New California Bill Would ELIMINATE Free Speech, Require ‘Online Fact Checkers’

California Senator Richard Pan, the infamous fascist who forced a mandatory vaccination law through in order to rake in money from big pharma, has decided there should no longer be free speech for anyone other than the government.  Pan’s new bill proposes to require “online fact checkers” to verify content before anything can be posted on the internet.

Anyone who has ever said tyranny cannot come to America has been proven wrong. Pan’s new bill would basically outlaw questioning the government’s official narrative, and is reminiscent of the book burning days of Nazi Germany. The bill supposedly only targets social media in California, but as Jon Rappaport points out, once you read the bill, it applies to the whole of the internet.

This isn’t some sort of prank either.  The leftists in power are getting desperate in their attempt to control information and produce propaganda and this is just more evidence of such.  We experienced evidence of this yesterday when SHTFPlan reported that the Department of Homeland Security has been instructed to compile a database of all journalists and online “media influencers.”

But that’s all beginning now, here, in the “land of the free.” Last week, SHTFPlan interviewed Sarah Leach who was detained without charges for survivalist posts on her own Facebook page. But we are expected to believe that DHS has no nefarious reasoning for compiling a list of all journalists, bloggers, podcasters, or as they like to call them: “media influencers”?

FedBizOpps.gov posted a relatively benign-sounding subject: “Media Monitoring Services” by DHS. Of course, the government always makes basic human rights violations sound benign when we all know they are anything but. The details of the attached Statement of Work outline a plan to gather and monitor the public activities of media professionals and influencers and are enough to cause nightmares of constitutional and basic fundamental human rights proportions,particularly as the freedom of the press is under attack worldwide. Yes, that includes in the United States.

And “attack” is not hyperbolic. -SHTFPlan

Should this bill in California pass, the state will actually have major regulations on free speech and give themselves the power to prosecute “speech criminals.”  Don’t believe it? Well, the bill is short.  Here’s what it says:

SB 1424

This bill would require any person who operates a social media, as defined, Internet Web site with a physical presence in California to develop a strategic plan to verify news stories shared on its Web site. The bill would require the plan to include, among other things, a plan to mitigate the spread of false information through news stories, the utilization of fact-checkers to verify news stories, providing outreach to social media users, and placing a warning on a news story containing false information.

(a) Any person who operates a social media Internet Web site with physical presence in California shall develop a strategic plan to verify news stories shared on its Internet Web site.

(b) The strategic plan shall include, but is not limited to, all of the following:

(1) A plan to mitigate the spread of false information through news stories.

(2) The utilization of fact-checkers to verify news stories.

(3) Providing outreach to social media users regarding news stories containing false information.

(4) Placing a warning on a news story containing false information.

(c) As used in this section, “social media” means an electronic service or account, or electronic content, including, but not limited to, videos, still photographs, blogs, video blogs, podcasts, instant and text messages, email, online services or accounts, or Internet Web site profiles or locations.

In other words, no one may use their human right to free speech to question the government’s official story anymore.  Regardless of whether the “facts” given make any sense or not, people will be banned from saying so.

In case you believe there are too many websites and blogs based in California to enforce a new draconian law, let me explain how the game works. Behind closed doors, the state government would decide to focus on a few big issues. For example, gun control, vaccines, and immigration. Enforcement agencies would go after the biggest Internet operations expressing politically unacceptable points of view on those subjects. At first. A spread of smaller operations would feel the heat later.

So-called fact checkers would come from government-supported groups who agree with Official Positions. In other words, they wouldn’t be fact checkers at all. They would be prime news fakers. –Jon Rappaport

Although this and the database of journalists operated by DHS are huge human and constitutional rights violations, it’s become abundantly clear that the government does not care at all and will continue to advance tyranny and grab more power for themselves.  When is the breaking point? It used to be a 3% tax on tea.  Now, it certainly feels like there’s nothing Americans won’t give up to keep giving the government more power over their lives.

