Russia sent two warships carrying tanks and other military supplies to Syria in the wake of the United States-led attack on Damascus for an alleged chemical attack. It looks like the West’s attack accomplished one thing: a stronger Syria/Russia alliance.
The boats were spotted on The Bosphorus (the straight of Istanbul) on Sunday. This delivery of military supplies from Russia comes on the heels of an attack on Syria led by US president Donald Trump, the United Kingdom, and France. Russian president Vladimir Putin has also since warned that the world would experience “chaos” if Syria was attacked again.
The West is alleging Bashar al-Assad, Syria’s leader used chemical weapons on civilians to justify military attacks on Damascus and Homs. But interestingly enough, those strikes occurred the day before international investigators were scheduled to arrive to conduct a thorough inspection of the site. –SHTFPlan
Russia continues to allege the chemical attack used as reasoning by the West to bomb Syria was fabricated. Based on all the evidence currently gathered, it appears to be a false flag, making Russia correct, and the US guilty of producing massive amounts of pro-war propaganda.

Russia’s supplies are making their way to Syria while the US expects us to believe they bomb people out of the goodness of their hearts.
The Russian President has responded furiously to the strikes in Syria, which followed the deadly chemical weapons attack in the city of Douma that left dozens dead. According to a statement released by the Kremlin, Putin told his Iranian counterpart that the strikes had undermined chances of a political resolution to the conflict. “Vladimir Putin, in particular, stressed that if such actions committed in violation of the U.N. Charter continue, then it will inevitably lead to chaos in international relations,” the statement read.
So, as you may deduce, there is plenty to be seen behind the scenes while “Operation Clorox” was conducted in Syria. Examine the information before you take a drink of that Grape Kool-Aid and blindly fall for the rhetoric. The Deep State is fully in control and moving ahead with their own agenda. As the blame game over the alleged chemical attack in Syria escalates ahead of what is expected to be an imminent, if contained, air strike campaign by the US, UK and/or France against Syria, on Friday morning, Russia’s foreign minister Sergey Lavrov said Moscow had “irrefutable evidence” that the attack – which allegedly killed more than 40 people in an April 7 chemical weapons strike on the former rebel outpost of Douma -was staged with the help of a foreign secret service.
“We have irrefutable evidence that this was another staged event, and that the secret services of a certain state that is now at the forefront of a Russophobic campaign was involved in this staged event,” he said during a press conference according to AFP.
Speculation that said “certain state” was the UK was confirmed shortly after, when Russia’s defense ministry alleged that Britain was involved in the suspected chemical attack. According to defense ministry spokesman, Major General Igor Konashenkov, the Kremlin has evidence that Britain was behind the attack.
Quoted by Reuters, he said: “We have… evidence that proves Britain was directly involved in organizing this provocation.”
As RT further adds, the Russian Defense Ministry presented what it says is “proof that the reported chemical weapons attack in Syria was staged.” It also accused the British government of pressuring the perpetrators to speed up the “provocation.” During a briefing on Friday, the ministry showed interviews with two people, who, it said, are medical professionals working in the only hospital operating in Douma, a town near the Syrian capital, Damascus.
In the interviews released to the media, the two men reported how footage was shot of people dousing each other with water and treating children, which was claimed to show the aftermath of the April 7 chemical weapons attack. The patients shown in the video suffered from smoke poisoning and the water was poured on them by their relatives after a false claim that chemical weapons were used, the ministry said.
“Please, notice. These people do not hide their names. These are not some faceless claims on the social media by anonymous activists. They took part in taking that footage,” said Konashenkov.
“The Russian Defense Ministry also has evidence that Britain had a direct involvement in arranging this provocation in Eastern Ghouta,” the general added, referring to the neighborhood of which Douma is part. “We know for certain that between April 3 and April 6 the so-called White Helmets were seriously pressured from London to speed up the provocation that they were preparing.”
According to Konashenkov, the group, which was a primary source of photos and footage of the purported chemical attack, was informed of a large-scale artillery attack on Damascus planned by the Islamist group Army of Islam, which controlled Douma at the time. The White Helmets were ordered to arrange the provocation after retaliatory strikes by the Syrian government forces, which the shelling was certain to lead to, he said.
One of the interviews published by the ministry showed a man who said his name was Halil Ajij, and who said he was a medical student working at Douma’s only operational hospital. This is how he described the origin of the footage:
“On April 8, a bomb hit a building. The upper floors were damaged and a fire broke at the lower floors. Victims of that bombing were brought to us. People from the upper floors had smoke poisoning. We treated them, based on their suffocation.”
Ajij said that a man unknown to him came and said there was a chemical attack and panic ensued. “Relatives of the victims started dousing each other with water. Other people, who didn’t seem to have medical training, started administering anti-asthma medicine to children. We didn’t see any patient with symptoms of a chemical weapons poisoning,” he said.
The first photos claiming to show the aftermath of the alleged chemical attack on April 7 were published online on the same day, and featured the bodies of many people, including children, some with foam around their mouths and noses. Footage from the hospital was released on Sunday, with the sources behind it claiming that it had been shot on Saturday.
Konashenkov said Russia hoped that international monitors from the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), which is due to investigate the circumstances of the incident, will help establish the truth. He added Eastern Ghouta is currently trying to return to peaceful life after being liberated from militant groups by Syrian government forces. He called on other nations and international organizations to provide humanitarian aid, which is badly needed in the area. Russia is already supplying food, medicine, building materials and other essential supplies to the neighborhood, he said.
Residents of the neighborhood, who previously fled violence, are returning to their homes now that the area is relatively safe, the Russian official said. The latest reports from the ground say about 63,000 people have returned, which is over half of the displaced residents, he added.
The reported chemical weapons attack escalated tensions over Syria, just as Damascus was about to seize full control of Eastern Ghouta. The US and allies such as the UK and France threatened military action in response to what they claim is an atrocity committed by the Syrian government. Russia insists the incident was staged and said it reserves the right to counter any attack on Syria.

