“Kill this MotherF*cker!” Cop Not Guilty Despite Video of Him Plotting to Kill and then Killing Man

stockley

St. Louis, MO — In December 2011, St. Louis Police Officer Jason Stockley violated department policy when he grabbed his personal AK-47, premeditated, and then murdered Anthony Lamar Smith. The planning of the murder and the actual murder were captured on the officer’s dashcam. In spite of the overwhelming amount of evidence against him, a St. Louis judge on Friday found Stockley not guilty of first-degree murder in the 2011 shooting death of Smith.

“This Court, in conscience, cannot say that the State has proven every element of murder beyond a reasonable doubt, or that the State has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant did not act in self-defense,” St. Louis Circuit Judge Timothy Wilson wrote in his ruling.

The verdict prompted immediate protests from groups who were already on the ground knowing the likely result.

“What the country needs to know is, every single person in our country, we have a right to be mad,” said Al Watkins, an attorney for Smith’s fiancée, Christina Wilson, after the verdict, according to CNN. “We have a right to disagree. We have a right to express our opinion. We have a right to protest.”

“Exploit that right, don’t compromise it,” he said. “Stay peaceful.”

As TFTP reported last year, the video of this murder existed for years, however, it was kept secret until an anonymous person dropped off a USB drive to a local FOX affiliate last year. What it showed was nothing short of a conspiracy to commit and then allegedly cover up a murder.

As the dashcam video begins, officer Stockley is attempting to arrest Smith who’s been suspected of possessing a substance deemed illegal by the state — otherwise known as a drug bust. Not wanting to be kidnapped for doing something that harms no one and makes him happy, Smith fled. At this point, Stockley pulls out his personal AK-47 with a drum magazine and begins dangerously squeezing off rounds in the middle of town.

Unable to murder Smith for running away, Stockley and his partner began a highly dangerous pursuit, endangering everyone around him by driving upwards of 90 mph through busy city streets in the rain. At one point, Stockley’s partner Brian Bianchi, who is driving the car, loses control and crashes into a tree. This infuriated the trigger happy cop.

”Back up,” Stockley yells.

According to the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Probable Cause Statement, Stockley then says something that foreshadows what’s about to happen — he premeditates the murder of Smith.  Prosecutors believe he said “…going to kill this motherfucker, don’t you know it.”

After the officers ran through a number of red lights, Stockley tells Bianchi to ram Smith after he’d stopped, “hit him right now.”

The patrol car smashes into the surrendering Smith.

Both cops surround the car with Stockley immediately firing five shots into Smith — killing him.

The in-car camera shows Stockley then throw his personal weapon, which was a violation of department policy, into the back of the cruiser. He then exits and returns moments later and begins to dig around in a bag — most likely grabbing a ‘drop gun’ to plant it on Smith.

After the shooting, police found a pistol lying in Smith’s vehicle. However, according to prosecutors, it “was later determined by lab analysis to have only (Stockley’s) DNA on it.”

The police video then cuts out and we are unable to see anything else.

Before this dashcam footage was released, a citizen’s cellphone video was the only evidence showing that Stockley entered Smith’s car. When we combine the two videos, however, it shows what the police apparently did not want the public to see. Sadly, however, as the ruling on Friday shows, even though the public saw it, the verdict is not guilty.

After Stockley rummaged through the bag and got out with empty hands, implying that he’d hid something, he walked over to the car. He then hangs around driver’s side door and makes several attempts to lean in while being pushed back by one of the officers. However, once Smith’s body is dragged from the vehicle, Stockley quickly sits in the driver’s seat.

Knowing there was likely blood all over and this would inevitably get on his uniform, why would Stockley sit in the driver’s side of the vehicle, unless he had to ‘recover’ Smith’s gun? That is exactly what happened.

When investigators asked him why there was only his DNA on the revolver, Stockley said he immediately unloaded it for safety reasons. However, if Stockley’s story was true and Smith tried to shoot him, there would have been DNA evidence proving this — but there was not.

