This is a “what if” story. But it’s also based on decades of experience analyzing propaganda and cover stories. It’s based on the knowledge that military and intelligence operatives are trained to lie, and they like to lie, and they get up in the morning, licking their chops, because they know they’re going to lie during another day in paradise.
