Attorney who sued DNC for fraud admits Seth Rich and Shawn Lucas were both witnesses in his case

If Seth Rich or Shawn Lucas would have testified against the DNC before their deaths the entire organization would have crumbled upon itself

(INTELLIHUB) — Attorney Jared Beck recently took to Twitter where he explained on the record that Seth Rich and Shawn Lucas were witnesses in his year-long class-action legal battle with the Democratic National Committee over the organization’s mishandling of the 2016 Primary before both Rich and Lucas mysteriously turned up dead.

The Beck & Lee suit came to a screeching halt in late-August after the case was dismissed by a Florida judge following then DNC Chairman Debbie Wasserman-Shultz’s resignation in July.

The outspoken attorney who was scorned by the media after questioning the official police investigation and suspicious circumstances surrounding DNC staffer Rich’s death during his appearance on The Alex Jones Show pulled no punches when he tweeted on Thursday: “Seth Rich and Shawn Lucas were witnesses in MY case. But I didn’t drop the lawsuit because of that. I accepted the possibility of dying and carried on. Some might call that “courage.” And I’m 41, not 75 like Bernie, and I have two daughters, ages 4 and 6. So FUCK RIGHT OFF.”

Astonishingly, Beck admits that “Seth Rich and Shawn Lucas were witnesses” in his case against the DNC which is monumental information considering they are both now dead.

Moreover, well-researched individuals may recall that Seth Rich was likely murdered over Hillary Clinton’s ties to Uranium One and the offloading of 20% of America’s uranium supply to the Russians, as I reported for Intellihub on May 24, 2017, however, the fact of the matter is, if Rich was to have testified against the DNC, Wasserman-Schultz, and her shady team of IT staffers they would have already been toast (legally speaking) and their gig would have been up. In fact, such testimony would have unraveled the entire web so, you see, it’s not a stretch to assume that both Rich and Lucas were indeed targeted for wetwork.

Watch: Donna Brazile Just Called the Clinton Campaign “a Cult”

(ANTIMEDIA) — Donna Brazille, former interim chair of the Democratic National Committee, called Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign a “cult” while speaking with Joe Scarborough on MSNBC Wednesday morning.

Scarborough asked Brazille her opinion on why she believed the Clinton campaign ultimately lost to Trump: “Why did they lose? Was it at the end of the day arrogance?” 

“It was a cult,” Brazile said. “I felt like it was a cult. You could not penetrate them.”

Brazille went on to refer to herself as a “grassroots organizer.”

“I know how to touch people where they live, work, play and pray,” she said.

“I cannot help a candidate if I don’t have the resources, if I cannot spend the resources that the party is raising.”

It was revealed earlier this week that Brazille put “patriot” Seth Rich on a list of people she included in the dedications of her new book, Hacks: The Inside Story of the Break-ins and Breakdowns That Put Donald Trump in the White House.

Seth Rich was a former DNC staffer who was murdered in the early morning hours of July 10, 2016, under mysterious circumstances. Some have speculated that he may have been involved in the leaks that plagued the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s campaign during the 2016 presidential election cycle. His death still remains unsolved.

Donna Brazile Dedicates Her Book to “Patriot” Seth Rich

(ZHE) — After a leaked excerpt from her new book “Hacks: The Inside Story of the Break-ins and Breakdowns That Put Donald Trump in the White House” revealed that Donna Brazile feared for her life after the murder of former DNC employee Seth Rich, Axios has reported that Brazile provides more grist for what her former political allies have dismissed as “right wing conspiracy theories” in the book’s introduction.

Nestled among the usual platitudes about thanking friends and family, Brazile dedicates her book to Rich’s memory, describing him as a close colleague and “patriot.”

Rich was murdered in July 2016, two weeks before Wikileaks released a trove of emails stolen from the DNC’s servers that, among other embarrassing details, suggested that the DNC was engaged in widespread rigging of the 2016 Democratic primary to favor “front-runner” Hillary Clinton.

“In loving memory of my father, Lionel Brazile Sr.; my beloved sister, Sheila Brazioutlanle; my fearless uncles Nat, Floyd, and Douglas; Harlem’s finest, my aunt Lucille; my friend and mentor, David Kaufmann; my DNC colleague and patriot, Seth Rich; and my beloved Pomeranian, Chip Joshua Marvin Brazile (Booty Wipes). I miss y’all.”

Rich, 27, a former data analyst at the DNC, was fatally shot while walking home late at night in Washington, D.C. The police believe the shooting was a robbery gone wrong. But Brazile says in her book that she was “haunted” by Rich’s death because she feared shadowy elements associated with the Clinton campaign may have played a role in his death as retribution for leaking the emails.

