George Soros has suffered a rather humiliating defeat after pumping millions of dollars into a Hungarian election he attempted to buy. Soros, who was born in Hungary and desperately wanted a hardened fascist to win the election, is now out millions of dollars as Viktor Orbán won with a whopping 70% of the vote.
Viktor Orbán is known as an “anti-globalist” painted with the same broad brush as president Donald Trump. Prime minister Orbán has also successfully cut illegal immigration to Hungary by 99% after building his wall on the border.
With the votes counted, Europe Elects is sharing stats which show Fidesz, the party founded by Prime Minister Orbán while he was a young anti-Communist dissident, has won not merely a decisive majority but an outright super-majority, along with minor allied parties. This will allow changes to the national constitution. Hopefully, those changes will be for more the better of the people, and not the expansion of liberty-trampling governments – something Soros has championed for decades.

The results will be extremely disappointing for top bureaucrats in the European Union and activists working for so-called civil society NGOs funded by billionaire open borders campaigner George Soros, who had been hoping for an upset defeat, or for Fidesz to lose its super-majority, at least. This is certainly a bloody nose to the globalists and elitists who want to control the entire population.

With Orban’s success, Soros is likely reeling from his discomfort that his globalist control over society is slipping, and quickly. Orban has become increasingly popular because of his strong defense policies with regards to his country’s borders. Unlike the open arms of Sweden and Germany that led to disastrous results, Orban successfully all but stopped illegal immigration and the violence that has come with it.
It was a victory guided by a common theme pushed by Orban: “Stop George Soros.” And once again, Orban was successful and Soros is left licking his wounds with his tail tucked between his legs. Nothing is more comforting than seeing billionaire global elitist Soros take a loss.

Former CIA Officer and whistleblower Kevin Shipp says the reason for all the crime and treason at the FBI and DOJ can be boiled down to one thing: a global financial crime spree. “Hillary Clinton was running and is running a global financial criminal syndicate,” and Shipp believes Barack Obama was in on it.
Shipp believes that this entire scandal, which will likely end up being the biggest in American history, could result in a Constitutional crisis. In an interview with USA Watchdog‘s Greg Hunter, Shipp contends, “There could be a Constitutional crisis in that we could see Congressmen, Senators, former Directors of the FBI, and the CIA perp walked after they receive charges. Could you imagine if senior DOJ officials were arrested, some Congressmen and Senators were arrested and other government officials were arrested on charges and walked out of office? That’s the Constitutional crisis I am talking about. Those kinds of high-level arrests would shake up this nation. It would be huge, and that’s why it has taken so long and methodical in doing this.”
To begin, Shipp just lays it out, as plain as day, and it’s not difficult to understand.
“Hillary Clinton was running and is running a global financial criminal syndicate. She was using these secret servers to conduct Clinton financial money laundering business. The shocking thing about that is all the former directors of the CIA that have come out to support her, from Clapper to Brennan to Morell even Robert Gates supporting her being elected, knew about this criminal syndicate. Comey was protecting it. Lynch was protecting it. Weissmann was protecting it. And that is the big why. What’s she got on these people? Are they financial ties? They had to be aware of this, especially the counter-intelligence units. We know it was hacked into by foreign intelligence services because it was just hanging out there. Hillary Clinton was running a secret server outside the Department of State for the purposes of laundering money through the criminal Clinton Foundation.”
Hunter then asks Shipp if he feels that this could be the next “anvil to drop on the toe” of Hillary Clinton and her criminal buddies.
“It’s not just an anvil, I think it is a mountain and the nexus of everything. This “Clinton Global Initiative” (CGI) is worldwide, and it’s been out there for a couple of decades. It has now, of course, intertwined former Directors of the CIA and FBI. George Soros is a part of it. It’s connected to all kinds of global financial institutions…These people have been backing her, protecting her…James Comey protected Hillary Clinton from prosecution of multiple espionage laws…They have to be connected to this because they are completly witting of the whole thing.
[The global charity fraud is] at least a $100 billion and it connects into a whole lot of things… All these people protecting and defending Hillary Clinton and knowing about her criminal syndicate, this goes into the so-called “Deep State” of our government, and it is connected, involved and intertwined in the global criminal crime syndicate called the Clinton Foundation. This is probably going to be the biggest scandal in U.S. history–once it’s busted. I think they are quietly working on it now, and I think they have been for the last year. It is so huge the arrests and indictments could cause a Constitutional crisis with some people being removed. Maybe that’s why they are moving slowly. It all comes back down to the Clinton Foundation and the criminal syndicate.”
When Hunter asked who all was involved in this money laundering scandal, the regular players’ names surfaced, like George Soros. But Shipp also named Barack Obama as a culprit after Hunter specifically asked if the former president was also involved.
“Yes, I am absolutely convinced of it. George Soros gave $30 million to Obama’s campaign. Then he gave $27.1 million to Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Both Obama and Clinton are tied directly into George Soros. Obama was put into office with millions of dollars that came out of nowhere. Yes, he’s part of this cabal. Yes, he’s part of this global syndicate, and in my opinion, the subversion of our government.”

History does repeat itself; if not identically, then in identical circumstances and events in different nations. History also does not just “happen,” as there are powerful forces at work in every nation. False flags have been used throughout human history: politicians and oligarchs initiate them to follow a hidden agenda. Too often the masses become the “True Believer” of Eric Hoffer. Worked up into a patriotic frenzy, they charge into the fray…little understanding that the great war or the great crusade is orchestrated by smiling bankers and nabobs, securely “in the rear with the gear,” sending men out to die to attain their secret objectives.
In this vein, consider that the Military Industrial Complex (MIC) is not limited to American White Anglo-Saxon Protestants of the United States, but a “conglomerate” of independent nations with the ability to wage war, sustain it, and sell arms. Each independent nation has their own “MIC” but they freely exchange goods and services (what we call arms and “negotiated” conflicts). They march to their own beat but allow themselves to be “guided” by the politicians, the oligarchs (who may or may not actively own industries in the MIC), and the bankers.
The lessons learned by history with the Rothschilds banking family as an example shows how one group of bankers can leverage both sides in a war between two different nations and profit no matter what the outcome. Make no mistake: this has not changed, and if anything, it has become even more “specialized” with private contractors waging wars on behalf of governments…the business of war, sanctioned with the (un)holy “blessing” of a nation-state (or an “actor” or “partner” as they’re now ludicrously termed).
The current tensions in the Middle East at first appear to be random acts of probes and military maneuvers. The Syrian question is a big one. What is happening over there? Well, a continuation of Obama-era policies of supporting “freedom fighters” against the reign of Bashar al-Assad, the leader of Syria…that is what is happening. Recently, Russian contractors were killed in battles against U.S. supported “rebels.” The Russian contractors cannot serve Russia (it’s against their law for merc’s to do such), but nothing stopped them from being hired by Assad and Syria.
