Unless the red team suddenly changes their spots and launches a robust effort to prosecute the frauds, swindles and crimes that never end, they share this same disgraceful legacy.
My guess is they won"t because they never do, so they will.
The Imperial City is a terrible place full of terrible people and decent people just can"t survive there.
