues that no one else confronts;
5) center the movies on Liberty and Constitutional principles;
6) put the movies on Public Access TV and the Internet for free;
7) chop the movies up into hundreds of clips to create “ scatter-bombs” of knowledge;
8) release DVDs at places like World Net Daily, News With Views, Reality Zone, Movie Pubs, Amazon;
9) innovate new methods of distribution through Internet grass roots and “Lab Letter” rights;
10) repeat 1 – 10.

As Wayne LaPierre of the NRA wisely says: “The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.”  This is so true, we have decided to underscore it by naming our documentary with the title, “GOOD GUYS WITH GUNS – How the Second Amendment Can Stop Mass Shootings.”  And by Second Amendment we mean ALL of the Second Amendment, including the first 13 words: “A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free state.”

Allow me to pause here and echo the seriousness of Dr. Vieira’s work on the Second Amendment. We either have a Constitution, or we don’t.  Despite the fact that most Federal folks in WDC constantly act as if we do not have a Constitution, it is my opinion that the document which created those public servants’ offices is their only basis for posing as “government” employees, elected officials, and appointed public servants. Based on the fact that not one of the idiots in Congress would have a seat in government if government had not first been created by We The People, and based on the fact that We The People created that government by writing it into existence with the Constitution, it is absurd to suppose that we do not have a Constitution.

Yet the supreme idiocy which prevails in government today reveals that our representative government employees simply ignore the limitations placed on the Federal government by the very document which created it.  To get to the point, I encourage everyone reading here to go ahead and buy Dr. Vieira’s book, “Thirteen Words”.  Those who do will have a head start on appreciating James Jaeger’s upcoming film, “Good Guys With Guns”. And what are the thirteen words?

“A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State…”

That is part of our Constitution, and that particular part of our Constitution is totally ignored by those folks who are running our government.  Even the good souls over at the National Rifle Association, who propose to believe in our Constitution, fail to live up to those thirteen words which open the Second Amendment. That is what James Jaeger is about to expose and heal with his new film, Good Guys With Guns.

Good Guys With Guns: Progress Report

Dear GOOD GUY Associate,

Judging by the thousands of comments. “likes”, and “shares” on the OATH KEEPERS national facebook page, it looks like a vast majority of you feel a movie about GOOD GUYS WITH GUNS needs to be made.

As I mentioned in an earlier Progress Report, we would like to invite STEPHEN WILLEFORD — the “good guy with a gun” at the First Baptist Church shooting – into the movie, and in fact I have just received word that OATH KEEPERS founder, STEWART RHODES, has already arranged an interview. Also, two of OATH KEEPER’S Army Ranger veterans were part of a security detail for the First Baptist Church services and spoke with Stephen Willeford at length afterwards.

So in short, we are going to round up a number of these “good guys with guns” and let them tell their stories in the new movie.  True to form, the Mainstream Media has given Stephen Willeford, and other good guys little or no attention – even though one of the OATH KEEPERS who provided a security detail for the First Baptist Church services was directly involved in the fire-fight that took down the Navy Yard shooter a while back.

Real American heroes like STEPHEN WILLEFORD are in the Mainstream Media (MSM) once or twice and then they disappear, even on FOX NEWS.  Good guys with guns are especially ignored or suppressed by the hard-left networks like MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS and NBC.  Stephen Willeford should be plastered all over the place.  He’s a symbol of how an armed and trained citizenry – including citizens with “weapons suitable for warfare” – should be peppered around public places (open and concealed-carry) to “suppress” and “repel” madmen with guns (not dissimilar to the very Militia System referred to in Article I, Section 8, Clause 15).  Every one of these “good guys” should be widely promoted.  If the MSM won’t do that, GOOD GUYS WITH GUNS will be a vehicle for that to happen.  Support true heroes and Oath Keepers by supporting this film.

GOOD GUYS WITH GUNS will thus hammer on the point that “gun-free zones” advocated by the Left’s gun-control lobby are really mass-murder zones.  Given this, shouldn’t “good guys with guns” be across the nation, anywhere and everywhere?  And shouldn’t these “good guys with guns” be trained, organized and well-regulated like it says in the first 13 words of the Second Amendment?

