Donald Trump: “I don’t Want to Hurt The Clintons, They’re Good People” (VIDEO)

The best way to restore public faith in government institutions is to send “Hillary to prison” unless the first lady’s crimes are seen to go unpunished, everyday Americans will forever know, deep down, that there is lawless standard for those with money and power (that the people have delegated) and another for the rest of us.

First we were told by Donald Trump that he would appoint a “special prosecutor” to look into crooked Hilary Clinton for her crimes against Americans.

Then, Donald Trump declares that she should be jailed for her crimes against Americans.

Within one minute of his presidential victory speech he tells Americans owe Hillary a major debt of gratitude for her service to our country.

Donald Trump then flipped on prosecution of Hillary Clinton after his Whitehouse win.

Then, Americans were told by Donald Trump that he does not “want to hurt the Clintons.”

Now, Donald Trump is telling you that he is frustrated he can’t order the DOJ to investigate Hillary.

“But you know the saddest thing, because I’m the President of the United States I am not supposed to be involved with the Justice Department. I am not supposed to be involved with the FBI,” Trump told WMAL host Larry O’Connor. “I’m not supposed to be doing the kinds of things I would love to be doing and I’m very frustrated by it.”

As Tim Brown, senior editor at The Sons of Liberty Media stated, “Not supposed to be involved in the Justice Department?  Sir, you are the Justice Department, according to our Constitution!”

Yet, for all of this double talk, and flip flopping going back and forth, the modern day conservative (yesterday’s lawless liberals) wants to stand behind him in agreement that he just has no business in doing anything in prosecuting the Clintons or anyone else for that matter.

Let me get this straight, criminals in government can break the law, but the President cannot enforce the law?

The president can send forth America’s finest (military) into a third world country without congressional (you and me) approval in some unconstitutional war like many of his predecessors have done and yet, he cannot bring justice to criminals within the ranks of our own government?

Presidents can pardon treasonous criminals before leaving office and yet, the sitting President cannot enforce the law against political criminals at the highest levels?

Furthermore, Mr. President, the Constitution does not even mention the Justice Department.  It mentions your office as the only thing under the Executive Branch.  Therefore, the buck stops with you.  If you demand that AG Sessions appoint a special investigator in the matter, then he should follow those instructions.  If he does not, he should be removed, plain and simple.

Our Constitution is clear on the duties of the president and it isn’t really any of those things he mentioned in the interview with 60 minutes.  Those things might questionably fall under the authority of Congress in legislation, but the execution of the law falls squarely in the lap of the president.

As we have previously noted, here are the duties of the president under the US Constitution.

Art. I, Sec. 7, cls. 2 & 3, grants to the President the power to approve or veto Bills and Resolutions passed by Congress.

Art. I, Sec. 9, next to last clause, grants to the executive Branch – the Treasury Department – the power to write checks pursuant to Appropriations made by law – i.e., by Congress.

Art. II, Sec. 1, cl.1, vests “executive Power” [see below]in the President.

Art. II, Sec. 1, last clause, sets forth the President’s Oath of Office – to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States”.

Art. II, Sec. 2, cl.1:

• makes the President Commander in Chief of the armed forces when they have been called by Congress into the actual service of the United States.

• authorizes the President to require the principal Officers in the executive Departments to provide written Opinions upon the Duties of their Offices.

• grants the President power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for offenses against the United States, but he can not stop impeachments of any federal judge or federal officer.

Article II, Sec. 2, cl. 2 grants to the President the power:

• to make Treaties – with the advice and consent of the Senate.

• to nominate Ambassadors, other public ministers and Consuls, federal judges, and various other officers – with the advice and consent of the Senate.

Article II, Sec. 2, cl. 3 grants to the President the power to make recess appointments, which expire at the end of Congress’ next session.

Art. II, Sec. 3:

• Imposes the duty on the President to periodically advise Congress on the State of the Union, and authorizes the President to recommend to Congress such measures as he deems wise.

• Authorizes the President, on extraordinary Occasions, to convene one or both houses of Congress [e.g., when he asks Congress to declare War]; and if both houses can not agree on when to adjourn, he is authorized to adjourn them to such time as he deems proper.

• Imposes the duty upon the President to receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers.

• Imposes the duty upon the President to take care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and

• Imposes the duty upon the President to Commission all the Officers of the United States.

Notice that next to the last point in bold type.  It’s part of his oath of office, which is in the Constitution and he must recite as follows:

“I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

It has been stated that unless Hillary Clinton (and government corruption) is dealt with, America is over.  Republics are destroyed for allowing corruption to continue on without consequence.

