Mississippi County, MO — A Mississippi County, Missouri sheriff has been arrested following an investigation b the State Highway Patrol and the FBI. Attorney General Josh Hawley said the arrest of Corey Hutcheson, who authorities say is guilty of multiple felonies, is the result of two separate investigations.

According to KVFS News, “In the first complaint, Hutcheson faces seven counts of forgery, seven counts of tampering with computer data, and one count of notary misconduct. Hawley said Hutcheson is accused of using his position to illegally ping the cell phone of several members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, former Mississippi County Sheriff Keith Moore, and Circuit Judge David Dolan.”

But Hutcheson’s crimes were not limited to spying on his colleagues. Apparently, the sheriff also used his position to bully other members of the community as retaliation for involving themselves with other members of his family.

KVFS writes, “In the second complaint, Hutcheson is charged with second-degree assault, first-degree robbery, and false declaration. Hutcheson is accused of handcuffing a 77-year-old woman with enough force that she had a heart attack. Hawley said that the victim was in the hospital for three days. Investigators said Hutcheson arrested the woman because she was in a civil dispute with one of his family members.”

Bully cops, as The Free Thought Project has reported on numerous occasions, often take down senior citizens with the same use of force they would attempt to take down a 20-year-old. Many times the senior citizens are left with broken bones and bruises and treated with an overall lack of respect. It’s conceivable if the elderly woman Hutcheson allegedly manhandled had passed away, he could potentially have been charged with manslaughter or murder as well.

As it stands, the now disgraced sheriff has been charged with: 2nd-degree assault, 1st-degree robbery, forgery, tampering with computer data, notary misconduct, and false declaration. He claimed the elderly woman had kidnapped one of his family members. He used those claims as the basis of his probable cause statement he later used to arrest the woman.

Hutcheson is out on bond, awaiting a trial which prosecutors say will continue. Oddly enough, he remains the sheriff of Mississippi County and will continue to carry said title until such time as the Attorney General makes any changes. In the meanwhile, the coroner briefly served as acting sheriff, until it was determined the Deputy Chief would assume the position.

Abuse of power is not uncommon within some sheriff’s offices across the country. As The Free Thought Project reported in late 2016, a police union president, Dominick Izzo, blew the whistle on his boss, Chief George Filenko of Round Lake Park, Illinois, for allegedly and knowingly helping to send and keep an innocent woman in prison, among many other charges.

After the county coroner made an appearance on 48 Hours, where he emphatically declared Melissa Calusinski’s innocence in the daycare death of a young child, the county arrested Coroner Thomas Rudd on forgery charges. Those charges are bogus, according to many sources close to the case.

It appears from our investigations into the case, anyone who dares to speak out against the authorities in Round Lake Park, Illinois immediately become the target of reprisals. In an April 2nd post, Izzo posted a picture of his former boss in an orange jumpsuit, shackled in chains. In the post, he said his motivations for doing so were, “to support good cops who are overshadowed by corrupt men who abuse their position and dishonor their oath to the pubic!” The Free Thought Project will continue to follow both cases closely and report on any new findings.

Cop Convicted for Kicking Handcuffed Man in the Face for Calling Him a “Storm Trooper” on Video

After only 45 minutes of deliberation, a jury found it quite easy to convict a cop for official oppression and assault after he was captured on dashcam video kicking a man in the face for calling him a “storm trooper.”

Senior Deputy District Attorney Stephen Zawisky said he’ll probably seek jail time when Judge Scott A. Evans sentences Ryan Luckenbaugh, the 37-year-old Mechanicsburg man in April.

“Dude you just kicked a man in the face!” says Pennsylvania State Trooper Michael Trotta to his partner Trooper Luckenbaugh. The man, who’d been assaulted by Luckenbaugh was Christopher Siennick, a local activist who had just practiced his freedom of speech by giving the pair of troopers the middle finger as he skateboarded past them.