As Newsweek points out, media reports had characterized Rich as a low-level staffer, and his parents wrote in an opinion piece for The Washington Post in May claiming the idea that their son leaked the emails to Wikileaks was ridiculous because his position didn’t grant him access to sensitive data.

Brazile mentioned Rich during a Sunday appearance on ABC News’s This Week with George Stephanopouloson Sunday. She told the host about her critics: “They don’t know what it was like to be over the DNC during this hacking. They don’t know what it’s like to bury a child. I did: Seth Rich.”

During the interview, Brazile softened her claims that the DNC rigged the primary (though, tellingly, party leaders have said they will reexamine the role of “joint-fundraising agreements” which Brazile alleged helped the Clinton campaign assert financial dominance over the DNC). She also said that her critics in the party can “go to hell.”

“I’m not on the payroll, George. I care about my country. I care about our democracy,” Brazile said. “And I say go to hell, because why am I supposed to be the only person that is unable to tell my story?”

Through spokesman Brad Bauman, the Rich family said in a statement, “Since Seth was murdered, Donna Brazile has been a great friend to the Rich family and has been extremely supportive of the family’s efforts to find Seth’s killers.”

Of course, Democrats have lined up to rebut Brazile’s claims. More than 100 former Clinton campaign aids signed an open letter accusing Brazile of falling for “Russia-fueled propaganda” in what appears to be a feeble attempt to discredit her.

Already, a trove of bombshell allegations included in the book have been widely reported thanks to leaked excerpts, and a teaser chapter that Brazile published as an essay in Politico. For example, Brazile revealed that she considered replacing Clinton and running mate Tim Kaine with Joe Biden and Corey Booker after Clinton fainted at the 9/11 memorial. She also levied accusations of sexism and racism at former Clinton staffers, and – most shockingly of all – revealed that the Clinton campaign took advantage of Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s absentee leadership of the party to make the DNC financially dependent on Clinton.

Donna Brazile Reveals She ‘Feared for Her Life’ After Seth Rich was Murdered

Donna Brazile revealed that she feared for her life after Seth Rich was murdered, and was encouraged by Democratic Officials not to talk about the DNC Leaks.

(INTELLIHUB) — The private investigator who spent months looking into the mysterious murder of former DNC staffer Seth Rich told a Fox News reporter that longtime Clinton operative Donna Brazile behaved like a person of interest in the case, according to a report by Big League Politics.

The shocking report cited text messages between Rod Wheeler and Fox News reporter Malia Zimmerman the day before Zimmerman released a much attacked piece about the Rich murder.

In one of the text exchanges, Wheeler claims that he spoke to Rich’s father who told him that former interim chair of the Democratic National Party Donna Brazile had called the family to inquire why Wheeler was snooping around.

“Additionally I talked with Joel Rich today via telephone to give him an update as to what are some of the concerns that I am finding with the investigation. Joel admitted to me that when I first got involved with this investigation and I started calling the police detective, Joel said Rod do you really know the reason why the Detective did not call you back when you were calling him? I said no what was the reason,” wrote Wheeler.

“Joel said that when I called the police department right after that Donna Brazil called him and was asking him why was I snooping around asking questions about the death of Seth and his working relationships at the DNC. I was startled to learn that Donna Brazil even knew that I had reached out to the police department.”

Wheeler then went on to directly state that Brazile was literally acting like a person of interest in the murder.

“So basically when I called the police department that information was immediately given to Donna Brazil and she caught Joe wanting to know why I was inquiring about Seth relationships at the DNC,” Wheeler continued. “As a police investigator that automatically makes me think that Donna Brazil is in a category of persons of interest as it relates to the death of Seth rich.”

Keep in mind that Brazile already has a long history of working with and for the Clinton machine, even going as far as giving the Hillary campaign townhall questions ahead of a debate through her work at CNN.

Brazile has also been instrumental in pushing the largely discredited narrative that Russia caused Clinton to lose the election despite evidence that indicates that at least some of the hacks cited actually originated from the DNC itself!

Seymour Hersh: RussiaGate is a CIA disinformation operation, revenge against Trump

During the latter portion of a phone-call by investigative journalist, Seymour Hersh, Hersh has now presented “a narrative [from his investigation] of how that whole fucking thing began,” including who actually is behind the ‘RussiaGate’ lies, and why they are spreading these lies.

