Nationwide Human Trafficking Stings Ensnare Multiple Cops—84 Kids as Young as 3 Months Freed

trafficking

Multiple undercover sting operations across the United States were carried out this month targeting adult and child sex trafficking. The results of many of these stings netted hundreds of arrests—including doctors, pharmacists, high-level military officers, and law enforcement officers. Dozens of children were also rescued — including one as young as three months old.

“That’s the most we have ever arrested in the history of the sheriff’s office,” Sheriff Grady Judd said of his undercover operation in Polk County, Florida.

The sheriff is referring to the 277 people rounded up in “Operation No Tricks, No Treats” which started last Tuesday and ran through Monday.

According to the sheriff’s office, as reported by WFLA, 51 of the arrests were related to those who advertise as prostitutes online and 209 of the arrests were those who solicited undercover detectives posing as prostitutes. Seventeen arrests were made for other offenses.

The sheriff noted that the arrests included lawyers, doctors, pharmacists, former and current police officers, multiple men looking to have sex with children, and convicted sex offenders.

Advertisment

During the bust, the sheriff even nabbed a cop in his own department. Since his arrest,  Sergeant Luis Diaz has resigned from the force after 17 years.

In another, far more horrifying bust, conducted by the FBI, eighty-four children were saved and 120 human traffickers were arrested.

FBI agents and task force officers staged operations in hotels, casinos, and truck stops, as well as on street corners and Internet websites, according to the release, as reported by Myrtle Beach Online. The youngest victim recovered during this year’s operation was 3 months old, and the average age of victims recovered during the operation was 15 years old, the release stated.

“Child sex trafficking is happening in every community across America, and at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, we’re working to combat this problem every day,” said NCMEC President and CEO John Clark. “We’re proud to work with the FBI on Operation Cross Country to help find and recover child victims. We hope OCC generates more awareness about this crisis impacting our nation’s children.”

“We at the FBI have no greater mission than to protect our nation’s children from harm. Unfortunately, the number of traffickers arrested — and the number of children recovered — reinforces why we need to continue to do this important work,” FBI Director Christopher Wray said in the release.

It is important to note that some of these arrests included people trying to simply pay another willing adult to have sex with them.

In the Land of the Free, it is against the law to get paid to have sex, unless that sex is filmed, distributed on DVD, and taxed. One of the least talked about systems of oppression in the US is that of persecuting prostitutes.

When referencing prostitution, it is critical to point out that we are talking about the mutually beneficial exchange of sexual favors for money by two or more consenting adults; not forced human trafficking. Sadly enough, the state’s prohibition on prostitution actually fosters the underground trade of humans as it pushes the selling of sex into dark alleyways and criminal entities.

Also, what this case points out is that when it comes to the government, in general, the notion of ‘do as I say, not as I do’ rings true through every level, from the parking transit officer to the president.

READ MORE:  Cops Go Onto Innocent Man"s Property, Beat Him to a Pulp, Charge HIM with a Felony

Hypocrisy is a function of the state.

The citizens of the US are often reminded of this hypocrisy when members of the government commit such heinously criminal and hypocritical acts that they are cast out from their curtain of government protection.

All these cops getting busted for acts that they themselves have likely thrown people in prison for is the epitome of said hypocrisy.

Hover, human sex trafficking in the United States is a very real and horrifying problem. As the Free Thought Project has pointed out and what some of the arrests in this bust show, the monsters behind this darkness are often upstanding members of society. Through their connections within the state, they are allowed to operate these modern day slave trades with impunity.

In case after case, the Free Thought Project reports on horrifying instances of child sex rings that were allowed to go on for decades because politicians — including heads of states — policemen, clergy, and others were all in on the sick game.

In fact, as the Netflix series, The Keepers set out to launch an investigation into a murder cold case, it soon became much deeper because of the high-level pedophilia it revealed. The story exposed a concerted effort to conceal widespread rape and sexual abuse committed by Keough school chaplain and counselor Father Joseph Maskell, as well as other clergy, police, and a local gynecologist.