But “freedom fighters” are only termed that by the United States when an insurgency is desired to overthrow an existing government that is not in favor with the U.S…. a “heroic people’s revolution” in the never-ending quest to force nations into the “freedom” of American democracy.
The revolution is not complete until all the IMF paperwork has been signed, the nation is “brought into the fold” of NATO, a quacking, U.S.-installed puppet is in place as the “acknowledged leader,” the American oligarchy has its chance to rape the land of its resources, and Wal-Marts and McDonald’s are springing up all over the nation’s cities. THAT IS WHAT UKRAINE HAS BECOME, courtesy of the Kiev government: a U.S. installed regime that ousted the former President of Ukraine who was elected under Ukrainian constitutional law.

And let’s not forget Soros: initiator of Maidan, with half a dozen NGO’s that helped topple the government and install Yatsenuk (a buddy of Soros), and the destructive force backing every one of those five names. In return, they were going to give him all the mineral and natural resources rights to…. [drum roll!] …. those very provinces that are separatist…for the mere pittance of $50 million…although the resources are worth billions… imagine that.
If the existing hand-puppet government that is friendly to the U.S. is getting ready to topple? It is not a revolution. It is then termed a “criminal overthrow of the government by terrorists.”
All of it is interrelated, and all of it has its roots in the MICs of all parties involved. As referenced in the Iron Mountain report…basically a “blueprint” based on George Orwell’s “1984,” the basis for human society is the waging of warfare for purposes of industry, territorial expansion and change, and population reduction.
The current standoff in the Middle East and heightened tensions are only underlying tensions brought to the forefront. Israel has been bombing facilities and bases in Iran and Syria for decades, as well as assassinating prominent scientists and politicians via the Mossad. The Arab nations have not let up in their hatred nor ceased their sporadic attacks with a “brushfire war” arising every decade or so. The Arabs have the oil, strategic locations, and emerging markets with nations who are slowly pulling away from the Petrodollar. The Israelis have the lobbied support of the United States, the money markets and banking houses of the world tied up, and the support (if not reluctantly) of every predominantly-Christian nation based on the Judeo-Christian traditions and beliefs that set Israel apart from the rest of humanity.
Be aware that currently Ehud Barak (former prime minister and former member of the Mossad) has announced that charges are being sought against Binyamin Netanyahu, Israel’s current leader. The charges are for corruption, and Netanyahu (and his Likud party) are not stepping down.
What better way to distract attention from this mess than a nice war?
Roughly a dozen installations in Iran and Syria were hit by Israeli airstrikes last week, and an Israeli F-16 was shot down. The Iranians have stated that they’re not going to roll over. It was also announced they have ballistic missiles ready to launch into Israel that can carry a nuclear warhead. Much of this stinks of being potentially orchestrated by one or more countries. Even France weighed in…France, mind you, that wouldn’t allow us to fly F-111’s over its airspace to strike Libya (and Quaddafi) back in the 80’s…saying it would attack Syria if it could be proven that chemical weapons were used by Assad.
France is returning a favor. Everyone remembers Benghazi, but what precipitated it? Obama did. Using his Executive Authority, he subjected Libya to a naval bombardment…within the 30-day limit…and this to ensure that Libyan oil still flowed to France, its primary client. Then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, on NBC News: “We came, we saw, he died.”
The same Hillary Clinton who resigned after Benghazi where a Consular Outpost of the United States was attacked, and an American Ambassador and his staff members were killed.
Now it’s time for France to return the favor by taking action in Syria…and this would “legitimize” things needed for us to make another attempt at running a natural gas pipeline through Qatar and knock the knees off Gazprom (and Russia) …further cementing U.S. hold on Ukraine. It would also place another “partner” in the sparring lineup against Russia (indirectly, by proxy). This would be France’s mistake, as Russia knows that protecting Assad’s interests in Syria (and its own interests) is vital to also protect Iran (Russia has billions invested there), to keep Crimea, and to hold off NATO advances in the Ukrainian separatist provinces of Luhansk and Donetsk.
The current joke among Ukrainians: “Why did the Kiev government attack the separatist provinces? Because Russian troops are there. Why did the Kiev government not attempt to retake Crimea? Because there are REALLY Russian Troops there!”
The last presidential administration was noted for its bellicose nature…when it had a nation outgunned and outclassed. Libya and Ukraine were prime examples. Syria had the backing of Russia, and Obama showed his pusillanimous nature as the “Commander-in-Chump” without the stones or the tactical knowledge to fight Putin.
North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un has nuclear weapons. He knows that the second he relinquishes them he will meet with the same fate as Qaddafi of Libya, and Saddam Hussein of Iraq. He also has made some smart moves diplomatically, regarding opening relations more with South Korea…giving him the “appearance” of statesmanship.
His country serves a purpose: to provide a pretext for the shadow government and/or the U.S. government to go to war when suitable: a ready-made crisis and nationalistic cohesion by the taxpayers at the press of a button.
The underlying points toward a potential false flag being initiated via the hostilities between Israel, Iran, and Syria. At the bare minimum, it will generate increased troop deployments and increased military budget expenditures across the board. It may also divert attentions away from corruption charges in Israel, continuing ridiculous (and baseless…Democrat-created) accusations of Russian campaign meddling and the administration’s (alleged) campaign monies paid to a porn star. War is the perfect solution, because the average citizen has no recourse against the State…because the State answers to no one and not even itself.
Superficial, obvious “reasons” for war are the ones the public swallows, gulping down from the firehose supplied by the ceaseless litany of lies and drivel from the mainstream media. The true reasons can only be found by those willing to not swallow the “crafted narrative.” We must look for the underlying money trails and political agendas of those self-serving leaders…puppet masters who see false flags as tools with State-sponsorship that fulfill their own goals and plans…at the cost (as usual) of We the People.

Billionaire and Hungarian born investor George Soros is making waves again. He’s meddling in the Brexit issue by giving £100,000 to Best for Britain, a globalist anti-sovereign campaign.
Soros angered Brexiteers by donating even more money to a campaign desperate to keep Britain under the thumb of the European Union’s control. The move comes on the heels of Soros drawing fire from Brexiteers when it emerged he was donating £400,000 to the campaign group Best for Britain to try and halt withdrawal from the EU.
The group’s CEO Eloise Todd said Brexit could still be stopped and it wouldn’t take much. Best for Britain seeks to stop Brexit and British sovereignty by a simple parliament vote. So why do they need Soros’ money? Because globalism cannot succeed when nations seek sovereignty. “The UK’s future with the EU is not a done deal, there is still a vote to come and people across the country deserve to know the truth about the options on the table: one of which is staying and leading in the EU,” Todd said.
Hungarian-born Soros, one of the world’s richest men who made a billion dollars betting against Britain on Black Wednesday in 1992, accused critics of a maligning him. “I am happy to take the fight to those who have tried to use a smear campaign, not arguments, to prop up their failing case,” Soros told The Guardian.
