Priebus: The President Is Eyeing Changes to Press Laws

Thanks CNN fake news. In an effort to fight the scourge of ‘fake news’, the President is eyeing making changes to the libel laws, which would target news agencies with lawsuits for publishing fake news. Some of you on the right might be celebrating this now, considering that there is just one center right leaning network and zero relevant newspapers on the right. By placing a standard, which would be enforced by a ‘Fake News” Tsar, the government will, essentially, eliminate freedom of the press.

“I think it’s something that we’ve looked at,” Trump’s Chief of Staff Reince Priebus told ABC’s “This Week” when asked whether the President was “eyeing” changes to “press laws.”

“How that gets executed or whether that goes anywhere is a different story,” he said.

Let’s lay out the scenario that led us to this ebb tide.

-Bullshit news regarding the President being pissed on by Russian hookers and a constant barrage of fake Trump-Russian ties drive the right in-fucking-sane. Something must be done.

-Bullshit news claiming Obama was born into a CIA family, cavorted with radical preachers in Chicago, secretly gay, and married to a transvestite with ties to radical Islam drives the left in-fucking-sane. Something must be done.

A request is made. Please punish CNN fake news. Please stop the NY Times. Fox can’t keep getting away with it.

The government stands up for the people and changes the press laws, opening the media up to massive lawsuits by the DOJ.

Net result: Everyone gets fucked. But only the establishment media will have the resources to defend against the lawsuits. Competition dissipates to nothing. The government propaganda outlets continue to publish ‘fake news’, but without independent journalists to check their bullshit.

Trump’s New Sec Of Labor Let “Lolita Express” Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein Off “With a Wrist Slap”

Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta, confirmed to the position Thursday by the U.S. Senate, is one in a string of disputed appointees to President Trump’s Cabinet, but this contention doesn’t concern his politics, rather, it’s centered on his lax treatment of billionaire pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein.

And former Green Party candidate and U.S. Representative, Cynthia McKinney, is none too pleased with the confirmation, tweeting shortly after the news,

He let Jeffrey Epstein off pedophilia charges with a wristslap; now he’s Trump’s SecLabor….

McKinney had plenty of company in calling out Acosta’s appointment — weeks ago — but disputation over a shameful plea deal worked for Epstein’s benefit faded significantly from corporate media headlines in recent days.

Perhaps the lecherous and pedophilic behavior for which Epstein earned the consternation of millions once his sexual escapades with minor girls became public knowledge doesn’t so much bother American politicians, whose inappropriate lust was also exposed. Indeed, prior to taking the White House, billionaire Donald Trump dished out praise for Epstein back in 2002, telling New York Magazine for an article, in hindsight, peculiarly titled, “Jeffrey Epstein: International Moneyman of Mystery,”

I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.

Not three years later, light began piercing the shadow shielding Epstein’s lascivious escapades from authorities’ watchful eyes, as Newsweek noted,

A Florida mother first brought billionaire Jeffrey Epstein’s peculiar caprices to the attention of Palm Beach police in 2005 when she reported that her teenage daughter had been given $300 at an Epstein party to strip to her underwear and massage the mogul. Eventually, federal investigators and prosecutors built a case against Epstein (who started out as a teacher of seventh graders at a New York private school before striking it rich in finance) that involved 17 witnesses and five other underaged women.

Further, the Post continued,

Although Epstein’s friends and visitors once included past and future presidents, rock stars, and some of the country’s richest men, he is no longer a social magnet. Epstein pleaded guilty to a Florida state charge of felony solicitation of underage girls in 2008 and served a 13-month jail sentence. Politicians who had accepted his donations, including former New Mexico governor Bill Richardson and former New York governor Eliot Spitzer, have scurried to give them back. (Harvard University kept a $6.5 million gift, saying it was ‘funding important research’ in mathematics.)

To say the notorious money-mover and entertainer of the world’s elite liked ‘women’ on ‘the younger side’ utterly dismisses the extent of debauchery which took place at Epstein’s southern Florida home and private access Caribbean island, as noted by staff of a U.S. attorney ten years ago — before that attorney arranged a deal over which criminals of every stripe would drool.

In his tenure as that attorney based in Miami, Acosta bucked recommendations to federally indict Epstein — despite that the now-64-year-old sexually abused no less than 40 girls, most of them aged between 13 and 17 years.

Epstein — had it not been for suspicious wrangling by Trump’s only Latino Cabinet pick — might have been sentenced to life behind bars.

Prosecutors from Acosta’s office, working with the FBI and documented for the court, found that, through assistance from several female assistants, Epstein “would recruit underage females to travel to his home in Palm Beach to engage in lewd conduct in exchange for money … Some went there as much as 100 times or more. Some of the women’s conduct was limited to performing a topless or nude massage while Mr. Epstein masturbated himself. For other women, the conduct escalated to full sexual intercourse.”

Rather than the minimum ten-year sentence the billionaire pedophile faced, attorneys and police were shocked when Acosta’s arrangement with Epstein’s lawyers landed a part-time, eight-hours-per-day county jail term — in essence, downplaying the criminal severity inherent in allegedly having sex with children just beginning to experience the pangs of puberty.

“Acosta also deviated from legal norms when he granted the deal without first notifying the young women who had spoken to investigators about their experiences with the billionaire,” Newsweek reported. “Details of the deal were not made public until a federal judge unsealed it as part of a civil lawsuit brought by four women in 2015.”

Epstein served a mere 13 months total for his crimes.

Acosta’s apparent indiscretion on serious matters wasn’t held to pooh-poohing the gravity of sexual abuse of minors — the New York Times noted Thursday a 2008 investigation by the Department of Justice faulted Acosta for violating federal law and departmental policy for consideration of political affiliation during hiring while heading the DOJ’s civil rights division, which stacked the deck with allies of then-President George W. Bush.

On the non-political but legally tangible criminal activities of which Epstein and his ilk seemed so fond, Acosta’s ‘sweetheart deal’ sent a resounding message the caprices of the elite trumps holding the wealthy accountable for even the most pernicious of wrongs — hardly the paragon of integrity befitting an appropriate leader, much less a U.S. Secretary of Labor.

Despite a tepid backtracking in 2011, via a letter posted online to the Daily Beast, Acosta’s tone intimated the desire to disregard past errors possibly made in the handling of Epstein’s case.

“Some may feel that the prosecution should have been tougher,” he wrote. “Evidence that has come to light since 2007 may encourage that view. Many victims have since spoken out, filing detailed statements in civil cases seeking damages. Physical evidence has since been discovered. Had these additional statements and evidence been known, the outcome may have been different. But they were not known to us at the time.”

With Epstein walking free about his home in the U.S.-controlled Virgin Islands, not having had to experience years or life inside a steel cage, revelations of his behavior occasionally seep into the harsh eye of public purview.

In a 2014 court filing, an unidentified woman accused the money manager of holding her hostage as a “sex slave” — Epstein had forced the young girl to have sex with Prince Andrew — a claim vociferously denied by Buckingham Palace.

