IMF Wants Massive Illegal Immigration to Save Pension Funds

IMF Wants Massive Illegal Immigration to Save Pension Funds | immigration | Economy & Business International Monetary Fund Special Interests US News

(The Real Agenda News) In Europe alone, the IMF promotes the arrival of over 5 million illegals to sustain the decaying pension funds.

The governments of Latin America, North America, and Europe have mishandled, not to say stolen, the money saved by workers for decades.

Most of the public and private savings accounts and pension funds were looted by governments to pay for political promises and an insurmountable public debt.

Government handled pension funds are some of the biggest scams ever perpetrated on the working classes in the history of humanity. Consider this: The average person begins working at 18 years of age and contributes to a public fund for over 40 years.

Once it is time to retire, the worker files the paperwork to receive proportionally the average salary he or she earned 40 years earlier. What happened to the earnings that his pension contributions earned over 4 decades?

Did they help pay for other people’s pensions? The answer is a decisive No. The profits made by governments on the monies provided by the working class over decades of hard work was stolen to pay for never-ending entitlement programs, skyrocketing interests from debt accumulated by governments over dozens of years.

Many of these payments are made to international banking institutions like the IMF itself, the World Bank and so-called partner states that lend money at a large profit.

What will happen to the pensioners of the future? In a recent analysis, the International Monetary Fund outlines a way to reform the system.

To do this, it draws up projections with all the variables that condition the Social Security accounts: the number of retirees that is expected, the number of workers, immigration, contributions or generosity with pensioners.

The IMF concludes that it is possible to articulate a financially sustainable system that is socially acceptable at the same time.

But yes: you have to touch many elements, make reforms in depth and, in any case, pensions will be reduced compared to the average salary.

“A public pension is not intended to cover the full income that the retiree would need to retire”, explains the IMF.

If there is such an expectation, it must be made clear that it cannot be fulfilled,“the report stresses. Hence, it asks governments to establish complementary plans.

On the one hand, the Fund collects the projection of retirements that will be in the coming years.

Given that the contributors of today are the pensioners of the future, the only certainty is that the number of benefits will grow.

On the contrary, the rest of factors can vary much more: the number of people working, immigration, contributions made by contributions or other sources of income and the generosity of the system with pensioners.

Adding all these variables and with the intention of giving an idea of the challenge, the IMF outlines various scenarios by 2050.

One is based on the premise that the current generosity is maintained: now the average pension represents almost 50% of the average salary.

To preserve this status, according to the estimates of the Fund, contributors would go from contributing 21% of the salary to 47.8% in 2050. And spending on pensions would be at 22% of GDP, twice the current rate.

In another scenario, the IMF freezes contributions at the levels they are now. Then the expenditure on GDP remain the same.

But in this case the funding of the system collapses during the next 30 years, and the relationship between pension and the average salary is cut by more than half to 22.6%.

In the Fund’s opinion, neither scenario is acceptable. Neither workers can bear a pressure for contributions as in the first case. Neither can a pensioner live with dignity with only 22% of the average salary as in the second.

So the Fund draws an intermediate horizon. In this third hypothesis, spending on GDP would be at 12.9% and the contribution for contributions would rise to 27.3% of their salary, a very high level.

Income would have to increase by raising the ceiling of maximum contributions while leaving the ceiling of the maximum pension the same.

That is, those who earn more would contribute more but would not receive more, penalizing contributivity, the Fund admits.

In addition, some 5.5 million immigrants would need to arrive in countries like Spain. That represents 12% of the current population and a similar proportion to the number of people that entered the country between 2000 and 2007.

And the rate of people working would have to climb from 59.7% to 79%, a very demanding milestone and more difficult to achieve if prices rise.

“This could be achieved through parametric reforms of pensions that lead to greater participation in the labor force, longer working lives and structural reforms that lower the natural rate of unemployment,” it says.

Even so, the pension would end at 35% of the salary. And that, in the opinion of the IMF, does not seem acceptable either. Therefore, consider that you need to save around 5% of the annual salary.

So the IMF recommends that governments adopt the alternative of “automatically enlisting workers in a second private fund backed by the State”.

It also suggests, as another option, private business plans that fatten the savings by taking a part of the future salary increases, in the style of the British system inspired by the Nobel laureate Richard H. Thaler.

Finally, given that there is a lot of savings in housing, the IMF urges that mechanisms be encouraged to sign reverse mortgages.

In the opinion of the men in black, this scenario would be “plausible, financially viable and possibly socially acceptable”.

As you can see, the size of the figures means that you cannot face the challenge with a solution taken from the hat.

You have to touch many things and none by itself fixes it. And, above all, “there is no room to reverse the reforms”, says the Fund.

Russia Warns Washington: Confiscating Gold Reserves Would Be “Declaration Of Financial War”

This article was originally published by Tyler Durden at Zero Hedge

gold-nuggets2

In a surprising, and unexpected warning – which seemingly came out of nowhere – Russia’s Finance Minister Anton Siluanov cautioned Washington yesterday that “If our gold and currency reserves can be arrested, even if such a thought exists, it would be financial terrorism.”