In a youtube video upload-dated August 1st, he reveals from his inside FBI and Washington DC Police Department sources — now, long before the Justice Department’s Special Counsel Robert Mueller will be presenting his official ‘findings’ to the nation — that the charges that Russia had anything to do with the leaks from the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s campaign to Wikileaks, that those charges spread by the press, were a CIA-planted lie, and that what Wikileaks had gotten was only leaks (including at least from the murdered DNC-staffer Seth Rich), and were not from any outsider (including ’the Russians’), but that Rich didn’t get killed for that, but was instead shot in the back during a brutal robbery, which occurred in the high-crime DC neighborhood where he lived.

About the kid, I’ll tell you what I know. What I know comes off an FBI report. Don’t ask me how. You can figure it out, I’ve been around a long time. The kid, just, I don’t think he was murdered, I, I don’t think he was murdered because of what he knew. The kids a nice boy, 27, he was not IT expert, but he learned stuff. He was a data programmer, but he learned stuff. And so he’s living on one street, someone, in my eyes,- he’s living in a ruff neighborhood and in the exact where he’d been living, as I’m sure you know, there have been about 8 or 9 or 10 violent, uh not robberies, most of them with somebody brandishing a gun and it’s the kids hands, I’m telling you look, I’m sure you know what, his hands are marked up, the cops concluded he fought off the people, tried to run they shot him twice in the back with a 22 small caliper. And then, they, the kids that did it ran, they got scared, they didn’t take his wallet.

Ok. So what the cops do is this: And this is where nobody knows, what I’m telling you, and maybe you know something about it. When you have a death like that DC cops, if you’re dead, you don’t just generally go yep I know (unintelligible) you have to get in to the kids apartment and see what you can find. If he’s dead you don’t need a warrant but most cops get a warrant because they don’t know if they’ve guys has, has a, a roommate. You need a warrant. So they get a warrant. I’m just telling you, there is such a thing. They go in the house and they can’t do much with this computer. It’s (unintelligible) the cops don’t know much about it. So the DC cops they have a cyber unit in DC and they’re more sophisticated. They come and look at it. The idea is maybe he’s a series of exchanges with somebody who says I’m going to kill you motherfucker over a girl or… and they can’t get in. The cyber guys do a little better but they can’t make sense of it so they call the, they call the FBI cyber unit, the DC unit.

The Washington field office is a hot shit unit. The guy running the Washington field office he’s like, he’s like, you know, he’s like a three star at an army base he’s already looking for four, you know what I mean? He’s gonna go in a top job. There’s a cyber unit there that’s excellent, given. What you get in a warrant is, the public information you get in a warrant doesn’t include, uh, it does not include the affidavit underlying what, why you are you going in, what the reasons are that.. That’s almost never available, um, I, I can tell you that the existence of a warrant is a public document 99% of the time. So, um, on the same warrant, they call in the feds. The feds get through, and this is what they find. This is according to the FBI report. What they find is he makes cont- first of all this is what you have to know, you have to know some basic facts, one of the basic factors, in that there’s no DNC or Podesta emails that exist beyond May 22nd. May 21st, May 22nd is the last email from either one of those groups. And so what the reports says is that sometime in late spring, we’re talking June you know summers in June 21st, late spring would be after, I presume, I don’t know, I’d just say late spring, early summer and he makes contact with Wikileaks. That’s in his computer and he makes contact.

Now, I have to be careful because I, I’ve know, I, met Julian 10 or 12 years (ago?) I stay the fuck away from people like that, you know. He’s invited me, and when I’m in London I always get a message “Come see me at the Ecuadorian” but I say fuck no I’m not going there I’ve got enough trouble without getting photographed. And he’s under total surveillance by everybody but anyways. So, they found what he’d done. He had submitted a series of documents, of emails. Some juicy emails from the DNC, and you know, by the way all this shit about the DNC, um, you know, whether it was hacked or wasn’t hacked, whatever happened, the democrats themselves wrote this shit, you know what I mean? All I know is that he (Seth) offered a sample, an extensive sample, you know I’m sure dozens of email and said “I want money”. Then later Wikileaks did get the password, he had a Dropbox, a protected Dropbox, which isn’t hard to do, I mean you don’t have to be a wizard IT, you know, he was certainly not a dumb kid. They got access to the Dropbox. He also, and this is also in the FBI report, he also let people know, with whom he was dealing, and I don’t know how he dealt, I’ll tell you about Wikileaks in a second. I don’t know how he dealt with the Wikileaks and the mechanism but he also, the word was passed according to the NSA report, “I’ve also shared this box with a couple of friends so if anything happens to me it’s not going to solve your problem”. Ok. I don’t know what that means.