Epstein’s lewd wrongdoings cannot be misapplied to the latest Trump appointee, but Acosta must bear the burden in tacitly dismissing the pain, anguish, and trauma experienced by the billionaire’s victims — since he, alone, prevented a punishment congruent with the criminality of acted-upon pedophilic desires.

For a strong advocate and champion of the people like Cynthia McKinney, however, the two should be inextricably linked, never forgotten, and the one responsible for letting the other slide should never have been rewarded with a prestigious and powerful position — one which traumatized victims will feel a constant reminder their pain didn’t so much present a stumbling block for its achievement.

Monsanto accused in court of conducting an army of shills to crackdown on negative online comments

In a San Francisco federal court case, the plaintiff accused GMO giants Monsanto of hiring third-parties who hide their association with the company to respond to negative online comments, also known as ‘shills’.

The case challenges Monsanto’s corrupt relationship with members of the Environmental Protection Agency and their attempts to manipulate scientific publications and crack down on online dissent. Monsanto’s ‘Let Nothing Go’ campaign allegedly hired online ‘shills’ to quickly respond to social media chatter about the carcinogenic properties of their ‘RoundUp’ product.

The plaintiff claims to have developed non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma as a result of exposure to glyphosate in Monsanto’s ‘Roundup’ product, and believes that Monsanto aggressively attempted to remove all warnings of the risks surrounding the pesticide.

See below the accusation recorded in a United States District Court litigation summary:

Monsanto have gained such a bad reputation for online shills that it has become common practice on the news aggregation site Reddit to write ‘Monsant0’ when discussing the company in a bad light so that it is not indexed on a search engine.

The company are also accused of pressuring scientific publications to downplay the risks of their products. In an email chain used as evidence in court (acquired via Mass Tort Nexus), a company executive instructed his staff to ‘ghost write’ articles, planning to have independent scientists “just sign their names” to the study.

“Monsanto tells us that Roundup is safe because scientists say it is safe.  But apparently scientists sign their names, while Monsanto signs the checks,” says Kara Cook-Schultz, Toxics Director at U.S. PIRG. “This calls into question multiple studies written, or possibly ghostwritten, by agricultural scientists.”

Also included in the email chain is evidence showing that Monsanto regularly works together with other international chemical companies—such as Syngenta and Dow—to publish scientific papers. Christophe Gustin, Monsanto’s Crop Protection Regulatory Affairs Lead at Monsanto Europe, asked for Syngenta and Dow’s sign-off prior to hiring a scientist to publish the results of internal, unpublished studies on Roundup.

US Marines return to Afghanistan's Helmand province for first time since 2014

US Marines have returned to Afghanistan’s southernmost Helmand province, which is mostly controlled by the Taliban. The Marines withdrew from the area in October of 2014, and the security situation there has deteriorating over the years.

The province saw some of the worst fighting in the earlier years of the US-led occupation. NATO says its forces have since relinquished combat missions to the Afghan National Army and remain in the country only for training and assistance purposes

The 300-strong Marine force arrived in Helmand on Saturday, AFP reported. The commander of US and NATO forces in Afghanistan, General John Nicholson, attended a handover ceremony, during which the Marines took over from a similarly sized US Army unit, which is now rotating home.

The deployment, which was first announced in January, is meant to bolster the Afghan Army’s 215th Corps at Camp Shorab, and in the provincial capital Lashkar Gah. The US troops come from the 6th Marine Regiment stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, military.com reported.

Helmand is among the parts of Afghanistan most troubled by insurgency. The Taliban control or are contesting for 10 of the province’s 14 districts. The latest to fall to the militant movement was Sangin, where some 50 Marines and 100 British troops were killed between 2001 and 2011. The Marines held a formal withdrawal ceremony in the district in October of 2014, after the supposedly improving security situation allowed foreign troops to hand combat duty over to the Afghans.

The arrival of the Marines comes a day after the Taliban announced this year’s spring offensive, pledging to keep on pressure on Afghan’s security forces. Last week, the militants conducted one of its deadliest attacks of this year, killing over 100 troops at a military base in the northern Balkh province.

Reports: Us Troops Deploy Along Syria-Turkish Border

Syrian war monitor and Kurdish activists say U.S. armored vehicles have deployed in areas in northern Syria along the border with Turkey, a few days after a Turkish airstrike that killed 20 U.S.-backed Kurdish fighters.

Footage posted by Syrian activists online shows a convoy of U.S. armored vehicles driving on a rural road in the village of Darbasiyah, a few hundred meters from the Turkish border. Clashes in the area were reported between Turkish and Kurdish forces Wednesday a day after the Turkish airstrike.

Rami Abdurrahman, director of the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, said the deployment seems limited.

Aaron Hernandez 'drew Illuminati symbols on prison cell wall with his blood' before hanging himself

Aaron Hernandez scrawled Illuminati symbols on the wall of his prison cell in his own blood before he hanged himself, it has been claimed.

The disgraced NFL star was found dead at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Massachusetts on April 19.

He left suicide notes for his daughter, fiancee and alleged gay prison lover and had also left opened his bible to John 3:16.

When prison guards found him in the early hours of the morning, they also found symbols and the word ILLUMINATI written in block capitals on the wall, WCVB reports.

Hernandez had begun to draw a pyramid, a common symbol among followers of the enlightenment group, but did not finish it, the network reports.

He had also drawn an oval with rays coming out of it, a symbol which is designed to represent the all-seeing eye of God.

Investigators also found K2, a synthetic form of marijuana, in the star"s cell.

Debunking the French Report on Syrian Chemical Weapons

The French government released a report blaming the Syrian government for this month’s chemical weapons incident.

The report states:

According  to  the  intelligence  obtained  by  the  French  services,  the  process  of  synthesizing  sarin,  developed  by  the  Scientific  Studies  and  Research  Centre  (SSRC)  and employed by the Syrian armed forces and security services, involves the use of hexamine as a stabilizer.

***

The  presence  of  the  same  chemical  compounds  in  the  environmental  samples collected  during  the  attacks  on  Khan  Sheikhoun  on  4 April 2017  and  on  Saraqib  on 29 April 2013  has  therefore  been  formally  confirmed  by  France.  The  sarin  present  in  the munitions used on 4 April was  produced using the same manufacturing process as that used during the sarin attack perpetrated by the Syrian regime in Saraqib. Moreover, the presence of  hexamine  indicates  that  this  manufacturing  process  is  that  developed  by  the  Scientific Studies and Research Centre for the Syrian regime.

Sounds convincing, right?

But the report falls apart upon closer scrutiny …

Specifically, the head of the United Nations’ team investigating the possible use of chemical warfare in Syria (Åke Sellström) wrote an email to MIT rocket scientist Ted Postol in 2014 stating:

Hexamine … is a product simple to get hold of and in no way conclusively points to the [Syrian] government.

In addition, hexamine found in samples may be derived from other sources for example, explosives.

Sellstrom-Postol

(I blacked out Postol’s email address to protect his privacy; as I did with personal information in the email below.)