The comment appears to have been prompted by consideration of escalating US/EU sanctions which could ultimately impact Russia’s offshore held gold and reserves. If sanctions include the freezing of foreign accounts of the central bank, it would be equal to declaring financial war on Russia, Siluanov said, although he added that he considers such a scenario unlikely (for now).

After making the point that Russia’s budget is prepared for the possibility of tougher US/EU sanctions, RT reports that Siluanov warned if the west include the seizure of Russia’s foreign exchange reserves, it would be regarded as a “declaration of a financial war.”

According to Siluanov, the budget takes into account the risk of income shortfalls. The budget is based on oil prices at $40 per barrel, which is almost a third lower than the current price.

The budget “has a margin of safety in case of restrictions and sanctions.” It also includes losses incurred by a probable ban on investment in Russian government bonds for foreign funds. The US Treasury is currently considering such penalties.

“If we did not have a margin of safety, then it would be easy to weaken us. And then, our so-called friends would say – if you want to get help from the International Monetary Fund, you must do this and that,” said Siluanov.

If sanctions include the freezing of foreign accounts of the central bank, it would be equal to declaring financial war on Russia, Siluanov said. He added that he considers such a scenario unlikely.

As a reminder, in June, Reuters reported that soon after the Crimea reunification with Russia, the Central Bank of Russia allegedly withdrew about $115 billion from the New York Fed. After about two weeks, Russian officials reportedly returned most of the money to its Fed account.

The Economic End Game Continues

This article was originally published by Brandon Smith at Alt-Market.com

economic-end-game

In November of 2014 I published an article titled ‘The Economic End Game Explained’. In it I outlined what I believed would be the process by which globalists would achieve what they call the “new world order” or what they sometimes call the “global economic reset.” As I have shown in great detail in the past, the globalist agenda includes a fiscal end game; a prize or trophy that they hope to obtain. This prize is a completely centralized global economic structure, rooted in a single central bank for the world, the removal of the U.S. dollar as world reserve currency, the institution of the SDR basket system which will act as a bridge for single a global currency supplanting all others and, ultimately, global governance of this system by a mere handful of “elites.”

The timeline for this process is unclear, but there is some indication of when the “beginning of the end” would commence. As noted in the globalist owned magazine The Economist, in an article titled “Get Ready For The Phoenix,” the year of 2018 seems to be the launching point for the great reset. This timeline is supported by the numerous measures already taken to undermine dollar dominance in international trade as well as elevate the International Monetary Fund’s SDR basket. It is clear that the globalists have deadlines they intend to meet.

That said, there have been some new developments since I wrote my initial analysis on the end-game strategy that I think merit serious attention. The end game continues, faster than ever before, and here are some of the indicators showing that the “predictions” of the globalists at The Economist in 1988 were more like self-fulfilling prophecies and 2018 remains a primary nexus point for a re-engineering of our economic environment.

Using The East To Dismantle The Petrodollar

As I mentioned in last week’s article, ‘Lies And Distractions Surrounding The Petrodollar,’ there has been silence and often disinformation in the mainstream when it comes to the quite open and obvious international pivot away from the dollar as the defacto purchasing mechanism for oil. This trend is only set to accelerate in two months as China begins fulfilling oil contracts in the Yuan instead of the dollar.

The problem is that even in the alternative media there is a continuing myth that Eastern nations are angling to “break away” from the international order. I often see the argument presented that the loss of the petrodollar can only be a good thing for the world. I am not here to comment on whether the end of oil-denominated in dollars is a good or bad thing. I am here, though, to point out that there is absolutely no indication whatsoever that major eastern powers like Russia and China are acting to undermine the existing globalist system.

On the contrary, China and Russia remain, as ever, heavily partnered with the IMF as well as the Bank for International Settlements, and their ties to international banking monoliths like Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan are long established.

Eastern political and economic officials have consistently called for a new reserve system supplanting the dollar, this is true. But what so many analysts seem to overlook is that they ALSO call for that new system to be dominated by the IMF.

The delusion that the financial world operates on is that the IMF is “controlled” by the U.S. It is not. It is controlled by international bankers, who have no loyalties to any specific country. Once one understands this fact, the systematic sabotage of the U.S. makes perfect sense, as well as the collusion between China, Russia and the IMF. America is a sacrificial appendage of the globalist edifice and is being torn down piece by piece in order to feed the creation of something new and perhaps even more sinister.

As George Soros proclaimed back in 2009, the “new world order” would rely in part on China as a replacement economic engine for the globalist machine and depend far less on a diminishing United States. China would serve as a smaller engine, but a replacement engine none the less.

China is more than happy to oblige the globalists with a concerted and incremental program of de-dollerization. But this does not mean that the end-goal is a “petroyuan.” No, the goal is for the IMF to assert the dominance of the SDR basket system as a reserve hub. And, China is now the flagship market for the SDR after its recent induction into the fold. There will be no single reserve currency after the dollar is brutalized. At least, not until all currencies are homogenized through the SDR basket and finally replaced with a single global currency unit. Until then, the IMF or the BIS will dictate nation-to-nation trade and monetary exchange.