In a bid to regain the initiative on Brexit after a rocky few weeks during which Cabinet tensions came to the surface, Prime Minister Theresa May is set to make two keynote addresses. The propaganda surrounding Brexit is fierce and attempting to manipulate the public into accepting the EU’s dictatorial control over the UK. Brexiteers are likened to Nazis, while control of the UK is celebrated by those who peddle globalism and tyranny.
Britain has a tough battle ahead to preserve their sovereignty; as taking back power has always been difficult, and even George Soros won’t go down without a fight.
Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson will kick-off the Brexit blitz on Wednesday, Valentine’s Day, with a call for unity over Brexit. Theresa May will deliver a major speech on post-Brexit UK-EU security in Germany next Saturday and will round off the process in about three weeks’ time with a keynote address on the overall relationship, following a special “away day” summit of the Cabinet withdrawal committee at Chequers.
(ANTIMEDIA) Switzerland — Cryptocurrencies were a hot topic at this year’s World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, with the world’s financial elite essentially split on how to view a technology that’s still less than a decade old.
One market player in attendance, however, George Soros — who, as of December 2017, is worth $8 billion — appeared far more confident in his assessment.
“Cryptocurrency is a misnomer and is a typical bubble, which is always based on some kind of misunderstanding,” the 87-year-old Soros said in a speech in Davos on Thursday.
“Bitcoin is not a currency because a currency is supposed to be a stable store of value and the currency that can fluctuate 25 percent in a day can’t be used for instance to pay wages because wages drop by 25 percent in a day,” Soros said. “It’s a speculation. Based on a misunderstanding.”
On the subject of usability, the business magnate claimed that at the present date, cryptocurrencies are primarily a tool of the criminal element:
“Currently it’s used mostly for tax evasion and for people and the rulers and dictatorships to build a nest egg abroad.”
This sentiment echoes that of U.K. Prime Minister Theresa May, who also spoke on the subject while in Davos.
“In areas like cryptocurrencies, like Bitcoin, we should be looking at these very seriously,” May said in a television interview with Bloomberg, adding that action on cryptocurrencies may be needed “precisely because of the way they are used, particularly by criminals.”
However, research published earlier this month found only one percent of Bitcoin transactions were actually linked to suspected criminal activity.
Other financial experts, however, appeared less eager to denounce the technology. Speaking at a panel discussion on Thursday, Index Ventures general partner and co-founder Neil Rimer said it’s simply too early to make a judgment call:
“We’re nine years into this experiment. It’s gone well at times and quite poorly. It could fail completely and go to zero, but it has accomplished a number of things I think are remarkable.”
Jennifer Zhu Scott, deputy governor of Sweden’s central bank, appeared to agree. She noted that the fact that so many of the world’s financial heavyweights are being forced to address the issue of cryptocurrencies is evidence of the technology’s power:
“The fact that people keep talking today that bitcoin is below 10,000, it’s a disaster, or bitcoin is above 10,000 and that’s crazy. I think the fact that bitcoin is still alive, and attracting so much attention, the fact that we’re talking about bitcoin in Davos with a Nobel Prize winner, a central bank governor and a seasoned investor, I think that’s a powerful tool.”
Robert Shiller, a Nobel Prize-winning economist, was also on the panel.
George Soros (formerly Georgiy Schwarz) has been one of the most destructive individual forces in the past three decades throughout the world. He broke the Bank of England in the 1990s, is responsible for currency collapses in places such as Malaysia, has been listed as wanted by several nations, and is meddling in the illegal alien Muslim floodgate introduced into the countries of Europe. He is directly responsible for the troubles in Eastern Ukraine.
Soros attempted to institute a “land grab” of lands in Donetsk and Lugansk (“coincidentally” the same provinces attempting to secede from Ukraine) to take their natural resources: trillions of ores and minerals, for the mere pittance of $50 million. He directly sponsored and created Maidan and the lie of Ukrainian revolution…, a coup d’état against the Ukrainian Constitution’s legally elected representative, Viktor Yanukovych that forced him to flee to Russia. Soros pulled strings attached to Senators John McCain and Lindsay Graham, and invisibly “tethered” politico-puppets Hillary Clinton (then Secretary of State) and Victoria Nuland.
Now Soros has made prognostications of a coming nuclear war between the United States and North Korea. CNBC released this excerpt on 1/26/18 of the oligarch’s forecasts:
“The fact of nuclear war is so horrendous that we are trying to ignore it, but it is real. Indeed, the United States is set on a course towards nuclear war by refusing to accept that [North] Korea has become a nuclear power. This creates a strong incentive for North Korea to develop its nuclear capacity with all possible speed, which in turn may induce the United States to use its nuclear superiority pre-emptively, in effect to start a nuclear war to prevent a nuclear war, obviously a self-contradictory strategy.” – Soros’ speech to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland
Soros didn’t stop there. He also said this:
“Soros said Trump is trying to establish a “mafia state” in the U.S. but has failed so far.
The progressive activist said he sees the president’s place in the world as “temporary” and likely to “disappear in 2020 or even sooner.”
These words shouldn’t be taken lightly. Soros has hidden billions in his NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations) and has stepped up the role of destabilizing nations through political rabble-rousing (labeled “organization” or “activism” in the Alinsky-progressive manner) of the youth to overthrow existing governments. This has been complemented by the relentless push to control legislation in The Hague courts to force sovereign European nations to allow Muslims to enter their countries.
Destabilization is not confined to Europe. Soros has been actively destabilizing the United States for many years, as well. Half of the Democratic Party either answers to or is allied to him. In that light, a Democratic Senator, Tammy Duckworth of Illinois completed a trip to South Korea to assess the situation and U.S. troops in the region. Duckworth is not your run-of-the-mill Democrat: She is a former chopper pilot who lost both of her legs after being shot down in Iraq, and she attained the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. The following is an excerpt from a December 7, 2017 interview with Zack Beauchamp in an article entitled US senator on North Korea: “Most Americans don’t realize how close we are to this war. Here is an excerpt from that interview:
“I’m extremely worried — not just based on what I’m hearing out of the White House but also what I’m hearing out of the defense community. We are far closer to actual conflict over North Korea than the American people realize.
In August, we had a meeting between Defense Secretary [James] Mattis and his counterparts in South Korea to discuss the use of US nuclear first strike. In the same time frame, we permanently moored a nuclear submarine in South Korea. Everything we’re doing shows a military that, in my personal opinion, has turned the corner from “we need to try to prevent this from happening” to a military that’s saying the president is likely to make this decision [to attack] and we need to be ready.
But a preventive first strike from us will result in a massive response from the North Koreans. We know this because a high-ranking defector from North Korea testified in front of Congress last month; one of the things that would happen is a preemptive first strike from the United States or South Korea would result in an automatic massive response.”
As you may have deduced, the direction we are heading in is toward a war. The last excerpted paragraph contains a statement by a North Korean defector stating that North Korea will retaliate should we strike first. Although the defector did not go into much detail, know that the policy of North Korea’s military also enables it to strike first…if they believe an attack is imminent or in motion against them. In this case, an EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) weapon is central to their nuclear strategy, as demonstrated by the (now defunct and defunded) Commission to Assess the EMP Threat Against the U.S. for more than a decade.
