Looking for the silver lining . . . .
Rush just made the point that the wise guys managing the repeal of Obamacare have an ulterior motive for NOT repealing it all at once.
Obamacare gives the Secretary of HHS the power to make changes to Obamacare. The Trumpniks MAY intend to keep this part of Obamacare for awhile while the Secretary, Tom Price, uses the power that Obamacare gives him to maim and gut it "on the hoof", and then when it"s nothing but bloody, useless barely living skeleton, administer the coup de grace by repealing it.
So, cheer up.