President Trump: Fighting the ‘Morlocks’ One Battle at a Time

The President just established a new Federal Office…with the express purpose of enabling the American citizen to have recourse against mandatory vaccines. As incredible as that sounds, it is accurate. This information was posted by Jim Stone at Tapestry, and here is an excerpt, taken from the website of U.S. Dept. of HHS that Stone references:

“The Conscience and Religious Freedom Division has been established to restore federal enforcement of our nation’s laws that protect the fundamental and unalienable rights of conscience and religious freedom. OCR is the law enforcement agency within HHS that enforces federal laws protecting civil rights and conscience in health and human services, and the security and privacy of people’s health information. The creation of the new division will provide HHS with the focus it needs to more vigorously and effectively enforce existing laws protecting the rights of conscience and religious freedom, the first freedom protected in the Bill of Rights.”

Amazing: A bureaucratic arm of the federal government enforcing the laws and protections guaranteed citizens by the U.S. Constitution. This is big, and it sets a large precedent. First the “mandatory” clause has been done away with, and now the de facto laws springing up from thousands of little medical fiefdoms requiring their slaves (sorry, “employees”) to be vaccinated…these “color of law” statutes are nullified. The President is fighting one battle at a time against the establishment “Morlocks” as the dismantling process for Obamacare and its Draconian edicts begins in earnest.

The other strategy that the Obama holdovers and “5^th columnists” inside of the administration have been employing is to attack the President on multiple fronts. Such fronts include non-issues that are nonsensical, such as the “sexual harassment witch-hunts” that managed to take down a slew of individuals or force them to resign, to vacillating foreign policies within the administration that run completely contrary to the President’s declared stance.

A prime example is the President’s openly-declared support to Hungarian Leader Viktor Orban and his position against the illegal Muslim aliens that the rest of Europe is trying to force within Hungary’s borders. As the President shows solidarity with Orban on an issue that is close to home (illegal aliens entering the United States), NGOs of Soros have been enabled and sponsored by the U.S. State Department to promote half a million dollars in aid to Soros-controlled anti-Orban journalists “in the interests of freedom of speech and expression.” That half a million dollars is U.S. taxpayer funded: another prime example of misrepresentation and the failure of a government agency (the State Department) to follow the directives of the President.

An infestation is what he has been dealing with. The infestation and infection are exacerbated by the liberal, Marxist-filled Mainstream Media who have attacked every policy the President has instituted. The media has falsely alluded everything from Russian pre-2016 election tampering with the President’s knowledge to an affair with a slattern.  The media is aided by other Marxist lampreys such as Scarborough, Jimmy Kimmel, Piers Morgan, and a long line of other TV hosts, actors, and their ilk. Even the NFL completely “tainted” itself by taking a stand on a non-issue. The game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Jacksonville Jaguars in England in 2017, where the players “took a knee” during our anthem…against the United States…and rose when Britain’s anthem played…that should say it all.

Healthcare workers are forced to receive a vaccination or (if they do not comply) to have their employment terminated. Those vaccinations weaken the immune system and are loaded with toxic chemicals that (at the very least) throw the homeostasis of the individual out of whack. The most recent example with this season’s flu shows (although legally it will never stick in court) that the vaccines are killing patients, and worse: they’re also hurting healthcare workers and making them deathly ill.

That is an infringement on more than just freedom of religion: it is infringement of the 4^th Amendment… a person’s right to be secure in their own effects…namely, themselves. The President has a big battle ahead of him, but the way that he can win reelection is to stick to his guns and keep acting on behalf of the American people. This negation of forced immunizations is a start. Pelosi, Reid, and all the other Morlocks will cave in if he keeps up the pressure…and if we actively support him in his efforts and do so as We the People and not We the Eloi.

Young Mother In California Threatened With Arrest At A Bus Stop For Not Vaccinating Her Children

Could you imagine being threatened by law enforcement authorities over vaccine records as you are waiting with your children for the school bus?  This is something that literally just happened to one young mother down in California.  One morning she walked her kids to the bus stop and she was approached by an official from the Claremont school district and a police officer.  In very intimidating fashion, they began questioning her about whether or not her children had been vaccinated.  When she refused to answer and started recording the interaction they walked away, but that wasn’t the end of it.  Later she called the police department and explained what was going on, and she was told that she could be arrested for refusing to vaccinate her children.

This is the kind of thing that health freedom advocates were warning would happen in California.

