He looks like he was interpreting the law as it was written not how he feels. Of course, we all feel that an autistic child get all the opportunities possible but the law stated that the school district had to provide just anything above the absolute minimum. If the district was providing anything above the minimum, the district was well within the law and the three judges were right. But then there are the vitue signaling , holier than thou crowd who is SOOOOOO enlightened and who is annointed to spend others peoples money and who write the laws from the bench, of course that crowd would overturn a judgement that is perfectly in line with the law as written.