Knowing that Justice Guards our liberties (Isaiah 51:4), this is true!

It has also been rightly stated that the best way to restore public faith in government institutions is to send “Hillary to prison.”  Unless the first lady’s crimes are seen to go unpunished, everyday Americans will forever know, deep down, that there is a lawless standard for those with money and power (that the people have delegated) and another for the rest of us.

Why are President Donald Trump’s Appointees Protecting The Clintons?

 “If Hillary Clinton is not brought to justice, then America is doomed.” -Live feed

The above statement may sound over the top or extreme in many different ways, yet it is true.

History teaches us just that. Ask countries in the past who refused to bring corrupt politicians to justice and you will discover, without fail, that they were destroyed.  If you leave corrupt politicians to do what they will, without suffering the consequences of breaking the laws (I John 3:4), you will simply add strength to tyranny.

To put it into perspective, look at what President Thomas Jefferson stated:

“The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first.”

Taking it to the present, we recently heard Newt Gingrich say that the way to resolve the problem of corruption is to “Start putting a few people in jail, you’ll see the leaks dry up dramatically (Isaiah 56).”

Clearly, Scripture teaches us in Isaiah 26:9 that “…when Thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.” Also read Isaiah 51:4.

Yet, Americans fail to do so, and what they do is draw the seat of violence nigh unto themselves.

“Ye that put far away the evil day, and cause the seat of violence to come near.” -Amos 6:3

Furthermore, it is inscribed on government buildings throughout America in stone.  On one, Moses holds the two tablets of the Law (Exodus 20) with the inscription:

“Justice the Guardian of Liberty”

The reason this is happening is because the American Church (78% claim to be Christians -1 John 2:4) has been taught by the hirelings (John 10:12), who occupy the pulpits in this country, that they have no business in judging right from wrong. How ridiculous!

Maybe they should try that next time they break speeding laws.  Just rip up the ticket, throw it at the police officer’s feet, and tell him “Who are you to judge me?” See how far that gets them!

I say, “Twist not Scripture, lest you be like Satan.”

It amazes me how Americans give a pass to corruption as if to suggest that the politicians are above the law.

“…they overpass the deeds of the wicked: they judge not the cause…” (Jeremiah 5:28)

Didn’t the representatives of “We the People” put their hand on the Bible swearing to uphold the laws found in our Constitution? YES THEY DID!

“They are waxen fat, they shine: yea, they overpass the deeds of the wicked: they judge not the cause…” (Jeremiah 5:28)

This was Jeremiah preaching to a people that fell under the judgments of God.

America, 8 months ago a new president was sworn in. If you remember, for a long period of time on the campaign trail, you were promised that he was to bring forth a “special prosecutor” to deal with “Crooked Hilary.” Donald Trump at this point has done nothing, worse yet he told Americans that, “We owe her a major debt of gratitude.” That’s the opposite of what he promised to do (Matthew 23:3).

A Judge Forces the State Department to Open Up on Clinton Emails

This week United States District Judge James E. Boasberg ruled that the Department of State must make public a FBI declaration detailing its efforts to retrieve the former secretary of state’s government emails (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. Rex Tillerson (No. 1:15-cv-00785).

Statement regarding the decision:

We’re happy with the ruling, but it is unbelievable we’re being opposed by Trump appointees in the State and Justice Departments on the Clinton email issue.  President Trump ought to be outraged his appointees are protecting Hillary Clinton. The State Department should initiate action with the Justice Department – and both agencies should finally take the necessary steps to recover all the government emails Hillary Clinton unlawfully removed.

Here is the background.

On April 30, 2015, we sued former Secretary John Kerry after the State Department failed to take action on a letter we sent to Kerry “notifying him of the unlawful removal of the Clinton emails and requesting that he initiate enforcement action pursuant to the [Federal Records Act],” including working through the Attorney General to recover the emails.

After initially being dismissed by the district court, our lawsuit was revived on appeal by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on December 27, 2016. The Federal Records Act states that an agency head “shall” initiate an action through the Attorney General when he becomes aware of any unlawful removal of agency records.

While at the State Department, Clinton conducted official government business using an unsecure email server and email accounts. Her top aides and advisors also used non-“state.gov” email accounts to conduct official business.

The Trump administration defended the handling of the email matter by the Obama administration and filed two declarations from the FBI trying to justify the State Department’s refusal to follow the law and refer to the Clinton email issue to the Justice Department.

