Kevin Shipp: ‘Hillary Clinton Was And Is Running A Global Financial Criminal Syndicate’

Former CIA Officer and whistleblower Kevin Shipp says the reason for all the crime and treason at the FBI and DOJ can be boiled down to one thing: a global financial crime spree.  “Hillary Clinton was running and is running a global financial criminal syndicate,” and Shipp believes Barack Obama was in on it.

Shipp believes that this entire scandal, which will likely end up being the biggest in American history, could result in a Constitutional crisis. In an interview with USA Watchdog‘s Greg Hunter, Shipp contends, “There could be a Constitutional crisis in that we could see Congressmen, Senators, former Directors of the FBI, and the CIA perp walked after they receive charges. Could you imagine if senior DOJ officials were arrested, some Congressmen and Senators were arrested and other government officials were arrested on charges and walked out of office?  That’s the Constitutional crisis I am talking about.  Those kinds of high-level arrests would shake up this nation.  It would be huge, and that’s why it has taken so long and methodical in doing this.”

To begin, Shipp just lays it out, as plain as day, and it’s not difficult to understand.

“Hillary Clinton was running and is running a global financial criminal syndicate.  She was using these secret servers to conduct Clinton financial money laundering business.  The shocking thing about that is all the former directors of the CIA that have come out to support her, from Clapper to Brennan to Morell even Robert Gates supporting her being elected, knew about this criminal syndicate.  Comey was protecting it.  Lynch was protecting it.  Weissmann was protecting it.  And that is the big why.  What’s she got on these people?  Are they financial ties?  They had to be aware of this, especially the counter-intelligence units.  We know it was hacked into by foreign intelligence services because it was just hanging out there.  Hillary Clinton was running a secret server outside the Department of State for the purposes of laundering money through the criminal Clinton Foundation.”

Hunter then asks Shipp if he feels that this could be the next “anvil to drop on the toe” of Hillary Clinton and her criminal buddies.

“It’s not just an anvil, I think it is a mountain and the nexus of everything.  This “Clinton Global Initiative” (CGI) is worldwide, and it’s been out there for a couple of decades.  It has now, of course, intertwined former Directors of the CIA and FBI.   George Soros is a part of it.  It’s connected to all kinds of global financial institutions…These people have been backing her, protecting her…James Comey protected Hillary Clinton from prosecution of multiple espionage laws…They have to be connected to this because they are completly witting of the whole thing.

[The global charity fraud is] at least a $100 billion and it connects into a whole lot of things… All these people protecting and defending Hillary Clinton and knowing about her criminal syndicate, this goes into the so-called “Deep State” of our government, and it is connected, involved and intertwined in the global criminal crime syndicate called the Clinton Foundation.  This is probably going to be the biggest scandal in U.S. history–once it’s busted.  I think they are quietly working on it now, and I think they have been for the last year.  It is so huge the arrests and indictments could cause a Constitutional crisis with some people being removed.  Maybe that’s why they are moving slowly.  It all comes back down to the Clinton Foundation and the criminal syndicate.”

When Hunter asked who all was involved in this money laundering scandal, the regular players’ names surfaced, like George Soros. But Shipp also named Barack Obama as a culprit after Hunter specifically asked if the former president was also involved.

“Yes, I am absolutely convinced of it.  George Soros gave $30 million to Obama’s campaign.  Then he gave $27.1 million to Hillary Clinton’s campaign.  Both Obama and Clinton are tied directly into George Soros.  Obama was put into office with millions of dollars that came out of nowhere.  Yes, he’s part of this cabal.  Yes, he’s part of this global syndicate, and in my opinion, the subversion of our government.”

Is Michael Snyder The Most Pro-Trump Candidate For Congress In The Entire Country?

This article was originally published by Michael Snyder at The Economic Collapse

michael-snyder

The 2018 mid-term elections are going to be all about Donald Trump, and Republican candidates all over the nation need to make it clear where they stand. Either you are with Trump and want to support his agenda, or you are running for Congress for some other reason. Personally, I am making it exceedingly clear where I stand. My new campaign signs have “Vote Pro-Trump” emblazoned right across the top, and the first thing that visitors to my campaign website see is a pro-Trump slogan. Trump supporters all over Idaho are pouring into our campaign, and many of them are extremely enthusiastic. In fact, one of our supporters made some incredibly funny modifications to our new campaign sign, and you can see his work right here. When Meranda saw that, she literally couldn’t stop laughing.  And without a doubt that meme is quite over the top, but it just illustrates how people are feeling about our campaign.