In 2016, a new law went into effect that mandates that all children be fully vaccinated unless they have been granted a medical exemption…

The law requires all children entering day care, kindergarten or 7th grade to be vaccinated unless they have a medical exemption. It also gives physicians broader discretion to grant medical exemptions based on a child’s condition or family history. The law eliminated personal belief exemptions, which experts say created hotspots of unvaccinated kids and contributed to the spread of contagious diseases.

Medical exemptions were rare before the law took effect last summer. Between 2000 and 2015, just .2 percent or less of California kindergartners had one each year. After the law took effect in 2016, the number of kindergartners statewide with a medical exemption increased threefold.

Fortunately, some doctors are fighting back against this draconian new law by granting medical exemptions to parents that do not want to submit to forced vaccination.

The vaccine industry considers California’s new law to be a model for the nation, and they are going to push hard to get laws like this in all 50 states.

So what can we do?

Well, first of all you need to know your rights as a parent.  Most states still allow religious vaccine exemptions, and you can see a sample letter on Health Freedom Idaho’s website right here.

Secondly, we need to fight relentlessly for health freedom on the local, state and federal levels.  Here in Idaho, Health Freedom Idaho is doing an amazing job standing up for parents, and we need similar organizations in all 50 states.

And we also need health freedom candidates to run for office all over the nation.  If I win my race for Congress, I am going to fight relentlessly for health freedom, and we need to strongly support all other candidates that will help protect us from this sort of tyranny.

If we lose this battle, what just happened to that young mother in California will soon start happening all over the nation.  It is hard to believe that we have already gone so far down the road toward becoming a police state, and we must fight back with everything that we have got.

Global Crackdown on Parents who Refuse to Vaccinate Kids Has Begun—Punishment & Fines Now a Reality

As a shift toward authoritarianism in Western governance finds civilians increasingly at the mercy of liberty-robbing laws, punitive (in)justice, and state control, our individual sovereignty as human beings and parents to decide whether or not children should be vaccinated might not be ours to make quite soon.

While both sides of the public vaccine debate maintain intractably obstinate, the governments of Australia and several European nations have come out in support of inoculation mandates — or penalties steep enough to equivocate mandates — to the consternation of parents concerned for the dearth in comprehensive research on the topic.

Pro-vaccine positions contend the safety of vaccines and their track record of nearly annihilating deadly and dreaded diseases; but detractors say the benefits have not been examined in the context of the shots potential interactions with one another, among other seemingly imperative points.

Both sides deem one another child abusers for their positions, and — although Western laws do not yet prohibit refusing inoculation — legislation trends intimate the State has lost patience with parents who refuse to follow the full vaccination schedule, in whole or part, with children enrolled in public education.

Driving the international push toward mandatory immunization are multiple outbreaks of diseases worldwide — measles and whooping cough, for example — previously thought so minimal a modern risk as to be considered nearly eradicated. Recent acts of legislation throughout the West indicate the response to these public health crises will ultimately mean a loss of choice for the people on a particularly thorny topic, Vox reports,

“Europe has long struggled with a vaccine mistrust problem … and these new laws or policy proposals arose in the context of ongoing, unprecedented measles outbreaks across the continent. Australia has also dealt with its share of vaccine-preventable disease outbreaks, and the government crackdown is part of a push to get 95 percent of Australian children vaccinated with routine immunizations, above the current rate of 93 percent.”

European and Australian lawmakers quickly busied themselves with fending off possible epidemics, reaching various State-forced solutions to the debate.

At the end of July, Italy’s Parliament approved a mandatory if controversial course of ten vaccines to be given children through the age of 16 years — for which parents must produce proof in order to enroll kids in school, or face a fine of €500 (approximately $600) for noncompliance.

German officials did not prohibit refusing immunization, but did turn teachers into snitches and trepidatious parents into potential criminals by imposing inordinate fines of up to €2,500 (about $3,000) against those who refuse vaccine counseling from their doctors for their kindergarten-age children — as well as the requirement school administrators report offending parties to authorities.

France intends to deem 11 vaccines mandatory by next year — adding eight to the diphtheria, polio, and tetanus already required — although, as Vox notes, fines and penalties for violations aren’t yet clear. Notably, a survey last month found a telling three in ten people do not trust in vaccines — a figure growing by the day.

