Five Manhattan Doctors Indicted For Accepting Bribes And Kickbacks From A Pharmaceutical Company In Exchange For Prescribing Powerful Fentanyl Narcotic

Two Former Pharmaceutical Company Employees Have Also Pled Guilty and Are Cooperating with the Government. Also unsealed today were the guilty pleas of two former Pharma Company-1 employees, Jonathan Roper and Fernando Serrano, in connection with their participation in the bribery and kickback scheme.  Both Roper and Serrano are cooperating with the Government.