This week, Washington’s Blog wrote the following email to Dr.  Sellström seeking confirmation:

The Washington Post quotes French officials as saying that analysis of sarin from Khan Sheikhoun shows the presence of hexamine, indicating that the sarin was produced by the Syrian government:  https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/middle_east/samples-from-syrias-deadly-sarin-attack-bear-assadssignature-says-france/2017/04/26/af5d47e0-2a5d-11e7-86b7-5d31b5fdc114_story.html?utm_term=.dc5df76866af

However, my understanding is that it is easy to acquire hexamine, and  so the presence of the substance does not indicate state-sponsored manufacture.  I also understand that hexamine is a common byproduct from explosives.  Is that right?

Dr. Sellström responded:

It is really a question of the meaning of the word indicating. The presence of hexamine could, indeed, indicate that the source is the government. Leaving out who actually used it.

But it could also indicate a lot of other things, like someone using the same recipe for example

Sellstrom-wb

In other words, the lead UN investigator is saying that the presence of hexamine could prove that:

(1) The Syrian government did use sarin

(2) The rebels got a hold of old stocks of government-produced sarin, and then used it themselves

(3) Someone reverse-engineered the sarin formula previously used by the government and created their own new sarin

(4) Something else altogether (e.g. that the hexamine came from every day explosives, was otherwise introduced from other sources, or perhaps the evidence was altogether fudged for political purposes)

The French report also claims:

France  assesses that the theory of an attack by the armed [rebel] groups using a neurotoxic agent on 4 April is not credible. France has no information confirming the possession of sarin by these groups.

That’s downright silly, given that it was long ago shown that the rebels do possess chemical weapons such as sarin.

Iranian TV CEO Assassinated In Istanbul

The founder and CEO of Iran"s satellite TV network Gem TV, Saeed Karimian, 45, who in 2016 was tried in absentia and sentenced to six years in prison by a Tehran court for "spreading propaganda against Iran", was shot dead in Istanbul.

According to Dogan News, Karimian - identified by Hurriyet as a British national - and a Kuwaiti business partner were driving in Istanbul"s Maslak neighborhood after 8 p.m. (1.00 p.m. ET) on Saturday when their car was blocked by a jeep and shots were fired. Karimian died immediately after the gunmen - who were reportedly masked - opened fire on the vehicle. As Reuters adds, Karimian was found dead by emergency services arriving at the scene while his associate was taken to a hospital where he too passed away.

Two masked shooters got out of the jeep before opening fire, Hurriyet said. The jeep was later found abandoned and burned. Turkey"s Dogan news quoted the mayor of Istanbul"s Sariyer district as saying initial police findings suggested the shooting may have prompted by a financial disagreement involving Karimian.

In a statement on its Facebook page, GEM TV confirmed Karimian had died but without making clear the circumstances of the death.

GEM TV is known for entertainment satellite channels that dub foreign films and western programmes into Farsi for Iranians. It also produces movies and TV series. It has been criticized by Iran for showing programmes which go against Islamic values and has been accused the channel of spreading Western culture. As Reuters notes, "the satellite broadcaster"s programing has angered authorities, who view it as part of a cultural "soft war" waged by the West."

While satellite television is popular in Iran, owning a satellite dish is illegal the Guardian adds. Police and security forces occasionally smash dishes and seize receivers as authorities routinely denounce the western pop culture shown on satellite channels as decadent and un-Islamic.

Iranians use satellite dishes in order to watch foreign channels

Last year a Revolutionary Court in Tehran tried Karimian in absentia and sentenced him to six years in jail on charges of "acting against national security" and "propaganda against the state".

Family members told the BBC"s Jiyar Gol that Mr Karimian had been threatened by the regime the past three months, and as a result was planning to leave Istanbul and move back to London. However, BBC sources have suggested the killing may be related to business and gangs.

Gem Group was initially established in London, but later expanded to Dubai. According to the group"s website, it has 17 Persian-language channels, plus one each in Kurdish, Azeri and Arabic. Iran’s semi-official Tasnim news agency, considered to be close to the country’s hardline paramilitary Revolutionary Guard, described GEM as an opposition network and said Karimian had been given a prison sentence for “propaganda”, without elaborating.

The assassination took place on the same day that Turkish president Erdogan - now with virtually unlimited executive powers following the recent constitutional referendum - blocked Wikipedia, banned TV dating shows, and purged another 4,000 state workers for their "affiliation" with the Turkish "shadow state" alleged controlled from rural Pennsylvania by the 76-year-old cleric Fethullah Gulen.

Erdogan Blocks Wikipedia, Bans TV Dating Shows, Purges Another 4,000 Public Officials

Two weeks after winning the Turkish constitutional referendum by a modest but decisive margin, president - or perhaps it is now despot - Erdogan decided to take his newly decreed powers for a spin and overnight in rapid succession surprised foreign observers when Turkey decreed that it would ban TV dating shows, fire an additional 4,000 public officials and also ban Wikipedia.

The country"s Official Gazette published the decrees on Saturday evening. The first named thousands of civil servants to be dismissed, including nearly 500 academics and more than 1,000 Turkish military personnel. The decree also reinstated 236 people to their jobs. The second decree, among other things, bans radio and television programs for "finding friends and spouses" according to AP.

The latest purge follows more than 47,000 people have been arrested and 100,000 have been terminated for alleged connections to terror organizations, and takes place with Turkey under a state of emergency resulting from last summer"s failed "coup" attempt which Erdogan blamed on the "shadow state" directed by the cleric Fethullah Gulen, who currently resides in rural Pennsylvania.

Erdogan"s decree also banned several popular TV dating shows, a move that reportedly had been in the worls for months.

"In radio and television broadcasting services, such programmes in which people are introduced to find a friend.... cannot be permitted," said the text of the decree.

Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus said in March that the ban was in the pipeline, arguing the shows do not fit in with Turkish traditions and customs.

"There are some strange programmes that would scrap the institution of family, take away its nobility and sanctity," Kurtulmus said at the time.

Some see in this decree the first traces of Turkey sliding back away from the secular state, established less than a century ago by the creator of modern Turkey, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, and toward conservative Islam under Erdogan. However, AKP supporters have responded that dating shows receive thousands of complaints every year and the ban is in the public interest.

Separately, Turkey also said it had blocked all access to Wikipedia; the country"s Information and Communication Technologies Authority implemented the ban against the online encyclopedia because Wikipedia "had failed to remove content promoting terror and accusing Turkey of cooperation with various terror groups" according to AFP. "There was no indication when the ban might be removed, with a formal court order expected to follow in the coming days."

In response to the news, Wikipedia"s founder Jimmy Wales tweeted that "access to information is a fundamental human right. Turkish people, I will always stand with you to fight for this right."

In an ironic twist, AFP notes that the incident quickly spawned its own separate Wikipedia entry, "Wikipedia blocked in Turkey." This is what it says:

On the morning of 29 April 2017, following news from Turkey Blocks that all language versions of Wikipedia had been blocked in Turkey, several reports were published of the event. The BBC reported that the Turkish authorities had blocked all access to Wikipedia in the country from 8.00 GMT. No reason was given by Turkey"s Information and Communication Technologies Authority which simply stated: ""After technical analysis and legal consideration based on the Law Nr. 5651 [governing the internet], an administrative measure has been taken for this website." Voice of America reported that Turkish media had explained the blockage was a result of "terror-related content". NDTV said that the move had caused strong reactions on the social media against the decision to deny access to "one of the world"s most popular websites".