One drastic solution to the immunization debate — dubbed ‘No Jab No Pay’ — comes from the state of South Australia, where unvaccinated children would be barred from daycare and preschool, with massive fines of $30,000 ($24,000 U.S.) levied against schools allowing kids who aren’t inoculated to attend. Parents also lose social benefits.

Questions about the safety, efficacy, and possible long-term effects of immunizations in young children have spread faster than the epidemics vaccines prevent — particularly in the U.S., where a cleft divides the two inflexible stances, and neither seems keen on the slightest compromise.

Discussions pertaining to State-mandated vaccines on the horizon here send shivers up the necks of skeptics and a faction of the human rights movement. Social media frequently buzzes in condemnation of government-coerced anything, and choice-eliminating mandated inoculation — the prospect an administration of kleptocrats would violate the most personal of sovereignties — leaves a bitter taste in the mouths of proponents and detractors, alike.

“All 50 states currently have legislation requiring vaccines for students,” Vox reports, “but almost every state allows exemptions for people with religious beliefs against immunizations, and 18 states grant philosophical exemptions for those opposed to vaccines because of personal or moral beliefs. (The exceptions are Mississippi, California, and West Virginia, which have the strictest vaccine laws in the nation, allowing no philosophical or religious exemptions.)”

Severe though they may be, officials flaunt high rates of inoculation in those three states as a measure of success.

With the law-and-order Trump administration swiftly clamping down on dissent in any of its multitudinous forms — including refusing to vaccinate one’s progeny — it could be posited some incarnation of mandatory inoculations will likely visit the states quite soon. An epidemic could be brewing at any time.

Comply Or Lose Your Job- HR 1313 Would Force Vaccinations and DNA Submission (VIDEO)

A new bill, HR 1313, has been introduced by North Carolina Congresswoman Virginia Foxx which is designed to give employers absolute power over the employee by mandating whatever they deem to be proper “heath prevention” measures. These measures would include submitting DNA records as well as mandatory vaccinations and other perceived “health preventive” measures designed for the “greater good” of the general public. The result of not complying with this new law of course would be losing your job.

This kind of legislation thus gives large corporations government-like political status and god-like powers over the individual and further widens the gap between the rich and poor. But even more importantly this kind of legislation strips away intimate individual medical privacy and further solidifies the global control grid being created by the ruling elite as they attempt to complete their new world order plans of permanent human enslavement. No need to imagine how this “future” new world order enslavement will look like anymore. We’re seeing it all being rolled out in real-time and in broad daylight for the world to see.

As I discuss in my video below, all of this is part of the Communist-Globalist “peaceful revolution” strategy which is designed to financially neutralize the individual by first making the individual financially dependent on the state or the rulers, and then the threat of having all their food and survival (work related) income taken away is enough to “peacefully” silence the individual into submission.

While Republican congresswoman Virginia Foxx is the main sponsor of H.R. 1313, she is not the originator of the legislation. It is actually part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, otherwise known as Obamacare.

Obamacare already threatens to assess penalties, surcharges and higher health insurance premiums to businesses and workers who refuse vaccinations – which the healthcare legislation refers to as “disease prevention.”

The National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) calls the H.R. 1313 bill a threat to both businesses and the people employed by them. Instead of allowing for free choice in health and wellness decisions, the legislation would attempt to implement a “carrot and stick” method for “strongly compelling” businesses and workers to accept the agendas of big pharma and its paid-off government officials.

The National Vaccine Information Center is urging concerned citizens to contact their own representatives and senators to express their views about H.R. 1313. When doing so, please remember to express your opinions intelligently and respectfully – you are far more likely to be heard if you are firm but polite when explaining your point of view.

All of this serves to remind us that science has been undermined by the ruling elite and that government pseudoscience has taken its place. This politicized science is then used to make claims which are then used to take away your rights. So first let’s be mindful of how this problem began and then let’s fight back with awareness, information-spreading and do what we can to introduce our own new bills to secure our right to privacy and health. Let’s remind both governments and large corporations that our right to natural health and personal physical and mental well being is inalienable and cannot be taken away.

