Assange: Hillary, Intel Officials ‘Quietly Pushing A Pence Takeover’ of the White House
(ZHE) Last week we noted chatter that some saw Mike Pence as “the Deep State’s insurance policy,” and now, judging by tweets from Wikileaks’ Julian Assange, that may well be the Clinton/Intelligence Officials plan…
Clinton stated privately this month that she is quietly pushing for a Pence takeover. She stated that Pence is predictable hence defeatable.
— Julian Assange (@JulianAssange) March 14, 2017
Adding that…
Two IC officials close to Pence stated privately this month that they are planning on a Pence takeover. Did not state if Pence agrees.
— Julian Assange (@JulianAssange) March 14, 2017
As The Daily Caller notes, Assange’s claims appear to come in response to reports that President Trump authorized the CIA to perform drone strikes on terrorists Monday evening…
By handing unilateral power to the CIA over its drone strikes at this time White House signals that bullying, disloyalty & incompetence pays

As we concluded previously, if Trump doesn’t adopt the Cold War 2.0 approach of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton and is forced out of his own administration in the same manner as Flynn, it will become clear why once we learn who would replace him: Mike Pence.
No matter what one makes of Trump – or his administration and the policies that have been initiated thus far – the fact remains that Trump won the U.S. election. The people working behind the scenes to oust him are not subject to democratic controls, nor are they working in the best interests of the American public. We are left to ask ourselves exactly how renewing relations with Russia – a nuclear power – could possibly endanger American lives.
Either way, we are more or less left with two paths ahead of us. The first path involves Trump giving in and adopting an anti-Russian agenda, as is already apparent in his decision to send more ground troops to Syria alongside Saudi troops, who will intentionally oppose the Syrian regime (a close ally of Russia). The second involves the possibility of another direct coup within the Trump administration, this time one that may ultimately force Trump out of the White House so he can be replaced by Mike Pence, a war hawk who will be more than happy to do the job Hillary Clinton wanted to do.

Is Mike Pence the Deep State’s Insurance Policy Against Trump?
(ANTIMEDIA Op-Ed) Last month, Anti-Media reported on leaked intelligence that forcibly ousted national security adviser Michael Flynn from the Trump administration. Flynn’s successor, General H.R. McMaster, is far more hawkish, and in comparison to Flynn, takes a much more anti-Russian stance. It isn’t too much of a stretch to assume McMaster’s job will be secure if he continues to perpetuate the anti-Russian narrative we have become so familiar with in recent decades.
Despite this, the media still perpetuates anti-Russian hysteria and repeated claims regarding the Trump administration’s ties to Russia — despite the fact that Flynn, Trump’s supposed go-between with Russia, has already relinquished his power.
Why would this be?
As most people are aware, Trump was able to secure his seat in the White House by offering a markedly different vision for America than Hillary Clinton, who largely mirrored Obama’s presidency. Both Clinton and Obama had very hawkish approaches to Russia and Russia’s strategic allies in the Middle East. In contrast, Trump was clear that he respected Russia’s president and wanted to forge closer relations.
The first thing to note is that Trump has been keeping most of his campaign promises to date — even the most outlandish ones. The second is that Flynn was actually in the process of offering a deal on economic sanctions against Russia and a ceasefire in Ukraine, suggesting there was substance behind Trump’s pro-Russia rhetoric. The issue with this, of course, is that ultimately, there are people within the intelligence community who view a warming of relations with Russia to be a deal breaker with the Trump administration.
Evidently, there are those behind the scenes within the deep state and the intelligence community who still fear that Trump could take away their long-held anti-Russian narrative, which has arguably been fueling the need for such a large and oversized military budget since World War II.
So where is this headed?
If Trump doesn’t adopt the Cold War 2.0 approach of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton and is forced out of his own administration in the same manner as Flynn, it will become clear why once we learn who would replace him: Mike Pence.
As the Washington Post’s Josh Rogin observed:
“Pence is seen by many in Washington as a figure who might stand up for the traditionally hawkish views he espoused while in Congress, a proxy of sorts for the GOP national security establishment.”
According to White House officials, lawmakers and experts, Pence, a “traditional hawk influenced heavily by his Christian faith” is reportedly advancing a Rasputin-esque agenda in which he can appease Trump in the meantime by working within Trump’s proposed foreign policy framework, as well as respect the prerogatives of other senior White House aides who want to play large foreign policy roles.
According to Rogin, behind the scenes, Pence will ultimately help shape Trump’s foreign policy into the traditional style witnessed under Obama:
“Inside the White House, Pence is in the room during most of the president’s interactions with world leaders. He receives the presidential daily brief. As head of the transition, he was instrumental in bringing several traditionally hawkish Republicans into the top levels of the administration’s national security team, including Director of National Intelligence-designate Dan Coats, CIA Director Mike Pompeo and U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley.”
It was because of Pence that the U.S. decided to confront Russia and Syria at the U.N. over Syria’s alleged use of chemical weapons, despite everything Trump has previously said regarding resetting U.S. policy with regard to Syria and Russia. However, the true extent of Pence’s hold over Trump — and the true nature of the agenda he serves — can be seen in his role in ousting Flynn in the first place.
Rogin continues:
“The chief example was when Pence personally spoke to Trump about removing national security adviser Michael Flynn, who had lied to him about conversations with Russian officials during the transition.” [emphasis added]
Since this occurrence, Pence has reportedly taken up more of the role previously occupied by Flynn.
No matter what one makes of Trump — or his administration and the policies that have been initiated thus far — the fact remains that Trump won the U.S.

