California’s Governor Jerry Brown Vetoes Microwave Industry’s “Wet Dream” Rule-making; Will Other States Governors Have The Same Integrity?

By Catherine J. Frompovich

California has been at the forefront of a technological and politicking ‘firestorm’ regarding Senate Bill 649, which can be described as the ultimate microwave industry’s “wet dream” legislation that would allow microwave towers of all sorts, sizes and descriptions to be placed wherever the industry chooses and with no provisions for citizen and/or local governance dissent or interaction.

Congratulations to Governor Brown for waking up to the problems such a microwave-industry-sponsored bill would create for Californians.

However, how come Governor Brown lost his way and apparent moral scruples when it came to the equally oppressive and pharmaceutical-industry-sponsored vaccine bill SB277 [1] which denies Californians of their unalienable rights to self-determination, fully-informed medical consent, freedom from medical coercion and neurotoxic vaccine poisoning?

Sunday, October 15, 2017, Governor Brown signed a short, on point letter, as to why he vetoed the microwave industry’s “flagship bill.”  In it the Governor said,

I am returning Senate Bill 649 without my signature.

This bill establishes a uniform permitting process for small cell wireless equipment and fixes the rates local governments may charge for placement of that equipment on city or county owned property, such as streetlights and traffic signal poles.

There is something of real value in having a process that results in extending this innovative technology rapidly and efficiently.  Nevertheless, I believe that the interest which localities have in managing rights of way requires a more balanced solution than the one achieved in this bill.

Sincerely,

s/ Edmund G. Brown Jr.

How come Governor Brown didn’t see a more balanced solution was needed in SB277?  It’s still not too late to fix that. Is any California State Senator up for introducing a bill to rescind SB277?  If not, why not?