The ensuing encounter, as we previously reported, led to Siennick being forcefully arrested, pepper sprayed, tased, man-handled, and later charged — for skating down the wrong side of the street. But while he was seated on the sidewalk, awaiting his patty-wagon ride to the pokey, he began to give the troopers a little piece of his mind. “I’m an American…f’ing fascist pigs. This is just like f’ing the empire. You’re just a f’ing storm trooper. You dumb shit. Why don’t you wake up and (inaudible),” and then Siennick can be heard spitting.

Not approving of Siennick’s free speech, Luckenbaugh then kicked Siennick in the face, even though he was handcuffed and seated on the sidewalk. Almost immediately, Luckenbaugh began to allegedly lie about the incident, saying he’d spit on the troopers and threw something at their cruiser while skating by. The officers can then be heard bragging about taking Siennick “down like a sack of potatoes” someone they mockingly referred to as their “local anarchist.” “He’s the local pop star,” the officers said.

But a closer examination of the video, which shows the officer kicking the activist in the face, also reveals the displeasure other officers demonstrated during the incident. One of the officers immediately stated, after Luckenbaugh kicked Siennick in the face, “Whoa, whoa, whoa, no, no, no, no,” and seemed to step in and motion for the attack to end. The entire incident, recorded by the officer’s dash cam, led to criminal charges being filed against Luckenbaugh for assault and official oppression charges. Siennick spent two weeks in jail, was released and all charges against him were dropped once the district attorney had a chance to evaluate his case.

Luckenbaug’s trial started Tuesday, and Senior Deputy District Attorney Stephen Zawisky wasted no time attempting to destroy his defense by showing both of the dashcam videos from the night Siennick was assaulted. Neither one of the videos showed Siennick throwing anything at the troopers, nor did it demonstrate the officers had given Siennick any orders to get out of the street. But it did allegedly demonstrate the pair of officers were intent on inflicting injury to the local activist, saying their actions would result in a “BPR” or an internal investigation of abuse by the Penn. State Police.

Over defense attorney Edward Spreha Jr,’s periodic objections, Zawisky walked Masteller [officer in charge of the. internal investigations] through the 14 charges Luckenbaugh filed against Siennick and questioned whether any of them were justified. Those counts all were withdrawn and Siennick was released from county prison once the DA’s office began probing the incident.In one of several disorderly conduct charges, Luckenbaugh mentions Siennick’s middle-finger salute.”Is the middle finger considered obscene?” Zawisky asked. “Not for legal purposes,” Masteller replied. Luckenbaug has been suspended without pay by the state police. Trotta was later fired for other misconduct.

Siennick is now filing a civil rights violation lawsuit against the city and the police department. As for Siennick’s reaction to Luckenbaugh’s conviction, it was a simple one — “Cowabunga!”

San Bernardino, CA — The next time someone asks you why people don’t trust police, show them this video of a San Bernardino Sheriff’s deputy threatening to make up charges against an innocent man — for no reason.

Duncan Hicks went to the San Bernardino Sheriff’s station last month to file a report but was met with obstinate bureaucracy and eventually threats.

Hicks was attempting to file a report with the department and had done so on multiple occasions without incident. Hicks told CBS Los Angeles this was his third time there and he also called once to file a few custody disputes with his child’s mother. But this time, he says, the deputy refused to write his report down and then took it a step further.

Hicks was politely trying to explain to the deputy that his report was not stating the problem when the cop lost it.

“This is not explaining the incident, sir,” said Hicks.

“K, Duncan. You know what man? I’m about getting tired of you and you’re about to go to jail just so you know,” barks the deputy, threatening an entirely innocent man.

“What am I going to jail for?” asked Hicks.

“I’ll create something you understand? You’ll go to jail. You understand that?”

Remaining vigilant and unafraid, Hicks stood his ground as he knew the cop had no basis to make such threats.

“You can’t say that. How are you gonna create something? That’s against the law,” Hicks said.

The deputy then responds with a complete and total lie by threatening to arrest Hicks for filming. “Recording me like that. That’s illegal without my knowledge. You want to go to jail for that too?”

According to the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department, however, audio and video recording in the station is allowed.

Hicks then fires back noting that he is only filming because an armed man is threatening to kidnap and cage him for no reason. “You have a gun on your hip. I’m doing this for my protection,” he says.