There are personnel, specifically trained – and you can guess by whom – amongst the so-called White Helmets, who were already caught in the act with staged videos.”
Russia said previously that it sent experts in radiological, chemical and biological warfare – along with medics, in order to inspect the Eastern Ghouta city of Douma where the attack is said to have taken place.

In any case, if Russia indeed has “irrefutable evidence”, it is probably just a matter of time before it is made public in an attempt to sway public opinion, ideally before the Syrian airstrikes begin afresh. If confirmed, it would be a major slap in the face of neo-con forces across “western democracies”, if hardly a shock: after all the US using a fabricated pretext to wage war or simply to effect a much needed distraction from domestic affairs, in the middle east is a painfully familiar narrative.
Meanwhile, as we wait for Trump to announce what happens next, late on Thursday we reported that US National Security Advisor John Bolton and Defense Secretary James Mattis are reportedly feuding over the strategy in Syria, with Mattis favoring a more cautious approach, even as France and Britain are crafting broad strike plans and are willing to pursue any military strategy, even though as noted, a readout of a Thursday phone conversation President Trump and UK Prime Minister Theresa May suggests that military action may be days away, instead of hours.

In a statement to the UN Security Council on April 9, Russia’s UN Ambassador, Vassily Nebenzia outlined Russia’s position on the timeline of the attack in Douma, as well as the Western response after the White Helmets reported that chemical agents were used:
On April 6, the new head of Jaysh al-Islam, following instructions of sponsors, derailed the evacuation of a party of fighters from Douma and resumed the rocket and mortar fire against residential areas in Damascus. The firing targeted [indistinct name of four areas]. According to official information, eight people died. 37 civilians were wounded. Unfortunately, we failed to see statements from Western capitals condemning the shelling of a historical district of Damascus. The following day, April 7, fighters accused the Syrian authorities of dropping barrel bombs with toxic substances. At the same time, diversions were being mixed up. It was either called sarin, chlorine, or a mix of toxic gases. Based on a well-known scheme, these rumors were immediately taken out by those who are financed by western capitalists; I am referring to NGOs and the White Helmets who are mendaciously acting under the cloak of health professionals. And these reports were also taken up and transferred to media outlets.
It behooves us once again to state that many of these dubious structures have a clear list of the email addresses of representatives of Security Council members, which shows that some of our colleagues, with a reckless approach towards their status, are leaking sensitive information to their protégés. Incidentally, all should recall the way that accidentally, the White Helmets put on the internet a video which showed preparations for staging a so-called victim of an alleged attack perpetrated by the Syrian army.
Indeed, over the last several years, reports out of Syria have been criticized as being primarily of anti-Assad origin and unverified.
In a speech at the UN, pro-Assad Canadian journalist and RT contributor Eva Bartlett gave her account of what’s going on with reports out of Syria – calling western sources “compromised” and “not credible.”
Meanwhile, UK Prime Minister Theresa May told President Trump on Tuesday that Britain would require more evidence in last weekend’s suspected chemical attack before committing to a military strike against Syria, reports The Times.
The prime minister rejected a swift retaliation as inspectors from the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) prepared to visit the Damascus suburb where at least 40 people were reported to have been killed by chlorine gas on Saturday. –The Times
May chaired a meeting of the national security council in London this week, where she spoke with Presidents Trump and Macron for the first time since the Douma chemical attack. It is reported that Trump, who’s had a remarkable change of heart on U.S. involvement in Syria since the election, did not ask the UK to join military strikes.
A No 10 read-out of her call with the US president stated that they agreed the international community “needed to respond” but stopped short of blaming the Syrian regime. “They agreed that reports of a chemical weapons attack in Syria were utterly reprehensible and if confirmed, represented further evidence of the Assad regime’s appalling cruelty against its own people and total disregard for its legal obligations not to use these weapons,” it said. –The Times
President Trump also appears to have backed off an imminent strike after promising Syria would “pay a big price,” and that the U.S. response would be decided by Wednesday. Trump reportedly canceled travel plans after reports emerged that Russian and Iranian involvement in Syria would complicate matters in the region.
Meanwhile, Secretary of Defense James Mattis has said that the U.S. is still assessing intelligence on the alleged chemical attack, saying in a statement “we’re still working on this.” In the same breath, Mattis said the United States is “ready” to provide military options for Syria.
White Helmets were seen on video celebrating the massacre of Syrian civilians alongside Al-Qaeda, ironically in a film to portray them in a positive light.
The White Helmets, a Nobel Peace Prize nominated group that has been painted as a selfless “humanitarian group” by the media, was once again caught on video helping the same terrorist group that is hurting the civilians they claim to protect.
The group, which was the subject of an Oscar-winning documentary in February, is described by IMDB, “a group of indomitable first responders [who] risk their lives to rescue victims from the rubble” in war-torn Syria “as daily airstrikes pound civilian targets.”
However, a recent post from a Twitter user by the name of “Walid” painted the White Helmets in a very different light.
The video appears to show the famed White Helmets taking care of injured Al-Qaeda fighters who were recently wounded on the Syrian battlefront. This is just the latest in a series of videos, which has served as evidence that the White Helmets are not what they appear.