On multiple occasions, the Free Thought Project has reported interviews of former child sex trafficking victims who’ve all noted that they had nowhere to go as police and high-level politicians all took place in the abuse.

Man Gets Death Threats for Criticizing Police After Cops Encouraged People to Harass Him

restaurant

A business owner in St. Louis was quick to condemn police for tear-gassing his customers and indiscriminately firing bullets restaurant, which endangered his patrons and ultimately forced him to close his business, costing him valuable revenue. In response, the owner has received both condemnations from the police union, and even death threats from supporters who “back the blue.”

Chris Sommers of Pi Pizzeria is not backing down, and according to a statement published by Riverfront Times, he is adamant about holding the St. Louis Metro Police Department accountable for its officers’ actions—no matter what smear campaigns or death threats they throw at him.

Riot-Police

“On Friday night, at approximately 11:15pm, the SLMPD shot at me and gassed me,” Sommers wrote. “They did this, ostensibly, because I was screaming at them from across an empty street to stop terrorizing my dinner guests and team who were dining peacefully on a corner devoid of protestors or agitators.”

Sommers noted that he was first alerted to the protests while monitoring Twitter. When he saw reports of protests after it was announced that Police Officer Jason Stockley was acquitted of the killing of Anthony Smith—despite evidence that Stockley initiated a dangerous police chase and then planted a gun in Smith’s car—Sommers said he attempted to help calm the tension.

“I immediately jumped in my car and called our manager, asking him to get waters ready to hand out to all police and protestors as they walked by, in an attempt to calm nerves and prevent damage to my building,” he wrote, noting that the protests were peaceful and they lasted for about an hour.

After Sommers determined that the scene had calmed down, he said he left the restaurant and started his drive home, where he encountered a wall of militarized police officers “marching by themselves with gas masks, guns and shields,” despite the fact that there were no protesters in sight.

“When they reached the corner, at least one of them began shooting indiscriminately, at absolutely no one,” Sommers wrote. “Some of the shots (pepper pellets, I later learned) were directed towards the air, so it appears they were just trying to intimidate. But whom? The only people around were guests and neighbors and a few people with cameras. I had previously pulled out my phone and got all of this on tape.”

While the video of this scene does not appear to have been released publicly, its existence holds substantial weight. Sommers claimed he is now working with the American Civil Liberties Union, and plans to testify before a federal judge.

“I used lots of expletives at these little men and women hiding behind shields with guns, terrorizing my guests who pay their salaries. The ACLU told me their aggression against my language makes their crime even more egregious. After they threw a tear gas canister at me (again, on video), a guy next to me picked it up and threw it back at them, either to get it away from him and others at Pi, or because he felt violated and wanted to return the poison. They certainly didn’t like that, and finally crossed the street, rushing at me as I ran into my restaurant and barely got the door closed before they could break in. Yes, I had to lock down my restaurant for the first time from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. I then had to close the restaurant, buy dinner for remaining guests and ensure that my team, who were now all terrified from the gas and rush by the police, had a safe ride home.”

“I repeat, we only closed our restaurant this weekend out of fear of police, not protestors or the shitheads vandalizing,” Sommers emphasized, noting that as soon as he began sharing his experience on social media and “calling out the insane, illegal behavior by the police,” he became “public enemy No. 1 to every ‘Blue Lives Matter’ fanboy.”

Sure enough, the Blue Lives Matter website criticized Sommers in an article claiming he was “supporting the rioters even as they tried to set his restaurant’s plants on fire.” However, it failed to mention that Sommers and his staff offered water to everyone—protesters and police—and the report of someone trying to set his plants on fire was based off the actions of one man, not an entire group of protesters.

READ MORE:  Cops Burn Man"s Genitals with Taser in Front of His Family

“Let’s get the word out that if you bash the police, you won’t be getting our business,” Blue Lives Matter concluded.