The OATH KEEPERS are already “good guys with guns” because they understand the Second Amendment, but unfortunately the NRA ignores the first 13 words.  They also ignore their own bylaws and they allow the media and the gun-control lobby to cow and control them.

These things said, if you are an NRA Member: are you satisfied with how the NRA is interpreting the Second Amendment?  If not, do you have the courage to speak up, to tell the NRA brass that they should support a Constitutional Militia?

We tried endlessly to get Wayne LaPierre and/or Chris Cox and/or Ted Nugent into MOLON LABE and MIDNIGHT RIDE and they were nowhere to be found.  Therefore we are going to send Wayne LaPierre a letter to invite him into GOOD GUYS WITH GUNS.  We hope he accepts, but we’re not holding our breath.  Given this absentee “leadership,” GOOD GUYS WITH GUNS will be largely directed to the NRA Membership.  My attitude is, if the NRA can’t support the first 13 words of the Second Amendment, then maybe it’s time the Membership look for a new gun association.

Shocking New Doc Reveals Tupac Gave Identity of Hitman on Death Bed, Cops Chose Not to Solve It

The murder of Tupac Shakur and who actually carried it out has been highly controversial and shrouded in mystery and conspiracy. However, a shocking new documentary—which interviews the last people to see him alive—claims that Tupac “knew the hitman who shot him but his brutal murder remains a mystery because cops never wanted to solve it.”

The documentary, titled ‘Snapped: Notorious’, is set to air on Oxygen on September 10. According to TMZ, who received the exclusive first clip, it’ll run 2 hours with in-depth interviews from people who were the last to see him alive before he was fatally shot dead in a drive-by in 1996. They include close friends and rappers Danny Boy and Yo-Yo, DJ Mister Cee, Pac’s first manager Leila Steinberg, music journalist Toure and others.

The trailer, obtained by TMZ, paints a vivid picture of Pac’s last breaths on his deathbed in a Las Vegas hospital … his finger shot off and nodding that he knew who did this to him.

This documentary contradicts the original account of the officer who was the first to arrive on the scene who famously said Tupac refused to help them with the investigation as he bled out.

Sergeant Chris Carroll said, “He went from fighting to ‘I can’t do it.’ And when he made that transition, he looked at me, and he’s looking right in my eyes. And that’s when I looked at him and said one more time, ‘Who shot you?’

“He looked at me and he took a breath to get the words out, and he opened his mouth, and I thought I was actually going to get some cooperation.

“And then the words came out: ‘F*** you.’

“After that, he started gurgling and slipping out of consciousness. At that point, an ambulance showed up, and he went into unconsciousness.”

Tupac would die in the hospital six days later.

However, according to the documentary, those who were with him when he died, say Tupac revealed the identity of his hitman and the cops chose not to investigate it.

What’s more, according to an article out of The Sun, another documentary, by a well-known filmmaker and director, RJ Bond, backs up the claims that the LAPD ‘hindered’ the investigation.

According to the Sun,

RJ Bond says some of the homicide detectives responsible for tracking down the rap star’s cold-blooded killers had hidden agendas and seemed to have no interest in finding those really responsible.

Bond had tracked down a confession letter said to have been written by one of the men responsible for opening fire on Tupac’s Cadillac in 1996.

The US documentary maker and author claims the document names the killers and clears rap mogul Suge Knight of any involvement in the drive-by shooting.

The letter – provided to the Sun Online by Bond – is said to have been written by one of the gunmen who opened fire on Tupac’s car in Las Vegas.

In the unverified letter he tells how he was “told to take night out” – a reference to Death Row Records boss Knight.

But Bond says the police have shown no interest in the letter because they have “a convenient” suspect they believe was responsible.

Bond says, “They still pump out the theory Orlando Anderson was the killer of Tupac but to be honest that is just very convenient for them.”

Despite being the lead suspect, Anderson was never charged with the murder and was in fact murdered as well in 1998.

“The public wants to believe the Anderson theory because it’s nice to go to sleep thinking the bad guys are bad guys and those looking after you aren’t a bunch of goons.