While helping injured people, regardless of what ‘side’ they are fighting for is noble, it is important to point out that the white helmets never help those injured by ISIS. Countless Syrian citizens have come forward to expose the group’s utter lack of care for injured men, women, and children alike — while helping only those who are friendly to the resistance.
The first such scandalous revelation came about when a video was uploaded to social media demonstrating the WH staging an attack reportedly carried out by Syrian government forces. When the group discovered their video flub, they quickly stated they were simply carrying out a mannequin challenge. Few bought their explanation, yet their documentary later went on to win an Oscar.

The group also came under fire in June when video surfaced that showed members of the White Helmets assisting in disposing of the dead bodies of Syrian soldiers. The US-backed “aid workers” were seen celebrating their kill whilst holding the heads of the dead.

As it stands, the White Helmets are heavily funded by the U.S. and the U.K., as well as many other international entities. That may be the reason they always work in rebel held areas of the greater Syrian conflict. The WH serve as a de facto propaganda wing of the West to sway public opinion into supporting regime change in Syria.
As proof, one only has to look to the story of Omran Daqneesh, a Syrian boy reportedly pulled from the rubble of a bombed out building. Daqneesh’s image was broadcast around the world and used as a propaganda tool against Syrian President Bashar Al Assad.
The truth was later revealed by The Free Thought Project and others that it is very likely the opposition itself destroyed the very building in which Daqneesh was residing, then used his image to promote the myth he was attacked by Syrian forces.

According to The New York Times, Mr. Daqneesh told the real story of what happened immediately following the bombing. He never supported the opposition and appeared on Syrian state-run media to proclaim his support for Assad. He described how the White Helmets used his son as a propaganda tool without his permission.
”They took Omran, got him to the ambulance, where they filmed him,” Mr. Daqneesh said. “It was against my will. I was still upstairs in the house.”Mr. Daqneesh said he was pressured by opposition activists after Omran was released from the hospital to “talk against the Syrian regime and the state,” adding that he had been offered money to do so, which he refused.”
The fact the mainstream media did not immediately report the truth serves to illustrate—as Wikileaks DNC emails revealed—that they are in the U.S. war machine’s back pocket. With the latest Twitter revelation, one can draw their own conclusions of whether or not the group is simply giving humanitarian aid, or whether its members are taking part in the Syrian/Iraqi genocide. According to Salon, they’re already beheading people on film. So much for that impartial humanitarian aid!