It only follows that this highly-volatile rebirth of the global financial order would begin in part with the dollar’s loss of petro-status. The oil trade is the one defining element that gives the dollar a fundamental edge over all other currencies. It is the closest thing we have to commodity backing for the dollar and it is an advantage no other currency in the world can yet boast. There are many ways to destroy the dollar, but the BEST method would be to end its petro-status.

The Global Currency Unit Is Already Here

One argument I used to hear often from naysayers on global currency was that there “is no monetary unit with enough liquidity to replace the dollar.” Of course, these people have no understanding of the SDR basket and how it could be used to envelop and absorb most if not all currencies into a single reserve mechanism. That said, I understand the confusion. When people think of currencies, they think of physical tickets of measurement; they want to see a piece of paper with symbols, or, they want to at least see a brand name for the product, which is what all currencies really are.

When The Economist in 1988 called for a global currency to launch in 2018, they were perhaps not aware of the exact form the destructor would take. Even in 2014 I was not fully convinced we had enough evidence on what that unit of measurement would be or look like. Today, it is clear as crystal — the one world currency system will not only be a cashless system, but it will also be based on digital blockchain technology.

As I examined in my article ‘The Globalist One World Currency Will Look A Lot Like Bitcoin,’ while some politicians and banking moguls publicly attack blockchain-based products like Bitcoin or Etherium, in the background they are actually heavily invested in these systems and are even building their own. With central banking mascots like Ben Bernanke becoming keynote speakers at blockchain conferences, it is not exactly an elusive secret that the global banks love blockchain tech.

Even major elitist corporations like Amazon appear ready to adopt blockchain products as currencies. So, one needs to ask the question: If the blockchain and Bitcoin are such a dire threat to the centralization of the establishment, why are they rapidly laying all the groundwork necessary for blockchain systems to replace paper currencies?

What is interesting to me is that even in the highly vigilant world of alternative economics, which is well aware of the trend towards a global currency system, blockchain systems are still revered as if they will save us from central bank tyranny. Very few people have noticed that The Economist call for a 2018 one world monetary framework has arrived slightly early; it has been right under our noses for several years. With blockchain-based methods of exchange, a replacement structure for the dollar and all other national currencies is not very far away.

The Federal Reserve Implosion Program Continues

I remember back before 2008 when the media almost never treated actions at the Federal Reserve as major news.  In fact, I remember back when the average American had never even heard for the Federal Reserve, and some believed the very existence of the institution was a “conspiracy theory”. Now, the nomination for the new Fed chair is at the top of the news feeds, but for all the wrong reasons.

The changing of the Fed chair is absolutely meaningless as far as policy is concerned. Jerome Powell will continue the same exact initiatives as Yellen; stimulus will be removed, rates will be hiked and the balance sheet will be reduced, leaving the massive market bubble the Fed originally created vulnerable to implosion. Equities in particular display the behavior of an out of control bullet train similar to the 2006/2007 bubble, or even the delusional exuberance prominent before the crash of 1929. All of this optimism is dependent on two things – dumb blind faith that all investors will continue to act in perfect concert to always “buy the dip”, and, continued faith that central banks will forever step in to obstruct and reverse any market correction.

An observant person, however, might have noticed that central banks around the world seem to be acting in a coordinated fashion to remove stimulus support from markets and raise interest rates, cutting off supply lines of easy money that have long been a crutch for our crippled economy. The Bank of England raised rates this past week, as the Federal Reserve indicated yet another rate hike in December. The Europeans Central Bank continues to prep the public for coming rate hikes, while the Bank of Japan has assured the public that “inflation” expectations have been met and no new stimulus is necessary. If all of this appears coordinated, that is because it is.

Fed policy is not dictated by the Fed chair, and it is certainly not dictated by Donald Trump. As former chairman Alan Greenspan openly admitted, the central bank does NOT answer to government, it is an autonomous policy making machine. Fed chairs are as easily replaced as lawnmower parts; they are mascots for the banking system, nothing more. Once they are “nominated” by the president, they take their orders from another source entirely, and I would even question the validity of the nomination process and how the original list of candidates is chosen. For the real puppeteers at the Fed, one would need to look to an organization outside the U.S., called the Bank for International Settlements.

Many Subtle Changes Add Up To Unprecedented Instability

I think it is vital for people to consider time when it comes to economics. Changes we think were abrupt during historic moments of crisis were often not abrupt at all. Almost all financial crisis “events” were preceded by years if not decades of growing but subtle cracks in the foundation. If you were to travel back 10 years ago and explain to the average person (or the average mainstream economist) what is happening today, he would probably scoff indignantly. Yet today these things are accepted as commonplace, or ignored as unimportant. Time and short attentions spans are the bane of free societies.

