Latest provocation turns into major embarrassment for Jong-un
Surian Soosay/Flickr(INTELLIHUB) — According to South Korea’s military, a ballistic missile exploded just seconds after its launch during a test which took place in a region north of Pyongyang around 5:30 a.m. local time Saturday.
The failed test marks the second embarrassment for North Korea’s leader Kim Jong-un in recent weeks.