Law No. 5651, known as the Internet Act (IA), was enacted on 4 May 2007. The purpose of this law has been described by the PTC as follows: "There are 2 reasons for the law to be brought out. The first reason; determining the liability and the responsibility of collective use providers, access providers, location providers and content providers which are the main actors of the Internet. The other reason is to determine the procedures and fundamentals related to the specific crimes committed over the Internet and fighting these through content, location and access providers." More recently, the law has been used to censor individuals, journalists and the media. The European Council"s Venice Commission has found the law to be particularly controversial.

Now Wikipedia is readable but not editable with FreeWiki by Crypt.space in Turkey

Over the past several years, Turkey has repeatedly blocked - so far on a temporary basis - popular websites such as Facebook and Twitter, usually shortly after major events such as mass protests or terror attacks take place.

With Erdogan now having what is effectively absolute power, it is likely that many more shutdowns, this time permament, of popular social networks and media outlets are in Turkey"s immediate future, especially as Erdogan is likely poised to coalesce even more power. As the following AFP chart shows, the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) has been virtually unopposed in 12 successive elections, as well as referendums, since president Erdogan he came to power in 2002.

Which is to be expected with Europe constantly turning a blind eye to Erdogan"s transgressions due to his strategic location at the nexus between Asia and Europe. In the past two years, Erdogan"s leverage has only grown as there are now over 2 million Syrian refugees held inside Turkey"s borders, which could be deployed in direction Europe, any time Brussels, or Berlin, engages in any activity that Erdogan disproves of. Which also explains how Erdogan managed to accumulate virtually supreme power while all of Turkey"s "democratic" peers and neighbors looked the other way.

The Pentagon is considering up to 5,000 additional troops for Afghanistan

The Trump administration is evaluating plans to send as many as 5,000 additional U.S. troops to Afghanistan, where America"s longest war has hit a stalemate and local security forces have become overwhelmed by rising violence. The Pentagon is considering options that include between 3,000 and 5,000 conventional military personnel to advise Afghan military and police units, those focused on fighting the Taliban, plus an unspecified number of additional special operations forces to escalate counter-terror operations against the al-Qaida and Islamic State loyalists entrenched along the Pakistan border.

BREAKING: North Korea Just Threatened to Sink US Nuclear Submarine

North Korea

North Korea, feeling pressure of encroaching American and allied vessels, has now threatened to make a ghost ship of a U.S. nuclear submarine — but the warning might not be hyperbolic rhetoric.

“The moment the USS Michigan tries to budge even a little, it will be doomed to face the miserable fate of becoming an underwater ghost without being able to come to the surface,” railed propagandic North Korean outlet, Uriminzokkiri, quoted by the Independent.

“The urgent fielding of the nuclear submarine in the waters off the Korean Peninsula, timed to coincide with the deployment of the super aircraft carrier strike group, is intended to further intensify military threats toward our republic.”

Announced as a routine, scheduled training exercise with ally, South Korea, President Trump sent an ‘armada’ of U.S. vessels to the waters off the Korean peninsula, which now includes the nuclear-powered U.S.S. Michigan and the U.S.S. Carl Vinson aircraft carrier group — which, as Bloomberg reports, are also accompanied by the “destroyers USS Wayne E. Meyer and USS Michael Murphy and the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Lake Champlain.”

All of this firepower, whatever the guise under which they arrived near Pyongyang’s doorstep, has been characterized by the North as “intimidation and blackmail,” particularly given Trump’s pugnacious assertions he would not allow secretive regime to develop nuclear missiles capable of striking the U.S. mainland.

Both Japan and South Korea, traditional U.S. allies in the region, continue with other allied nations to coordinate in hopes of lessening the chance Kim Jong-un would act aggressively amid stifling tensions, as Uriminzokkiri stated outright, “whether it’s a nuclear aircraft carrier or a nuclear submarine, they will be turned into a mass of scrap metal in front of our invincible military power centred on the self-defence nuclear deterrence.”

Trump recently stumped South Korea by calling for Seoul to pay up to $1 billion for its use of the THAAD missile defense system along its border with the North; but national security adviser H.R. McMaster has since insisted to his South Korean counterpart, Kim Kwan-jin, the U.S. would ensure its ally’s safety.

As the U.S. armada began arriving for exercises, Pyongyang test fired another ballistic missile, and although Washington reported that firing a failure — the missile ostensively disintegrated just minutes after launch, its pieces landing in the Sea of Japan — the cloistered nation continued threats like the aforementioned.

China, North Korea’s strongest ally, has urged Pyongyang to employ discretion and caution in engaging the U.S., warning any sudden moves like firing upon the American fleet would bring the region into full-scale military conflict.

Asked about the latest test and for a general message on the topic of North Korea, Trump ominously stated, without elaborating further,

“You’ll soon find out, won’t you?”

Of course, with nationalist and military propaganda thoroughly inundating any discussion of the situation, a realistic picture of what could happen if and when rhetoric turns kinetic has been difficult to discern.

Reports such as those from the U.S. Naval Institute claim superiority in firepower, both defensive and offensive, should Pyongyang follow through with increasingly belligerent threats — but some analyses caution the Vinson group and accompanying ships might be capable of the destruction officials have championed.

Bloomberg, for instance, headlined an article, “Trump ‘Armada’ Sent to Deter Kim Can’t Shoot Down His Missiles,” on Tuesday — the same day the Michigan arrived in the South Korean port city of Busan to join the others.

Noted Bloomberg of the Vinson group and armada, “They aren’t equipped with the version of the Aegis surveillance system made by Lockheed Martin Corp. that can track long-range ballistic missiles or Raytheon Co.’s SM-3 interceptors that are capable of bringing down medium and longer-range ballistic missiles.

“Nor are the modern Japanese Navy destroyers JS Samidare and JS Ashigara that joined the Vinson group for exercises equipped for missile defense detection or intercepts, a Japanese Navy spokesman confirmed. And the three South Korean ‘Sejong the Great’-class destroyers currently in operation don’t have ballistic missile defense capability, Tom Callender, a naval forces analyst with the Washington-based Heritage Foundation, said in an interview.”

Further, although the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system has been placed around 35 miles from the Korean demilitarized zone, its hardware is not yet fully operational — leaving South Korea vulnerable even as its neighbor to the North specifically takes issue with that defense.

Pentagon spokesman Navy Commander Gary Ross refused to answer specifics on U.S. weapons defense capabilities, he emphasized for Bloomberg, “no single capability defends against all threats. Rather it is the employment of integrated, multi-layered land and sea-based systems that provide missile defense” — for the U.S. and its allies.

“We have ballistic missile ships in the Sea of Japan, in the East Sea, that are capable of defending against ballistic missile attacks,” Navy Admiral Harry Harris, the head of U.S. forces in Korea and the Pacific, asserted Wednesday to the House Armed Services Committee.