I don’t know whether you- Anyways, Wikileaks got access, and before he was killed- I can tell you right now Brennan is an asshole. Uh, I’ve known all these people for years. Clapper is sort of a better guy but not rocket scientist, the NSA guy’s a fucking moron, and they don’t- you know the trouble with all of those guys is that the only way they’re going to make it to a board or two and get hired by (?) and get some fat cat contracts is if Hillary stayed in. With Trump they’re gone, they’re done, they’re going to live on their pension, they’re not going to make it. And I gotta tell you guys, they don’t want to live on their pension, they want to be on boards.

I have somebody on the inside, you know I’ve been around a long time, and I write a lot of stuff. I have somebody on the inside who will go and read a file for me. This person is unbelievably accurate and careful, he’s a very high-level guy and he’ll do a favor. You’re just going to have to trust me. I have what they call in my business a long-form journalism, I have a narrative of how that whole fucking thing began, it’s a Brennan operation, it was an American disinformation and fucking the fucking President, at one point when they, they even started telling the press, they were back briefing the press, the head of the NSA was going and telling the press, fucking cock-sucker Rogers, was telling the press that we even know who in the GRU, the Russian Military Intelligence Service, who leaked it. I mean all bullshit. They were telling the studp- I worked at the New York Times for fucking years, and the trouble with the fucking New York Times is they have smart guys, but they’re totally beholden on sources. If the president or the head of the (???) to actually believe it. I was actually hired at the time to write, to go after the war in Vietnam War in 72 because they were just locked in. So that’s what the Times did. These guys run the fucking Times, and Trump’s not wrong. But I mean I wish he would calm down and had a better a better press secretary, I mean you don’t have to be so. Trump’s not wrong to think they all fucking lie about him.

The media-coverage of this matter is focusing on allegations that Seth Rich was murdered in order to silence him. All such media-coverage ignores much of what Hersh said on the phone (where Hersh makes clear that Rich was, indeed, murdered in a regular robbery), and therefore should be viewed as an example of what the Washington Post and others in the mainstream press call ‘fake news’, but which actually applies to themselves, on both the left and right, above all.

The purpose of those distorting ‘news’ stories might be a desire, on the part of both the Democratic Party aristocrats and the Republican Party aristocrats, to distract the public’s attention away from the far deeper understanding that drives the “narrative” that Hersh, in that clip, is describing: rot by the U.S. aristocracy, which controls both of America’s political Parties, to deceive the American public. The objective is to protect the aristocracy. That’s not publishable; it is American samizdat. Corruption rules America. The public do not. This fact is what Hersh is describing in his “narrative.”

Pulitzer-Prize winning reporter: FBI report shows it was Seth Rich, not Russians, who gave DNC emails to Wikileaks

We’ve noted for many months that the DNC emails were leaked by an insider, not hacked by the Russians.

Pulitzer-prize winning investigative reporter Seymour Hersh – who revealed in 1974 that the CIA was spying on Americans, who broke the story of the Mai Lai massacre in Vietnam and the Iraq prison torture scandal – said in a recent phone interview linked by WikiLeaks:

[The DC police took Seth Rich’s computer, but couldn’t get past his password.] So they call the FBI cyber unit.

AUDIO: Pulitzer Prize-Winning Journalist Just Confirmed Seth Rich Was DNC Email Leaker

Questions surrounding the case of former Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich and whether he was the source who gave thousands of classified DNC emails to WikiLeaks, reached a new level Tuesday night, when leaked audio revealed that Pulitzer prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh claimed Rich contacted WikiLeaks.

On the audio recording, Hersh claimed he is citing an FBI document, which states that before Rich’s death, he contacted WikiLeaks with sample emails from the leak, and the evidence was then found on his computer.

“There are no DNC or Podesta emails that exist beyond May 21 or 22, last email from either one of those groups. What the report says is that sometime in late Spring… he makes contact with WikiLeaks, that’s in his computer,” Hersh said. “Anyway, they found what he had done is that he had submitted a series of documents—of emails, of juicy emails, from the DNC.”

Seth Rich, 27, was working as the DNC’s voter expansion data director in Washington D.C. when he was mysteriously shot and killed, while walking home around 4 a.m. on July 10, 2016.

It was also recently confirmed that Seth Rich was with Imran Awan — who has worked for several House Democrats, including Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and was arrested last Monday and charged with bank fraud — on the night he was murdered.