I believe that any Republican that is running for Congress should be unashamedly pro-Trump, and I don’t understand those that are trying to distance themselves from the president. Here in Idaho, a number of my opponents have absolutely no intention of helping Donald Trump once they get into office, and that is why it is so imperative that we win this race. With less than four months to go, the numbers tell us that it is an extremely close race and up to two-thirds of the voters are still completely undecided. We need your financial support to help reach those undecided voters, and if you would like to help, you can donate online right here.

There are some that are now calling me “the most pro-Trump candidate for Congress in America”, and it is a title that I am fully embracing. I certainly don’t mean any disrespect to any of the other pro-Trump candidates that are running around the nation, and I hope that I end up having a lot of competition for that title. We need to get President Trump as much help in Congress as possible, and I have been very open about the fact that I want to be Donald Trump’s best friend in Congress once I get there.

In just a few hours I will be getting on a plane. I will be heading back down to south Idaho for yet another campaign trip, and we have a major campaign announcement tomorrow morning.

I don’t want to spoil the surprise, but let me just say that this is going to be huge. We will be holding a press conference on the steps of the state capitol building in Boise at 9 AM on Wednesday morning. If it is raining, we will move things inside, but at this point the forecast looks good. Supporters from all over south Idaho will be there, and if you are free I would love for you to join us.

In addition, the first major candidate debate will be held on January 28th. It will be held at the Coeur d’Alene Public Library from 1 PM to 3 PM, but we are encouraging our supporters to get there early because the good seating will go fast. You can find more details about the event right here.

At this point, we pretty much know who is going to win about 90 percent of the races for the House and the Senate around the country. We need to focus on the races that are still up for grabs, and my race is one of those.

Raul Labrador is moving on to run for governor, and so there is no incumbent in my race. There are six people running to fill that seat, and the numbers tell us that name recognition for all of the candidates is extremely low with less than four months to go until May 15th.

If we can even get up to 30 percent cold name recognition, we win  Right now the numbers tell us that we are about to pass several of the more established candidates in name recognition, and we have won the two most recent KIDO online polls by a very wide margin. We need to get our message to more than 400,000 registered voters over the next four months if we want to win this thing, and we desperately need more resources.

We need to print up more signs, more brochures, more mailers and more bumper stickers. Demand for campaign materials continues to grow, and that is a great problem to have. On our official campaign website, you can donate via credit card, Paypal or by mailing us a check.  This is a practical way that you can contribute to the effort to take our government back.

If you live in Idaho, this is crunch time. We need more volunteers, because the big push is right ahead of us. If you would like to volunteer, you can find our online form right here. I have been absolutely amazed at the incredible people that God has brought into this campaign, and it is a privilege just to get to spend time with this very special group. If you want to get to know some of the most remarkable people that you have ever come across in your entire life, come and join us.

If you would like to keep up with the latest news from the campaign, the best way to do that is by regularly visiting our official Facebook campaign page. We literally update it several times per day, and the latest updates will be posted there first.

When you stop by the page, please like, share and comment on the material that we post. When people start engaging with our material, it sends a signal to Facebook that they should start showing it to more people. And so when you like, share and comment, it helps get our message out to more potential voters.

And one thing that we want Trump voters all over the nation to understand is that the best way that they can support Trump right now is to support pro-Trump candidates for Congress. Because our district is so heavily Republican, whoever wins the primary on May 15th is going to be the next member of Congress from this district. And once someone gets in, it is nearly impossible to vote a Republican incumbent out in Idaho.

So the destiny of this seat in Congress for the next 20 years could be decided less than four months from now, and if we want a pro-Trump candidate to fill that seat we have got to win this campaign.

If you stand with President Trump, please prayerfully consider supporting us financially. We desperately need more fuel in the tank, and even though we are winning the online polls, a couple of my opponents have built a little bit of a lead in fundraising.

You can help us close that gap by donating today. The 2018 mid-term elections are the most important mid-term elections in modern American history, and the fate of the Trump movement hangs in the balance.

The future of our country is worth fighting for, and the decisions that we make now will determine what kind of a nation this will be for our children and our grandchildren.