We will, of course, have to wait and see. As with history, however, when these oligarchs and politicians make public statements such as these about imminent warfare, common sense dictates the statements merit attention. This especially regarding the links to Congress and the U.S. State Department, both currently still infested with Obama-administration holdouts. These “leftovers” have in no way changed their viewpoints or actions.
In my opinion, Soros’ second statement is a veiled, indirect threat made to the President of the United States. The President’s “place in the world to disappear by 2020 or sooner,” he said? If that does not constitute a threat, then nothing does. He should be arrested immediately and investigated. But of course, that’s not how the game is played, is it? The problem with our Constitution is that it protects the rights of those who act to overthrow it. The bigger problem is that such protections are in place for them…and they (the ones who would overthrow our Constitution) bypass the laws…to buy further influence and immunity…from the very politicians who have sworn to stomp out such actions.
Another elite globalist, George Soros, has issued a death threat to tech giants over what basically amounts to freedom of speech. Because globalists cannot control the narrative on the world wide web, condemnation will have to suffice…for now.
Billionaire hedge fund manager George Soros slammed Facebook and Google, two companies he’s invested in recently, noting that “the rise and monopolistic behavior” of tech platform companies has become a “global problem.” Speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Soros, called out Facebook and Google for “exploiting” social environments and causing “a variety of problems.” He even suggested that the companies could be tempted to “compromise themselves” to gain access to markets such as Russia and China.
“The owners of the platform giants consider themselves the masters of the universe, but in fact, they are slaves to preserving their dominant position. It is only a matter of time before the global dominance of the US IT monopolies is broken, Soros said. “Davos is a good place to announce that their days are numbered. Regulation and taxation will be their undoing, and EU Competition Commissioner Vestager will be their nemesis.”
“Captain Obvious strikes again,” says Joe Joseph of The Daily Sheeple sarcastically. “I think Soros is just stating the obvious here.”
“I’ve been pretty vocal, especially over the past couple of months, as far as how Google and Facebook are going about their ways. And also, noting that they are not gonna make it out of here unscathed,” Joseph said. Joseph has seen the writing on the wall before and has predicted the complete fall of many tech giants because of censorship and bias. And we’d have to agree with him.
“It’s an unbelievable thing, the culture of convenience that drives us to capitulate to self-centeredness, desires…all this kind of stuff. Things that we’ve been, and society’s been engineered to promote instead of values and virtues and all of the things that are important. Those have been engineered out. And instead, what we have now, today, is the social media platforms that highlight and promote those things that are toxic.” Joseph does admit that these tech giants have done some good for society too. Networking, and Google’s search function to find what you need on the internet in fractions of seconds has helped countless people.
But of course, the real problem is that the tech giants can engineer society in a way that the control freaks never imagined. “Those control freaks are pissed off that they’ve lost the ability to control their narrative, to manipulate people’s worldviews, to influence opinion, to propagandize, you name it, they are upset, ” Joseph says. And Soros is one of those control freaks upset that the goal of the globalists is being hampered by the free exchange of ideas and information.
Soros is right that the days of some of these tech giants are numbered. But it won’t be because they aren’t censoring enough, it’s because they censor too much. And eventually, through all the censorship, propaganda, and lies, will surface the truth. It might be ugly, and many won’t want to face the fact that they’ve been manipulated, but it will eventually happen.
Far-left open borders activists and illegal immigrants came together Tuesday to storm the home of Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer after the Democrat finally decided to put the American people ahead of illegal immigrants in voting to reopen the federal government without amnesty for millions of said illegals being included in the funding bill.
The Soros-funded protesters shockingly claimed that DACA itself was no longer good enough and instead demanded amnesty for all of the 12 to 30 million illegal immigrants inside the country as well as those already locked up in detention centers for entering the country illegally. In other words, full on open borders with no restrictions.
The group, “United We Dream” went as far as to block off streets in Brooklyn as they moved to surround Schumer’s home to demand what would amount to the end of the country as we know it, which just so happens to also be the goals of their benefactor, George Soros himself.
The protesters called for a “new” Dream Act which they apparently hope will include all illegal aliens residing inside the country.

Keep in mind, just flat out giving amnesty to upwards of 30 million illegal immigrants in the U.S. would have a transparent and immediate negative impact on the very people the Democratic Party used to pretend to represent before most shifted towards a globalist, anti-American agenda.
Breitbart’s John Binder noted:
Giving amnesty to 12 to 30 million illegal aliens in the U.S. would have an immediate negative impact on America’s working and middle class, specifically black Americans and the white working class who would be in direct competition for blue-collar jobs with the largely low-skilled illegal alien population.
Additionally, under current legal immigration laws, if given amnesty, the illegal alien population would be allowed to bring an unlimited number of their foreign relatives to the U.S. with them. This population could boom already high legal immigration levels to an unprecedented high. An amnesty for illegal aliens would also likely triple the number of border-crossings at the U.S.-Mexico border.
The illegal aliens stormed the Democrats’ and Rubio’s offices after White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee-Sanders encouraged the open borders activists to take their discontent with Democrats and the Republican establishment straight to the politicians themselves.
One has to wonder how many liberal politicians will bow to the demands of these hard-left open borders supporters and how many will actually decide to work for the American people they were elected to represent in the first place?
You may remember my article “England’s Clever Sacrificial Chess Move” from June 24, 2016, in which I outlined why a “Brexit” victory might serve the “Elites” purposes, even though they temporarily worked very hard to create the “European Union.” Like the masterful chessmen which they truly are, I suggested that they might be maneuvering a clever “Queen Sacrifice” in order to have a supreme advantage in a later, highly significant historical turn, literally sacrificing the Queen of England’s stated desire to remain part of the European Union. On August 12, 2016, fellow Sleuth Journal contributor Brandon Smith suggested in his article “2016 Will End with Economic Instability and a Trump Presidency” that a Trump victory might occur for the exact same reason; a cunning fake-out of seemingly opposite intentions, to bring about a false narrative for the Elites’ next major economic move on the international battlefield of high finance . . . The Total Collapse of the World Economy . . . from which they can buy up the shattered pieces at a small fraction of their previous value, in order to consolidate their ever-increasing global power.
As with the former, not only was Brexit’s victory unexpected (perhaps deliberately so, as too with the recent election, through hyped contrived misleading polls of their own creation to the contrary, in order to “shock” the financial markets upon the opposite outcome than massively expected), if economic collapse follows these two events, then the antecedent (the will of the people in Europe and Trump in America) can be blamed for it, rather than the Elites themselves who deliberately initiated the economic downfall so that they can sell just before it and buy right afterwards, as they did so famously, by the Federal Reserve’s own admission nearly a century later of its selfish intentionality to do so, admittedly causing the “Great Depression”, to magnify their own wealth by a thousand fold in less than a year, thus centralizing their stranglehold of control upon the entire world.
