Well, reading the title and seeing picture of GEORGE WASHINGTON with a caption, I jumped in expecting at least hundred pages of sorted history of presidential lies for over 227 years of this abhorrent regime built on slavery and exploitation of poor via means of lies and brutality as most mainstream historians agree.

Well, the title was a lie, a cheap click bite, bite and switch fake news. Author was just peddling another partisan line that Trump lies.

Why don"t you write that sun raise in the east. That would have been at least a conspiracy theory worth fact checking.

True, Trump lies, he lie profusely and professionally but he is an entertainer for Christ sake. Whoever else could have emerged from god damn popularity contest wrongly called US elections, not a leader of majority of American people who work for living but a weasel, stooge of oligarchy, as planed, as always, a skilled repugnant immoral bastard, influence peddler, detestable trader of false hope, that"s all. And wha ever you may say about Trump but he was fully qualified to take this post. Just watch his reality shows, the proof is there.

As Trump lies for living so all the fake duopoly oligarchic stooges called politicians lie for living as well to American people to get votes and to billionaires to get bribes, and loving every minute of it .

But there is much more including Wilson who lie about being peace candidate during WWI and later lied "by absence" being victim of a stroke completely incapacitated unable to execute POTUS office a fact the American voters have not been told about even by press who knew or suspected that.

Lie for benefit of the oligarchic ruling elite is a proud duty of every patriotic American full of fear of corporate gods and their punishment i.e. abject poverty and full of loathing against American enemies, real or made up ones, and TA and MSM execute their patriotic duty beautifully, as Trump would have put it, by paddling fake news.

Yes, fake news is the very American truth as American as Apple pie is not.