In Liberty,

Michael Snyder

Two Top Republicans Cast Doubt On A Second Term For Donald Trump

trump

According to two top republican politicians, Donald Trump may not seek reelection in 2020, in spite of already raising millions for his campaign. Chris Christie and Rand Paul are casting doubt on Trump’s desire to remain president.

“If he runs again I would support him, yes, but I’m not so sure what will happen,” Chris Christe, the governor of New Jersey said on the Today show on Friday. Senator Rand Paul also cast doubts over whether President Trump would throw his hat into the presidential ring again and argued Republicans should not merely assume he is running.

“I think no one can stop primaries from happening and there could well be a primary that happens,” Paul said on MSNBC when probed about whether the US could benefit from a Republican party primary in 2020. “Before you even get to that, you need to know, is President Trump running for re-election? I think you won’t know that until you get into sort of – second, third year of his presidency,” he said. Paul said he could not see himself supporting anyone else he did suggest the chance of him supporting a candidate who would end the war in Afghanistan.

“So I see the glass as half full. Doesn’t mean I agree with him on everything,” he said. “You know, there would be people that – if we could end the Afghan war, that’s who I would support. But I don’t think that’s going to be an alternative to President Trump.”

Paul’s sentiments are similar to those expressed by Christie. “Four years is a long time, and especially for someone who has not spent a lifetime in politics, so I think those years affect him differently. So I’m sure the president will make whatever decision is best for him and his family and the country,” said Christie.

Christie and Paul both said that if Trump runs again, he’d have both of their support in a reelection campaign. Not running for a second term would be a highly unconventional move for a sitting president. Only three other presidents have deliberately moved out of the White House after just one term as president.  But Trump has invested money in his reelection campaign already.

According to the Centre for Public Integrity, Trump’s re-election campaign committee raised just over $10 million from July to the end of September. The former reality star and real estate mogul held a $35,000-a-plate fundraiser event a few blocks from the White House at his Washington hotel back in June. Trump’s historically early campaigning has seen his campaign accumulate more than $7 million in the first three months of this year via small donations and selling Trump-themed merchandise such as his trademark “Make America Great Again” hats.

A True Candidate For Liberty: Michael Snyder For Congress Needs Your Help

Editor’s Note: Michael Snyder has long been an advocate for liberty and real change. Now we can help him make a difference where it counts – in the Halls of Congress. We urge you, our readers, to help the political revolution that started last November to continue. As you know, it takes money to run a successful election campaign against the establishment, so any donation, large or small, will go a long way towards helping the Michael Snyder for Congress campaign. The following is an urgent request from Michael.

snyder

I really need your help. As most of you already know, I am running for Congress in Idaho’s first congressional district, and because there is no incumbent the race is totally wide open. I announced that I was running on July 4th, and so September 30th is my very first FEC quarterly reporting deadline. All over the country, prominent Republican donors and key conservative organizations will be judging the strength of my campaign based on how much money I raise this quarter. If I don’t raise enough, I risk losing national support that I otherwise could have received. And even though hundreds of people have been donating from all over the country, we are lagging behind where we need to be, and so I am praying for a $25,000 miracle over the next seven days. If you would like to help this miracle become a reality, you can contribute at this link…

https://www.michaelsnyderforcongress.com/contribute.html

Over the next week, I will be meeting with some of the most influential conservatives in the entire state of Idaho. I will post new articles when I can, but because my schedule is going to be absolutely packed this week it will be tough to get something new posted every day.

As I travel around the state and meet with top conservatives, there are certain points that virtually everyone agrees upon…

-I am the most conservative candidate in this race by a wide margin.

-I have the best message of any of the candidates, and it isn’t even close.

-My team is extremely effective at getting my message to the voters.

-If we can get that message out to every voter in this district the way that we need to, we will win this election.

-The major thing that could keep us from winning the election is a lack of resources.

Because we have the best message, we don’t have to raise more money than the other guys.

But we do have to be at least on the same playing field, and you can help us do that by donating here…

https://www.michaelsnyderforcongress.com/contribute.html

We have been bringing in lots and lots of small donations, but it takes a huge pile of those small donations to keep up with the enormous checks that the professional politicians in this race have been pulling in.

They may not have as many donors as I do, but when wealthy individuals are writing $2700 checks to them it adds up fast.