This was my email to John Pilger on the 27/9/2016. I have no idea if it had any influence upon the comments that Pilger made during his interview but the fact that such a respected and admired analyst has finally, publically exposed the White Helmets – as a primarily UK funded, propaganda, shadow state construct, engineered to facilitate intervention in Syria, should be a powerful ally for independent media in their efforts to reveal the pivotal aspects of the dirty war being waged against Syria.
“I am writing to you as a journalist who believes in all the values you have represented to them for the years they have followed you.
I have, for some time, been working to expose, alongside many others, the “Dirty War on Syria“ . I have recently returned from a 4 week journey around Syria, visiting Aleppo and meeting with President Assad, as part of the US Peace Council Delegation. If Clinton is elected, who knows what kind of tool this blueprint will become in her war-hawk hands.

During my time in Syria, I met with the REAL Syria Civil Defence that has been in existence for 63 years compared to the White Helmets for 3 years. The REAL Syria Civil Defence is a member of the ICDO affiliated to the UN, WHO, Red Cross and OCHA to name a few. It is operating across Syria in both terrorist held and government held areas rescuing civilians.
I spoke with crew members whose comrades had been massacred by the incoming terrorists who then became known as the White Helmets in East Aleppo for example but also in other areas, Raqqa, Deir Ezzor, Idlib.
None of this is being reported and now we are heading towards the abyss of war and this terrorist affiliated group has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.
I appeal to you as someone with such standing and eminence in the media world, in the world at large, please would you highlight this story. If the White Helmets win the Nobel Prize it will bring with it such credibility, not only for the group, but for the entire illegal war effort and US hegemony globally. The war against Syria is underpinned by the propaganda provided by this group of White Helmets, who knows what they will be used for in the future.
I speak to you as a journalist, one who believes in presenting the truth not a two dimensional version of it that serves only to amplify state narratives….and to further reduce the brave and noble nation of Syria to ashes and rubble mingled with the blood of their people who would never have killed their country to improve it.
Another sovereign nation being torn apart but Syria is resisting and refusing to yield. She needs us to stand by her.

Earlier this week, it was alleged the Syrian Army had once again gassed its own people. Mainstream media outlets everywhere ran the story without so much a question as to whether or not the allegations were founded.
Even President Trump weighed in on the attacks. “My attitude towards Syria and Assad has changed very much,” President Trump declared at a recent press conference (Courtesy Fox And Friends). Going further, he said in a statement, “Today’s chemical attack in Syria against innocent people, including women and children, is reprehensible and cannot be ignored by the civilized world.” But many in the alternative media, including The Free Thought Project, find the story eerily similar to an alleged gas attack from four years ago. President Obama declared his “red line” was if the villainous Bashar Al Assad regime would use gas on his own people, the United States would take military action against the Syrian government.
Lo and behold, just a short time after Obama made the promise to attack Syria if gas was used, an alleged gas attack happened killing many Syrian civilians in the rebel-held area of Aleppo. Fortunately, Obama did not keep his promise to involve the U.S. in yet another war, preferring instead to arm “moderate rebels” in the area to attack Assad. Those “moderate rebels” according to Representative Tulsi Gabbard (HI) are the Islamic State, otherwise known as ISIS. The outspoken representative from Hawaii said the U.S. has been funding Al Queda and ISIS for years and she, along with Senator Rand Paul, both introduced legislation into Congress known as the “Stop Funding Terrorists Act”.

Paul’s father, former Representative Ron Paul, came out strongly against the allegations and called the gas attack a “false flag” attack purported by the “moderate rebels” to give the U.S. the impetus to invade Syria as it has been threatening for many years now. Complicating matters is the fact Syria has allied with Russia and China, creating a perfect climate, as some have said, for World War III to take place. All the countries of the world are now amassing in and around Syria.
But it’s what the White Helmets have done in the past which should call into question any and all claims they have ever made. The White Helmets, emergency response teams whose film actually won an Oscar, are also guilty of staging bombings. Then, when they got caught staging the scenes, said they were simply doing a mannequin challenge to take their cause viral. How convenient! The video, which emerged in 2016, showed several bombing victims, covered in dust and blood, being pulled from Allepo’s rubble. When the alternative media ran the video as a phony one produced by an unscrupulous White Helmet media coordinator, then and only then, did the story of it being a mannequin challenge emerge.

It’s a familiar scene: Syria Civil Defence, also known as the “White Helmets,” rushing to rescue a man covered in rubble, but unlike thousands of other videos from Aleppo, this one is staged.
After being called out for the fake video on social media, the White Helmets released a statement apologizing for it.
“This video and the related posts were recorded by RFS media with Syria Civil Defence volunteers, who hoped to create a connection between the horror of Syria and the outside world using the viral ‘Mannequin challenge.’ This was an error of judgment, and we apologize on behalf of the volunteers involved,” the statement read.
So why should anyone believe anything the White Helmets say now about a gas attack being held in rebel territory, the same territory Gabbard says is controlled by American-funded ISIS operatives?