The skeleton of the “new world order” economy is right in front of us. The triggers for explosive change have already been planted. What concerns me is, when these changes come to fruition and crisis follows, will the masses even notice?

Digital Enslavement Is Now Assured – ACChain (VIDEO)

Digital Enslavement Is Now Assured – ACChain (VIDEO) | digital-world-acchain | Economy & Business International Monetary Fund Multimedia Science & Technology Sleuth Journal Special Interests [image: www.acchain.org]This is justification for what I have been saying for a year or more – blockchain chain technology and cryptocurrencies are evil and will usher in a cashless society. If some of what I am about say sounds harsh it is because we are discussing our lives – not just our financial lives, but our ability to have the life we dream about, hope for and work to obtain.

As we have pointed out, especially over the past few months, the too big to jail banks, IMF, United Nations and BIS have all been encircling blockchain technology, not for the purposes of condemning but rather to announce their intention of embracing. No one, except Chris Duane and myself, have questioned any of these moves by the very criminals that so many of us report on each and every day.

Over the past few weeks it has become clear the people that embrace cryptocurrencies have become blind with profits, and to a degree it’s understandable as a lot of the people have this misguided perception they “have lost money on their investment” in precious metals. This proves how little most of the people understand precious metals and the role they play in our lives and makes one question their depth of knowledge regarding this new technology that has the potential to enslave the world, never to breathe free air again. But, the cheerleading continues unabated with few questions being ask.

We spent most of 2016 researching the SDR (Special Drawing Rights), fiat currency created by the IMF for the purpose of global trade settlement. We interviewed a number of people on this topic, including Jim Rickards and Willem Middelkoop two of the most studied people on this topic. It became quiet clear the SDR was going to be an important piece of the monetary puzzle in the near future and we were attempting to keep people informed as to it’s changes and the potential impact on our everyday lives. Now we learn, that all the research was not in vain. We hope people were paying attention.

August 8 Lynette Zang, ITM Trading released her latest video covering one of the new cryptocurrencies, ACChain. This, unlike other cryptocurrencies has the full backing of the Chinese government and is going to be tied directly to the SDR. This is, by far, one of my greatest fears coming to fruition and should have your full undivided attention. This is, in fact, a global digital currency that could be used at ground zero – where you and I stand.

In 2011 the IMF gave us an outline of, both their goals and, how they would roll the SDR out in global trade.

…they talk about the need for an international monetary reform; and that’s because they knew that the system died in 2008 and was put on life support. So, they [the IMF] needed to buy some time to create the next money standard.

They also needed to create a new class of SDR “the tradable”  SDR’s as a reserve asset. In addition they’re looking to utilize the SDR as a global unit of account. Which means that all assets would be valued in terms of SDR. Right now they’re valued in terms of dollars (Federal Reserve Notes). So, they want to take it from a dollar centric monetary system to an SDR centric monetary system, but there needs to be a standard shift as well.

Our current monetary system died in 2008 when the derivatives market imploded taking out Lehman Brothers and AIG. The systemic damage was spreading so quickly the American people were held at gun point by the Federal Reserve and their minions, the too big to jail banks. As Warren Buffett so infamously stated “derivatives are financial weapons of mass destruction”. The only thing Buffett has ever said of real value.

Derivatives blew the system apart and the top 0.01% have been stealing as much wealth from the citizens around the world as humanly possible. The American stock markets have not been moving to the upside over five years to benefit the people. This has been generated by the Federal Reserve in order to transfer our wealth to their balance sheet. When the time is right the Dow Jones, S&P and NASDAQ will free fall unlike anything ever seen before. The criminal banksters and their scummy minions will then scoop up all the stocks at very discounted prices using the profits from the sale of the same stock from the dizzying heights they have created with all the QE funds stolen from the American people.

The above is one of the first steps, with a great many others already in place, that are well documented.

This massive drop in the stock markets will lay the ground work for a panic by the average citizen who’s wealth just dropped by more than 50%, probably closer to 75%, never to return. Unlike in 2008 when the Federal Reserve, and the too big to jail banks, demanded a $750 BILLION ransom, this time around the problem will be far larger than the central banks can handle. The volume of wealth transfer is going to be breath-taking.

Once all assets are valued in SDR’s they want all currencies to be “pegged” to the SDR. ~Lynette Zang

As we have discussed on a number of occasions, if cash is part of the monetary system, negative interest rates will not work. If people have the option of using cash and staying outside the banking system, the banksters can not charge us fees for having any wealth. We’re not even talking about wealth, just the ways and means of sustaining ones life – paying bills, putting gas in the car, food – is going to have a fee attached to it by the banks – this is called “negative interest rates” which is an absolute lie as “negative interest rates” do not and can not exist. It is theft, plain and simple. But “negative interest rates” hides this fact and are words that most people will accept. If the banksters came out said “we are now going to charge you a fee for having funds in our bank” people would revolt and this is the reason for creating a digital currency. There is no other reason for digital currency to exist.