$2700 just happens to be the max donation that an individual can make to a candidate per campaign cycle, and even though we have had hundreds of large donors to the campaign, we haven’t had anyone donate at that level yet. If you would like to be the first, you can do so here…

https://www.michaelsnyderforcongress.com/contribute.html

Since there is no incumbent, we have a golden opportunity to send a true conservative to Congress. If you are not familiar with my campaign yet, here are some of the things that make me different from the career politicians…

-I am openly calling for all of the RINOs (Republicans in name only) to be voted out.

-I have made an unbreakable pledge to vote against any bill that contains even a single penny of funding for Planned Parenthood.

-I want to abolish the income tax, the IRS and the Federal Reserve.

-I want to repeal the major federal gun laws that are unconstitutionally restricting our 2nd Amendment rights.

-I want to build the wall and do all that I can to stop illegal immigration.

-I want to abolish the Department of Education and return control of education to the local level.

-I would fight like mad to stop the reckless borrowing which has put us 20 trillion dollars in debt.

-I would fight for a 100% repeal of Obamacare and to restore free market principles to our healthcare system.

-I want to clean up the corruption in Washington, institute term limits, and make our Congress critters live by the same rules that apply to everyone else.

-And I am unashamed to say that I am running on a pro-liberty platform and that I want to restore the constitutional Republic that our forefathers fought and died to establish.

You can read much more about my issue positions right here, and if you believe in what we are trying to do, I would like to ask for your support for our campaign…

https://www.michaelsnyderforcongress.com/contribute.html

Thanks to you all, we have the best looking brochures of anyone running for any public office in the entire state, our signs are starting to go up along the major roads, and our videos have already been viewed by thousands upon thousands of voters.

We are beating the other candidates to the punch in just about every area that you can imagine, but without sufficient resources we will be greatly limited in what we are able to do moving forward.

What happens over the next seven days is going to go a long way toward determining who wins this race. My opponents are making a huge push for donations as well, because they are facing the same critical deadline that I am facing. Most people don’t realize that we don’t just influence the outcome of elections at the ballot box.  We also vote with our dollars, and I very much need all of you to stand with me right now…

https://www.michaelsnyderforcongress.com/contribute.html

As I have said before, if every single one of my readers donated just $10 today, we could be done funding our campaign tomorrow.

Every single dollar makes such an enormous difference, and if you were ever going to stand with us, now is the time. This September 30th deadline is a make or break moment for our campaign, and we really need to find a way to raise at least $25,000 over the next seven days.

I believe that it is possible, and I am asking for your help. If a thousand of you stepped forward and donated just $25 to the campaign, we would be able to meet our goal.

I would like to thank everyone that has joined the campaign so far. More volunteers, donors and social media warriors are stepping forward on a daily basis, and we would have never been able to come so far in such a short period of time without your help.

Now this campaign is getting ready to go to the next stage, and so we need more of you to step forward and join the team.

On my own, I could never do this, but if we stand united and work together we are going to absolutely shock the world.

This Collection of Trump’s Tweets Contradicting Themselves Proves US Presidents Are Puppets

tweets

For nearly every decision Donald Trump has announced as president, there seems to be a small collection of Tweets he has published at some point within the last decade that directly contradict his current decisions—raising speculation about just how much freedom he has, and how many of his policies are being decided for him.

The most recent example occurred this week when Trump announced that he will follow in the footsteps of former Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama by continuing the War in Afghanistan—the longest war in U.S. history, which has been ongoing for 16 years.

President Trump presented the never-ending war as a cornerstone of American culture by saying, “American patriots from every generation have given their last breath on the battlefield—for our nation and for our freedom.”

However, Businessman Trump shared a very different opinion when he commented on the situation in February 2012. “It is time to get out of Afghanistan. We are building roads and schools for people that hate us. It is not in our national interests,” He wrote on Twitter.

As he campaigned for re-election in May 2012, Obama appeared to share a similar sentiment, making the statement that “By 2014, the war in Afghanistan will be over.”

Advertisment

“I agree with Pres. Obama on Afghanistan,” Trump wrote in January 2013. “We should have a speedy withdrawal. Why should we keep wasting our money — rebuild the U.S.!”

Trump also previously wrote that he agreed with Ron Paul’s stance on Afghanistan in August 2011. “Ron Paul is right that we are wasting trillions of dollars in Iraq and Afghanistan,” He said.

Ironically, Paul was one of Trump’s biggest critics on Monday, publishing a series of Tweets during Trump’s speech on Afghanistan that called out his administration for the blatant hypocrisy it is displaying to appease a neoconservative, war-mongering agenda.