After the shooting, a federal judge moved in to protect the thin blue line and issued a protective order forbidding release of the material by lawyers who obtained it as part of a civil suit in which the St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners paid a $900,000 settlement in 2013 for Smith’s young daughter, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. In August, the judge turned down a request from the Post-Dispatch to lift the order.

Stockley was allowed to remain on the force and only faced a slap on the wrist for using his personal weapon to murder Smith. He then left the force in 2013. He was not charged until May of last year, based on what Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce’s office said was new evidence.

Joyce filed a murder complaint against Stockley in May 2016 and obtained an indictment in August. However, after today’s verdict, the former cop will now go free.

As for Bianchi, who undoubtedly had a hand in protecting his fellow officer, he remains on the force.

Woman Gets $6.7mn After Being Raped by Police in Jail & Shackled as She Gave Birth

jail

Milwaukee, WI — Milwaukee corrections officer Xavier Thicklen only spent three days in jail for allegedly raping a female inmate on numerous occasions which she says started when she was 19. The pregnant inmate, whose identity is being protected as she’s considered a victim of sexual assault, claims Thicklen raped her both before and after she gave birth.

A jury of her peers believed her claims and awarded her a staggering $6.7 million in a civil suit she brought against the county. According to the Journal Sentinel;

The guard, Xavier Thicklen, was acting under his scope of employment when the sexual assaults occurred and therefore Milwaukee County is liable for the damages amount, the jury determined.

Adding insult to injury and possibly endangering both the life of her baby as well as herself, the woman was shackled during labor, a practice long criticized by midwives as being risky, writes the Sentinel.

The jury agreed, and noted there was “no legitimate government purpose” in the restraints applied during childbirth.

As the Free Thought Project previously reported, shackling women during pregnancy is a common practice in the Milwaukee jail — under the orders of ‘hero’ Sheriff David Clarke.

According to a recent federal lawsuit, Melissa Hall, 27, underwent simliar torture when she “was forced to receive pre-natal care, labor, give birth, and undergo post-partum treatment while shackled, in accordance with the Jail’s policy, custom, and/or widespread practice of shackling all detainees during medical treatment.”

Clarke, according to the lawsuit, “has had personal knowledge that the shackling practices challenged in this case were occurring at the jail.”

When Hall was brought to the hospital to have her baby, she was made to wear a “belly-chain,” according to the lawsuit. This chain went “around her waist with her wrists attached to the waist and her legs attached to one another by leg-irons.”

In spite of hospital staff asking for the chains to be removed, because of the health risks to the mother and child, deputies, under Clarke’s orders, refused, according to the suit.

Thicklen, who resigned just before being charged with the rapes, successfully pleaded guilty to a lesser felony of “misconduct” for giving her candy according to his attorney. He was sentenced to three days and jail and a $200 fine, but in the minds of the civil suit jurors and alleged victim, he is a rapist.

The scandal is the latest in a long list of alleged improprieties leveled at jail staff. As The Free Thought Project reported earlier this year, an inquest proceeding ended with jurors recommending criminal charges be filed against seven jailhouse employees in the dehydration death of Terrill Thomas. Thomas, whose family said suffered from mental illness, was allegedly deprived of water during his last days on earth spent inside the Milwaukee jail.

Another mother was forced to give birth on the floor of a jail cell, resulting in the baby’s death. However, the outspoken Clarke defended the jail’s practice of shackling women in labor saying in a deposition it is done to ensure the safety of hospital staff.

Clarke, who made a name for himself on the Fox News Channel as a Fox News contributor, is reportedly leaving town for a job within the U.S. Department of Homeland security under the Trump administration. But even his departure is of little comfort to the three families just mentioned in this story who entrusted the judicial/penal system with their loved ones, one of which was raped, and another who was likely murdered due to inexcusable negligence on the part of those sworn to protect and serve the community.

As The Free Thought Project has recently reported, being an inmate in any jail in America is a dangerous place to be. It used to be that prisoners only had to worry about their fellow inmates. But given the rash of rapes, killings, beatings, and torture occurring on the inside, by the ones running the jail, they now have to worry about men and women with badges. Left to saddle the costs, are the American taxpayers whose tax bills are surging, due in part to the criminal activities of those in power.