As the decision notes, the second FBI declaration is non-public and was filed in camera and ex parte with the court. Judge Boasburg rejected the State Department’s arguments that the FBI declaration be withheld to protect grand jury secrecy: “After reviewing the document in camera, the Court concludes it largely rehashes information already made public, thus obviating any need for secrecy.”

Meantime, transcripts reviewed by the Senate Judiciary Committee reveal that former FBI Director James Comey began drafting an exoneration statement in the Clinton email investigation before the FBI had interviewed key witnesses.

Chairman Chuck Grassley and Senator Lindsey Graham, chairman of the Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Terrorism, requested all records relating to the drafting of the statement as the committee continues to review the circumstances surrounding Comey’s removal from the Bureau.

The senators wrote to the FBI: “Conclusion first, fact-gathering second—that’s no way to run an investigation. The FBI should be held to a higher standard than that, especially in a matter of such great public interest and controversy.”

And so should a president be held to his promises to a people that entrusted him to represent them in the first place.

Remember, “The people of these United States are the rightful masters of both congresses and courts, not to over-throw the Constitution, but to over-throw the men who pervert that Constitution,” according to the Preamble to the US Constitution. Amen!

No Investigation of Clinton Foundation Uranium Deal with Russia

Judicial Watch earlier investigated a controversial Clinton Foundation 2010 uranium deal with Russia. As secretary of state, Hillary used her position for profit-making.

In his book “Clinton Cash,” Peter Scheweizer raised questions about the deal and others, involving millions of dollars of Clinton Foundation donations from foreign governments and other sources.

The foundation was used as a money-laundering, pay-to-play, self-enrichment racket, masquerading as a charitable NGO.

Federal, state and international laws prohibit operating so-called public charities for private gain. The Clinton Foundation systematically ignores its legal obligations – unaccountably so far.

The controversial uranium deal involved Canadian company Uranium One, a majority-owned Rosatom subsidiary, Russia’s atomic energy agency.

Shortly after the deal was announced, Hillary was paid $500,000 from a Russian investment bank for a Moscow speech – an obvious conflict of interest for Hillary as secretary of state at the time.

Further, under US law, uranium is considered a strategic asset. Any deals involving it must be approved by seven US cabinet members, including the secretaries of state and treasury.

Separate Judicial Watch FOIA litigation revealed “over 200 conflicts-of-interest rulings that led to $48 million for the Clintons during (Hillary’s) tenure as secretary of state.”

According to Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton, the “cash and secrecy on this Russian uranium deal (alone) looks corrupt and criminal.”

With Obama’s treasury department involved, there’s “no daylight between” him and Hillary “on this scandal that place our nation’s security at risk.”

Trump justifiably tweeted “(w)hy isn’t the House Intelligence Committee looking into the Bill & Hillary deal that allowed big Uranium to go to Russia, Russian speech…”

“…money to Bill, the Hillary Russian ‘reset, praise by Hillary, or Podesta Russian Company. Trump’s Russia story is a hoax.”

Why isn’t House Select Committee of Intelligence chairman Devin Nunes investigating Clinton Foundation racketeering – RICO-level criminality, instead of focusing on nonexistent Trump ties to Russia.

After months of FBI investigatory work, not a shred of anything improper was discovered. There’s plenty of illegality to hold the Clintons responsible for.

So why isn’t it being exposed? Why isn’t the Clinton crime family held accountable for major racketeering offenses, along with all their other high crimes?

Trump Asks Why Intelligence Committee Isn’t Probing The Clintons (VIDEO)

The whole Trump-Russian conspiracy angle that the dishonest media keeps foisting on us, despite there being zero evidence to that effect, is getting tired by now. Conveniently ignoring the fact that there is plenty of evidence of dealings with the Russian; just not on the Trump side. And now, President Trump has used one of his favorite political weapons, Twitter, to ask the questions no one has been asking.

In the following video, Right Wing News dives deep into the true dealings with the Russians that our politicians have entered into. Namely how Hillary Clinton allowed 20% of our uranium to go to Russia, and John McCain attempting to solicit campaign funds from the Russians. Then there’s the issue of John Podesta’s own Russian connections. But that’s just scratching the surface; the rabbit hole that is the Clinton uranium deal goes deep, far deeper than you can imagine. Will the public ever realize the full extent of the Clintons’ corruption?

Following a day of drama involving the Chair of the House Intelligence Committee, Devin Nunes, who has been under constant onslaught by Democrats ever since his disclosure last week that Trump had indeed been the object of surveillance, and whose Democrat peer at the Intel panel, Adam Schiff, on Monday night called for Nunes to recuse himself, moments ago Trump waded into the news cycle when he asked on Twitter why the House Intelligence Committee is not investigating the Clintons for various ties of their own to Russia. He then slammed the ongoing anti-Russian witch hunt, saying “the Russia story is a hoax.”