As the Director of China’s Central Bank stated in March 2017

“If everyone is holding cash, negative interest rates become useless,” Zhou was cited as saying (link in Chinese) at the Boao Forum, an annual conference in Hainan province. “With the popularity of digital currency, cash usage will drop significantly… During extreme deflation, negative interest rates are perhaps more useful than dropping money from helicopters.”

With most central banks close to, or currently at zero interest rates, going negative requires a new set of rules. The new set of rules have been laid out and will be implemented over the coming months. Moving to a digital currency is required to force people into the banking system. One needs to look no further than the scheme India introduced in 2016 when they outlawed the two largest bank notes, which made up 86% of all cash in India, and forced the citizens to open a bank account to exchange the outlawed currency for the newly issued replacement currency. This was a trial run on a massive scale.

If the banking system doesn’t force people into digital currency they will simply go to the bank and liquidate their accounts into cash. It would allow people to, at least, keep their funds. So, outlawing/banning cash is a key element in making this scheme of enslavement work properly.

In May 2017 China introduced ACC – Asset Collection Chain or ACChain.

Welcome to the one world digital currency that lives on the blockchain and utilizes a “token” system that looks, acts and functions a lot like bitcoin.

ACC could also be Anti-Christ Coin you decide what it is. Notice the person running through a pyramid and how the Federal Reserve Note and Chinese Renminbi are one side of the slide and all other currencies are on the opposite side? The pyramid is a one of the most used symbols by the globalist – just look on the back of any Federal Reserve Note for confirmation. Below the pyramid is the following statement – “Blockchain – The devil uses it to destroy the world.” What is that about?

I have been sickened by the whole blockchain, cryptocurrency thing for the past several months and now we can all see why. People have been attacking me by email, in comment sections on YouTube saying I don’t know what I’m talking about, learn about the technology before you speak, “this is the greatest invention since fire”. Well, maybe now all these haters will come to realize that maybe, just maybe, being on the same team as BNY Mellon, BIS, IMF and Blythe Masters may have consequences.

Be on the look out for an economic shift within the next 18 months. I feel confident there are but a few pieces of the puzzle remaining to be put into place and once the picture is complete – this has the potential to change our lives forever.

IMF De-Cashing – Soft-Selling Financial Enslavement

IMF De-Cashing – Soft-Selling Financial Enslavement | war-on-cash | Economy & Business International Monetary Fund Sleuth Journal Special Interests World News (image: TheFreeThoughtProject.com)

The IMF (International Monetary Fund) or as I like to call them – International Mafia Federation – is showing it’s true colors and proving beyond question this organization is nothing more than street-corner-thugs in high priced suits.

With the release of this latest working paper on how to enslave nations, steal the remaining sovereignty of the people and the nations they have drawn up plans to force a cashless society upon all the people within IMF member nations.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington has published a Working Paper on “de-cashing”. It gives advice to governments who want to abolish cash against the will of their citizenry. Move slowly, start with harmless seeming measures, is part of that advice.

In “The Macroeconomics of De-Cashing”, IMF-Analyst Alexei Kireyev recommends in his conclusions:

Although some countries most likely will de-cash in a few years, going completely cashless should be phased in steps. The de-cashing process could build on the initial and largely uncontested steps, such as the phasing out of large denomination bills, the placement of ceilings on cash transactions, and the reporting of cash moves across the borders. Further steps could include creating economic incentives to reduce the use of cash in transactions, simplifying the opening and use of transferrable deposits, and further computerizing the financial system.

The private sector led de-cashing seems preferable to the public sector led decashing. The former seems almost entirely benign (e.g., more use of mobile phones to pay for coffee), but still needs policy adaptation. The latter seems more questionable, and people may have valid objections to it. De-cashing of either kind leaves both individuals and states more vulnerable to disruptions, ranging from power outages to hacks to cyberwarfare. In any case, the tempting attempts to impose de-cashing by a decree should be avoided, given the popular personal attachment to cash. A targeted outreach program is needed to alleviate suspicions related to de-cashing; in particular, that by de-cashing the authorities are trying to control all aspects of peoples’ lives, including their use of money, or push personal savings into banks. The de-cashing process would acquire more traction if it were based on individual consumer choice and cost-benefits considerations. Source

It doesn’t get much clearer than that – if the people resist, simply change the rules and, as we have stated time and again, simply enact a new law that the majority of people will accept and the remaining 3-5% will be forced into enslavement with the rest.

Let’s break it down a little so the picture is as clear as possible.

Step one – The de-cashing process could build on the initial and largely uncontested steps, such as the phasing out of large denomination bills, the placement of ceilings on cash transactions, and the reporting of cash moves across the borders.

Strip out, for example, the $100 bill from the U.S. economy. This would eliminate more than half the cash value in circulation with one stroke of the draconian pen.

Next, as France and Spain have already done, and most of the European Union have cash transaction limits – set a limit, for example, transactions larger than$1,000 must be made using electronic means or have a bank involved at some level, e.g. cashier check so their is a record of the transaction for tax and tracking purposes. The good news is, Germany attempted to set a $5,000 euro cash transaction limit and the people revolted.