Though it came out through the “Alternative (Underground) Media” of the internet that Billionaire George Soros’ company manufactured a third of the electronic voting machines in the United States, all the while he illegally “donated” (Bribed) millions of dollars to the Clinton campaign through her “nonprofit foundation” (because the receiving of funds from a foreign entity like He or the Saudis “directly” by a United States electoral candidate constitutes the felony of Treason, and why this tiny step away from this via the “Clinton Foundation” does not constitute the very same crime is beyond me . . . and the FBI director . . . and the Attorney General), Soros may not have used this voter machine manipulation “Ace in the Hole” at all, or perhaps even used it in favor of Trump instead!
Normally, such underhanded shenanigans as vote tampering is well below the prideful “dignity” of such masterful chess players as Soros, who’s skill-set is so far above such juvenility as direct vote tampering, that they consider it completely unnecessary and beneath their powers of mass psychological dexterity that they would be insulting their own intelligence to cheat in such a rudimentary fashion. As such, Billionaires such as these concentrate their efforts, and craft their deceitful arts, in much more subtle mature methods, such as steering the masses (whom they secretly refer to as “sheep”) through the Billion Dollar Mainstream Media, which they entirely own and manipulate by the hour, cleverly conning the gullible public into voting according to the Elite’s predetermined wishes, so that the manipulation of the election is “legal” in their minds and cannot be directly traced to them. To win in thus a fashion is the sweet victory to which they are accustomed and joyously boast about as they sip their century old brandy at the fireside in their exclusive clubs after such long planned conquests come to fruition.
Nevertheless, in a recent admission from an employee of such a company which manufactures these “electronic” (digital, not necessarily real tabulation) voting machines, they acknowledged that cheating is not only possible, it has been successfully tested on their own equipment without the slightest knowledge or perceivability of the “voting officials”. They further stated that the hidden and undetectable dishonest computer program therein was contrived in such a way as to only give the cheating winner a victory by a modest one percent margin, just as it was with this election, so as to best hide the deceit and make the stolen victory convincingly appear to have been realistic. Whose to say that Soros did indeed cheat with the voting machines which he designed and sold to America, yet did so in the exact opposite way from what those in the Alterative Media predicted!
With Economic Collapse as the Elite’s long ago designed scenario for 2017, if Clinton won the election with this preplanned chess move of an economic crisis for next year, the implementation of which is more important to them than who won the election, then not only would Clinton be blamed for the financial downturn rather than Elite outsider Trump, her well-known ties to the Elite would more closely associate them with having caused the crash in the first place, a fact which the Elite will no doubt ardently and successfully strive to remain hidden. By helping to install Trump at the helm during an arranged severe economic downturn from which the Elite will gobble up resources for pennies on the dollar just as they did during the last great crash (though Trump himself may be completely unaware of their scheme to use him for this purpose), the Elite can not only distance themselves from appearing to have caused their planned profitable chaos, they can blame the “Independence/Freedom” movement for it, just as they can with Brexit, thus demonstrating to the world that the citizens thereof had better let the Elite run the show, otherwise “honest simpletons” will make it worse for everyone, even though it is actually the Elite who are fully intent on doing this themselves, all the while blaming their opposition for it, as they have done so successfully, time and time again, throughout history. Thusly, Clinton is the Queen Sacrifice of America, and like Trump, perhaps is completely unaware of her own personal manipulation in this endeavor by those more powerful than she, much higher up than the bureaucratic fronts like her who appear to control of the world, when the true masters thereof deliberately stay in the background for their own personal protection from political assassination, telling surrogates like her what to do from a safe distance away.
I am not saying that Soros rigged the voting machines for Trump, only that he could have if he wanted to, in order to achieve a concealed nefarious agenda. What I believe Soros and his clansmen actually did instead, was to shave a few points off of Clinton’s lead at the last hour, so that Trump would win and better fulfill their long-term hidden objectives, by instructing the malleable FBI director to very temporarily “reopen” Clinton’s scandalous email investigation, nudging the election results in the opposite direction from where they were wrongfully perceived to have wanted them, thus cleverly outwitting their most advanced adversaries, with their more intellectually eloquent subtle touch of mass physiological manipulation, the preferred methodology with which devious geniuses can be more proud of than elementary vote tampering. After all, the FBI claimed that they “thoroughly investigated” the newly discovered 650,000 emails in less than 650,000 seconds. (I wish I could read that fast!)
To those who believe that we are living in the “End Times”, as well as to those who do not believe this yet still have an open mind as to such prophecies possibly being true nonetheless, many theologians believe mankind is approaching the timeline of “Seal Three” in the Book of Revelation, Chapter 6, which says, “Two pounds of wheat for a day’s wage”, an equivalent of which might be, “A loaf of bread for $100”. If so, then ancient prophets have also predicted Impending Economic Collapse. The same venerable writings thereof say that during such a soon approaching troubled time, “People will throw their gold into the streets like it is garbage” (Ezekiel 7:19), that is to say, if things get so bad that the electricity is turned off, for whatever reason, then one gallon of clean drinking water (which needs electricity to come out of the faucet) would be worth far more than a bag of gold at that time, even though it was previously valued at one million dollars.
The Billionaire Elites who run the world attained their lofty manipulative positions by outwitting 99.999% of everyone else 99.999% of the time, including the forward thinking followers of “Alternative Media”. Their infamous “Double-Cross”, symbolically emblazed on NAZI emblems (a population reducing society whom they secretly admire), personified this logo of deviousness by unpredictable, unprecedented, seemingly illogical, self-inflicted fake-out wounds, consistently surpassing the thinking of the most seasoned opponents, catching them completely off guard, and thereby strangling them to death by their own lack of deeply complex underhanded thinking. Therefore, keep a sharp eye on the near future. Despite the apparent obviousness of events, the outcome may be the exact opposite of what is anticipated.

Politicians, oligarchs, and a plethora of multinational firms and NGO’s (some of the latter part and parcel to the MIC, or Military Industrial Complex) are “crafting” a “revolution” within Iran. A coup d’état is labeled as a “revolution from within” to disguise its true nature. At the heart of the latest “revolution” are the millennial generation: the twenty-somethings who are most easily manipulated by the older, craftier, and more experienced in their own country and the puppet masters outside of it.
The Mainstream Media (MSM) right this moment is “documenting” (or fabricating, whichever you prefer, though both are synonymous in the MSM) news on the Iranian situation. Crafting the narrative. The carefully-scripted “news” buildup has begun: the growing unrest/human rights abuses/government crackdowns on helpless protestors/the call by the U.S. President to “stay the course and we’re with you” …ad infinitum, ad nauseum.
There is a “watchdog” organization, replete with lawyers and globalists at its helm, called Iran Human Rights Documentation Center. Among two of its NGO’s (Nongovernmental Organizations) “championing” the rights of beleaguered Iran? Amnesty International, and Human Rights Watch. Yes, these are two of the hundreds owned and controlled (lock, stock, and barrel) by none other than George Soros. You can find out more about Soros and his NGO’s at the site www.discoverthenetworks.org.