“Why isn’t the House Intelligence Committee looking into the Bill & Hillary deal that allowed big Uranium to go to Russia, Russian speech, money to Bill, the Hillary Russian ‘reset,’ praise of Russia by Hillary, or Podesta Russian Company. Trump Russia story is a hoax. #MAGA!” Trump wrote in two tweets Monday night. 

 

Trump’s rhetorical questions come amid a news cycle which as discussed on various occasions today has focused on the Republican chair of the Intel Committee, Nunes, who is under fire for briefing Trump about classified material he reviewed last week without sharing the information with committee Democrats. On Monday it was revealed that Nunes had secretly visited the White House grounds one day before announcing incidental surveillance of President Trump’s transition team. His visit raised questions about whether the White House could have been was the source of the intelligence Nunes reviewed. 

Democratic lawmakers have now called on Nunes to recuse himself from the committee’s probe into Russia’s interference in the United States presidential election. Nunes on Monday evening said the chairman would not step aside from the investigation. 

The republican lawmaker has claimed that his findings had no relevance to the Russia probe, even as the committee examines the unmasking and leaking of surveillance information as part of that investigation.

In a follow up tweet, Trump took another stab at the House Freedom Caucus, who he said snatched “defeat from the jaws of victory” – following Friday’s failure to repeal and replace plan for ObamaCare.  That followed a Sunday tweet in which he said the conservative House Freedom Caucus, along with the Club for Growth and Heritage Action for America, had “saved” Planned Parenthood and ObamaCare.

Finally, Trump brought it full circle, touching on Friday’s failure to repeal Obamacare, saying “the Democrats will make a deal with me on healthcare as soon as ObamaCare folds – not long. Do not worry, we are in very  good shape!

Unbeknownst to most Americans, the point President Trump made about the Clinton/Russia Uranium deal actually goes down an almost bottomless rabbit hole that leads to levels of corruption that go WAY beyond what even the President himself probably realizes. 

How many of you remember when an armed militia took over and occupied the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon back in January of 2016? Aside from the opening paragraph (below), almost everything else Wikipedia says about the occupation is utterly false:

On January 2, 2016, armed militants seized the headquarters of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Harney County, Oregon, United States, and continued to occupy it until law enforcement made a final arrest on February 11, 2016. Their leader was Ammon Bundy, who participated in the 2014 Bundy standoff at his father’s Nevada ranch. Other members of the group were loosely affiliated with non-governmental militias and the sovereign citizen movement.

Sadly, because of how grossly dishonest and anti-gun the mainstream media is, most Americans have no idea what “really” transpired during the standoff at the Bundy Ranch in 2014, or they would almost certainly have a much different opinion of it. In some ways, the standoff at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon was almost like a continuation of the original Bundy standoff.

Very few Americans know that on both occasions when the Bundy’s and their militia faced off against law enforcement (during the original standoff at the Bundy Ranch in 2014, and then again in January of 2016 at the wildlife refuge in Oregon), both times the Bundy’s were joined by members of armed militia groups from across the country. They were men and women who travelled from across the country to stand should to shoulder with the Bundys. Why do you suppose that is?

Furthermore, why do you suppose you never heard about it? Doesn’t it seem reasonable to think that if there were members from armed militias convening from all across the country for a purpose that it might make the news? It wasn’t covered for good reason! The following video is from a post titled, Obama Orders Hammond Ranch Destroyed, which explains in much furhter detail what all this has to do with Hillary Clinton, Russia, or Uranium, however the following video will provide a high level explaination.

To summarize the video above, essentially the Hammnonds were the last remaining holdout on a large piece of land that the federal government was interested in because of the vast natural resources that were beneath the land. There were several natural resources the government was interested in, but the one relevant to this story is the Uranium. You can verify that for yourself here using this U.S. Geological Survey Bulletin 1740-B.

When the Hammonds refused to leave, the father and son were wrongfully imprisoned by Obama’s tyrannical federal government, which ultimately led to what took place at Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon. The mainstream media hardly went never went near any of that story, and what few parts they were forced to cover, such as the two armed standoffs, they lied incessantly about. 

Strange how with all the Democrats and their whining about Russia, none of this ever came up isn’t it? Furthermore, as for collusion, and rediculous levels of corruption, might I suggest someone in Congress begin an investigation into Congressmen DeFazio, and the role he played in all what was just explained…