The official story was that Rich was the victim of a botched robbery. However, the timing of his death, in relation to the release of the infamous DNC Emails from WikiLeaks less than two weeks later, has caused many to question the missing links surrounding his unsolved murder.

While there is speculation that Rich—who was found with both his watch and his wallet—was the victim of more than just a robbery gone wrong, Hersh said he does not believe Rich was “murdered because of what he knew.” He said that given the rough neighborhood Rich was living in, it was entirely possible that someone shot him in the back twice, and then got scared and ran away without taking his wallet.

“When they have a death like that,” Hersh said. “[D.C. Cops] have to find out what’s going on, you have to go to the apartment to see what you can find. If he’s dead, you don’t need a warrant, but most cops get a warrant, because they don’t know if the guy has a roommate.”

One of the main things police looked for was Rich’s laptop, and when even their special cyber unit could not crack into it, they called in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. On the audio recording, Hersh claims he is referencing the report created by the FBI after agents searched Rich’s laptop.

“All I know is that he offered a sample, an extensive sample, I’m sure dozens of emails, and said ‘I want money.’ Later, WikiLeaks did get the password, he had a DropBox, a protected DropBox. They got access to the DropBox,” Hersh said. “The word was passed. According to the NSA report, he also shared this DropBox with a couple of friends, so that ‘if anything happens to me it’s not going to solve your problems. WikiLeaks got access before he was killed.”

While Hersh claimed he believes the official story of Rich’s death, a months-long forensic investigation conducted by the Profiling Project came to the conclusion in June that Rich’s murder “more likely was committed by a hired killer or serial murderer,” than a robbery gone bad.

“Whistleblowers go to significant efforts to get us material and often significant risks. There was a 27-year old that works for the DNC who was shot in the back… murdered… for unknown reasons as he was walking down the street in Washington,” Assange said. When asked what he was suggesting, he replied, “I am suggesting that our sources take risks and they become concerned to see things occurring like that.”

While Assange has yet to confirm whether Rich was the source of the DNC leaks, internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom spoke out in May and revealed that he worked with Rich. He said that if the U.S. Congress “includes #SethRich case into their Russia case,” he will give “written testimony with evidence that Seth Rich was WikiLeaks’ source.”

In addition to providing new evidence that links Seth Rich to WikiLeaks, Seymour Hersh has also revealed that Saudi Arabia hid Osama bin Laden from the U.S. after 9/11, and that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton helped start the Syrian War by approving the delivery of sarin gas to rebels groups to frame President Assad.

A Year Ago Today, Seth Rich Was Murdered & Those Who Question It Labeled as Kooks

Democratic National Committee Staffer Seth Rich was murdered on July 10, 2016, and despite the public attention surrounding his death—and the possibility that he was the source who leaked thousands of DNC emails to WikiLeaks—no one has been held responsible for his murder.

He was just 27 years old, and was working as the voter expansion data director for the DNC in Washington D.C. Rich was shot twice in the back while he was walking home around 4:20 a.m., and the “official story” has always been that he was the victim of a botched robbery—yet even though he was killed, he was still found with his wallet, containing all of his cash and credit cards, and his expensive watch.

Despite the fact that the official narrative surrounding Rich’s death does not add up, and no suspects have been charged, anything questioning the alleged botched robbery has been labeled as a “vast right-wing conspiracy.”

Even Rich’s family has criticized any attempt to link Seth Rich to WikiLeaks, or to politicize his death. In a statement commemorating the one-year anniversary of Rich’s death, his family asked for an end to “the continual push of false and inaccurate information about Seth’s death.”

“On the anniversary of the passing of our son and brother, we are again feeling the deep loss of this senseless act,” the family statement said. “Please cease using Seth as a political football in predetermined partisan narratives. The continual push of false and inaccurate information about Seth’s death, along with the harassment of Seth’s friends, family and co-workers, hurts those who were closest to Seth, and does nothing to bring justice to his killers.”

All politics aside, there are still questions surrounding the official narrative of Rich’s death.

As The Free Thought Project reported in June, a months-long forensic investigation conducted by the Profiling Project came to the conclusion that Rich’s murder “more likely was committed by a hired killer or serial murderer,” than a robbery gone bad.

“The crime scene was sanitized, there is no direct linking to really anything. The police have no suspects,” Kevin Doherty, lead investigator of the Profiling Project, said during a press conference. “The individuals have gotten away with it at this point in time. There were no behavioral indications at the crime scene. It didn’t look like rage or revenge or hate were the motivation behind it. It’s really a lack of behavioral indicators, motion and evidence that leads us to believe that whoever did this is proficient at killing.”

