Draining The Swamp – Part XXX – NFL Just Doesn’t Get It

The NFL has signed its death warrant. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell’s contract will be extended, according to Breitbart News.

It was Goodell who let the players insult the Nation by kneeling during the National Anthem, while he prohibited them from other actions of lesser consequence. Goodell is one of the enablers of the leftists, at the very least, and by extending his contract, the NFL owners are thumbing their noses at the American people, who, by the way, have been the ones who pay the salaries of the players and league officials, and allow those owners to reap their large profits. However, the American people don’t like to be insulted and have reacted by refusing to buy tickets, watch the games on TV, and not purchasing NFL merchandise. All three of these money-makers for the league have shown sharp drops in income.

It is called biting the hand that feeds you. The American people have decided, in large numbers, to no longer feed the NFL. The NFL and Roger Goodell might think this will blow over and the cash will soon return, but they are wrong. Until the NFL apologizes, sincerely, for the insults given the American people, they will continue to suffer financial reverses. By extending Roger Goodell, the owners are saying they have no intention of apologizing. This action is a slap in the face of every patriotic American, and it will not be forgotten.

ESPN is reeling, as hundreds of thousands of Americans have shown their displeasure with their Social Justice Warrior politicization of their sports broadcasts by canceling their subscriptions to their service. Hundreds of layoffs at ESPN are testament to what the public thinks of this politicization.

The American public is sick and tired of being insulted and trampled upon by the SJWs, who are nothing but minions of the Globalists. There is an awakening going on that the SJWs cannot even imagine, let alone visualize. Our Country, our economy and our culture have been under attack from the Globalists for many decades, but the eyes of America have been opened and we, as a people, are saying enough is enough. We are proud to be Americans and will defend her against ALL enemies, both foreign and domestic.