“It’s always been a tricky process dealing with the LAPD and we have uncovered plenty of evidence of police corruption over the years. Everything we have found while looking into these killings has been in spite of the LAPD, not with their help,” explained Bond.

According to Bond, the confession letter, which disputes the official story, was given to a local Fox affiliate at the time and a major interview was setup to expose it. However, the person who delivered the letter did not show up for the interview—likely due to the dangerous nature of going public with it. So, it was given to Russell Poole, a former LAPD cop who filed it away for a long time, according to Bond.

“When I saw it, the name of Reginald Wright Jnr (Death Row security chief) just leaps out of the page. It reads he gave Tupac’s location. My jaw just hit the floor when I read that,” Bond said.

“This letter is a bit like the Rosetta Stone – it makes a lot of other things make sense,” Bond told the Sun Online.

“This new documentary is important for all those involved in the killings but in particular the victims and witnesses like Yafeu Fula, the Outlawz rapper who was shot after the Tupac killing.

“The night of the Tupac shooting he was nearest to the Cadillac and gave a statement to Las Vegas cops of the driver of the shooters’ car.

“When we saw a picture of Danny he matched the description of the driver. I mean, what are the chances?”

Below is a transcript of the unofficial letter written in poor grammar. The names are blacked out but are said to be revealed with the release of the documentary.

He gave 4 demos to 2 pac to look over because he met 2pac at the Bonaventure hotel (Los Angeles). 2 pac promised that he would look over the demo’s XXXX XXXXX never heard from 2 pac and 3 months later after 2pac received the demos the song brendas got a baby was released. Brendas got a baby was written by XXXX XXXXX. XXXX XXXXX let that slide, But he continued to go to different recording studios. Finally in 94 XXXX XXXX started making money. And he was sponsored mostly by sh night.What night did not know was that XXXX XXXX found out that he was being sold to XXXXX. There was a meeting in Reno. And XXXX XXXX and 2 pac had dispute about song’s that were taken. XXXX XXXX was beaten down by 2 pac soldier’s. as days whent by there was meetings with ICG – gear gang – gost town –front street -52 –A try hoovers – and south park. A bounty was put on 2pac and night. Mr. Writh Jr. gave info were 2 pac was going to be. There was 6 different baracade’s that no matter what would have happened no one would of made it out. I was the shooter that was told to take night out. XXXX XXXXX was the one that took 2 pac out. As for gun that was used, will bedropped off at the security booth at fox 11. Please do not have stop or talk to one of droppin off the gun.

I have some good news.  Since my last Progress Report of 27 May informing you that the production budget was depleted and we had to stop work on MAINSTREAM – a total of 38 of you rallied with donations averaging about $140 each.  As a result we were able to commence editing and now have the first 24 minutes of MAINSTREAM Part 2 done. Thank you very much for proving that many of you want to see this movie completed.

Special thanks must go to those who donated well above the average.  This group consists of Gerald Tufts, David Bulmore and Richard Gullotti who each donated $250.  It also includes Leslie Baird, Cristy Zook, Lorraine Sterling, Joel Faust and John T. Law who each donated $500.  This was a happy acknowledgement that you folks care that much about getting this film done that you would do this. Thank you so much – you are priceless citizens.

 

I want to also mention that Richard Gullotti and Joel Faust have been donors since ORIGINAL INTENT. I will never forget their generous donations of $1,000 which helped get probably the first movie about the original intent of the Founders into the motion picture public record. As mentioned above, 24 minutes of Part 2 are done, but we still need to cut 32 minutes to complete Part 2.  Unfortunately we are now out of production funds again and so production will again stop. We got 24 minutes done but we still need to cut the last 32 minutes and then we will have a premiere for Part 2.

 

To give you an idea how the cutting is going, here are a few exerpts of Part 2.

 

 

 

We are working every day on the project.  No vacations. No trips. No parties.  I estimate we will need about $10,125 to get through Parts 3 and 4 sometime by the end of Summer or start of Fall. If you are in a position to donate — especially given the matching fund deal and the extra screen credit the producers will grant -– I hope you will do what you can.  I would prefer that those who have not yet been able to donate make an effort to contribute, but if you have already donated, please bear in mind that your donations are cumulative.

