Tropical Dengue Fever Could Now Be Transmitted Not Just By Mosquito Bite

Tropical dengue fever is most often spread through the bite of a mosquito, but scientists recently discovered the disease elsewhere. Dengue is usually transmitted by biting insects or in some medical procedures, but now it’s feared it can be sexually transmitted.

An estimated 390 million dengue infections occur worldwide each year, with about 96 million resulting in illness. Symptoms include a sudden onset of fever, severe headaches, pain behind the eyes, and joint and muscle pain.

There is currently no cure for the virus and it is most commonly caught by people traveling to hotter climates such as southeast Asia, Africa, Australia, the Caribbean, and South and Central America.  Previously it was believed that the virus was normally transmitted through a biting insect such as a mosquito or a tick, although some medical procedures and breastfeeding could also spread the virus. But scientists have now, for the first time, found the virus in the semen of a recovered Italian man.

The study, published in journal Eurosurveillance, documented the case of an Italian man in his 50’s diagnosed with dengue fever after returning from Thailand in January. The man was otherwise healthy but suffered from joint pain, fatigue, and nausea during the illness. He was admitted to the National Institute for Infectious Diseases in Rome after feeling ill for nine days.

Researchers reported that this has never happened before, according to The Daily Mail.   “To our knowledge, the presence and persistence of DENV [dengue fever] in the male genital tract has never been reported so far. Our findings highlight the possibility of sexual transmission of DENV that could play a role in the spreading of infection in non-endemic areas,” they said.  “However, no such events have been reported to date despite that fact that in 2016 alone, 2,601 travel-associated dengue cases were reported to The European Surveillance System at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control.”

Scientists did say that further studies were needed to assess this new information and the possible new way for the dengue virus to spread.   The best way for travelers to protect themselves from the dengue fever is to avoid being bitten by mosquitoes by covering up with loose clothing and using a mosquito repellent. Dengue fever outbreaks are usually spread when people are bitten by mosquitoes that have bitten other people with the fever. They are not uncommon in popular tourist destinations and there was an outbreak in North Queensland in Australia last month, and in the Canary Islands in December.

Papal States become Vatican City

When a church becomes a secular state with a government or even an army, one needs to ask if the organized religion is more devoted to a political entity, than a spiritual belief. A contemporary example could be the Iranian Mullahs, but for the definitive historic paradigm has been the Catholic Church. Catholic translates into universal. Notwithstanding, the crucial question that is traditionally avoided seeks to ask if the quid essential Christendom Church has operated more as an ingrained assemblage than a shepherd for saving souls.

The inhabitants of Vatican City, the majority of whom are priests and nuns, also include several hundred laypersons engaged in secretarial, domestic, trade, and service occupations.

Special extraterritorial privileges are extended to more than 10 other buildings in Rome and to Castel Gandolfo, the pope’s summer residence in the Alban Hills. In addition, Vatican City maintains embassies in numerous foreign nations.”

With all this as background, the 1929 emergence of Vatican City’s independence, initiated active foreign policy involvements into world affairs that are just as rooted in intrigue and deception as those from the previous millenniums.

It is hard to avoid the endless viewpoints that the Holy See conspiracy is at the core of the New World Order. While many are worthy of an in-depth review, the obvious interventions are more than enough of reoccurring political intercessions. Dealing as an above criticism figure of State force, the Popes wheel back door influence that few ordinary governments can muster.

Why does the international community pursue a diplomatic negotiation when most other religious denominations are treated as photo ops in a love feast of ecumenical promotions? Is it that the Vatican is that much more overwhelming in global authority to ignore or does the answer lie within the prominent expanse of influential officials, who proclaim to be members of the Catholic congregations?

These are temporal questions. The spiritual side of the coin usually take a back seat when it comes to tearing down the Soviet Empire or chiming in on income disparities. As most believers understand and voiced in God and Jesus, Politics and Government,

“Jesus said that his “kingdom is not of this world” (John 18:36). That marvelous statement still leaves an important question unanswered: As long as we live in this world, what kind of civil government is right for humankind? The Bible does not contain an explicit blueprint for government. It does, however, provide abundant guidance and clear precepts for moral conduct in our thoughts and deeds that should influence our politics. Liberty, justice, charity, right, and wrong are dominant themes throughout the Bible. The political challenge is to get them in the right balance. In I Samuel, chapter 8, it is plain that the highest form of government would be for the people to follow God’s laws, and that any human ruler (and by extension, human government in general) will be prone to abusing the people under its authority.”

If this assessment is correct, what is the explanation when Vatican City ignores the Biblical inspiration of prophecy and substitutes their version of a temporal rooted political system? Kingship in a globalist world order under the mandate of human extinction weaponry does not reflect the Metaphysic of the Son of God. All of recorded history establishes an undeniable record that peace and justice has never been achieved under a government, in this world.

The more that the Vatican extends their proclaimed moral authority upon wicked governments by becoming a co-conspirator to advance the globalism political agenda, the further it betrays the gospel message of their divine savior. The essential question for Catholic defenders of their Pontiff, especially the current one; boils down to by what teaching of Christ can the Church assert that justifies the imposition of a temporal political government?