Equally interesting is the following information that can be found at www.ngo-monitor.org, and here is an excerpt of that site talking about disclosure and reporting on earnings by these NGO’s:
“This report also examines contributions from Soros to international NGOs such as Human Rights Watch ($100 million) and Amnesty International, both of which focus disproportionate and biased attention on Israel. The Soros gift to Human Rights Watch came after a series of scandals, including fundraising in Saudi Arabia to promote its anti-Israel campaigns and support for the Ghaddafi family as “human rights reformers.” Concurrently, founder Robert Bernstein publicly renounced Human Rights Watch, and a number of core donors also withdrew their support.
In the second category are organizations that aim to shift U.S. public opinion regarding the Israeli/Palestinian conflict. The report examines the role of the Soros family in supporting U.S.-based organizations such as J Street, Media Matters, the Center for American Progress, the National Iranian American Council (NIAC), and the Institute for Middle East Understanding. These groups share the goal of influencing American public opinion and leaders on Middle East policy issues, and reducing domestic support for Israel. NIAC seeks to enhance the public standing of the Iranian regime and shield it from efforts to prevent the illicit acquisition of nuclear weapons.”
As you can see, each of the two NGO’s mentioned received $100 million. In addition to this, the second paragraph of the excerpt shows that Soros has supported an American-based organization to influence Iran (the NIAC), and how American public opinion and U.S. Middle East policies are heavily influenced (if not controlled outright) by Soros and his minions.
An article surfaced from Reuters entitled “Iran’s leader blames enemies for unrest as death toll rises,” with a subheading of “Iran protests grow, death toll mounts.” The Western Consumer-Marketing subjects read this skewed headline and subheading, and the “door” to their mind has been opened, ready for brainwashing. The headline makes it appear as if death and unrest are being blamed on foreign enemies when really, it’s Iran’s leadership. The second subheading: harmless people are protesting, and death is their reward.
Public opinion is being sculpted, as history is repeating itself. In 1909, the Anglo-Persian Oil Company was formed as a subsidiary to Burmah Oil. The subsidiary would eventually become BP (British Petroleum). In 1914, Winston Churchill was then First Lord of the Admiralty of the Royal Navy of Britain. The Anglo-Persian Oil Company (in Persia, the former name of the country known as “Iran” today) was funded by the British Government at Churchill’s prodding, in exchange for controlling interest (51%) by the British. In addition, prices for England’s oil were fixed for three decades.
In 1935, Persia renamed itself as Iran, and Reza Khan (Pahlavi), the man who had seized power and become the Shah 10 years earlier was now ready to bring in even more money from Britain. He also brought in Standard Oil of New Jersey and Standard Oil of California. These two became the oil giants Exxon and Chevron respectively years later. This shah was (unfortunately for him) friendly to the Germans during WWII, and in 1941, he was arrested by Britain and the USSR, and exiled to South Africa.
His son, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi was “emplaced” upon the throne as the new Shah a month after his father was deposed. After he became Shah, he formed a government: naturally, one that was “friendly” to British and U.S. interests. He modernized much of the country and was malleable by his two “benefactors” of the U.S. and Britain. After the war ended, his leadership was challenged by a man named Mohammed Mosaddegh, a highly educated man from a family of great wealth and status.
Mossadegh despised the British and soon became a national political figure very popular with the Iranians, who viewed in him an opportunity to throw off British and American domination and oppression. He was chosen to be Prime Minister in 1951. His next step would be his last: to nationalize the oil industry in Iran. Britain and the United States then orchestrated a coup in 1953 and Mossadegh was ousted, and placed under house arrest for almost 15 years, until he died.
One of the key figures in this coup was a former OSS (Office of Strategic Services) operative who became a CIA agent by the name of Kermit Roosevelt. If the name sounds familiar, it should: he was none other than the grandson of former President Theodore “Teddy” Roosevelt. The coup was “Operation Ajax” to oust Mossadegh, and Roosevelt was none other than the Ground Operational Planner…and the coup required two attempts, the second of which was successful.
In 1954, President Eisenhower, the very one who decried the Military Industrial Complex and the nefarious plotting of secret organizations…awarded to Roosevelt…secretly…the National Security Medal in 1954. Roosevelt’s actions were declassified in 2014 and released by the U.S. National Security Archive.
There is also the religious factor: most Muslims (roughly 85%) are Sunni-Muslims. The Iranians are Shi’a, and Iran’s greatest Sunni enemy is none other than Saudi Arabia. Fast-forward to the Iranian Revolution of 1979 and the overthrow of the Shah, the rise of Ayatollah Khomeini, and the storming of the U.S. embassy. Ever since the hostages were released, the U.S. has had almost no relations with Iran, that turned into an Islamic republic and ousted the British and Americans almost overnight.
American Exceptionalism, if closely scrutinized would be more aptly termed “American Imperialism” when viewed in the historical context of Iran. Some other “key issues” can be found with other “Duck speak” news reports, such as “Iran Deadly Oil Protests Could Send Oil Prices To $100,” written by Panos Mourdoukoutas of Forbes, who follows this with the statement that the protests are what could push Iran into a war with Saudi Arabia. That to follow up scaring everybody into thinking that oil (a fully-manipulated, controlled, and taxed commodity) might end up bringing on Ragnarok if it reaches $100 per barrel. Such fears could spark another Middle Eastern oil crusade and a call to arms.
There are unanswered questions that if they were answered and made public? Certainly the “foreign enemies” would be exposed for who and what they are: British and American agents emplaced to foment dissent, with support from NGO’s and oligarchs, to create these protests. Such “crises” would spill over into other areas: human rights “violations,” alliances with other governments viewed as a “nuisance” by the U.S. (such as Syria), and, of course, the “necessity to protect the free flow of oil.” Any of these “crises” to be trumpeted Wag the Dog style by the MSM to the tune of Lee Greenwood’s “God Bless the USA” tune.
The reality is that Iran is being prepped for a coup d’état, and human rights violations are the furthest reason from the truth that can be found for such a coup. The United States and its hegemony of European and American Rothschild-backed bankers, oligarchs, and politicos have been committing human rights violations against the American people for decades. It is all about oil, natural gas, money, strategic military deployment, and power. The lie is that it is all about “helping a friendly government to take root in Iran for the democracy and freedom of the people.”
In truth: it is all about installing a puppet-government and making Iran a client-state under IMF and U.S. control.
It remains to be seen who will rise to power if the U.S. coup succeeds. Whether a Shah or a President, the leader will be a puppet whose people will be subjected to U.S. and British rule once again.
The promotion of the alleged Russian election hacking in certain media may have grown from the successful attempts of U.S. intelligence services to limit the publication of the NSA files obtained by Edward Snowden.
