White House on bomb drop: US takes "fight against ISIS very seriously"
Press secretary Spicer addressed Afghanistan at the top of the briefing today, saying the US dropped the "Mother of All Bombs" to target tunnels and caves that ISIS uses to "move around freely."
"We must deny them operational space," Spicer said. He added that the US did its best to avoid civilian casualties, but he did not elaborate on the damage.