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has not explicitly said whether Rich was the source of the leaked DNC emails, but he did say in August 2016 that he does not believe the official story of Rich’s death.

“Whistleblowers go to significant efforts to get us material and often significant risks. There was a 27-year old that works for the DNC who was shot in the back… murdered.. for unknown reasons as he was walking down the street in Washington,” Assange said. When asked what he was suggesting, he replied, “I am suggesting that our sources take risks and they become concerned to see things occurring like that.”

Kim Dotcom, an internet entrepreneur who has been fighting extradition to the United States over copyright infringement allegations, revealed in May that he worked with Rich, and he said that if the U.S. Congress “includes #SethRich case into their Russia case,” he will give “written testimony with evidence that Seth Rich was WikiLeaks’ source.”

The questions are being asked—not just by conspiracy theorists, but also by political figures such as former House Speaker Newt Gingrich. During an interview in May, he said he believes Rich was assassinated for leaking thousands of DNC emails to WikiLeaks.

“We have this very strange story now of this young man who worked at the Democratic National Committee, who apparently was ASSASSINATED, at four in the morning, having given Wikileaks … 53,000 emails and 17,000 attachments,” Gingrich said. “Nobody is investigating that. And what does that tell you about what was going on? Because it turns out it wasn’t the Russians. It was this young guy who I suspect was disgusted by the corruption of the Democratic National Committee. He’s been killed and apparently nothing serious has been done to investigate his murder.” 

The fact is that one year later, there are still questions remaining as to who murdered Rich, and if it was more than just a robbery gone wrong, why was it covered up? 

In addition to a White House petition calling for a special prosecutor to investigate Rich’s murder that has received nearly 70,000 signatures, offers for information on Rich’s killer have reached over $345,000 in rewards. This includes $20,000 from WikiLeaks, $25,000 from the D.C. Metropolitan Police, $100,000 from One America News, $100,000 from Republican donor Jack Burkman, and even $100,000 from former hedge fund manager Martin Shkreli.

No one following the Seth Rich murder by now should be surprised that today the deep state’s mainstream media is rolling out a brand new psyop claiming that a “new study” by “volunteer” researchers at an independent research group called the “Profiling Project” just studied the Seth Rich murder and concluded that Rich was murdered by a “serial murderer ” who is likely “still at large”.

A serial killer is likely behind the murder of Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich, according to forensic psychology students and instructors who spent three months investigating the homicide. Those researchers, who volunteer at The Profiling Project, an independent group, published their findings on Tuesday in an 83-page report.

The Profiling Project, based in Arlington, Virginia, consists of around 20 volunteers who are current and former George Washington University forensic psychology graduate students and instructors. The report states that Rich’s July 2016 “death does not appear to be a random homicide” or “a robbery gone bad,” as police had suggested. Instead, the report says, the “death was more likely committed by a hired killer or serial murderer,” and that the killer is likely still at large.

“The person folks [should be] looking for and considering isn’t a robber who kills, but really is a killer, and maybe a killer that doesn’t rob,” says Kevin Doherty, a recent George Washington University graduate and one of the volunteers with The Profiling Project. “The fact that this person has gotten away with it shows a level of proficiency.”

This brand new unscientific report which amounts to propaganda to cover up a murder conveniently points away from this being a politically motivated murder. I suspect this is also an attempt to break away from the initial “official” claim that Rich was murdered in a random robbery attempt. This “robbery” claim of course was horrifically debunked from the start given that Rich had his wallet and valuables still on him thus I believe this new “study” claim has been cleverly designed by the attorneys looking to protect the deep state killers in order to break away from this now very painfully false narrative.

In terms of motive it is easy to see that the damaging Wikileaks ultimately brought down DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz whose laptop is under investigation. And it’s easy to see that this investigation threatens to bring down many more within the DNC circle.

All of this is typical in-your-face propaganda by the ruling elite and no one should believe these outrageous lies and totally non-scientific study and claims designed to distract people away from the real Seth Rich killers who are now running from the law. The report includes numerous troubling findings, which lends credibility to the idea that there has been cover up of some kind related to Rich’s murder, including:

1. Seth’s death does not appear to be a random homicide.


2. Seth’s death does not appear to be a robbery gone bad.


3. Seth‘s death was more likely committed by a hired killer or serial murderer.


4. There may be additional video surveillance of the crime and crime scene.


5. The resolution of prosecuting the individual(s) responsible appears to be hindered both actively and passively.


6. Seth’s killer(s) most likely remains free with the community.

The Profiling Project noted that it “decided not to officially interview anyone for this section” to avoid “the potential for re-victimization” and instead used open source information.

