Eric Parker To Plead To a Misdemeanor – Bunkerville

by Shari Dovale  October 22, 2017

The Trial of the Century has gotten a little bit smaller.

Currently, 6 men are expected to be tried in the Bunkerville Standoff trial expected to begin jury selection on October 30th. Cliven Bundy, his sons Ammon and Ryan, as well as Ryan Payne are ready. Eric Parker and Scott Drexler are scheduled for their third trial, after two previous trials this year resulting in acquittals and deadlocked verdicts.

But Parker and Drexler have been offered plea agreements by the government that will allow them to close the book on this chapter of their lives.

After negotiations that have gone back and forth for weeks, Eric Parker has been offered a plea agreement that he feels would be the best for his family.

Parker has agreed to accept a misdemeanor charge of “Obstruction of a Court Order.” This basically means that he will agree that he went to the bridge after Cliven spoke at the rally. He heard the BLM officers say that there was a court order and the protesters need to leave. The agreement does mention that Parker was armed and refused to leave the area when the officers told him to do so.

That’s it. It is a very basic misdemeanor charge that will allow for time already served in prison and probation. This is very similar to the agreement that Scott Drexler was offered. It is anticipated that Drexler will be considering accepting a similar deal as well.

The charge allows for up to 5 years of probation, which the prosecution intends to argue in favor of. The defense believes that, since Parker and Drexler have already served more time than this charge calls for, they should have a greater than average chance of a short probation.

Parker’s plea agreement includes a no forfeiture clause and a no restitution clause, so his financial situation will not be precarious. Additionally, Parker will not be required to testify in the upcoming trial.

The change of plea hearing is scheduled for Monday morning, October 23rd, at 8 o’clock in the morning.

Navarro Cuts Defendants Rights to TWO – Bunkerville Retrial

Navarro Cuts Defendants Rights to TWO – Bunkerville Retrial

THE BEDROCK OF OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM IS UNDER ATTACK IN THIS LAS VEGAS FEDERAL COURTROOM.

by Shari Dovale

During the first trial of the Bunkerville defendants, this past March, Judge Gloria Navarro made the specific point to Todd Engel that, in her courtroom, defendants have only three rights.

In happened after Engel, who was representing himself as was his right to do, asked the unforgivable question, “Is it true that [Special Agent In Charge] Dan Love is under criminal investigation?”

The prosecution threw fits, yelling objections. Navarro not only sustained their objections, but stripped Engel of his right to self-representation. Navarro told Engel that he had lost his privilege to self-representation and was no longer allowed to talk in her courtroom.

She went on to say that, “As a defendant, you have only THREE rights.”

She said that he had the right to:

  1. Plead Guilty

  2. Testify on his own behalf

  3. Appeal his conviction

This same judge has banned the US Constitution in her courtroom.

  • These men have been incarcerated for over 18 months.

  • They have been denied bail.

  • They have been denied a speedy trial.

  • They have been denied the right to face their accuser (Dan Love).

  • They have been denied the right to present witnesses in their favor.

  • And so much more.

Navarro has ruled that an affirmative defense is not allowed in the case. That means the defendants cannot claim self defense, defense of others or provocation by the government.

The are not allowed to mention the First Amendment or the Second Amendment.

They are not allowed to portray the BLM, FBI or any other alphabet agency in a negative light. They are are not allowed to show emotion on the stand and say they were afraid of the government.

This is after the Federal Agents were allowed to testify that they were afraid of the protesters, cry on the stand and completely misrepresent the events of April 12, 2014.

And now, they are not allowed to testify in the own defense, on their own behalf.

Eric Parker was removed from the witness stand on Thursday, August 10th. Parker had mentioned the “First Amendment Zone” and alluded to seeing government “snipers”. After objections by prosecutors were sustained, he continued saying he looked “up and to the right.”

That was it. Navarro was afraid that he might tell the jury that he had seen the snipers up on the mesa, since the mesa was up and to the right of where he was standing.

Navarro had Parker removed from the witness stand, denied him his right to testify on his own behalf, and struck his entire testimony from the official record. She then dismissed the jury for the weekend, and left the courtroom.

The jury was left speechless.