 

In case you didn’t get to review the challenges we face to get MAINSTREAM done, allow me to reiterate some of the data in my previous Progress Report, as updated.

 

On the evening of 17 May we started the Premiere of MAINSTREAM Part 1 and decided to leave it up because about 400 people per day were watching it.  If you haven’t seen it, go to https://youtu.be/H3lX1QPk5x4  It’s still there.

 

As of 24 June, about 4,672 people have now screened MAINSTREAM Part 1 but the daily screening has dropped to about 200 people a day.(1)   What’s more positive, however, is there are now 103 thumb’s up, only 1 thumb down and still no negative comments.

 

Again, this is all great!  Thousands have screened MAINSTREAM Part 1, hundreds watch it every day and 38 of you rallied to help get Part 2 back into post-production. Wow! 

 

All this is good news, but the production fund is again almost at zero. We have 24 more minutes cut but the show is again dark unless more donations come in. I know this is a pain, but movies are expensive and precarious.  We also had a hard drive meltdown on the main editing system. This has been remedied but it took some time and money out of our budget.

 

Here are the facts that I related to the major donors, my producing partners, and in my last Progress Report, again, facts you deserve to be updated on as well:

1.  Total running time of MAINSTREAM Parts 1 – 4 will be 213 minutes.  We now have about 78 min done to date, need to edit 135 minutes. 

 

2.  Can cut about 2 minutes per day = 68 days to finish cutting. Only possible to cut about 20 days per month with no edit staff.

 

3. Need another 3.4 months to complete post-production and about $3,000 month for facilities, rentals, editor, operating expenses = about $10,125.  See Budget account 6600.

 

4.  If time is not consumed raising money, delivery of Parts 2 – 4 could be 30 Sept.

 

5.  Sum of $10,125 mainly covers items in account 6600.  It does not provide for any contingencies or marginal expenses such as additional b-roll in NYC, reshoots in LA, additional music rights, color/density correction, mixdown, DVD masters, additional interviews or computer catastrophes.  These expenses could amount to $5,000 or more and they are itemized in other accounts in the Budget.  The recent computer meltdown will consume some of this $5,000.

 

6. Since December 2015 when MAINSTREAM went into development, we have raised and allocated about $47,500 to various accounts itemized in the Budget.  This includes research and script development, 13 interviews around the country, auditioning/hiring new narrator, narration recording, music rights, b-roll shoots, stock shots/photos, two pre-release trailers and a 213-minute rough-cut.

 

So this is what we are dealing with.  As I have tried to relate previously, we are, in essence, trying to make two films for the price of one.  This is why the original estimated cost of MAINSTREAM was $109,314 whereas earlier productions were between $50,000 and $75,000.  A budget of $109,314 is how much we would have liked to have had to work with.(2)  But my job is to get things done cheaper, or get more production value for less, if possible.  I treasure every dollar of donor money and know that some of you are really hurting – and hurting for all of the reasons we cover in the films. 

 

These things acknowledged, I feel it would be wasteful to not complete MAINSTREAM for a lack of a relatively small amount of money.  If enough of you agree and donate, this project will get done even if slowly.  And if there is another donation rally, we should be able to get it done more quickly.  Again, the donation URL is at www.MainstreamMedia.us/donate 

 

Unless sufficient donations materialize the MAINSTREAM series will be a truncated version of what it could have been.  And this would be unfortunate, because the public will never learn about how cultural Marxism and corporate fascism have specifically infected the movies and media; and the public will never be exposed to the many other issues the MAINSTREAM series would have exposed.  See the script at http://www.mainstreammedia.us/ms_script1.pdf  Part 2 gets into much of these subjects and this is in post now.  

Those who donated, and the experts who courageously interviewed, are like the 300 warriors who confronted the Persian Army at the Battle of Thermopylae.  We may save a portion of Western Civilization by encouraging others to make documentaries about the Mainstream Media that is now trying to destroy Western Civilization.