READ MORE:  5 Major Stories Americans Missed While Consumed by the Super Bowl

“Sad that these wars the politicians argue for are unconstitutional yet we are told we are over there defending the Constitution,” Paul wrote, followed by, “The American people deserve to know when we are going to war and MUST give you permission through their representatives in Congress!”

Even though the fresh-faced Illinois senator and the New York business mogul expressed support for putting an end to the miserable failure that has been the War in Afghanistan, they both ended up contributing to it. And this is just the beginning of the long list of examples.

Several of Trump’s most contradictory Tweets have been chronicled on a Sub-Reddit titled “Trump Criticizes Trump,” which is a fitting name for a page filled with 140-character rants, jabs and insults that perfectly describe everything that is wrong with the president’s current policies.

In June 2015, as his presidential campaign was just beginning, Trump claimed that if elected, he would cut back on vacation time. “I would rarely leave the White House because there’s so much work to be done,” he said. “I would not be a president who took vacations. I would not be a president that takes time off.”

That comment fell directly in line with one of Trump’s biggest complaints about his predecessor. In October 2011, Trump took to Twitter to ask, Why is Barack Obama always campaigning or on vacation?

Then in July 2014, Trump wrote, “Obama is on yet another two-day West Coast fundraising swing. Has to fit it in before his 15-day tax-payer funded vacation.”

However, instead of setting the example once he took office, Trump decided to take some vacation time of his own. While he criticized Obama for taking a 15-day vacation, Trump just concluded a 17-day vacation, bringing his total to 53 vacation days while in office, which is three times the number of vacation days Obama took in the same time period.

READ MORE:  Trump Just Went Full Sanders -- Calls for Increasing Minimum Wage and Higher Taxes

Another aspect Trump criticized Obama on was the amount of time he spent campaigning for re-election, instead of focusing on the American people. However, it should be noted that Trump’s first campaign rally occurred in Florida on Feb. 18—less than one month after he was inaugurated.

Trump’s past Tweets serve as a very real reminder of what happens when a regular citizen assumes the office of president and he is forced to change his policies in order to fit the narrative that has become the status quo for all presidents in the U.S.

As he wrote in March 2014, “It’s almost like the United States has no President—we are a rudderless ship heading for a major disaster. Good luck everyone!”

In the same way that Obama gained votes by criticizing warrantless government surveillance and pushing for an end to the United States’ war-mongering foreign policy, Trump gained votes by speaking out against the establishment and promising to bring an end to a reckless pattern of regime-change wars.

Every 4 years, a new puppet is considered for the White House, and every 4 years the public continues to ignore the fact that the government only continues to grow, armed with a series of all-powerful agencies that face no accountability—from the CIA creating terrorist groups to overthrow foreign leaders, to the NSA illegally spying on innocent Americans, to the Pentagon failing to account for billions, if not trillions, of taxpayer dollars.

If the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results, then why hasn’t it become clear that the American public is stuck in an insane cycle of believing that simply electing the “right candidate” will solve a sea of problems that seem to stay the same, no matter which individual is in office or which party is in “control”?

Bernie Sanders “sickened” baseball shooter was former campaign volunteer

Former Bernie Sanders campaign volunteer now dead after shooting 4 during baseball practice

(INTELLIHUB) — Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) issued a statement following the shooting which occurred at Simpson Field in Alexandria, Virginia Wednesday morning after it was discovered by investigators that the shooting was carried out by one of the Senator’s former campaign volunteers.

“I am sickened by this despicable act,” the Senator from Vermont said in a statement. “Let me be as clear as I can be. Violence of any kind is unacceptable in our society and I condemn this action in the strongest possible terms. Real change can only come about through nonviolent action, and anything else runs against our most deeply held American values […] My hopes and prayers are that Representative Scalise, congressional staff and the Capitol Police Officers who were wounded make a quick and full recovery. I also want to thank the Capitol Police for their heroic actions to prevent further harm.”

The shooter, identified as James T, Hodgkinson, is now deceased from his wounds.

Fmr Trump Campaign Chair Just Arrested for Child Sex Trafficking — During the Campaign

trafficking

Campbell County, KY — Judge Tim Nolan of California, Kentucky represents District 5 on the Campbell County School Board. He served at the chair of the 2016 Donald Trump campaign in Campbell County. And, he’s just been charged with felony child trafficking.

Nolan is now facing charges of felony human trafficking of a minor, felony inducing a minor to engage in sex and a third count of giving alcohol to a minor.