He added of ships escorting the Vinson group that defense of the armada would not be a question, stating,

“If it flies, it will die, if it’s flying against the Carl Vinson strike group.”

Defense analyst David Wright with the Union of Concerned Scientists explained that, even if Aegis-equipped vessels were present in the waters near North Korea and Japan, the U.S. would not be capable of striking down another ICBM immediately after it was launched.

“There is a misconception that if it was close enough,” a U.S. Navy BMD vessel “could shoot a missile down during boost phase. But it doesn’t have that capability,” Wright said. “During boost phase the missile is an accelerating target, and Aegis doesn’t have the maneuverability to home in on such a target.

“Similarly, it would not be able to shoot down shorter-range missiles, like the Musudan, during boost phase. You might be able to shoot it down after boost phase, but by that time North Korea would be able to get information about the most critical part of the trajectory, so that strategy is unlikely to slow” Kim’s ardent quest to develop missiles.

No matter how stridently Trump feels toward quashing North Korea’s nuclear weapons hopes, any designs the U.S. might have to depose the Kim regime will not likely see success — even if physically successful.

Business Insider pointed out, the secretive nation still considers itself under the rule of ‘forever leader,’ Kim Il Sung, who died in 1994 — and North Koreans vociferously support longstanding goals of nuclear aggression against the world.

Gold Manipulation And $1.2 Quadrillion In Derivatives

By Rory Hall

For several months during 2016 I was researching the SDR, Federal Reserve Note/U.S. dollar, global currencies and the people behind the scenes pulling the strings. The pulling of the strings was being conducted by oligarchs, like the Group of 30, the IMF, BIS and other unelected globalists operating in broad daylight or the shadows. During this time it became clear the task the citizens is one of epic proportions. These unelected bureaucrats that write policy to determine our fate answer to no one except the people at the very top of the economic/financial food chain. The people we rarely hear about and know very little of their lives. These are the most dangerous of all and the people benefiting the most from our labor and resources.

How did we reach this point? Why do these criminals get away with such heinous crimes?

The people, like Dr. Coats and Mr. Robert Pringle, both were members/chiefs at the IMF, while they have been on the teams creating policy, the policies they put forth were met with resistance – who is this resistance and why are they resisting? Knowing these people and understanding aspects of their motivations is what I am referencing. Why would someone put up a wall to block logic? Why would anyone want to institute a form of slavery, on a global scale, that is impossible to get away from and actually make it illegal to get away from it? If I print currency to be used instead of Federal Reserve Notes I would be jailed for counterfeiting. Federal Reserve Notes, according to the Constitution, have been and will continue to be, counterfeiting as long as they exist, period. Anyone that says otherwise is protecting an agenda or has no knowledge of the Constitution. Federal Reserve Notes are an instrument of debt, they were born of debt and if the debt is ever repaid the Federal Reserve Note would go “poof” in the night. It is physically impossible to repay the debt that is the Federal Reserve Note. What is the difference between a Federal Reserve Note, a Euro, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar, Real, Yen or any other central bank OWNED fiat currency? Nothing. The only difference is location and color of dye used to stain the paper.

Do you have “full faith and credit” in the government – any government? Think about it. This is the back-stop for all the fiat currencies being used around the world. Promises (lies) made by politicians whose only concern is staying in a position of power in order to extract more of our wealth for themselves and their corporate friends. Full faith and credit!

If we review the words of Alan Greenspan’s testimony before Congress in 1998 we find the smoking gun in the hands of the head of the Federal Reserve. Mr. Greenspan’s testimony overrides anything and everything people have to say about gold, gold manipulation and the corrupt system that enslaves us all. Federal Reserve policies and mandates are for the sole purpose of protecting the Federal Reserve and its member banks.

Potential Application of the CEA to OTC Derivatives
The vast majority of privately negotiated OTC contracts are settled in cash rather than through delivery. Cash settlement typically is based on a rate or price in a highly liquid market with a very large or virtually unlimited deliverable supply, for example, LIBOR or the spot dollar-yen exchange rate. To be sure, there are a limited number of OTC derivative contracts that apply to nonfinancial underlying assets. There is a significant business in oil-based derivatives, for example. But unlike farm crops, especially near the end of a crop season, private counterparties in oil contracts have virtually no ability to restrict the worldwide supply of this commodity. (Even OPEC has been less than successful over the years.) Nor can private counterparties restrict supplies of gold, another commodity whose derivatives are often traded over-the-counter, where central banks stand ready to lease gold in increasing quantities should the price rise.

To be sure, a few, albeit growing, types of OTC contracts such as equity swaps and some credit derivatives have a limited deliverable supply. However, unlike crop futures, where failure to deliver has additional significant penalties, costs of failure to deliver in OTC derivatives are almost always limited to actual damages. There is no reason to believe either equity swaps or credit derivatives can influence the price of the underlying assets any more than conventional securities trading does. Thus, manipulators attempting to corner a market, even if successful, would have great difficulty in inducing sellers in privately negotiated transactions to pay significantly higher prices to offset their contracts or to purchase the underlying assets.

Finally, the prices established in privately negotiated transactions are not widely disseminated or used directly or indiscriminately as the basis for pricing other transactions. Counterparties in the OTC markets can easily recognize the risks to which they would be exposed by failing to make their own independent valuations of their transactions, whose economic and credit terms may differ in significant respects. Moreover, they usually have access to other, often more reliable or more relevant sources of information. Hence, any price distortions in particular transactions could not affect other buyers or sellers of the underlying asset. Source

No one, not even the money masters, can predict the future and no one can predict the market. The money printers can create currency to whitewash a situation like Deutsche Bank (DB); however, they can not whitewash the derivatives market that is the underpinning of these too-big-to-jail banks. $46 trillion in notional derivatives at DB alone, another $70+ trillion at JPMorgan and that’s just two of the crime syndicates operating in the very opaque OTC market. The derivatives market is the problem. Once something gets moving through this market it will be almost impossible to stop. The daisy-chain of interconnectedness is on such a scale that a handful of derivatives could set the banking system ablaze. When you are talking about $1.2 QUADRILLION of “financial instruments” getting out of balance or going belly up the whole world has a problem. This is what DB represents and the financial world knows it.

Why would Ray Dalio say, in October 2016, the ECB and BoJ have anywhere from 8 months to 5.5 years remaining before they go belly up? The only way to get the outside number is by monetizing everything including 20% of the entire stock market. Is that realistic – is this what’s happening to the S&P500 and why it continually posts new record highs? Is Mr. Dalio just another boob to be ignored? 5.5 years is not that long. Mr. Dalio is not predicting the future, he is merely reviewing the trajectory the money printers are traveling.

As the 2008 economic – debt – implosion continues to unfold we need to keep in mind the people that engineered this nightmare and then foisted it upon each of us. The Federal Reserve being at the heart of the situation working in concert with their henchmen the “too big to jail” banking cabal and the people operating these crime machines. It is not enough there was approximately $16 – $23 trillion stolen from the American people, the crime spree has continued to this day with no sign of letting up.