Sommers claimed the union representing the St. Louis Metro Police Department also posted his and his employees’ phone numbers on its Facebook page, and as a result, they have been threatened and harassed.

“It was my team and I who kept our business safe that night, though only barely from the police department itself,” Sommers wrote. “These people are now calling for our windows to be broken, and based on their words, I don’t doubt they will do it themselves.”

Sommers noted that he has had a history of supporting police through his business, including letting officers eat for free of for 50 percent off every time they dine in uniform, and he has also donated to their non-profits and events anytime he is asked.

“The Blue Lives Matter (Only) people who are threatening me and my business use phrases like “Black Lives Don’t Matter” in their messages. They all have Trump and “Make America Great Again” tags in their profiles. Oh, and they generally seem to love Jesus. It just doesn’t compute. But then again, it all makes sense for these authoritarian types. Despite the SLMPD catching none of the criminals who have assaulted and robbed me, my businesses and employees, or home, I have continued to support them. They have NOT protected me and often never showed up when I’ve called them, but I’ve continue to serve them, with free meals and cash. No longer. And I’ll lose less money on every meal I don’t give away to them.”

Sommers also claimed that the “systematic racism and corruption in our SLMPD and beyond is well-known and documented.” He said that when one of his coworkers was dining in St. Louis during the protests, “six cops came in bragging about killing Smith, saying ‘so what, we killed him, St. Louis needs to move on.’ No one at that table questioned that officer.”

As he deals with a barrage death threats, Sommers is responding by asking the public to support him by attempting to combat some of the negative reviews hundreds of “Blue Lives Matter” supporters have left on Yelp, Google and Facebook, attacking his business.

However, just as police officers were marching through the streets of St. Louis, chanting “Whose streets? Our streets!” it appears that there are far too many people who believe them.

If an individual sincerely believes that when a business owner defends his restaurant by calling out to police to stop indiscriminately targeting his customers, he is automatically someone who hates police, and should receive death threats, that individual should seriously reconsider his or her line of thinking. If one claims to “support” police officers, the best thing they can do is to hold those officers accountable for these actions, instead of following them blindly with no oversight.

Thursday evening, Sommers summarized this week of hell brought directly to him by those sworn to protect.

Sheriff Who Trump Pardoned Protected Pedophiles by Refusing to Investigate 100s of Child Sex Crimes

arpaio

President Trump issued his first official pardon on Friday, sparing former Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who was found guilty of criminal contempt after he violated a court order in a racial profiling case by continuing to target illegal immigrants.

While both Trump and many of his supporters have applauded Arpaio, who refers to himself as “America’s toughest sheriff,” there is one thing he is not always tough on—pedophiles.

In fact, according to a report from the Associated Press in December 2011, Airpaio’s office failed to investigate “more than 400 sex-crimes” that were reported in Maricopa County from 2005 to 2007, “including dozens of alleged child molestations—that were inadequately investigated and in some instances were not worked at all.”

Advertisment

The report cited current and former police officers familiar with the cases who claimed that victims of the horrific crimes were as young as 2 years old. In El Mirage, the city where Arpaio’s office was providing contract police services, officials reportedly discovered at least 32 reported child molestations, and even though suspects were known in all but six cases, Arpaio “failed to follow through.”

While Arpaio made headlines for his infamous Tent City Jail, a camp in which nearly 1,000 illegal immigrants were forced to live outdoors in Arizona’s sweltering 120-degree heat, he did not make headlines for his treatment of the children of illegal immigrants. According to the officers who worked with him, many of those children were victims of sex crimes, which Arpaio ignored, as he let their American citizen predators run free.

After Arpaio’s contract ended, and his office was no longer required to provide police services for El Mirage, Detective Jerry Laird told the AP he found that an overwhelming majority of the cases he received from the office hadn’t been worked, which meant that “there were no follow-up reports, no collection of additional forensic evidence and zero effort made after the initial report of the crime was taken.”