Finally, make it almost impossible to get cash out of your country and into another. In the U.S. you are required to declare more than $10,000 cash moving across the border and my guess is this suffer a substantial cut.

Another handy tool the criminals are planning on using is to have, for example, “big-box stores” to simply no longer accept cash “for your safety” of course. By implementing this type of policy change the government is not seen as the ‘bad guy’ but a much more friendly “retail outlet” looking out for your safety and the safety of their employees. One question – when was the last time an armed robbery occurred at any big box store world wide? Criminals are not so stupid as to attempt to rob a big-box store due to the sheer volume of cameras on the grounds and inside the stores.

Once these the steps are in place, it makes it much easier to get people to accept financial enslavement as a “convenience” and “for your protection and safety” – “for the children”.

Note, that the author is not talking about unreasonable objections and imagined disadvantages: He does count it among the advantages of de-cashing in the very next paragraph that personal savings are pushed into banks and he also does count total control of all aspects of financial life under the pros, as in the last sentence of the last quote below.

“As de-cashing gives incentives to economies’ agents to convert their currency in bank deposits, the deposit base of the banking system will increase, which can help reduce the lending rates and expand credit.”Source

As the criminal banking cabal becomes more desperate to steal our remaining wealth they are devising more devious ways of doing it. Soft-sell the people into their own enslavement instead of forcing them. The past few decades we have been treated just a step above cattle, now the gloves seem to be coming off and the banking cabal no longer cares that we can see their crimes and their true colors.

IMF De-Cashing: Soft-Selling Financial Enslavement

By Rory Hall

The IMF (International Monetary Fund) or as I like to call them – International Mafia Federation – is showing its true colors and proving beyond question this organization is nothing more than street-corner thugs in high-priced suits.

With the release of this latest working paper on how to enslave nations, steal the remaining sovereignty of the people and nations they have drawn up plans to force a cashless society upon all the people within IMF member nations.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington has published a Working Paper on “de-cashing”. It gives advice to governments who want to abolish cash against the will of their citizenry. Move slowly, start with harmless seeming measures, is part of that advice.

Next, as France and Spain have already done, and most of the European Union have cash transaction limits – set a limit, for example, transactions larger than$1,000 must be made using electronic means or have a bank involved at some level, e.g. cashier’s check so their is a record of the transaction for tax and tracking purposes.

One question – when was the last time an armed robbery occurred at any big box store worldwide? Criminals are not so stupid as to attempt to rob a big-box store due to the sheer volume of cameras on the grounds and inside the stores.

Once these the steps are in place, it makes it much easier to get people to accept financial enslavement as a “convenience” and “for your protection and safety” – “for the children.”

Note, that the author is not talking about unreasonable objections and imagined disadvantages: He does count it among the advantages of de-cashing in the very next paragraph that personal savings are pushed into banks and he also does count total control of all aspects of financial life under the pros, as in the last sentence of the last quote below.

“As de-cashing gives incentives to economies’ agents to convert their currency in bank deposits, the deposit base of the banking system will increase, which can help reduce the lending rates and expand credit.” Source

Russia Preparing For Potential Removal From International Banking System

(MPN) In 2011, a Swiss study confirmed what many already knew or suspected: bankers run the world. The study, completed by the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, found that “a large portion of control flows to a small tightly-knit core of financial institutions,” essentially forming a network of global corporate control. This economic “super-entity,” as the authors called it, dominates the international banking system.

Among the most influential entities in the system are international financial institutions like the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT). These institutions represent the only source of financial recourse for nations that require the services they offer, as no alternatives have existed until quite recently.

The World Bank and the IMF, for instance, provide financial support to developing nations and member states, serving as the last resort for governments that are in a state of financial ruin or that are set to default on their debt. SWIFT, on the other hand, provides a much different service – offering financial institutions the means to send and receive messages from other such institutions in a secure manner.  Without SWIFT access, nations and the businesses operating within them become unable to complete international transactions and are thus cut off from the global economy at large.

We"re revolutionizing the news industry, but we need your help! Click here to get started.

While each of these institutions and service providers are ostensibly unbiased towards the politics of any given nation, the undue influence of countries like the United States has made itself known within these institutions, with the U.S. using their power to force political or economic changes within any number of countries. John Perkins, author of Confessions of an Economic Hitman, described the World Bank’s activities as “pure economic colonization on behalf of power corporations and banks that use the United States government as their tool.”

The U.S.’ influence over key financial institutions has pushed other countries, namely the BRICS group and other economic rivals to American hegemony, to build their own alternatives. Years of efforts to create rival institutions culminated in 2015, when the 100-billion dollar BRICS-funded New Development Bank (NDB) was launched, a move widely recognized as a direct challenge to the supremacy of the U.S. dollar as an international reserve currency. This was heightened just months later, when China launched the China International Payment System (CIPS), which aimed to reduce the nation’s reliance on SWIFT while also propelling its own currency into greater international prominence.