At least the New York Times reported competing views.
A statement from the Syrian military accused insurgents of responsibility and said they had accused the army of using toxic weapons “every time they fail to achieve the goals of their sponsors.”
But only the Syrian military had the ability and the motive to carry out an aerial attack like the one that struck the rebel-held town of Khan Sheikhoun.
Russia offered another explanation. A spokesman for its Defense Ministry, Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov, said Syrian warplanes had struck an insurgent storehouse containing toxic substances to be used in chemical weapons.
The Military Industrial Complex will be the only ones to profit from the war in Syria. Los Angeles, CA – In what amounts to nothing less than a major win for the massive propaganda campaign aimed at regime change in Syria, the Netflix movie “The White Helmets” won an Oscar in the “short documentary” category at the Academy Awards last night.
One thing the public needs to understand is that the “White Helmets” are part of a large-scale propaganda campaign meant to coalesce support for a Western-led regime change operation in Syria – and the documentary is nothing less than a contrived infomercial meant to sway public opinion.
Similarly to how the CIA worked with Hollywood to propel the film “Zero Dark Thirty” into the pop culture sphere, in an effort to propagandize the public into believing a phony narrative regarding the killing of Osama Bin Laden, the “The White Helmets” being awarded an Oscar, speaks to how easily Hollywood is utilized as a tool for war propaganda in an attempt to justify bloody “regime change” operations in the Middle East.
Commonly espoused propaganda holds that the White Helmets are a Syrian civil service group of volunteers. However, in reality, they were launched as “Syria Civil Defense” in Turkey in 2013 before being re-branded as the “White Helmets” in 2014, according to Consortium News. Additionally, journalist Vanessa Beeley exposed the fact that the White Helmets are phonies that claim to be the Syrian Civil Defense, when in reality there is already an actual Syrian Civil Defense, which began in the 1950s and is currently a member of the International Civil Defense Organizations.
In fact, the group is not even Syrian and was started by a British military contractor named James LeMesurier, who has deep ties to the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Funding for the group relies heavily (about $100 million) on money from the U.S., U.K. and other governments.

According to a report by Consortium News:
Most of the group’s heavy funding goes to marketing, which is run by “The Syria Campaign” based in New York. The manager is an Irish-American, Anna Nolan, who has never been to Syria. As an example of its deception, “The Syria Campaign” website features video showing children dancing and playing soccer implying they are part of the opposition demand for a “free and peaceful” Syria. But the video images are taken from a 2010 BBC documentary about education in Syria under the Baath government.
There is no mistaking the archaic archetype of “good vs evil” propaganda at play with the Academy’s selection of the White Helmet infomercial as an Oscar winner. The narrative they are obviously selling to the public is that the virtuous White Helmets are fighting against the evil forces of the Assad regime.

But like The Syria Campaign, the White Helmets are anything but impartial. Indeed, the group was founded in collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)’s Office of Transitional Initiatives, an explicitly political wing of the agency that has funded efforts at political subversion in Cuba and Venezuela. USAID is the White Helmets’ principal funder, committing at least $23 million to the group since 2013. This money was part of $339.6 million budgeted by USAID for “supporting activities that pursue a peaceful transition to a democratic and stable Syria” — or establishing a parallel governing structure that could fill the power vacuum once Bashar Al-Assad was removed.
The western media propaganda offensive surrounding the “moderate” rebels holding out in east Aleppo – with the help of the White Helmets – was largely a lie, as most of these rebels fought under the command structure of Al Qaeda’s Nusra Front and its fellow Islamist jihadists in Ahrar al-Sham.

Consortium News went on to report:
Western “human rights” groups touted not only the White Helmets but the “moderate rebels” who we now know were largely a P.R. cover for the terrorists and jihadists, as well as an excuse for the U.S. and its allies to funnel in weapons that were then turned over to the extremists.
When eastern Aleppo was finally freed from the armed militants, it was discovered that the White Helmets headquarters were alongside the headquarters of Al Qaeda’s Syrian affiliate. Civilians from east Aleppo reported that the White Helmets primarily rallied their “humanitarian” operations when the militants were attacked.

The fact that the White Helmets won an Oscar reveals exactly how powerfully contrived, controlled and scripted information disseminated to an unsuspecting public can be. Most Americans that watch this movie will come away from the experience thinking the White Helmets are selfless and noble, never realizing the fact that their perceptions are being manipulated by NGOs and governments in an effort to coalesce support for regime change operations.