In May 2013 Edward Snowden fled to Hong Kong and handed internal documents from the National Security Agency (NSA) to four journalists, Glenn Greenwald, Laura Poitras, and Ewen MacAskill of the Guardian and separately to Barton Gellman who worked for the Washington Post. Some of those documents were published by Glenn Greenwald in the Guardian, others by Barton Gellman in the Washington Post. Several other international news site published additional material though the mass of NSA papers that Snowden allegedly acquired never saw public daylight.
In July 2013 the Guardian was forced by the British government to destroy its copy of the Snowden archive.
In August 2013 Jeff Bezos bought the Washington Post for some $250 million. In 2012 Bezos, the founder, largest share holder and CEO of Amazon, had already a cooperation with the CIA. Together they invested in a Canadian quantum computing company. In March 2013 Amazon signed a $600 million deal to provide computing services for the CIA.
In October 2013 Pierre Omidyar, the owner of Ebay, founded First Look Media and hired Glenn Greenwald and Laura Poitras. The total planned investment was said to be $250 million. It took up to February 2014 until the new organization launched its first site, the Intercept. Only a few NSA stories appeared on it. The Intercept is a rather mediocre site. Its management is said to be chaotic. It publishes few stories of interests and one might ask if it ever was meant to be a serious outlet. Omidyar has worked, together with the U.S. government, to force regime change onto Ukraine. He had strong ties with the Obama administration.
Snowden had copies of some 20,000 to 58,000 NSA files. Only 1,182 have been published. Bezos and Omidyar obviously helped the NSA to keep more than 95% of the Snowden archive away from the public. The Snowden papers were practically privatized into trusted hands of Silicon Valley billionaires with ties to the various secret services and the Obama administration.
The motivation for the Bezos and Omidyar to do this is not clear. Bezos is estimated to own a shameful $90 billion. The Washington Post buy is chump-change for him. Omidyar has a net worth of some $9.3 billion. But the use of billionaires to mask what are in fact intelligence operations is not new. The Ford Foundation has for decades been a CIA front, George Soros" Open Society foundation is one of the premier "regime change" operations, well versed in instigating "color revolutions".
It would have been reasonable if the cooperation between those billionaires and the intelligence agencies had stopped after the NSA leaks were secured. But it seems that strong cooperation of the Bezos and Omidyar outlets with the CIA and others continue.
The Intercept burned a intelligence leaker, Reality Winner, who had trusted its journalists to keep her protected. It smeared the President of Syria as neo-nazi based on an (intentional?) mistranslation of one of his speeches. It additionally hired a Syrian supporter of the CIA"s "regime change by Jihadis" in Syria. Despite its pretense of "fearless, adversarial journalism" it hardly deviates from U.S. policies.
The Washington Post, which has a much bigger reach, is the prime outlet for "Russia-gate", the false claims by parts of the U.S. intelligence community and the Clinton campaign, that Russia attempted to influence U.S. elections or even "colluded" with Trump.
Just today it provides two stories and one op-ed that lack any factual evidence for the anti-Russian claims made in them.
In Kremlin trolls burned across the Internet as Washington debated options the writers insinuate that some anonymous writer who published a few pieces on Counterpunch and elsewhere was part of a Russian operation. They provide zero evidence to back that claim up. Whatever that writer wrote (see list at end) was run of the mill stuff that had little to do with the U.S. election. The piece then dives into various cyber-operations against Russia that the Obama and Trump administration have discussed.
A second story in the paper today is based on "a classified GRU report obtained by The Washington Post." It claims that the Russian military intelligence service GRU started a social media operation one day after the Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych was illegally removed from his office in a U.S. regime change operation. What the story lists as alleged GRU puppet postings reads like normal internet talk of people opposed to the fascist regime change in Kiev. The Washington Post leaves completely unexplained who handed it an alleged GRU report from 2014, who classified it and how, if at all, it verified its veracity. To me the piece and the assertions therein have a strong odor of bovine excrement.
An op-ed in the very same Washington Post has a similar smell. It is written by the intelligence flunkies Michael Morell and Mike Rogers. Morell had hoped to become CIA boss under a President Hillary Clinton. The op-ed (which includes a serious misunderstanding of "deterrence") asserts that Russia never stopped its cyberattacks on the United States:
Russia’s information operations tactics since the election are more numerous than can be listed here. But to get a sense of the breadth of Russian activity, consider the messaging spread by Kremlin-oriented accounts on Twitter, which cybersecurity and disinformation experts have tracked as part of the German Marshall Fund’s Alliance for Securing Democracy.
The author link to this page which claims to list Twitter hashtags that are currently used by Russian influence agents. Apparently the top issue Russia"s influence agents currently promote is "#merrychristmas".
When the authors claim Russian operations are "more numerous than can be listed here" they practically admit that they have not even one plausible operation they could cite. Its simply obfuscation to justify their call for more political and military measures against Russia. This again to distract from the real reasons Clinton lost the election and to introduce a new Cold War for the benefit of weapon producers and U.S. influence in Europe.
None of the Russia-gate stories so far has held up to scrutiny. There is no proof at all, nor reasonable evidence, that Russia interfered in elections in the U.S. or elsewhere. There is no evidence of "collusion" with the Trump campaign.
One of the most complete debunking of the false claims can be found in the recent London Review of Books: What We Don’t Talk about When We Talk about Russian Hacking. Consortium News has published many pieces on the issue as well as analyses and warnings of what may follow from it. Many other writers have caught up and debunk the various false claims. The Nation lists various cases of journalistic malpractice with regard to Russia-gate.
The people who promote the "Russian influence" nonsense are political operatives or hacks. Take for example Luke Harding of the Guardian who just published a book titled Collusion: Secret Meetings, Dirty Money, and How Russia Helped Donald Trump Win. He was taken apart in a Real News interview (vid) about the book. The interviewer pointed out that there is absolutely no evidence in the book to support its claims. When asked for any proof for his assertion Harding defensively says that he is just "storytelling" - in other words: its fiction. Harding earlier wrote a book about Edward Snowden which was a similar sham. Julian Assange called it "a hack job in the purest sense of the term". Harding is also known as plagiarizer. When he worked in Moscow he copied stories and passages from the now defunct Exile, run by Matt Taibbi and Mark Ames. The Guardian had to publish an apology.
The Mexican government controls the media by buying an immense amount of advertisement. It thus guarantees income as long as its political line is followed. The U.S. government has its own ways of controlling the media. In the 1950s to 1970s the CIA ran Operation Mockingbird which gave it control over much of the news and opinion output in U.S. media. During that time up to 400 main stream journalists were working for the CIA.
The method of control has likely changed. The handling of the Snowden affair lets one assume that the CIA induces billionaires to buy up media and to implement the CIA"s favored policies through them. We do not know what the billionaires get for their service. The CIA surely has many ways to let them gain information on their competition or to influence business regulations in foreign countries. One hand will wash the other.