Navarro has stripped the defendants down to 2 rights remaining: The right to plead Guilty and the right to appeal their conviction. Everything is based on their guilt, with no mention of innocence until proven guilty.

The bedrock of our judicial system is under attack in this Las Vegas Federal Courtroom. The Constitution is under attack. Judge Gloria Navarro has stated from the Bench that defendants have no rights but the 2 she has dictated.

Eric Parker Ripped from Witness Stand – Bunkerville Retrial

Eric Parker Ripped from Witness Stand – Bunkerville Retrial

PROVOCATION BY THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT A DEFENSE. IT IS IRRELEVANT AND ONLY GOES TO JURY NULLIFICATION. ~JUDGE NAVARRO

By Shari Dovale   August 10, 2017

The Retrial of Defendants Eric Parker, Steven Stewart, Scott Drexler, and Ricky Lovelein took a decided twist today in a Las Vegas Federal courtroom.

Cliven Bundy walks by a first amendment area set up by the BLM near Bunkerville, Nev.

The defense had already been shot down by Judge Gloria Navarro. Yesterday, the day was spent previewing the defense witness testimony and Navarro refused to allow their witnesses to take the stand. She called the testimony “Not Relevant”.

She has made it clear that there is no such thing as self defense against the government, or that of defending anyone else against the government. Law enforcement cannot be considered to use “excessive” force in this case. She believes that if any of this is brought to the jury, they may acquit for “jury nullification”. Navarro seems to have a pathological fear of jury nullification.

It was left to Parker to take the stand in his own defense.

BLM Snipers above the wash in Bunkerville

Within 10 minutes of taking the stand, AUSA Myhre began his objections. Between Parker mentioning the “First Amendment Zone” that was set up several miles away from the wash and his saying that he “looked up to the right” (where the BLM snipers were located), Myhre nearly went into conniptions.

After long side bars, Navarro finally removed Eric Parker from the witness stand. She came back to the bench and, without explanation, told him to step down. He will not be allowed to continue defending himself, there will be no cross examination and no jury questions.

Parker was so stunned that it took him a minute to get back to the defense table where he became very emotional at the thought of not being allowed to fight for his very life.”The jury was also stunned and shocked. When Judge Navarro released them so abruptly, they all sat there for several moments, with at least a few jurors having their mouths hanging open.

Judge Gloria Navarro made several points earlier, outside of the jury’s hearing. Self Defense is not allowed. Defense of another is equally not a valid defense. Provocation by the government is not a defense. All of these are irrelevant and only go to jury nullification.

Navarro has said that a group of protesters that advance on the government are aggressors and the law is clear that the government agents and law enforcement can defend themselves using deadly force.

Based on the statements, rulings and opinions of Judge Navarro, Martin Luther King, during his march from Selma to Montgomery, could have legally been shot by the government, and his crowd of supporters, as well.

Wife of “Bundy Ranch Sniper” Eric Parker Speaks Out – Bunkerville Retrial

Josh Sigurdson sits down with Andrea Parker, the wife of the media coined “Bundy Ranch Sniper” following his unjust arrest and [trial].

Those involved in simply standing up for individual liberties during the Bundy Standoff are facing unthinkable attacks as they’re thrown in prison by the state and persecuted. Of course Cliven Bundy and the Bundy Family faced decades of attacks by the government and Bureau of Land Management and at the peak of their fight were joined by countless liberty loving individuals in Nevada who took up arms in defense as federal agents aggressed against innocent activists and land owners.

Today, countless activists who stood up for the Bundys including many of the Bundys are still in prison. Of course it wasn’t long after the standoff that we saw the Oregon Standoff where LaVoy Finicum was murdered in cold blood at the hand of the state and the FBI attempted to cover up the crime scene.

The combination of attacks against the Bundy family and the Hammond family barely scratches the surface of this problem but when people are passionate enough and feel enough duty to stand up and risk their life for the individual liberties of others, it’s our job to either stand with them or stand up for them.

The government doesn’t seem to care when AntiFa is “exercizing free speech” by beating up those they disagree with, starting fires, rioting and shutting down free speech, but they sure seem to care when people stand up against state aggression and hurt no one.

This should be a wake up call for everyone.