“Uh, uh, you’re not starting that in my lobby,” says the clerk before the video ends.

As CBS Los Angeles reports, Sheriff John McMahon, released a statement that read in part: “Since viewing the video, our employees’ response to the citizen is not consistent with my expectation of customer service. Additionally, the deputy’s responses are not consistent with the interpretation of the law…”

Hicks told the local news that “If that’s his way of protecting and doing his job I would like him to be fired,” and he is right. However, as of Thursday, the officer in the video is still employed.

Imagine for a moment that you made threats to kidnap and cage someone for the sole purpose of being aggravated with them. Imagine that you made these threats while on the job, at your place of work, and the person you threatened — was a customer. Do you think that for one second you would be able to keep that job — not too mention avoid jail for those threats?

However, if you are a police officer, you can do so with impunity.

Below is a video that highlights everything wrong with police in America today. These people fail to realize that they are public servants — not little tyrants who can deprive people of their freedom on a whim. Until this entitled attitude changes, this divide between the police and the policed will continue to grow.

VIDEO: Cop Famous for Falsely Arresting Dozens of People is Run Over By Woman Who Refuses to be Arrested

Statham, GA – In a monumental twist of irony, a police officer’s dashcam – which caught another driver running over his legs – has led to the officer being exposed for victimizing several people with false DUI arrests.

As the video shows, when Officer Marc Lofton tried to arrest Jessica Fox after pulling her over, Fox fled the scene and Lofton attempted to cling to her driver side, resulting in his falling to the ground and having both his legs run over.

Lofton was able to get up and run back to his car. He was treated for a concussion and Achilles tear afterward. Fox was charged with a number of crimes related to the incident, including “aggravated battery” and “aggravated assault” on a police officer.

However, in the days that followed the video release, dozens of people began submitting complaints about Officer Lofton, and they all point to a corrupt cop using his badge to ruthlessly prey on everyone he can.

From other dashcam footage and the formal complaints, it appears that Lofton looks for the smallest excuse to pull someone over, such as “an issue with their tag,” and proceeds to ask them if they are on any medications or drugs.

Lofton isn’t asking about certain types of drugs that actually cause impairment, but any drug at all – including prescription medications such as antidepressants, and, according to one resident, “diabetes medication, for blood pressure medication, there’s a woman who has cancer medications.”

When people admit to being on a drug, even a perfectly safe one, Lofton makes them undergo a field sobriety test. This gives him a pretext for an arrest. The motives for such predatory behavior could simply be a power display, meeting some sort of quota, seizing cash and property under civil asset forfeiture, or a combination of all three.

The video report produced by Ben Swann and CBS46 shows Statham resident being targeted in just this way.

“Kelly Pickens was pulled over by Statham Police Officer Marc Lofton because of an issue with her tag. But then she said Lofton asked her if she was taking drugs. Pickens responded saying she takes prescription medication authorized by her doctor.

“Just because a doctor prescribed them doesn’t mean you can drive on them,” Lofton said on dash-cam video.

“I take it every day, none of them say you can’t drive on them, none of them,” Pickens said on dash-cam video.

Officer Lofton then initiated a field sobriety test and later arrested Pickens and charged her with DUI.”

Pickens voiced her disbelief in an interview with local reporter Adam Murphy: “It was like being on the Dukes of Hazard…I mean does this stuff really still happen today? Is anybody paying attention?”

Mary Williams had similarly strong words after her encounter with Marc Lofton. She was arrested for DUI after telling Lofton she took antidepressants which did not impair her ability to drive, and being subjected to a field sobriety test.

“They are unlawful, from the get-go, everything about them,” Williams said. “It’s almost like we’re living in Hitler’s Germany and they’re the Gestapo who can pull you out of your car and take you to jail for doing absolutely nothing wrong.”

The Mayor and City Attorney have promised that Lofton’s actions will be on the agenda at the next city council meeting. Meanwhile, nearly 200 others have signed a petition “calling on the district attorney to complete a formal criminal investigation into the actions of Officer Lofton.”

It appears that Lofton’s appearance on national television getting run over brought him a different kind of fame than he would have hoped, as even people from Canada have signed the petition.