BREAKING: Outspoken Vaccine Skeptic, RFK Jr. to Head Federal ‘Vaccine Commission’

President-elect Donald Trump has undoubtedly ruffled feathers in staffing his administration, but the choice of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. — know for his skepticism on the safety of vaccines — to chair a commission tasked with studying the efficacy of and issues concerning vaccinations, will undoubtedly raise eyebrows from both sides of the issue.

Kennedy, according to USA Today, will chair the presidential commission “to make sure we have scientific integrity in the vaccine process for efficacy and safety effects,” the environmental activist and politician told reporters after meeting with Trump on Tuesday.

Kennedy noted the incoming president requested the meeting, as he “has some doubts about the current vaccine policies and he has questions about it. His opinion doesn’t matter, but the science does matter and we ought to be reading the science and we ought to be debating the science.”

While advocates of the heavy vaccination schedule might find the choice of Kennedy — who has been castigated as an anti-vaxxer — quite startling, he insisted Trump remains “very pro-vaccine, as am I,” and only seeks to ensure “they’re as safe as they can possibly be.”

Corporate media hastily attacked the appointment of a skeptic to such an important commission; however, Kennedy insisted in the press conference public health and safety remains the topic of concern.

“President-elect Trump has some doubts about the current vaccine policies and he has questions about it,” Kennedy said, as reported by NBC News. “He says his opinion doesn’t matter … but the science does matter, and we ought to be reading the science and we ought to be debating the science.”

Vaccination has frequently been a topic of bitter public dispute over the last few years, as parents of autistic children have pegged the ingredient thimerosal — which, in part, contains notoriously toxic mercury — as the culprit for the affliction.

President-elect Trump has, himself, spoken out about blindly supporting a medical practice without thorough and long-term investigation, as he stated in 2015 during a Republican primary debate,

“I am totally in favor of vaccines. But I want smaller doses over a longer period of time. Same exact amount, but you take this little beautiful baby, and you pump–I mean, it looks just like it’s meant for a horse, not for a child, and we’ve had so many instances, people that work for me. … [in which] a child, a beautiful child went to have the vaccine, and came back and a week later had a tremendous fever, got very, very sick, now is autistic.”

Countless anecdotal cases of the onset of autism coincidentally following a certain round of vaccinations have left a growing population of parents excoriating the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for failing to diligently investigate effects of contents of certain vaccines.

For its part, the CDC scoffs at such comparisons and has painted the anti-vaxx movement — and anyone daring to question vaccination — under the broad brush of hysterics.

“Research does not show any link between thimerosal in vaccines and autism, a neurodevelopmental disorder,” the CDC’s website advises — and the conglomerate agency has ostensibly ‘debunked’ the autism link numerous times.

A vocal movement of parents whose children’s autism abruptly took hold after immunization, however, find grave fault with the CDC’s failure to at least address their concerns.

Autism Speaks, an advocacy organization for individuals with autism, which aligns with the CDC, told NBC News in a statement, “Over the last two decades, extensive research has asked whether there is any link between childhood vaccinations and autism. The results of this research are clear: Vaccines do not cause autism.”

Kennedy stated about vaccines at a documentary screening on the subject in 2015,“They get the shot, that night they have a fever of a hundred and three, they go to sleep, and three months later their brain is gone. This is a holocaust, what this is doing to our country.”

Coming under intense backlash for the capricious use of that term, Kennedy later apologized, stating,

“I employed the term during an impromptu speech as I struggled to find an expression to convey the catastrophic tragedy of autism which has now destroyed the lives of over 20 million children and shattered their families.”

Indeed, with the growing pandemic of autism — and the increased number of immunizations deemed necessary through childhood — it would seem the appointment of someone who finds safety and study relevant would be crucial to the interest of public health.

Kennedy is not, as the mainstream portrays, an unabashed anti-vaxxer — rather, he would like further study to prove or disprove either side in the issue.

After all, as the new chair of the presidential commission to study vaccines, Kennedy said in 2015, “They can put anything they want in that vaccine and they have no accountability for it.”

Perhaps more imperative than sounding alarms over skepticism, it would behoove the public to give Kennedy’s commission a chance to either prove vaccinations safe and viable — or deleterious to the children they’re supposed to immunize from disease.