As China, Russia and the other BRICS, SCO and EEU member nations continue moving their economic engine forward the Western world – primarily the U.S. and Europe – continues drowning in the cesspool of debt created by these monsters. As the Eastern world becomes stronger will these nations simply walk away from the Western nations and the unsustainable debt load? The Eastern nations, especially along the One Belt One Road  (New Silk Road) will no longer be dependent upon the Western nations to ship goods and services as these nations will need the manufacturing and services for their own internal needs. Where will the Western world acquire the latest and greatest developments? Who will manufacture the crayons, toilet paper and all the other everyday items that have been off-shored and in the very near future will  be produced in fully automated factories? If these manufacturing jobs return to the Western world, odds are the factories will be designed with robots, AI and other technologies to produce the goods and humans will need not apply.

Stephen Roach, Project Syndicate, describes this way:

Second, has the developing world finally broken free of its long-standing dependence on the developed world?

I have long argued that claims of such a “decoupling” were spurious, given the persistence of export-led growth in poorer countries, which tethers their economies to external demand in richer countries. But the facts now speak otherwise. Growth in global trade slowed to a 3% average pace over the 2008-2016 post-crisis period – half the 6% norm from 1980 to 2016. Yet, over the same period, GDP growth in the developing economies barely skipped a beat. This attests to a developing world that is now far less dependent on the global trade cycle and more reliant on internal demand.

So, where do we go from here and how will we get there? Debt, busted infrastructure and lazy arrogant people doesn’t make for a great place to build a new factory nor does it make a nation state, like China, wish to invest. China may be pumping investment dollars into the Western world, but make no mistake about it, the goal is to extract all the wealth possible from the host and return it to a more stable economic environment at home. The “developed”/Western world will soon become the “emerging market” while the current “emerging market” continues to conduct business as the West conducts war.

Science Is Not God, So Why Do So Many People Keep Trying To Turn It Into A Religion?

Science Is Not God, So Why Do So Many People Keep Trying To Turn It Into A Religion? | Science-Is-Not-God-So-Why-Do-So-Many-People-Keep-Trying-To-Turn-It-Into-A-Religion-Public-Domain-600x428 | Faith Science & Technology

This article is likely to get a lot of people out there quite angry.  In our world today, many have become convinced that science has all of the answers to humanity’s most important questions, and those that question the high priests of this new religion (scientists) are often accused of a form of “blasphemy”.  We saw this clearly on display last Saturday when protesters gathered in Washington D.C. and in about 600 other cities worldwide for “the March for Science”.   Those of us that are skeptical and that don’t necessarily buy into the scientific orthodoxy of the day were accused of “ignoring facts” and being “climate deniers” by various speakers at these protests.  But of course the truth is that scientific theories have always been in flux all throughout history, and this will continue to be the case as time moves forward.

Google defines science as “the intellectual and practical activity encompassing the systematic study of the structure and behavior of the physical and natural world through observation and experiment.”  Personally, I very much believe in the scientific method because it has helped us to understand a great deal about how our world operates.

But in recent years, many in the scientific community have elevated “theory” to the same level as “fact”, and those that dare to question the most cherished theories of the scientific priesthood are often persecuted greatly.  Just ask all of the professors that have been “purged” from universities all across the United States for challenging conventional wisdom on climate change or the origin of life.

I have studied the scientific evidence that both sides have produced, and I have become entirely convinced that climate change is not primarily caused by human activity.  Does that make me a “heretic” according to these science zealots?

According to some of the more radical adherents of “scientism”, it should actually be a crime to deny that man-made climate change is happening, and those that do so should be put into prison.

But as a lawyer, I was trained to be skeptical and to consider the evidence on both sides.  And to me, the evidence seems quite clear that solar activity and other factors have much more to do with our changing climate than human activity does.

Does thinking for myself make me “evil”?

It amazes me that so many “scientific minds” are now labeling carbon dioxide as a pollutant.

Do you know what would happen if we got rid of all carbon dioxide on the entire planet?

Every single plant would die, and all life on Earth would cease to exist shortly thereafter.

So please don’t try to tell me that carbon dioxide is a pollutant.

In fact, there were times in the history of our planet when levels of carbon dioxide were far, far higher than they are today, and the world obviously did not end.

The climate of this planet has always been changing, and it always will be changing, and there is next to nothing that humanity can do to stop this process.

If that statement offends you, that is okay, because the free exchange of ideas is healthy for scientific debate.

That is one reason why I am so alarmed by the rhetoric coming from some of these scientific zealots that seem to be absolutely determined to silence everyone that disagrees with them.

One of the “high priests” of this new religion is “Bill Nye the Science Guy”.  He only has a B.S. in mechanical engineering, and he is best known for hosting a ridiculous kid’s show in the 90’s, but today he is treated as a rock star by those that have embraced “scientism”.  The following comes from an article about the recent “March for Science” in the Washington Post

The moment he emerged onstage in a black jacket and red bow tie, the crowd noise hit near-deafening decibels. A sea of iPhones appeared, everyone stretching and jostling for the best possible photo angle. They cupped their hands to their mouths, screaming his name.

“Greetings, fellow citizens,” Bill Nye said to the thousands huddled beneath umbrellas and hand-lettered signs. “We are marching today to remind people everywhere, our lawmakers especially, of the significance of science for our health and prosperity.”

Near the foot of the stage, a young woman with a bright-green pixie cut shouted: “I love you!”

But what has Bill Nye ever done to deserve this level of adoration?

Just because you have been on television a lot does not make you an “expert” on anything.

And Bill Nye’s new show on Netflix is actually a complete embarrassment for the scientific community.  In fact, a segment that he aired the other day is already being called “the worst music video of all time”

Bill Nye “The Social Justice Guy” and actress Rachel Bloom just released what people are calling the worst music video of all time.

The song “My Sex Junk,” which was released Friday as part of Bill Nye’s new NetFlix show “Bill Nye Saves The World,” features Rachel Bloom twerking and rapping about how “sexuality is a spectrum” and “everyone is on it.”

I was going to point out where you could watch it on YouTube, but I decided not to do that because it is extremely raunchy.  Nobody should ever watch such filth, and Bill Nye should publicly apologize to the entire country because he has just willingly exposed thousands of innocent children to explicit sexual content.

So far this horrific video has only 427 likes and more than 27,000 dislikes on YouTube.  It mentions just about every form of sexual perversion that you can imagine, and by conducting himself in this manner Nye is bringing shame on his entire profession.  The following comes from Mike Adams of Natural News

With this push for transgenderism, Bill Nye has become an embarrassment to real science. He also demonstrates to the whole world why every narrative pushed by what I call “religious science fundamentalism” — including vaccines, climate change, GMOs and pesticides — is rooted in either sheer lunacy or corporate propaganda. Remember: The guy telling you that GMOs, vaccines and fluoride are all safe is the same guy who thinks men can transform into women by wishing really hard. Yeah, that’s the new “science” being pushed by Bill Nye.

One of the things that Bill Nye is best known for is his ardent defense of the theory of evolution.

Personally, I don’t understand how anyone can possibly believe that men came from monkeys, but unfortunately there are millions of people out there that have been brainwashed into believing such nonsense.

