Federal agent arrested for taking photos in women"s restroom, says it was a mistake and destroys evidence

A 27-year-old man that identified himself as a special agent for the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) was arrested Tuesday for taking pictures in the women’s restroom. The agent told police it was a misunderstanding and that he mistakenly entered the wrong restroom. His phone had been recently restored to a backup point from earlier this year in an attempt to delete evidence.