While some of the cases Arpaio’s office neglected were turned over to prosecutors, the report noted that the El Mirage Police Department claimed “most were no longer viable—evidence dating as far back as 2006 had grown cold or wasn’t collected in the first place, victims had either moved away or otherwise moved on.”

Arpaio held a news conference in response to the 2011 report, in which he said, “If there were any victims, I apologize to those victims.”

As The Free Thought Project has reported, a number of cases involving pedophiles have come to light under the Trump Administration, such as a pedophile ring investigation that resulted over 900 arrests in May, and a sex-trafficking investigation that resulted in over 1,000 arrests earlier this month. This raises the question—why aren’t Arpaio and other members of his office being held to the same standards?

Joe Arpaio’s harsh treatment towards illegal immigrants has stirred up controversy, but his outright neglect of children who are victims of sex crimes seems to have slipped under the radar.

Children have no control over which country they are born in, and they are the most vulnerable to predators. If a child is a victim of a sex crime, the question of whether the predators are “illegal aliens” or “legal American citizens” should not keep officials like Sheriff Arpaio from holding them accountable for their actions, and he should be held accountable for his failure to do so.

Man Records Cop Stealing From His Farm, Reports It To The Dept—No Charges Filed

stealingImage: KRQE

Valencia County, NM — A tech savvy New Mexico farmer says he caught a Valencia County Sheriff’s deputy stealing from his farm, and is now demanding justice. Matthew Chavez told KRQE News 13 he knows who the police officer is who’s been stealing from him because he caught him on camera and says he used to purchase hay from him but has resorted to stealing it now.

Chavez told reporters he had given Deputy Fred Torres many opportunities to come clean and admit he was stealing from Chavez but the officer did not. So, the farmer took the surveillance photos to the police department and filed a criminal complaint against him.

The mild-mannered farmer set a trap for the police officer by setting up a wildlife camera in an area where he says he noticed his hay disappearing.

Advertisment

I noticed a little bit of hay each time missing so that’s what made me go put up the camera and it was right there in plain sight.

He says he was shocked after downloading the images to learn the thief was wearing a police uniform and says he immediately recognized Torres because the officer had purchased hay from him in the past.

When confronted with the indisputable facts the farmer said Torres owned up to taking some bales of hay back in late 2016, but the farmer knew even that was a lie. He said:

He admitted to taking 20 [bales] but that was back in December and I had him on camera in April so it’s been ongoing.

Chavez explained his deep seeded frustrations not only with the theft of fruits of his labor, but also with the fact the dishonest person was supposed to be locking up the very type of individual he himself had become. He remarked:

This is the way you make a living and you’ve already got mother nature against you as it is so for someone to be stealing from you and for it to be a sheriff’s deputy, that is where it gets interesting.

The hay farmer estimates the value of the bales of hay Torres stole from him is at least $1500 but admits he’s not exactly sure how much he has taken from him and for how long.

It’s unclear if Chavez fears retaliation for speaking out against a police officer. But in all fairness, it seems Chavez gave Torres many opportunities to make right his wrongs. He confronted him before taking his concerns to the officer’s employer.

And even when he was speaking with the local news media, Chavez devalued the total amount of stolen goods below what would have been considered a felony. It seems clear to us at TFTP that he only wants the stealing to stop.

But we have a message for Valencia police. If you retaliate against Mr. Chavez for turning in someone you should already have arrested, we will make sure the whole world knows how you conduct official police business. Bring charges against Torres if he refuses to pay back all that he has allegedly stolen, or become just like the criminals you say you are committed to apprehending.

The Valencia Sheriff’s Department told KRQE it cannot comment on Chavez’ claims one of their own is a crook. They say the investigation is ongoing. But the likely truth is they are probably waiting until the press gets distracted with another story, so they can make the whole ordeal disappear.