As River City News reports: Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear announced that Nolan is charged with human trafficking (a class B felony), first degree unlawful transaction with a minor (a class C felony), and third degree unlawful transaction with a minor (a class A misdemeanor). Beshear’s Special Prosecution Division is handling the case. The division is responsible for assisting local prosecutors in complex or sensitive cases, as well as, handle cases in which local prosecutors recuse themselves.

It is unclear as of yet, just who Nolan’s customers were. However, there were many of them, as his charges include the note that the child was subjected to “commercial sexual activity.”

Nolan, who is 70-year-old, is scheduled to appear in a preliminary hearing on May 5.

During Trump’s presidential run last year, Judge Nolan was serving as the chair of his campaign. The alleged sex trafficking occurred in August of 2016 — while Nolan was working on the Trump campaign.

As RCN reports, Nolan is an outspoken and controversial figure in local politics. Last year he sued the creator of GOPfacts.org, which took aim at Nolan and others, and specifically referred to Nolan as a vehement racist and posted a photo that purported to be of Nolan in a Ku Klux Klan robe.

Nolan was appointed by Governor Matt Bevin to the Kentucky Boxing and Wrestling Commission but was removed only days later when the Klu Klux Klan scandal erupted.

Unlike Governor Bevin, however, Trump did not remove the Judge from his campaign.

According to Raw Story, Rumors of the investigation surfaced in early April when Cincinnati Enquirer reporter Scott Wartman broke the news that Campbell County Police Chief Craig Sorrell had denied an open-records request that sought documents involving any investigation of Tim Nolan.

In announcing that the state’s Special Prosecution Division would be handling the case, the office of Attorney General Andy Beshear stated that “a core mission of Beshear’s is to bring justice to the victims of rape, sexual assault and human trafficking.”

After his arrest, Campbell County Schools released the following statement:

“We are immensely troubled and saddened to hear of the arrest of Mr. Nolan and grieve as a district for those impacted. Campbell County Schools’ leadership is currently monitoring this situation and working to determine next steps. We ask the community for your continued confidence in our commitment to each and every child as we work to provide them with the highest quality education in a safe and secure setting. Our mission calls us to do ‘Whatever It Takes’ to ensure high student achievement and success in college, career, and life. We will continue with this mission, regardless of any obstacles placed before us.”

As corporate media writes off talk of ‘pizzagate’ as if it’s some tinfoil conspiracy theory that couldn’t possibly happen, recent busts of pedophilia rings are shattering their claims. In fact, after a massive bust in California, Los Angeles County Sheriff Jim McDonnell says the arrests represent a “very sad commentary on the condition we’re dealing with.”

“Pretending this issue doesn’t exist only makes us more complicit in it,” newly elected San Diego City Attorney Mara Elliott previously said.

Donald Trump even weighed in on the problem and said he decided that he won’t be party to those who deny the horrid reality that is the child sex trade.

Trump even held a press conference last month in which he detailed his plans to go after the victims of the “human trafficking epidemic,” as he explained.

Well, now Trump has a place to start — inside his own campaign.

DOJ’s Peter Kadzik Exposed Colluding With Clinton Campaign

November 2, 2016   |   admintam

(ZHEOn Monday, Zero Hedge was the first to note that John Podesta’s friend Peter Kadzik was the DOJ representative chosen to head up a “thorough” review of the new Huma Abedin emails as revealed by a letter he wrote to Congress. Given Kadzik’s personal relationship with Podesta, it seemed like a “convenient” choice for the Clinton campaign.

In the letter to Congress, the DOJ writes that it “will continue to work closely with the FBI and together, dedicate all necessary resources and take appropriate steps as expeditiously as possible,” assistant attorney General Peter J. Kadzik writes in letters to House and Senate lawmakers.

“Ironically”, that is the same Peter Kadzik who has proven his “impartiality” in multiple WikiLeaks emails including this newly released bombshell in which Kadzik provides a very helpful “heads up” about Hillary’s email server investigation. This is what Kadzik emailed to John Podesta (via gmail) on May 19, 2015:

There is a HJC oversight hearing today where the head of our Civil Division will testify. Likely to get questions on State Department emails. Another filing in the FOIA case went in last night or will go in this am that indicates it will be awhile (2016) before the State Department posts the emails.

Perhaps Mr. Kadzik could explain to our readers – and the American public –  why this particular message was delivered via his private, gmail account rather than his official DOJ email account?