Breaking: Mike Pence Used Personal Email for State Business — and Was Hacked
(ANTIMEDIA) A private email account Vice President Mike Pence used for official state business during his tenure as governor of Indiana was hacked last year, the IndyStar is reporting exclusively.
“Vice President Mike Pence routinely used a private email account to conduct public business as governor of Indiana, at times discussing sensitive matters and homeland security issues.
“Emails released to IndyStar in response to a public records request show Pence communicated via his personal AOL account with top advisers on topics ranging from security gates at the governor’s residence to the state’s response to terror attacks across the globe. In one email, Pence’s top state homeland security adviser relayed an update from the FBI regarding the arrests of several men on federal terror-related charges.”
Using a private email service for official government business is worrisome because of both security and transparency concerns. In fact, as IndyStar has reported, Pence’s AOL email account was hacked in the summer of 2016.
According to IndyStar:
“Cybersecurity experts say Pence’s emails were likely just as insecure as [Hillary] Clinton’s. While there has been speculation about whether Clinton’s emails were hacked, Pence’s account was actually compromised last summer by a scammer who sent an email to his contacts claiming Pence and his wife were stranded in the Philippines and in urgent need of money.”
Transparency advocates also worry that private email accounts are used by government officials to hide information from constituents and FOIA requests.
This breaking news story will be updated if more details become available.

"What Happened To Your 'Love Trumps Hate' Line? You're All Damn Hypocrites!"
Fox"s Judge Jeanine Pirro tore into the cast of "Hamilton" for their "inappropriate" behavior this weekend, slamming it as "out and out reverse racism that tee"d up hate for a man who has done nothing to deserve it."
Pirro raged, Pence and President-elect Donald Trump won an election fair and square because "forgotten Americans, most of whom can"t afford tickets to your play, and may not have even heard of it, got up and voted" against the Democrats" policies.
Pirro said Pence was trying to enjoy some time with his family after the grueling campaign and post-election transition work, but instead his presence was used "as a political bully pulpit."
She noted that Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders attended the show in the past without issue.
"Last night violates everything you say you stand for. That big tent, inclusive broad-minded acceptance of everyone, even people who don"t look or act like you. What happened to your old "love trumps hate" line? You"re all damn hypocrites!" she said.