James Clapper as Director of National Intelligence, John Brennan as CIA head and James Comey from the FBI "assessed" that Russia influenced the U.S. presidential election. Annex B of their report, which hardly any report bothered to mention, read:
Judgments are not intended to imply that we have proof that shows something to be a fact. Assessments are based on collected information, which is often incomplete or fragmentary, as well as logic, argumentation and precedents.
That sentence is the core of Russia-gate. There are lots of claims, assertions and judgments but no proof at all that any of the alleged Russian influence really happened.
It is probably due to the undue influence of the intelligence services that media have adopted that Annex B standard for themselves. With regards to Russia (and other issues), assertions are now enough - there is no need to investigate, to find the truth or to verify claims.

How will that system work if an accident happens, some jet gets shot down and the issue escalates. Will there be any reporter left in the main stream media who is allowed to ask real questions?
Net Neutrality is gone. Good riddance.
Lost in all of the theoretical debate about how evil ISPs will create a have/have-not divide in Internet access, is the reality that it already exists along with massive subsidies to the biggest bandwidth pigs on the planet – Facebook, Google, Twitter, Netflix and the porn industry.
Under Net Neutrality these platforms flourished along with the rise of the mobile internet, which is now arguably more important than the ‘desktop’ one in your home and office.
Google and Apple control the on-ramps to the mobile web in a way that Net Neutrality proponents can only dream the bandwidth providers like Comcast and AT&T could.
Because, in truth, they can’t. Consumers are ultimately the ones who decide how much bandwidth costs, not the ISPs. We decide how much we can afford these creature comforts like streaming Netflix while riding the bus or doing self-indulgent Instagram videos of our standing in line at the movies (if that’s even a thing anymore).
Net Neutrality took pricing of bandwidth out of the hands of consumers. It handed the profits from it to Google, Facebook and all the crappy advertisers spamming video ads, malware, scams, and the like everywhere.
By mandating ‘equal access’ and equal fee structures the advertisers behind Google and Facebook would spend their budgets without much thought or care. Google and Facebook ad revenue soared under Net Neutrality because advertisers’ needs are not aligned with Google’s bottom line, but with consumers’.
And, because of that, the price paid to deliver the ad, i.e. Google’s cost of goods sold (COGS), thanks to Net Neutrality, was held artificially low. And Google, Facebook and the Porn Industry pocketed the difference.
They grew uncontrollably. In the case of Google and Facebook, uncontrollably powerful.
That difference was never passed onto the ISP who could then, in turn, pass it on to the consumer.
All thanks to Net Neutrality.
With the rise of the mobile web bandwidth should have been getting cheaper and easier to acquire at a much faster rate than it has. But, it couldn’t because of Net Neutrality. It kept rates of return on new bandwidth projects and new technology suppressed.
Money the ISP’s should have been spending laying more fiber, putting up more cell towers, building better radios went to Google to fritter away on endless projects that never see the light of day.
The ISP’s actually suffered under Net Neutrality and so did the consumers.
And therefore, Net Neutrality guaranteed that the infrastructure for new high-speed bandwidth would grow at the slowest possible rate, still governed by the maximum the consumer was willing to pay for bandwidth, rather than what the consumer actually demanded.
And, once obtained that power was then used to punish anyone who held different opinions from the leadership in Silicon Valley.
Think it through, Net Neutrality not only subsidized intrusive advertising, phishing scams and on-demand porn but also the very censorship these powerful companies now feel is their sacred duty to enforce because the government is now controlled by the bad guys.
Getting rid of Net Neutrality will put the costs of delivering all of this worthless content back onto the people serving it. YouTube will become more expensive for Google and all of the other content delivery networks. Facebook video will eat into its bottom line.
The ISP’s can and should throttle them until they ‘pay their fair share,’ which they plainly have not been.
The Net effect of Net Neutrality is that your ISP may charge you more in the short run for Netflix or Hulu. Or, more appropriately, Netflix and Hulu will have to charge you more and we’ll find out what the real cost of delivering 4k streaming content to your iPhone actually costs.
But, those costs will then go to the ISP’s such that they can respond to demand for more bandwidth. Will they try and overcharge us? Of course. AT&T is just as bad as Google and/or Facebook.
But, we have the right to say no. To stop using the services the way Net Neutrality encouraged us to through mispricing of service. If the ISP’s want more customers then they’ll have to bring wire out to the hinterlands.
Net Neutrality proponents kept telling us this was the way to help keep the internet available to the poor and the rural. Nonsense. It kept the internet from expanding properly into the hinterlands.
I live just over the county line in rural North Florida. To the south is a town with cable and DSL. Between cable franchise monopolies retarding expansion across county lines and Net Neutrality keeping margins thin, my home was 10 years behind everyone else getting decent bandwidth to keep up with the needs of the modern Internet.
Bandwidth needs artificially inflated, I might add, by the misaligned cost structure engendered by Net Neutrality in the first place.
It took forever for my phone provider to upgrade the bandwidth across the county line. I begged them for a second line for internet service, they wouldn’t even talk to me. Why? The return on that new line wasn’t high enough for them.
If Google was passing some of the profits from Adwords onto the ISPs I’d have multiple choices for high-speed internet versus just one DSL provider.
As always, whenever the political left tries to protect the poor they wind up making things worse for them.
The news is good for a variety of reasons. With Net Neutrality gone a major barrier to entry for content delivery networks is gone.
Blockchain companies are building systems which cut the middle man out completely, allowing content creators to be directly tipped for their work versus being supported by advertising no one watches, wants or is swayed by.
Services like Steemit and the distributed application already built and to be built on it point the way to social media cost models which are sustainable and align the incentives properly between producers of content and consumers.
Steem internalizes the bandwidth costs of using the network and pays itself a part of its token reward pool to cover those costs. So, all that’s left is content producer and their fans. Advertisers are simply not needed to maintain the network.
Net Neutrality was a trojan horse designed to replicate the old shout-based advertising model of the golden age of print and TV advertising. It was a way to control the megaphone and promote a particular point of view.
Look no further than the main proponents of it. George Soros and the Ford Foundation are two of the biggest lobbyists for Net Neutrality. Only the political left and its Marxian fantasies of evil middle men creating monopolies fell for the lies, as they were supposed to.
The rest of us were like, “Really? This is not a problem.” And it wasn’t until you looked under the hood and realized all they stood to gain by it.
Now, with Net Neutrality gone the underlying problem can be addressed; franchise monopolies of cable and phone companies in geographic areas. These laws are still in effect. They still hang like a spectre over the entire industry. Like Net Neutrality, these laws concentrate capital into the hands of the few providers big enough to keep out the competition.
So, instead of championing the end of franchise monopolies, which county governments love because they get a sizable cut of the revenue to fund non-essential programs, the Left made things worse by championing Net Neutrality.
That also needs to end. Even if you believe that franchise monopolies were, at one point, necessary. They are not now. IP-based communication is now fundamentally different than copper wire for discrete services like phone and cable. Let people run all the copper and fiber they want. There’s plenty of room in the conduit running under our sidewalks and streets.

Then and only then will the Internet be free.