 

I continue to sincerely feel this is a subject that needs to be confronted — especially given we made 7 previous documentaries that were suppressed, ignored or invalidated by the Mainstream Media.  These were documentaries about the Federal Reserve, the right to keep and bear, third parties, the original intent of the Founders, the outsourcing of the U.S. manufacturing base, the destruction of the family unit.  All subjects we felt the Mainstream Media might wish to champion a public discussion about.

I have some good news and some GOOD news.

The good news is we are done with the rough-cut of the show and are well into the fine-cut.  We now have over 200 minutes complete with provocative main titles and end titles reflecting the donations 176 of you have made to date.  These donations have made it possible for us to interview the following experts who are featured or appear in the show:

But what’s the GOOD news?  The GOOD news is MAINSTREAM has turned out so well, we have decided to expand it to a 4-part mini series.  Given this, we will be able to release each part, one at a time, and build an audience bigger than any single, limited release.

Thus, I am happy to announce, the first episode of MAINSTREAM – How Hollywood Movies and the New York Media Are Promoting the Globalist Agenda will be released on Flag Day, June 14th 2017.

This episode is entitled, THE HOLLYWOOD MOVIES – Part 1.  We will follow this with the second episode entitled, THE HOLLYWOOD MOVIES – Part 2 and then THE NEW YORK MEDIA – Part 3 and finally, THE NEW YORK MEDIA – Part 4.  Each episode will be between 45 and 50 minutes long, allowing for 10 to 15 minutes of advertising space or panel discussion.

According to YouTube statistics, the average viewing time of a video on the Internet is 5 minutes. Given this, it makes little sense to release a documentary film that is over 200 minutes.  Most of the film will go unscreened.  If, on the other hand, we release MAINSTREAM in parts, there is a much greater chance that most or all of the film will be screened.

If we do our job well as producers, and if you maintain donor support as we release each episode, we will be able to do two vital things. We will be able to increase the quality of each episode modestly, AND we will be able to build a larger audience for each episode. Then, after each pair of episodes is released, we will package them into DVD sets and release that.  This is how audiences for smash hit series — like HOUSE OF CARDS, BREAKING BAD, THE WALKING DEAD and BETTER CALL SAUL — were built.

But why is MAINSTREAM so long anyway, you may ask?  It’s long because Hollywood movies and the New York media are long and important subjects.  They are important because the MAINSTREAM MEDIA affects every man, woman and child in the nation.  The MAINSTREAM MEDIA even molds the culture and influences the politics of the nation.  This is why it’s vital WE THE PEOPLE fully understand this subject and its ramifications.

Shots Fired At Ferguson Market After CNN Broadcasts Fake News and Edited CCTV Footage…

CNN’s Fake News is going to get someone killed.

As we shared last night, CNN is promoting a highly charged false claim about new, heavily edited CCTV footage from the Ferguson Liquor Market on the night before Mike Brown was shot and killed.  We have thoroughly deconstructed the lies HERE.

CNN is promoting this fake documentary, “Stranger Fruit“,  that uses heavily edited footage of an earlier Mike Brown visit to the store.  According to the documentary Mike Brown was exchanging marijuana for store product at 1:13am the night (early morning) prior to his return and strong arm robbery of the same store.  The footage is edited to give the appearance of store employees accepting weed as barter for product.  This is false.

Secondarily, the producer of the video, Jason Pollock, is claiming the police never released the earlier in the day CCTV footage and instead tried to hide it.  Again, this is false.  Both the Grand Jury and the FBI were given -and reviewed- all of the CCTV footage including footage from the 1:13am visit.   However, CNN is promoting the falsehoods by the documentary producers in an effort to stir trouble.

Well, their collective antagonism worked:

FERGUSON –  Shortly before midnight, 7 or 8 shots were heard from an area across the street from the market. There appeared to be no injuries. Someone stuffed a rag in the gas tank of a police car, but the damage was minor.  (read more)

As previously shared, these events are entirely based on Fake News.  The claims by the documentary producers are false:

December 2014 – Grand Jury evidence shows that Mike Brown was one of a group of three people who went to the Ferguson Liquor Market at 1:13am on the same day as the shooting. The Grand Jury saw CCTV evidence of his visit approximately 10 hours before the cigarillo robbery at the same locale – this would have been overnight between Friday 8/8 and Saturday 8/9/14.