“Upon this rock I will build my Church”, cannot be expanded into rationalizing the suspect Just War Theory founded upon the thinking of St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas. The crucial element when invoked freed the armed conflicts that are central to the chronicles of Europe.

“The first thing is the authority of the prince by whose command the war is to be waged. It does not belong to a private person to start a war, for he can prosecute his claim in the court of his superior. In like manner the mustering of the people, that has to be done in wars, does not belong to a private person. But since the care of the commonwealth is entrusted to princes, to them belongs the protection of the common weal of the city, kingdom, or province subject to them. And as they lawfully defend it with the material sword against inward disturbances by punishing male-factors, so it belongs to them also to protect the commonwealth from enemies without by the sword of war.”

The forbidden history of western civilization is replete with armies blessed by religious prayers that ignored the Good News within the gospels. The Papal States wars, in true tradition of blood shedding carnage, had no similarity to the sacrifice made on Calvary.

The religious wars that followed the Protestant Reformation were fundamentally about temporal authority. The universality in the Catholic convention did not shine in the brightest light during this period of conflict. When governments go to war against their perceived heretics, the slaughter is often intense. However, when a religious sect itself becomes a government, seldom will forgiveness follow the ending of hostilities.

In this Transhumanism era, the forces of satanic science confront the basic decadency of the human spirit. The Vatican City creed needs to forgo its governmental secular interactions with the international community and reestablish the preaching of Christ’s teachings. The horrors of an apocalyptic future can only be avoided by divine intervention.

The Catholic Church needs to rediscover the original meaning within the gospels of Jesus Christ. Institutional precedent must not be confused with divine doctrine. Government will never redeem the Cain killing Abel sin.

Rome's Transport System Faces "Meltdown," On Brink Of Collapse

New York City’s deteriorating subway has a rival for world’s most dysfunctional public transportation system. After only three months on the job, Bruno Rota, the head of Rome’s public-transit company has announced that he"s leaving his post, saying that the Italian capital city’s decaying transportation system should declare bankruptcy, according to Reuters.

Rota’s departure is an embarrassment for the anti-establishment five-star movement and one of its most high-profile politicians, Rome Mayor Virginia Raggi. Since taking office last year, Raggi’s administration has been paralyzed by internal tumult while the city’s infrastructure has continued to decay. The party’s failures in Rome suggest that it’s not prepared to govern, and may have contributed to Five-Star’s losses in a series of municipal elections last month. Meanwhile, the situation could hurt the party’s chances in next year’s general election.

“Bruno Rota quit Atac on Friday, just three months after taking charge of the Italian capital"s bus, metro and tram network, saying he was unable to salvage the firm and feared possible legal action tied to any eventual collapse.

"It is an appalling scandal," said Rota, who was called down to Rome after helping to turn around the transport system in the northern city of Milan. "The situation is worse than you can imagine," he told la Repubblica newspaper.

Rota"s dramatic departure has triggered yet another crisis for the city"s 5-Star administration, which won power last year in what was seen as a litmus test of whether the anti-establishment group was ready to run Italy.”

City officials are publicly criticizing Raggi, saying that Rome needs a “change in direction" after the city nearly adopted water rationing laws last week amid a worsening drought.

"We need a change of direction. If we carry on like this we will fall apart. The whole city will fall apart," Andrea Mazzillo, Rome"s third budget chief in a year, told la Repubblica.

In a statement on Facebook, Raggi ordered her team to stop complaining and promised to sort out problems at Atac, which has suffered from many years of chronic neglect and mismanagement.

The company has some 1.3 billion euros ($1.5 billion) of debts and a rate of absenteeism amongst its 12,000-strong workforce of 12 percent, company records show.”

Dozens of Atac buses and trains in need of repair are languishing in the company’s warehouses.

According to an internal Atac report, 36 percent of all the company"s buses are blocked in garages because they have broken down or are undergoing maintenance, with the figure rising to 50 percent for the city"s creaking fleet of trams.

There have also been several embarrassing accidents; earlier this month, a woman suffered severe injuries. When she got dragged down a platform after her handbag was trapped in the door of the train. Videos showed the driver was eating lunch at the wheel and didn’t notice.

Years of underfunding have left the company barely able to pay its employees and contractors, as some Italian newspapers reported that Atac buses were being left in the streets by contractors that had been stiffed by Atac.

"The company is unmanageable. It doesn"t have any money left in its accounts," said Rota, adding that Atac was no longer able to guarantee the regular payment of salaries or to buy the spare parts it needed to repair its ageing buses and metro trains.

Italian newspapers reported that broken down buses were being left in the street because Atac had not paid the private contractor which it uses to pick up its stranded vehicles."

Meanwhile, Mayor Raggi offered the usual platitudes...

""The situation at Atac is serious, but we are not frightened by adversity and we will move ahead," said Raggi on Facebook."

To be sure, Atac has been a shambles for years. And while the transportation difficulties have engendered dissatisfaction with Raggi, it’s unclear if the incident will negatively impact the five-star movement’s electoral chances. Italian voters have a reputation for being mercurial. Case in point: The center-right party of Prime Minister and billionaire media mogul Silvio Berlusconi, who suffered through a series of scandals during his time in office, is leading the 2018 polls with 30% of the vote,according to CNBC.