To end this article, I would like to share with you a list of 44 reasons why the theory of evolution is not true that I included in a previous article.  If you just use a little common sense, it is easy to see that what Bill Nye and others are telling you simply cannot be the truth…

#1 If the theory of evolution was true, we should have discovered millions upon millions of transitional fossils that show the development of one species into another species. Instead, we have zero.

#2 When Charles Darwin came up with his theory, he admitted that no transitional forms had been found at that time, but he believed that huge numbers certainly existed and would eventually be discovered

“Lastly, looking not to any one time, but to all time, if my theory be true, numberless intermediate varieties, linking closely together all the species of the same group, must assuredly have existed. But, as by this theory, innumerable transitional forms must have existed, why do we not find them embedded in countless numbers in the crust of the earth?”

#3 Even some of the most famous evolutionists in the world acknowledge the complete absence of transitional fossils in the fossil record. For example, Dr. Colin Patterson, former senior paleontologist of the British Museum of Natural History and author of Evolution” once wrote the following

“I fully agree with your comments about the lack of direct illustration of evolutionary transitions in my book. If I knew of any, fossil or living, I would certainly have included them …. I will lay it on the line – there is not one such fossil for which one could make a watertight argument.”

#4 Stephen Jay Gould, Professor of Geology and Paleontology at Harvard University, once wrote the following about the lack of transitional forms…

“The absence of fossil evidence for intermediary stages between major transitions in organic design, indeed our inability, even in our imagination, to construct functional intermediates in many cases, has been a persistent and nagging problem for gradualistic accounts of evolution.”

#5 Evolutionist Stephen M. Stanley of Johns Hopkins University has also commented on the stunning lack of transitional forms in the fossil record…

“In fact, the fossil record does not convincingly document a single transition from one species to another.”

#6 If “evolution” was happening right now, there would be millions of creatures out there with partially developed features and organs.  But instead there are none.

#7 If the theory of evolution was true, we should not see a sudden explosion of fully formed complex life in the fossil record. Instead, that is precisely what we find.

#8 Paleontologist Mark Czarnecki, an evolutionist, once commented on the fact that complex life appears very suddenly in the fossil record…

“A major problem in proving the theory has been the fossil record; the imprints of vanished species preserved in the Earth’s geological formations. This record has never revealed traces of Darwin’s hypothetical intermediate variants – instead species appear and disappear abruptly, and this anomaly has fueled the creationist argument that each species was created by God.”

#9 The sudden appearance of complex life in the fossil record is so undeniable that even Richard Dawkins has been forced to admit it…

“It is as though they [fossils] were just planted there, without any evolutionary history. Needless to say this appearance of sudden planting has delighted creationists. Both schools of thought (Punctuationists and Gradualists) despise so-called scientific creationists equally, and both agree that the major gaps are real, that they are true imperfections in the fossil record. The only alternative explanation of the sudden appearance of so many complex animal types in the Cambrian era is divine creation and both reject this alternative.”

#10 Nobody has ever observed macroevolution take place in the laboratory or in nature.  In other words, nobody has ever observed one kind of creature turn into another kind of creature.  The entire theory of evolution is based on blind faith.

#11 Evolutionist Jeffrey Schwartz, a professor of anthropology at the University of Pittsburgh, openly admits that “the formation of a new species, by any mechanism, has never been observed.

#12 Even evolutionist Stephen J. Gould of Harvard University has admitted that the record shows that species do not change. The following is how he put it during a lecture at Hobart & William Smith College

“Every paleontologist knows that most species don’t change. That’s bothersome….brings terrible distress. ….They may get a little bigger or bumpier but they remain the same species and that’s not due to imperfection and gaps but stasis. And yet this remarkable stasis has generally been ignored as no data. If they don’t change, its not evolution so you don’t talk about it.”

#13 Anyone that believes that the theory of evolution has “scientific origins” is fooling themselves.  It is actually a deeply pagan religious philosophy that can be traced back for thousands of years.

#14 Anything that we dig up that is supposedly more than 250,000 years old should have absolutely no detectable radiocarbon in it whatsoever.  But instead, we find it in everything that we dig up – even dinosaur bones.  This is clear evidence that the “millions of years” theory is simply a bunch of nonsense

It’s long been known that radiocarbon (which should disappear in only a few tens of thousands of years at the most) keeps popping up reliably in samples (like coal, oil, gas, etc.) which are supposed to be ‘millions of years’ old. For instance, CMI has over the years commissioned and funded the radiocarbon testing of a number of wood samples from ‘old’ sites (e.g. with Jurassic fossils, inside Triassic sandstone, burnt by Tertiary basalt) and these were published (by then staff geologist Dr Andrew Snelling) in Creation magazine and Journal of Creation. In each case, with contamination eliminated, the result has been in the thousands of years, i.e. C-14 was present when it ‘shouldn’t have been’. These results encouraged the rest of the RATE team to investigate C-14 further, building on the literature reviews of creationist M.D. Dr Paul Giem.

In another very important paper presented at this year’s ICC, scientists from the RATE group summarized the pertinent facts and presented further experimental data. The bottom line is that virtually all biological specimens, no matter how ‘old’ they are supposed to be, show measurable C-14 levels. This effectively limits the age of all buried biota to less than (at most) 250,000 years.

#15 The odds of even a single sell “assembling itself” by chance are so low that they aren’t even worth talking about.  The following is an excerpt from Jonathan Gray’s book entitled The Forbidden Secret

Even the simplest cell you can conceive of would require no less than 100,000 DNA base pairs and a minimum of about 10,000 amino acids, to form the essential protein chain. Not to mention the other things that would also be necessary for the first cell.

Bear in mind that every single base pair in the DNA chain has to have the same molecular orientation (“left-hand” or “right hand”)? As well as that, virtually all the amino acids must have the opposite orientation. And every one must be without error.

“Now,” explained Larry, “to randomly obtain those correct orientations, do you know your chances? It would be 1 chance in 2110,000, or 1 chance in 1033,113!

“To put it another way, if you attempted a trillion, trillion, trillion combinations every second for 15 billion years, the odds you would achieve all the correct orientations would still only be one chance in a trillion, trillion, trillion, trillion … and the trillions would continue 2755 times!

“It would be like winning more than 4700 state lotteries in a row with a single ticket purchased for each. In other words…impossible.”

#16 How did life learn to reproduce itself?  This is a question that evolutionists do not have an answer for.

#17 In 2007, fishermen caught a very rare creature known as a Coelacanth.  Evolutionists originally told us that this “living fossil” had gone extinct 70 million years ago.  It turns out that they were only off by 70 million years.

#18 According to evolutionists, the Ancient Greenling Damselfly last showed up in the fossil record about 300 million years ago.  But it still exists today.  So why hasn’t it evolved at all over that time frame?

#19 Darwinists believe that the human brain developed without the assistance of any designer.  This is so laughable it is amazing that there are any people out there that still believe this stuff.  The truth is that the human brain is amazingly complex.  The following is how a PBS documentary described the complexity of the human brain: “It contains over 100 billion cells, each with over 50,000 neuron connections to other brain cells.”