2016-11-02-kadzik_0

Sure, who needs an independent investigator, this guy will do just fine.

* * *

And for readers who missed Zero Hedge’s original report on the long-running relationship between John Podesta and his close friend Peter Kadzik, here is an excerpt from their most recent article on the topic:

In the letter to Congress, the DOJ writes that it “will continue to work closely with the FBI and together, dedicate all necessary resources and take appropriate steps as expeditiously as possible,” assistant attorney General Peter J. Kadzik writes in letters to House and Senate lawmakers.

So far so good, even if one wonders just how active the DOJ will be in a case that has shown an unprecedented schism between the politically influenced Department of Justice and the FBI.

And yet, something felt odd about this.

Kadzik… Kadzik… where have we heard that name?

Oh yes. Recall a post from last week, “Clinton Campaign Chair Had Dinner With Top DOJ Official One Day After Hillary’s Benghazi Hearing” in which Zero Hedge reported that John Podesta had dinner with one of the highest ranked DOJ officials the very day after Hillary Clinton’s Benghazi testimony?

It was Peter Kadzik.

posto-email_0

In other words, the best friend of John Podesta, Clinton’s Campaign chair, at the DOJ will be in charge of a probe that could potentially sink Hillary Clinton.

For those who missed it, this is what was reported previously:

The day after Hillary Clinton testified in front of the House Select Committee on Benghazi last October, John Podesta, Hillary’s campaign chairman met for dinner with a small group of well-connected friends, including Peter Kadzik, who is currently a top official at the US Justice Department serving as Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs.

The post-Benghazi dinner was attended by Podesta, Kadzik, superlobbyist Vincent Roberti and other well-placed Beltway fixtures. The first mention of personal contact between Podesta and Kadzik in the Wikileaks dump is in an Oct. 23, 2015 email sent out by Vincent Roberti, a lobbyist who is close to Podesta and his superlobbyist brother, Tony Podesta. In it, Roberti refers to a dinner reservation at Posto, a Washington D.C. restaurant.  The dinner was set for 7:30 that evening, just one day after Clinton gave 11 hours of testimony to the Benghazi Committee.

Podesta and Kadzik met several months later for dinner at Podesta’s home, . Another , Kadzik’s son asked Podesta for a job on the Clinton campaign.

As the Daily Caller noted, the dinner arrangement “is just the latest example of an apparent conflict of interest between the Clinton campaign and the federal agency charged with investigating the former secretary of state’s email practices.” As one former U.S. Attorney tells told the DC, the exchanges are another example of the Clinton campaign’s “cozy relationship” with the Obama Justice Department.

The hacked emails confirm that Podesta and Kadzik were in frequent contact. In one email from January, Kadzik and Podesta, who were classmates at Georgetown Law School in the 1970s, discussed plans to celebrate Podesta’s birthday. And in another sent last May, Kadzik’s son emailed Podesta asking for a job on the Clinton campaign.

“The political appointees in the Obama administration, especially in the Department of Justice, appear to be very partisan in nature and I don’t think had clean hands when it comes to the investigation of the private email server,” says Matthew Whitaker, the executive director of the Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust, a government watchdog group.

“It’s the kind of thing the American people are frustrated about is that the politically powerful have insider access and have these kind of relationships that ultimately appear to always break to the benefit of Hillary Clinton,” he added, comparing the Podesta-Kadzik meetings to the revelation that Attorney General Loretta Lynch met in private with Bill Clinton at the airport in Phoenix days before the FBI and DOJ investigating Hillary Clinton.

Kadzik’s role at the DOJ, where he started in 2013, is particularly notable Kadzik, as helped spearhead the effort to nominate Lynch, who was heavily criticized for her secret meeting with the former president.

It gets better because, as Zero Hedge further revealed, if there is one person in the DOJ who is John Podesta’s, and thus the Clinton Foundation’s inside man, it is Peter Kadjik.

Kadzik represented Podesta during the Monica Lewinsky investigation. And in the waning days of the Bill Clinton administration, Kadzik lobbied Podesta on behalf of Marc Rich, the fugitive who Bill Clinton controversially pardoned on his last day in office. That history is cited by Podesta in another email hacked from his Gmail account. In a , which the flagged last week, Podesta emailed an Obama campaign official to recommend Kadzik for a supportive role in the campaign. Podesta, who would later head up the Obama White House transition effort, wrote that Kadzik was a “fantastic lawyer” who “kept me out of jail.”