Sicko Confesses to Raping 12yo Girl Gets No Jail, as a Minister Who Helped People With Pot Gets 4 Years

There’s probably nothing that infuriates rape survivors and their families more than hearing about a rapist who got off scot-free but that’s exactly what happened to an admitted rapist who had confessed to the crime of raping his 12-year-old daughter on multiple occasions.

Martin Blake (40) from Glasgow, Montana admitted to police investigators what he’d done to his daughter, and prosecutors had agreed upon a 100-year sentence with 75 of those years commuted, meaning Blake would serve 25 years in prison for the crime.

However, Valley County District Court judge John C. McKeon disagreed with the plea deal and the prosecution’s assertion that his crimes were so egregious he deserved to be punished in the penal system. Much to the surprise of many, Judge McKeon instead, agreed with his public defender Casey Moore and gave Blake probation, with orders to complete a systematic community-based treatment program.

Yes. That’s right. He raped his own daughter and got away without being punished, after spending only 17 days in jail. Blake is now a free man.

According to the Glasgow Courier, Judge McKeon’s decision was based on, “the support that Blake had from family, friends, his church and his employer. That support included letters written by the victim’s mother and grandmother asking the court to allow Blake to remain in the community.”

The backlash against the judge’s decision was overwhelming and swift, with many in the community and the state calling for the judge to be recalled and unseated from his position. An online petition commenced and currently has nearly 1,100 signatures of the needed 1,500.

The petition, created by Madeline Forman, will be delivered to the Montana State House of Representatives. The petition referenced the already agreed upon plea deal which McKeon rejected and stated,

“Judge John McKeon, sentenced him to 30 years with all that time suspended and released him on parole. HE WILL SERVE NO TIME FOR RAPING A CHILD.HE RAPED HIS OWN DAUGHTER. HE DESTROYED HER LIFE. THIS HAS TO STOP. It is time to start punishing the judges who let these monsters walk our streets.  It is time to remove Judge McKeon from the bench.”

If you’d like to get involved and read/sign the petition to remove Judge McKeon from his high horse you can do so by clicking here.

Americans are understandably outraged. When a sexual predator strikes, it doesn’t matter if that person is a family member or not. If they are not prepared to do the time in prison then they shouldn’t even consider doing the crime. The victim, who has to relive the event in graphic detail by recounting the rape by giving graphic details to a police detective, who many times is a male, is often traumatized by the investigation. They’re often subjected to wearing a hidden microphone, and encouraged to strike up a conversation with their perpetrators in order to get a recorded confession. That event alone is traumatizing enough.

The victims are often forced to sit through hours of testimony, and are often called to the witness stand to be cross-examined, again by a male at times, and forced to recall the horrific details of their abuse. When will we stand up for our youngest and most vulnerable victims of these unspeakable crimes and bring their perpetrators to justice, or is justice dead and gone?

The U.S. justice system has, for years, victimized the victims by subjecting them to the process of investigations, only to allow rapists and pedophiles to get off on some technicality. But get caught with too many marijuana plants in your possession and you’re looking at serious jail time. Is that what the justice system has devolved into where one is only punished severely if they’re infringing on Big Pharma’s ability to make a profit?

We at The Free Thought Project cannot help but compare pedophile Martin Blake’s slap on the wrist with the case of Roger and Share Christie of Hilo, Hawaii, who ran THC Ministry and were arrested on marijuana distribution charges when authorities found 284 marijuana plants in their possession.

Roger, an Army veteran who served in intelligence, became an ordained minister, and created THC Ministry with marijuana use considered a sacrament in his religion. He ended up serving four years in a federal penitentiary on marijuana distribution charges — in a state where medical marijuana was already legal.

So, let’s get this straight. A man rapes his preteen daughter on multiple occasions and gets off on probation, and an ordained minister gets four years in prison for cultivating a plant God himself created for our use.

Something is so very wrong with this picture.