#20 The following is how one evolutionist pessimistically assessed the lack of evidence for the evolution of humanity…

“Even with DNA sequence data, we have no direct access to the processes of evolution, so objective reconstruction of the vanished past can be achieved only by creative imagination.”

#21 Perhaps the most famous fossil in the history of the theory of evolution, “Piltdown Man”, turned out to be a giant hoax.

#22 If the neutron were not about 1.001 times the mass of the proton, all protons would have decayed into neutrons or all neutrons would have decayed into protons, and therefore life would not be possible. How can we account for this?

#23 If gravity was stronger or weaker by the slimmest of margins, then life sustaining stars like the sun could not exist. This would also make life impossible. How can we account for this?

#24 Why did evolutionist Dr. Lyall Watson make the following statement?…

“The fossils that decorate our family tree are so scarce that there are still more scientists than specimens. The remarkable fact is that all of the physical evidence we have for human evolution can still be placed, with room to spare, inside a single coffin!”

#25 Apes and humans are very different genetically.  As DarwinConspiracy.com explains, “the human Y chromosome has twice as many genes as the chimpanzee Y chromosome and the chromosome structures are not at all similar.”

#26 How can we explain the creation of new information that is required for one animal to turn into another animal?  No evolutionary process has ever been shown to be able to create new biological information.  One scientist described the incredible amount of new information that would be required to transform microbes into men this way

“The key issue is the type of change required — to change microbes into men requires changes that increase the genetic information content, from over half a million DNA ‘letters’ of even the ‘simplest’ self-reproducing organism to three billion ‘letters’ (stored in each human cell nucleus).”

#27 Evolutionists would have us believe that there are nice, neat fossil layers with older fossils being found in the deepest layers and newer fossils being found in the newest layers.  This simply is not true at all

The fossil layers are not found in the ground in the nice neat clean order that evolutionists illustrate them to be in their textbooks. There is not one place on the surface of the earth where you may dig straight down and pass through the fossil layers in the order shown in the textbooks. The neat order of one layer upon another does not exist in nature. The fossil bearing layers are actually found out of order, upside down (backwards according to evolutionary theory), missing (from where evolutionists would expect them to be) or interlaced (“younger” and “older” layers found in repeating sequences). “Out of place” fossils are the rule and not the exception throughout the fossil record.

#28 Evolutionists believe that the ancestors of birds developed hollow bones over thousands of generations so that they would eventually be light enough to fly.  This makes absolutely no sense and is beyond ridiculous.

#29 If dinosaurs really are tens of millions of years old, why have scientists found dinosaur bones with soft tissue still in them?  The following is from an NBC News report about one of these discoveries…

For more than a century, the study of dinosaurs has been limited to fossilized bones. Now, researchers have recovered 70 million-year-old soft tissue, including what may be blood vessels and cells, from a Tyrannosaurus rex.

#30 Which evolved first: blood, the heart, or the blood vessels for the blood to travel through?

#31 Which evolved first: the mouth, the stomach, the digestive fluids, or the ability to poop?

#32 Which evolved first: the windpipe, the lungs, or the ability of the body to use oxygen?

#33 Which evolved first: the bones, ligaments, tendons, blood supply, or the muscles to move the bones?

#34 In order for blood to clot, more than 20 complex steps need to successfully be completed. How in the world did that process possibly evolve?

#35 DNA is so incredibly complex that it is absolutely absurd to suggest that such a language system could have “evolved” all by itself by accident…

When it comes to storing massive amounts of information, nothing comes close to the efficiency of DNA. A single strand of DNA is thousands of times thinner than a strand of human hair. One pinhead of DNA could hold enough information to fill a stack of books stretching from the earth to the moon 500 times.

Although DNA is wound into tight coils, your cells can quickly access, copy, and translate the information stored in DNA. DNA even has a built-in proofreader and spell-checker that ensure precise copying. Only about one mistake slips through for every 10 billion nucleotides that are copied.

#36 Can you solve the following riddle by Perry Marshall?…

1) DNA is not merely a molecule with a pattern; it is a code, a language, and an information storage mechanism.

2) All codes are created by a conscious mind; there is no natural process known to science that creates coded information.

3) Therefore DNA was designed by a mind.

If you can provide an empirical example of a code or language that occurs naturally, you’ve toppled my proof. All you need is one.

#37 Evolutionists simply cannot explain why our planet is so perfectly suited to support life.

#38 Shells from living snails have been “carbon dated” to be 27,000 years old.

#39 If humans have been around for so long, where are all of the bones and all of the graves?  The following is an excerpt from an article by Don Batten

Evolutionists also claim there was a ‘Stone Age’ of about 100,000 years when between one million and 10 million people lived on Earth. Fossil evidence shows that people buried their dead, often with artefacts—cremation was not practised until relatively recent times (in evolutionary thinking). If there were just one million people alive during that time, with an average generation time of 25 years, they should have buried 4 billion bodies, and many artefacts. If there were 10 million people, it would mean 40 billion bodies buried in the earth. If the evolutionary timescale were correct, then we would expect the skeletons of the buried bodies to be largely still present after 100,000 years, because many ordinary bones claimed to be much older have been found. However, even if the bodies had disintegrated, lots of artefacts should still be found.

#40 Evolutionists claim that just because it looks like we were designed that does not mean that we actually were.  They often speak of the “illusion of design”, but that is kind of like saying that it is an “illusion” that a 747 airplane or an Apple iPhone were designed.  And of course the human body is far more complex that a 747 or an iPhone.

#41 If you want to be part of the “scientific community” today, you must accept the theory of evolution no matter how absurd it may seem to you.  Richard Lewontin of Harvard once made the following comment regarding this harsh reality…

We take the side of science in spite of the patent absurdity of some of its constructs, . . . in spite of the tolerance of the scientific community for unsubstantiated commitment to materialism. . . . we are forced by our a priori adherence to material causes to create an apparatus of investigation and set of concepts that produce material explanations, no matter how counterintuitive, no matter how mystifying to the uninitiated. Moreover, that materialism is absolute, for we cannot allow a Divine Foot in the door.

#42 Time Magazine once made the following statement about the lack of evidence for the theory of evolution…

“Yet despite more than a century of digging, the fossil record remains maddeningly sparse. With so few clues, even a single bone that doesn’t fit into the picture can upset everything. Virtually every major discovery has put deep cracks in the conventional wisdom and forced scientists to concoct new theories, amid furious debate.”

#43 Malcolm Muggeridge, the world famous journalist and philosopher, once made the following statement about the absurdity of the theory of evolution…

“I myself am convinced that the theory of evolution, especially the extent to which it’s been applied, will be one of the great jokes in the history books of the future. Posterity will marvel that so very flimsy and dubious an hypothesis could be accepted with the incredible credulity that it has.”

#44 In order to believe the theory of evolution, you must have enough blind faith to believe that life just popped into existence from non-life, and that such life just happened to have the ability to take in the nourishment it needed, to expel waste, and to reproduce itself, all the while having everything it needed to survive in the environment in which it suddenly found itself. Do you have that much blind faith?

So what do you believe about the origin of life?