Russia’s Efforts To Move Away From Global Banking Hegemony

One of the factors that drove the push to consolidate international banking alternatives in 2015 was the Ukrainian coup of 2014 and subsequent threats by Western countries to isolate Russia from the international financial order. Following Western accusations of Russian aggression in Ukraine and the subsequent annexation of the Crimea after a contested referendum vote, Western nations called for sweeping economic retaliation against Russia, including banning them from SWIFT entirely and essentially paralyzing the banking system within the Crimea.

Russia was not ultimately banned from SWIFT, but the threat of being prohibited from the dominant means of realizing financial transactions made it clear to Russia and other BRICS nations that their dependency on the Western-dominated international financial system was not in their best interest. Iran’s prohibition from using the SWIFT system from 2012 to 2015 made it clear that the West, and particularly the U.S., could and would use its influence within international banking institutions to cripple a nation’s economy for geopolitical reasons.

Not willing to wait for the next attempt by Western countries to cut it off from key financial institutions and services, Russia has now created an alternative to SWIFT to protect its economy and financial sector. Western governments have yet to respond to the creation of this alternative system.

During a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin last Wednesday, Central Bank governor Elvira Nabiullina stated that:

“There were threats that we can be disconnected from SWIFT. We have finished working on our own payment system, and if something happens, all operations in SWIFT format will work inside the country. We have created an alternative.”

The alternative system, known by its abbreviation SPFS, is analogous to SWIFT for financial transactions taking place in Russia and has been in the works for years, with 330 Russian banks connected over a year ago. This number will likely increase now that it has been successfully developed and implemented. Nabiullina also added during the meeting that 90 percent of ATMs in Russia are now compatible with Mir, a Russian version of the Visa and Mastercard payment systems that is used domestically. However, the SPFS is still far from perfect, not operating from 9 pm to 5 am Moscow time and with a transfer cost of 5 cents per transaction.

Whether Russia’s aim in creating and implementing an alternative to SWIFT is based chiefly on protecting its own economy or not, the move further illustrates how the concentration of international power is steadily moving eastward. Along with parallel efforts by China and other BRICS nations, U.S. and Western economic hegemony is unraveling, a stark reality that U.S. interests – particularly those of the “deep state” – are desperate to avoid.

The U.S. and its allies have taken to using geopolitical pressure and economic threats, like banning nations from SWIFT, in order to accomplish this – a move that ironically seems to be pushing more countries away from U.S.-dominated economic systems and into the arms of its direct competitors.

Former IMF Chief Sent To Jail As Spain Prosecutes 65 Elite Bankers in Enormous Corruption Scandal

By Matt Agorist

In many other countries, excluding the United States, corrupt bankers are often brought to task by their respective governments. The most recent example of a corrupt banker being held accountable comes our of Spain, in which the former head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Rodrigo Rato was sentenced to four years and six months behind bars.

According to the AFP, Spain’s National Court, which deals with corruption and financial crime cases, said he had been found guilty of embezzlement when he headed up Caja Madrid and Bankia, at a time when both groups were having difficulties.

Rato, who is tied to a slew of other allegations was convicted and sentenced for misusing €12m between 2003 and 2012 — sometimes splashing out at the height of Spain’s economic crisis, according to the AFP.

The people of Spain were outraged over the scandal as it was discovered during the height of a severe financial crisis in which banks were receiving millions in taxpayer dollars. Bankia was eventually nationalized and given 22 billion in public money.

Although he was sentenced, Rato, who is also a former Spanish economy minister, remains at liberty pending a possible appeal because of highly connected elite status.

Rato was brought down in a massive effort by Spain to get rid of corruption within the banking system. The problem had gotten so bad, that Spain decided to clean house, and 65 people, include Rato, were brought to task.

According to the AFP, they were accused of having paid for personal expenses with credit cards put at their disposal by both Caja Madrid and Bankia, without ever justifying them or declaring them to tax authorities. These expenses included petrol for their cars, supermarket shopping, holidays, luxury bags or parties in nightclubs.

According to the indictment, Rato maintained the “corrupt system” established by his predecessor Miguel Blesa when he took the reins of Caja Madrid in 2010, reports the AFP. He then replicated the system when he took charge of Bankia, a group born in 2011 out of the merger of Caja Madrid with six other savings banks, prosecutors said.

According to the report:

Rato was economy minister and deputy prime minister in the conservative government of Jose Maria Aznar from 1996 to 2004, before going on to head up the IMF until 2007. His subsequent career as a banker was short-lived — from 2010 to 2012 — but apart from the credit cards case, it also led to another banking scandal considered the country’s biggest ever.

Thousands of small-scale investors lost their money after they were persuaded to convert their savings to shares ahead of the flotation of Bankia in 2011, with Rato at the reins. Less than a year later, he resigned as it became known that Bankia was in dire straits.

The state injected billions of euros but faced with the scale of Bankia’s losses and trouble at other banks, it asked the EU for a bailout for the banking sector and eventually received €41bn.