WATCH: Cop Lets Wasted Politician Go on DUI—He Gets Drunk Again, Smashes into Car Head On

dui

Tom Bean, TX — In America, there are two sets of laws — one for the government class of police, politicians and well-connected elite — and one for everybody else. This corrupt system punishes the citizens for crimes the elite commit with impunity. The recent DUI stop of City Councilman Benjamin Vincent in Tom Bean, Texas, illustrates this corruption and shows how it can be detrimental to the safety and well-being of citizens.

Last Sunday, Vincent was pulled over by Whitewright police officer Andrew LeFevre after he was seen swerving all over the road, driving into oncoming traffic, and sliding through intersections.

When the officer initiated conversation with Vincent, it was obvious from the start that he was highly intoxicated. He thought it was October and couldn’t complete a sentence or answer any of the questions without blurting out utter slurred nonsense.

After the city councilman admitted to drinking and was seen breaking numerous laws, the officers decided to let him go.

Advertisment

“My suggestion is that you call a sober licensed family member to come get you,” LeFevre said. And just like that, this man who should’ve been arrested for driving dangerously drunk was let off with no consequences.

“Now Mr. Vincent, I want you to understand how big of a deal I’m cutting you here,” LeFevre said in the body camera video taken by Officer Mark Munt. “Between attorney fees, court fees, posting bond, insurance hikes, drivers license surcharges, DWIs can cost north of $20,000. Not to mention the stigma associated with it, the headache and hassle associated with it, having a criminal record. I’m really not trying to jam you up, but what I need you to understand and grasp from all of this is the seriousness of it.”

READ MORE:  Cops Shoots Unarmed Man on Video, for No Reason then Covers it Up and Won"t be Charged

But Vincent did not grasp the ‘seriousness of it.’

On Tuesday, Whitewright Police Chief, Beau Heistand made an ominously predictive statement to the press after acknowledging his officer let a dangerous drunk driver back out on the road.

“There are a lot of fatalities that are caused by that and allowing someone to get a slap on the wrist and call someone to come take them home isn’t going to get anywhere,” said Chief Heistand.

He was right.

Only a few days later, after he’d been let off for putting the public at risk by driving while highly intoxicated, Vincent was right back at it. This time, however, the cops wouldn’t find him before he hurt someone.

As the Herald Democrat reports, the two-vehicle wreck involving Vincent and Elmer Stuckey, the driver of a Tom Bean Independent School District vehicle, caused injuries to both drivers, and both were transported to the hospital. In the early afternoon, Vincent was released from the hospital and arrested by a Texas Department of Public Safety trooper. Vincent was booked into the Grayson County Jail for intoxicated assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury.

“Today about 10 a.m., officers with our agency and the Tom Bean Fire Department responded to a call of a major accident at the intersection of State Highway 11 and Britton Street,” Tom Bean Police Chief Tim Green said. “Upon initial observations, it was determined the accident involved a member of Tom Bean City Council and an employee of the Tom Bean Independent School District.”

Because police chose not to arrest a man because he was a city councilman, an innocent man was severely injured. Their corruption led to the suffering of others and it could’ve been far worse.

READ MORE:  Cops Discharged from Department For Being Members of the KKK

As innocent citizens are given DUIs for being completely sober, wasted politicians are granted get out of jail free cards and allowed to hurt other people. While many people will claim these are signs of a broken system, those who pay attention know it was, in fact, intentionally set up this way.

As you watch the video below, put yourself in Vincent’s shoes. Do you think cops would’ve treated you the same way if you did what he did?

Judge Slams ‘Incompetent’ Cops After SWAT Raids Innocent Family for Growing Tomato Plants

tomato

Wichita, KS – In a “huge and significant victory for the Fourth Amendment,” the federal 10th Circuit Court of Appeals reinstated a lawsuit brought by a Kansas City couple who endured a SWAT raid over their tomato plants. Robert and Adlynn Harte — and their two young children — were caught up in a county-wide sweep of suspected cannabis growers, in a prohibitionist state which still has not even legalized any form of medical cannabis.

