Incontrovertible Fact Refutes Gun-Grabber Ravings Following Texas Church Killings

To the surprise of no one in the gun owner rights advocacy community, the citizen disarmament cult has been going spittle-flecked lip crazy since news of the killings at the First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs, Texas, broke Sunday, even before any other facts were known.  And to the surprise of no one, their outrage focused on misplacing blame, further infringements, and in many cases, unmasked hatred.

Leading gun-grabbers used the fresh blood dance opportunity to apportion guilt to the National Rifle Association. Democrat politicians saw a way to grandstand and to call for more disarmament. Dilettante celebrities could not resist adding their ignorant pronouncements. And from the useful idiot segment on social media, no shortage of death wishes for gun owners were expressed, including some I found opining the victims got what they deserved because of the demographics of who they were.

The raw hatred against “normals” by the left is that strong.  They really are the last people you’d want to disarm for.

For all the noise, one incontrovertible fact emerges from the aftermath investigations:

It was armed citizens who stopped him and saved more lives. It was literally the “good guy with a gun” the anti-gunners ridicule so often and so loudly that proved them so profoundly wrong. If left to the capabilities of the loudest critics of keeping, and especially of bearing arms, the killer would have escaped and been free to kill more innocents.

Over the coming days we will certainly learn more, but that fact should remain constant. As will one other, which again, should come as no surprise to anyone who has been paying attention:

Based on their own words and actions, ungrateful and subversive heirs of liberty hate you and would rather see you and yours dead than armed.