Mike Pence On Hamilton: "I Wasn't Offended; That's What Freedom Sounds Like"
Vice President Elect Mike Pence provided a much needed de-escalation on Sunday morning (even as Trump continued to troll the left) when he responded to the political lecture he received on Friday night from the cast of the Broadway show Hamilton which urged the Indiana governor to uphold the country"s values in a personal message after a show, and speaking to Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday he said he "wasn"t offended."
After the Hamilton statement, Trump called for the cast of Hamilton to apologize in a tweet, however Pence took the high road: "I did hear what was said from the stage and I can tell you I wasn"t offended by what was said," Pence said adding, "I"ll leave it to others whether that was the appropriate to say it."
Pence continued by addressing the central element of the message delivered to him after the performance.
"I know this is a very disappointing time for people that did not see their candidate win in this national election. I know that this is a very anxious time for some people," Pence said. "And I just want to reassure people that what president elect Donald Trump said on election night, he absolutely meant from the bottom of his heart. He is preparing to be the president of all of the people of the United States of America."
"We embrace that principle," Pence said.
Finally, Pence offered praise for the sold-out show: "Hamilton is just an incredible production and incredibly talented people. It was a real joy to be there," Pence said.
Pence noted when he arrived at the show, he heard a few boos and some cheers. "And I nudged my kids and reminded them, that"s what freedom sounds like," Pence said.

Trump Slams "Very Rude" Hamilton Cast After VP Pence Booed, Lectured During Show
Vice President-elect, Mike Pence, may have expected a simple night out with his family on Friday evening in New York when he arrived at the Broadway show, "Hamilton". He didn"t get that; instead the New York crowd greeted him with boos as he took his seat on arrival, and the cast delivered an unprecedented direct admonishment to the VP, to cap off the night during the curtain call.
"Vice President-elect Pence, I see you"re walking out, but I hope you will hear just a few more minutes."
"We are the diverse America who are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us, our friends, our children, our parents, or defend us and uphold our inalienable rights. But we truly hope that this show has inspired you to uphold our American values and to work on behalf of all of us."
"We truly thank you for sharing this show, this wonderful American story told by a diverse group of men, women of different colors, creeds and orientation."
"We don"t have to agree, but we have to live here."
Video of Pence arriving to boos from the New York crowd.
If that weren"t enough, apparently the show had to be stopped multiple times for the leftist crowd to gather their composure.
I"m at #Hamilton and so is Mike Pence. Crowd booed him like crazy, and gave a standing O at the line "immigrants we get the job done" 1/2
— Christy Colburn (@christymoose) November 19, 2016
2/2 Crowd went NUTS at King George"s lines "when people say they hate you" & "do you know how hard it is to lead?" He had to stop the song.

The only semi-positive thing to come from the night was yet another Biden meme.
Biden: I sent Pence tickets to Hamilton
Obama: Joe..why
Biden: just watch

Then, this morning Donald Trump joined in the fray of what is shaping up the political scandal of the weekend, when he tweeted "our wonderful future V.P. Mike Pence was harassed last night at the theater by the cast of Hamilton, cameras blazing. This should not happen!" and added "The Theater must always be a safe and special place", a statement Abraham Lincoln surely agrees with.
He concluded that "the cast of Hamilton was very rude last night to a very good man, Mike Pence. Apologize!" And since we doubt anyone will apologize, this will merely serve as the latest news cycle focal point of "tolerance" tensions between Trump and an increasingly more vocal liberal population.

As in the case of Twitter, which prompted a strong reaction by conservatives following the social media"s banning of some of the more prominent "alt-right" users, we anticipate that instead of leading to an easing in ideological tensions across the US, this latest example of how deep the "divide" runs within America, and will only lead to more polarization, not to mention a steep decline in Hamilton ticket sales which may have just lost half of its potential audience in the future.