Over the course of the investigation the group found Rich was “conscious and breathing with apparent gunshot wound(s) to the back” when police arrived. He was taken to an unnamed hospital and “pronounced by attending physician at 0557 hours.”

Investigators from the group found “the crime scene was very organized to the point of being sanitized.”

“This would indicate careful planning on the part of the offender, control of the entry to and exit from the crime scene as well as in-depth understanding of law-enforcement investigative processes.”

This comes on the heels of Kim Dotcom offering to provide evidence to the US government that Rich was indeed the source of the DNC emails.

While WikiLeaks’ Julian Assange has stopped short of identifying Rich as the source of the emails, as WikiLeaks never divulges sources, he has shown an unusual interest in the case – leading many to speculate as to why.

“WikiLeaks has decided to issue a US$20k reward for information leading to conviction for the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich,” the organization announced shortly after his murder.

After announcing that WikiLeaks would pay $20,000 for information leading to the conviction of Rich’s murderer, Assange went on an interview with Nieuwsurr. During the interview, Assange implied that Rich was his source.

Assange: Whistleblowers go to significant efforts to get us material and often significant risks. There was a 27-year old that works for the DNC who was shot in the back… murdered.. for unknown reasons as he was walking down the street in Washington.

Furthermore, in 2013, the Atlantic Council awarded Hillary Clinton its Distinguished International Leadership Award. In 2014, the Atlantic Council hosted one of several events with former Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, who took over after pro-Russian President Viktor Yanukovych was ousted in early 2014, and who now lives in exile in Russia.

Really think about that for a second…

What legitimate reason would the DNC have for denying the FBI access to their allegedly hacked servers, and instead hire a private cyber security firm with a strong anti-Russian stance with extremely close connections to Ukrainian oligarchs?

The answer is that there is NO legitimate reason to do so. The only possible reason seems to be that the DNC didn’t want the FBI to be able to report that there was no Russian hack – as that would undermine the entire psyop/propaganda operation.

New information suggests Guccifer 2.0 leak was a DNC ruse fabricated by “Warren Flood”

Whoever created the files from Guccifer 2.0 did it using a version of Microsoft Office registered to "Warren Flood"

(INTELLIHUB) — The Democratic National Committee (DNC) claims that it was the so-called Russian hacker Guccifer 2.0 and not the murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich who hacked into the DNC servers and gave Wikileaks the emails which later revealed how the DNC rigged the Primary against Senator Bernie Sanders to thrust Hillary Clinton into the forefront.

Now, new evidence has emerged which proves that either:

a. That Guccifer 2.0 is not the Russian hacker as the DNC claims
b. That Guccifer 2.0 was set up by the DNC to be a patsy and may be a legitimate hacker

According to a new video posted to the Mike Cerovich YouTube channel, narrated by Devon Stack: “There’s evidence to suggest that Guccifer 2.0 isn’t a Russian hacker as the DNC claims but rather an invention of someone using software registered to the DNC, a staffer named Warren Flood.”

The videos narrator goes on to point out how Warren Flood is a “tech worker” who has previously worked for organizations such as Obama For America, the DNC, and even the White House. But even more shocking is the fact that whoever created the files from Guccifer 2.0 did it using a version of Microsoft Office registered to “Warren Flood.”

The metadata embedded within the Wikileaks emails, when compared to the metadata released by ‘Guccifer 2.0,’ doesn’t match up and is not the same (i.e. the files released by Guccifer 2.0 are not the same files released by Wikileaks). What the metadata actually shows is that the Wikileaks files clearly were taken from DNC Research Director Lauren Dillon’s computer and not Warren Floods who used Microsoft Office to create the document.

So how does all of this tie in?

Keep in mind that, still, to this day, the FBI has never inspected the DNC’s servers. This fact was admitted by Fmr. FBI Director James Comey in his recent hearing.

“In the case of the DNC and I believe the D-triple-C, but I’m sure the DNC, we did not have access to the devises themselves,” Comey testified, proving that nobody has ever inspected the DNC servers.

