UC Santa Cruz "Liberals" Declare Mainstream Republicans Nazis: A Threat To Their Safety For Simply Existing

Authored by Alex Thomas via SHTFplan.com,

A meeting of the College Republicans at the University of California, Santa Cruz was taken over and subsequently shut down by hard-left students who literally screamed that the groups very existence was a threat to their safety.

The leftist group initially organized the effort to derail the free speech of Republicans on campus in a Facebook post that openly called for shutting down the groups “right of assembly” while also labeling mainline conservatives as white supremacists and fascists.

“White Supremacist, fascist-sympathizing College Republicans are having a meeting at McHenry library, room 0332. Everybody be aware of this violent racist activity happening everyday on this campus!” wrote a student.

“We need a movement of people on this campus that rejects the ‘right of assembly,’ or ‘right of free speech’ for white supremacists and fascists.”

The group then went through with their social media threats, banging on the meetings door and eventually barging into the room to full on disrupt the peaceful meeting while screaming about fascists, racists, and white supremacists. Remember, this was a meeting of mainline conservatives.

Details published by Campus Reform include the fact that the leftist group refused to have any sort of dialogue with the College Republicans.

According to the UCSC College Republicans, their offers to discuss the concerns of the protesters were met with exclamations that “dialogue is violence,” after which the protesters called the club’s presence a “threat to the library” and demanded that the CR members vacate the space immediately.

The protesters even reportedly berated library staff members when they refused to shut down the pre-approved meeting. One staff member eventually asked the CR members to leave in order to end the disturbance, but meeting attendees chose to respond by sitting quietly and refusing to leave the area.

One student protester laughably ran out of the meeting hysterically screaming about nonexistent “Nazis downstairs”.

The commotion culminated in one of the student activists running out into the main library area screaming that there were “Nazis downstairs,” but while the gimmick drew several spectators, many of them expressed indignation at the actions of the protestors.

“As a Democrat, I am embarrassed that some people on the left act this way,” remarked Phil Leonard Vogel, creator of the moderate campus news publication City on a Phil. “They give all of us a terrible name.”

After nearly two hours, school officials eventually called the police, who reportedly arrested three of the protesters.

Unbelievably, one of the protesters even claimed that the groups very existence was a disturbance.

You truly can’t make this stuff up.

“Your existence is a disturbance, your existence is a disturbance to every marginalized person in this country.”

This is apparently what it means to be a liberal (at least for some) in the year 2017.

Leaked Chat Logs Reveal White Supremacists Joked About Ramming Charlottesville Counter-Protesters Before Event

Content originally published at iBankCoin.com

Less than a week after white supremacist James Alex Fields drove his car into a crowd in Charlottesville, VA, leaving one dead and 19 injured, leaked chat logs from several weeks before the event reveal protesters joking about mowing down counter-protesters blocking their path.

Of note, several conservative groups around the country who are not affiliated with white supremacy or Neo-Nazi movements, such as The Three Percenters, have severed all ties with the protests in the aftermath of last weekend’s deadly events.

“While we support and defend everyone’s right to free speech, we will not align ourselves with any type of racist group.”

In screenshots from a ‘Discord’ chat room moderated by former liberal Obama activist turned white supremacist event organizer Jason Kessler (username ‘MadDimension’), attendees can be seen discussing transportation in case things turned violent. While one member’s suggestion to use Uber was shot down, another participant suggested coordinating with Enterprise rent-a-car in case of a ‘worse case scenario.’

In a subsequent comment, user AltCelt(IL) posted a picture of a two buses being mobbed by protesters, typing ‘this will be us’ below.

In response, an event organizer named ‘Tyrone’ – who worked closely with Kessler, advised the group that it would be legal to mow down protesters under certain circumstances:

‘I know NC law is on the books that driving over protesters blocking roadways isn’t an offense. This is crossover for this channel and VA law. Sure would be nice,‘ along with a meme of a John Deere ‘Multi-Lane Protester Digestor.’ –‘Tyrone’

It is unknown whether or not 20 year old James Alex Fields, the white supremacist arrested after his 2010 Dodge Challenger plowed into a crowd of counter-protesters, was in the Discord chat room at the time – however members of the group “Vanguard America,” which Fields belonged to, participated in Kessler’s server.

What we do know is the same ‘Tyrone’ who made the vehicle-ramming comments also made several posts telling members that attending the event ‘in general’ would be risky.

What else do the chat logs reveal?

Over 300 screenshots leaked exclusively to unicornriot.ninja were made available in a 65 MB .zip archive on Friday. Here are a few more notable finds:

Kessler organized the event with military precision

To preface, perhaps this 2015 blog entry of Kessler’s in which he proclaims “I can’t think of any occupation that I admire more than the professional provocateur” can shed some light on how a hyper-liberal Occupy activist did an ideological flip and wound up leading a group of white supremacists in a protest that has since polarized the nation:

Jason Kessler ‘Running Thoughts‘ Blog

And while I’m sure Jason Kessler’s white power buddies didn’t know he had a Jewish girlfriend and African roomates, or wrote and performed African revenge-pornpoetry – slamming the “evil” white man, or was a huge Obama supporter who was heavily involved with the Occupy movement – writing two articles for CNN on the topic, Kessler sure organized last weekend’s white power rally like a pro – even intervening when participants got into a fight.

