Trump to Comey: Better hope there are no “tapes” of our conversations

This should make for an interesting week ahead

WASHINGTON (INTELLIHUB) — President Donald Trump issued a veiled threat to F.B.I. Director James Comey on Twitter Friday.

Trump tweeted: “James Comey better hope that there are no “tapes” of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press!”

This comes as Comey is set to testify as a private citizen to a Senate Intelligence Committee panel next week over the alleged Russian influence of the U.S. electoral system.