A timeline of events according to the video, as follows:

• June 14, 2016: The DNC announced that it had been hacked, the Washington Post suggested “the Russians” did it


• June 15, 2016: Crowdstrike, the company paid by the DNC to maintain its servers, also blamed the attack on the Russians


• June 15, 2016: Guccifer 2.0 appeared on the Internet claiming responsibility for the DNC hack, releases opposition research on Trump


• June 15, 2016: Vice releases opposition research on Trump


• Aug. 9, 2016: Wikileaks offered a “$20K reward for information leading to conviction for the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich”


• Aug. 25, 2016: A chat between Guccifer 2.0 and actress Robin Young appeared on the internet in which Guccifer 2.0 admits he got the info from Seth Rich and that Wikileaks Julian Assange is in cahoots with the Russians. Robin Young later claimed that all of her direct messages were missing.

As pointed out by Stack, the new evidence “further illustrates how baseless the Russian conspiracy theory is and casts suspicion on none other than the DNC and possibly even the [Obama] White House.”

Mainstream D.C. journalist denied FOIA requests on Seth Rich, murder cover-up continues

Are journalists starting to get to close to the truth in the Seth Rich case?

WASHINGTON (INTELLIHUB) — ABC 7’s Scott Taylor was recently denied a Freedom of Information Act Request that he filed with the Government of the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department which requested copies of video footage captured at the crime scene by police officers body cameras and surveillance video captured from the hospital where DNC staffer Seth Rich was taken before his death.

Frustrated with the official response, the investigative journalist tweeted:

The response from DC Metro Police makes no sense, especially because body camera footage has been released by the department in the past and can only help in solving the case.

Furious about the whole ordeal, Taylor tweeted:

An additional FOIA request filed by Taylor was denied by the Chief Medical Examiner.

New Seth Rich Details Emerge- Threatens Hillary, DNC Pizzagate Style (VIDEO)

Welcome to the information age where details have been emerging faster than ever about political corruption in ways never before seen. Here in the US we’ve been witnessing a deep state war where criminals at the highest level of government, particularly the Democratic party with respect to the 2016 presidential election, have been caught planning to steal the election for Hillary using not only election fraud, intimidation, provocateurs, violence, criminality and corruption but all of this with the help of the mainstream media themselves. It may seem like something out of a novel but amazingly all of this is printed in black and white for the world to see in many of the DNC, Hillary and John Podesta emails revealed by Wikileaks.

Yes, Wikileaks and Julian Assange changed the nature of the political spectrum. The Wikileaks have allowed well meaning Americans who care about truth to see for themselves what’s really going on behind the scenes. Thanks to the Wikileaks emails we all discovered the horrific dark world of pedophilia and we saw last fall what happens when the citizens of the world expose this pedophilia. We watched the counter-intelligence reaction to these revelations- the “fake news” psyop and the “Russia” election hacking psyop. Both seemingly concocted strategies to deflect awareness of their crimes. That alone shows you how desperate the ruling elite are.

And now we’re dealing with what I’m calling “pizzagate 2” or the Seth Rich murder details. Brand new details are now emerging thanks to Kim Dotcom an entrepreneur and the founder of Megaupload.com. Just a couple of days ago Dotcom tweeted out a link to a HuffingtonPost.com article titled ‘Why Is It Blasphemous For Kim Dotcom to Testify Under Oath in Congress?’ The question itself begs a reasonable answer. Of course Kim Dotcom testifying under oath to Congress to help solve the Rich murder would or should be a great thing for humanity, right? Apparently not! According to the controlled Liberal Left mainstream media apparently wanting to know how Seth Rich was murdered is “demented” and “conspiracy theory” according to them. The resistance to anyone wanting to know the truth is stunning and frankly frightening.

The Huffington Post article written contributor by H.A. Goodman describes and posts an accompanying video showing how Dotcom interviewed with ‘Bloomberg’ in 2015 and tells about how Julian Assange back then already had damning information on Hillary and company that would bring down her presidential run. This is directly contrary to the fake new narrative about “Russia” being perpetually pushed by the Liberal mainstream media.

And so because this information is so damaging to the Liberal Left again and the “Russia” narrative, not surprisingly within just 12 hours or so the article was mysteriously pulled by Huffington Post. Thankfully however, the article can still be found here where it was archived.

This is yet another reminder to everyone that the Wikileaks emails are very real and thus the information in the emails is very important and should be taken serious by all of us because the emails show that the lives of many children are at stake, that there was and still is out of control corruption inside what was the Obama administration which continues today, and the emails show us that mainstream media is corrupt to the bone and should never be trusted again. The Wikileaks emails also demonstrate that the Republic and the rule of law really is on the verge of collapse and we must do something now to restore order. Will the Trump administration step in and act on what we now know? America awaits.