Podesta was caught in a sticky situation in both the Lewinsky affair and the Rich pardon scandal. As deputy chief of staff to Clinton in 1996, Podesta asked then-United Nations ambassador Bill Richardson to hire the 23-year-old Lewinsky. In April 1996, the White House transferred Lewinsky from her job as a White House intern to the Pentagon in order to keep her and Bill Clinton separate. But the Clinton team also wanted to keep Lewinsky happy so that she would not spill the beans about her sexual relationship with Clinton.

Richardson later recounted in his autobiography that he offered Lewinsky the position but that she declined it.

Podesta made false statements to a grand jury impaneled by Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr for the investigation. But he defended the falsehoods, saying later that he was merely relaying false information from Clinton that he did not know was inaccurate at the time. “He did lie to me,” Podesta said about Clinton in a National Public Radio interview in 1998. Clinton was acquitted by the Senate in Feb. 1999 of perjury and obstruction of justice charges related to the Lewinsky probe. Kadzik, then a lawyer with the firm Dickstein Shapiro Morin & Oshinsky, represented Podesta through the fiasco.

Podesta had been promoted to Clinton’s chief of staff when he and Kadzik became embroiled in another scandal.

Kadzik was then representing Marc Rich, a billionaire financier who was wanted by the U.S. government for evading a $48 million tax bill. The fugitive, who was also implicated in illegal trading activity with nations that sponsored terrorism, had been living in Switzerland for 17 years when he sought the pardon. To help Rich, Kadzik lobbied Podesta heavily in the weeks before Clinton left office on Jan. 20, 2001. A House Oversight Committee report released in May 2002 stated that “Kadzik was recruited into Marc Rich’s lobbying campaign because he was a long-time friend of White House Chief of Staff John Podesta.”

The report noted that Kadzik contacted Podesta at least seven times regarding Rich’s pardon. On top of the all-hands-on-deck lobbying effort, Rich’s ex-wife, Denise Rich, had doled out more than $1 million to the Clintons and other Democrats prior to the pardon. She gave $100,000 to Hillary Clinton’s New York Senate campaign and another $450,000 to the Clinton presidential library.

Kadzik’s current role

In his current role as head of the Office of Legislative Affairs, Kadzik handles inquiries from Congress on a variety of issues. In that role he was not in the direct chain of command on the Clinton investigation. The Justice Department and FBI have insisted that career investigators oversaw the investigation, which concluded in July with no charges filed against Clinton.

But Kadzik worked on other Clinton email issues in his dealings with Congress. Last November, he denied a request from Republican lawmakers to appoint a special counsel to lead the investigation.

In a Feb. 1, 2016 letter in response to Kadzik, Florida Rep. Ron DeSantis noted that Kadzik had explained “that special counsel may be appointed at the discretion of the Attorney General when an investigation or prosecution by the Department of Justice would create a potential conflict of interest.”

DeSantis, a Republican, suggested that Lynch’s appointment by Bill Clinton in 1999 as U.S. Attorney in New York may be considered a conflict of interest. He also asserted that Obama’s political appointees — a list which includes Kadzik — “are being asked to impartially execute their respective duties as Department of Justice officials that may involve an investigation into the activities of the forerunner for the Democratic nomination for President of the United States.”

It is unknown if Kadzik responded to DeSantis’ questions.

Kadzik’s first involvement in the Clinton email brouhaha came in a Sept. 24, 2015 response letter to Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Chuck Grassley in which he declined to confirm or deny whether the DOJ was investigating Clinton. Last month, that Kadzik angered Republican lawmakers when, in a classified briefing, he declined to say whether Clinton aides who received DOJ immunity were required to cooperate with congressional probes.

Kadzik also testified at a House Oversight Committee hearing last month on the issue of classifications and redactions in the FBI’s files of the Clinton email investigation.

Finally, it is also worth noting that Kadzik’s wife, Amy Weiss, currently at Weiss Public Affairs worked on the 1992 Clinton/Gore Campaign as a Press Secretary, and Communications Director for the Democratic National Committee, and a White House Deputy Assistant to the President/Deputy Press Secretary to President Bill Clinton.

And now it seems that Kadzik will be in charge of the DOJ’s “probe” into Huma Abedin’s emails. Which is why we are a little skeptical the DOJ will find “anything” of note.