Rato and others were probed, accused of misleading small investors in the listing of Bankia, which has since paid out €1.2bn in compensation.

To highlight the utter corruption within the banking cartel that is the IMF, Rato is the third former chief to be ousted for illegal activity.

For those who don’t remember, Rato’s successor, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, was tried in 2015 on pimping charges in a lurid sex scandal. Naturally, he was acquitted — in spite of the fact that he admitted to engaging in illicit sex with prostitutes at a series of orgies that supposedly took place at the Hotel Carlton in the northern French city of Lille. The court sided with DSK and agreed that he had no idea the women he repeatedly filled the orgies with were being paid.

Christine Lagarde, who took over from Strauss-Kahn and is the current IMF chief, In December, was found guilty of “negligence” for approving a massive government payout to business tycoon Bernard Tapie during her tenure as French finance minister.

Despite being found guilty of corruption, Lagarde was not sentenced to a single day in jail. She has since been meeting with Trump’s Goldman Sachs-connected Treasury Secretary, Steven Mnuchin, noting that they’ve had “some very positive discussions.”

Cash No Longer King: Europe Moves to Begin Elimination of Paper Money

February 9, 2017   |   Shaun Bradley

(ANTIMEDIA) — In the shadow of Donald Trump’s spree of controversial actions, the European commission has quietly launched the next offensive in the war on cash. These unelected bureaucrats have boldly asserted their intention to crack down on paper transactions across the E.U. and solidify a trend that has been gaining momentum for years.

The financial uncertainty amplified by Brexit has incentivized governments throughout Europe to seize further control over their banking systems. France and Spain have already criminalized cash transactions above a certain limit, but now the commission has unilaterally established new regulations that will affect the entire union. The fear of physical money flowing out of the trade bloc has manifested a draconian response from the State.

The European Action Plan doesn’t mention a specific dollar amount for restrictions, but as expected, their reasoning for the move is to thwart money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Border checks between countries have already been bolstered to help implement these new standards on hard assets. Although these end goals are plausible, there are other clear motivations for governments to target paper money that aren’t as noble.

Negative interest rates and high inflation are a deadly combination that could further destabilize the already fragile union in the future. With less physical currency circulating, these trends ensure that the impact of any additional central bank policies will be maximized. If economic conditions deteriorate, the threat of citizens pulling cash out of their accounts and starting a bank run is eliminated in a cashless system. So long as the people’s wealth is under centralized control, funds can be shifted at will to conceal any underlying problems. But the longer this shell game is allowed to persist, the more painful it will be when reality overrides the manipulation.

Since former Chief Economist at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Kenneth Rogoff, published a paper last year advocating for the U.S. $100 bill to be removed, governments around the world have pushed forward their agendas towards a cashless society. He wrote:

“There is little debate among law-enforcement agencies that paper currency, especially large notes such as the U.S. $100 bill, facilitates crime: racketeering, extortion, money laundering, drug and human trafficking, the corruption of public officials, not to mention terrorism. There are substitutes for cash—cryptocurrencies, uncut diamonds, gold coins, prepaid cards—but for many kinds of criminal transactions, cash is still king. It delivers absolute anonymity, portability, liquidity and near-universal acceptance.”

This announcement comes just months after the 500 euro note was discontinued, and it follows India’s lead in subverting the financial independence of their citizens. The incremental steps currently being taken may look trivial in isolation, but the ultimate end is to lay the foundation for an entire network for economic repression.

The German people have placed themselves in strong opposition to the action and previously pushed back hard against domestic legislation that would have limited cash. Nearly 80% of all transactions in Germany are made with paper currency, putting Europe’s economic engine in direct conflict with the vision coming out of Brussels.

The spillover effect has affected new forms of investment, like Bitcoin, which witnessed an astronomical rise over the last months and has been brought back into the discussion as a viable alternative to fiat currencies. Of course, the E.U. Commission is also attempting to impose similar limitations on crypto-currencies to make sure no transactions fall outside of their domain. The ECB and BOJ are working towards a trojan horse blockchain network that will serve only to entrap those naive enough to trust it.

Former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers wrote last year that the E.U. would likely be the trailblazer of the West towards this new digital model:

“But a moratorium on printing new high denomination notes would make the world a better place. In terms of unilateral steps, the most important actor by far is the European Union. The €500 is almost six times as valuable as the $100. Some actors in Europe, notably the European Commission, have shown sympathy for the idea and European Central Bank chief Mario Draghi has shown interest as well.”

Since the public’s attention has been drawn to emotional manipulations and political stunts, the threat the war on cash represents has gone unrecognized. Instead of feeding energy into systems meant to divide and conquer, individuals must educate themselves to secure their own financial futures. By submitting to the hive mind and following the media down whichever rabbit hole they choose, the most important issues of today will go unnoticed. The value of advocating for decentralized and physical alternatives to the banking system may not be easily grasped by the activists of today, but few other things have the potential to erode freedom on such a massive scale.