And in addition to applying for a license to hold the protest in Emancipation Park and successfully utilizing the ACLU to sue the city when it was rejected, Kessler issued instructions to the group regarding the tiki torch ceremony and other matters.

Kessler was concerned about optics…

When one participant in the discord chat asked another protest participant if he was in ‘Vanguard’ and if Vanguard was in the ‘National Socialist Front’  (Also known as the National Socialist Movement, or NSM), the other user replied ‘Yup,’ adding ‘Nsm is not the optic Kessler wanted tho.’

Although I guess he didn’t mind the optics in May when he was hanging out with white supremacist Richard Spencer at Jackson Park:

Some have questioned whether or not the May demonstration was a ‘dry run’ for last weekend’s ill-fated rally. Note Kessler’s long pause at the :15 second mark when asked.

Kessler also didn’t mind the optics of the haircut he got to match his new friends attending the ‘Unite the Right’ protest he organized.

The group also discussed using burner phones and cash to avoid doxxing

‘Unite the Right’ attendees were also weary of was VA felony mask laws – something the police did not enforce when it came to masked Antifa, as well as whether or not they’d be turned away if the wore shirts with swastikas instead of the polo / khaki ‘uniform’ most of the group can be seen wearing.

Back to Kessler – it appears he’s taken himself out of the equation…

Right before deleting his Twitter account, Kessler made a wildly inappropriate tweet about Heather Heyer – the counter-protester killed in Charlottesville:

This allowed Richard Spencer to cauterize the compromised Kessler from the tiny movement I’m sure we haven’t heard the last of.

After his offensive tweet, Kessler stated “I repudiate the heinous tweet that was sent from my account last night. I’ve been under a crushing amount of stress & death threats,” adding “I’m taking ambien, Xanax and I had been drinking last night. I sometimes wake up having done strange things I can’t remember.

Strange things indeed…

Who Lost?

Submitted by Charles Hugh-Smith via OfTwoMinds blog,

Who Lost: A Biased Media, Pundits, Pollsters, Political Parties, Warmongers, the Corporatocracy, Pay-to-Play Grifters, Neoliberals

Fake Progressives are perfectly fine with soaring inequality and corrupt governance, as long as everyone"s public utterances are politically correct.

Sometimes who lost is more important than who won. Let"s review who lost the election:

1. Let"s start with the Corporatocracy, which expected to once again wield unlimited influence by funding political campaigns with millions of dollars in contributions and speaking fees.

2. A biased mainstream media. My mom-in-law was watching CBS all night, so that"s what we watched. All the pundits/anchors spoke in the hushed tones of a funeral. For two hours, the only images of campaign workers shown were the sad faces of Clinton supporters; not one image of jubilant Trump supporters was broadcast until Trump gave his acceptance speech.

When one of the talking heads noted that Hillary never generated the enthusiasm of the Sanders or Trump campaigns, his comment was followed by a stony silence. That he had given voice to a self-evident truth was not welcome.

3. Mainstream punditry: they got it wrong from the start and remained close-minded and arrogant in their postured superiority.

The punditry applied a double standard to Trump and Hillary. Trump"s speeches and ethically questionable history were judged by moral standards, and he was declared unfit.

Hillary"s actions, on the other hand, were judged by strictly legalistic standards: well, you can"t indict her, so she"s fit for office.

Dear punditry: you can"t use double standards to promote your biases and retain any shred of credibility.

4. Pollsters. Having rigged the polls via over-sampling and under-sampling, they were laughably wrong. Here is a typical headline from election night, from the New York Times: Trump Takes Florida, Closing In on a Stunning Upset.

Only the pollsters and the MSM were stunned.

5. Political parties. As my friend G.F.B. observed, both parties ran 20th century campaigns in the 21st century. Both parties lost for this reason; both are hopelessly out of touch with a rapidly changing America.

Democrats upset with losing should look at their party"s system of Super-Delegates that squelched Bernie Sander"s bid.

6. Warmongers. Many Americans are sick and tired of interventionist, globalist warmongering. The only possible way they could register their opposition to warmongering was to vote for Trump.

7. Pay-to-Play Grifters. Let the investigations, indictments, prosecutions and convictions begin as soon as Trump is sworn in.

8. Neoliberals. Globalization boils down to freeing mobile capital to rove the globe for opportunities to strip-mine cheap resources, assets and labor and then move on, leaving ruined communities behind.

9. Bonus loser: Fake Progressives. Fake Progressives are perfectly fine with soaring inequality and corrupt governance, as long as everyone"s public utterances are politically correct. So the oppressor class is acceptable as long as they speak respectfully while stepping on your neck.

Real Progressives see jobs and community as solutions, not welfare and central planning. Real Progressives see the eradication of warmongering Imperial pretensions and corrupt pay-to-play grifting as the essential projects of liberty and democracy.
