Cargo container lost off North Carolina coast had 5,900 pounds of sulfuric acid in it

One of the 76 cargo containers that fell into the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Oregon Inlet, North Carolina, on March 3, had almost 6,000 pounds of sulfuric acid in it.