The judges not only reinstated the Harte’s lawsuit against the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, which was dismissed by a federal judge in 2015, but went on to castigate the law enforcement agencies involved. They described the 2012 raid as an “unjustified government intrusion based on nothing more than junk science, an incompetent investigation and a publicity stunt.”

In the realm of unlawful police raids, this one may take the cake. It began with a Missouri State Highway Patrolman staking out a garden store every day in Kansas City in hopes of catching some pot growers. Robert Harte visited the store with his two children to buy supplies for an educational vegetable garden project in his basement.

The sergeant shared Harte’s information with a counterpart in the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO), which was planning to raid several suspected cannabis growers on 4/20. JCSO went through the Harte’s trash on three occasions, eventually finding what officers believed was cannabis clippings soaked in THC extract.

Advertisment

But the “marijuana” was actually discarded tea leaves.

Despite a lab technician saying the tea leaves looked nothing like cannabis leaves or stems, deputies Edward Blake and Mark Burns used notoriously faulty field drug test kits which showed the presence of THC. These supposed field drug tests were the basis for planning the raid, but the deputies never photographed or documented the tests — leading Judge Carlos Lucero to note that these circumstances gave the deputies strong motive to lie.

READ MORE:  28 Women Escape From Prison After Seducing And Drugging Guards

They had to find something on the Hartes, because the JCSO had already scheduled the raid on the Harte’s home. Several routine investigatory steps were ignored, making their search warrant “based on nothing more than gardening supplies in a bag and wet tea leaves in the garbage.”

The list of sheer incompetence goes on. In his written decision, Lucero used extraordinary language to characterize just how reckless these drug warriors were.

“Law-abiding tea drinkers and gardeners beware: One visit to a garden store and some loose tea leaves in your trash may subject you to an early-morning, SWAT-style raid, complete with battering ram, bulletproof vests, and assault rifles.

Perhaps the officers will intentionally conduct the terrifying raid while your children are home, and keep the entire family under armed guard for two and a half hours while concerned residents of your quiet, family-oriented neighborhood wonder what nefarious crime you have committed. This is neither hyperbole nor metaphor—it is precisely what happened to the Harte family in the case before us.”

During the two and a half hour raid – where heavily armed SWAT team broke in during early morning hours while the children were home – officers frantically searched for anything to justify their debacle, but found only tomato plants and gardening supplies. Knowing the history of no-knock SWAT raids, someone could have easily gotten killed.

The cops had picked the wrong target this time, as both Mr. and Mrs. Harte are former CIA employees and knew a thing or two about research. After the traumatic experience, the Hartes set out to find out why this happened to them. Spending thousands of dollars in legal costs, they were able to procure a probable-cause affidavit.

READ MORE:  VIDEO: Innocent 59yo Mother Assaulted by Cops in Walmart for No Reason

It was easy to see that the “probable cause” was full of holes, and thankfully the 10th Circuit court actually studied the facts. The reinstated lawsuit includes unlawful search-and-seizure claims against 10 deputies, the sheriff who started the fiasco and the Johnson County Board of Commissioners.

The Hartes can also move forward with trying to prove that the cops lied about the field tests, and other claims under state law including trespass, assault and false imprisonment.

“There was no probable cause at any step of the investigation,” wrote Lucero. “Not at the garden shop, not at the gathering of the tea leaves, and certainly not at the analytical stage when the officers willfully ignored directions to submit any presumed results to a laboratory for analysis.”

We will certainly be monitoring the outcome of this lawsuit. It exposes the ludicrous nature of the war on cannabis still being carried out in prohibitionist states controlled by Reefer Madness politicians. If there is any “justice” left in the justice system, the Hartes will succeed in holding these deplorable cops accountable.
