Bunkerville Trial UPDATE! 1-8-2018 – The court ruling regarding the mistrial has been released. Dismissed with prejudice! That means that Cliven Bundy, Ammon Bundy, Ryan Bundy, and Ryan Payne will not be retried and will be released shortly. (More info as it is available.) Ryan Payne still has legal obligations in Oregon.
